Alchemy is the breaking down of a substance and putting it all together in a new form using the same materials. It is all based on one law, equivalent exchange. Now I wonder if that still works in a land full of multi-collered ponies.
"Al I think I got it, this should get us our bodies back."said Ed excitedly. It had took them weeks just to get enough time to work on this new circle. Ed and Al needed to get there bodies back as fast as they could.
"So are you ready brother." Al questioned.
"No Al I have to do some shopping, of coarse I'm ready." he quipped.
"Then lets do this."Al said. They clapped there hands and hit the new transmutation circle. There was a sudden glow of white light coming from the chalk lines.It grew slowly brighter and brighter each passing second. They thought that they had done it and were about to celebrate when the glow turned purple. It had started to grow darker and when it reached black they saw it. The door of truth was in front of them standing 3 times as tall as Ed(2 times for Al). When it opened they knew what would happened. The tentacles came out and grabbed there limbs and pulled them in to the gate. For a second it was pure darkness.
Then in a second filled the room filled with light. Thats when he they realized that it was not a room,but a small town of sorts. Then he saw someone approaching in the distance. "OK Al I think this is the welcome comity"They got ready to fight when they realized it was a pony. She had wings and a horn, that's when she started to talk.
"Were did you come from and whats with your body and your hooves."she said.
"What do you mean hooves."Said Ed.When he looked at his hand he realized that they weren't hands at all but weird stubs."What are these."he stammered.
"Your hooves...."she questioned?
"Yes I would like to know why I'm talking to a pony."He screamed.
Her face askew like she was thinking said"you should probably come with me.". They did so skeptically ready for a fight to start.
When they reached her home(or tree)she got a mirror and showed them their reflection and they both gasped in shock.They saw that they were both ponies, one made of metal the other with two metal limbs ."What happened to us Al."Ed said shakily.
"So you really weren't ponies before I met you."She said shocked.
"Well no, Truth probably put us here and turned us into ponies,by the way were are we."Said Al.
"You are in Equestria to be more precise a town named Ponyville and my name is Twilight Sparkle."she said"were did you come from anyway."
"We came from Amestris,and i'm the state alchemist Edward Elric, better known as the Full-Metal alchemist."He bragged.
"WOW really i'm pretty good in alchemy myself."she said.
"They have alchemy here thats perfect."they said in unison.
"So how does alchemy in your world work."she asked.
"Well you need to get chalk to write down what we call a transmutation circle,then you place your hands together and hit the circle while analyzing the elements and changing them to what you need. They also have to be a set of guidelines for the elements to what you can change them to."Ed explained.
"Interesting, oddly enough we use the same method, I guess universes don't really change in some areas"she said"I should probably contact the princess to see what we should do."10 minutes later......."now that she knows about this what do we do now."said Al.
"Well how about we see who is better at alchemy."Twilight said with a smile.
"Sounds like fun to me want to join Al."
"No brother, you two can do what you want I don't like showing off my alchemy."
"Well lets get started."Twilight said. They decided that Twi would go first.She drew her circle and created a five foot tall bird."Beat that."she said, Ed had noticed that she was breathing rapidly. She had used all her energy in this one transmutation.
"Well my turn."he said confidently.He walked up and clapped his hooves together CLOP! A lif sized statue of himself appeared( in human form).She instantly had a angry look on her face
"I thought we said that we couldn't use pre-drawn circles."
"yes we did and i didn't break that rule,I don't have to use a transmutation circle."Ed smirked.
"Thats impossible, all transmutations have to use a circle."she said.
"It's a long story and I don't want to explain it twice so lets wait for the queen."
"You mean princess."She said.
"whatever."
"By the way, what was with that statue earlier." She asked
"That was me in my world" Ed said, the thought embedding the reality of what happened to him.
When the princess walked in, Twilight wanted to hear the story right away. So they told them everything about Truth, the human transmutation, and Ed's years working for the military. There were already crying by the time they heard about their mother and balling when they heard about Nina. After they settled down they started to ask him questions.
"So why are you a Alicorn in the first place?"they asked
"A what?"He said
"An Alicorn, a pony that's mixed with all the pony types. Earth, Peqasis, and a Unicorn." said Twilight.
"Apparently your alchemic skills are quite high, even better then my pupil." Celestia said while Twilight blushed "Now about were you came from, I only know one pony that is competent enough in the field of multi-dimensional doors."Celestia said in a confident voice. "I've already asked for an appointment you might say.".
That's when they heard the noise something around the sound off WWWWIIIIRRRR wwwwiiiirrrr WWWWIIIIRRRR wwwwiiiirrrr BOH! They heard a knock on the door."Hello anyone in there, it's the Doctor."
"Come in, it's unlocked, you don't need to use the screwdriver." said Twilight.
He opened the door and said"Ooohhhh but it's so fun to play with. Ok know where's the patient?" Ed raised his hand(or hoof, pony anatomy is weird). " Well who are you anyway?"Ed asked.
"I'm the Doctor."
"Doctor who?"Ed asked and had his mouth covered by the Doc who then immediately checked his foreleg which had a few tally marks on it. He sighed in comforted tone and proceeded to make some diagnostics and after he did some calculations, he pulled out a device.
"This is called the Timey Wimey detector. This should tell us where you're from."Said the Doc.
"Then what was with all that other stuff before." Said Ed.
"Oh that was to make sure your DNA was stable, some organisms have a hard time transmuting from human to pony form and they usually will die a horrible painful death in which your molecules will catch on fire." He said cheerfully.
"Oh good to know." He said softly.
That's when he told Celestia the news."He seems to be from universe number 4863."
"Well we should probably take you back to the castle and see what we should do then." Said Celestia. "You are the first male alicorn in the last few thousand years and we don”t want too many questions here in Ponyville." She said. Thats when he they heard the pounding at the door. "Oh no, not her!" Said the two in unison. When Twi opened the door all Ed heard was a bunch of words he couldn't understand because they were talking to fast. When she closed the door she appeared from behind the couch.
"OOHHH your new in town there’s never anyone new in town not sense Twi came here and that’s was long ago!" Said Pinkie in a rushed voice."You must be Twi's new boyfriend!"
They both blushed in unison and then Twilight started to scream "AND WHAT MAKES YOU SAY THAT!”
"Well it's because you both alicorns and..."
"WELL WERE NOT OKAY AND WE'LL NEVER BE. HE'S WAY TO SHORT FOR ME ANY WAY!" Twilight said
Then Ed started to scream aswell. "HEY IM NOT SHORT AND IF THEY CALL THAT HERE TO I'LL PUNCH THEM SO HARD THAT THEY'LL BE SHORTER THEN THE FLOOR!"
After pinkie alerted everypony in town about Ed & Al they barely got out of the library when all the ponyratzzi came and nearly busted down the doors to see the new Alicorn. Celestia already made a announcement that there will be a interview session for them to attend, but they couldn't wait to ask there questions. They even had to get the royal guard to intercept all the ponies who got to close. Ed saw in there eyes that they would tear off anything from him, some might even take an arm and/or leg(and not just the metal ones). Luckily his jacket still fit him well enough to cover his fake limbs.When there private train car sped up to the direction of Canterlot Celestia told him some shocking news.
"When your at the press conference I want you to tell them everything,the limbs, alchemy,the human transmutation you used on your mother,everything except the other universe. Al should be fine, they wont ask him question about himself. they'll figure the armors for protection. The whole empty armor thing might scare them."she said.
"But I could get arrested, human transmutation is illegal"Ed said. "We don't have that here so its not"said Twilight with a smile. "Perfect" thought Ed in his head. When he got to the Canterlot Castle his mouth dropped open. He couldn't believe the size of the place. It was bigger then anywhere else he had ever been. The inside was beautifully decorated like it was a old Xing palace. When they got past the lobby, they went into the elevator(powered by magical presence)and as they went up to his sleeping quarters he saw the entirety of Canterlot (Imagine the elevator like the one in the Hunger Games movie). It was a beautiful site. "Almost as beautiful as Winry"Ed thought" OH NO Winry" he had forgotten about her and everyone else back in Central. "There probably looking for me right now".
"Don't worry time works differently in Equestria then in your universe. One year here equals a day in your world" Celestia. Ed was about to question how she new what he was thinking, but decided that he shouldn't ask questions that he didn't want answered. When the reached his floor they showed him to his room.Al was right next door to him as he didn't want to leave him by himself. When he walked in he saw the glamorous style which normally wouldn't work for him,but he liked how they did it here. There wasn't anything to frilly and everything was quite comfortable. As soon as he fell on his bed he fell asleep.
When Ed awoke the next morning he expected to be in Central and was about to head over to Mustangs office when he remembered he was in Canterlot in the land of ponies. Thats when there was a nock on the door. "Brother, are you up you have to get ready, your interviews in a few hours. There serving breakfast in the dining hall and there waiting on us"Al informed. Just then Ed's stomach started to grumble for nourishment. "Alright I'll be down in a minute"said Ed. As he heard Al's armor clank down the hall he realized something. They had failed again, "all of Al's hopes and dreams swindled because I miscalculated and now we lost are human bodies and are stuck as ponies"thought Ed. He would really have to talk to him later about how he's feeling. While he got dressed he cursed out loud. He doesn't know the way to the dining hall. "Well might as well get some exploring done". He opened his door and walked down the halls. He walked for around twenty minutes when he got drenched in a brown liquid."What is this"he said. Thats when he heard the laugh above him. When he looked up to see what it was he saw a pink cloud. He reached for it and when his gloves touched it they clung to it and he figured out what it was. "Cotton candy"he said questionably? Then he heard a voice right behind him.
"Well I know its getting old but come on its CHOCOLATE RAIN." When he turned around he saw what he thought was a chimera. "Hello there the names Discord" said the chimera. He held out his hand and Ed reluctantly grabbed it. Electricity surged through his body. His vision went blurry and when there was only one room instead of 5 he looked at Discord's hands. There was a odd device in his hand. "Sorry, been a while since I had a good gag and your priceless face made my day"he said happily. Ed frowned and proceeded to move on before he used Discords skin as a carpet(good luck)."Ohhhh you'r no fun at all. You seem mad,are you mad"he said with his best sad face.
"Listen all I want is some directions to the dining hall"Ed said "Ohh on a date I see"he said laughably"I see you were to short to see the signs". He said the wrong thing to Ed "WHO ARE YOU CALLING SHORT YOU FREAK OF NATURE, WHY WHEN I GET MY HANDS YOU I'M GONNA RIP THAT SMILE AND SHOVE IT DOWN YOUR........." "Hey don't worry I'll teleport you over there"he said. There was a flash of light and he was in front of everypony in the dining hall. "Well good you made and I see you met discord already, isn't he a character"said Celestia. Ed grumbled and continued to go and get something to eat.When he got back he realized that it was all greens. "Let me guess no meat cause you'r horses" he said. They nodded in approval and after they ate they were on there way. When they reached there destination they Ed saw the crowds of ponies waiting for him.
As he went back stage he heard Celestia announce his arrival and the crowed cheered in joy. He stepped out to tell them his story and everyone went silent. he cleared his throat and got started. "Well I guess your wondering who I am"he started.They cheered in response. "Well lets start from the beginning. My name is Ed. When I was a chi... I mean philly my father left us. In his absence my brother Al and I started to study alchemy at the age of 6".Everyone looked impressed and looked at Ed's unicorn brother. "Soon A alchemy teacher came to our village and taught us more in our alchemy studies, she left on a island for around a month so we could figure out a riddle so we could continue. The riddle was all is one and one is all. When she came back and by then we had figured it out already. Now I'm not gonna tell you the answer, I want you to figure that out on your own. When we came back to the mainland we started our training and when we left we were one of the best alchemists in the world. Thats when our mother died".The crowd had gasped in surprised.
"We couldn't get over what happened to her and we found something in one of my fathers old textbooks. It was a high risk but we had to take it, to get her back" the crowd was whispering amongst themselves at this point, but still listening. "We prepared as much as we could and people thought we were shut ins or crazies because we stayed by ourselves for a while, studying. Then the day came were we made the circle. We got the elements that were in the human body and some of our blood. Thats when we started, we put our hands on the circle and the room filled with a glow of blue. Then the light turned black, an eye opened in the middle of the room. I appeared in a white room with a large door in front of me. When I turned around I saw some sort of white person with my silhouette appearance. When I asked who he was he told me that he was god,devil,light,darkness,and me". Ed didn't even pay attention to the audience's faces at this point.
"Then I heard the door open and when I turned tentacles pulled me in and I saw everything. Truth,false,death, and true alchemy. When I awoke I was back in my room and I felt a odd sensation in my leg and arm(I know that he lost his arm later, but you'll see why right now). Thats when I saw they were gone, and I had them replaced with these". Ed took of his jacket and pants and the audience gasped. His leg and arm were made of metal. "This is auto-mail, also known as fake appendages that replaced my muscles with gears and grease". Some ponies began to sob and many looked like they were about to. "Then I saw Al wearing armor, I knew he didn't want me to see him like that(A good lie he thought). Soon after I joined the military who wanted me for my alchemy skills. I left for a while and soon ended up in Ponyville when Twilight found me. Now I plan to help the princess with her royal duties and I may leave soon". finished Ed. Now everypony was crying now, Ed realized he should probably leave and when he did he saw someone familiar. "Oh no not you........"
"MR EDWARD ELRIC." said the crying stallion"I HEARD YOUR STORY AND I COULDN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU AGAIN." he said as he was quickly embraced in a lung crushing hug.
"I mist you to Lieutenant Armstrong." said Ed still in mid constriction"When did you get here anyway."
"THE SAME TIME AS YOU DID, WE ARMSTRONGS HAVE ALWAYS SHOWED UP IN A TIMELY FASHION." he said flexing his muscles. "I have already met the princess as well.". Ed looked at the princess who was still recovering from her hug to.
"Who found you?" asked Twilight
"Some old pony named Granny Smith, she seemed a lot like Granny from our world. just less cranky."
"Were there any lights over you"
"What lights." asked Ed & Al
"Well when you came to ponyville there were 4 white lights and 3 dark lights in a strange orb before you woke up."
"What could they mean?" asked Al
"We'll have to look into this more my student." said Celestia.
They walked back to the castle, fans of Ed and Al watched as they entered begging to see them. One got close, but was stopped by one of the guards who pushed her into the crowd. "You can stop that now before I use lethal force." said the muscular guard. Ed felt bad about the tough security, but knew it had to be done. The memories from the train station still haunted his head.
"I'm gonna go to my chambers, please ask one of the guards if you need my help." said Celestia. She walked down the hall and up to the tallest tower in the castle. Ed thought it was safe to ask Twi a few questions.
"So what does Celestia do anyway? people think of her like she's there god or something."
"Well she is, she raises the sun everyday and lowers it at night. Luna does the same for the night."
"Well thats impressive." Said Al as he walked into his room.
Ed walked over to his room, but was stopped by Twilight. "You can talk to me if you need anything, you know that right."
"Well, I assumed I could."
"I was told you moaned about someone in your sleep. Somepony named Winry." She said silently. He thought about her with a worried expresión on his face.
"She is a friend I have from my world.". The words had passed so absent minded that he hadn't thought of Twi's response.
"Is she more than a friend to you? Could she be you marefreind.". He couldn't think of a response to her question, he just kept thinking of that Auto-mail engineer who he knew since childhood. He had feeling for her for a while now. He was going to pay a visit to her after he got his body back. He might not ever see her again, she'll think that father killed him. She'll cry.
"I'm not gonna make her cry." he thought.
"Well by the look on your face it seems she is.". Why couldn't he talk. He wanted to tell her no, but he couldn't lie to her.
"I like her, but she probably doesn't like me.". Great now he was gonna cry, he held back the tears but she could see the pure loneliness. The mark of the man who lost everything and has nothing to lose. Only the slightest light in his eyes, for Al and Winry. Now one of them could be gone forever.
"Well don't give up hope, she'll be back with you soon. You can talk to me if you need to.".
He stood there for a few more minutes after Twilight walked out of sight towards her room. “What had happened to Winry? Could father had already taken over? No, its only been a few seconds in there time?" He still felt doubt. "Well, guess I should try to get some sleep." He was about to open his door when he heard a odd sound on the other side of it. A blue light casted itself from the otherside. "Someone's using alchemy. This could be some fun." He thought.
He opened the door, and clapped his hooves together, a small spark of elextricity traveled down his leg. In one motion he had put his newly spiked hoof at a colts neck. He approached him, there was a line of blood coming from his neck and it hell down his brown coat. They stared at each other there blues eyes connecting when he realized that it was the Doctor. He apolo gized and retracted his hoof from his neck. The Doctor breathed out a sigh of relief.
"Well I have to watch my hooves around you." He cleaned his bloodied neck and tried to wash the blood but there was still red on his brown hair.
"Sorry, thought you were someone else. Can't be to careful."
"Well not like your plan would work anyway."
"I had a sword to your neck."
"Well, it would work if I were a pony. I'm Gallifreyan, our blood flow through a different spot to our head then where your blade was pointed at."
"Well, I'm gonna have to watch my hooves around you. So what are you doing here."
"Well, for two reasons. One, for your speech and I'm sorry, I'm very sorry. Two, I wanted to see how you were doing with that DNA thing I told you about. It could happen at any time and I wanted to give you another scan.". He pulled out the Timey Wimey Detector and started to move it around his body. A piece of paper came out and a frown appear on his face."Oh no, this is bad, VERY BAD!"
Ed was shocked, he didn't want to die like this. Not by a traveling incident. He waited for the bad news as he read out the paper."YOU HAVEN'T BEEN DRINKING YOUR MILK!" He said in a loud disappointing voice. Ed started to yell at him.
"YOU HAD ME THINKING I WAS GOING TO DIE, BUT APPARENTLY YOU JUST WANTED TO ACT LIKE GRANY!"
"Well, it's very important. That's why you're so short."
"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME YOU FAT FREAK, YOUR LUCKY I NEARLY KILLED YOU EARLIER OR I WOULD HAVE FOLLOWED ON MY LAST PROMISE!"
"OI! Its not my fault that you don't drink your milk. Besides, soon you'll get taller if you hit on Twilight."
"Really, how does that work." He would do anything to get taller.
"Na, I'm just messing with you shorty. You wouldn't mind that though would you?" He said snickering. Ed started to scream, but Doc could see his blush. "Oh, you do like her. Well I recommend you hurry up already. You make it quite obvious that you like her. The second I saw you yell at her I new you liked her." He walked to the closet were he parked the TARDIS. Derpy stood there waiting for him. They walked into the box were they couldn't be heard.
"So did you convince him to follow his heart?" She said looking in his eyes.
"I think so, he doesn't realize how good he's got it."
"well, now that he's gone." thought ed as his head hit his pillow. "I need my rest. Between discord and that mad doctor, I've earned it.".
He closed his eyes. When he opened them once more, he was somewhere else. A white room, with him being the only person in it. He looked around to see were he was. There were no exits and no windows, it was just a big box. he looked down and saw that he was human again. "What the hell happened to me.". He looked around again.
"Hello, is anyone there?" asked Ed. No answer. "Hellooo.". still no answer. He walked forward not knowing were the walls were. It was so hard to see with everything being. He continued to walk ,farther, and farther, and farther. It felt like miles, then he fell.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH.". Everything slowly turned darker and darker as he fell. What felt like a eternity passed. Then "THUMP", he hit the ground. He got up, unhurt, and looked around. There was someone in the corner.
"Hello, who are you." he asked. The shadow got closer and closer. Soon he saw the facial features. Blond hair, white skin color, large eyes of blue.
"No way.". In front of him was the love of his life, Winry.
"What are you doing here?" he asked.
"Waiting for you, you've been gone with Al for a while now.".
"I never stop thinking about you." he said as he embrace her with a hug. He heard his heart beating. THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP.
"That so nice, just don't tell my boyfriend that.". Then everything went black. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________
When he awoke again, it was morning.
He heard it again. THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP.
"Wake up sleepy head! We have a long day planned.".
"Its your next interview, it starts in one hour.".
"Oh an interview. OH AN INTERVIEW! WHY IS THERE ANOTHER INTERVIEW AND HOW COME I WASN'T TOLD!".
"Well, we thought we would surprise you so you would sound more unrehearsed.".
"Yeah, now I just sound pissed( To all english people reading this pissed means angry not drunk in this story.).".
"You'll get over it, just get dressed and meet us in the dining hall. You know the way right?".
"Now you ask, last time you could have asked that and I wouldn't have been covered in chocolate.".
"Then I would have been bored that entire day.".
"Oh your dead!".
"You'll have to catch me first.". Ed heard her gallop away on the other side of the door.
"Not that easy miss Sparkle.". CLOP! Blue lightning surge out of the ground. It slivered to the door and then under it.
"3....2.....1...well, I guess I mis....".
"AAAHHHHHHH!".
"Never mind.". said Ed as he walked out the door. A few yards away was the trapped pony wrapped in the carpet flooring.
"NOT FAIR!".
"If I was fair, my day would be boring.".
"It's not over yet." she said playfully. Her horn began to glow a clear violet. Then POOF she appeared by the entangled carpet free from the shag prison. "Now the fun really begins.". They began to run.
"Hey, your pretty fast for a egg head.".
"And you'r quite the lady chaser. I wonder why.".
"Oh now its on!". They ran through all of the castle, painting and guards only streaks of colours before disappearing. Thats when he saw it, sunlight. "That must be a balcony. No way out for her, game over."He thought. They ran to the sight of the rising sun. Twilight soon reached the edge she turned to face him. " The game of cat and mouse is over, unless you wanna jump.".
"Sounds fun, see yah." she said as she jumped.
"TWILIGHT!" He screamed as he sprinted tho the edge. He looked down to the cement below, and there was nothing.
"Did you think that would stop me.". He looked up to see the pony he'd been chasing only moments ago. "Now its fair.".
"GOD DAMMIT!".
"Oh such foul language." she said as she zoomed off.
"THATS IT!". CLOP! A blue aura appeared at his feet. A pillar shot him forward to the next building were he repeated the process. He was right behind her now. "I almost got you.".
"Not yet.". Then she fell.
"DAMN!". He soon followed her downward. When he hit the ground he noticed the crowds. "She's probably hiding in one of the crowds. She might even be using some kind of disguise spell. I'll would have to think of a plan and fast. Wait a minute........ HEY GUYS THERES A PRINCESS OVER IN THE BAKERY!". As planned they all ran down the street. There was one straggler in a white cloak. "Hey Twily, I mean the guy in the white cloak.
"DAMN!".
"Now who's got the foul mouth.". She began to run over to the castle. "NO!". CLOP! She was surrounded by walls made of concrete. BOOM! The wall was blown up by magic. "NOT THAT AGAIN.". He then covered her horn in concrete. She was confused for enough time for Ed to close the distance. She turned to see Ed in front of here." Got yah now." he said as he reached his hand out. "TAG, YOU'R IT.
"It's on.". The running began at full pace once again. "I WILL GET YOU!".
"Good luck with that.". He ran down the road will Twilight close behind. He could se the bakery a block down. Another idea sparks in his devious mind. " HEY GUYS, THE PRINCESS IS OVER THERE!".
"YOU JERK!".
"Alls fair in tug of war.".
"ITS LOVE AND WAR!".
"We've reached that level already? Not even our first date.". Before she could respond the crowd engulfed her in the massive body of entangled limbs.( That doesn't sound right.) "Meet you at the castle.". ____________________________________________________________________________________________________
30 minutes later...........
Ed had barley walked in and was he was assaulted by a mixture of reporters and guards. One claiming to be for my own good. "The meetings starting already?".
"Yes. We've been looking for you and Twilight for 10 minutes now.".
"Sorry, she'll catch up right now. So should we get started?".
"If you wish.".
Ed walked over to the chairs that forlorner the stage. One for Celestia and one for the the missing Twilight.
"I hope she's alright." he thought. As he sat down he was already being bombarded with questions.
"Were you from?".
"Who are your parents?".
"Got a Marefriend?".
Ed thought to himself "These questions are getting rough. How much longer before I say something stupid or worse?". Thats when the interviewers decided to focus on one particular question.
"Were are you from?".
"It could only be so much longer before they know somethings up.". Thats when the door opened.
"Thanks Twi, You saved my ass back there.". They were now out for a walk and had decided to stop at a bakery and were enjoying some chocolate muffins.
"Well theres a way you can make it up to me.....".
"And whats that?". She began to lean in closer. She was right in front of him now.
"TAG!".
"Thats it.". The chase began again. .
They met each other turn to face with each other. "Well, now the games over.".
"Seems that way.".
"So what now?". They approached each other. They slowly but surly inching there way towards each other.
"I have an idea." said Twilight. They met in embrace. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________

"Bout time.". The Stallion took his eye away from the device and turned to the rainbow princess. She had been hiding him on his request for the past week and he had been spying on Ed to see how he was doing.
"Yes, I have been trying to get my star pupil a coltfreind for a while now too.".
"Well, I got one since I arrived.".
"You were quite the smooth talker. It also helped that you were also the only fully grown Horse besides a few of the royals. To believe....... a Mustang.".
It had been one week since they first kissed and they haven't seen each other since. This was mainly for the fact that Edward found out about the greatest part of moving to a new nation, the paperwork. He has been working since the kiss and it seems that at this point they are just making up work for him to do. Well, thats how its sounds in Ed's mind.
Al had already finished his paperwork. He had told Ed " Don't procrastinate" but he never listened to his brothers warnings before. Now instead of spending time with Twi he was working. Then their was that big murder in ponyville that got so many people scared to leave their home.
Then things were getting teleported here almost daily. The guards were just attacked by some "creature" that defeated an entire battalion, and he's here, getting a green card. At least he would be done with this in a few minutes. He had some special privilege as a alicorn so that the work was shorter(Yay Government).
"Last signature of approval and I'm fini......BOOM!". He jumped at the sudden sound struck his ears. "The hell was that.". He looked around to see if anyone was hurt. The room was a mess with fallen desks, filing cabinets, and paper. Then he realized "PAPER! Were is my form. It had been shredded by the shockwave. That explained why his ears were ringing.

He ran out of the building to see that the castle had been attacked. He was a mile away so he could get there rather quick, but he wanted faster transport.

A Pillar came from under Ed's feet as he went soaring to the castle. He was fast approaching the balcony as he saw her. Twilight was waiting for him. She had seen better days. Her hair was a wild mess of knots and split ends. She had that face of "I forgot a letter to Celestia." He landed on his hooves with a loud THUD! and walked towards her.
She immediately embraced him in a hug. Her body shivering at his touch.
"She's gone..... It took her.".
"What?".
"A monster.... It had a ghost face. And none of our magic worked on him. He just barged in. He took the Princess and ran. He had this magic boomstick.".
"Wait.... was it maid of a shiny metal.".
Yes, He also had these little balls of death made from something similar."
"So he has to be a fellow traveler. Another world, he might be from mine.".
