The blog title probably gave it away, but A Head Full of Clay has reached its end, and I would like to steal a few moments of your time to express my immense gratitude to everyone who decided to read, thumbs up, favourite, follow, comment and generally just give the story a look. It's been a real pleasure to write for an audience, as well as a tremendous learning experience.
For those of you who are interested, I've started writing my next fic. It's not a direct sequel to A Head Full of Clay, but some of the events from it will be part of the ongoing story and will add a bit more depth to the new one in places. That said, I aim to make this next story able to stand on its own without requiring prior readings. I don't want to give away too much just yet, but I can say that it will feature Rarity and Fluttershy, and that it will take place in a non-canon location (no, not Earth. No, not some kind of crossover setting either. Still in Equestria). The story will also be a fair bit darker, but not in the gratuitous-violence-for-the-sake-of-it kind of way, more in the themes.
I think that's all I wanted to say right now. Again, huge thanks to everyone who read A Head Full of Clay, and I hope to see you again for the next story.
