Just found out that one of my all time favorite authors died today. Terry Pratchett, author of the Discworld novels passed away at his home with his family at the age of 66.
I am unable to communicate properly just how much his books meant to me, how much he’s informed my own sensibilities of both comedy and fantasy, all I can do right now is say that the world is poorer place for his loss.
I don't know if I'm just hitting my stride or what, but those last couple chapters are both over 10,000 words, probably because I am a bad person.
