Ah well, *shrugs*. Can't say I'm really surprised that the one I wrote got pretty poorly received. Guess even if the grammar and vocabulary isn't horrendous, if the concept is bad enough people will hate it anyway. Ah well, it was enough of a test-bed to see how well the concept would be received anyway. This'll probably be a one-off and the only chapter you see out of this... "series", and I'll divert my efforts into my other projects. To be fair, the damn thing was clogging up my system with useless ideas, and I had to get rid of them by writing them down anyway. Suppose you could view this story as my "inner cleansing", to get all the bad and useless ideas into a single fic to be purged and burned at the stake.
Yep, this fic is gonna be the pariah of my creations. I'm gonna go focus my attention on The Elements of Gaming and The Order of Koaxia now.
I still haven't read it yet. So I'll give a critical review when I do.
