For my dear readers, here is another historical docment, from the rain of Ponyland's most- ahem- zealous of rulers
By the grace of the horsemaster, her royal highness Princess Theodora, leader of the council of Princess ponies, grandaughter of the great Princess Luna, and supreme soveriegn of the Ponyland confederacy, does hereby send these decrees to her loyal vassals- the Margrave of Fort Rainbow Dash, the Shogun of Hoofkaido, and the Princesses of Bright Valley and Misty Mountian- with the command that they be carried out without delay;
-All Ponygan places of worship shall be cleansed of thier alicorn filth, and be converted to Zoroponthian temples.
-Ponygans are henceforth forbidden to vote or hold public office, and any canidates for offices must swear both thier deviotion ot the horsemaster, and thier renunciation of alicornism, on the holy book of Zorpontha.
-Marriage between ponygans and zorpothians are strictly forbidden, unless the alicornist party is willing to renounce thier faith.
-Seperate schools, living areas, and soical institutions shall be set up for Ponygans, for the good of both Zoroponthians and Ponygans alike.
-Ponygans are forbidden to testify against zoroponthians in cases before the Ponyland magistrates, and any cases involving an alicornist and a follower of the horsemaster shall be tried in a Zoroponthian court.
-All ponygans holidays and events (including hearth's warming eve, and the Equestria games) are hereby outlawed, and are to be replaced by Zoroponthian equivalents on the calendar.
-Alicornists are forbidden to spread thier heathen beliefs to non-ponygans, though local rulers may attempt to convice them of the correctness of the horsemaster way.
-All public statues, pictures, and likenesses of the princesses Celestia and Luna being used for religious purposes are to be destroyed. Historical and enducational artwork are permitted however, as are private staues and likenesses for veneration.
-Any mares caught violating these temnets shall have thier property confiscated, and any stallions (unless vouched for by a mare), shalll face the punishmet of gelding.
By the grace and glory of the Horsemaster,
HRH, Princess Theodora of Ponyland
Fortunately, both the sixth and last of these decrees were mercifully repealed after the princess's death.

So she was a fundamentalist ruler? I'm thinking that Cadence found them as insults to her and her old friends and family.
Yes, Cadence was extremely unhappy with these decrees, and most of the local rulers found them a bit too severe.
