My next story will be focused on Storm Breaker, Whirlwind's father. It shows his major strives and how he met the love of his life, Spectra, who surprisingly is the sister of his best friend. This plays out during a time when Starswirl the Bearded discovered Skylands and this all occurred before the Mane-6 was born. There will be a slight hint of a Mane-6 parent in the story, so keep your eyes open when I upload this from my DeviantART account. So, I'll keep you posted on the story and I'll upload it as soon as I can.

So basically, this is your interpretation of the concept that dragon/equine romance is not unique to such ones like Spike and Rarity, regardless of their Variant forms?
It's too bad that Whirlwind's parents are shown as lost to the sands of time, but many times in history, it has shown that creatures that are ignorant or just plain prejudiced turn out to be insanely cruel.
However, I like it!! Though I would love that we see Flashwing show up becoming as one of Rarity's good friends. (Seriously, being friends with a dragoness whose wings are gems, and have the same amount of glamour as our resident fashionista would be the best of both worlds to me, at least. But then again, it sometime shows that Flashie's smitten with Bash, right? That could cause a bit of a triangle between Flash, Bash, and Spike [yeah, I could see Spike having a little crush on the gem dragoness too, probably not likely thanks to his relationship with Rarity])
1395808 There was an Argument between Rarity and Flashwing during the Camping Chapter. At the end, it was Bash who ended the Argument saying that they were both acting dumb and they should make up and be friends.
