Hello, friends! Welcome to Hyzaku's Reader's Writing Prompts!
The rules here are fairly simple:
First, you post a prompt that'd you'd like to see me turn into a short story with no more than 3k words.
Next, after a few days, I'll randomly select one prompt and announce the winner.
Finally, I'll have three days to write the story. Once written, I may take a day for editing and touch ups before I post it.
There is no limit to the number of suggestions you may make, but each one should be a separate post. Please do not make me regret this.
I'd like to keep things simple with the restrictions as well, so don't get too damned weird on me.
No clop, no incest (CelestiaXLuna may be considered based on the prompt, but not likely).
If anything super squicky gets suggested I'll add it to the ban list.
Twilight finds a spell that brings Snoop Dogg to Equestria, and suddenly everyone is getting ghettoed out. He then defeats Discord through the Element of weed.
"Why do things like this always happen on Thursday?"
Twilight Sparkle quests for Eddie Van Halen’s magic guitar pick to defeat Discord and save Equestria. Featuring the Mane 6 as a ska punk band, DashxBlueblood shipping, and a cameo from HIM frontman Ville Valo.
Discord decides to go to Mars. Chaos ensues. Poor Marsians.
Twilight accidentally teleports herself to the moon, she must get back. Or not.
I've always wanted to read a story about Trixie and Iron Will. Can't you see it? A romance for the ages?

Iron Trixie is my OTP.
There's plenty of ways to work it, but what comes to mind is them running into each other and commiserating, in a bar or otherwise, about how pathetic everypony in Ponyville is.
Opalescence and Discord try to summon the devil in a satanic ritual with Gummy and Silver Spoon, but then the Mayonnaise police step in and start shooting the place up. Pip dies, because no one likes British people, and just when they think all hope is lost, a shining ray of hope comes from the heavens to save them all...

A singing story, anything, maybe some random dancing to guile's theme involving the whole town.
Hehehe... I hate myself for suggesting a selfinsert, but Koba has earned this.

You and Koba spend some time together. Of course, nothing goes to plan. A sexual interpretive dancer decides to subject Koba to the weirdest lapdance/moonwalk ever. Then Dagg shows up and they have a lover's quarrel.

I've been considering a plot arc (it's probably already been done to death) with Trixie and Luna, since I write Luna in Old English.

Simple heartwarming Twilestia, Celestia comforting a distraught Twilight after a snubbing by Canterlot university (theory is too advanced) and has to resort to something a little more drastic than usual.
I'll come up with some more prompts tomorrow, but I'm supposed to be asleep.
How about a HiE, but Cloud Kicker decides to throw her own signature wrench into Twilight's carefully planned meeting, and the human is more than alright with it.

Kobalstromo gets pulled into Equestria through some wayward spell. Once there, we find that all ponies, sans the mane six, are inexplicably attracted to him. While fighting off hordes of horny horses, the mane six must either find a solution to this enigmatic equestrian ethos, or find a way to transport the tired Koba back home.
Will he survive? Or shall he fall before these frisky fillies and salivating stallions.
Not breaking the clop rule. Keep it to weak / moderate innuendo.

well i am here to suggest you do celestiaXluna. as far as ideas, well i am no writer, but i have two basic ideas.
1. being rather old, celestia and luna go over the traditional ways to great ponies over the years for a lesson for twilight, which might include kissing or hugging or doing silly weird things. luna could be tsundere and feel really awkward too.
2. they are forplaying or just messing around in the garden or someplace....not the bedroom and are acting out luna's banishment and luna is all tsundere and instead of banishment she gets like ear nipples and all luna did was say......eat the last piece of cake instead of eternal night. (can you tell i want a silly story with luna being tsundere?)
another idea is Twilight X Rarity, simply because i feel the ship deserves more fics. some ideas for that:
1. they go to the spa (how original)
2. twilight try's a spell on rarity and it back fires and she starts to make dresses, but from anything not fabric....so like grass or bark or just anything really
3. they are a couple and rarity has to go to canterlot to sign off some dating a princess legal papers after twilight's transformation and she has to wait in line and things go so horribly wrong and it is just super crazy. (though this could work with any character X Twilight)
last idea is that the princesses and the girls are having a sleep over and they are playing truth or dare. this could include princess sillyness and overall sillyness or could go LunaxCelestia too.
then again i am not a writer.....so i hope some idea aren't dumb
Maybe a little something with Screwball? Like a view of her dealing with the absence of Discord or something.

Twilight hooks up her quantumagical random number generator to a graph paper printer, and it claims to be possessed by the wandering soul of Starswirl the Bearded.
Twilight dreams of mathematical abstractions and having a tea party with them.
Twilight realizes her feelings for Miss Smarty Pants, and goes on a quest to rescue her from Nightmare Moon.
Fluttershy is a timberpony, and wanted to be a tree in that one episode because then she'd be a real plant, instead of some wierd aglamation of magic and twigs- and her purpose in the world would be much clearer then.
Her real identity is hidden with a magical artifact.

(the artifact idea is cliche, but it's not like she can put on a pony's skin or something.
Maybe a fake pony skin?
Fluttershy never had parents, and just woke up one day in the middle of the everfree.
She was raised by timberwolves, but while under her disguise is found by a group of pegasi, who took her to cloudsdale.
she is thought to be a feral foal, and is taught how to be a regular pony in school.
Her shyness is a leftover from the animal instinct she had while living in the wild.
She also is afraid of the everfree forest because she doesn't want her friends to find out about her timberpony status.
Fluttershy also would be afraid of what her friends would think.
She has a predatory mindset, despite her timid behavior. and has to quell her instincts on occasion.
Iron Will certainly didn't help with that...
She really cares about her friendship, and fears being called a monster.
Fluttershy is also afraid of dragons because she doesnt want to get set on fire. She's made of wood.
for some reason that I haven't thought of yet she can stand on clouds like a normal pegasus.
(maybe the natural magic that created her as a timberpony pegasus also supplied a pegasus magic substitute?)
She's not good at flying because of her wood composition, and that is why she prefers walking.
Fluttershy's "stare" is the predatory look she learned from the timberwolves.
She loves taking care of animals because she grew up around them, they're her family.
Angel is demanding, but that is just a cover. He is fiercely protective of Fluttershy and her secret.
Fluttershy lives near the everfree so she can sneak off to see her timberwolf family in secret.
Zecora likely knows Fluttershy's secret well,
but it is not a tale for her to tell.

This is something I've really wanted to have as a fic for a long time.
I kinda thought about writing it first myself, but I have plenty of other original ideas to keep me going.
But anyway. this is an idea for a fanfic that I'll probably never get around to writing.
So if ya wanna give a crack at a one-shot involving this, go ahead.

Twilight inquires about Discords origins, he complies but insists that he'll only answer and give information in the form of riddles.
Rainbow Dash, a graduate from the Famouns Adventurer's Correspondence School's fighter program, has traveled to the Everfree Forest and the town of Ponyville, to help free it from a curse put on it by an evil enchantress (who does evil dances), that resulted in Baron Nite Lite's daughter being foalnapped when she was a filly, and his son going missing trying to find the culprit. Upon arrival she meets two other graduates, Rarity, a wizard in training with an eye for fashion, and Pinkie Pie, and neophyte thief, as well as the town's colorful denizens, such as Applejack, a local farmer, and Fluttershy, the healer. Can the group save the town and rescue the Baron's children? Probably not.
Basically a silly crossover/retelling of the somewhat obscure Sierra game
Hero's QuestQuest for Glory: So You Want to be a Hero. Because Ponies.Honestly, if you could get a story of only 3K words out of that I would be impressed, but this is all I could come up with.
Rainbow Dash, Equestria's greatest miner.
While keeping Rarity company as she goes gem hunting Rainbow Dash is captured by diamond dogs and forced into servitude for tresspassing and gem theft (they blame her for all Rarity's "thefts" over the years) While serving the two week sentence she learns she loves mining and all the dangers it entails. During this period she meets Mutt, a smaller diamond dog who's doing time for wanting to abandon his pack and live among the ponies.
Rather than leave after her allotted time Dash asks to stay on and help out. Hijinks ensue as Dash tries to lead her friends away without revealing herself and her shame at abandoning them. Romance ensues between Mutt and Dash as the two discover that what the other has they want.
They discover a ruin that allows them to switch bodies, hijinks ensue and Dash gets Mutt's body and Mutt gets Dash's. They go their seperate way.
The End?
You know I want to see you try this. If you pull this off I'll give you a dark fic I've been wanting to see written for awhile.
Also a fic featuring BOTH Screwball and Screw Loose.

So the earth blew up, and only one ship managed to get away before the blast took over the entire planet, on the ship are lightning dust, Princess Celestia, Twilight Sparkle, Fancy Pants, and some servant.
Working for the Solar Guard is awesome. Prestige, honour, and looking cool in armour.
The Lunar Guard, on the other hoof, isn't so peachy. The glamour's itchy, you get funny looks from everypony, and the boss is a little... different.
Well, the pay's good, and there's always something going on in the Lunar Court.
Hmmm... What should I suggest? So many ideas, waiting to be written, it seems. Though I'm loathe to give you one of mine. That would be cruel.
A comedy/adventure story in which Cherilee takes her class (and the CMC by extension) on a field-trip to Tartarus?
I've got all kind more, though maybe not the time to list them all, lol.
Fluttershy asks Rainbow Dash to watch over her animals while she is in Canterlot with Spike and Twilight, who also asks if she would watch over owlowiscious. Rainbow accepts, saying it will be easy, it won’t.
Or
The ponyville library is holding a book signing for the writer of the Daring Do series, where she will be making a special announcement about the series. But it also happens to be on the same day as a wonder bolt show that Rainbow has been waiting for, and had already gotten the tickets for.
the CMC are in there teen years. each one founds a colt of the spring dance (mares ask colts), turn out it is the same one. but he likes peppermint twist: bon bon little sisters.
