First Ever Blog: I Has Been Reviewed!

Wow, I really don't use this feature as much as I could. Well, as is obvious, the reason for my venture into the realm of blogging is to share with you all a review on my story, Dragoon Wars.

Reading Request Review: Dragoon Wars; Seven Lords Rising.

A well written story with an interesting plot developing for a cross-over fic of MLP and The Legend of Dragoon video game making it both; unexpected and mesmerizing. With its own unique story line that has hints of key elements from The Dragoon series, but doesn't down right copy the game's story. Unlike, some video game cross-over that do. (Or just the ones I've read) With magnificent wording to complement well written scene and emotional dialog between the mane six and an arrange of characters. Plus, the music to follow every chapter. It's a true shame I couldn't enjoy that feature to it's max. (Due to horrible internet)     

This fic is sure to keep any reader interested. Whether or not, have they played or heard of the game. I (and I'm pretty sure a couple of readers) aren't very familiar with the game as well. But since the story only took a few (simple but important) key elements from The Dragoon and was strategically written so that all readers could understand and enjoy this cross-over. It's practically impossible for one to feel left out or confused by some dialog or scenes.   

The physical description written in the fic of some the character's form or attire real help one visualize the character figure or armor. Such as Bowser; the Poke-ka Dot Diamond Dog or Varius; The dragon look-alike dragonfly ( I know this sentence hurts my brain too). Rainbow's,Twilight's, Pinkie's, and Gilda's armor and weapons. and etc.   

Truly, one part I favored the most was the small (but very powerful) chat between Bowser and Madam Mayor. In which they discuss the looming war that is soon to overcome all of Equestria. But Bowser assures Madam Mayor that everything will be fine and that the bond between Ponyville and The Diamond Dogs will be stronger than ever after this en devour.         

Although, This fic is well written to suit all readers. Have or have not played the game. There is just one issue I like to get out of my chest. A small issue. Yes, an issue. An issue that I like you to note, McCloud. But you seem to have it narrow it down. I can't help, but feel that every time I read a chapter. I'm always missing out on something... the feel of the story. I feel that those that have played Dragoon Legends get more of a kick of every chapter than those who haven't. But this more of a personal issue of unknown nostalgic feel. But other than that I have high hopes of the potential this story possess.

I am really proud of myself now. I always tell others that I write first and foremost for myself, and that is true, but it does not diminish the satisfaction and pride I feel getting such a genuine and positive review like this. I know many of you followers have likely watched me for exactly this story, and I hope your enjoyment of it will lead you into my other books I am working hard on. I especially would love to hear your thoughts, however brief, on this review and my story. The one thing I wish there had been more of is criticism, but it was still wonderful. I simply welcome - nay - crave the chance to improve my work in any way that I can.

Thank you for your time, everyone, and I promise that this has only spurred me more to make Dragoon Wars, Equestria's Strife Online, and Two Emerald Hearts into the best stories they can be. It still amazes me that most of my work after the near start has been written out on my Android's Google Drive app, it just stimulates my creativity more.
