Blossoming Feelings

Rainbow Dash gazed out the window of her parent's house as two birds shared a bird bath together, seeing them brought a smile to her face as she returned to her meal that she and her family were sharing. Ever since they mended their relationship, they've been getting together for biweekly dinners.

Looking at the salad that her mother prepared, the athletic mare saw a strawberry that had grown to another one, using her fork to pick it up Rainbow's mind startled to wonder on couples as she ate the double strawberry, savoring it's sweet and tangy flavor.

"You ok there, dear?" Her mother asked, noticing how silent she was while she ate. Windy Whistles smiled at her daughter, grateful that she came to dinner with them and proud of her Wonderbolt statues.

The question brought Rainbow back to earth as she jumped slightly. "Oh. Yeah I'm ok, mom. I was just thinking." Rainbow replied as she took another bite of her salad savoring each bite as she thought about him.

Letting out a sigh, Rainbow looked to her parents. Bow Hothoof sat by his wife, enjoying the salad she made while a pot of soup cooked on the stove. "Mom, Dad?" Rainbow began to say as the words caught in her throat.

"Yes, champ?" Her dad asked, looking at her "what's on your mind?" He asked, knowing that something was plaguing her thoughts.

Taking a deep breath, Rainbow began to speak. "How did you two know you were in love?" She asked, causing a look of shock to appear on her folk's faces, but the shock quickly turned into warm smiles as the timer dinged to signal that the soup was done.

Windy Whistles, hearing this, got up and turned off the stove, getting out a ladle and three bowls she served her husband, Rainbow, and then herself. She sat back down and took a small bite of the soup she had made, the creamy texture was perfect and the broccoli added flavor. She looked at Rainbow who was still eagerly awaiting an answer. "That's a good question sweetie. I'd say your father and I fell in love on our third date, we went to the movies and before then I thought he was tough as nails." Windy said, causing her husband to blush.

"Wait a minute." Rainbow Dash interrupted. "You mean dad actually cried?" She asked, never seeing a tear from her father until her little outburst at the Wonderbolts.

"It's true RD, now let your mother continue" her father said while holding his wife's shoulders.

"Let's see now, it was December and we went to see "It's A Wonderful Life." We went to our local theater and bought a tub of popcorn and two drinks." Windy Whistles continued as Rainbow listened wholeheartedly.

"The movie was about a businesspony who thinks the world will be better off without him, but an angel shows up to show how much his presence or lack thereof makes a difference to people, at the end he finds new meaning to his life and the angel, from a ringing bell gets his wings." The mother continued as she looked at
Bow. "I was watching that scene when I looked over and saw your father crying, before then I thought he was tough, always hiding his emotions, and that's when I fell in love with him, just knowing he was tough and soft." Windy finished as she kissed her husband.

Rainbow got up from the table, having finished her meal. "That was a nice story, thank you for telling me." She said as she put the chair back under the table and went over and hugged her parents. "Thanks for dinner, I'll be back the week after next." The cyan mare said as she waved her parents goodbye.

"Bye sweetie, fly safe." Her mother chimed as Rainbow walked out the door.

Flying home, Rainbow ran into Fluttershy who was just leaving her parents house. The shy pegasus wore a pink skirt with a white shirt and flats on her feet, her size d breast poking jutting out as she flew up to greet her friend.

"Oh hi, Rainbow. I didn't know you were around here as well." Fluttershy said as she matched her flying speed with her friend.

"Yeah, my parents and I have biweekly dinners together." Rainbow said, rubbing the back of her head as her mother's words echoed in her head.

"That's nice, my parents and I do the same." Fluttershy said, trying to sustain conversation.

Noticing that Rainbow Dash was a bit quiet, even quieter than her, Fluttershy wondered what was on her mind. "Rainbow, are you ok?" She asked with concern as they flew.

"Yeah, I just have something on my mind." Rainbow replied as she sighed. "Can I tell you something, Fluttershy?" The cyan mare asked.

"Of course Rainbow, you can tell me anything." Fluttershy responded as Rainbow took in a deep breath.

"I think I'm in love with somepony." Rainbow blurted out as she blushed.

Fluttershy was shocked, usually Rainbow never shares feelings like that, opting more to face them herself, but soon a sly smile spreads across her face. "Oh? Who is it? Is it my brother Zephyr?" She asked teasingly.

Rainbow blushed harder as she gently nudged Fluttershy. "Come on, Fluttershy I'm serious." Rainbow replied as her friend laughed.

"I know, but I couldn't help myself, so really who is it?" Fluttershy asked as she regained her position near Rainbow.

"It's Soarin." Rainbow said, blushing at the mention of his name.

Fluttershy smiled as she looked at Rainbow. "I figured as much, you two seem to have a lot in common, so are you going to ask him out?" Fluttershy asked as they landed at Rainbow's house over Ponyville.

"I'm not sure yet, I think I'm in love, but I'm not sure." Rainbow replied, showing some insecurity as she looked down.

Fluttershy grabbed her shoulder and brought her gaze to meet her. "I understand, it's hard to know these things, but I'm sure you'll know soon." Fluttershy said, bringing her friend in for a hug. She stroked Rainbow's back gently with her hand before breaking the hug. "I'll see you around, Rainbow." The yellow pegasus said as she flew off.

Rainbow Dash waves goodbye to her friend as she enters her house, Tank was in his cage and smiled when she entered.

"Hey, Tank, I'm home." Rainbow said as she greeted her pet, giving him some tortoise food before she plopped down on the couch and kicked her shoes off.

While watching tv, Rainbow's mind starts to wander, she starts to think of Soarin as he was exercising in the Wonderbolt's weight room, his muscles glistening with sweat as he pumps iron, his tough but gentle face gritting his teeth as he lifts the weights. While Rainbow thinks of this, she subconscious lifts her hand up and unbuttoned and unzipped her blue jeans, pulling them off to reveal her purple panties, extending her index and middle finger she slipped her hand in the front of her panties and started rubbing her slit as she thought of Soarin.

In Rainbow's head, she imagines Soarin taking his shirt off, revealing his washboard abs and big pecs as she plunges her fingers in her pussy as she orgasms and moans. The moans echo through her house as she pulls her fingers out and pants. She blushes as she realizes what she had done and goes into the bathroom to wash up.

Taking a washcloth, she washes her hands and in between her legs, she takes off her silk purple panties and hoop shots it in the hamper in the bathroom. She puts on a fresh pair and weakly makes her way up stairs and crashes on her bed.

Running Late and a Date

View Online

Rainbow wakes up to the light in her room shining from the window, yawning and stretching, Rainbow pulls herself out of bed and groggily walks to the bathroom.

Upon entering the bathroom, the athletic mare pulls down her panties, takes off her bra, and leaves them on the floor as she enters the walk-in shower. As soon as she turned the knobs, warm water pelted her body as it fell from the head. Rainbow closed her eyes as the water hit her face and washed over her body, curving around her C-cup-sized breasts.

The mare takes a loofah and scrubs her chest vigorously as she cleans the dirt and grime off from yesterday, remembering what she did cause her to blush as she washed between her legs. After cleaning between her legs, the cyan mare took a bottle of shampoo from the shelf and applied some to her hand, rubbing her hands together she then applied the shampoo to her mane, letting it sud up as it cleaned her rainbow hair.

Putting her head under the water, Dash rinsed off the shampoo and scrubbed it out of her hair. After rinsing all the soap off her, Rainbow stepped out onto the cloth bath mat, its faux fur texture embracing her feet as they dry on it.

After getting out Rainbow grabs a towel and wraps it around her body, her breast being pushed down a bit as she looks in the mirror and combs her mane, the comb pulls it back neatly as it pulls out any loose knots.

After combing her hair she grabs her toothbrush and toothpaste and begins to brush her teeth, brushing vigorously her body shook as her breasts jiggled a bit as she brushed, despite the towel restraining them.

The athletic mare finishes refreshing up for the day as she puts on her clothes and shoes, after getting dressed in her room she heads downstairs, looking at the couch she sees that luckily, none of her excitement had gotten on the cushion. Heading into the kitchen, Rainbow starts to make herself breakfast.

Rainbow Dash opens the fridge and pulls out three strips of veggie bacon and puts it in the cold cast iron skillet, she turns on the stove and lets it heat up gradually. Going back to the fridge, Rainbow pulls out two eggs and lays them on the counter. The bacon starts to sizzle as Rainbow puts bread in her Wonderbolts toaster. As the bread toasts, she flips the bacon to cook the other side as she starts to cook the eggs, seasoning them with salt and pepper.

Rainbow cooks her breakfast in about five minutes leaving her eggs sunny side up as she puts them on a white plate with the three bacon strips, she grabs her toast and puts a generous helping of apple butter on each piece before putting them on the plate and going to the table to eat.

Rainbow cuts into her eggs, the yolk oozing out as it touches the bacon, taking a bite Rainbow couldn't help but smile at her work before digging in for more.

As she eats her phone starts going off, picking it up to look at it she sees it's a text from Soarin. Thinking that he's going to ask her out she quickly opens it only to see it's not that. The text reads. "Are you coming?" Rainbow Dash then replied: “YES, COMING.”

Rainbow then sees the time and almost spits out her breakfast, wolfing her breakfast down she runs out the door and takes off, flying as fast as she could.

Rainbow arrives at the grounds with Spitfire waiting for her. "You're late, Crash." She says sternly while tapping her foot, her arms crossed in front of her C-cupped breasts.

"I know, I'm sorry I overslept and I-" Rainbow tried to apologize before Spitfire cut her off.

"No excuses, just show up on time next time, am I clear?!" Spitfire asked as she started at Rainbow.

"Yes, ma'am." Rainbow responded with a salute, knowing she should be more punctual.

"There's no time to change, just wear what you got on." Spitfire said while dismissing her to join her teammates.

Rainbow ended the salute as she ran to join the formation standing between Soarin and Fleetfoot.

Rainbow couldn't help but blush in embarrassment as she stood there out of uniform, she could hear some snickering from Fleetfoot a few ponies down as Spitfire instructed them in drills and maneuvers.

Spitfire puts all of them through the wringer for five hours straight until finally blowing the whistle. "ALRIGHT, BRING IT IN!" She shouted as they all lined back up in a salute she congratulated them all as she walked down to Dash, stopping to meet her gaze. "Crash, you did great out there, but you're on swab duty for tonight, I want you to clean the locker rooms until they sparkle." The commander said as Dash nodded in agreement.

Daah enters the locker room where Soarin is just starting to get undressed. He notices her and smiles, "Hey Crash, nice job out there today." He said as he removed the top of his spandex jumpsuit, exposing his medium muscles that are glistening with sweat.

Rainbow blushed as she let out a forced laugh. "You weren't so bad yourself, Clipper." She said as she went to her locker, turning away so Soarin could change.

"I'm sorry you were late, would you like any help tonight?" Soarin asked as he sat down to remove the bottom half of his jumpsuit. He put his jumpsuit in his locker and took out his normal clothes. He puts on his blue jeans and white shirt while Rainbow fights her urge to turn around as he gets dressed, sitting on the hardwood bench adjacent to where Soarin sat.

"No, it's ok. I did bring this on myself, gotta face up, right?" She said as she looked around to see the daunting task ahead of her.

Soarin lets out a laugh as he closes his locker. "Right, so I'll see you around," Soarin said as he pats Rainbow on the back as he goes to leave.

"Soarin, wait," Rainbow called out as she got up. Soarin stopped in his tracks as he looked back at her.

Rainbow blushed as she tried to think of the right words. Rainbow stares into his emerald eyes as she blushes more. "The reason I was late was that I um…" She blushes and looks down as she tries to admit to her dirty deed.

Soarin blushes as he knows what she means. "Oh, well that's ok, it's normal and healthy." Soarin said as he patted her shoulder.

"But I did it because I was thinking of you, I like you Soarin." Both Rainbow and Soarin blushed bright red as she said that out loud that it echoed in the locker room, both of them stood there in silence as they were unsure what to say.

After a few seconds, Soarin rubs the back of his head. "I actually like you too Rainbow, but I'm kinda intimidated by you." Soarin admitted, causing Rainbow to snicker a bit.

"Intimidated? By me?" Rainbow asked, fighting back laughter as Soarin blushed bright red. "Why? You're a Wonderbolt and the most athletic one I know." Rainbow asked as she playfully punched him in the arm.

"Because you have more drive than any of us, we all love our job, but you have enough drive to outmatch all of us, also I didn't know you felt the same until now." Soarin admitted as he rubbed his arm.

Rainbow couldn't help but smile at the sweet compliment, she came closer to Soarin and hugged him, wrapping her arms around his body as he slowly embraced her back. "Maybe when I get done cleaning the locker room we can go out."

Soarin blushed hearing this as he and Rainbow broke the hug. "Are you asking me out on a date?" Soarin asked, surprised.

"Yes I am, I'll pick you up at say, seven o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday?" Rainbow said as she dragged her index finger on his chest, causing Soarin's wings to pop up.

Soarin blushes as he starts to stutter. "Sounds good, so where will we go and would you like me to go dutch?" He asked.

Rainbow giggles at his wings popping up. "No, I'll pay for this one, you can pay next time." She says as he gives an understanding nod.

"You better get going, I got work to do, oh and don't let my friend Applejack see you, she may mistake you for a ripe apple." Rainbow jokes causing Soarin to chuckle a bit before he leaves, leaving her in the locker room mopping the floor.

Preparations and Reps

Rainbow wakes up to light shining on her face as she shifts on her bed, her legs sprawled out on the mattress as she leans up, she had slept naked last night due to it being a scorcher. She gets up and stretches out, letting out a loud yawn before she smiles, remembering what day it was.

'Today is Saturday, I can't wait to take Soarin out on our date.' Rainbow thought to herself as she walked into the bathroom to wash her face. She gently takes a washcloth and rubs her face as she bends over the sink. Once she's done, she goes back to her room and puts on her sports bra, shorts, and tank top before heading downstairs and into her kitchen.

Looking in the cupboard Rainbow takes out an everything bagel and splits it in half before placing it in the toaster. While it toasts, the athletic mare turns on her coffee pot, places a filter with two scoops of Foalger's and a bit of salt in the holder and fills the back with water before punching the brew button.

While the coffee brews the bagel pops up and Rainbow takes it out, getting the cream cheese out of the fridge she places two pats of cream cheese on each slice before placing the plate in the microwave for twenty seconds.

The microwave goes off and she immediately takes it out, the cream cheese steams as she pulls out a butter knife and gingerly spreads it on her bagel, the coffee brews with audible bubbling sounds as she gets out her favorite mug that has a compass rose on it and pours her a cup.

Rainbow sits at the table to hit her breakfast as she bites into her bagel, the tangy but savory cream cheese melts in her mouth as the onion flakes and garlic flakes tantalize her taste buds. She takes a sip of her black coffee, the salt made it perfect, cutting down the bitterness a smidge so she could enjoy it.

Rainbow hears her phone going off and sees it's her mother calling her. She answers it with a smile as she drinks her coffee. "Hey, mom. How are you doing?" She says as she leans back in her chair.

"I'm doing fine, just checking on my daughter, so did our story help you?" She asks as Rainbow blushes on the other end.

"Yeah, it did. Thank you." Rainbow replied as she took a sip of her coffee.

"So did you tell the one you like that you love him?" Her mother asked, causing Rainbow to almost choke on her coffee in surprise.

"You knew, but how?" Rainbow asked, surprised that her mother knew.

Windy chuckles at the question. "Oh, Rainbow, I'm your mother, of course I would know, you will be the same when you're a mother." She replies as Rainbow blushes.

"I did, I'm actually taking him out tonight." Rainbow said as her mother listened.

Rainbow and her mother talked for about thirty minutes before Rainbow looked at the clock. "Hey mom, I got to hang up right now, but it was nice talking to you." She said as she put her cup and plate in the sink.

"Oh, ok dear. Have fun tonight, but not too much fun." Her mother teased, causing Rainbow to blush bright red.

"Mom!" She whined as Windy laughed on the other end.

"I'm sorry dear, I just had to tease you a bit. I'll talk to you later, love you." She said, fighting back tears from her laughter.

"Love you too, mom bye bye." Rainbow replied as she hung up her phone.

She quietly does the dishes before heading out the door to go to the bank.

While at the bank she checks her balance and takes out two-hundred bits for tonight's date.

After the bank, Rainbow goes to the gym to work out for a bit, upon entering the building Rainbow was greeted with the sounds of clanking weights, grunts from patrons, and the slight smell of sweat. She goes to the treadmill to work on her cardio and starts it up. Unbeknownst to her, Soarin comes in and joins her on the neighboring treadmill.

"Heya, Crash." Soarin greeted her as he started up his machine and started to run.

Rainbow looked at him and smiled. "Hey, Clipper. I didn't know you also had a membership here at " Bulking Biceps." Rainbow greeted back as she began to sweat.

"Yeah, it's affordable, the trainer is nice, and there's one other thing that makes it great." Soarin said as he ran in place.

Rainbow looked at him curiously as she ran, her pits starting to sweat as her muscles started to glisten. "Oh, what would that be?" She asked as she looked forward.

"You." Soarin said, causing Rainbow to stumble a bit as she ran, she caught herself and blushed bright red.

"Oh, umm. Thank you, Soarin." The athletic mare stammered as she continued to run.

After a few minutes on the treadmill, Rainbow gets off and sits on a weight bench as Soarin continues to run, she watches him as she lifts five-pound weights in her hands, her muscles flexing with each rep.

After about an hour of workouts, Rainbow sweats profusely, using her arm to wipe away the sweat she looks at Soarin. "I'm gonna head home, are you ready for tonight?" She asks him while he's on the stationary bike.

"Oh, yeah. I'll see you tonight, should I look presentable?" Soarin asked as he peddled.

"Nah, just wear normal clothes, what I got planned is just casual." Rainbow replied as she left the gym.

When Rainbow gets home she puts her wallet on the dresser by her door and heads to the bathroom, she takes off all of her clothes and places them in a crude pile before stepping into the shower.

As she showers, she thinks about what she'll get, the veggie chicken curry or maybe the peanut curry, the thought of which made her stomach growl. She gently scrubs her breasts and arms, cleaning off the dirt and grime as she applies strawberry scented body wash over herself.

After she shampoos her hair and washes out the soap, she turns the water completely cold as she lets out small screams of shock. She stays under the frigid water for ten seconds before turning off the water and stepping out onto the bathmat.

After drying off, Rainbow goes to her room and puts on a sports bra and panties, rainbow socks, blue jeans, a pink shirt, and tennis shoes.

She goes to the bathroom and combs her hair, puts on deodorant, and a spritz of perfume before grabbing her wallet and heading out the door.

Dinner and a View

Rainbow arrives at Soarin's house to pick him up, after knocking on the door his mother answers and invites her in and offers a seat at the couch Rainbow couldn't help but see trophies with the name "Storm" Cloud" on them and pictures of a younger looking mare.

"You must be Rainbow Dash, please make yourself at home while Soarin gets ready." The sky blue pegasus said, her scarlet eyes warm and inviting. "May I get you anything?" She asked as Rainbow sat down.

"No, I'm good. Might I ask your name?" Rainbow asked, trying her best to be polite.

The mare sat down, adjacent from Dash. "My name is Misty Cloud, Soarin's told me so much about you." The mother said, causing Rainbow to blush.

"Oh yeah? What else did he tell you?" Rainbow asked, rubbing her head as she began to blush even more.

"Just that you're one of the best Wonderbolt recruits, that you always bring the best out of all of them to do their best." She said as Rainbow smiled at hearing all of this. "He told me he had a crush on you when you became a full member, but was intimidated by you. He really likes your strong will." The mother finished as Rainbow smiled, she turned her head to see a picture of a white stallion, with a slicked-back chestnut mane, his green eyes shone with warmness, but also determination, drive, and a no-nonsense gaze.

"Hey, who's this?" Rainbow asked with idle curiosity.

The mother smiled as she looked at the picture lovingly. "That's my husband Feather Skies, I'm sorry you can't meet him now, he was needed at the weather factory." The mother said as she and Rainbow sat, waiting for Soarin.

"It's ok, work comes first right?" She asked with the mother nodding.

"Yes, it's what puts bread on the table, but it also makes the time we have with him more special." Misty Cloud said as Soarin came downstairs wearing blue jeans and a white shirt.

"Hey, Rainbow. I'm ready." Soarin said as Rainbow got up and kissed his cheek.

"You two have a great night." Storm Cloud said as she goes into the kitchen, a young colt runs out as she does, accidentally bumping into Rainbow's leg as he does. He falls to the ground dropping the toy airplane he was playing with.

"Oh, sorry little tyke, here." Rainbow said as she helped the turquoise colt up and handed him his plane before ruffling his blue hair

"Are you my brother's girlfriend?" He asked out of the blue, his green eyes shining with innocence.

Hearing this made Rainbow and Soarin blush simultaneously. "Gray Squall, you shouldn't ask that, this is just our first date." Soarin said embarrassedly.

"Aw, it's alright, Soarin." Rainbow said as she rubbed his head. "Yes, I am, hopefully something more later down the road. Now go play." Rainbow answered his question causing him to laugh as he jogs off.

"You handled that well." Soarin told Rainbow as they headed out the door.

"He was just curious, he and Scootaloo might be good friends." Rainbow said as she and Soarin started flying towards Canterlot.

Once they arrive in Canterlot they make their way to "The Tasty Treat" where Saffron Masala greets them with a warm smile. "Hello, and welcome to The Tasty Treat, please follow me." The mare said as she brought Rainbow and Soarin to a table.

Soarin and Rainbow take their seats on the cushioned stools as Saffron puts two menus on the table. "May I get you two drinks?" She asked as they perused the menu looking for the drinks.

"Hmm, I'll have green tea." Rainbow said as Saffron wrote it down.

"And you sir?" She asked Soarin who had his face buried in the menu.

"I'll take the masala chai." He said as the hostess wrote it down and went to get them their drinks as they decided on what to order.

Soarin and Rainbow Dash sat in silence for a bit before Rainbow broke the ice. "My friend Pinkie Pie told me about this place, it sounded pretty nice so I high-tailed it over here to try it." Rainbow uttered as Soarin looked up and nodded in agreement.

"The atmosphere is nice, it's very relaxing." Soarin chimed in as Saffron brought them their drinks.

"Here are your drinks, and have you decided on a dish?" Saffron asked as she produced a notepad and pen.

"Yes, I'll have the veggie chicken curry." Rainbow Dash said as she folded up her menu.

"And you, sir? Saffron asked as Soarin scanned the menu.

"Do you have any recommendations, Rainbow?" Soarin asked, unsure what to order.

"Oh, the peanut curry is really good. I recommend that." Rainbow said excitedly.

"Alright, I'll take the peanut curry, please." Soarin said as he folded up his menu and laid it on top of Dash's.

"Ok, I'll have those shortly, may I interest you two in the "Two Hearts" special? If you're a couple your order will be half off." Saffron asked, making both of them blush. Rainbow gave a nod as Saffron wrote it down and headed into the kitchen.

Rainbow and Soarin sat in awkward silence for a few minutes as they scanned the restaurant, patrons paid for their food while new ones came in and waited to be seated. Soarin tried to break the ice as he took a sip of his drink. "This is pretty good, I've never been here before." Soarin said as he sat his drink down.

"Never?" Rainbow asked as she looked at him only for Soarin to shake his head.

"No, I'm either working at the Wonderbolts or helping out at home, so it's kinda hard to find time to try different restaurants." Soarin replied while smiling.

Rainbow smiled and put her hand on top of his. "That's great you help out when you can, what do you help out with at home?" Rainbow asked.

Soarin smiled and blushed. "Well, whenever my dad has to work late, I help with the cooking, the cleaning, and other stuff, I also help my brother with his homework and tutor him in subjects he struggles with." Soarin replies as Saffron comes up with their order.

"Here is your order, please enjoy." She said as she put the dishes on the table before walking off to seat another party.

The aroma of the peanut curry wafted through the air and into Soarin's nostrils. The smell of the cooked peanuts, paired with the various spices made Soarin's mouth water as he picked up the spoon and scooped up a spoonful of the rice, gravy, and peanuts. Taking a bite, Soarin's eyes lit up before closing and smiling. The taste dancin on his tongue as he chewed.

Rainbow smiled as she took a bite of her dish as well, shedding tears of joy as she chewed. "Hmmm, this is what I usually order, and it's always delicious." She says as she looks at Soarin. "I'm glad you're enjoying yours." She says as Soarin looks at her.

"I am, the peanuts are cooked to perfection, the rice is nice and delicate, and the hint of ginger in the curry, compliments the taste nicely." Soaring replied as Rainbow looked at him surprised.

"You can taste the ginger?" She asked as she took a sip of her green tea.

Soarin blushed, as he rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah, I actually like to cook, trying different spices in a dish." He admitted as he took another bite.

"Oh, you cook often?" Rainbow asked as she set down her tea and took another bite of her dish.

Soarin nodded as he swallowed. "Whenever my dad works late, I like to help out whenever and however I can. I help with the dishes, the cooking, even give mom half my paycheck as a Wonderbolt." Soarin said as he went for another bite.

Rainbow looks at him with a warm smile as she pokes at her food with a fork. "It's nice that you do that for your family, your father works at the weather factory, right?" Rainbow asked.

"That's right, I'm guessing my mom told you that he does?" Soarin replied while wiping his mouth.

Rainbow nodded as she took another bite, their plates almost empty. "What does he do?" Rainbow asked curiously.

"He works in cloud production, making cumulonimbus, cirrus, nimbostratus, cumulus, you know the usual." Soarin answered as he ate.

Rainbow and Soarin continued to talk as they are, their dreams, their hobbies, nothing was off the table. After about an hour they've completely cleared their plates and glasses. Saffron Masala comes with a bill which is fifty bits, Rainbow takes out one hundred bits and leaves fifty on the table. She and Soarin then go up to the cashier and pay fifty for the meal.

Exciting the restaurant, Rainbow and Soarin stop at a public park to watch the sun set, the sky was painted in a plethora of oranges, yellows, and reds.

They sit on a bench as they look out at the sky. Rainbow turns to Soarin and starts to speak. "Soarin, how did you decide you wanted to be a Wonderbolt?" She asked curiously.

Soarin smiled, he remembered the day fondly, he sighs as he leans back on the bench. "That would be the day my father took me to a show, I was about seven years old. They were performing at Whirlwind Stadium in Cloudsdale. Their tricks and stunts were so spectacular that I wanted to join and be a part of that. The smiles and joy they brought to ponies' faces, I wanted to do that, so I started training when I had the time." Soarin answered, remembering the day with fondness.

Rainbow listened wholeheartedly as Soarin told her the story, once he stopped she responded. "That's nice, and you said it was at Whirlwind Stadium in Cloudsdale?" She asked.

"Yeah, I think it's still there." Soarin replied as she asked that.

"And Wind Rider was there, he performed in that show." Rainbow said as she remembers the show too.

"Oh, yeah. He performed his famous stunts. Wait, you were there too?" Soarin asked, surprised that she could have been there.

"Yes, I was there with my dad, he took me because I was so excited to see Wind Rider, I think I even still have his autograph." Rainbow answered as she sighed, remembering Wind brought back bad memories.

Soarin sensing the tension grabbed Rainbow's shoulder. "I'm sorry he tried to frame you, I wish I had the nerve to deck him back then." Soarin said as he rubbed Rainbow's back.

"It's ok, I'm over it, if I hold grudges I wouldn't accomplish anything, besides I don't even know where the autograph is, and when I find it, I'll either sell it, burn it, or donate it to a museum. With the exception that the museum puts it on the record that he fell from fame by pulling that stunt." Rainbow answered while she leaned into Soarin, resting her head on his chest as his arm draped around her.

Soarin smiled as he held her close. "That's a good way to look at it, and I'm sure the museum will accommodate that request." Soarin replied as they watched the sky turn from reds, oranges, and yellows, to blues and purples.

As the sun disappeared, Rainbow and Soarin got up from their seats and started the flight back to his home.

Guess who's Coming to Dinner

View Online

A couple of days have passed since Rainbow's and Soarin's first date, Rainbow wakes up in her bed, completely nude, and walks to the bathroom.

After taking a hot shower, she exits the bathroom and gets dressed. Looking in the mirror on the dresser she notices the receipt hung in the mirror. Rainbow chuckles to herself as she looks at it. "Look at me, saving a receipt. I've become my mother." She says to herself as she goes down the stairs and makes herself some breakfast.

As Rainbow was eating her breakfast she thought about what she'd do today, she didn't have Wonderbolt duty today, so it was practically a free day. Her thoughts were soon interrupted by her phone going off. Looking down at the screen, Rainbow saw that her mother was calling her. Answering the phone, Rainbow heard the voice of her mother asking if Soarin was going to come over. Rainbow promptly answered that she would bring him and talked to her for about thirty minutes before ending the call.

After ending the call with her mother, Rainbow calls Soarin, the phone rang two times before a voice picked up. "Heya Dash, what's up?" Soarin greeted as he picked up the phone.

"Hey, Soarin. I was wondering, would you like to meet at the gym? There's something I want to ask you." Rainbow said, as she puts up her dishes.

"Sure, I'm actually on my way there now, I'll wait there for you." Soarin said before hanging up.

Rainbow then left the house and headed for the gym. When she arrives, she sees Soarin leaning against the wall waiting for her with his gym bag at his feet.

"Hey there, what did ya want to talk about?" Soarin asked as he got up and walked into the gym with Rainbow.

"Mind holding my feet while I do sit-ups?" Rainbow asked as she laid down on her back and arched her legs.

"Sure." Soarin replied as he held down Rainbow's feet as she started sitting up, her midriff was showing as she crunched up and down, making Soarin blush at its beauty.

"So, Soarin, I was wondering." Rainbow started as she sat up, hands behind her head as her eyes met Soarin and then left as she leaned back down.

"Yes, Crash?" Soarin asked, using her nickname, causing her to blush.

"Would you like to have dinner with my folks tonight? You can think of it as our second date." Rainbow asked as she leaned back down.

Soarin blushed bright red as Rainbow sat back up, finishing her sit-up. "Ok, your turn." Rainbow said as Soarin slightly positioned himself on his back and arched his legs.

Rainbow held his feet down as he started his set. "Well?" She asked, awaiting an answer.

"I'd love to, but I wouldn't want to impose." Soarin said as he crunched up and down.

"Ah, you won't be, my mom wanted me to ask you, so it's her invitation as well." Rainbow replied, setting that concern to rest.

"Ok then, I'll be there. Should I dress up nice or what?" Soarin asked as he sat up.

"Not too nice, it'll just be a small casual family dinner." Rainbow replied as she let go of his feet once he finished.

"Ok. I look forward to meeting your folks." Soarin replied as he got up, holding out his hand he helped Rainbow get up and headed out after their light workout.

"Hey, since you got your gym bag, why don't you come over to my place to freshen up." Rainbow suggested.

Soarin blushed at the mere mention of this and started to stammer a bit. "Are you sure?" He asked as he rubbed the back of his head.

"I'm sure, come on." Rainbow said as she flew off, Soarin not far behind.

When they arrive at Rainbow's house, Rainbow shows Soarin to the bathroom so he could freshen up. "You can take your shower first. I need to pick out some clothes." Rainbow says as she starts to shut the door."

"Ok, thank you." Soarin replied as he took off his dirty clothes, he puts his clean clothes on the toilet seat lid and put his dirty clothes in the bag before stepping into the shower.

Soarin spends a total of two minutes in the shower. He dries off and then gets dressed. He dons a sky blue short sleeve shirt and blue jeans, he then puts on his socks and shoes, and exits the bathroom.

He finds his way downstairs, seeing Rainbow sitting on her couch playing a video game "Hmm, that's a good game." Soarin said, causing Rainbow to jump a bit.

"Oh, hey Soarin. Yeah, it's pretty great, well I better get my shower." Rainbow replied, handing Soarin the controller. "Here, you can go on and play." She said as Soarin took the controller and she headed upstairs.

Rainbow spends the same amount of time in the shower as Soarin, scrubbing off the day's sweat, she thinks about how Soarin has brightened up her life. They were great friends, but now she could tell she really cared about him.

After her shower she steps into her room and gets dressed on the bed, having laid out her clothes beforehand, she puts on blue jeans and a black shirt. She then heads downstairs after putting on her shoes and sits by Soarin. "It'll be a while before dinner at my house will be ready, we can leave in ten minutes though." Rainbow said as she put her hand on his shoulder, watching him play.

"Ok, I look forward to it." Soarin replied as he started a side quest in the game.

Once Soarin had finished playing, he and Rainbow left her house and headed to Cloudsdale. Once they arrive at Rainbow parent's house, Soarin gets a bit nervous. "Hey, it's alright." Rainbow reassures him as she gingerly pulls him along.

Upon entering the house, Rainbow gasps in surprise as she sees her paternal grandparents and her uncle there. "Uncle Atlas, what are you doing here?" Rainbow asked as she walked in.

"Can't an Uncle surprise his niece and sister once in a while?" He asked as he ran up and hugged her before giving her a noogie.

Rainbow laughed as she tried to escape his hold. Her uncle let go so she could straighten her hair. "Atlas, I'd like you to meet my boyfriend, Soarin." Rainbow said while motioning Soarin to come meet him.

"Well, Soarin. It's nice to meetcha, son. Put her there." He said while holding out his hand to shake his.

Soarin grabbed her uncle's hand and was immediately met with a strong grip and he tried to match. "That's a fine grip you got there, Rainbow sure has found a keeper, and on her first partner too." Atlas said as he pats Soarin on his back.

"Thank you, sir," Soarin said as Bow Hothoof came in. " So, you must be Soarin, Rainbow told me about you after your date with her a few weeks ago." Bow eyed him up and down.

"Yes sir," Soarin answered, stammering a bit.

"Well, it's finally nice to put a face to the name, welcome to our home." Bow replied, dropping the tough dad act. "Rainbow told us so much about you after yours and hers first date. A stallion that puts family first, I can't think of a better potential partner for my daughter." Bow said as he grabbed Soarin's hand and shook it.

Rainbow blushed as her uncle and dad both said practically the same thing.

Finally, her grandfather came up. "Nice to meet you son, name's Stormy Blitz. I hope you take good care of my little zipper." He says.

"Yes, sir," Soarin replies as he shakes his hand.

"Alright, come on in everypony, dinner's ready." Windy Whistles calls from the kitchen. Everyone gathers at the table and gets a plate of veggie lasagna. A few minutes of silence pass before Soarin speaks up. "I see you're a Cloudsdale Clippers fan, Atlas." Soarin says, pointing out his jersey.

"Oh, yeah I am, best hoofball team in Cloudsdale." He replies as he eats.

They then go into a tangent about hoofball, talking stats, plays, and greatest moments.

After a good hour of eating, her uncle and grandparents decide to leave early. They hug their son and daughter-in-law before heading to the door. They hug Rainbow and Soarin before finally leaving, leaving Rainbow and Soarin with the parents.

Rainbow helps her mother with the dishes as Soarin sits on the couch with Bow.

"Dinner was really good, mom" Rainbow said as she put the clean dishes away.

"Thanks dear, I'm glad you and Soarin liked it." Windy Whistles replied as she dried her hands. "Here, take these, Soarin can bring it back whenever." Windy said as she handed Rainbow a tupperware box of leftovers.

"Thanks." Rainbow said as she hugged her mother.

After an hour of visiting, Rainbow decided it was time to leave. "Well I hate to run, but we should get back home." Rainbow said as she got up.

"Alright dear, just be safe." Her mother said as she hugged her and Soarin goodbye. Bow hugged them before they left the house and watched them take off.

"Hey Soarin, if you want you can leave your gym bag at my place, I'll wash your clothes and bring them to the gym tomorrow." Rainbow said as they flew.

"Are you sure?" Soarin asked as he blushed.

"Of course, I don't mind." Rainbow replied as they stopped midair for a minute.

"Ok, then I'll see you tomorrow at the gym." Soarin replied.

"It's a date." Rainbow said, causing Soarin to blush. Rainbow then kissed Soarin's cheek. "See you later." She said before flying back home.

Soarin stayed there for a few minutes before going his own way, flying back home.

A Roll in the Clouds

Soarin knocks on Rainbow's door. His heart beating in his chest. Rainbow called him up and invited him to come over, she had told him that she wanted the third date over at her place.

Rainbow Dash opens the door, dressed in jeans, and a white tank top. "Hey, Soarin, come on in." She greets him as he walks in.

"Hey, Rainbow. So what do you have planned? Soarin asked as Rainbow shut the door.

"I was just thinking since we had a week off from Wonderbolt duty, we could spend the day playing video games and eating pizza." Rainbow said as Soarin smiled.

"I'd like that." Soarin replied.

"Go on and make yourself at home." Rainbow said, prompting Soarin to take a seat.

Rainbow joins him on the couch, offering him a controller as they start playing a game together. They both get sucked into the virtual world, completely losing track of time. At the break of dusk there's a knock on Rainbow's door. Getting up to answer it, Rainbow is greeted by the pizza delivery pony.

"Here's your extra-large four cheese pizza miss, that'll be twenty bits." The delivery long says as he hands her the box.

"Right, just a sec." Rainbow replied as she took out the bits from a jar on the counter. "Here you go." She says as she gives him the twenty bits, and an extra twenty bit tip.

The pizza boy tips his hat. "You have a good night, miss." He says before flying off.

Rainbow returns and sets the pizza on the coffee table. "Hope you like cheese." She says as she sits down next to Soarin.

"I love cheese, one of the best kinds of pizza." Soarin says as he goes for a slice. Picking the slice up the hot cheese stretched as he picked it up, strands of yellow and white oozed off the pizza like strands of yarn.

"I couldn't agree more." Rainbow replied as she got her a slice. "Hey, got an idea?" Rainbow said before Soarin took a bite of his.

"What is it?" Soarin asked curiously as Rainbow placed a hand on his arm that was holding the pizza.

"Hold your arm like this." Rainbow positioned his arm just so she could link her pizza holding hand through. "Now since I did this, we now eat." She said as she and Soarin took a bite of their pizza, their arms intertwined bringing them together when they brought their slices of pizza to each other’s mouths.

The cheese melted in their mouths as they smiled. "Where'd you learn this, Rainbow?" Soarin asked as he and Rainbow unhooked their arms.

"It's just some custom to show brotherhood or closeness." Rainbow replied as she picked up the controller. "Ready to play more?"

As Soarin and Rainbow played the game and ate pizza, the clock ticked by.

When Rainbow looked up she saw that it was dark out and the moon had climbed to the sky. With her heart beating in her chest she decided it was time to ask Soarin the big question.

Pausing the game Rainbow turned to Soarin and put a hand on his leg. "Soarin, there's a reason I wanted to have the date here tonight." Rainbow said as Soarin looked at her.

"Why's that?" Soarin asked as he looked at her.

"We've been together for a while and this is our third date, I think it's time you and I had sex." Rainbow said, causing Soarin to blush bright red. "If you don't want to, that's ok." Rainbow admitted.

Soarin grabbed Rainbows chin gently and gazed into her eyes. "I want to, I kinda figured, but didn't want to seem entitled." Soarin said as Rainbow smiled.

"Then let's take this to my room." Rainbow said as she got up, Soarin followed after her as she walked up the stairs.

When they enter her room, Rainbow shuts the door. "Go on and sit on my bed. Rainbow said as she brought Soarin to her bed and pushed him to sit.

Rainbow stands in front of Soarin as she takes off her shirt, revealing her black bra, tossing the shirt to the floor she starts to remove her shoes and pants, her panties now exposed as Soarin blushes and starts pitching a tent. " Well, go on and start taking off your clothes." Rainbow said as she removed her socks, her bare feet now exposed.

Soarin gulps as he takes off his shirt, his pecs and abs exposed and flexing as he bends down and takes off his shoes and socks. He then removes his pants, revealing his boxers as his erection makes a mountain in the fabric.

"Hmm, looks like you're ready, but let's take things slow." Rainbow said as she came over and sat on his lap, wrapping her arms around him.

"Ok, we can do that." Soarin said as he put his arms around her. They bring their lips closer together, kissing each other on the lips, their tongues soon enter a wrestling match, fighting each other for dominance as they lay down on the bed.

Rainbow then broke the kiss, saliva hanging from both of their lips. "You ready big boy?" Rainbow asked as she unhooked her bra, revealing her ample breasts as she tossed her bra to the floor, she then takes off her panties, the fabric slides down her legs as she kicks them off next to her bra.

Soarin nodded as he blushed, Rainbow now sliding his boxers off him revealing his erect cock.

Rainbow slowly brings her head down to his shaft, her warm breath grazing his balls as she gives the shaft a quick kiss before she starts licking it. She slowly starts at his balls licking upward until she gets to the tip. "There we go, I think you're ready." She says as she leans back, spreading her legs to reveal her marehood dripping with excitement.

Soarin blushes as he sees her winking vulva, he starts to get up and bend down and reaches in his pants pocket. He pulls out a small wrapper and opens it. Pulling out the rubber tube, he stretches it over his cock and slides the rim down his shaft. "I'm ready, we should at least be safe." Soarin says as Rainbow smiles.

Soarin blushes as he gets on top of Rainbow, arms on each side of her as her maneuvers his rubber covered rod, he grazes her slit a few times before gently pushing it in, her vaginal walls wet with anticipation and soft to the touch making him moan as he starts thrusting his hips.

Rainbow bites her lip as he pleases her, wrapping her legs around him so he doesn't pull out too soon as she starts moaning, feeling his cock slide in and out of her.

"Ohhh, Soarin. Yeah, pound my pussy like you mean it." Rainbow cries out as Soarin starts picking up speed, his balls slapping against her buttcheeks as he thrusts in and out.

"Yes, oh yes." Soarin yells out as he thrusts deeper, the condom smoothly going in and out as their movements start to make the bed creak and moan under their weight.

Soarin gives one final thrust as he ejaculates into the condom, Rainbow moans out as drool slides out of her mouth.

Rainbow unwraps her legs, letting Soarin pull out. The condom dripped with Rainbow's vaginal fluids and hung low holding Soarin's seed. Panting heavily, Soarin got up, took off the condom before gently tying it and discarding it in the wastebasket in the bathroom.

Soarin comes back to the bed and lies next to Rainbow as they cover up and pass out in each other's warm embrace.

A day in the Life (Rainbow Dash)

Rainbow wakes up to see Soarin sound asleep beside her, still nude from the previous night's escapades Rainbow smiles as she uncovers herself and gets up, picking up her bra and panties from last night she goes to the bathroom to put them on.

Once she gets her undergarments on, she comes out of the bathroom and heads downstairs. There she puts on a pot of coffee and sits at the table, waiting for it to brew.

She lets out a yawn while pondering what to make for breakfast. Her eyes are drawn to a box of Little Derby Honeybuns. "Hmm, that sounds good." Rainbow says to herself as she takes out two and places them each on a plate. She then opens the fridge to get the butter, putting a small pat of butter on each of the honeybuns. She then puts the butter up before putting the first honeybun in the microwave for thirty seconds.

Before she could hit the start button, Soarin came down, dressed in only his boxers. "Morning, Rainbow, what are you doing?" Soarin asked.

"Oh, morning Soarin, I just got a bun in the oven." Rainbow said as she hit start.

Soarin's eyes shot open and dilated. "WHAT?!?!" He shouted in surprise. "This quick, b-but I used a condom, w-was there some minuscule leak or…..?" Soarin was cut off by the microwave oven beeping.

Rainbow pulled out the first honeybun and put the other one on, she served the first one to Soarin, handing him a fork while trying to hold back laughter.

"Oh, you meant." Soarin realized his mistake as he and Rainbow burst out laughing.

The microwave went off and Rainbow got her breakfast as she sat down in front of Soarin. "Sorry if I scared ya, but it sure was a good one." Rainbow admitted as she dug into her honeybun.

"Yeah, it was. Thanks for breakfast by the way." Soarin said as he dug into his.

"You were really good last night Soarin, I'm glad we could lose our virginity to each other." Rainbow said, blushing as she opened up about her feelings.

Soarin blushed as he ate. "Me too, Rainbow. I'm honored you wanted to do it with me." Soarin replied as he finished eating.

"I hate to do it, but I better get home." Soarin said as he put his plate in the sink.

"Ok, text me when you get home." Rainbow replied as he went upstairs to get dressed.

Soarin comes down a few minutes later, dressed in the clothes he came with. "Alright, Rainbow. I'll see you around." Soarin said as he walked out the door, Rainbow waving him off as she heard the door shut.

Rainbow sat there in her kitchen, she slowly ate her honeybun, her head resting on her free hand as she thought of what to do today. Getting an idea, she picks up her phone and sends out a text. She then finishes eating and places her plate in the sink. Quickly washing the dishes, Rainbow cleaned the plates and forks before putting them in the dish rack. After doing the dishes she heads upstairs and goes into the bathroom to take a shower.

After a nice two-minute shower, Rainbow comes out to get dressed, she puts on a fresh pair of panties, a bra, a blue shirt, and some blue jeans. After putting on her shoes she gets up to get her wallet and heads downstairs. She feeds Tank and heads out the door.

Flying into Ponyville, she was greeted by a plethora of friendly faces. Ms. Cheerilee waved at her with a cheery smile as she led a class of young'uns to the train station for an out-of-town field trip.

Rainbow arrives at her destination and sees her friends waiting for her outside the door. Walking up to them, she smiles.

"Hey guys, been a while since we've hung out huh?" Rainbow says as she strikes up a conversation.

"Yeah it has, but I understand." Twilight said as she closed a book she had been reading before she arrived.

"Yeah, I probably should have told you all I had a week off, but you know." Rainbow replied as Pinkie came up to her.

"Ohhh Rainbow, did you get some new clothes, new shampoo, you're absolutely glowing today?" Pinkie asked as she examined her prismatic friend.

Rainbow blushed bright red when Pinkie said "glowing", the word practically being in slow mo as she begins to sweat a bit remembering that night. "Nah, I just got a good night's sleep." Rainbow said, not fully lying as Pinkie looked into her eyes.

"Okie Doki Loki." Pinkie said as she backed off, letting Rainbow open the door as they all headed into the bowling alley.

As everyone enters the door, they are immediately met with the sounds of pins being knocked down. Taking a deep breath, Rainbow takes in the smell of the building as she goes to the counter to pay for a lane.

Mr. Kingpin looked up and nodded, taking the bits he placed in the cash register and registers them at lane number six. "Shoe sizes?" He asks.

Before Rainbow could answer, Pinkie came in and answered. "Rarity, Rainbow, and I wear a size nine, Twilight and Fluttershy wear a size nine and a half, and Applejack wears a size ten." Pinkie said as she smiled, pleased with herself.

Rainbow looked at her in surprise. "What don't you know about us Pinkie?" Rainbow asked as Mr. Kingpin put the shoes on the counter.

"Hmm, I don't know y'alls poker faces." Pinkie said as they all grabbed their shoes and gathered at their lane.

Rainbow sat down and put on her shoes after which she put their names into the computer before selecting her ball.

Rainbow went first, rolling her ball down the lane she got a strike and smiled, pleased with herself as Pinkie took her turn.

Sitting back down, Applejack looked at Rainbow. "So how's Wonderbolt duty?" She asked as Fluttershy got up for her turn.

"It's been great, we have a show coming up soon, but this week we were off. How's the orchard?" Rainbow replied and asked her friend?

"It's been mighty fine, the apples have been getting nice and crisp." Applejack replied as their friends took their turns, ending with Twilight who got a spare.

"That's good." Rainbow replied as she went again, rolling her ball down the lane again to get a second strike.

"You girls thirsty, cider is on me?" Rainbow asked as she looked at her friends who all nodded.

As Pinkie began her role, Rainbow went up to the counter and bought six bottles of hard cider. Bringing them back to the lane, she handed each one out, one by one.

Rainbow's third turn came up and as she took a deep breath, she rolled her ball down the lane and got a turkey. She jumped up and cheered with joy as she sat back down, taking a chug of her cider.

"Easy there Rainbow, don't want to get drunk there." Applejack said, slight teasing in her voice causes Rainbow to laugh.

"Yeah I know, don't worry I don't plan to," Rainbow said as she finished her bottle and went to throw it away as her friends continued to bowl.

Rainbow and her friends bowl for a good, two hours, finally ending when Twilight takes her final roll.

They all decide not to add up the scores and they head out of the building. "So, what do you want to do now, Rainbow?" Pinkie asked excitedly as she bounced up and down.

"I think I might head home, maybe read a book or take a nap." Rainbow said as she began to hover in the air.

"Yeah, we should be gettin' home too, I'm sure we have stuff we need to do." Applejack says as she waves goodbye and walks towards the orchard.

Rainbow waves goodbye to her friends and returns home, unlocking the door she walks inside and makes her way to the couch. Plopping down on the sofa she kicks off her shoes and places her sock covered feet on the coffee table and lets out a contented sigh as she sinks down into the couch.

A day in the Life (Soarin)

View Online

Soarin took off into the air leaving Rainbow's house, his pelvic area still sore from last night as he flew home.

Soarin lands at his house and checks the door. Feeling that it's tight, he pulls his key out of his pocket and walks in. The lights are out and all is quiet as he enters the house and gently shuts the door. He makes his way into his room and pulls out fresh clothes from the closet and drawers. He then goes into the bathroom and turns on the water to let it warm up.

Looking in the mirror over the sink, Soarin takes off his shirt, expertly maneuvering his wings as he folds and unfolds them in order to get them through the holes in the back. He then removes his shoes and socks along with his pants and underwear, putting them all in a hamper they keep in the bathroom. He places his shoes by the door and hangs his fresh clothes on a hook before stepping into the shower.

The warm water hits his muscles, relaxing them as they pelt his body, Soarin uses a loofah to scrub his muscles and under his arms before washing his pelvic area.

As Soarin washed his inner thighs he felt a little sore, but smiled remembering the night of passion, he washes his rod and after he does lets it retreat back into its sheath.

As he washes up, he lets out a yawn as he scrubs his chest. He then places his head under the running water and removes it to put shampoo in, closing his eyes he scrubs his head vigorously as he washes the shampoo out. Turning off the showerhead he switches the warm water to cold and turns on the shower once more. Gasping at the shock, he braves through the cold as he rinses off and then turns off the shower.

Stepping out, his feet embrace the synthetic rubber mat as he takes a towel and dries off by dabbing the towel on his skin.

Once he's dried, he puts on his clothes and exits the bathroom.

Entering the kitchen he sits down at the table and contemplates on what to do today. Looking at the clock he sees each second tick by, the house is so silent he could even hear it.

Seeing that it was obvious that his parents and brother haven't eaten yet he decides to make them breakfast, including him since he wasn't very full.

After getting the coffee pot ready, he presses the brew button and then turns his attention to the stove. Soarin turned on the stove and lowered the flame so as not to overcook anything. He then plugs up the deep fryer and lets the oil get nice and hot. He takes out eight eggs from the fridge and checks each one with a small flashlight, holding the flashlight against the fragile shell Soarin noted that the eggs were good as he witnessed the golden yolk inside.

After gathering the eggs, he pulls out four frozen hash browns and eight pieces of bread, along with twelve stripes of veggie bacon.

Soarin then puts another pan on the stove after he placed the veggie bacon on the cold steel and turned the flame on low. The fake meat started to sizzle as the aroma wafted in the air, traveling to his parent's and brother's rooms as the smell entered their noses, forcing them awake.

As Soarin continues to cook, his parents and brother get dressed in their rooms, the brother putting on a red shirt and shoes, leaving on his shorts from the previous night and puts on his shoes. In the parent's room, his father puts on a blue short sleeve polo shirt and blue jeans, paired with black round-toe boots. His mother puts on a pink polo shirt and black pants, accompanied by black stiletto heels.

The father is the first one to enter the kitchen, the coffee pot filled with oil. "Morning son." The father exclaims as he sits down at the table.

Soarin smiles, "Morning, dad." Soarin replied, not looking back as he continued cooking, wanting not to burn anything.

"You're up early or are you just getting home?" His father asked, toying with him like a cat does a mouse.

Soarin chuckled and chuckled. "A bit of both actually." He admits sheepishly as he takes out the finished hash browns and puts them on a paper towel to sop up the excess oil.

The father lets out a hearty laugh. "It's ok my boy, I was the same at your age." His father said as he smiled, remembering the fond memories.

"Dad, I really don't want to hear about what you and mom did or do in bed." Soarin said as respectfully as he could.

"And so you shouldn't, you don't need to know that your father is an animal in the sack." Soarin's mother said as she came into the kitchen, stroking her husband's shoulders.

"MOM!!" Soarin whined a bit, eliciting a giggle from his mother and laughter from his father.

The last one to enter the kitchen is his brother, he sits at the table with their parents as Soarin finishes applying apple butter to the toast. He then serves the breakfast on pristine white plates, the eggs sunny side up and the veggie back fully cooked, the hash browns were nice and golden brown and the toast was slightly brown and crunchy. Soarin pours himself and his parents a cup of black coffee and gets his brother a cup of juice.

Soarin sits down and enjoys breakfast with his family as the day begins.

"So, where were you last night, really?" His mother asked.

"I was at Rainbow Dash's place, we played video games, ate pizza, and, umm." Soarin started to say but his parents both nodded and said in unison say no more, before joining each other and laughing at the moment.

After breakfast, Soarin decides to go to the gym, his brother watching him get his bag looked up at him. "May I come with you?" He asked.

Soarin just smiled and ruffled his hair. "Of course, little squall, come on." He said as he and his brother headed out the door.

"I'm taking Gray with me to the gym, we'll be back later." Soarin called out to his parents.

"Ok, just don't let him lift anything too heavy." His mother called back from the kitchen.

Hearing the door shut, Misty Cloud smiled and wrapped her arms around her husband who was reading the paper and drinking his coffee. "We got the house to ourselves, why don't we have some fun?" Misty asked, causing Feather to drop the paper and rush upstairs with her.

At the gym, Bulk Biceps sees the new face. "Why hello little guy, you must be Soarin's brother." The muscular white pegasus said, his wings smaller than the rest of him.

"Y-yes sir," Gray said silently, overwhelmed by the energy he produced.

"That he is Bulk, he wanted to join me today." Soarin answered.

"Well then, why don't we get him signed up, I'll give you a discount." Bulk said, as Gray smiled.

"Sure, but nothing too heavy." Soarin said as he accepted the offer.

"Of course not, here's your card." Bulk said as he handed the card to Gray.

"Thank you sir." Gray said as he took it.

Giving out a hardy laugh, Bulk Biceps patted him on the back. "Please kid, call me Bulk." He replied.

"Ok. Thank you, Bulk." He said again.

"No problem, now have fun and don't strain yourself." Bulk said as he went to assist another patron.

Soarin and his brother go over to the treadmills and start working on cardio.

"So, why did you want to come with me to the gym?" Soarin asked as he jogged.

"I just wanted to spend some time with you, I miss that." Gray replied as he jogged on his machine.

Soarin looked down. "I know, I'm sorry if I'm not around as much, but I still love you." Soarin replied, bringing a smile to his brother's face.

A few moments of silence passed until Soarin broke it. "So how are you doing in school?" He asked as he and his brother were finishing their time on the treadmill.

"Oh, I'm doing better, I got a C in math." Gray replied cheerfully as he finished up, the treadmill slowly coming to a halt.

"That's great, little zipper, let's see if we can raise that to an A or B." Soarin replied as he ruffled his brother's head.

Gray laughed as he did. "Thanks, bro. I actually couldn't have done it without you."

"I just helped and gave you a push, but I also struggled at math." Soarin admitted as he patted his brother on the back, taking him over to the weight bench and getting five pound weights for him while Soarin himself lifted twenty-pound weights.

"So, what are your plans after school?" Soarin asked his brother who had an immediate answer.

"I want to be a Wonderbolt like you." His brother replied, admiration in his eyes as he said it.

"Oh? Any reason why you want to be a Wonderbolt?" Soarin asked as he kept lifting his weights.

"Because it looks so cool and I want to be like you." Gray replied.

Soarin couldn't help but smile, but sighed as he put down his weights and placed a hand on Gray's shoulder. "Is that your only reason?" Soarin asked, looking deep into his brother's eyes.

"Yes, I think It'll be cool and fun." Gray replied as Soarin looked down.

Bringing his head up to meet his brother's gaze, he looked at his brother and smiled. "I'm touched you think so highly of me, but if that's your only reason for wanting to join, I implore you to think of all your options. Being a Wonderbolt isn't just about being cool, it's about working together as a team, also is it really what you want? I don't want you to join just to be like me." Soarin replied as his brother looked down in thought.

"Well, I……" Gray stops mid-sentence as he thinks. "I never really put much thought into it." Gray admitted as he hung his head down.

Soarin gently lifts his brother's head with his hand. "Gray, you don't have to be like me, I'm a Wonderbolt because I felt it was my calling, not because it looked cool, I knew I wanted to perform. So just think long and hard, don't make decisions based on others, ok?" Soarin asked as he hugged his brother.

"Ok," Gray replied as he embraced the hug, wrapping his arms around his brother.

Soarin and Gray continue to work out well past noon, seeing that they've been there for a while, Soarin and Gray head out, and head back home.

Upon arriving home, Soarin and Gray Squall enter the house to see their parents on the couch. Their father's arm wrapped around their mother's neck as their mother sits beside him, legs curled up and barefoot. The tv blares the sounds of a popular program as their parents watch intensely.

Waiting for the show to end, Soarin and his brother go upstairs. There, Soarin puts his bag up in his room, adorned with Wonderbolt posters.

Gray Squall enters his room next door and lays on his bed, arms and legs outstretched as they throb. Soarin comes in and chuckles. "A little sore there, bro?" He asks, leaning on the frame of the door.

Breathing steadily, Gray Squall looks up at his brother. "Yeah, but it feels good." Gray Squall answered, panting a bit with each word.

"Just don't overdo yourself, remember to take days off to recover so you don't damage your muscles." Soarin said as he came in. "Only work out like that once or twice a week, with a buffer day in-between." He continued as he sat on the edge of his brother's bed.

"Ok, got it." Gray replied as he sat up. "So, where were you last night?" Gray asked, causing Soarin to blush.

With a chuckle, Soarin ruffled his brother's head. "That's for me to know only, ok?" He answered as he politely declined to answer.

"Ah, big pony stuff, ok." The brother replied, knowing that there are things he doesn't need to know.

"Good, now come on. Let's tell mom and dad we're home." Soarin said as he headed out, Gray following from behind.

Once downstairs, they see their parents getting up off the couch and head into the kitchen, following them inside they make themselves known.

"Hey mom, we're home." Soarin called out as his mother got out a loaf pan.

"Ah, hey, I didn't see you two come in. Sorry about that. So how was the gym?" Misty asked as she preheated the oven.

Gray took a seat at the table. "It was great, I got a membership so now I can go there and work out some more." Gray said excitedly.

"Oh, that's nice, but don't strain yourself and respect Mr. Bulk." Misty replied as she got out some mushrooms and onions.

"I will." Gray said excitedly as Soarin rubbed his head.

"Want any help mom?" Soarin asked as he stood at the table.

"Actually, yes. Could you please sauté the onions and mushrooms, please Soarin?" Misty asked as she handed him the bags.

"Sure thing, mom." Soarin replied as he moved to the stove and turned the heat on low.

"Feather, could you please cook the rice?" Misty asked her husband who eagerly agreed.

"How about me, mom, what can I do to help?" Gray asked.

"Hmm, ah, you can help me crush the nuts." Misty said as she and Gray put an assortment of nuts in a bag and started to crush them.

Once everything was ready, Misty put all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and started to shape the mixture, mixing in all the nuts, herbs, cheese, mushrooms and onions. When she was done, she placed the mixture in a loaf pan that was buttered and lined with parchment paper. She then placed it in the oven which was preheated to three hundred and seventy-five degrees. When she opened it she was blasted with warm heat as she gently placed dinner in.

An hour later, the timer goes off and the family gets together to eat together. Once dinner is served they all begin to eat. Minutes of silence pass until Feather Skies breaks it. "I've got some good news. I've been promoted at work, this new job will now allow me to spend more time at home." He says as his family smiles.

"That's great news dear, now Soarin doesn't have to help out so much." Misty said, placing her hand on Feather's.

"I really didn't mind, mom, really." Soarin said while blushing.

"I know dear, and I am grateful, but now please do take the time to enjoy yourself." His mother replied, smiling warmly.

The family continued to eat their meal, in silence. When they finished Soarin helped with the dishes, he cleans them thoroughly before putting them away.

Coming out of the kitchen, Soarin scanned the room, his brother and dad watched TV as his mother just sat down to join them. Soarin smiling at the scene decided to join in, he takes out his phone and starts to text Rainbow. He writes, "Hey, Dash. Just gonna chill with the family. I won't call tonight." He hits send, his phone beeping to signal it's sent and he joins his family on the couch.

A Forming Union

Months passed as Soarin and Rainbow became closer as a couple, learning more about each other as they introduced the other to their hobbies. Rainbow took Soarin to a Daring Do convention and in turn, Soarin shared his personal hobbies with Dash.

During this time, a feeling grew in Soarin, like he found the one. Deciding it was time to propose, Soarin had one last thing to do. He woke up one sunny morning and after getting ready flew over to Rainbow's parent's house. Taking a deep breath and knocking on the door, he was greeted by Bow.

"Soarin, what a surprise to see you here, please come in." Bow said, inviting him inside. "Please have a seat anywhere." Bow offered as he shut the door.

Soarin sat down on the sofa as Windy came downstairs. "Oh Soarin, what a nice surprise to see you here, is Rainbow here too?" She asked with an angelic smile.

"No ma'am, I came on my own." Soarin answered as Windy sat down with him on the couch.

"Please dear, you're dating my daughter, just call me Windy." She insisted as Bow sat down in his chair.

"So, what brings ya here, Soarin?" Bow asked as he turned the TV on mute.

"Well, your daughter and I have been going out for a while now and…" Soarin stopped mid-sentence as he blushed. Taking a breath, Soarin continued. "I'd wish to ask for your daughter's hand in marriage, with your blessing of course." Soarin said as her parents gasped and then smiled.

"Soarin, you treat my daughter with respect, loyalty, and I can tell that you really care about her. What more could a father ask for, of course you have my blessing." Bow said as he leaned up in his chair.

Soarin looked at Windy who just patted his leg. "You make my Rainbow so happy, that's all a mother really wants. You have my blessing as well." Windy said as she hugged her soon-to-be son-in-law.

Soarin embraced the hug, wrapping his arms around Windy as she squeezed him.

Windy finally breaks the hug as she gets up and heads upstairs. Confused by this, Soarin tilts his head a bit. Bow just smiled. "I know where she's going, she's going to get a favor that Rainbow asked her years ago." The father said as he heard his wife coming back downstairs.

Windy Whistles came down the stairs holding a small cardboard box. Sitting back down on the couch she gingerly placed the box on Soarin’s lap. “I’ve held on to this for years. One day, Rainbow found it and put it on, she looked so adorable in it that I had to take pictures.” Windy Whistles said as she teared up a bit.

Opening up the box, Soarin was greeted with a pristine white wedding veil.

Fighting back tears, Windy patted Soarin’s leg. “This was my wedding veil, when I caught Rainbow in it, she asked me if she could wear it. I smiled and told her of course she could, but she’d have to grow into it first. So I put it into this box to keep it clean for all these years.” Windy recounted as Soarin smiled.

“This will help out a lot, thanks, Windy.” Soarin said as he hugged her again.

Windy embraced the hug as she wrapped her arms and wings around Soarin. “You’re welcome dear.” She said as she rubbed his back.

A few moments of silence passed until Soarin broke it. “Well, I hate to run, but I have something to do.” Soarin said as he got up from the sofa.

“Ok, be safe.” Bow said having an inkling about what Soarin is going to do.

“I will.” Soarin said as he went out the door.

Taking off from Rainbow's parents’ house, Soarin went to a local jeweler. Opening the door, he is greeted by the dealer dressed to the nines.

“Good afternoon, sir, how may I help you?” The dealer asked as he greeted Soarin with a warm smile.

Soarin walked up to the counter with a bag he had brought with him to Rainbow’s parents’ house. “Yes sir, I’m looking for a wedding ring. “ Soarin said as he ruffled through his bag, feeling the box he just got from Windy.

“Aren’t we all?” The dealer jokingly asked as he let out a hearty laugh. “I kid, I can help you out with that, now do you have the measurements of the finger you wish to put it on.

"Well not exactly." Soarin answered as he pulled out the bust of Rainbow's left hand.

The seller looked at him in surprise. "Well, aren't you a crafty one." He said before measuring the ring finger and writing down the size.

Once he got the size, the dealer brought out a tray of rings that were the size of the finger. Soarin looked carefully as he tried to locate the perfect one.

“Would you like any help, sir?” The clerk asked as Soarin took off the ring he slid on the bust.

“Yes please. Do you have any rings adorned with a prism?” Soarin asked.

“Oh yes, we do.” The clerk answered as he picked up a silver band ring embedded with a two-carat prism diamond. “This little beauty right here, it’s a two-carat gem and beautifully cut.” The ring seller said as he presented the ring.

Soarin looked at the ring in awe, the prism sparkled in the light as it casted a rainbow on the counter.

“It’s beautiful, how much?” Soarin asked as the ring dealer produced a box.

“The ring costs one thousand bits, but since you’re a Wonderbolt, I’ll give you a discount.” The clerk said, smiling as he pulled up the total. The cash register dinged as it pulled up the price of five hundred bits.

Soarin brought out his wallet and paid the fee. Leaving the establishment, he only had one thing left to do and that was to propose.

A few days later Rainbow Dash dropped by Soarin’s parents’ house for a visit. Knocking on the door, she stood there, she had been thinking that she would love to spend the rest of her life with Soarin, but though unconventional, she would want to get the blessings of his parents and brother first.

The door opened and standing there in the entrance was Misty Cloud. “Why Rainbow, what brings you here?” She asked as she invited Rainbow in with a wave of her hand.

Rainbow walks in as Misty closes the door. “Can I get you anything dear, a cold or hot drink perhaps?” Misty offered.

“That’s ok, ma’am, I’m good.” Rainbow politely declined. “I was just in the neighborhood and thought I’d drop by.” Rainbow said as she sat down on the couch.

“Oh, is Soarin with you?” Misty asked.

“No, he’s at HQ, Spitfire needed his help in combing through new recruits.” Rainbow answered.

“Ah, well that’s ok.” Misty said as she sat down next to Dash.

As they sat in silence, pondering on what to say, Gray Squall came in with an assignment from school. He had to define certain words based on the context of a sentence, usually he did pretty well in literature, but this time he was stuck.

“Mom, what does this word mean?” Gray asked as he pointed out the word he needed to define. The sentence read ‘There was a score of arrows being shot.’ The mother looked carefully at the sentence, but unfortunately couldn't come up with the answer.

Rainbow smiled, ‘Hey there sport, maybe I can help, come on over here. Rainbow said as Gray came over with the paper ready to write if she could.

“So the word you need to define is score right, as in a score of arrows?

Gray Squall nodded as Rainbow smiled.

“A score of arrows means twenty, so you’ll need to write ‘There were twenty arrows being shot.’ Rainbow said as Gray wrote it down.

“How do you know that, miss? Gray asked as Rainbow chuckled.

“Please kid, call me Rainbow Dash or just Dash, no need to be formal.” Rainbow said as she patted Gray on the shoulder.

“Ok, Dash. So how do you know it’s twenty?” Gray asked again.

“I learned it from reading Daring Do.” she said.

Gray’s eyes lit up. “But you’re an athlete, isn't Daring Do for eggheads?” Gray asked as Rainbow chuckled, seeing herself in him.

“I used to think that too, but no, it’s not. You can always learn even if it’s not from a textbook.” Rainbow said as she ruffled his hair. “The brain is a muscle too, don’t forget to give it a workout as well.” she added.

Gray Squall nodded. “Ok, I will. '' he said before heading upstairs.

Misty smiled as she looked at Dash.“You’re really good with kids.” Misty said as she leaned back on the couch.

Rainbow smiled. ‘Thanks, but it was just a simple task.” Rainbow said as she leaned up.

“You know, Feather and I are so happy Soarin found you, and Gray seems to like you too. I know it’s presumptuous, but we would be over the moon if Soarin asked you to marry him.” Misty said.

Rainbow blushed bright red as soon as she said that, that she was literally left speechless.

Misty giggled as she saw her blush and flabbergasted look. “I assume that’s why you came here, to get our blessings?” Misty asked only to get a nod from Rainbow.

“Sweetie, you don’t need to ask us, but we do appreciate the gesture.” Misty said as she pulled Rainbow into a hug.

Feather comes in from work at that time and overhears what they’ve been talking about. “That you don’t.” He chimed in looking at Rainbow intensely. “So you must be Rainbow Dash, it’s nice to finally put a face to the name. Soarin is just over the moon about you.” He said as he extended his hand for a shake.

Grabbing onto his hand Rainbow is met with a tight grip. “Well, I see where Soarin gets his strength.” Rainbow said cousin Feather to laugh.

“Nah. That’s all Soarin’s doing, I’m just strong enough for my job.” Feather said as he sat down in his chair. “Like Misty said, we’d both love for you to be a part of the family, so the blessings are automatically given.” Feather added.

“Thank you.” Rainbow replied, blushing brightly. She looked over at the clock and realized she better get home.

“I hate to run, but I better get going, tomorrow is a big Wonderbolts show that’s going to be televised so I better get some sleep.” Rainbow said as she opened the door.

“Alright be safe.” Feather said as she nodded and left. She took off flying and arrived at her house. Once entering her house she hastily made her favorite sandwich her mom used to make so she could carboload and went to bed as soon as the sun had set.

***************************************************************

Rainbow Dash wakes up bright and early the next morning with her alarm clock on her phone blaring “Reville”. Jolting out of bed, she quickly dismisses the alarm and goes to take a shower.

After taking a quick shower Rainbow hastily grabs a quick breakfast and rushes out the door. She arrives at Ponyville Station and boards the train heading for Manehattan. Sitting in her car, Rainbow pulls out the hastily grabbed breakfast which consisted only of a single granola bar. Opening the package, she begins to eat, her stomach not filling up. Getting out her wallet she pulls out twenty bits and orders a breakfast on the train to match the price.

The caterer soon comes back with a pancake breakfast, complete with veggie bacon, hash browns, eggs, and a cup of black coffee. As the server set down Rainbow’s meal, Rainbow’s mouth watered with anticipation, eager to be fed a filling meal.

As Rainbow cut into the sunny side up eggs, the golden yolk oozed out as it worked its way onto the hash browns. Taking a bite Rainbow smiled as she practically wolfed down her breakfast so she wouldn't have any left over when she arrived.

The train arrived at Manehatthan in about an hour. The hustle and bustle of the city brought about a busy air as Rainbow disembarked the train and headed for the hotel the Bolts were staying at. When Rainbow Dash entered the hotel all the Bolts were gathering in the lobby, Rainbow being the last to arrive alone with Thunderlane.

“Glad you made it Crash. I thought you slept in.” Spitfire greeted Rainbow as she came up to them.

“Like I would miss this, It’d bring disgrace to the uniform.” Dash said, eliciting a pleased smile from Spitfire.

“That it would, Crash. Now I’ll go get the room keys, but remember, we all had to bunk up to put some bits back for HQ so you’ll be bunking with Soarin, ok Crash?” Spitfire said as Rainbow blushed and smiled.

“Yes, ma’am.” Rainbow answered with a salute as Spitfire went and confirmed the reservation.

Once Spitfire had confirmed the reservation, she handed out the keys to each of the Bolts. As they all went to their rooms, Soarin and RD walked to theirs together, both of them happy to be sharing a room together. As they entered their room, Soarin was nervous, but remained calm as he kept his surprise hidden from Dash’s sight.

“Just like that one night at my place huh?” Rainbow asked, causing Soarin to blush.

“Yeah, I even planned ahead.” Soarin said as he flashed a strip of rubber to Dash who just smiled mischievously.

“So did you know we’d share a room? What if Spitfire assigned you and Glitter to share a room, would you have bucked her?” Rainbow teased, causing Soarin to blush bright red and sweat a bit.

“No, I would never. I l- I love you too much to do that.” Soarin said as he began to stutter.

Rainbow Dash laughed as he did, holding her gut as she struggled to get a breath. “I know, I’m just messing with you. Rainbow said as she came closer with a seductive look on her face. “Though I will admit, you’re cute when you’re all blushy and nervous.” Rainbow cooed as she gently rubbed his pants’ crotch area with her hand.

Blushing brightly, Soarin continued to unpack as Rainbow threw herself onto the bed to relax before the show started in a couple of hours.

The time of the show quickly came before them. Soarin opted to change in the hotel room instead of the locker room so he could easily hide the ring inside his spandex uniform.

Rainbow on the other hand made her way to the stadium’s locker rooms and began changing with her squadmates. Once they all get dressed Soarin joins them in formation as Spitfire starts the show. The bolts started off performing various forms of aerial stunts that ranged from divebombs to loop-de-loops in the air. As Rainbow performed her stunts she could see her friends in the audience cheering her on.

Once the show ended Soarin along with a camera crew came up to Rainbow Dash as she was still hovering in midair. “Hey Clipper, What’s going on?” Rainbow asked, confused at what was about to occur.

“Rainbow, we’ve been going out for a while now, and it’s been fun. We’ve had so many good times together that now I want to make more memories like that with you, but not as boyfriend and girlfriend.” Soarin said as he got down on one knee in midair, taking out a small box, Rainbow gasped as tears started to swell up in her eyes as the audience watched in anticipation, sitting on the edge of their seats.

Opening up the box, Soarin revealed the prism ring he had bought. “Rainbow Dash, will you make me the happiest stallion on Earth and marry me?” Soarin asked as Rainbow covered her mouth.

With tears in her eyes Rainbow uncovered her mouth and held her chest. “Yes. Yes, Soarin, I will marry you.” Rainbow answered as the crowd cheered as the camera crew did a close up of Soarin putting the ring on Rainbow’s finger.

“Oh, but Soarin, I don’t have your ring.” Rainbow said a little saddened by this fact.

Soarin just wrapped his arm around her body and kissed her. “I don’t mind waiting, because you are worth it.” Soarin replied, causing Rainbow to blush bright red.

“Oh, I know what to do.” Rainbow said as she plucked one of her cyan blue feathers out and braided it into Soarin’s hair. “I promise I’ll get you that ring, but for now my feather will have to do.” Rainbow replied as she kissed Soarin back.

As they kissed, the announcer came on. “You’ve seen it here first folks, the two of the top Wonderbolts just got engaged ;and for those not in the know, the thing Rainbow Dash just did was an old pegasus custom to signify acceptance of a marriage proposal.” The announcer said as Soarin and Rainbow landed, the audience now left, making room for the next batch of attendees.

“Alright, that was a good show out there, just one more and you can all call it a night. We got an hour so if any of you want lunch, now is the time to get it, we have caterers or you can go to a nearby eatery, just be back in time.” Spitfire said as the Bolts left to get some lunch.

Soarin and Rainbow opted to go to an eatery, there was one nearby that served the best spaghetti in Manehatthan. Opening the door to the establishment the restaurant was fairly busy, but not too much as they were quickly seated upon arrival and ordered the spaghetti.

Rainbow sat at the table with the ring on her finger, unsure of what to say now as she and Soarin were served their food.

“That’ll be a show the audience will remember.” Rainbow said as she started to twirl her fork in the spaghetti.

“Yeah, it will.” Soarin agreed as he used his fork to stab a vegetarian meatball.

As Soarin and Rainbow ate, a child that was in the audience recognized them and came up to them with a pen and a Wonderbolts stat book asking for an autograph from the two.

Rainbow and Soarin smiled as they both took turns signing their pictures in his book. The child thanked them as they handed him his book back and he left with a wide smile on his face.

Once they had finished eating they quickly returned to the stadium where they performed the last show of the night to a roaring crowd.

Once the show was over Rainbow and Soarin entered their hotel room and both collapsed on the couch.

“Those were some shows huh?” Soarin asked, his muscles crying out from exhaustion.

“Yeah, it was.” Rainbow agreed as she took off her shoes and socks, her feet breathing with a sigh of relief from the work out.

Nuzzling up to Soarin, Rainbow smiled. “I can't wait until we’re married, when do you want to start planning?” She asked as she laid her head on Soarin’s shoulder.

Soarin smiled as he wrapped his arm around her, maybe after this trip, but we have all the time in the world.” Soarin said as he kissed her forehead.

“Soarin?” Rainbow asked as she blushed, thinking about what she was about ready to ask.

“Yes, Sweetie?” Soarin answered, looking at her.

Rainbow blushed as she began to stutter. “I-I lived alone in Ponyville for as long as I can remember, that night we shared there was so magical. I was wondering if you’d want to move in with me?” Rainbow asked as Soarin smiled.

“I’d be more than happy to, Rainbow.” Soarin answered as he kissed Rainbow on the lips, Rainbow embracing the kiss as their tongues started to wrestle for each other.

Breaking the kiss Rainbow got up and walked to the bed, taking off her clothes she laid on her back as she spread her legs to reveal her marehood. “You want to take the treasure at the end of the Rainbow?” she asked, causing Soarin to blush bright red.

Soarin quickly took off his spandex uniform along with his underwear and put on a condom, he then proceeded to get over on top of Rainbow and look at her for a few seconds.

Breathing slowly, Soarin caressed Rainbow as he slowly slid his wrapped cock into her slit. Rainbow softly moaned as his cock stretched out her vaginal muscles, feeling him begin to thrust made her moan louder as she tried to match his movement.

Thrusting in and out, Soarin and Rainbow moaned out in pleasure as the bed began to creak and moan under their weight. Rainbow's tongue rolled out as Soarin thrusts into her, bringing her closer to orgasm with each thrust he gives.

After five minutes of passionate fornication, Soarin finally cummed, moaning loudly as Rainbow also orgasmed, coating his condom-coated cock with her orgasm.

Soarin pulls out, the condom dripping with Rainbow's vaginal fluids and full of Soarin's seed. Soarin carefully pulls off the condom and ties it shut before gently throwing it in the thrash.

As Soarin and Rainbow lie in bed, Rainbow's phone goes off, picking it up, she blushes to see that it was her mother calling. Taking a deep she answers the call and puts the phone to her ear.

"Hey mom, how you doing?" Rainbow asked as her mom excitedly answered.

"I'm doing great dear, I just saw the show on TV, I'm so happy for you and Soarin." She said while fighting back tears.

"Yeah, he sure surprised me." Rainbow said as she looked over to Soarin. "So, what are you doing now?" Rainbow asked.

"Oh, go on and put me on speaker." Windy said. Rainbow did as she was asked and soon a voice came on the phone.

"Hey, Soarin your father, brother, and I saw the broadcast and we're happy to." Misty said as a look of surprise took a hold of Soarin and Rainbow.

"I am too, mom." Soarin said, his mom picking up on the surprised tone.

"I'm glad, but yeah, before the show began, Windy invited us over here." Misty replied.

"Wait, mom? You knew Soarin's mom?" Rainbow asked.

"Of course I know Storm, she was a close friend of mine in high school." Windy answered.

"Well, we better go, we just wanted to call and congratulate you two." Misty said as they both told their kids they love them and hung up.

Putting the phone back on the nightstand, Rainbow looked at Soarin. "Looks like they know." Rainbow said as she pulled the covers over them.

"Yeah, I'm glad we're doing this Rainbow." Soarin said as he caressed her cheek before she turned off the light.

Planning and Shopping

It had been a week since the show, in that time Rainbow and Soarin arrived in Ponyville by the train and were met with a warm reception, Soarin had moved into Rainbow's house above Ponyville where of course Pinkie had to throw him a welcome party.

The two love birds sat at the kitchen table flipping through a catalog of possible wedding venues. "Oh, how about Las Pegasus?" Soarin asked as he pointed to the hotel in the book.

Rainbow gave it a glance and an audible hum as she pondered. "Nah, too cliché." Rainbow said as she continued to flip through the catalog.

"Yeah, I can't argue with you there." Soarin said as he gave a little chuckle as he browsed the catalog with Rainbow.

While looking through the catalog, nothing really tickled their fancy. As Rainbow sat at the coffee table, Soarin brought her a cup of coffee. Sitting down by her side, he put an arm around her. "Don't worry, we'll think of a place." Soarin said as he took a sip of the coffee.

"I know, it's just that I don't want too big of a wedding, just a few friends and family." Rainbow said as she grabbed a hold of her bug, sipping the hot bean juice as she thought.

"Let's have it here." Rainbow said as her eyes lit up. "I'm sure the mayor will be happy to marry us in city hall." Rainbow continued as she set her mug down.

"Sounds good to me, but what about catering?" Soarin asked.

Rainbow just smiled. "I'll ask Pinkie and AJ to help out on that." She replied as she got out her phone to make the calls.

Rainbow made the call to Mayor Mare, who could squeeze them in two months from now. Rainbow books the appointment and then group calls Pinkie and AJ to give the advance notice.

After making the calls, Rainbow breathes a sigh of relief now that some of the arrangements was taken care of.

"So all that's left are the invitations and getting the tux and dress, right?" Soarin asked as he put his hand on Rainbow's hand.

Curling her fingers around Soarin's hand, Rainbow smiled. "Yes, and I already know the perfect seamstress." Rainbow replied as she finished her coffee.

The next day, Rainbow woke up with Soarin sound asleep, smiling at how cute he looked as she leaned over and kissed his forehead. Getting out of bed she removes her pajamas and into her everyday clothes, walking into the kitchen she prepares a pot of coffee and writes a note to Soarin.

Went over to Rarity's to look for a wedding dress. Coffee is ready, just hit brew. Don't forget to look for a tux, but don't show up when I'm there, don't want bad luck lol. XOXO Love, Dash

Leaving the note on the fridge, Rainbow left the house and locked the door before flying to Carousel Boutique.

Entering the dress shop, Rainbow is greeted by her friend Rarity.

"Rainbow, darling. How are you doing?" Rarity asked, her size E breast peeking out of her dress, her hourglass figure swaying as she walked.

"Pretty good. Thanks." Rainbow replied as she looked at the wedding dresses.

Rarity let out a smile. "I must give my congratulations again, Soarin is a nice stallion, you two look lovely together." Rarity said as she started helping Rainbow out, sensing that was the reason for her being there.

"Thank you, Rarity. And he is. So what do you recommend?" Rainbow asked as she browsed the rack.

Rarity scanned Rainbow from head to toe as she pondered. "Well given your figure I'd recommend the ball gown dress, it fits any figure divinely." Rarity said as she pulled out a pure white dress.

Rainbow looked in awe as she stared at the dress. "It's perfect, how much?" Rainbow asked

Rarity shook her head. "I couldn't ask you to pay, darling." She replied.

Before she could continue, Rainbow interrupted. "But I couldn't ask any of my friends to do any work for free, how about one hundred bits?" Rainbow asked.

Rarity nodded and smiled. "I understand and admire your principles. You really have grown a lot. Deal." Rarity said as she rang her up. "Would you like me to add a train, no extra charge?" Rarity asked as she took Rainbow's bits.

"Sure, but umm could you make it rainbow please?" Rainbow asked as Rarity smiled.

"Of course, darling." Rarity replied as she stuck the dress back. "I'll have it ready in a day." Rarity said as she hugged Rainbow before she left.

The next day, Soarin arrives at Rarity's boutique, just as she sent Rainbow's dress in the mail.

"Ah, Soarin. I assume you're here for a tux?" Rarity asked as he walked up to the counter.

"Yes, I could use a bit of help." Soarin admitted as he rubbed his head, his ring on display.

"Looks like Rainbow got you your ring, it's quite beautiful." Rarity said as she admired the silver and white band.

"Thank you, Rarity. So what tux do you recommend?" Soarin asked, prompting Rarity to come out from behind the counter and help him look.

"Hmmm, I'd recommend this one." Rarity said as she pulled out a pitch-black tux.

Soarin looked at it in awe, as be felt it, the fabric felt comfortable. "I'll take it, how much?" Soarin asked, pulling out his wallet.

"I'll give you the same deal Rainbow gave me, how's one hundred bits sound?" Rarity asked.

"Sounds perfect." Soarin said as he paid for the tux.

"Would you like any add-ons?" Rarity asked as she put the tux in protective plastic.

"No, Thank you. This will do. Soarin politely declined as he took the tux home with him.

When Soarin got home, Rainbow was sitting at the kitchen table, writing out invitations. Soarin silently went up to their room and put his tux in the closet. He sees the box that Windy gave him and figures it was time to give it to Dash.

Picking up the box and coming back downstairs, Soarin joined Rainbow at the table. "Would you like some help?" Soarin asked.

Rainbow smiled and handed him a pen and a premade invite. "Yes please, just write what's on that card." Rainbow said as Soarin handed her the box.

"What's this?" Rainbow asked, confused as she looked at Soarin with an elvish grin.

"Just something to complete your wedding dress." Soarin replied.

Opening the box, Rainbow gasps in shock as she covers her mouth, staring back at her was her mother's wedding veil. Its silk thread shimmered in the light.

"Soarin, where did you get this?" Rainbow asked as her eyes watered.

"I got it when I went to receive your parents' blessings, your mother said you wanted to wear that at your wedding, so she gave it to me to give to you." Soarin replied as Rainbow put the lid back on.

"I can't wait for the day, I'm so happy we'll be spending the rest of our lives together, Soarin." Rainbow replied as she went back to writing.

Rainbow and Soarin sat at their kitchen table, invitation cards spread across the surface. With pen in hand, Soarin writes something down before putting the card in an envelope and sealing it up.

Rainbow does the same, as they sit there,, they can't help but look out the window as they see the sun begin to set. Getting up from their seats, they head outside Rainbow's house, her mailbox now donning the name Soarin.

Soarin stands behind Rainbow, arms wrapped around her waist as they both look out over Ponyville. School-age colts and fillies play with each other as the sun paints the sky red, orange, and yellow.

Leaning her head back and looking at Soarin, Rainbow kisses him on the lips as they prepare for a life together.

"It's going to be a beautiful life." Rainbow said as she waved to a purple-haired filly that was waving at her.

"That it is." Soarin replied as he held Rainbow from behind.

Going back inside they finish writing the invitations and send them off, making sure to save one as a memento. They place the card on the nightstand, written on it are the words.

Colorful Wedding

Wedding bells ring throughout Ponyville as ponies gather at Ponyville City Hall, Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie stand near the altar, adjacent to Thunderlane.

The food table was spread with food ranging from vegetarian chicken and vegetarian fish, along with desserts of all kinds. At its center was a three-tier wedding cake with figurines of Rainbow and Soarin adorning the top.

Rainbow gets ready in her dressing room the mayor provided for her, her heart pounds in her chest as she puts on the veil.

"Oh, my little girl is finally getting married." Windy says with tears in her eyes.

Rainbow blushes as she hugs her mom. "I'm not a little girl anymore, mom." Rainbow protested but still smiled.

"I know, but you'll always be a little girl to me, Soarin is lucky to have you." Windy said as she embraced the hug, holding Rainbow tight.

"I know." Rainbow said as a gentle tapping came on her door.

The door opened and Bow came in, dressed in a tux. "Are you ready?" He asked as he hooked his arm, prepared to hand her off to Soarin.

Rainbow hooked her arm through his arm and they ventured out the door as the orchestra led by Octavia and Vinyl started to play.

Everypony in attendance stood up as the bride was walked down the aisle her rainbow train following behind her, the Wonderbolts were upfront along with the families of the couple. When the father and bride got up to the altar, Bow handed off Rainbow to Soarin and gave him a firm shake before going to sit down with his wife.

Mayor Mare got up to the podium as the guests sat down. "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join Rainbow Dash and Soarin in holy matrimony. If anyone objects to this union, speak now or forever hold your peace." The mayor said.

The hall fell silent as no one spoke up, leaving Mayor Mare to continue. "Before we begin, I believe our couple has written vows?" The mayor asked.

"We have." Soarin replied. Before taking a breath.

“Rainbow, when I first met you, you were aspiring to join our ranks, and when you were accepted for the academy, I was overjoyed that you made it. You then moved on to be a reserve, and finally a full-fledged member. I could tell from day one that you had what it takes to be a Wonderbolt. That fiery passion is what attracted me to you, but I was a little intimidated. But it was you who asked me, and I love that independent nature. So, I must say." Soarin stopped for a second as Thunderlane handed him the ring. "With this ring, I promise to cherish you every day and to always be there for you." Soarin finished as he slid the ring on her finger.

Rainbow fought back tears as he did, wiping her tears away with a thumb she started her vows.

"Soarin, when I first met you, I thought you were a goofball, but I liked that about you, you were serious when you needed to be and we're relaxed when you could be. The way you care about your family is admirable and something I've come to love about you, along with a plethora of other things. You showed me that I can be tough and sensitive at the same time and I couldn't begin to fathom life without you. So I must say." Rainbow paused as Applejack handed her the ring. "With this ring, I promise to love you every day, and to always be there for you." Rainbow finished as she slid the ring on his finger.

With tears in her eyes, Mayor Mare then proceeded with the ceremony. "Do you, Soarin, take Rainbow Dash as your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?" The mayor asks.

"I do." Soarin replied as he held Rainbow's hands.

"And do you, Rainbow Dash, take Soarin as your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?" The mayor asks, turning her attention to Rainbow.

"I do." Rainbow replied as she looked into Soarin's emerald green eyes.

"Then by the power vested by me, I now pronounce you, husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." The mayor said as applause started.

Soarin gently lifted the veil and brought his puckered lips to Rainbow's, kissing her as they now cemented the relationship.

After the wedding ceremony, the couple shared their first dance and looked forward to their new life together. The dance was slow, but heartfelt as they embraced each other in their arms.

After the dance, they moved on to dinner. Standing up and tapping on a wine glass, Thunderlane started to give his speech. "Soarin, when I look at you and Rainbow Dash I see a happy family being made, you two go great together like spices in a soup. The road ahead won't be a smooth one, but I can tell you two will make it work." Thunder and paused as he raised his glass. "To Soarin and Rainbow, may your marriage last for many moons." He concluded as the crowd cheered, drinking to the toast.

After the toast, the couple and the attendees spent time socializing. Rainbow talked with her friends and had a few laughs and shared a few tears as they exchanged hugs.

Soarin talked with the few friends he had and received many pats on the back.

The whole affair lasted a few hours before everyone started going home, shaking the hands of the newlywed couple as they departed.

Looking at Soarin, Rainbow placed her fingers on his chest. "Why don't we take our honeymoon early?" She asked, causing Soarin to blush.

"Where do you have in mind?" Soarin asked as he blushed profusely.

"I know of this little beach resort we can go to called the "Hippo Tides" resort." Rainbow said as she hugged Soarin's arm.

"Sounds nice, I can't wait, when should we go?" Soarin asked as he shook the last hand.

"Tonight, we'll go home, pack a small change of clothes, and head out." Rainbow answered.

"Alright. Let's do it." Soarin answered as they left city hall and flew home.

Arriving at their house, Soarin hoisted Rainbow into his arms and carried her inside, setting her down gently she giggled as he kissed her. Soarin and Rainbow ran upstairs and hastily packed their suitcases with one change of clothes and a few hundred bits to stay for at least two nights.

They took off for the resort and arrived in about an hour, the ocean was clear as the sun began to set, painting the sky a beautiful reddish-orange. Going up to the front desk, they were lucky enough that they had a room for them and paid for two nights.

Taking the room key, Rainbow and Soarin made their way up to their room. Entering the room, there was a single double bed and a bottle of champagne on the table.

"Why don't we have a little fun before we enjoy this place?" Rainbow asked as the door shut and she began to take off her clothes.

Soarin smiled as he started to gently push her onto the bed before Rainbow stopped him.

"Ah ah ah, not tonight, tonight I'm on top." Rainbow said as she maneuvered her body around Soarin and gently pushed him down on his back.

Soarin blushed as his member got hard, making a small, but noticeable bulge in his pants.

"My, someone is excited." Rainbow said as she unbuttoned and unzipped his pants, pulling them down slowly as he took off his shirt. She then removed his underwear, freeing his cock as it popped out and stood at attention.

"Hmm, now be a good boy and lay still." Rainbow cooed as she finished getting undressed. Pulling off her panties she revealed her marehood and started to Straddle over Soarin. Facing him, she started to grind her rear over his cock, eliciting moans from him.

After a few seconds of teasing, Rainbow felt wet and ready as she started to push her wet dripping pussy down, engulfing the head of Soarin's cock as it slid in with a wet squelch.

Moaning as it slid in, Rainbow started to bounce her hips up and down as his balls smacked on her rear with each time she went down.

Soarin moaned in pleasure as he tried to thrust a little with her, the bed creaking under their weight as both of them neared orgasm.

After a few more thrusts, Soarin orgasmed, shooting a load of sticky cum inside Rainbow as her orgasm leaked out onto his pelvis. Panting heavily, Rainbow pulled herself off of Soarin, her pussy leaking a mix of vaginal juices and Soarin's seed as she laid down beside him panting.

"Wow, you feel so amazing without rubber." Rainbow said as she took deep steady breaths.

Soarin panted as well. "So do you, it felt so good to finally buck without protection." Soarin replied as his eyes started to get heavy.

Wrapping his arms around Rainbow, Soarin pulled Rainbow close to him, his cock resting on her pelvis as Rainbow reciprocated the action.

Laying in bed together, wrapped in each other's embrace, Soarin and Rainbow fell asleep as the moon reached its peak in the night sky.
