Meant to release this last night, but I sort of... got distracted. 
Anyway, how was everyone's holiday season this year? Mine was a mixture of insane and busy, coupled with a dash of awesomeness and baked into a fluffy soufflé of cheer. Anyone get anything interesting or cool they'd like to share/brag about?
Now, for the second reason I put this blog up: updates. I'm sure you've all noticed my lack of activity and progress this past month. Rest assured, that will be coming to an end. My job and school had been keeping me under lock and key for the last five or six weeks, so getting any substantial writing done had been nigh impossible (don't ever go into retail around December). But rejoice, my friends! Updates and big news are on the way!
Overture has another chapter in the editing stage, and will be released shortly. I know how many of you are waiting for that one. I've also made a personal vow to have a new romance released by New Year's at the latest. No more dilly-dallying or worrying about how it will turn out or be received. The only way to know is to jump in head first, so that's what I'm doing! Keep your eyes open for that.
Antecedents, on the other hand, has less than good news. We are now a third of the way through the short stories, and I'm hitting walls with a few of them. Not just hurdles, but huge barricades of trying to make them all substantial and entertaining enough to even be worth releasing. I'm chalking this up to me pushing myself too much to get them all out in a timely manner. So I've decided to put Antecedents on a temporary hiatus until I can work out a couple of stories and get back into a good rhythm with it. I do apologize to anyone hanging on the edge of that one.

I think I can forgive you. I had been hoping to get to my own writing, but real life had other plans for me...so yeah I think I can forgive ya for not giving us yummy stories to read...especially when you consider how you come out with stuff much quicker...you're totally forgiven.
...I'm not sure why I seem to keep going in circles about real life and forgiving you for out coming out with stuff...
