Octavias Big Secret: Finding a Passion Story and Challenging the Idea Behind Octavia's Character

So I finnally made a "one-off" story for the first time. Now I do want to say that story isnt your typical Octavia and Scratch story you may know by heart. In fact, it completly changes the character in many ways, but I do want to tell you that this more about trying to make a "finding passion" story.

I personally heard about the season finally recently about the Cutie Swap spell and how there cutimarks seal their fate to become that character. It got me thinking about all those other stories about how Chefs got there passtion at a later time then when most people conceive. A good example of this is in Kitchen Confindencial from when Anthony Bourdain discovered his passion at the late age of 18 and still became really successful. If you also think about it in real life, a lot of people are miserable because they don't know what there passion is. This is we're the idea of Octavia finding her "true" passion begins.

What I want to do with this story is not to slander the good name of Octavia but I want to challenge the idea behind Octavia. If you read any other fan fiction staring Octavia, you start to realize that the character of Octavia is somewhat simular to the next. (I just want to note I am not insulting these writers who write Octavia that way, I'm just trying to make a point. I absoluttly love Octavia. I will say it again LOVED Octavia) I believe Octavia is a great character to work with but I want to see Octavia in a new light because if you see those stories it seems like shes repressed something underneath the classical music and that cutimark. Maybe there is a new character that opens up to someone who wants explores into something new. So my point is, "No, I am not destroying Octavia's character. I am simply challenging it to open up into something new." I understand that this is unusual for Octivia fans and I don't blame you for hating me for this but I'm just trying something new and try to understand how that character works.

Although that brings me to another question I want to ask you, the reader.
