More angry about this than I should be

Have you ever just started reading a story that was fairly interesting with a solid plot, but about 3/4's of the way through it takes a huge turn for the worse and it becomes nearly unreadable?

Yeah, that happened to me. Don't get me wrong, the story definitely had it's flaws and strengths, but I would've read it all the way through until I got to... that point.

I'm very upset right now. WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT WAS OKAY, AUTHOR!?
