And there goes all my progress... · 8:36am Jan 7th, 2019
So I made some edits and left some story-related notes to myself in the comments of Google Doc. Skip to 2 months later, I go to reopen the latest chapter of one of my stories and I see all my comments are gone... I've checked my other story documents and the same thing happened to all of them.
Great... There goes a year's worth of notes (maybe even years, plural, since I've written other stuff a long time ago but haven't yet published).
Worst start off to the new year, but I'm just going to have to try and remember what I wrote to myself and it's going to take a lot longer to get things done now. I'm hoping I get some answers from whatever support is going to help me.

(Instructions for desktop version of Docs.) Up by the "share" button, there's a button for comment history. I checked, it even shows resolved comments. Try that.

It was the first thing I did and all my comments including resolved comments are gone.
