It seems that You wanna be a Wonderbolt don't ya? is my most popular story. I only intended it to be a oneshot, but I got asked to extend it so I did. But now that I've started making it longer, I don't really know if I want the whole thing to be clop. I was thinking of adding way more romance, but I'm worried people only read it because of the fact that it's clop.
What do you guys think? Should I add more romance or keep it clop?

Hmm, no, keep it clopping and if you want to do Romance with these to, then do do it in another Fic.

YWBAWDY is a clopping story, and that's that, however you could do a more in depth/romantic/love trials story between the two.
I reckon it'd turn out good, maybe not as popular but that's because you lose all the pure perverts, which is an acceptable lose, that said you could also gain a few of the more romance inclined readers, who don't mind a bit of clop now and again, the feeling full emotionally and physically.

I'm sorry if this hasn't help, I've realised I'm rambling but you did ask what we think.
