A changeling song for you!

Exactly what it says on the tin. I wrote a song about changelings. If you are nice and read all the stuff preceding it, you can have it!

So, after the last episode, everyone and their little dog started to scribble Chrysalis fics furiously, and I have to admit, I wasn't above it myself. I decided to write a comedy about Queen Chrysalis and her surviving three minions (namely: Malenoche, Yavell and Bob).

I proudly whipped out the first chapter, proofread it a few times... and saw that it's bland and, simply speaking, not funny enough. So I decided to ditch it, but I wrote a song (Chrysalis was going to be the kind of villain who bursts into song in every episode), and I want to share it, because hey, it's the first song I wrote! (The parody in Daring Do and the Shiny Crystal doesn't count.) Does it suck? Probably, English isn't my first language. Its title, as you can probably guess, Revenge will be sweet.

Note: "Choir" means the three changeling minions.

Queen Chrysalis:
My name is Queen Chrysalis, well hi, how are you doing?
Oh, I'm fine, don't mind me, but many thanks for asking,
There's only one small, tiny, but so irritating thing
That my whole nation, my children, they just became extinct!

Oh yes, I feel inside me building up anger's heat,
Because revenge, revenge will be sweet, so sweet!

Choir:

Queen Chrysalis:
And who is responsible, a question you might ask
Please, let me answer that, it's a rather simple task:
Haughty Celestia, who in her subjects' trust does bask,
But soon she'll realize it can easily be a mask!

Yes, soon, very soon by me she will suffer defeat,
Because revenge, revenge will be sweet, so sweet!

Choir:

Queen Chrysalis:
Call me evil, call me cruel, you can't deny one fact:
I'm crafty, I'm shrewd, and I have a knack for tact!

P.S.: It's completely unrelated, just happened at the same time, but EqD refused Sweat and Edit. Well, one of my proofreaders did point out that it lacks an engaging plot, so I guess it's only fair.
