Just in case anyone is insane enough to read the chapter again, I'm letting you all know that I've re-revised it according to some of the points made in the comments. Things are pretty much the same except for some subtle changes to how Alex was reacting to Etherea.

NOW I can finally get down to finalizing part 2.

After sleep though.

People who can't take the criticism baffle me. I know it sucks to have your stuff found lacking, but if there's a problem then isn't it better to know about it?

Indeed. It's always a hit to the ego, but how will you ever improve if you don't listen to the critics. It's not like you even have to agree, but any measure of constructive criticism can help you either take a new perspective or give you a new means to improve.
