Thought I should share something that I commissioned for BlossomThing.
Blossomforth trying to hide her embarrassing form from Anon but realizing too late that she’s too large at the moment to hide properly. Anon seeing her in her tentacled form is like being caught naked. She uses her shapeshifting to more efficiently do the chores.
After being caught, exposed for the eldritch shapeshifter she is, Blossomforth decides to finish up breakfast before going upstairs to transform back into a pony. It’s quite an embarrassing situation, she doesn’t want to be seen as a monster.
A commission based on the Blossomforth from my fic BlossomThing. Thank you to Pepperroach! May or may not have a continuation in the future.
The past few months since the last chapter I got covid and a video game (Destiny) addiction. I'm going to try and write the next chapter now that I don't spend all my time playing video games anymore... Just takes some creativity and discipline on my part.
Also, do you think either of these pictures could be used for the story art?
God i forgot this story existed. Gonna have to find some time to read it again.

Blossom borrows from many genetic traits from alien and equestrian creatures when she transforms. Her more amorphous forms were traits like gooish gore and tentacles were specifically crafted by her ancestors using genetic engineering using genetics they found as inspiration. It helps to manage the biomass between transformations but takes a lot of energy/biomass expenditure to maintain an amorphous form. She didn't have much time to transform and even if she did, she can't mimic inanimate objects too easily. It would take a long time to get the shape right and maybe impossible to get the texture and feel just right. She can do simple shapes fairly well while in the gooish gore form and then can form some skin that can mimic colors but that's about it. She's more able to quickly transform into a living creature whose genetics she has analyzed.
