Journalist, y u no research? · 1:12am Aug 11th, 2013
So my wife pulled up this article about military bronies earlier. We were reading through it and came across the following line. The writer was talking about how some air force people made a special patch with Dash's cutie mark on it.
This mark represents a 'rainbow dash,' which is used in the show.
And we were both like "lolwhut?"
Silly journalists that don't research. I seriously don't get it. If they just looked it up on Google they would've known its a pony
Where does metroid keeps all his missile?
1276097 I know! I mean, if it were some obscure reference, that would be one thing, but RD's a main character!
Apparently, the writer actually references Dash as a pony later in the story.
1276099 nope
1276100 Let's pretend it was a mistype for "Sonic Rainboom" and move on?
1276105 Hmm. I guess given the context of Dash's story in "Call of the Cutie," that could be understandable.
I have long considered it no mere coincidence that my favorite punctuation mark is the en dash, and Rainbow Dash is best pony. I assume a rainbow dash is an en or em dash in ROYGBIV.
1276477 A pony grammar joke... I love it.
