Follow the Melody: Next Chapter Update? · 2:37am Jan 14th, 2013
For those who follow the story, you may have noticed the lack of story updates. The reason for that is because I am stuck. I may have dug my own grave with where I've been going in the story. So, I've been spending the past week or so banging my head against a wall for ideas, and so far I managed to write only a good couple thousand words. The problem? I have no idea how I'm going to write out the other half of the chapter, which will affect where this story actually goes. Believe me when I say that I want to update this story, it's just that I can't. So until an idea finally comes, I'll be working on my other stories. Being a writer is damn hard.
dont be so hard on your self, we all get at that point just think of some tv shows games or whatever you like to get insperation or do what I do
just right as you go and see what abomination you make, but anyways I have faith in you hope to see more
Obvious solution would be to have Nymph run into some serious trouble, developing her character in the process. This could either peek her curiosity even further, or make her more inclined to stay in the hive. Of course if she sees ponies it could turn everything she knows upside down, but that seems a bit unlikely since one would assume the changeling hive is placed a fair bit away from civilization.
I look forward to see if you'll solidify her devotion to the hive or slowly break it down.
906536 Um, this blog was posted 2 months ago for a different story. But thanks for the advice. I was planning something along those lines, and I've already thought of what I should do for the next chapter.
