Alright... another update... here we go.
First off, I'd like to put it out in the open that Sweetie's Mansion isn't getting canceled. Once again, I've been busy over the last few months... and when I haven't been busy I've been distracted. Some of said "distractions" some of you may be aware of, while others are not... and for the moment, I'd rather keep said distractions private from this otherwise public blog. As for the business I've been attending to (such as school, other writing projects, parental health, and their unemployment issue), I've been more or less having other things besides ponies on my mind. But rest assured, Sweetie's Mansion is anything but dead. I've still got plenty more story to tell... and then some.
Second off, I'd like to apologize to some people publicly. AJfan and wildberk, I'd like to apologize for not following up on the most recent segment of the edits. I know you've been getting increasingly frustrated with my incompetence and inability to follow up to edit the thing you're taking the time out of your lives to work with... as well as artist Concier who actually did a little art for Sweetie's Mansion, as well as a hellaton more art for the AFF, and one who I've been continuously neglecting to speak to as well... and finally, to all those associated with AFF (artists, writers, the like) I apologize for the lack of activity there as well. I know I've likely said it before, and I'm probably sounding like the slowest moving broken record right now, but I am truly, truly, truly sorry for not following up to all of these things, and I'm sorry to those who've had to wait for me for months on end... to the point people need to ask me if my story will ever be completed.
Which it will.
Finally, I'd like to thank as well as apologize once again to the fans of the Deadly Premonition of fanfiction I've got. To those who've taken the time to look past the nominal number of mistakes in the story, and that I hope you don't mind exercising a little more patience as I continue to work on my other projects, as well as steadily work on the next chapter. Can't promise it will be as long as the last chapter, and I refuse to promise it will be out soon (look how well that turned out the last time...) but only time will tell.
That's all I have. Any questions I'll try to answer, blah, blah, blah.
With all the harts I stole in The Darkness 2,
Moon Shooter
I just drown myself in tons of stories whilst I wait for gems such as Sweeties Mansion
I personally prefer you take your time to make the story as good as you can than just rush out a chapter cus everyone else demands it of you
YES!!! Its not dead!
Personally, I'm just wondering if AtU:FHoPaMF is dead.
Take the time you need.
Good luck on.
just waiting for that chapter that's going to be like 100,000 words long...
On another note, do you plan on incorporating any aspects of lugis mansion 2 (dark moon) into this, or maybe have plans to make a sequel to this based off the second game

Only time will tell for a sequel.
As for Across the Universe... eh, It's dead, but not in the sense it won't be completed. I have an alternate project I've been planning for the last couple months that I've been meaning to put down on paper... something called Featherball. A less "dead" idea, but an idea that will in the future encorperate the elements of "Across the Universe". If you're asking if the story will be continued on it's own, perhaps. Another question that can only be answered through the element of time. Once I've started on my other project "Featherball" and gotten "Sweetie's Mansion" back on it's feet again, then "Across the Universe" will (if it still isn't already) take another seat on the back burner for a while... and be picked up with "Featherball".
Huh...still haven't recieved any notification to start editing.
At this point, just PM me. I'm going to tear it apart before I get swarmed.
Huh, thought I posted to this...guess it didn't go through...
Good to see that to see that the story is still alive! Also, take your time. It is better not to rush something.
Moon, don't stress over whether or not you can write, or get your chapters out. I only just noticed 'Sweetie's Mansion' updated FOUR MONTHS AGO. That's even after the fact that it's been among my favorites list since I got this account last December! If I can wait this long for more just to find out that it's been updated for months, I'd say it's more up to your readers whether or not they take notice.
I took a little peek at chapter twenty two, and finally noticed something I hadn't paid attention to beforehand: you don't space out your paragraphs. Could I suggest you do so? It would allow for easier reading, and perhaps even increase the reader pool you have.
On a different note, I think I like the original story artwork better than the current one, though that's just me.
