A better grasp of my own anger and story procrastination

An incident earlier today let me gain a better grasp of my own sense of anger and want to destroy. Well, it finally came around for me to delete my Facebook.
I'm actually really glad that I did delete the thing. I wasn't worth spending my time looking at headache-inducing posts and basically keeping a list of people I never interact with.
