The Last Draconequus: The life and times of the self-proclaimed God of Chaos. Story is INCOMPLETE as of November 5, 2014.
Side story (MATURE): Be Discreet: Older teen Celestia has the most embarrassing ever conversation with her father the king. Following this, at her father's deeply embarrassing suggestion, she tracks down Discord, who is trying to booby-trap Starswirl's laboratory door with a bucket of snails, and informs him of what she has learned. Things ensue. Discord/Celestia. Story is COMPLETE as of February 22, 2015.
Side story (snippet): Havoc and Nightmare: Teen Luna asks young adult Discord to teach her how to use the chaos of dreams to break the minds of Equestria's enemies, during the Dragon War. Story is COMPLETE. However, I might add other stories of Discord and Luna to this and treat it as a collection.
Side story (snippet collection): Exit Light, Enter Night: Two fillies and a draconequus cub face nightmares. Story is COMPLETE.
Series and stories which depend on the backstory from this, since I didn't feel like inventing more than 2 completely different backstories for Discord :-):
Princess Twilight Sparkle Endcaps: Stories based before, after, in or around the episode "Princess Twilight Sparkle."
Elements of Opposition: This series is rated mature and is also based off "Princess Twilight Sparkle Endcaps" as well as "The Last Draconequus".
Series: Fourth Seasonal: Stories taking place immediately before, during or after the fourth season of MLP:FiM, canon compliant. "Princess Twilight Sparkle Endcaps" is a subset of this series.
Standalone: Awkward Conversations: Set in the "Last Draconequus"/"Princess Twilight Sparkle Endcaps"/"Elements of Opposition" continuity, but not closely related enough to any of those series to be attached to any of them. Discord has a number of conversations with members of the Mane 6 and other characters. They do not generally go well. Story is INCOMPLETE as of December 22, 2015.
Standalone: Trinity: Three poems. "I saw you die" - Luna, speaking to Discord, set in continuity of "Last Draconequus." "Hollow" - Celestia, canon-based. "Still Life" - Discord, canon-based. Collection is COMPLETE.
Standalone: Not The Hero: A true reality warper has come to Equestria, manifesting as a Gary Stu -- a Human in Equestria Seventh Element named Anon who has warped the entire world of Equestria to fit his fantasies. Only Discord, unreformed and recently escaped from his stone prison, knows the truth and is able to fight him. Begins right after "A Canterlot Wedding" and before "The Crystal Empire". Uses the Last Draconequus backstory. Story is INCOMPLETE as of December 22, 2015.
