Well, I'm one of the few bronies that hail from Singapore. Still, I'm here to put my writing skills to the test, so leave feedback if you enjoyed one of my stories! Peace out! ^^

    So, I'm back.

Well, that was certainly fun. Over a month of no internet in the new apartment building I moved into, leaving me with only campus internet to work off, and seeing that uni assignments have been keeping me pretty busy, I haven't had much opportunity to check out what's been going on this site.

    Holy crap, an update!

Yeah, I know, surprised me too. Here I am half-anticipating the moment when I realize that I've finally run out of steam for Equestrian Joe, and I actually manage to churn out another chapter.

Need pre-readers, stat: Equestrian Joe in danger of being dropped

This is it, guys. This is the turning point. I'm steadily starting to lose steam and passion in this fandom, mostly for the reason that there are other things occupying my attention, and there's not a lot of people with which I can discuss the progress of EqJ with, which makes planning and preparing future chapters rather hard when there's nobody to vet my writing and make sure that what I'm

Potential New Chapter to the Elements of Gaming

SO the main reason why I haven't been writing anything for the Elements of Gaming lately was because I hadn't been getting any decent co-op experiences lately with any video games - that, and all my co-authors who happened to be my gaming buddies as well dropped out of the writing team, which leave solely me to hold up the entire thing by myself.

Potential New Chapter to the Elements of Gaming · 10:52am Nov 23rd, 2013

SO the main reason why I haven't been writing anything for the Elements of Gaming lately was because I hadn't been getting any decent co-op experiences lately with any video games - that, and all my co-authors who happened to be my gaming buddies as well dropped out of the writing team, which leave solely me to hold up the entire thing by myself.

The entire point of the Elements of Gaming chapters, I figured, was to capture the beauty of multiplayer experiences - both versus matches as well as co-operative experiences, though I lean a LOT towards playing the latter rather than the former. I get very vindictive and overly passionate when paying competitively against other people, which is a side of myself I don't really like to show, hence my preference to work with people instead of playing against them, and sometimes the funniest stories just come from the most ridiculous, spectacular cock-ups in teamwork.

That said, I was REALLY short on having good multiplayer experiences lately, because the games I'd been playing lately had all been single player, and it's been really hard to find gaming buddies who play the same games I do AND live in my area.

So, imagine the fresh burst of inspiration that came to me when I finally purchased my own copy of Payday 2 and got around to playing enough matches online and with my friends that I started seeing my own fair share of wacky shenanigans going down, including some of the most hilarious, spectacular failures I'd witnessed so far, some of them occurring thanks to me =X

If all goes well and I can get my friends onboard as chapter consultants, we might see a Payday 2 chapter coming out soon enough.

The digital age has brought about a new era of gaming, and with it, new elements may need to be added to the traditional elements of gaming. While the current elements of gaming include story, graphics, sound, gameplay, and replay value, potential new elements could include social interaction, mental and physical health, and environmental impact. With the rise of online multiplayer games, social interaction has become a crucial aspect of gaming. Additionally, environmental impact could be a new element, where games are designed to bring more awareness to environmental issues and encourage players to take action in real life.
