This is a displaced story about a human being sent to Equestria as Alex Mercer during the invasion of the Caribou.

I was happy just being a normal person, living my day to day life until one day at Comic Con, I meet a mysterious man who was dressed as the Merchant. After buying a few items, I get sent to Equestria as Alex Mercer. But I soon find myself becoming the leader of a Resistence that challenges the invasion of the Caribou. I am the only one who can stop The Fall of Equestria.

Saving Ponyville (Part 1)

I stood on top of Canterlot Mountain, a smile on my face. It wasn't one of joy or anything like that, no. No it was fueled by a desire. A desire for the consumption of rapists, terrorists, and evil. It was a smile fuelled by bloodlust.

My name is Alexander James Mercer. And I am a Displaced. Before I tell you what I do next, let me tell you how I got here. It all started a few days ago, before the invasion of the Caribou even happened. Before I even arrived in this world.

I walked around Comic Con, looking for anything that might catch my eye. I had dressed up as Alex Mercer from the two Prototype games but I was unable to make any of his weapons due to time. But as I was walking, I was called out to by a familiar sounding voice. Turning, I saw a man dressed up as the Merchant from the Resident Evil games. "Hello Zeus, or should I say, Alex Mercer?" He greeted cryptically.

"Alex, please. And who might you be?" I asked him right back, crossing my arms in mock anger.

"Peace Alex, I am the Merchant. Might you take a look at my wares and see what might interest you?" He offered as he waved a hand over the cloth covered table between us. I looked over it and I was surprised to see one of the arm length blades from the Prototype games. I picked it up and asked him.

"How much for the arm blade?" He looked it over before nodding.

"$60 dollars. Is that all you wish to get?" I shook my head and looked over the table once more. Then I saw a large feather among a pile of them that I couldn't tell where it was from.

"What's this feather?" I asked, picking it up.

"Ah, you have quite the eye. That is the tertiary feather of an alicorn. Quite rare if I do say so." I had no idea what an 'alicorn' is but I did enjoy the feel and look of the feather.

"I'll take it as well. How much?"

"In total? $80 dollars." I decided to get one last item so I continued to look around. I spied a small box on the table and picked it up.

"What's in this?" I asked the Merchant as I held up the box.

"That contains an exact replica of the spider that turned Miles Morales into Spiderman." I smiled and asked how much it was. "Hmm, Let's say 15 dollars." I nodded and placed it along with all of the other items I was getting. "All of that will be 95 dollars." He said holding out his hand.

I gave him a solid 100 dollar bill and told him to keep the change. He smiled and took the money and put it inside his cloak. I took the arm blade and put it on, the blade itself actually pretty big as it was able to touch the top of my head to the floor. I then put the box in my pocket and put the feather behind my ear. "Enjoy your purchases my viral friend." The Merchant once again said creepily before a wave of nausea passed over me.

Somewhere in the Everfree Forest

Slowly I woke up to the feeling of something trying to bite me but was not successful in the slightest. I got up and saw that a group of large wooden wolves were trying to bite my legs off but had little to no success. I panicked and moved my arm across my chest before backhanding the wolves with a massive, club like appendage that was covered in spikes.

The wolves were demolished and their pieces scattered around the clearing I was in. I breathed heavily as I watched the club turn back into my hand in a swirl of black and red tendrils. The transformation looked exactly as it did in Prototype. After a few minutes of freaking out, I finally calmed down and noticed a note in one of my pockets. Taking it out, I began to read.

Good morning Mr. Mercer. This note is a run down of all your powers and where you are. Welcome to the magical world of Equus, a world filled with all sorts of mystical and magical creatures. The land you currently reside in is called Equestria. This land is ruled by three alicorn princesses with a fourth ruling over another kingdom. The rest are generally called ponies but have three different races, and a fourth being the alicorns.

Number one is the Earth Ponies, they are very strong and have a strong connection to the world around them. Number two is the Pegasi, they have large, strong wings which help them fly. They can also interact with clouds and use they to create the weather. And Number three is the Unicorns, they can always be identified by the horn protruding from their foreheads. They can use and control magic. What they can do with that magic? Just wait and find out.

Now then, onto your powers. Obviously you have the powers of both Alex Mercer and James Heller, the two protagonists of the two Prototype games. You can also choose which of them you wish to be as you have both of their DNA alongside yours. You also have the DNA of an Alicorn from the feather you bought. And finally you have the powers of Spiderman. Webs included. You also have invisibility and electrical venom.

But you'll have to learn how to use those, can't make it too easy after all. Oh, and one last thing, your about to be in the middle of a war.

Signed; The Merchant.

Re-reading the letter a few times, I ran my hand through my hair as I wondered what to do next. I then heard yelling and shouting in the distance as I sighed. "Guess it's time to play hero." I began running in that direction as I then noticed something. I was fast, faster than most cars in fact. And I could just run into a tree and smash right through it like it was paper. I began to smile as I pushed myself to go faster.

Fluttershy tried her hardest to run to Zecora's hut, trying to seek refuge from the three Caribou chasing her down. "Come on you little bitch, just stop so we can fuck your tight little cunt." One of them shouted as he prepared to throw something. It was three rocks attached to three pieces of rope that were tied together.

Before he could though, all four of them heard a loud crashing noise as something was running through the trees. The three Caribou stopped, and tried to find the origin of the noise. Just then, A large black and red knife made of some kind of material pierced the stomach of one of the three who was then pulled into the forest. The other two heard the screams of their companion before it was silenced with a sickening crunch.

All were quiet as they waited for the one responsible for the noise. Just then, the same Caribou ran back to them, fear in its eyes before it collapsed in front of the other two. "Something's out there, we have to get out here, forget the girl and run!" The two went to hoist the fallen Caribou when suddenly four large claws ripped through each of their stomachs as they were lifted in the air.

"Heh, that was almost too easy." The Caribou said as it was wrapped in a plethora of tentacles. When they were absorbed into the body, it revealed a man in a black leather jacket with a red design on the back, a hood covering his head to hide his face and head. He also had a pair of blue pants with black shoes covering his feet.

Fluttershy watched in horror as the other two Caribou were wrapped in the same tentacles and were seemingly absorbed by the man, but to her, the stallion. After the tentacles were gone, he slowly turned to face her. Fluttershy felt the color drain from her body as the 'stallion' began to walk closer. She could do nothing but close her eyes as she waited for the end to come.

What she didn't expect was the kind voice and warm hand on her shoulder. "Hey now, I'm not going to hurt you. I only did what I did to protect you. Please, open your eyes. I'm not going to hurt you, promise." Despite her fear, Fluttershy did so and looked into the crystal like blue of his eyes. "There we go. Can I have your name please?" He asked as he knelt down to make himself seem smaller.

"Oh, um. M- my name is Fluttershy." She spoke as she was helped to her hooves.

"That's a nice name. My name is Alexander James Mercer, but most just call me Mercer. I know what those Caribou did and I am so sorry you had to go through that. I also know what they are planning. You have a friend in these woods?" Fluttershy could only nod. "Good, go to them. The Caribou are afraid of this forest so they probably won't come in here. The farther in you go, the safer you'll be. Try to head as deep in as possible and hide there until I can come back and give the all clear, okay?"

Fluttershy understood most of what the stallion said as she nodded once more. The stallion smiled and turned before kneeling down. Then, he was gone with a cloud of dust as the ground deformed underneath him. Fluttershy could only watch as the stallion began to head towards Ponyville. Deciding to follow his words, she began to run to Zecora's home, knowing exactly where to go afterwards.

After I had consumed the three Caribou, I knew of the invasion, what they did to Fluttershy's home, and where they came from. Their end goals sickened me, leaving me with no remorse for their deaths. In fact, I almost enjoyed the feeling of my biomass sliding into their bones, the crunch of them as I consumed the skull and brain. I shook the thought off as I began to glide over the forest towards the small town of Ponyville and already I could see numerous fires in the distance.

"Damn, this isn't war, this is a massacre. Where is the army of this nation? The police, marines, or whatever they have here? First things first though, I need to consume a Commander or some kind of higher up." I said to myself as I approached the edge of the Everfree forest. Landing outside of it, I looked at the burning rubble that was once the home of Fluttershy. The Caribou had set it ablaze to draw her out but didn't expect her to be so fast when she ran from them.

Heading towards town, I noticed more burning buildings as a great amount of Caribou were going up a mountain that held a large city on the side of it. 'That might be the capital.' I thought with dread. I needed to make a decision, save this town of save the capital. But if I stopped the army from invading the capital, then the rest should disperse. At least, they should. But if that was the capital, at least some military will be there, buying it some time.

This town didn't have time though. Making a decision I jumped towards the center of town and began to glide towards the center. Oddly enough, the main body of Caribou was at the edge of town, surrounding a large crystal like castle. Noting that, I landed in the center of town, crushing a Caribou in the process.

All attention turned to me as I picked up one of the pieces of brain that were still on my shoe. Seeing all attention on me, I consumed what was left of the body, blood and all. While the ponies looked like they were going to be sick or shit their pants, the Caribou were a mix of the latter and being furious with the death of one of their friends. As they began to charge at me, I smiled as I let their spears run into and through my body.

The Caribou grinned as they thought they had killed me but were shocked as I only yawned. "Is that all you can do? Pity." I turned my body into a mass of tendrils and went beneath the spears. I then sprung back up and pushed them all away from me. I turned one arm into the Whipfist while the other turned into a large blade, a bit longer than my body. "Now, my turn."

I spun in a circle, cutting through a small group of three Caribou like they were butter. I consumed their bodies and went to the next few. I saw one trying to run but a quick thwip of the Whipfist and he was impaled. I him brought back to me where I punched his face with enough force to fell a tree. His head exploded in a shower of red mist, small chunks of bone, and gray matter. The remains were quickly consumed after that. "Mmm, the blood from that one was delicious, anyone else feel like running?" I said as I made my eyes glow red.

I didn't actually taste the beings I consumed, but they didn't know that. Several ran at me as a few Caribou began to run towards the castle. Worried about the ones coming at me, I jumped into the air, turning the Whipfist and arm blade into the Hammerfists. The density of them made me fall faster towards the ground as I smashed into it, as well as a few reckless Caribou. I instantly began to consume them as I looked for my next target.

Seeing a single Caribou left, holding a dagger against the throat of a white mare with what must have been a once stylish indigo mane that now had burn marks and was a complete mess. Beside the Caribou was a small filly who was reaching out for the mare as an orange mare held her back, tears in her own eyes as she stared up fearfully at what was happening.

I growled as I slowly lowered my stance, and in minutes I was surrounded by a good chunk of the force that had been attacking the castle. But this only made me smile. I cried out in false pain as I began to curl in on myself, tendrils surrounding my body as I prepared to unleash an attack. All the ponies and caribou stared at me wearily as they all started to back away.

Then, I exploded. Hundreds of tendrils shooting out and piercing the bodies and heads of all the caribou. I made sure to only aim for the Caribou, making sure to not hurt the ponies. I then absorbed them into my body, feeling their bodies be turned into biomass as I did so.

Once I had consumed them all, I stood up and breathed a sigh of relief. I looked around, seeing all the ponies starting to back away from me more fearfully. It stung as I knew that after all of this, I would be seen as a monster. But I didn't care. I would still save them. I was about to run towards the crystal castle when I felt a small furry hand tug on mine.

Looking down, I saw the same filly from before. She had a small smile as she held my hand. I knelt down, holding her hand in mine. "Thank you for saving us mister, I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't saved my sister." Looking up, I saw the orange mare from before hugging the white mare as they cried into each other's shoulders.

I smiled and nodded, standing up once more. "Come on, your sister must be worried about you as well." I walked the small filly over to the pair, the sound of my footsteps causing them to turn towards me. They gasped in fear as they started to back away but stopped when they saw that I was holding the hand of the small filly.

"Go on, I don't think they want me any closer." I said to the filly who nodded and ran to her sister. I watched as the two embraced each other, hugging each other tightly which brought a smile to my face. I turned to leave when I heard a voice call out to me.

"Wait! Please." I looked back to see the white mare looking at me. "Thank you for saving me, as well as the rest of the town. But who are you?" She asked me as she held onto her sister.

"My name is Alex Mercer. But most just call me Mercer. Oh, and I ran into a pony called Fluttershy in the Everfree forest. There is going to be a camp somewhere deep in the forest. Find her, and you find the camp."

"Fluttershy?! Is she safe?!" Asked the orange pony. I nodded.

"She was about to be caught by those monsters. But I stopped them. For now, the Everfree is the safest place to be. Until I get rid of every last one of these monsters, that is the safest place to be. Gather as many supplies as you can and head there." I said before I lept away. As I traveled towards the castle, I killed as many Caribou as possible with the Whipfist.

When I finally landed in front of the castle, the large golden doors were opened. I growled as I raced into the castle, the virus giving me a boost in speed. As I got deeper inside, I began to notice that I didn't even know where to go. Stopping, I tried to use my thermal vision but seeing nothing I used my hunter vision.

This time, I did see something. A group of Caribou surrounding an alicorn mare. They were all right above me. Grinning, I changed my hands into the Hammerfists and prepared to jump.

Twilight cried as she tried to cover up her naked body, her magic unavailable thanks to the anti-magic ring on her horn. Her clothes had been ripped off by Caribou who were now looking at her hungrily. But just as one of them began to approach her, the floor erupted behind her. She closed her eyes and covered her head as screams of pain and the sound of crunching bones and splattering of blood surrounded her.

In minutes, all was silent until she heard a voice. "Hey, are you alright?" Looking up, she saw a stallion looking down at her while offering her a hand. Slowly, she reached up and grasped it.

"Uh, umm. Yeah. Thank you sir. But who are you?" Twilight asked the strange looking stallion.

"My name is Alex, Alex Mercer. But you can call me Mercer. We need to head to the Everfree Forest. I'm going to clear out the rest of the town and then I'll join you in the forest. I'll also make sure we aren't followed." The stallion said as he opened a large window. "Oh, and uh, sorry about the floor." He then jumped out the window, the force behind said jump was enough to fracture the floor and some of the wall of her bedroom.

She could only stare at the spot the stallion had launched himself from, fearful awe on her face. After a bit, she shook her head and tore off the anti-magic ring as she made a new set of clothes appear on her body. She could study the super stallion later, right now she needed to gather some supplies. Right now though, she could only hope that Spike was alright in Canterlot.

Saving Ponyville (Part 2)

I landed with a loud thud as I had hit the ground quite hard behind a pair of Caribou. They stumbled forwards from the force of the impact before turning to attack me but were too slow as my large claws impaled both of them. I was happy to know each rough location of where every Caribou should be. This was thanks to the Commander I had consumed in that crystal castle. While I didn't know all of their plans, I knew where the very top of their pyramid was and some other important stuff.

What I didn't get was the number of forces deployed to each town and city. That wasn't too much of a problem though as I was more focused on Ponyville right now. My next target being the top. Not only would it disorganize the rest, it would save two very important ponies. Princesses Celestia and Luna. If that Anti-magic ring did what its name implies, then the sun and moon would be taking a break from moving across the sky.

Spike ran towards the two princesses, a scroll in hand. "Celestia, Luna, I just got a scroll from Twilight. You two should read it right now." The two princesses, adorned in their battle armor looked at each other before taking the scroll in their magic.

Dear Celestia/Luna

Ponyville has fallen. We are going into the Everfree forest and possibly to your old castle to take refuge. I saw the size of the army heading to Canterlot. Even with all the guards in Equestria, I don't think you can win. If there is anyway to get to your old castle, get there. Me and my friends are going there now. I had been saved by a strange stallion who possesses amazing power.

This also counts for most of Ponyville. I had run into my friends Applejack and Rarity and they had been saved by him as well. He calls himself Alexander James Mercer. And by their account, no normal weapon can kill him, or even harm him. I fear that if he were to turn like some of the other stallions did, we would stand no chance.

He will also be going to your old castle when he finishes getting rid of the rest-

They were cut off from reading the rest as the throne room doors were slammed into, but not breaking down. "Sister, if what Twilight says is true then we are out matched. We must make a strategic retreat if we are to survive." Luna said as she put a hand on her sister's shoulder.

Celestia didn't want to do this but she knew this was the right choice. "Very well. Spike, come here so we can all get to Ponyville. We are going to help this Alexander stop the rest of the Caribou in Ponyville. You head to the castle and tell the others that we will be joining them shortly." Celestia said as her horn lit up in it's usual golden glow.

Luna's did as well as she grabbed one of Spike's hands. After a few seconds of charging the spell, they were gone in a flash of magic just as the doors were blown open. Hundreds of Caribou ran into the room, hoping to capture the regal sisters, but seeing nothing made them quite confused. The King however was outraged.

"Where are they!? I was told they would be here! So where are those two sluts!?" He yelled as one of the soldiers handed him the parchment. Reading through it, he growled and ripped it to shreds.

"After we have captured all of the cities, take over the towns. Then rally as many magi as possible to burn down the Everfree Forest." He told his Commanding Officer. He bowed and he ran with the other Caribou out of the throne room, leaving it empty. Only his elite guard were in the room with him. The King turned and pointed at one of them.

"You there, bring me one of those bitch noble mares. I need something to keep my cock slick as I wait for the princesses." The Elite Guard saluted and ran out of the throne room to fulfill the request. The King growled as he made his way to the throne, grumbling the entire time. Using his magic fueled might he ripped the thrones off the ground and out the two closest windows. He snapped his fingers as several female Caribou servants came in holding a new throne.

They set it down on the dais where the other thrones were and backed away, awaiting their next command. The King sat on the throne, grumbling as he drummed his fingers on one of the arm rests.

A bright flash announced the arrival of three beings as they exited the teleport. Already knowing what to do, Spike began to run towards the Everfree forest, hoping to see one of his friends. This left Celestia and Luna to find any straggling Caribou. What they didn't know was that the flash of their teleport had gotten the notice of a nearby sentient virus.

"Sister, this is much worse than we could have imagined." Luna said as she kneeled down to pick up one of the burned toys that had been left behind.

"Yes, don't worry sister, we will make these invaders pay. One way or another."

"And you'll have my help." The two jumped upon hearing a new voice, spinning around as they brandished their weapons. Looking up a bit, they saw a stallion sitting on the roof of one of the few buildings that were left standing. The two princesses quickly grew suspicious of this pony. "Oh, now is that anyway to treat someone who is willing to help you? But if you don't want my help, then fine by me. I'll just sit and watch as your ponies are either killed or turned into slaves."

The stallion stood and turned to leave but stopped when he heard a voice call out. "Wait! Your name wouldn't happen to be 'Alex Mercer', would it?"

"As a matter of fact, yes. And you two are the ruling princesses of Equestria. I was actually about to head up to Canterlot to save your royal asses. But seems like you got a tip that you wouldn't be able to fight off all of that." The stallion pointed up at Canterlot, a significant amount of Caribou leaving the city.

Luna gritted her teeth but nodded shamefully. "What you say is true, as much as we hate to admit it. But we must know, are you friend or foe?" The stallion seemed to grow contemplative for a moment before replying.

"Consider me an ally for the time being. For me to be a friend, you must gain my trust. And that is no easy thing to do." The stallion said as he turned back to the royal mares. "Now then, I'm going to finish up here. You head to the Everfree Forest and reassure your ponies. Their morale must be at an all time low and I think seeing you two would really brighten their spirits."

Celestia knew he was right, but she didn't expect him to finish off the rest of the Caribou by himself and live. But before she could say anything, the stallion jumped, causing the side of the house he had been standing on to collapse underneath him. After he was a few hundred hooves in the air, he spread his limbs and seemed to fly away without using any wings.

Both sisters watched as he left, the air behind him tinged black and red against the darkening sky. It slowly dissipated though, going with the wind. Celestia felt a hand on her shoulder and looked to Luna. "Come Sister, our subjects need us."

Luna said with hardened eyes. Celestia knew that look. It was the look of a soldier, of a royal who knew their duty, somepony who wanted to do more but knew that they couldn't. Celestia nodded and the two began to walk towards the Everfree, checking a few still standing houses for supplies and anypony that might be left behind.

'Those two were quite pleasant to the eyes, if they weren't princesses I'm sure they could pass as models.' I thought to myself as I scanned for any Caribou and any ponies. Though I did meet a few stallions, they tried to attack him but met a swift end instead. 'And to think, some of these ponies would shift over to the cause of those Caribou.'

I thought after I had consumed the fifth stallion I had met. After making sure I had checked every last inch of Ponyville, made a small trail of biomass behind me from the edge of the Everfree to where I could detect a large amount of life signatures. But as I closed the distance to within a half mile, I began to walk in a circle around the life signatures.

I left behind all of the extra Biomass into a sensory wall around the signatures, only allowing me to go in and out without the biomass I planted there to create a wall. It would basically work like this, if something tried to go over the line of my sensory wall, I would immediately be alerted and a wall made of hardened biomass would form there until I either had the biomass attack the intruder or let them inside.

It took nearly all of the extra biomass I had gathered to just make the circle. Luckily, I had come across some Manticores and other inhabitants of this forest to add to my biomass. Though some actually tried to group together and take me down. It went a little something like this.

(Flashback)

"Alright ya ugly mugs, come at me!" I yelled as I formed one arm into the arm blade and the other into a large spiked shield. My answer was one of the Manticores attacking my front as the one of the rockadiles circled around me to attack me from behind.

I threw up my shield to block the massive paw that then got stuck on my shield as it roared out in excruciating pain. I pulled my blade back and rammed it into the gut of the Manticore. I then began to pull it forwards and push my arm outwards to slice the Manticore from stomach to tail in half. I was showered in blood as finished slicing into it.

I unformed the shield and made it claw while picking up the head of the now dead Manticore. I formed my other hand from the arm blade into a Hammerfist and began to smash the head of the Manticore as I consumed it. But I had to pause in my crushing of the head as the rockadile attacked my arm that was currently the Hammerfist, latching onto it.

I grunted and let go of the half consumed head of the Manticore while making the claws go away to leave my normal hand. I kicked the side of the Rockadile and it cried out in pain, allowing me to shove my hand down it's throat. I then transformed it back into a claw and gripped its heart, crushing it with ease.

The eyes of the Rockadile widened until they slowly began to close as its grip on my arm loosened. I began to consume both the Rockadile and Manticore at the same time, applying their DNA to me.

I felt myself grow a long scorpion like tail that had sacks filled with highly corrosive acid. But while I didn't get any noticeable skin augmentations, I think my bio-amor got a boost in defensive capabilities. I looked at my new tail as it waved lazily behind me. "Hmm, this might be useful in the future." I deformed the tail and made it go back into my body.

I was about to continue making the circle when the ground shook. I slowly turned and looked up. And up. And up. And up until I was staring at the four angry faces of a Hydra. Slowly, a smile formed on my face as I reformed the tail, spiked shield, and arm blade. "Oh now you look like meal." It looked confused for a moment until it growled and tried to bite me. I quickly got an idea and jumped into the maw of the Hydra, going down its long throat till I dropped into its stomach.

I could feel the sting of the acid as it slowly ate away at my biomass. But I wouldn't give it the chance to. I unleashed one of my devastators, but instead of making the ends barbs to pull things in, I made them tiny sharp blades. Outside, the Hydra seemed proud of itself that it was able to defeat the creature the other two couldn't but soon stopped as all four heads roared in pain as hundreds of tendrils burst from its body.

They sliced through its flesh and many trees surrounding it until they were retracted back into its body. The Hydra collapsed on the ground with a loud thud, dead as all of its internal body organs had been ripped to shreds. Two large blades sliced through the back of the Hydra until a panting Alex Mercer emerged from it. "Ugh, now I see why they don't allow you to use that move too often in the games. The devastators are tiring as hell."

I looked around at the large body I stood on, seeing that I wouldn't be able to hold this much biomass inside me. I dragged the Hydra's body towards the half finished circle. Once there, I shoved my right arm into the Hydra and began to process of turning it into Biomass. My left arm was in the ground, putting all of the extra biomass into the half-circle. After a full minute, the body of the Hydra was gone.

(Flashback End)

After finishing the circle of biomass, I began to walk the rest of the way to the cluster of life signatures. Once I got there however, I saw a large broken down castle that was currently being rebuilt. Leaping across the large chasm, I began to walk the rest of the way to the castle. I was obviously spotted and I could hear the pony who spotted me call out to the three princesses.

I waited at the front door, waiting to be allowed entrance.

Meeting the townsfolk and getting to know the sentient virus

View Online

"Hey! That stallion that saved you guys is here!" Yelled Rainbow Dash from her position in the air. Princess Celestia and Luna looked at each other before running to the front doors along with some of the other Mane 6 with Spike following them. Princess Celestia was the one to open the door, looking down at the pony that had single handedly killed all the Caribou that had invaded Ponyville.

"So, you gonna let me in or what?" Alex asked Celestia as he stared up at her with a semi-bored look, almost as if he hadn't recently been in a death defying battle.

"We will, but first we have some questions." Luna told the stallion as she came up beside her sister. Alex sighed and made a 'get on with it' motion with a roll of his hand. "First, what are you?" Alex thought on it for a bit before saying.

"Well, I was human. But now, I'm not." He said as he looked down at his hands.

"Human? But if you aren't a human, whatever that is, or a pony, then what are you?" Rainbow asked for her position above them.

"I am a sentient virus known as Blacklight." They all seemed to back away in worry from that. "Oh come on, if I had wanted to infect you, I would have done so already. Besides, I'm not contagious."

"So this… Blacklight virus. What does it do exactly?" The purple princess asked which made me stop and think for a second.

"Results may… vary, depending on how your infected. If by accident, like by a drop of blood infecting a cut or getting inside your body, you'll most likely die, become a monster, or do both. But if on purpose, then you'll most likely become like me, a Blacklight Evolved. And what we can do… again, varies."

"Varies how?" Luna asked with scrutiny.

"Well, all of us become almost unkillable, by time and by other sources. Our greatest weaknesses being other being infected with the Blacklight virus, fire, and very strong acids. But with gaining new DNA, fire and acid weaknesses are no longer a problem." Alex said while covering himself with a quite intimidating set of armor. We all jumped back a bit, seeing his new form. All but the Rainbow Dash that is.

"That, is, awesome! But doesn't it slow you down?"

"Yes and no. Yes it can slow down our traveling speed, but in combat, it gives us less of a worry of being open to attack and lets us attack without worrying for our own health. Which is also helped by, what some would say, ridiculous healing factor. Like so." He said while reverting back and transforming one of his arms into a massive blade.

'He's not gonna do what I think he's about to do, is he?' All the ponies thought in sync.

Alex then put his other arm out in front of him and without care, sliced his entire arm off. The severed arm fell to the floor with a thump as he made a brand new arm grow from the hole where his previous arm had been. "That, is both awesome, and sickening… I love it!" Rainbow exclaimed again.

"In short, Blacklight Evolved are an unstoppable weapon of mass destruction. So be thankful that I just don't go ahead and kill you lot as well. But killing you would be pointless so I don't."

"So what's the point of slaughtering hundreds of Caribou and saving us?" Celestia asked with a steeled resolve.

"I get to play Anti-hero and do something good for someone else." That… was not something any of them were expecting. Least of all Celestia and Luna. "I mean, how else am I supposed to use these powers without looking like a murderous psychopath that only craves to kill all life that stands in my way?"

Rainbow was surprisingly the first one to answer. "I… guess that makes sense?" Rainbow said with mild confusion, looking at her friends.

"Anyway," Alex says waving it off. "next question please."

"Er, right. Umm, how can you fly?" Rainbow asked him.

"That is a much easier answer, I don't fly. I glide." They all waited for him to give an explanation to that but when none came he deadpanned. "Ugh, fine. I glide by decreasing the density of my biomass while expulsing small burst of biomass for thrust while in midair."

"And can this ejected biomass infect others?" Again, I shake my head.

"No, the stuff I eject is mostly dead cells. The only thing harmful about them is if it gets in your eyes. But again, that'll only cause mild eye irritation." Talking to each other a bit, we come up with another question.

"Where do you come from?" Luna asked as Alex winced.

"Uh, a place that used to be full of healthy people, but now an infected war zone." He said rubbing the back of his head.

"And how did it come to be like that?" Luna asked as began to glare.

"While there are many points of blame, it was mostly because of two things. Gentek and Blackwatch. The whole story is a bit long so I'll shorten it as much as I can. First thing you must know though, the Blacklight Virus is actually a strain of virus that was made from the original strain known as the Redlight Virus."

"Wait, your kind took a virus and made a new one from it?" I could only nod.

"Yes, no be quiet. I'm about to tell the story. Ahem," Alex cleared his throat before starting. "The Redlight Virus, also known as DX-1118 A, was made by a military group called Blackwatch. It's original purpose was to be used as a Bio-weapon. Blackwatch created an entire town and filled with real people. They would infect mother's to be to hopefully find the right host and after three years, they did in a woman called Elizabeth Green. She gave birth to a son that was Code Named, Pariah. The whole purpose of the fake town was to make the perfect lifeform. What they actually did however, was make the perfect bio-weapon. One that can't be stopped. Elizabeth and the child were taken from the town which was then destroyed. Hundreds of innocent lives, gone with a single detonation. Elizabeth was kept for experimentation because her body was constantly making new strains of the virus. Now we move onto Gentek, a company that worked with Blackwatch. One of the researchers there was tasked with making a new strain of the virus, which he did. This was known as DX-1118 D, the Blacklight Virus. He tried to expose Gentek and Blackwatch for their many illegal practices but ended up cornered in a train station. Here, he unleashed the virus on a large city that was on a small island. One thing after another and now I have the virus inside me."

They just looked at Alex in a scared type of awe. "Wow, that's just… wow." Rainbow said as she scratched the back of her head.

"Yeah, that doesn't even begin to describe it." Alex said as he crossed his arms.

"But, how do you know all of this?" Celestia asked.

"Because, all the memories of the things I consume, are added among mine. One of the perks and curses of the Blacklight Virus."

"Seems to me this 'virus' is more like a superpower giver." Rainbow chuckled.

"One would think. But by getting it, you become less of yourself. You become immortal, you can't die. Takes the meaning out of 'make the most of your life' when it can't end, huh?" Rainbow winces and looks away, scratching her arm.

"Well, it is getting late. Come inside, we'll talk more about this tomorrow." Celestia said as she opened the door for Alex.IHe nodded and walked inside, following after them until they got to the throne room. Which now looked like a refugee camp. Small tents, fires, and families all around looking like the world has ended. The sight would've tugged at anyone's heartstrings.

Looking around Alex saw the very open roof. Pouring a significant amount of biomass into his arm, he reached up and began to fill in the giant hole. All of us watched him as he did this, not sure to be thankful or scared. When he finished he staggered a bit. Why though, the ponies didn't know. "Hey, you alright there partner?"

Asked Applejack who had been with the group that had greeted Alex. "Yeah, just a bit low on Biomass. Probably gonna need one of those monsters out in the Everfree for more."

"Bio-what now?" The orange mare asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Biomass is the total mass of organisms in a given area or volume… you have no idea what I said, don't you?" She gives Alex a sheepish smile which he waves off. "Eh, figured. Your race isn't as technologically driven as my race was."

"Excuse me?" She said as got an annoyed tone to her voice.

"No offense, just that our races had to evolve differently. You all had magic so there wasn't a point to growing in your technological prowess. Mine had no magic and had to rely on good old human ingenuity to survive. What was once impossible became possible as we evolved our technology. Need to be somewhere over seas in a rush? Take a plane. Wanna talk to someone without traveling to their home? Use a phone. Humans have used their intelligence and curiosity to do things once thought the realm of impossibility. Heck, we wanted to go to the moon because we wanted to know what it was like up there. Give us a few years and bam, first man on the moon alive and comes back, alive."

He had gathered a few listeners as he rested a bit. "That's amazing! What else has your race accomplished?" Twilight asked with amazement.

"Another thing for another day. Now if you'll excuse me." He said as he jumped to a wall and ran up it till he reached the ceiling made of biomass. He then seemed to make a hammock out of biomass and rested inside it.

"Again, wow. That guy is so awesome!" Rainbow squealed in a fangirlish sort of way.

"And incredibly dangerous. I don't think anything we have, spell or otherwise, can kill him. If we were to do so, we would have to destroy every cell in his body, including his constructs. But seeing how they work… the task seems impossible." Luna said as she stared up at the bio-hammock.

"I'm just thankful he has a protective spirit." Celestia said, doing the same as her sister. "Though I do hope Cadance and Shining Armor are alright."

"Peace sister, I doubt the Caribou have anything powerful enough to get past the Crystal Heart's barrier." Luna said as she took Celestia's hand in her own. Celestia smiled and nuzzled her sister.

"True, but if they were daring enough to try and attack Canterlot, then they knew that they would have to fight us at the same time. So does that mean they are daring enough to attack the Crystal Empire?" Celestia could only hope that they weren't.

The night passed with Luna going from dream to dream, consoling foals and ponies alike. Telling them that help was coming and that they just needed to hold on till help did arrive. But Luna knew she was spitting lies. She had no idea how long it would take for Alex to get to them, or if it would be too late.

But she then stumbled upon a conscious that, unlike the others, was not induced by the fear of the Caribou. Looking into it, she was bombarded by hundreds of deathly screams of pain and agony as a single soul that was inside just stood, drinking it all in. She pushed her way inside till she got to that pony, but when she saw his face, she gasped.

It wasn't a pony, it was a being like Alex! A human if she remembered correctly. He had his head down, crying heavy trails of tears as he couldn't move, thick biomass holding his limbs together. Luna tried to banish the dream and was thankful she was successful. Kneeling down, she used her magic to dissolve the dream biomass cuffs.

"Peace young human, your nightmare is no more." After a few seconds, the human opened up his eyes.

"P- Princess Luna?! What are you doing here?! W- where am I?!" Asked the human as he backed away, looking around him in fright.

"Calm young one, calm." Luna said, not taking into account that this human knew her name. After a bit he did, but still looked at her cautiously. "Good, good. You are in your dream. I have dispelled your nightmare. But please, why were you dreaming of such a thing?"

He looked at her, confused, before looking at himself, recognition showing seconds afterwards. "Oh, heh heh. Right. Well, you see. Those weren't nightmares, but memories. But they aren't my own. The memories of the ones I have killed. All the Caribou who have been consumed by me." Luna looked astonished. Was this another Blacklight Virus holder like Alex was?

Before she could ask any further, the walls began to crumble until Luna was expelled from the dream as the dreamer woke up. Coincidentally, this also caused Luna to wake up. She sat up in her sister's old room, semi restored. Only the mattress had been replaced with twos sleeping bag and she had used her magic to blow away all the dust in the room.

"Who was that human?" Luna asked herself as she got up from the sleeping bag, stretching her body from the uncomfortable spot on the floor. Perhaps she should ask Alex to make a hammock for her. Luna soon slapped herself away from that. 'No, he is not a servant nor is he under our rule. Besides, my ponies would need that much more than me.'

Luna looked to the pony in the other sleeping bag, which was almost too small for the occupant inside it. But that was only because her sister had curled up inside it, tucking her legs against her chest. Luna would have giggled a little at the sight had the timing been any different. Luna heard a small thump as something outside landed.

Luna grabbed a small dagger she had kept next to her and began to inch towards the balcony. When she got there, she looked up to see a familiar human. Alex stood on the roof of the tower she and her sister rested in, which was the highest point in the castle. He was looking at the stars, a frown on his face. "Fucking hell, why did I dream of her." He mumbled under his breath as he looked up.

"Dream of who?" Luna asked as she jumped onto the roof, her wings giving her a boost in height. Alex jumped and almost slashed her to ribbons with one of his giant claws. The tips a hair's width from her eyes. When he saw who it was he took them away. He gave her a stern look before saying.

"Don't scare me like that. Ever. I was jumpy enough back on my world. I don't want to accidentally turn you into ribbons or a fine paste." Alex said as he looked at her.

"I apologize, I didn't mean to do such a thing." Luna said as she tried to get her heart under control. She had seen her life flash before her eyes when those claws were coming at her. She had not lead the most fulfilling of lives from what she saw.

"Thank you. I didn't mean to be so harsh. It's just… all of this has been pretty insane. One day I'm living a normal life and now I'm in a new world in the middle of an invasion and I seem to be the only one capable of stopping it. Heh, guess I really do have the world on my shoulders now, don't I?" He chuckled solemnly, no humor in his voice.

Luna just looked at him sadly and a tad bit confused, not knowing what he meant with the last sentence. "I… see. I can't say I have been what you have been through but I can empathize with being in a new world." Luna said as she stood next to Alex.

"... How so?" Alex asked after a few seconds.

"You see, I had been banished to the moon for a 1,000 years. When I had come back and was cleansed by the elements, I was in a world that was familiar yet… alien. New technology, new speech patterns, etc. But to everypony else, I was the alien in a normal world." Alex nodded, completely quiet. Luna raised her hand and put it on his shoulder.

"If you ever want to vent your feelings, I am always open. And if not me, then my sister would also be happy to listen to you." Alex smiled a bit before he did an action that surprised Luna. He hugged her. She could hear him sobbing a bit but no tears were coming from his. Luna just closed her eyes and returned the hug, softly rubbing his back.

There the two stayed, not knowing they had been watched by a white alicorn who knew exactly what Alex was feeling.

Luna and Alex had stayed in their embrace for about 5 minutes until they separated, going back to their own sleeping places but unable to sleep. Though it would have been pointless as the sun would soon need to be raised. Luna and Celestia did their duties of moving the two celestial bodies, though Celestia held Luna back from going downstairs for a second.

"Sister, I want to talk to you about Alex." Celestia said, a small amount of regret in her eyes.

"What about him sister?" Luna asked with her head cocked to the side. Celestia took a breath before answering.

"I… I had over heard the conversation you and Alex had last night. I didn't mean to, I promise, but I couldn't help but overhear what the two of you were talking about." Luna nodded, knowing where her sister was going with this.

"I know Tia, I know. He is a civilian that is forced to be a soldier. His state of mind is fragile and I fear what will happen to his psyche when all of this is done." Luna said as she looked down at the throne room and the new biomass ceiling. Celestia nodded, having the exact same fears.

"He will need friends to help him through all of this. And know that I am happy you offered both of us as a way for him to vent what is on his mind. But being friends with us will not be enough. Luckily, I can think of at least six ponies and a dragon who would happily be his friend." Luna giggled a little.

"Rainbow Dash has certainly found him to be interesting. Though Twilight might forget herself in her study of him. Applejack certainly seems like somepony he could get along with though. But dear Fluttershy seems to be way too fearful of him, I do hope that changes though. Pinkie Pie can get along with anypony, though she seems more likely of angering Alex than relaxing him."

"How come?" Celestia asked with her head tilted to the side.

"Alex seems to be quick to anger, and might find Pinkie's antics more frustrating than funny. I recommend keeping them apart for the time being." Celestia nodded, agreeing with her sister's logic.

"And what of Rarity?" Celestia asked, kinda proud of her sister that she was able to see possible friendships for Alex to have.

"She… might find his clothing interesting, either in a bad way or a good way. But interacting with him personally, I don't have that good of an idea. She can either anger him cause of her own tendency to let her mind roam, or find him charming to the point she might take a more… romantic interest in him and will try to pursue him with the intent of making him her coltfriend. Or something else completely different will happen. I guess you could say that Rarity is the wild card." Luna giggled again. Celestia joined her, knowing her sister was right.

"Come on Luna, let's go see our ponies." Celestia opened the door but was surprised when something lightly hit her breast. She looked down to see a wide eyed Alex, his fist on her large breast. He quickly took it away and rubbed the back of his head.

"Sorry! Sorry! I didn't mean to do that!" He said as if he had just commited a crime.

"Relax Alex, it was an accident. Though not an unwelcome one." Celestia said the last sentence under her breath, surprising even herself for saying that. Luna saw the awkwardness and decided to change subjects.

"Why have you come up here Alex?" Luna asked him.

"Huh? Oh, Right. Breakfast is ready and I want to discuss some plans I have." He said turning and walking down the steps.

"Plans? I wasn't aware you had any before now." Luna said as she and Celestia followed him.

"Yeah, I figured the breast, I mean best! Uh, way to stop the Caribou is for me to go with others like me."

"But there aren't any like you, so how would someone like you go with you?" Celestia asked him, thoroughly confused.

"Easy, I make more like me. Meaning that I need to infect others on purpose. But I am not going to force anyone to join me, and you won't either, alright? I want volunteers who are willing to help me." Alex said rubbing his chin.

"You want to infect our subjects!?" Celestia said as she glared at Alex.

"Yes and no. I don't want to but I have to. I can't do everything by myself you know. And as of right now I can only see one pony willing to do so and honestly, I don't think she's thinking it through." The two rulers nodded, knowing exactly who he was talking about.

The three got to the bottom of the stairs as they noticed some ponies were just waking up while others were making breakfast, the smell affecting the two princesses quite a lot. "Heh, figured you two were hungry." Alex said as he looked around. "You two go eat, I'm going to help fortify this place so it's a bit more livable." He said as he walked towards a broken window. He then jumped out said window, careful not to disturb any of the castle's occupants.

"He is certainly acting a lot different than yesterday." Luna pointed out. Celestia couldn't help but agree.

Liberating Dodge Junction and meeting a Queen

The reason I had left so suddenly was because I had felt someone trying to cross the barrier I had made. Why they would, I don't know. Then again I have yet to tell them about it so that's probably something I should do. Getting to the place, I saw a cloaked mare looking up at the large red and black wall that glowed faintly. "Hey there, there a reason you trying to get out?" I asked the mare. She turned to me and I was surprised to see a Zebra mare.

"I was trying to get to my brews, but this wall has caused me to stew." (Horrible Rhyming, I know. I'm trying my best here, Kay!?)

"Uh, right. So I'm guessing these, ahem, 'brews' are either an alcoholic drink, or a potion. But based on the circumstances, I'm gonna say potion." I said as I walked up to her.

"Indeed my strange fellow, but this is keeping me from my hollow." (Her 'Hollow' being her home.) I nod, understanding her for the most part.

"Alright, I can get that. Well let me help you then." I command the wall to lower and it does so. "Come on, we need to hurry back incase something happens back at the castle." Zecora nodded and I followed her to a large tree covered in tribal masks. "Heh, spooky place ya got here. Really getting a witch doctor vibe from it."

"I'm glad you think so, but let us hurry so we may go." I nod and begin filling the large metal pot with ingredients, making sure none of them touched each other. I also put in some books and noticed one with a golden unicorn head. Then, to Zecora's surprise, I lift the entire pot with one hand and start to read the book with the other. I look to Zecora to see she had a crate filled with different potions that ranged in all the colors of the rainbow, some even having two different colors at the same time.

As we walk back to the castle, I learn a bit about Zecora and her home in Zebrica. Apparently, not all zebras rhymed, it was mostly the shamans who did so. Something about ancestors and how they did things in the past. Still cool though. I told her a bit about myself and she had asked if she could experiment with my biomass.

I didn't see the harm in it and made a small ball of it, and made to put it in the pot with the rest of the ingredients. But Zecora stopped me and asked if she could hold it. I shrugged and gave her the ball of biomass. "It is quite… warm my young friend. I wonder what uses I can find till it's end."

"Actually, my body is made of biomass so technically I'm genderless. That and it can't deteriorate, even if it is separated from my body. And if you ever need more just come ask me. But make sure whatever experiments you use it for aren't of the dangerous variety. I don't need it blowing up and becoming a fine mist that can infect others if they inhale it."

Zecora nods once more, holding the ball in a free hand as the entire ball seemed to be constantly moving but not doing anything as well. Eventually I took it away and put it in the pot full of ingredients. As we entered the castle. I had also been reading the book as we walked and found a decent amount of history inside it.

I then got an idea as I set the book and the pot by Zecora's tent. I made my way over to the two princesses and took them aside so we can talk in private. "Alex, is there a reason you have pulled us away in such a rush." Luna said with a small glare.

"Yeah, I think I know the two perfect ponies I want to give the virus. You two, or more specifically, your alternate personalities. Nightmare Moon and whatever you call your alternate personality Celestia, if you have one that is." The two looked at me like I had grown a second head.

"Excuse for saying this, BUT ARE THOU BUCKING INSANE!?" Luna yelled at the top of her lungs. Alex just took it with a smile on his face.

"Yep, think about it. They would have their own bodies and you two would be free of them. And, if they ever do get out of line, I can consume them. And remember, only a Blacklight Evolved can defeat a Blacklight Evolved. And I am much more adept with my powers than they will be when they first inhabit the bodies." Luna went to argue this but Celestia put up a hand, silencing her.

"That… makes sense. But are you sure you are able to train and reform them?" Celestia asked with deathly seriousness.

"Like I said, if I can't, I'll consume them. They might have magic, but I'll have a direct link to their bodies and I'll make it so they can't use magic. A failsafe if you will." Celestia nodded, liking the sound of that.

"Alright, but we should do this at a time and place that nopony will see them. I don't think your subjects will like seeing two villains at the current time." Celestia nodded and looked to Luna who seemed a bit peeved about being cut out from the conversation.

"Your thoughts Luna?" Celestia asked her younger sister.

"While I do trust you somewhat Alex, I can't say the same for Nightmare Moon. She had swayed me with promises of love and devotion from our ponies a thousand years ago. But when she forced me to the side and took over my body, I saw her true reasons. When the elements had cleansed me of her, I made sure to never trust her again and to never let her out. I have my doubts that you won't sway to her fake promises."

That was… a pretty good reason actually. Celestia hadn't experienced this with her evil side but Luna had. "I can't promise that she won't try, but I can promise if she tries to, I will punish her accordingly. In fact, let me tell you a story. There was a doctor named Caitlin Snow who also had an evil side. She was named Killer Frost. Eventually, the two began to speak to each other and found a compromise. Months later they were basically sisters."

Luna absorbed all of this, her tense body slightly relaxing. "You really think you can keep her in line." Alex nodded.

"I promise I'll do the best I can." Luna looked between Celestia and Alex before sighing.

"Very well. When shall we do this?" Luna asked the living virus.

"I still need to get the biomass for their bodies. Meanwhile, I suggest you two try to figure how to transfer their conscious' to their new bodies." They nodded and three of us separated.

I leaped out of the castle, looking for anymore Manticores or maybe a Hydra. I landed just outside of the entrance to a huge cave that seemed big enough to fit a large mansion through it. I went inside, looking around with my thermal vision to see better. I looked around a corner to find…

"Oh you have got to be fucking with me now, how do you even feed that thing?" I whispered to myself as I looked up at the star bear that was larger than several large houses stacked on top of one another. It was slightly translucent with purple fur that had small white dots inside it that seemed to shine like stars.

'I mean, the Hydra was one thing, but this!?' I yelled inside my head. I made plans on strengthening and making the biowall a lot bigger and more deadly as I backed out of the cave carefully. Getting out of the cave, I placed a small marker that would send out a signal if the mega bear ever came out.

I continued my search but ended up going to the south side of the Everfree, a few miles away from the castle turned refugee camp. I was about to turn back when I saw a thinning column of smoke. Curiosity getting the better of me, I began to make my way towards the town in the distance. Getting closer, I began to see multiple banners around the town. It was a black banner with a red outline. The image inside that being the head of a Caribou on top of an image of a pony skull.

I growled as I lept towards the town, heading right for the center before slamming into the ground. The ground shook quite hard, causing some glasses to shatter inside some of the buildings. In a few seconds, about 70 Caribou and several stallions had came out with mares and fillies in chains. I stood tall and yelled loud enough for the whole town to hear. "If you don't want to die, I suggest you drop the chains and leave. If not, you have to deal with me."

It was silent for several seconds before they began to laugh. I smirked while I mumbled under my breath. "Your choice." I turned my arms into Whipfists and spun in a circle, decapitating several Caribou at once. I was almost happy that the ponies were being forced to crawl so I wouldn't have to worry about hurting them. After a few moments, I stopped and retracted the Whipfists. Less than half of the Caribou remained now. Though I noticed I had cut into several of the buildings on either side of me.

I just smirked and formed my large tail that began to drip with venom. I leapt at a group of Caribou and impaled three of them on the tail with a fourth being injected with the venom. Almost instantly he began to convulse as he transformed into a familiar looking beast. The venom had transformed the Caribou into a sickly resemblance of a Hunter. It had the normal four legged body but had two large antlers made for impaling multiple enemies. I removed the tip of my tail from the newly formed Hunter.

I decided to give this variety a name and called it Hunter Class C. Class A being the original and Class B being the Brawlers. Knowing I had the power to control Hunters, I looked at the other group of Caribou and pointed at them, giving the hunter a command that it couldn't hurt any of the ponies. The Hunter C pounced at the group who began to scatter, dropping the chains of the mares and fillies to run for their lives.

It was pointless though as the Hunter C chomped one of the fleeing Caribou in half, head first, before leaping at another one to impale it on it's horns. Meanwhile, I had turned my attention back to the rest of the Caribou on my side. I consumed the Caribou impaled on my tail and began to stalk towards the rest. These ones however were a bit more resilient and took out daggers and other weapons.

The entire time, Alex was being watched by a small black pony with insect like wings on top of a house, staring at Alex in reverence. "Alpha." The pony whispered to itself as it began to fly away, having news for her leader. Back to Alex, I impaled a Caribou on a claw while kicking a Caribou that tried to rush me with a knife. After a many cracks sounded out, the Caribou flew back several meters before slamming into other Caribou, making them fall to the ground.

"You ugly fucks are, well, fucked!" I laughed as I shredded another Caribou with a claw. I jumped over a Caribou that had gotten a spear and during my flip, grabbed his head with my hands and lifted him off the ground. I pulled him up and forwards as I increased the strength of what was about to happen. But thinking back on it, I might have overdid it.

I had pulled so hard, so fast, that his head was pulled from his shoulders, his entire spine following. His body went limp as it flew overhead, splattering blood everywhere. I looked around a bit and, seeing no more Caribou, went over to my Hunter C and saw he had caught a turned stallion. Deciding not to eat him, I kneeled down and took his chin in one of my claws. "Tell me, why go back against your own race?" I asked calmly.

"Cause, mares are nothing but objects for the pleasure of males." The stallion said defiantly. I shook my head and stood. I turned and began to walk away before stopping. I then snapped my fingers and the Hunter C snarled. The stallion screamed as he was mauled by the Hunter C. I gathered the rest of the ponies to town center and they all looked like they were being led to the slaughter.

After making sure I got everyone, I cleared my throat to quieten their chatter. "Listen up, I am Alex Mercer. I am currently working with the princesses to free this land from the conquerors known as the Caribou. We are currently taking refuge in the castle of the two sisters in the Everfree Forest. I, along with my Hunter, are going to escort you there. Grab any supplies you can. Those of you who want to have those chains off come to me and I will remove them. Those that are too young or too old to make the trip, get on the Hunter and he will carry you."

I looked at my Hunter and gave him a command to lay down, which he did immediately. The ponies began to mumble amongst themselves which made me sigh. "That, or the Caribou come back and enslave all of you once more." That shut them up as they looked at each other before nodding. One by one, I removed the metal collars from the ponies who then proceeded to go into the buildings to probably get supplies. Some of them gave me hugs of thanks which would have made me blush if I still had blood. Why? All of them were naked.

Yep, completely and utterly naked. Though I had to say, I would tap some of those asses. This town had a lot of supplies which made me think that this place was a trading town that relied on trade to fuel their town's economy. After I was finished taking off the metal collars, I picked one of them up and examined it. Looking closely, I saw that some kind of strange writing was on the inner part of the collar. I decided to take one with me to examine it further or have the princesses look at them.

It took about an hour for everyone to get ready and the sun had lowered a bit in the sky which I was thankful for. Most of the area between the town and Everfree was like a desert so the scorching sun wouldn't be as bad for them. Making sure everyone was with the group, I began to lead them to the forest about 10 miles away. Some of the mares came up to me and we talked but they mostly conversed about themselves.

Some of the fillies were having fun with the Hunter who now acted like a large but gentle dog with them, smoothing over his more jagged edges to be less dangerous. There were only about two stallions in our group, but no colts. Why? The reason ain't pretty. The Caribou want the next generation of colts to be their own. So, they are killing all the colts in Equestria. It was sickening to me.

I made sure to be on the lookout out for any Caribou patrols or stragglers that might follow us. It was when we were about a mile from the forest edge did something happen. I heard the buzzing of an insect's wings and looked around for the source. The ponies seemed to be getting scared and the Hunter had gently shrugged off the fillies before sharpening his claws and getting ready to fight. After a few seconds a large black pony that was about the same size of Celestia, minus the flowing mane and tail, landed a few feet away from us.

"Who are you? And why have you come here?"I asked the black pony, ready to react to anything this insect pony might do.

"I am Queen Chrysalis, Queen of the Changelings. I am here because you are something my hive needs. A Changeling who can change without magic." The Queen said as she walked closer. I growled as I formed my arm blade.

"Stop right where you are." And to my surprise, she did. "Down on your knees." Chrysalis did as she was told. "... why are you doing everything I tell you to?" I asked as I came closer to her.

"Because, you are a God. I can feel your power. It has been told for centuries that one day a Changeling with the power to change without magic would bring us to salvation. And seeing what you can do first hand, only now do I believe it to be true." Chrysalis said as she bowed.

'... she for real? Am I part of some sort of prophecy here?' I looked down at her before making my arm blade revert back to my hand. "Alright. Let's just say for one second I believe you. How am I supposed to trust you?"

"Because I came here alone while you obviously outnumber me." Chrysalis said as she gestured to the frightful ponies. I pursed my lips before sighing.

"Very well. But for me to really trust you, I want you to accompany me to the castle of the two sisters. We'll talk along the way and we can see if we can reach some sort of alliance." Chrysalis only nodded, standing as she walked up to me.

"Very well, I shall accompany you. May I ask what is your name my Lord?" She asked with an air of reference.

"First, my name is Alex Mercer. Second, If you need to talk to me, either use my first or last name." I said as I started to walk towards the forest.

"I see. So, what are you Mercer? Cause I know that you are not a pony nor are you a Changeling." The Queen asked as she fell into step beside me. I almost expected this question to come up.

"I am a sentient virus known as the Blacklight Virus. I used to be human before I was infected by the virus. Now I am, what you call, a Blacklight Evolved. A human that is infected by the virus but can control it on a whim." Chrysalis seemed very intrigued by this.

"And how were you infected?" I immediately turned on her and glared.

"And why do you want to know?" She shrunk away a bit as her ears folded back. I wasn't foolish. I knew she had attacked Canterlot at one point. And it was this that made me not trust her. She was a deceiver and was an expert in manipulation. But I was still mostly human where it counted. And it was this part that allowed me to see what she was trying to do. "You want my power for your own, don't you? But guess what, I'm no fool. I know you attacked Canterlot. So just try and trick me and we can see how fast that head of yours can be decapitated from your body."

The Queen was deathly pale as she shook in real, unadulterated fear. I huffed and stood back up. "Ask me questions that don't revolve around the virus." I told her as I continued to walk towards the Everfree.

Chrysalis gulped and slowly made her way so she was standing a bit behind me and to the side. All of us stayed silent for the next hour as we got close to the castle. I stopped Chrysalis as we were a few feet away from the entrance. The rest of the ponies passed me, thanking me once more before going inside. I also had my Hunter stay outside as well to act like a guard dog.

After I made sure we were alone, I sighed and turned to Chrysalis. "Look, I'm sorry for lashing out. But I know the nature of your species. I figured you were trying to extract information from me. But I have to know now, are you really trying to get help from me?" I asked her, really wanting to help her.

"... Yes. My species are dying Alex. I am a desperate mother, willing to do anything to help my subjects. That's why I came to you. I need your help to have my species survive. As it is, we are all slowly starving to death." Chrysalis said as tears filled her eyes, hugging herself as she imagined what would happen if she failed her children. Least to say, I was stunned. Out of all her reasons, that was the one I was not expecting.

I reached out for her and pulled her to me, hugging her to my chest as I let her cry. We sat there for a good few minutes until she calmed herself down. "Please, I have nowhere else left to turn." I nodded and smiled.

"Okay, I will. But first, you need to apologize to a few ponies. And a few of them are here." Chrysalis froze up as I lead her inside. All the ponies stared at us as we passed, my arm around Chrysalis in a protective manner. But I was soon stopped by six specific mares.

"Alex, what is she doing here?" Twilight asked as she glared at Chrysalis who winced a little, the only one to notice being Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie.

"She needs my help Twilight. I need to take her to Celestia so she can apologize. And speaking of which, she also needs to apologize to you." I looked at Chrysalis who made a face that said, 'Do I really have to?'

"What!? Are you kidding me? She probably took over your mind as well!" Rainbow yelled as she cracked her knuckles.

"Nope, and she can't. I have no mind to control." I said as I ripped open the top of my head to show I didn't even have a brain. Several ponies lost their lunches to say the least.

"That… that was sick. And not in the sense that it was cool." Rainbow said, looking a little green. Even Chrysalis looked a little sick.

"Either way, Chrysalis is here to make peace. And she needs our help."

"And why's that?" I look at Chrysalis before walking to the six and whispering.

"She and her changelings are starving to death." They all gasp and look at Chrysalis with worry.

Fluttershy runs up to the Queen and hugs her, making Chrysalis gasp in shock. "W- what are you doing!?" Chrysalis exclaims as she tries to push Fluttershy off of her.

"I'm trying to help you feed." Chrysalis rolled her eyes as she finally pushes off Fluttershy.

"That isn't how it works. Thank you for trying, but it was pointless." Fluttershy blushes and backs away, realizing she had done that for all to see.

"Look, I'm gonna figure out how to help her, but I need to talk to Celestia and Luna first. Oh, and Twilight, mind taking a look at this." I say giving Twilight the metal collar as I walked past her with Chrysalis following close behind.. "And don't mind the monster by the front doors." I yelled back at them.

"M- Monster!?" Fluttershy squeaks. I had to hold in a snicker which Chrysalis saw.

"Heh, very funny Alex. Didn't know you had a sense of humor." Chrysalis said as she bumped my shoulder.

"Yeah, I have a mix of dark and erotic humor." I said nonchalantly. Chrysalis just giggled to herself as we exited the throne room. We walked a bit until I heard the unmistakable voices of Celestia and Luna.

"... needs to know!" Celestia said to Luna.

"Why!? It's not like that idiot will figure out how get to it anyway." Luna said, not knowing Alex was right around the corner.

"And if he does, what will happen then? He has all the cards in his hand right now and if he gets that, we are finished!" Celestia yelled at Luna. Choosing to intervene before it escalated, Alex walked around the corner.

"What are you two talking about?" Alex asked angrily. They both jumped a bit as they had not noticed Alex until he had spoken.

"Oh, Alex. You scared the buck out of us." Celestia said, putting a hand to her chest.

"Yeah, what she said." Luna said, pointing at her sister. I just gave them a blank stare. They began to get nervous as they looked back and forth at each other. "Er, we may have a problem." Luna said, rubbing the back of her head.

"How big?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Not that big." Luna tried to push off with Celestia disagreeing.

"Very big, you see we have a number of strong magical artifacts in Canterlot that is under high protection. Only me and my sister know how to get into it." Celestia explained.

"And she is saying that the Caribou King will figure out how to get to said artifacts." Luna says blankly. "But I think that he is too much of an idiot to even get passed the first layer of magical defenses."

"Okay, let's say this is a worse case scenario. The King manages to get into this vault or whatever and he also knows how to use all of those artifacts. What is the worst thing he can do?" Alex asked with curiosity, crossing his arms.

"Take control of the sun and moon." They said in unison. I immediately change my attitude.

"That seems like a pretty big freaking deal! Why am I only now being told this?!" I yelled at them with slight anger.

"Don't worry you three, I made sure to put them in a place that only I can get to." A disembodied voice said as a creature appered in midair. That is before I wrapped the Whipfist around it and slammed it into the ground, dragging it as I pulled it towards me as I changed my other hand into the arm blade. I pointed it at his face as I snarled. Whatever this thing was, he was scared for his life. Like he should be.

"Alex! Stop! He's a friend!" Luna said as she waved her hands in front of her. I looked up at her and then back down at the creature before huffing and letting it go.

"Don't surprise me." I said as I crossed my arms. He gulped and nodded, rubbing at the scratches that the Whipfist had made in his fur.

"*Gulp* A- alright." The creature whimpered as Luna checked him over.

"I have never seen Discord so scared before." Celestia whispered to herself, wondering how dangerous Alex is if he can strike fear into Discord, the being who wasn't even affected by Fluttershy's Stare. Discord cleared his throat before speaking again.

"Ugh, as I was saying, I have moved all of the artifacts into my own pocket dimension. Unless they become me, there is no way they can get to them." Discord said as he brushed his shoulder like it was some accomplishment he was brushing off. "The defenses you had set up took me forever to get passed, but I eventually got around them." Discord told Celestia. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to find my dear Fluttershy."

"Oh, her? She's in the throne room right now." I said as I pointed behind me.

"Why is that?" He asked, curious why she wouldn't be in Ponyville.

"Discord, Ponyville is lost. I came across her home and… it was rubble. She's fine but… I think she's seconds away from bursting into tears. When I first found her, she was seconds away from being raped." I could almost see the anger rising in his body.

"I still have trouble believing all of this is happening." Celestia said as she put her head down in shame. "We had just defeated Tirek and it looked like everything ahead would be fine. But now… it's anarchy."

"Tirek? Whose that?" I asked. Yes, out of all the info I have gained I have not even heard of Tirek.

"He was a Centaur that had set out to steal all the magic in Equestria. And he had succeeded. But Twilight was able to defeat him and return all the magic to Equestria. We thought the worst was behind us. But it appears the Caribou had caught us on our worst of times."

"Or they planned this." I said with some thought. "Think strategically here Princess. Your resources were spread thin trying to help your country recuperate. You had just been attacked and had not been expecting another one so soon. They planned this out to the T. If Tirek had beat you and Twilight wasn't able to defeat them, the Caribou had magic nullifing stuff on them. And their numbers would be more than enough to kill Tirek. But he was defeated so they went to plan B. What they didn't plan on was me."

I smiled and crossed my arms. The princess nodded, smiling a bit. "And that is what I have to be thankful for. Who knows what would have happened to me and the rest of my ponies if it wasn't for you." Celestia walked over to me and hugged me. "Thank you Alex. You have no idea how thankful I am." I returned the hug and I knew that if I was capable of blushing, I would have.

"Well, don't thank me yet until I either eradicate them all, or I drive them back to where they came from." I said as I gently pushed her away.

"Right, of course." Celestia said with a light pink tint to her cheeks. Luna saw this and smiled as knew of the teasing she will be able to do to her sister in the near future. "Oh, and we have talked with our respective other sides. They agree that they will help you as long as that afterwards, they are the ones to kill the king." Luna nodded in agreement.

"They also wish for a consort." All thought process stopped right then and there.

"Wat."

"They wish for a Consort and a section of our kingdom to rule. We are still deciding on the last part but a requirement for them is to have a Consort." Luna said a bit nervously.

"I'll… let myself out." Discord said as he teleported away.

"... Let me guess, they want me." Looking between each other they slowly nodded. "Heh, figured." I said with a shake of my head. "Oh, and before we go any further, I have a potential ally I would like to introduce you two to. Alright, you can come on out!" I yelled out to Chrysalis as she stepped around the corner. Celestia was on her in a second, knife in hand and pressed against the neck of the Changeling Queen.

"I made the mistake of letting you win last time Chrysalis, but not this time."

"L- let me win!? What do you mean?" Chrysalis asked the enraged mare.

"I let you win as I knew my student would defeat you. And while she didn't directly defeat you, she had a large part in it." Celestia said as she pressed the knife against Chrysalis' neck harder. Before she could kill the Changeling, I pulled Celestia away and pushed her over to Luna.

"Watch your feelings Celestia. I'm strong, but I can't defeat a whole army by myself. With her, we'll have an army of our own. An army of Blacklight Evolved with me as their Commander. Nightmare Moon, Daybreaker, and possibly Chrysalis will lead their own forces with me leading the main group. This way, we can get much more done a lot faster. Besides, when all of this is over and done with, we'll need to rebuild this nation." I explained in a strong and forceful voice.

All of them were silent before Celestia sighed. "Once again, your words are very true."

"You speak with a wisdom beyond your years." Luna continued, looking at Chrysalis with a little distaste. "As such, we shall listen to you, as we should have from the very beginning. You have shown no malice towards any of us and yet we treat you like a sleeping Manticore that is about to wake up." Luna said sadly as she bowed her head. "I hope you can forgive us."

Celestia nodded and bowed her head as well. I just sighed as I walked up to them. I could see them tense until I put a hand on their shoulders. "Listen, I expect you to look at me with suspicion. You wouldn't be good rulers otherwise. I'm an unknown, I get that. I don't expect you to trust me or take my words at face value. But I need you to trust my judgement. Otherwise, I won't be able to help anyone." The two princesses look at me with small smiles on their faces.

"Okay, we shall trust your judgement Sir Mercer." Luna said as she nodded, Celestia doing the same. I took my hands away and backed up till I was next to Chrysalis.

"Thank you. Now then, back to where we were. I have yet to get to the finer details of how we do this, but Chrysalis is going to help us either get the Caribou to retreat, or kill as many as we can until we can force them back to where they came from." I stopped and looked to Chrysalis, letting her continue from there.

"In return, I wish for my subjects to have a substantial amount of food to survive. And like Mercer said, we can work out the finer details later. Though after all of this is done with, we want your help to try and turn the Badlands into a thriving place like the rest of Equestria. Our Chitin and anatomy may help us with the harsh heat, but I can't count how many Changelings have fallen due to heat stroke."

Chrysalis said sadly, the hurt clear on her face. Even Celestia seemed to be a bit empathetic. "We will try as best as we can. As for the love your Changelings need, we will try to figure out how to extract love from willing ponies without harming them."

"Actually, I've been thinking about that." I spoke up, getting their attention. "Love is just chemicals in the brain, as well as other emotions. So I might be able to make a Bio-Plant that produces Chemicals that will make artificial love. But I will need to figure out the correct mixture so that I don't make the wrong emotion or end up overdosing the Changelings."

Chrysalis chuckled and rubbed the back of her head nervously. "Yes, I will admit that some Changelings can get addicted to Love. I was one such Changeling when I invaded Canterlot. That is another reason why I went so power hungry and seemed quite insane."

"Case in point." I said while giving myself a mental pat on the back for thinking ahead. "Now then, I have gathered enough Biomass to make the bodies for both Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker. Have you two done your part?"

They both nodded. "Yes, it was quite difficult to figure out and make the spell matrix but we should be able to transfer their consciousnesses into their new forms." Celestia said a little proudly.

"Excellent. Oh, and I would advise your ponies not to go out the front door for awhile." Celestia and Luna looked at me with a bit of worry in their gazes.

"Why's that?" They ask at the same time. Just then, a shrill scream pierced the air which was followed by many more. I sighed in exasperation.

"That's why. Come on, I'll show you." I began to lead the way, Celestia and Luna looking worried while Chrysalis was a little amused.

The Everfree Resistance (Part 1)

King Damon smiled as a red dragon with orange frills walked up to him. "So, your the dude that finally got the balls to fuck with Equestria." The dragon said, a smug smile on his face. He then looked down at the noble pony currently strapped to Damon's cock, a tearful and cum lathered face looking up at him. "Or should I say, literally fuck Equestria."

"Yes, and I sense you came here to help?" Damon asked, thrusting his hips every once in a while, making the pony on his cock cry out in pain. He had enhanced his cock just so it would stretch the princesses out a bit. But with them not being here and him not wanting to make his cock smaller, decided to use some infertile mares while waiting. He especially liked the fillies they occasionally found as they were very tight and their screams were delicious to his ears.

"Just as long as we get our share, then yeah, we'll help." The dragon said, his own cock starting to get hard.

"But of course, why not sample this mare's useless mouth while we talk more about this?" The dragon smiled, walking over to the mare on Damon's cock, ripping off the ring gag and thrust his cock into the mare's throat. He moaned lightly, loving how tight the mare was, and this was just her throat!

"Damn, this bitch is fucking tight!" The dragon hissed, still smiling as he began to go to town on the mare. His claws dug into the scalp of the mare, making her once blue mane become streaked with red blood.

"Indeed, after this I need you and your dragons to do one thing, and then, tonight, we shall have a feast in honor of our alliance." King Damon said, laughter escaping his mouth as he and the dragon pumped their cum into the mare. Her stomach bloated until the in rush of their combined semen became too much. The dragon's steaming hot cum poured out her ass, nostrils, and mouth, slightly burning the mare's insides. King Damon's cum began to flow steadily out of her marehood around his cock.

After they were done, the mare was removed from their cocks and fell to the floor with a splat, the mare throwing up more dragon cum while her pussy and ass were squirting it out. King Damon kicked the mare in the side, making her puke up ever more cum. "If you don't want your clitorus ripped from your body and be forced to eat it, you will clean up all of this cum by sun rise tomorrow." The mare tried to move but King Damon stopped her.

"Using only your mouth to clean it." The mare looked up at him, now crying but the dragon lifted his foot and forced the mare's face into the white mess. The two began to laugh once more as the mare whimpered and cried, the taste of their cum making her want to puke again. But she knew that would just make more of a mess to clean up. After all, she had been forced to have an all cum diet for the past few days now.

The one who had found the Hunter had been Fluttershy and she was currently laying on the floor having fainted at the sight of the Hunter. The open door however prompted the Hunter to look inside, and the grotesque head was easily seen by everypony. This prompted them to all start screaming in a panic. The Hunter however just tilted its head to the side, confused by their actions. But soon a command of its master made it pull out of the doorway and lay down next to the doorway.

I just sighed and shook my head while Celestia and Luna had stared at the Hunter with looks of revulsion and shock. "Alex, what in Tartarus was that… that… THING!?" Luna yelled, pointing where the Hunter had been while Fluttershy's friends pulled her away from the still open doorway.

"That is a Hunter, Class C. So far, there are three classes. Class A being the normal ones, Class B being a brawler which is meant for larger and more powerful foes, and that is a Class C because it has Caribou DNA, which is why it has those antlers." I explained. "Simply, a Biomass creature."

"How did you even make such a beast?" Celestia asked with a bit of worry, thinking that if I could make such creatures, who's to say that Daybreaker, Chrysalis, and Nightmare Moon wouldn't become such creatures when they got the Blacklight virus?

"With this." I then made the large black and red tail come from a little above where my tailbone would be if I had any bones. I had to keep the barbed end from dripping venom though. "After consuming a Manticore, I got this little thing. Impaled three Caribou with it then injected a 4th Caribou with venom. Apparently, Blacklight Venom makes Hunters and maybe other Blacklight creatures." I explained.

"Then why not make an army of these creatures?" Luna asks with genuine confusion.

"Cause I would need to control them, and the wall. And I already have enough strain keeping a link with the wall. Think of it like this, try controlling hundreds of ponies at the same time. You would need to keep each of them fed, watered, taken care of, etc. You would also need to keep them from doing violent things and be monitoring it at all times. The mind is a powerful thing, but even it has its limits." Luna nodded, seemingly placated with that answer.

"But how will you keep Chrysalis and the two others from becoming like… that." Celestia said, pointing at the Hunter.

"I will be injecting them with the Blacklight Virus, not Blacklight Venom. There is a difference." I explained like it should have been common knowledge.

"Hmm, very well. But what is this 'wall' you spoke of?" Celestia asked with some suspicion. I sighed and began to walk out of the castle.

"Follow me." The four royals along with Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie began to follow, Fluttershy hanging back to talk with Discord after she had been woken up.

After I got near the spot where I had met Zecora, I stopped. I heard the ponies behind me bump into each other which made me smile internally. I turned to the Ponies, and Changeling Queen, and made a grand gesture. "Behold, the Great Wall of Everfree." I then made the wall go as high and as long as it could given the total amount of biomass it had. Thousands of black and red writhing tentacles sprouted from the ground, intertwining and becoming a thick wall.

When it was done forming, it was 40 feet tall and stretched for 100 feet in both directions from where I stood. Everyone had their jaws to the floor as they gazed upon the writing black and red wall of pure biomass. "I've 'programmed' it to activate whenever anyone, other than myself, goes near it. It will keep anyone from crossing until I say they can. And if anyone tries going through it forcefully, like the Caribou most likely will, then these babies are waiting to impale and consume them."

I then made the wall become covered in thousands of spikes that were 10 feet long each. After a few seconds they retracted back into the wall. "I've made that castle the most well defended place in Equestria." I pointed back at the castle we had walked away from. "With only one person in control of its defenses, me." I pointed back at myself with a proud smile. Luna seemed to be the first to recover.

"This is very impressive Alex, but isn't this wall only covering this one section?" That made me smile.

"Nope, from where the castle is now, there is a mile wide circle of biomass surrounding it. And this wall is part of that circle. So any direction the Caribou comes from to get to us, this will be waiting to pop up and stop them." I said patting the wall before making it retract into the ground.

"You really have thought of everything, haven't you?" Celestia says as she looks at the area where the wall used to be.

"Unless they learn how to fly, then yes, I have." I say with pride.

"Yeah, if they do then they would be able to get to… oh no." Rainbow said as she flew up to point at something but suddenly became horrified. Confused, I jump onto the top of a tree and that is when I see it. A cloud city in the distance was going up in flames as dragons both large and small were destroying the cloud city. Some were capturing the mares and fillies while most either slaughtered or raped the males to death. "That's… that's my home. Mom… Dad… no…"

Rainbow said with tears as she slowly balled her fists. I could tell what was about to happen and put my hand on her shoulder, she looked at me with tearful, angry eyes and as I shook my head, she slowly deflated as she understood. If she went up there, she would only meet the same fate as her friends and family that were up there. The others soon joined us and gaped as they saw the cloud city of Cloudsdale go up in flames.

"Things just got complicated." I said with no small amount of anger in my tone. I looked to Luna and Celestia and I could see tears in their eyes. They knew they could do nothing but watch, watch as their subjects were captured and killed. It was a heart wrenching sight to be sure. Slowly everyone went back down to the ground, all silent with heavy hearts.

"We need to kill those bastards, every single one of them." Rainbow said as she shed angry tears.

"And we will, but first I need to get my army together. Chrysalis, how fast can you get your Changelings here?" I ask the Changeling Monarch.

"They can arrive by sunrise tomorrow." Chrysalis responded, able to feel the rage and conviction I had.

"Do it then. Celestia, Luna, let's go." I told them, they nodded and began following me back to the castle, leaving the other ponies and changeling to watch the burning cloud city. Celestia looked at Luna, and vice versa. They knew they didn't have a choice now, with no ponies that have even a sliver of knowledge on how to fight, their only hope rested in the hands of what must be the most powerful being in the world, if not, universe.

Soon the three arrived back at the castle where Celestia and Luna took the lead. They traveled deep into the castle, going down hidden passageways and staircases until they reached a room that Celestia and Luna hadn't seen in the last millennium. "We're here." Celestia said, her voice steely and full of conviction. Alex nodded, breathing in and then letting it out, making two tendrils of biomass creep along the floor. They stopped a few yards away from them.

Alex then began pumping chunks of the specially designed biomass through the tendrils. When the chunks reached the tip, they began forming an odd looking sack of flesh. They continued to grow until there was enough for the bodies. They then began taking shape, each one having a body similar to Celestia's but with one of them a bit taller. There were no other distinctive features, the current form of the biomass acting as a blank canvas.

Alex looked back at Celestia and Luna, nodding his head as he was using all of his concentration to keep the two forms of biomass as they were. A wall was simple enough, making two other bodies with details was a lot harder. Luna's and Celestia's horns shone brightly in the dank and dark room as they began to form the spell. Luna was the first to walk up to the biomass ponies, going towards the smaller one with Celestia doing the same soon after but with the larger one.

Luna and Celestia looked to each other, nodded, then turned back to the forms of biomass, touching their horns to the horns of the biomass ponies. A darker blue aura was seemingly pulled from Luna's body into her biomass pony while a deep, darkish orange was pulled from Celestia's body and into her biomass pony. Soon the bodies began to gain detail, the horns being the first things to properly take shape.

Next was the head and mane. Alex watched closely, not wanting the change to affect him. It was kinda like watching a 3D printer but with biomass being infused with the evil souls of two royal sisters… When did my life become so strange? More and more the biomass took form, and when the changes got down to his tendrils, he detached them from the bodies and collapsed on the ground.

This had been the most taxing thing he had done since almost completely emptying himself of biomass. He still had plenty, but the strain had been on his mind this time, instead of his body. He looked up, watching the other two newly formed alicorns almost fall but were caught by their counterparts. "D- Did it work?" Alex asked, slightly breathless.

Luna and Celestia looked at him, just as taxed as he looked. "Only… time… will tell." Celestia managed to say through heavy breaths. The two newly formed alicorns then gasped, breathing just as heavily as Celestia and Luna.

"That was... an interesting… experience." Nightmare Moon said as she looked at the ceiling.

"Kinda like… being squeezed… through a tube." Daybreaker agreed, though looking at one of the walls of the room instead of the ceiling. After a few minutes we recovered enough to stand. Though Nightmare and Daybreaker had a tough time doing so.

"You're not used to your new bodies yet, but don't worry, just take your time. Celestia, Luna, I'll stay with them. You go up and comfort your subjects. If knowledge of Dragons joining the Caribou becomes known, a panic will surely spread. And the last thing we need right now is panic." Celestia and Luna nodded, agreeing with their mysterious friend. The two left the same way we had entered the room, leaving me alone with the two newly made Blacklight Evolved.

"You two may not know me, but my name is Alex Mercer. I'm going to be a teacher of sorts for the two of you, alright?" Alex said, offering a hand to each of them. They nodded, accepting the hand which pulled them to their hooves.

"So, you are to be our coltfriend for the foreseeable future?" Daybreaker asked with a cocky tone, looking at the man up and down with an unimpressed gaze. Alex just rolled his eyes at that.

"Yes, that was one of the requests you two made." Nightmare just looked at him with a curious gaze. Alex noticed this and turned to her. "What?"

"Nothing, nothing, I was just thinking how good you'll perform in bed. With your small stature and size, I doubt you'll be able to properly pleasure us." Nightmare said with a wave of her hand. Alex just face palmed.

"Can we worry about that shit when your country isn't being invaded by rapist Caribou and Dragons." That caught them off guard.

"Dragons!?" They both asked incredulously.

"Yeah, Cloudsdale has just gone up in flames. Literally and metaphorically." The two just gawked before shaking their heads.

"Then the situation is worse than I first thought." Nightmare said as she scowled at the floor.

The Everfree Resistance (Part 2)

"Bucking Dragons, out of all the bucking species on Equus it had to be those bucking fire breathing newts." Daybreaker hissed as she punched a wall, making a massive spider web of cracks appear on the wall. Nightmare Moon nodded in agreement, though was silently glad that this war had become a bit more challenging. The Caribou were nothing compared to an Alicorn, but Dragons were immune to heat, their scales nigh impenetrable, very resistant to magic, and breathed fire.

'But…' Nightmare thought as she looked at the damage Daybreaker had done with a single blow. 'I think they will also have a hard time fighting us.' Alex watched over them, smiling internally. From their reactions alone, he knew how each Blacklight Alicorn operated. Daybreaker was one to use brute force, which made him think that weapons like Hammer Fists, Blade Arm, Muscle Mass, and Tendrils, would be more her style. Nightmare was the opposite, cold and calculating. So the Claws, Whipfist, Pack Leader, Disguise, and stealthily using Bio Bomb would be better.

"Alright you two, enough mucking about, we got training to do." The Alicorns looked at him, ready to learn about their new skills. "While both of you are able to use the same abilities I am, what you use most effectively will depend on your fighting style. Daybreaker, you seem to be using brute force to get rid of everything in your way. So I think using more brutal weapons like the Hammer Fists," As Alex spoke of each weapon, he transformed his arms into said weapons, "Blade Arm, Muscle Mass, and Tendrils."

Turning to Nightmare, he continued. "You however seem more fitted for subterfuge, sneaking, and causing disorder behind enemy lines. So I think Claws, Whipfist, Disguise, Bio Bomb, and Pack Leader fit you best." They nodded, though Daybreaker was a bit curious about one of my choices for Nightmare.

"Bio Bomb? I don't think I have heard or seen you use that ability, what is it?"

"Basically, you plant a small amount of Biomass into a victim of choice, and after feeding off their flesh, will explode, grabbing debris and people and pulling them in to crush them together messily." They both looked a bit green at that, but it eventually passed.

"That… is quite the… creative way of doing away with your enemies." Nightmare said, looking a bit reluctant to use the ability.

"Well like I said, if one wanted to cause a distraction, a well placed Bio Bomb will do the trick." Nightmare nodded, not liking it but understanding its usefulness in battle. "Now then, let's get started. First things first, let's start off with an ability every Blacklight Evolved has, Disguise. Or Morph, whatever you want to call it really." Alex says, changing into a male Caribou. Their eyes widen, and get ready to attack but I quickly change back. "Relax, it's still me. Now, whenever you consume your prey, two things will happen. One, you will gain the ability to turn into a perfect copy of them. And two, this you may not like, you gain all of their memories. And not just the ones they remember, everything from birth to death, including the pain they go through when you kill them."

"Wait, so does that mean…" Daybreaker says, looking at him with a bit of worry.

"Yes, clear as crystal. Can't fucking sleep because of them now though. Luckily we don't need sleep, not anymore that is." They nod, a bit unnerved at the knowledge that, when they consume their enemies, they will gain their memories. Every last one. Especially that of their death, as it would be the most recent and therefore clearest memory. Alex let them simmer in that load of information before moving on. "Now, since you aren't ready to consume anything, I've provided a number of DNA samples to choose from when I was making your bodies. Nightmare, turn into a Caribou. Daybreaker, turn into a Manticore."

The two looked at each other for a brief second before closing their eyes and concentrating. But as the seconds ticked by not much happened. Daybreaker's wings changed to bat wings, while Nightmare added a second horn which was a Caribou horn, but left her original horn where it was. Frowning Alex held up a hand and they stopped. "Okay, by now you should've been fully changed. What happened?" He asked with a smirk, knowing exactly what happened.

Daybreaker growled, before responding with a much more gravelly voice that was a bit animalistic. "I don't bucking know! I was trying to transform into a Manticore but nothing would happen!" Alex nodded and simply responded with,

"And how were you trying to transform?"

"By looking at our memories and trying to change our body to match." Nightmare said with a more level head, seeing that Alex knew something and was trying to teach them a lesson. "But judging by how you're acting, that is wrong?" Alex smirked and nodded, pointing at Nightmare.

"Bingo, now the morph ability is actually driven a lot more by instinct than anything. You have to feel the need to change, then let it happen. Don't force it, or you'll end up in a worse off position. Now try again. But this time, feel the need for change, and let it happen." Nightmare nodded, and tried again, but this time allowing her new body to act on its own. Soon she felt her body become malleable, and after a bit she felt solid once more. Looking at herself, she found she was now a male Caribou, though she was still her original colors. Daybreaker, not to be out done, tried as well. But due to her nature found it a lot harder to simply 'let go' and let her own body do it's thing.

She wanted full control at all times, anything less was uncomfortable for her. "Hmm, maybe we can put that power on the back burner for you Day, let's move onto your first attack power, The Claws. Now, with these you do the opposite, telling the biomass inside you to change. Making your hand longer, sharper, deadlier." They did as they were told, and soon both had a pair of sickening claws that looked ready to shred through anything in their way. "Perfect, now, slash at that wall." They looked a bit unsure, but after a reassuring nod, they did so, making five deep gashes in the brick work with every swipe they made.

They were amazed at how simple yet effective they were, slicing stone as if it was warm butter. "See? And we're gonna have an army that can do that and a whole lot more. Those fuckers don't stand a damn chance." They nod, but a thought occurs to Nightmare Moon.

"True, but after all is said and done, we will have a crisis on our hands." We look at her, raising an eyebrow. "The Caribou are slaughtering all males, correct?"

"Only those who don't join them, yes." Alex said, starting to follow as was Daybreaker.

"Then our race might be over. See Alex, our species has a hard time birthing males, for some reason our biology has more female chromosomes than male ones, leading most births to be female." Alex nodded, seeing where she was going.

"And with us needing to possibly kill any that have turned, your already low male population will be so in the red that you won't be able to come back from it." Nightmare nodded solemnly while Daybreaker punched the damaged wall in a rage, making it crumble away to reveal a secret passageway. Alex and Nightmare turned and looked in shock, while Daybreaker just stood there, stunned. "Huh, convenient." Patting Daybreaker on the shoulder, Alex walked past her and down the suddenly found corridor. It continued for a while, going up and down and down and up and down flight after flight of stairs and maze-like hallways.

Soon they came upon a large lab, filled with dusty test tubes and beakers. Hundreds of books lined the walls and a skeleton sat on a stool, a journal in its hands. The two bio-ponies, the name still being a work in progress, seemed to immediately recognize it. "Clover the Clever, so this was your hideaway." They said together, while Nightmare said the last part by herself.

"Who's this Clover pony?" Alex asked as he walked around, picking up dusty books and flipping through them. From what he saw, the last thing this Clover the Clever was working on was a way to fix their current predicament.

"A brilliant pony who worked with Starswirl the Bearded to create most of the spells which are used today. But after Nightmare's imprisonment, Clover seemingly disappeared off the face of Equus." Daybreaker explained as she looked over the various work stations. Alex nodded to himself, now looking for something specific.

"Well, if my hunch is right, then we are now looking for a very dusty needle in an incredibly dusty and cobweb filled haystack." The two Blacklight ponies looked over at Alex, both of them raising an eyebrow.

"How so?" They asked, making Alex turn towards them.

"From what I have glimpsed from the books in here, Clover was trying to make a spell which would 'flip', for lack of better word, the chromosomes of both a mare's egg and a stallion's sperm. Making the odds of birthing a male the same as birthing a female is now." The two's eyes widened in shock, surprised Clover was able to see so far ahead. The birth rates weren't as much of a problem from when Clover was alive as it was now, but it seemed Clover was able to foretell the gradual shift all those centuries ago.

"Clever girl." Nightmare muttered as she joined Alex and Daybreaker in looking for anything that could look like a journal. But as they searched, something was searching for them.

Prince Aros, the 7th son of Damon, didn't know whether to complain or be happy. He was a prince, he shouldn't have to wade through disgusting shrubbery to find some worthless whorses. And yet, his father had promised him if he succeeded in this mission, then he would have first pick of the Equestrian Royal Family. He looked back at the small army behind him. Covered in long robes were roughly 50 mages, who were behind 100 dragons, all of whom were ready to plough into the first wench they saw.

Aros wasn't too fond of the dragons, mainly because most of them had cocks that not only rivaled but surpassed his own in size. Still, his father was having his researchers find if the Equestrians had learned of any magic that could change one's form. Until then, he was stuck having an inferior size. He oh so wanted to just hop onto a dragon and fly to the castle, but that would alert them, allowing them to run or hide.

He remembered one of his brothers suggesting they burned down the forest, something he and his brothers wholeheartedly agreed to. But then his father brought up the good point that, if the forest was destroyed, it's inhabitants would seek revenge. And they knew for sure that an Ursa Major lived in the forest, and no dragon was willing to go toe to toe with one, even on their best day with a whole army of trained dragons.

So, here he was, stuck doing dirty work. At least when all was said and done, he could get down and dirty with that fat flanked sun bitch, or maybe the tight ass of her sister. He internally snickered, but just as he was about to take another step, a massive wall made of… something, erupted from the ground. It kept going higher and higher, until it stood over 30 feet tall. And looking left and right showed no signs of it ending.

A half mile away, a certain blacklight evolved shot his head up, an evil smirk growing on his face. "Ugh, just great. Dragons, burn it down." A group of dragons stepped forwards, and together, began to blast the wall with the hottest flames they could spit. After 5 minutes however, the only thing that happened was a rancid smell began to permeate the air, making the dragons cough and waft the smell away.

Aros took a close look at the wall, and felt sick to his stomach when he saw the wall was made of flesh. And, if he looked closely enough, he could see a few hairs in the wall. Some belonged to a Manticore, the reddish color a dead giveaway. But some others, well, he knew his kind's fur color well enough. "By my father, mages, destroy this, this, this… WALL!"

"Aww, don't like my hard work?" A voice said, causing them all to pause and look up. There, on top of the wall sitting lazily with a devilish grin, was a creature they had never seen before. It didn't help that the sun seemed to be right behind it. Unknown to them, a shadow was moving amongst their ranks, getting under the scales of dragons and fur of Caribou, leaving a little surprise behind which began to do their work, causing discomfort in the ones who were affected.

"Wait… is that… you… you bastard! You killed Tritos!" Aros roared, for the first time showing an emotion other than annoyance or lust. The being was quiet for a few seconds, before it spoke.

"Oh, I suppose I did. You all look so alike with your tiny cocks and even tinier brains." That really angered Aros.

"What are you standing there for? TURN HIM TO ASH!" Aros commanded, making the dragons begin to shoot their flames at him. The being just leaped out of the way with surprising speed, landing in the middle of a group of mages who immediately began to cast lethal spells at the deadly being. All it did was crouch, allowing the spells to hit other mages. Immediately, the force of 50 was cut down by 20 by their own hand.

"URG! JUST DIE ALREADY!" Aros yelled, drawing his sword and slashing at the creature. To his glee, his sword hit flesh. But that glee quickly turned into dismay when no blood shot out. In fact, the creature just looked annoyed like he just got a paper cut.

"Hmm... Well I play, Uno reverse card." With that, one of its arms became a massive blade. Soon, Aros was no more as his body hit the floor, trails of guts seeping out of his body. The creature then smiled as it called out, "NOW!" Suddenly, several dragons and mages screamed in agony as the skin beneath their fur or scales rolled and pulsated. What happened next was chaos that only a sick human mind could conjure up.

The screaming dragons and mages were silenced when tendrils burst from their bodies, spraying blood everywhere. The tendrils hooked into the bodies of other dragons, other mages, trees and/or boulders. Once properly hooked, the tendrils began to retract, pulling in their chosen targets. A loud symphony of crunching bones, agonized screams, and sickening squelches sounded out, making the rest that were still alive want to puke at the mere sound of it, some actually doing the action when they felt their comrades blood splatter their bodies.

"Now it's my turn." A new voice said, and the remaining few looked up to see a mare with a flaming mane look down at them with a malicious smile. She flew up high, then her fists became the size of watermelons and she came crashing back down. Massive spikes made of hardened flesh accompanied the resulting shockwave. Nearly killing the last remaining few.

"Good job Daybreaker. You too Nightmare. Enjoy your feast, I have some… information to extract." With that, Alex walked up to Aros' body, and let his body consume Aros'. Immediately memories began to flood his mind. Alex just smirked, knowing that Damon was about to receive some bad news. "Well, that's two down, only 8 to go. Hmm, too bad you didn't know anything about the Crystal Empire." With that, Alex walked among the many bodies, seeing who was alive and who wasn't.

Alex killed any who weren't healthy enough to make it back to deliver a message, and threw those that were into a pile in the middle of the carnage. After five minutes, he had about 7 mages, and a dragon at his mercy. The dragon was consumed after he spat in Alex's face. "Hmm, a bit spicy, but still quite good." Looking at the others, he made a show of licking his claws clean. "Now then, who wants to live?" The mages looked at each other as they were thinking about an answer. Alex then laughed, making them flinch. The laugh was hollow, dry, devoid of life. "Oh, you didn't actually think I would let you choose, did you?" Alex snapped his non-clawed hand making the two blacklight-alicorns appear beside him.

"We should choose the weakest one, so we can consume the meatiest of them." Daybreaker said, a wicked smile coming to her face.

"No, the strongest. To show that even the strongest of his forces can't defeat us." Nightmare Moon spoke up, a thin smile crossing her face. Alex thought of the two suggestions, when he suddenly came up with a devilish idea.

"Nightmare, how good are you at controlling minds?" Alex asks her. Now interested in his idea, the two looked at him with curious looks.

"One of the best, why do you ask?" The smile that spread on Alex's face was one that only an insane person could make.

"We're gonna send the 'good King' and his 'court' little present~" Alex almost purred at the end, getting right in the faces of the Caribou.

The self proclaimed King of Equestria growled as he sat on his throne. There has been no word of his son's return, which must mean he must have failed. Not even the mare he was forcing to service his cock was lightening his mood. He was about to send for a messager, when the throne room doors opened, a group of badly beaten Caribou practically crawling through the doors. "What is the meaning of this?!" Damon yelled in rage, throwing the mare to the side.

Instead of any relief, she was instead picked up by a dragon, and forced to service his twin spires. Stomping up to the beaten Caribou like a child throwing a tantrum, he grabbed one by the throat. "Speak, and pray I like what you have to say."

"Sorry, but these minds aren't home right now, would you like to take a message?" Came the reply in perfect unison from all of the beaten Caribou. Damon dropped the Caribou in shock, backing up a few steps. Even the dragons at the sides of his throne stopped what they were doing.

"Hello Fuckstick. Yeah, that's right, we mean you. My friends here don't exactly appreciate what you are doing. But, let it not be said I am entirely merciless. I am giving you one, exactly one, chance to stop the hold you have over Equestria, and crawl back into whatever dank pit you assholes crawled out of. Maybe, just maybe, I'll let you live if you agree." Damon, in a rage, picked up the Caribou he was holding before, and threw him so hard into the ground, it cracked under the force.

"We'll take that as a no. Oh well. Seeing as you didn't even wait to hear the alternative, here is what we are gonna do. We are going to hunt down each of your bastard children until we have slaughtered them all. Then, we will come after you. You best have written your will, cause the day we come will be the day you die."

With that, the Caribou began to scream in pain as their bodies convulsed, their skin bulging and sinking in at random, as if their insides were becoming a rapidly expanding jelly. After about 10 seconds, in which Damon smartly got out of the way, the group exploded into a mass of tendrils, pulling in everything they touched. Pillars, dragons, Damon's throne, windows, even the carpets weren't spared. The only ones who were spared were the tortured mares.

Whether that was good or bad could be debated. Damon looked around the pillar he had hid behind, and choked down the urge to vomit. His throne room now had a massive bloody ball of tendrils, debris, and crushed creatures. Organs oozed out of cracks in the ball, spilling to the floor. The side of Damon that was still sane, let loose a stream of fear, knowing that, whatever this monster that had sided with the ponies was, it was more sadistic than he was.
