A Quick Update. Oh, Boy… · 4:02am Jan 2nd, 2013
So, before I begin, Happy New Year. Yeah, I'm a day late in saying it, so what? Anyway, hope you guys are doing alright 'cause I sure as hell am. Just finished rewriting the fourth chapter in Live by the Creed AND added a prologue on top of that, so things are looking up so far. It may take an extra month or so before I'm caught back up.
So, after I finished my fourteen-hour writing marathon (not kidding), I took a step back and read over what I had so far, and… well, how do I put this? It was pretty much like tearing down a church/school/hospital (whichever's least offensive), and building a freaking brothel in its place. The general structure is still recognizable, but you won't feel the same once you step inside. So… yeah. This ain't just a rehash of what I already had with smoother sentence structure, nor is it me just adding new scenes to previously established ones. When this gets done, I might have trouble recognizing it. Oh, I'm so excited!
So, yes, that's what I've been up to. Anyway, have a good new year, stay fresh, keep it pimpin', all that good stuff. What does it mean to 'stay fresh'? Hell if I know, but I'm gonna keep saying it anyway.

I enjoyed your Fallout 3 reference to Three Dog you may or may not have intentionally made at the end of your sentence. Also, YAY! I have a month to practice my dramatic reading skills! Maybe the author of Mercy, Mercy, Mercy would like a reading done of his story......
