My favorite movie would have to be spider man before he went to marvel. Since spider man was a dc character does this mean when he is in marvel he's a crossover.

Actually, Spider-Man was never a DC character. He is, and has always been, a Marvel character. It's just that the character's film and TV rights were exclusively owned by Sony until they made a deal with Disney (who owns Marvel at the moment) to use the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe alongside the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Doctor Strange
Sony is still making movies with characters related to Spider-Man that they hold the rights to, such as Venom, Morbius the Living Vampire, and Kraven the Hunter.
As for DC, they're entirely owned by Warner Bros and include characters like Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman, Shazam, Joker, and Harley Quinn.
Personally, the movies that I consider to be the best of the DCEU filmography are the two Wonder Woman movies with Gal Gadot.

I thought “Aquaman” was great too, but at the same time…I can’t help but find it to be overrated in some ways.
“Shazam!” was definitely a fun film in its own right, I’ll tell you that.
