Well, I just got some quick feedback on my story, and I noticed that the main problem is that one of the OC's I put in there was hinted at to be the main villain. And since this OC was an alicorn, one particular commenter was quite upset. I guess this is something to learn: how to allay fears of the quality of the content while still staying true to the story being told? I hope that my response is good enough for now, but it remains to be seen if this will become a deal-breaker for many people.
