I particularly enjoy the Equestria Girls setting and also have a soft spot for the CMC. Thanks for reading!

The Cutie Mark Crusaders are given an assignment in school that requires them to ask the Mane Six about facts of nature. The answers about "the birds and the bees" they get should make for a very interesting report!

    I'm marrying Rarity

OK...not exactly! However, with my wedding only two months away I've basically not been writing at all...just so much to get done and take care of. Today though, I had a silly flash of inspiration this morning when I jokingly made an association with my finacee and Rarity. There are quite a few similarities though! Both are very fashion oriented, very neat and tidy, creative and artistic and (if

    1K by Three & Pinkie

Just wanted to share a small milestone, it brought a smile to my face.

I now have a third story (Doggone it, Fluttershy) that has broken the 1,000 view mark!

    Well, that didn't work!

I've decided to withdraw my most recent story attempt, it clearly wasn't well received. One could argue it wasn't received at all in fact! :p

And that's all fine, sometimes what sounds like a good idea to you just doesn't work for others.

Big thanks to MythrilMoth and Glass Elevator for the comments and feedback. It's helpful when you get feedback at all.

February Update - No Reservations & Something Dark

I can't believe it's been so long since I've updated my blog - shame on me. I guess it's been a very busy winter with the holidays and working on a new relationship, things at work, the list goes on. I feel I've let my writing fall by the wayside a bit.

Happy Holidays & the Ghost of Stories Yet To Come · 6:19pm Dec 10th, 2013

Just wanted to first wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season. May you and yours have a great winter break as we all look forward to the new year.

It's certainly been a busy start to the season for me, though in about two weeks it should get much more calm. I work at a school district, so we get the same time away as the students. I'm looking forward to that break for many reasons!

I'm happy to say I've finally wrapped up my current story, The Birds and the Bees. While the joke has certainly been done before, it was a lot of fun putting my own spin on it. And I'm humbled and honored that enough folks liked it for it to be featured for a weekend.

I've definitely made up my mind on my next endeavor, which is a return to the Equestria Girls universe for a humorous romance story involving Rainbow Dash and Big Mac, with a few twists thrown in. I'm hoping to make some good headway on that over the Christmas break, but I don't want to rush it.

I'm also enjoying season four of the show, though I can see where these episodes would certainly cause a stir with some folks. I guess of the few episodes so far, "Daring Don't" had a few "Ehhhh" moments for me, but overall I enjoyed it. That episode sure does seem to polarize the fandom however!

I've also tried my hand at some art, nothing I plan to post yet, as I haven't tried drawing since high school (and that was quite a bit ago). Perhaps someday I'll post a couple in my blog if I get bold. (or crazy, that would be more likely!)

I've also toyed with the idea of a comment-driven story, so if that's something of interest, let me know. As always, your comments, criticisms, suggestions, or kudos are greatly appreciated. See you all back in the blog next month! And keep your eyes open in the next month for my first shipping story :)

I've seen quite a few stories that were dictated by the comments. Make sure to keep the story somewhat linear though.
