Guys, stop acting like headless chickens.
We don't know what's going to happen in the final episode. Everbody keep calm and brony on.
My humble opinion is that the show's been going downhill this season. But it's only natural - you can't expect the quality to always be constant. Isn't there an internet rule that says that series are decent until season 3 or 4, and that's when most usually jump the shark?
MLP had its 15 minutes of glory. Season 4 or 5 might be better, or they might be worse.
What I mean is this: alicorn Twilight is not the end of the world. It might be the worst possible thing to happen in the show so far, or maybe it will be another meh episode, or maybe we'll get another surprise like with the royal wedding.
Some episodes are better, some are worse. The writers have to work with less episodes, and it shows - I'd really love the "Keep Calm And Flutter On" to be a double episode, for example. But so far they haven't done anything truly horrible. Show them a little trust.
So stop acting like it's Dec 2012 all over again :)
