Mass Effect: Shades of Twilight

For any and all Mass Effect fans out there, I have to point out ME: Shades of Twilight by the supremely talented Loyal2Luna, which has recently posted its first official chapter. It's a follow-up to The Equestrian Equation, which told the story of how Commander Shepard discovered the Equestrian civilization and brought the citizens of Ponyville into the galactic community. Now, the story is about Twilight Sparkle being thrust into a position of leadership that will force her to make decisions determining the course of her people's development and assimilation into the larger galaxy. Like its predecessor, Shades of Twilight allows the readers to vote on these pivotal decisions, which will have consequences that will help or hinder the Equestrians' progress. The timeframe for voting is three days after each chapter is posted, though, so if you want in, don't delay, and spread the word!
