Okay, apologies for this. I had plotted out a complete story arc for Twilight's Plan, but have realised when writing (actually completed the first draft of the next chapter) that it was no longer in keeping with the tags - I'd gone from 'Romance' to 'Adventure'. I didn't think that the story itself was that bad, but I've spent the last two days trying to work out how to move forward. I think I'll have to ditch about half of the chapter and start again. I'll also have to replot the whole story arc all over again.
The problem is the silly redo spell from the first chapter, when TP was originally envisaged to be a one-shot. Now I either go 'Adventure' and use the 'redo' spell for Groundhog Day type shenanigans (the specifics of which I haven't planned) or else forget about it and focus on the 'Romance'. I really don't think that a 'redo' spell works well in a relationship setting - it just causes pain and confusion.
So I may have to skip a week and post the next update next weekend, giving me time to try and untangle this mess.
well when I was reading it, I thought the spell was mostly there as a backup for her to make sure she could get Luna.
As she now has her mare, there is no further immediate use for the spell. I dont' think she would forget it, but rather store it away just in case she ever needed it agin. As Twilight is such a smart mare, she would happily learn other high end spells too. But you could always have a scene later on for some shenanigans.
What would get fun is if she tells Luna about the spell and they have some fun with it together...
Im totally up for a lot of romance, with a little (or a lot of) adventure.
