Clarity

So just to clear something up that I probably should have done in the last post. My Super Secret Special Story or the S^4 Project is indeed The Delightful Dragon of Ep. I was so busy being secretively secret that I couldn't find the where-with-all to say that these were the same story. Herp-a-derp.

And yes, I'm serious about that updating every Wednesday at 6pm CST thing. Next week DDE (the acronym designation) will be updated.

Also, I said I wanted to break the feature box. And I forgot that it was already broken. The feature box aside, I am proud of what I have made. I can honestly say that about this piece, and it is not something I say about anything I make. I just hope that my readers will be rewarded for their time. I want this story to mean something to everyone who reads it, even for the second and third times. I have spent many months, perhaps too many, pouring my soul into it, layering meaning on symbolism on wit on symbolism on deep questions on more wit and more symbolism.

My intention with writing it out beforehand then publishing weekly is to give you, the readers, goodly-sized chapters, broken up into manageable pieces that you can read at your leisure in a week or less. I want you to go at your own pace and to look for the layers I have laid down. Each one tells you something different and each tells the story in a special way. Some are easy to see and quick to show their conclusion, but others are slower and take a little time to come to fruition. There are still other layers and meanings that will not be understood fully until the story as a whole has run its course, but this is by design.
