Way late to the party

It's been FIVE MONTHS since I checked in, goodness gracious. Life's been weird lately. Sorry about that.

So, for starters, I haven't started anything on Apprentice's last little bonus bits yet. I want to get another couple of Last Bow chapters out before that. However, what I have planned are a redone sort of final battle, as well as a couple of bonus scenes that will be added and then will rearrange the current last few chapters to give them a spot. Nothing too major.

Speaking of Last Bow though, I'm almost done with the next chapter. For those of you who read Even in Other Worlds way back when, part of it will feature a familiar little tragic backstory.

But yeah, this chapter's kinda sucked to write. Next one should be better, but still might be a bit dry. Not just the emotional weight of it, but both of them have a lot of setup to major payoffs later, so nothing seems like it's happening, but stuff is.

I dunno, maybe I'm just overly critical of things. But yeah, thought I'd check in, let you know that despite the absence, I am still here and still working on it. So please be a bit patient, I'll have the next chapter ready soon... ish.
