Life-Altering Decision, Keeping My Fans in the Loop · 3:49am January 27th
So, this is a life-altering decision I'm about to make. And before anyone tries to say life is worth living, this isn't me saying I feel like killing myself, I've got you guys to get me through life, you're all great friends, and have always been reasonable. Second thing; don't go saying that this choice is illegal, I've done my research, it's not, even my brother knows it's legal, and he's a Sergeant in the Chicago P.D. Basically, I'm considering using legal cannabis to help with my writer's block. Like I said, this is perfectly legal. The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 aka the Farm Bill authorized the production of hemp and removed hemp and hemp seeds from the DEA list of Controlled Substances. As a result, THCa is federally lawful. Per the 2018 Farm Bill it’s perfectly legal to produce hemp derived Delta-8 THC in any concentration, and Delta-9 THC that does not exceed 0.3% by dry weight. Therefore, the marijuana I will be using has very, VERY little THCa. Anyway, part of why I'm doing research into this, Mood Cannabis sells different types of cannabis that induce different moods. One of them is cannabis that induces a creative and focused mood. Yes, I'm using cannabis to help me with my writer's block I've been having for a while. I'm also going to try some to help with my sleep problems, but that's neither here nor there. I just wanted to keep you guys in the loop, and if anything happens, like if I need to go through rehab or anything else, I will let you guys know as soon as I am able to. Please don't worry too much, I'm not just buying a bunch of pot and smoking it the day it arrives, I'm doing research, and before I make any decision, I'm going to talk to my doctor. I understand if you're concerned for me, and I appreciate it, but please don't worry about me getting hurt. I don't have a driver's license, so I'm not going to be driving high. Just remember, you are all my friends, and I want you all to know about this before I go full circle in buying and using hemp. And once again, this is perfectly legal, this hemp has been legal for the past six years after the Farm Bill was passed in 2018. An easy way to explain how this is legal is comparing it to non-alcoholic beer. Non-alcoholic beer still has some alcohol, but it's an extremely tiny amount of alcohol, to the point where it's safe to let underage people drink it. There is so little THC in the hemp that it's minimal. Hemp-based cannabis products are legal to produce, buy, sell, and use as long as the product contains no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
