Wall, Meet My Face. · 11:02pm Aug 1st, 2013
Hello my meager yet faithful following of fans, it's me, Roxxi!
This is just a little alert to let you know I finally have my internet back, there was a lot of down hill snow balling recently, but moving several thousand miles away and then waiting for your stuff to airmailed or however they get things out here will do that.
Where is here you ask? Why, it's the lovely state of Hawai'i!
Anyways, I'm more or less settled in, so hopefully I can get back to writing again, I've had several emails concerning The Discordant Days of Discord The Draconequus and the release of the fourth chapter. It's nearly finished, I just need to put another hole in my wall with my face, proofread it, and then have someone else tell everything I did wrong, spiral into depression for a week, start the whole chapter over, repeat the above process several times, then post it.
Anyone want to read it for me? Seriously, there is no excess of volunteers, I welcome all takers.
I Can Taste Blood And Dry Walling,
Roxxi
P.S.
I saw a moth the size of a bird on my screen door in the middle of the day. Damn nature, you scary!
Snow? Girl, it's August! Where have you come from, Arctic? Seriously, there is no damn place in the whole wide U.S. of A. that can have snow these months. None!
But screw weather. Why did you come back today? There are 365 days in this year, but you decide to choose the day when ASP releases his new album, one week before I'll go to the mighty M'era Luna. Do you know how impossible it is to have you back on the desk and a new ASP album at the same day? You go back to where you came from immediately, today you are not scientifically possible!
Gosh, and I didn't even get 1000 words down today.
Did I mention that I'm off to Bavaria in two days? Screw my schedule.
That timing. That timing! Discordant days indeed. Per aspera... ad aspera?
Okay okay. Welcome back!
May I ask... how do you, of all, get to live on those forsaken islands in the pacific? Last time I saw you, you climbed down from the Blue Ridge Mountains, just like a Mrs. Zarathustra, going through your stillest hour. Okay, maybe that wasn't the last time, but looking back you are like a Mrs. Zarathustra! If you are afraid of moths watch out for coconut crabs. I heard they like the western pacific realm.
As for the business, I haven't proofread anything since a month. Depending on when you would want a proofreader, I'm not off for uttermost drunkiness yet.E: Nope, just got mailed another chapter. So I'm busy until I'm out of order at least until the week of the 12.08, I'm not sure how long I will actually stay down there.EE: I'm back! Bring it on!
I've never done any actual proofreading before, but I'd be willing to give it a try.
Throw me the chapter and I'll pick it apart best I can.
