Hiya, folks. Hope you've all been doing well.
Feels like I gotta make one of these in between every Affection Therapy chapter, and I do apologize for that. I really wish it didn't take me so long between installments. I have a rough idea of where I want to go with the next chapter, based on where the last chapter ended, but the trouble lies in not yet feeling the spark to write it out yet. I think my mind just might be buzzing with other projects, like still wanting to create a sequel to Tough Cookie and Syntax, but only having half-made ideas for that, too. Participating in the Newbie Artist Training Grounds this year did help a little with that, though.
And on another note, I've been having thoughts about Living in Equestria, too. I did post two chapters that I had ready to be looked over before my editor, Firebirdbtops, suddenly disappeared, but I'm no closer to knowing how to proceed from there. With what we know of what's established for G4 by the end, it almost makes me wonder if I shouldn't restart the story from the beginning, while still keeping certain plot points and story arcs intact, and still starting where it did originally: at the end of Season 2 going into Season 3. Of course, doing that would impact some other big things, like Scootaloo being adopted by Derpy, since she does canonically have a family (it just took the show a very long time to establish that, lol), the relations between Equestria and dragons, the whole thing with seaponies, etc.. Also, Firebird was the Dr. Who expert, not me, so I wouldn't know how to further proceed with Doctor Whooves being a Time Lord in this continuity.
All one big mess I would have to unravel and sort out, in other words, so I'm kind of at a standstill either way. I apologize for my stagnation on L.i.E. as well, as I do feel like you all deserve better than me waffling and dithering over it.
Sorry for the glum tone. I just figured you guys ought to know where my mind is at right now. Thanks for continuing to stick with me during these periods of inconsistent content. I do appreciate it.
hey just as long as your doing ok. Thanks for also having patience with us as a whole. while it would be nice to see some more story it takes time. Thanks for everything!

For L.i.E and this is just my thoughts; if you are going to restart it I'd keep the original with a last chapter explaining things, then put the reset as its' own story. That way we still have the original, along with the remake. Again just my own opinion but it is your story.

My apologies for taking so long to reply. I've been mulling it over in my head. Supposing I did start from scratch one of these days. Isn't there a provision/site rule about reuploading a story as a separate entry, if it's essentially the same story? I'm not sure if there is, but I can't help but feel like there's something like that. I'd also have to think about what concepts I'd want to keep from the original.

As for your story; I think there is a rule, so I can understand your worries, I'd just hate to lost the original story. I don't know, as I said before it's your story so the choice it ultimately yours. So I guess we'll just have to wait and see what comes.
No, dude, plz, don't restart the story, if you can't continue it... Just leave it be. Mark it as canceled and that's it. If you can't give us more, at least don't take away what we already have...

Oh, that's a relief... But also, if u was planning to restart the story, how is it going to be? There will be original AND remaster?

It was more a hypothetical scenario than anything, since I know there's a site policy about posting the same story twice, even if I would be trying to change things around.
