    "Please Wake Up"

Oh hey, wow. It's been a while. Over a year, actually. Wow, who would have though I was that lazy?

    150 Followers? That's weird

Well it happened. I hit 150 followers. If I had more time I'd make a nice post, but for now I'll keep it all brief.

Thanks everyone. It really means a lot.

Some time ago I had mentioned doing an AMA once I hit 150, but for now I'll put that on hold. After I release another chapter of Stability, then I'll do the AMA.

    Back on track

Maybe. At least my schedule isn't so busy anymore. Hopefully I'll resume writing soon. I've got a lot to catch up on. I've found that listening to a lot of Isis puts me into a mood of creativity, so hopefully this will mean good things for my writing.

Thanks to everyone for hanging around. All 149 of you (is it that close to 150 already?).

    Working

Hey everyone. I just want to let you guys know that I'm still working on writing when I can. Lately I've been working sixteen hour shifts in addition to being sick, which has left me with little time. I'll get the next chapter of Stability out as soon as I can, but I can't make any promises as to when that may be.

"Faltering footsteps, dead end path. All that I need is this wise man's staff."

"Encased in crystal he leads the way,
I guess they'd say we could set the world ablaze."

Hello everyone. Just thought I'd give a quick update on my progress on Stability.

A few things · 11:22pm Sep 22nd, 2013

First off, I apologize for the lack of an update for Stability. It just so happened that when I was about to make the final push to get that chapter finished, something real-life related came up (silly, right?) and I've only been able to put a few minutes a day into writing it. Some progress is better than no progress at all, I suppose. The hope is that I'll finish it soon. Soon is not specific, but that's all I can say right now. I've got a lot to do.

Speaking of doing things, I've got a couple of videos to share. First off, my voice appeared in a dramatic reading by the ever-talented obabscribbler. The reading is of the story I Love You, Princess Luna by DontWannaKnow. You can find the reading below:

I come in at around the five minute mark and am heard at times throughout. I played the part of the zealot and one of the royal guards. Hopefully everyone enjoys it. Be sure to subscribe to Scribbler's channel!

The other video I'd like to share is one of my own making. For the purposes of an intro song for my own fan fiction readings that I have planned, I recorded a short instrumental cover of The Art of The Dress. Find it below:

Any comments are very much appreciated. I had a lot of fun and don't think it will be the only cover I do as far as ponies go.

And, of course, I have to conclude this blog with a cool picture:

I think the keyboards in the middle were a little too quiet. Bring them up a smidge.

Other than that, awesome!

Did you listen with either headphones or earbuds? The reason they are quiet is because they are in the right channel and the guitar doubles them in the left.

And thanks!

1369100 Headphones, over the ear kind. Best sound fidelity for my money.

Maybe I accidentally made it quiet on purpose, then. The levels all sound fine to me, though I'm thinking as the creator and not a listener. And am only slightly deaf in my right ear,

1369122 My left ear is pretty bad, but so is my right ear. :twilightsheepish:

Get a couple more opinions before you start making changes.

I've sent it to a couple friends, one of which said that the keyboard was quiet. I then told him to put on headphones and then he said it sounded fine then, so that's why I asked if you were. I appreciate the replies. I probably won't change this video, but maybe I'll play with it before I insert it into readings.

The keyboards are a little too quiet, IMO, but it's great.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind for next time since I've been told that by many people.
