Accidental Delay

Well, here I am with my weekly posts again
Got in a car crash when brakes locked up two days ago. Kinda stunk...
In better news, the rewrite is going well, I have the initial draft for the first few chapters done
They should be published before next week's update... SHOULD be...

A Heavy Storm
The snow falls softly
its flakes drift delicately
on a harsh, frigid breeze
They begin to settle
and litter the ground
a sudden surge of icy energy
and a tempest of chills is formed
settling everywhere
it makes a mess of the ground
I watch from above the storm I had released
gladly, it was scheduled
a safe flurry of danger
and yet...
I don't want to clean up the mess I had made
moving the cloud along
the snow shimmers with the sun
reflecting bright
and yet, always cold
