So a new chapter is up. *bounces off the walls for a little* No big deal, right?
A couple of things though.
Bronycon
It's so close... I have friends' relatives who live in the area and who could potentially give me free room for the weekend. I want to go so badly to see all the glorious Pony (Pony!) and potentially meet all kinds of people I've really only heard about. VA's, other writers, artists, cosplay, new stuff, more information on old stuff... and so much Pony!
Unfortunately my last remaining grand-relative isn't doing so well. My grandma is only a couple months from 100 and she recently became bedridden after a nasty run-in with bronchitis. The single best time for me to fly home and visit will be the first days of August, and I have to see her if I can because I may never get another chance.
But I do plan on being at Otakon the weekend after.
Story Stuff
Plot holes -
There's one in the story, but nobody else seems to have noticed. Hell, even I didn't notice it until a couple chapters later! Fixing it would take time and effort to edit a previous chapter, but is it really so important if nobody has seen it? It still really bugs me...
The Future -
Now that chapter 6 is posted I have a decision. Jump in to chapter 7, rework chapter 1 to be less awful, or try and slap down a one-shot that's been rattling around my head for a long while? I'm actually not inclined to do any more editing because it's fun to see the progression in my writing. But the one-shot, while postponing To Love a Pony, would be excellent practice for it. So I have a question.
Who would prefer to see more Etherea stuck on Earth?
Who wants to see Celestia clopping?

Within half an hour of posting my chapter a more popular story comes back from a 4 month hiatus just to knock me off the front page... 
I want to see more Etherea stuck on Earth!
As much as I'd like to see more Etherea... I want to read other things by you... So this one shot, how long are we talking here? I'm one of those readers that squeals when I see a 20000 words chapter
, so I won't complain about more chapters if the one shot is of sufficient length

As much as I like Celestia, there are already entire libraries of her getting her swerve on, and the buildup of tension beforehand you've got going on is more interesting anyway.
That really sucks about the front page usurpation, though...

I have no idea how long it would actually be. I'm leaning toward "very" because I just don't skimp on the detail.

People really seem to like Etherea though. And best OC? I'm flattered, and I like how she's shaping up, but I don't know if I can go that far. And I think that by definition Dark Demon King Ravenblood Nightblade is best OC.
