Pony names

So I was pondering pony names for myself, or more appropriately, names for my blue-colored pony avatar on the bike trip to campus this morning. Some highlights:

Lantern Light
Lantern Glass
Lamp Wick
Arrow Tip
Arrow Point
Lens Light
Tank
Tank Hit
Hammer Tank
Gravity Hammer

None of them really thrill me, to be honest, but part of that comes from not being truly specialized in life (I've got unrelated physical science and social science advanced degrees, I'm a competitive grifballer, I read a lot, etc.). The light-related ones I came up with as being tied to sparks of inspiration or the light of knowledge. The arrow ones are tied to my username which is in turn vaguely related to my actual name. Tank, while apropos as that is both my preferred role and my somewhat focused Grifball skill, is the name of Rainbow Dash's pet (though thinking about that as I type this up, could always lead to interesting dialogue should my avatar and RD encounter each other).

In any case, I would point out that I have no interest in author inserts should I ever write a fanfic. My avatar is a pony version of me without access to metaconstructs or other out-of-universe knowledge.
