Twilight having thoughts about foalhood decides to run an experiment with a new machine to find out what being an unborn foal would be like. She even gets a few of her friends to help with the project.

Nurse Redheart was walking to Twilight's castle one early morning she had an odd letter from Twilight Sparkle regarding an experiment about pregnancy which can lead to a breakthrough in modern medicine. Red Heart was intrigued seeing that pregnancy was still something ponies were trying to improve to help the mothers and their babies. But what was most odd to Redheart was the fact Twilight specified something about the womb? Did she figure out something about unborn babies she didn't?
Twilight approached from the stairs once Red Heart had entered the castle foyer wearing a white lab coat and her mane put into a bun. "Hello Redheart its so good to see you!"
The nurse smiled at Twilight and asked, "hello princess Twilight! So I have to ask what did you find out!? from the sounds of it you must've found something special!"
Twilight came down and exclaimed, "Oh, you don't need to call me princess just Twilight is fine. Now as for what I discovered well...Its more of like I have an experiment to show us insight into the conditions of a mother's womb."
Redheart mouth went agape. "really!? Please tell me more!"
Twilight waved a hoof. "It'll be better if I show you instead. Come on its upstairs."
The two head down the hallway passing by other rooms before finally stopping at their destination. Inside the room stood a large machine of sorts with varying tubes and crystals surrounding what looked like a red-tinted changeling pod. Next to the pod were other scientific instruments along with a few tanks labeled with nutrients or other chemicals. Redheart blinked. “My this looks rather complicated. What is it?”
Twilight smiled. “Oh, this is our experiment. The simulated womb chamber.” She gestured cheerfully. “Because nopony can remember what the womb was like, so I plan to try and make an artificial one. If this works, I can run my experiment and collect no doubt useful data.”
“But how does this all work?” Red Heart asked staring the contraption.
“Oh various elements are involved, but the main part is it needs a pony to go inside it. I wanted to test the chamber with Spike but uh..dragons come from eggs.”
Redheart gulped and stammered, "y...you want me to test it!?"
Twilight blushed a bit. “Well I just thought since your a nurse and all.” she held out a few items Let me explain first.” She shows the headphones and a simple vest. “These will help with the most important element of a mother, her heartbeat. “It will take the beat from the wearer and transmit it to these headphones so the pony inside feels like they are inside.”
Red Heart nodded. “Okay, what else.” She watched as Twilight moved to the machine.
“Well the cored of course will insert into the belly button and provide all the needed life support like air and food. All while they float in this chamber.” The princess beamed.
Twilight continued, "also, if you want...I may need assistance in the experiment later where you can pretend to be helping a "mother" go through pregnancy like a role play."
Redheart tapped a hoof to her chin. "So you want to simulate how the foal is while the mother goes through the pregnancy? how will that work exactly?"
Twilight took out a suit with a big belly and continued to explain, "ill have another mare wear this suit. It will make the mare look and feel pregnant but she really isn't. The mare in question will pay you visits and talk about the baby etc...All the while the pretend foal will be in the chamber hearing and experiencing everything the mother does but it will feel like months due to a time spell I placed on the chamber. So only about 6 hours will pass in reality.”
Red Heart was amazed but felt a little embarrassed as she asked, "You're quite through, so you want to do a test run...with you being my….um...uh...mom?"
Twilight blushed. "W...well I have to see if it works if that’s ok?"
Red Heart was a bit unsure but she gave a nod. "It's fine, besides after delivering hundreds of foals in my lifetime it's about time I get to experience this first hoof."
Twilight puts the headphones on Red Heart adjusting them carefully. The moment it was properly secure. Redheart heard the rhythm on Twilight's healthy heartbeat very deep and vibrant. The princess then stripped off her lab coat before slipping on the tan-colored pregnant suit. She slowly zipped it up and squeaked as it turned purple like her coat. Now it looked like her belly was bigger sideways as Red Heart snickered, "if I were to guess I would say you were six months pregnant."
Twilight waved a hoof taking a few steps around the room to feel how the suit worked. It had the same weight and feel too. "Oh stop you flatter me I'm really only nine months pregnant."
Nurse Red Heart put her hooves to her face. "wait you're saying that suit also adjusts through the stages of pregnancy!?!"
Twilight gave a nod and showed her a remote. "Yeah, I control it with this I can go through from six months and all the way to me about to give birth." She pushed a button letting her belly bump expand reaching closer to the floor. “Good thing there isn't any actual birth involved.” She blushed putting a hoof to her belly.
Redheart blushed remembering all the painful births that mothers had to go through. "yeah be thankful trust me it's probably the most painful thing you'll ever experience.“
Twilight led Redheart to the chamber it was dark and felt wet and moist. The princess then took Redheart is not the pod and explained, "now it's going to be scary when this place fills up with liquid. But remember nothing can harm you in here ok?" The cord was attached with a wet pop into her bellybutton making the nurse shiver and gasp a bit.
Redheart gulped feeling nervous as the pod started to fill with a gooey clear liquid it felt sticky and smelt funny reminding her a lot of the fluid when water would break. The water level kept rising slowly the pod being devoid of light. She squeaked as her chamber started to grown smaller around her curling her up and was just big enough for her to kick. Despite the chamber being full she found she didn’t have to breathe and was floating in the pod feeling weightless.
Moments later, the nurse heard Twilight's muffled voice. "Alright, Red Heart seems everything is doing good were at nine months and your vitals look good. Now I'm going to start pumping nutrients into your body to see if it works."
Red Heart squealed feeling her body absorb something from the tube attached to her belly. It felt rather good and made her feel full. She was still a tad nervous despite knowing how pregnancy worked. Hours seemed to pass as she floated in the thick liquid constantly hearing the loud yet soothing thumps of the princess's heart.“it's rather nice I feel so relaxed and this food is great from mo-I mean Twilight! why did I think mom?"
She then heard Twilight, "okay the time spell worked it's actually only been an hour. But for you, it probably felt like days.” She explained.
Red Heart squeaked as she thought to herself. Wait seriously! It has only felt like a day maybe even two! She accidentally kicked her hoof against the wall hearing Twilight wince. " H..hey did you just kick!?" Redheart blushed as Twilight continued, "right you can't talk...try kicking again."
It took a second for the nurse to focus before she kicked again at random bobbing the fluid a little.
Twilight squealed in excitement. "Oh wow, that felt like a foal's kick! Now there's one more thing I want to try…" Redheart waited a moment before hearing a sipping noise from outside. Moments later a taste of strawberries and sugar landing on her tongue despite nothing being there. The nurse was sure that wasn't how it actually worked but was interested none the less.
Twilight asked, "Now if you tasted Strawberry milkshake give a kick."
Redheart did as Twilight asked giving her another kick and the Princess shouted, "this is excellent everything works and is ready! But there's one more function we need to perform!"
The nurse had no idea what Twilight was planning but she squealed as the liquid started to lower and she felt the bottom of the cocoon open up. She gasped falling as the tube popped from her belly before crying as she plopped onto a big pillowy bed and a pink banner came over her reading. It's a filly!
Redheart blushed coughing out some of the goop, "I hope you won't wrap me up in a diaper."
Twilight came over chuckling. "No, that's not necessary though I bet you would look cute in one." she teased “How do you feel?”
“Uh, I’m a little dizzy mo-Twilight.” She pulled the headphones off feeling her lightly damp fur.
Twilight heard her almost say mom and blushed as she took a towel cleaning Red Heart and asked, "so...do you feel weird or anything unusual?"
Red Heart mmphed! as Twilight cleaned her up as she responded, "no mom I'm feeling fine it was actually quite refreshing. Like the best night sleep I’ve ever had.” she felt her fur cooing a bit. “Plus y fur feels so soft.”
Twilight face turned a beat red upon hearing Red Heart call her mom but also noticed that the nurse's rump and belly bulged out a little. " Oh dear...the nutrients could have been a little fattening I'll need to adjust the calories."
“Gah,” Red Heart blushed feeling her flanks. "Great now I have foal fat...at least it didn't go to my face. I”m going to get some strange looks when I go back to work."
Twilight snickered, "oh I wouldn't worry about it I'm sure a few days at the gym will get you back to normal."
Redheart rolled her eyes, "easy for you to say, anyways when will we start the first real trial?"
Twilight responded, "I think tomorrow once I have time to configure things.” she said while Red Heart got to her hooves.
Redheart blushed and asked, "so...do you have ponies picked out already?"
Twilight nodded, "yeah Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. Fluttershy will be the mother and Rainbow Dash the unborn foal. I also have Soarin coming to play as the dad just to give the roleplay a more realistic approach."
Redheart turned to see that Twilight didn't finish her milkshake and subconsciously took it sipping away on it greedily. Twilight looked up and blushed as she asked, "oh uh...you hungry? I have more in the fridge."
Redheart squeaked putting back on the table. "Oh no sorry mommy! I had no idea why I did that! Just really wanted something milky.".
Twilight cheeks kept burning as she made notes. “Right I'll just add, milk addiction to the list.” As she thought does Redheart know she's calling me mom? I’ll have to observe the others later for similar effects.”
Redheart blushed, "so...um...can I take you up on that milkshake?"
Twilight nodded as they walked to the kitchen she replied, "sure, come on also...when you get back to work could we borrow one of those baby scanners?"
“Oh, why?” Red Heart asked. “It’s not like it will work on an empty belly.”
Twilight responded, "it's for the roleplay and I'm trying to make it as authentic as possible.”
“Alright, I can bring one with me tomorrow?” Red Heart nodded. “Sounds like fun mommy.”.
The two mares made it to the kitchen as Twilight took out a strawberry milkshake for Red Heart. The nurse couldn't help but notice Twilight still had the pregnant suit on. “So are you going to take off the suit.” Red Heart teased poking at the baby bump. "Or should I take you to the hospital?"
Twilight rolled her eyes. "Haha very funny." Twilight pressed a button on the remote watching the suit deflated before slowly peeled it off. As Twilight placed the suit away Red Heart took her milkshake and began to suck in it as greedily before. Without realizing it she started to suckle on it like a foal would on a baby bottle. Twilight turned around and observed Red Heart with her eyes closed it was quite interesting and adorable. "Wow, whatever happened may have affected her psyche a little. Hopefully, it’s not anything serious and it will just wear off in a day or two."
Twilight slowly came over and asked, "Hey since you took the day off from work today, why don't you get some sleep here?"
Red Heart yawned, "that's not a bad idea."The nurse got to her hooves following Twilight upstairs to a spare bedroom. “You going to tuck me in, mommy.” she joked yawning again.
“W-well uh I guess I can,” Twilight said opening the door and leading Red Heart inside deciding to just play along. Pulling back the covers, she let the mare climb into the soft mattress before pulling the sheets back up.
The princess then took out something interesting a foal bottle with some milk inside. Twilight explained, " this is a special milk I made to help the subjects sleep and relax. Now you don't have to drink it I'll leave it on the nightstand if you need it. Goodnight Red Heart."
Nurse Red Heart was unsure of what to do waiting until Twilight left before eyeing the foal bottle and had a strong urge to drink it despite it being embarrassing. But she couldn't resist for long as she snatched the bottle and began to suckle its contents down her throat. It was creamy and delicious and it smelt so good! The nurse continued to suckle slowly with her eyes drooping sleep slowly came over her as she thought to herself. When I joked about Twilight diapering me I secretly was hoping she would do it.Oh well.
Rainbow Dash was quite nervous as she slowly trotted down towards Twilight’s castle. The pegasus was quite flustered and was shaking all over as she mumbled, “Oh...this is gonna be so weird...being in a fake womb and all...what am I doing?”
Fluttershy smiled. “Oh, I’m sure you’ll be fine. Twilight knows what he's doing.”
“But it just sounds so...weird.” Rainbow flapped her wings. “Didn’t she say you be the mother? What does that mean?”
Fluttershy blushed as she explained, “well...I won’t be your real mom, it’s more like a role play.”
Rainbow Dash scratched her head, “I still don’t get it, and from the letter, she sent me Twilight said there are side effects like milk addiction, some weight gain? I can’t gain weight! I have to stay in shape if I want to stay in the Wonderbolts!”
Fluttershy rolled her eyes and replied, “Oh stop, it's not like you blow up into a balloon! I bet it’ll just be a little baby fat.”
Rainbow groaned. “That sound embarrassing.” She remarked before spotting Soarin at the front of the castle as well. “Huh what is he doing here?”
Soarin turned smiling. “Oh hey Rainbow.”
Fluttershy’s face turned a bright red. “Oh...didn’t Twilight’s letter explain?”
Rainbow Dash gulped and replied, “I...I don’t think so.”
“I'm apparently playing as the father in this experiment.” Soarin chuckled as he held the door open for the two mares.
Rainbow Dash squeaked, “wait you're going to role play as my dad!”
Fluttershy cooed as she pushed her friend through the doors. “Oh don’t be so embarrassed Rainbow Dash it’s all apart of the experience now come on we kept Twilight long enough.”
They all went up the stairs and found Twilight waiting for them in her lab coat with Nurse Redheart in her nurse uniform. The princess smiled and exclaimed, “Hey you three it’s about time you showed up!”
Rainbow Dash gulped and whimpered, “I'm...so..sorry twilight but I’m still kind of on the fence about this whole thing.” She said staring at the red pod and all the sci-fi-like wiring looking like something out of Spike’s comic books.
Twilight came over and cooed, “hey Rainbow it’s going to be ok trust me this is going to help you relax it’ll be like a day at the spa but a hundred times better.”
The daredevil mare gave a deep breath. “Ok, so what’s going to happen, like just explain how this is all gonna go.”
Twilight stood up and replied, “It’s very simple, you’ll be in the pod as it will be like a womb. You’ll be attached to a prosthetic umbilical cord you’ll be placed with headphones that will allow you to hear Fluttershy’s heartbeat along with her being able to feel her kicks.” She pointed out each device in turn with a grin. “For science.”
“Okay, fine I'll do it,” Rainbow said shaking her head. “I’m not scared of anything.”
Fluttershy smiled too. “I’m rather excited to try it after seeing so many of my animals during spring.” She moved over to the suit laying the table and felt it before letting it unfold and slipping her hooves into it. It stretched as she did so slipping effortlessly over her body feeling similar to latex almost. She shifted when the belly part was adjusted in the right place currently at the lowest setting.
“How’s it fit?” Twilight asked showing off the remote.
“It’s good,” Fluttershy said still a little red.
Being satisfied with the answer, she let Redheart approach Rainbow Dash helping her place the earphones over her ears and adjusted them. The moment they were in place Fluttershy’s heartbeat was heard causing her to feel at peace as a wave of calmness came over her.
Twilight then led her friend to the changeling pod and placed her inside the simulated womb. “Now you wait here and relax, this place will be filled with a liquid but you will be able to breathe once the umbilical cord attaches to your belly button.”
Rainbow Dash stood there shaking with the only thing keeping her calm being her friend's gentle heartbeat. Soon a mechanical cord came out of nowhere and attached itself to her belly button. A second later the pod closed and began to slowly fill with the same slimy liquid as before. Rainbow Dash was a bit scared at first. “H-hey!” she called out kicking about as the fluid rose quickly above her head. Once completely submerged, the womb contracted around her body slowly curling her up into the fetal position. She then heard Fluttershy’s voice. “Hey, you okay in there give me a kick just if you’re ok.”
Rainbow Dash felt weird as she gave a little kick causing Fluttershy to squeak in joy. “Oh my Celestia! I actually felt that!”
“She sure is a strong foal” Soarin joked watching Twilight adjust with remote to make Fluttershy belly a little rounder.
Fluttershy blushed at the weighted feeling, “Oh you never know might be a colt.” she quipped back with a giggle.
Redheart snickered and cooed, “oh we’ll see soon enough we have your appointment scheduled.”
“Oh uh, I don’t actually have to go outside in this right?” the shy pegasus asked. “It'd be a little embarrassing and all that staring.”
Twilight shook her head. “No of course not, now we're going to start so let’s get into character. We’ll start at Fluttershy being six months pregnant and having her scheduled an appointment to find out the baby’s gender with Nurse Redheart.”
Soarin snickered, “oh so we really don’t know at this point!”
Twilight couldn’t help but chuckle as she responded, “no, now I have three rooms in the castle you’ll be going to one is your bedroom, one is a nursery, and the other is the fake hospital room where Fluttershy will have her checkups. Now, Fluttershy and Soarin will go to the bedroom first and talk it over like parents hashing out if its a filly or a colt. You guys ready!”
“Um are sets needed?” Fluttershy asked.
“Of course, it helps set the mood. Spike even helped out.”
“Oh okay,” Fluttershy smiled following Soarin through the castle and entering the bedroom it looked like a standard maternity queen-sized bed with a giant comforter. There was a nightstand filled with books about pregnancy and foal rearing along with a milk pumping machine. Fluttershy was quite astonished, “well it really does look like a couple's bedroom. Hopefully, my breasts don’t get enlarged.”
Soarin laughed imagining the sight, “that would be funny if they did.”
Twilight blushed ‘uh well I mean could push the button to simulate that if you really wanted too.“
Fluttershy stammered a bit. “Oh my, I’m not sure.”
Soarin nuzzled Fluttershy’s mane. “Oh come on, do it for the foal.” He played along.
Fluttershy rubbed her belly secretly wishing she really was pregnant. “Oh...alright, it might be a long while before I ever get to experience this for real.” She kept staring as the button w pressed as she soon had the perfect nursing breasts between her legs. “I-I really do look the part.”
Rainbow continued to float inside occasionally hearing the muffled voices the time difference distorting non-important bits. The initial panic had worn off what felt like hours ago but with no light to go on, the mare had no sense of actual time. It felt uncanny, yet she wasn’t that worried having the constant soft thumping to keep her centered. “How long has it been? Maybe I should kick again.” a few quiet moments go by. “Did they forget about me here?” Of course, the mare had no clue about the time difference within the womb pod.
She then heard a voice sounding like Soarin’s. “So I'm betting it’s a colt, hooves down he’s kicking up a storm in there.”
Fluttershy responded, “oh she could be just restless, I’m thinking it’s a filly I’ve been reading this book here and it says that fillies tend to be more active then colts in the womb.”
Rainbow slowly kicked her hoof against the chamber wall trying to focus to listen. Hearing Fluttershy’s voice was very calming.
Fluttershy eeped and giggled, “see! There she goes again, the little cutie! I bet she’s going to have my yellow coat!”
Soarin shook his head. “I doubt it, she’ll probably have my blue coat, but I bet he or she will have a pink mane and tail.”
Rainbow inside can’t help blush at the thought o such an odd colour combo. “Bleh” she gave another kick as a joke.
Fluttershy giggled rubbing her belly as she replied, “so we should get going? I mean I think it’s about time.”
The stallion hoisted Fluttershy from the bed who giggled with her belly shaking about. Soarin came to the closet and opened it seeing a whole line of maternity dresses. No doubt borrowed from Rarity’s shop. He went and picked out a pink dress with butterflies printed all over before bringing it over to Fluttershy
“Why thank you,” Fluttershy smiled slipping the silky dress over her frame.
Soarin grinned as well. “hey its the least I can do, you're doing most of the heavy lifting with the baby inside you.”
Fluttershy blushed. “Oh, maybe you should try it on.” She joked a bit as she looked int mirror a bit feeling sheepish.
Soarin snickered, “Wonder if that would even work.” He saw Fluttershy had a slight waddle as she walked out the door. Soarin blushed and asked, “you need help?”
Fluttershy scoffed, “I can walk on my own Soarin, I’m not completely helpless.”
Rainbow snickered a little inside as well all the talk making her feel just like an unborn foal.
The two made their way down the hall and came upon the next-door labeled with a sign “Nurse Redheart’s office.”
Nurse Redheart saw the two enter her office with a clipboard as she cooed, “hello you two! You must be Soarin and Fluttershy!”
The wonderbolt gave a nod, “yeah we’re here to see if we have a little colt or filly?
Redheart clapped her hooves. “Excellent! Well come on Fluttershy let’s see what we got!” She then slowly removed the dress from her body and helped the pegasus laid down on the hospital bed. She then began to smear a cold cream over the pegasus’s belly before pressing the wand over it she turned to see a screen appeared on with a grainy black and white video of Rainbow Dash! However, she looked like a fetus all curled up inside and the ponies around her giggled.
“I wonder what's so funny.” Rainbow thought as she listened to the chatter not having much to worry about. “Is mommy happy? Wait, did think mommy?”
Fluttershy smirked seeing the video. “I win it’s a filly.”
Soarin stomped a hoof. “Darn, looks like I get diaper duty for a month when she’s born.”
Rainbow squeaked in her mind. “They better not put me in no diaper! When I get out.”
Nurse Redheart cooed, “Congratulations, I'm sure she is going to be a healthy foal too by how she is growing.”
Soarin laughed, “she really is! Look her wings are already growing.”
“I’m glad it’s a pegasus, imagine if it had been a unicorn.”
Redheart snickered, “well, luckily her head is down that means we can do a natural birth.” She then removed the wand and cleaned the goop off Fluttershy’s tummy and Soarin helped her off the table. The nurse took the remote and turn the knob up another notch expanding the tummy some more. “Onto the next stage.”
After the doctor visit, The group all decided to take a break for a while stopping into the kitchen to eat. Spike waved at the group with a smile. “Hey girls and Soarin, how’s the project.” He asked taking an extra look at Fluttershy’sround belly. He blushed a bit. “Can I touch it?”
The pegasus blushed and gave a nod as Spike rubbed a claw against the belly noticing how realistic it felt... Rainbow heard the weird noise against the belly.
“What’s that? It sounds weird, I'm scared.” She kicked a few times.
Spike gasped, “wow! I actually felt a kick! That’s amazing.”
Fluttershy chuckled, “Oh, she's so restless I’m betting she’s probably hungry.” Fluttershy then took out pickles and peanut butter. She began dipping the pickles into the jar before starting munching on them. “Hehe, my mom used to eat like this when she was having me. Not bad actually.”
Rainbow tasted it all the peanut butter and pickles and it was delicious! She kicked about in Fluttershy’s belly some more while in her mind she was shouting, “I want more! That’s so good mama!
“Guess it’s a good thing you don’t have real cravings.” Nurse Redheart commented as she makes a sandwich.
“Oh, or cramps,” Fluttershy added before blushing when another kick causing her to flinch. “Be right back.” She eeped and rushed out of the room to find a bathroom.
Rainbow Dash felt as if month past but she loved every second feeling so safe and secure. “Mmm this isn’t so bad. I wonder how long it’s been?” She soon heard Fluttershy’s voice once again. “Hmmm, do you really think we should paint the baby’s room blue? She’s a filly after all.”
Soarin responded, “it's blue with yellow lightning bolts the symbol of the Wodnerbolts. I bet she’s going to love them coming to every show for free!”
Fluttershy laughed, “oh I bet she will, I bet she may even try to fly around the house and breaking everything.”
Rainbow giggled from within. “Hehe yeah I did that a lot.”
She then heard something like wrapping paper and heard Soarin her dad. “Look what I got her! It’s a plush Spitfire it even has cute little voicebox!” He pressed it with her hooves and a voice came out. Your a great flyer keep it up?! “What a big filly you can fly all by yourself!”
Fluttershy was amazed, “oh wow! They make those!?”
Soarin rolled his eyes. “Oh, you be surprised how much Wonderbolt Merch there is out there. There are even Wonderbolt diapers for foals!”
Fluttershy smirked, “looks like we might need to stock up on those. Extra thick ones too don’t forget.”
Rainbow blushed thinking about being diapered in a Wonderbolt printed padding. “I...think that actually sounds nice? I wonder if mama can buy me lots of those.”
Soarin nodded, “sure...I can buy some I bet I can get her some Wonderbolt onesies too!
“Oh, not everything has to be Wonderbotls. Why not some cute animal onesies. I wanna dress her up like a little fox or puppy.”
Soarin cooed, “oh, that sounds so cute! What if we get her a bird sleeper! The Wonderbolts were thinking of getting a mascot!”
Fluttershy laughed just picturing the image of Rainbow in such a costume all blushing and embarrassed. “maybe...well I think it's finished the crib is set up, we have a diaper changing table. Now we can worry about the little things.”
Soarin gave a nod, “Yeah, let’s go to Nurse Redheart I think she mentioned wanting a follow-up appointment.”
Rainbow Dash just thought in her mind. Did mama really make an entire nursery just for me! Oh, I can’t wait to see it! Wait...why I think that, isn’t it al pretend?” Although any worry soon faded away as she kept listening to the thumping heartbeat. She was going to miss that sound for sure.
It felt like an another few months went by for Rainbow Dash while for Fluttershy it was only a single day as supper came around. Spike set the plate down full of the mixed Salad and veggies. “That must feel really weird,” he comments, the belly on the large setting weighing the pegasus down.
Fluttershy eyed the food, “this is fine for me, but I need to eat more for the baby don’t you think?”
Spike blushed and replied, “bu..but your not really preg-”
Fluttershy placed a hoof to his lips. “Don’t break character Spikey,” She whispered. “I need another potion,” she said a bit louder.
“Oh okay,” Spike said gesturing with air before adding a few extra steamed carrots to her plate. “There you go extra-large portion.”
Rainbow kicked about in excitement. Oh what did mama get for food! I hope its peanut butter and pickles again! It wasn’t long till Rainbow dash felt the nutrients pulse through her body and she tasted carrots and lettuce along with other ingredients. the pegasus whined, “ it's okay, but I was hoping mama would eat something better. Like chocolate.”
Fluttershy had a sudden urge for chocolate and asked, “hey do..do you have chocolate I have no idea but I suddenly had a craving for it.”
Twilight shouted, “holy Celestia! Did you get a craving from the baby! This can be a major breakthrough!”
Fluttershy blushed “I don’t know Twilight, it's just a thing moms have it could just be a placebo effect ya know.” She went over to the fridge taking out a place with one slice of chocolate cake. “Oh, can I have some of this?”
Twilight waved a hoof. “Have it all! I’ll even go and buy you some chocolate! I have to document this!”
Spike rolled his eyes. “There she goes again.”
“But Spike it’s for Science, imagine the implications.” Twilight beamed. “I didn’t even know the pod could do this.”
“Just like how you didn’t know of those side effects.” The drake rolled his eyes.
Fluttershy meanwhile greedily ate the slice of cake Rainbow Dash loving it as it hit her taste buds. She wanted more! “Y-yes Twilight I want more chocolate please”. Shed licked her lips.
Twilight got up and exclaimed, “don’t worry! I’ll get more right away!” she instantly teleported with her horn and was back with a whole bag filled to the brim with chocolate bars, and chocolate brownies.
The pegasus drooled a little before taking a few and ripping into them munching away and causing smears on her cheeks.
“And What if Fluttershy gets an upset stomach,” Spike asked being the rational one while also trying to ake one the bars for himself.
Twilight waved a hoof. “Oh she’ll be fine, let’s watch and see what happens.”
After Fluttershy’s chocolate binge she went straight to her room moaning “oh dear I think I had way too much chocolate.”
Rainbow could hear the rumbling from Fluttershy upset tummy and blushed feeling a little bad. “But it was chocolate.”
Soarin turned to his “wife” “Hey, how are you feeling?” He asked seeing Fluttershy’ pinned ear.
“Ugh, too much candy.” She laid herself upon the bed splaying herself out before burping.
Soarin wanting to help gently rubbed her tummy to try and help. “I guess Twilight got carried away with seeing how much you’d eat.”
“Just give me a few minutes okay.” Fluttershy moaned closing her eyes.
Once her friend's stomach had calmed down and the princess had apologized, Twilight wrote notes on her clipboard since Redheart had gone home for the evening. “Mmhmm, everything is going well. I think we’ll let her out in the morning.”
Fluttershy blushed. “You mean I have to sleep like this too. Oh my.” She rubbed her large tummy with a grin. “Hopefully little one won’t keep mommy awake.” A light kick made her snicker a bit.
Twilight cooed, “oh I think you and she’s doing ok. But I’ve made sure she’s getting plenty of nutrients and I'm sure she’ll settle down.” The princess then pulled the sheets over her friend who smiled back. “Hey Twilight, thanks for letting me do this I mean this has been a wonderful experience.”
Twilight feeling just as maternal, kissed her on the forehead. “It’s no problem now get some sleep.” She then walked out of the room and turned to Soarin. “You watch her and if she needs anything make sure she gets it.”
The pegasus saluted, “you can count on me!”
As Morning rolled around, the group including Redheart all watched as the pool drained, Rainbow sliding out onto the bed with dazed eyes. A pink banner came over her head reading It’s a filly! But Rainbow just moaned opening her eyes wincing a bit at the light. “Ugh, I feel like I've slept for a year.” She let out a chuckled spitting up some goop. “Best nap I've ever had hehe.”
Fluttershy was first to come over and wipe her down with a towel. “That’s good to hear. You sure kicked a lot.” she joked.
Rainbow barely heard her friend talk as she hugged Fluttershy instinctively and cried out. “Mama!” She pressed her ear to the pegasus chest to listen to her heartbeat with a smile.
“O-oh my,” Fluttershy’s cheeks went crimson. “Twilight is this normal?” She squeaked trying to wiggle away but her friend held on tighter.
Twilight was busy writing on her clipboard. “Wow Rainbow is having more of the side effects then Red Heart.” Coming over next to them she inspected Rainbow seeing she did put on a few pounds with her cheeks a little chubby and her flanks and bell been much the same. “Huh, wow you put on quite a lot of baby fat. But don't worry it leaves your body fast.”
Rainbow kept her ear to Fluttershy chest. “I’m not fat.” she pouted looking at her flanks.
Fluttershy couldn't help but pinch Rainbow’s cheek, “oh there’s no problem being a little chubby, now come on let’s get you something to eat. I bet your quite hungry.”
Rainbow chirped, “can I have chocolate milk mama!”
Twilight snickered, “of course, I got some last night.”
The athletic pegasus didn’t leave Fluttershy’s side as they headed to the kitchen grabbing the bottle that Twilight had filled. Rainbow didn’t seem to question why it was in a foal bottle but began to suckle it anyway.
Fluttershy shifted while being snuggled so much .”I-it does wear off right?” she squeaked.
Twilight rubbed her chin taking notes. “Rainbow is very clingy, I guess the amount of time she spent inside the machine might have had more effect. Or maybe it different from pony to pony.” She rambled to herself.
Spike facepalmed. ‘You aren’t concerned about altering our friend's minds with this?” he asked frowning.
“It’ll wear off!” Twilight protested. “I’m sure of it. Just one more test is all we need.”
Fluttershy blushed as she held the baby bottle and let Rainbow suckle. “Oh come now, isn’t it obvious!? Her mom gave her so much love and attention which she hasn’t received in years. She probably misses it and wants to be babied. Besides we built a whole nursery just for her it would be a shame if it went to waste.”
“That nursery is just a prop,” Twilight said blushing to wonder if the suit gave the user side effects.
Fluttershy held Rainbow by the hoof. “Well, I’ll just have to baby her a little at my place then. I have a whole bunch of foal stuff and I’m sure Discord can help out.”
Rainbow burped once finished the bottle and blinked shaking her head “Huh, what was a doing mommy?” she asked confused for a second yet still being clingy.”
Fluttershy cooed, “oh don’t you fret Rainbow you were just being cute. Now you’re going to stay at my place for a little is that okay?”
Rainbow squealed feeling a wave of happiness. Mommy knew best after all. “of course mama!”
“And you won’t mind if I diaper you do you?” Fluttershy cooed patting Rainbow head.
“uh...I don’t know.” Rainbow blushed holding her friend’s hoof.
“I’m sure once you try it you’ll love it. Come along.” Fluttershy cooed leading Rainbow out and down the hall.
Spike crossed his arms looking at Twilight with skepticism. “And you are sure you want to test the pod again? After seeing this?”
“I’m telling you, they’ll be fine.”
Red Heart blushed asTwilight and Spike talked. Sneaking a baby bottle of chocolate milk from the fridge, “hey uh Twilight I'm going to go take a nap if that's okay with you?”
Twilight looked over and nodded. “Sure you were up all night keeping an eye on things…”
Red Heart sneaked to her room and once alone plopped down on her bed kicking about as she placed the bottle in her mouth suckling away happily. I don’t know if it’s the side effects from the pod or not I never felt so good about drinking from foal bottles! After this is all done I'm going to buy myself some adult diapers!
Spike looked around cautiously for a moment before pulling out parchment and quill. “If Twilight won’t listen maybe the princesses will.”
Dear Princess Celestia
Twilight’s latest experiment involving simulating a womb(see attached notes) has been causing ponies to act differently and she is using our friends to test it. I’ve tried to warn her about it, but she just seemed to shrug it off like it’s natural. I”m just worried these effects might not wear off. Maybe you could talk sense into Twilight?

The drake sent off his letter with a quick puff of fire shaking his head afterward. “Hope this works.”
“Spike, come on, Applejack is almost here,” Twilight called causing Spike to sigh
“Coming”
Applejack was unsure about this whole birthing thing. Even if it was relatively safe with some side effect she was thinking what if she was unable to do any Applebucking?
Big Mac chuckled walking alongside his sister. "You nervous?"
She snapped at her brother. "Yeah, maybe a little? Why aren't you! Isn't this kind of like cheating on Sugar Belle?"
Big Mac shook his head. "Ey' nope, Sugar Belle is fine with this she has a bakery to run in Our Town so it's not like she can do this. Besides its more like roleplaying."
Cheerilee chuckled. "yep, he's right,! I actually talked to Sugar belle and she and I decided that we both are going to baby you a little."
Applejack rolled her eyes. "Ugh, you better not put me in diapers."
Cheerilee blushed and turned her head away. "Um...well…."
They eventually reached the castle entering to find Twilight and Nurse Redheart (who was wearing a lab coat with an odd bulge in the back) awaiting them. The alicorn beamed. “Hey Applejack, you ready to relieve unbirthhood?”
Applejack blushed. "I’m not sure...I...I…"
Cheerilee patted Applejack back. "oh I can't wait! I always wanted a foal! I'll be sure to take good care of you."
Applejack's heart thumped in her chest already feeling something stirring in her wanting to hug Cheerilee and never let go.“Oh uh, I mean it’s not really turning into a foal.” She remarked as they follow the two along up the stairs. The farm mare could have sworn she heard a faint crinkle sound. After a second she replied. "Sure...you know what! I want to do this, I...I…"
Big Mac came over and hugged his sister "It's okay I know...Come on, let's get you ready."
Applejack nodded following her brother as they enter the experiment room. She stared in awe at the changeling pod having flashbacks of Chrysalis. "Twilight is...um...is this safe? It ain’t gonna change me int bug or something."
Twilight nodded "of course it’s safe, Redheart and Rainbow came out just fine. Just give me a second to get your mommy ready.” She beamed floating the suit to Cheerilee.
Cheerilee felt the surface for a moment before beginning to slip it on watching as the colour changed to match her coat. A tingle runs down her spine as she adjusted herself shifting from hoof to hoof. “Fits like a glove.”
Applejack meanwhile had slipped the headphones over her ears blinking when the heartbeat assaulted her ears. “Wow nelly, that's a strong beat.”
“I guess she cares a lot.” Big Mac joked to lighten the mood. “Don't be shy."
Applejack gave a few deep breaths. "Ok, I'm ready."
She slowly entered the pod as Twilight whispered: "now this place is going to fl-"
Applejack waved a hoof. "Yeah yeah I get it just start it up I said I'm ready." Twilight gave a nod before walking out of the pod. The front closed up before filing with the sticky liquid and squealed when the tube hit her belly button. Applejack kicked and cried out feeling scared but it all past as the steady heartbeat filled the pod…"C...Cheerilee that's Cheerilee's heartbeat." She cried out continuing to kick. A second later she heard a voice.
"Oh, my somepony is waking up."
Applejack’s brother spoke next. "It seems she's ready to get out of there already."
Upon getting used to the pod she let out a breath of relief hearing their voices. This was oddly soothing.
Cheerilee rubbed her belly and cooed, "so...Redheart will we have an appointment to find out the baby's gender?"
"Oh of course! let's schedule it for a month from now."
Applejack gasped. “a month! I can’t be in here dat long.” Her hoof kicked against the wall again but there as nothing she could do to escape from it. Although after a few minutes went by she felt less inclined to try an find out a way to do so.So she waited feeling a lost sense of being able to tell time with only Cheerilee's heartbeat to occupy her time. Before long she fell asleep waking up for short moments at a time.
Some time passed before she heard the gentle singing coming from Cheerilee. Applejack couldn't resist a mental giggle and kicked in appreciation.
"Oh! she likes the song."
She heard...Bi- daddy! respond. "Ey'yup, you have a lovely voice." Something clanked as Apple Cider suddenly filled her tongue.
Mommy drinking Apple Cider! Drink more! Applejack kicked some more making Cheerilee snicker. " Oh, our little one likes Apple Cider. Guess he or she has the Apple family genes."
Big Mac chuckled, "Ey'yup." He rubbed Cheerilee tummy. “Bet it going to have my mane.” He joked pouring Cheerilee some more non-alcoholic cider.
Cheerilee scoffed, "well in any case my little one isn't going to be working at an orchard all day. Were going to make sure our foal gets a proper education first."
“Hey, I’ll have you know I’m great with mathematics.” Big Mac scuffed.
Cheerilee laughed, "Oh yeah! guess my weight then!?"
Big Mac gulped blushing as he knew that he fell right into his "wife's" trap.“uh...a-about 40 apple pies?”
Cheerilee cooed, "so how many "apple pies" does our little one weigh then?"
Mmmm, pie. I want pie!
Big Mac put a hoof to his chin. "Well, you’re six months pregnant so...maybe one-eighth pie at most.
Cheerilee chuckled before smacking her lips a little. “Hmm, I really want some pie. How about you?”
“I guess so,” Mac replied looking over at Spike. “Ya got any pie around?”
“Yeah, straight from your farm too.” Spike went to fetch a slice for them.
An odd Crinkling noiseechoed throughout the fake hospital room as Redheart entered making sure her lab coat covered over her flanks. " Alright, it's time to see if we have a little colt or filly."
Cheerilee was lying on a hospital bed kicking about in excitement. "Oh, I can't wait!" She really enjoyed how the bulge felt so real something she hoped she get to experience for real in the future.
Big Mac whispered, "I'm betting it a colt."
Cheerilee turned to her "husband" "If its a filly you owe me a dozen free apple pies."
Big Mac blushed knowing he was going to lose this bet but played along. "Sure, I’ll bake them with love…"
Nurse Redheart rubbed some gel on the mare's belly before sticking the cone onto it. The machine buzzed and turned on showing the outline. “My, my she sure is a big one.”
Big Mac looked to see on the screen Applejack in a fuzzy black and white image all curled up. It actually brought a tear to his eye remembering seeing similar images of Applebloom.
Nurse Redheart looked at the "baby" closely. "Yep, it's a she, and from the looks of it, she's very healthy."
“Oh that’s wonderful, always wanted a filly.” Cheerilee swooned “Will have to pick names.”
big Mac snickered. "what about Apple Orchard?"
Cheerilee scoffed "No way that sounds too old fashioned."
Big Mac pondered, "What about Apple Seed?"
Cheerilee blushed m...Sounds too close to Apple Bloom I don't want the two getting confused...what about Applejack?"
Big Mac responded with a smirk. "That sounds like a name for a colt."
Cheerilee shrugged. "we can change it to Apple Jackie."
Hehe mommy funny. Applejack heard this and kicked thinking nah, Applejack is my name! not applejackie!
She kicked some more making Cheerilee squeak "oh! somepony doesn't like that name...I guess we'll stick with Applejack."
Nurse Redheart helped clean her up and nodded "sure, that's a lovely name now we have your schedule for your birth in five months. We'll be doing regular check-ups from there."
Cheerilee heard the crinkling noises more as she got up and responded, "that's fine, however, I have to ask, what is that crackling noise?"
Redheart shrugged, "I don't know, probably some of my equipment."
Spike watched Cheerilee and Mac move the furniture around in the pretend nursery really getting into the spirit of it. He could see how happy Cheerilee was, bubbly even. The belly had been turned up too. “I still got a bad feeling about this.”
Twilight rolled her eyes. “Oh shush, they seem happy doing this. I don’t see the harm.”
for Applejack it had felt like months and she was so excited hearing about her nursery kicking at every suggestion she liked.
Cheerilee turned to her belly. "So...you want apple printed diapers?" She felt another kick and chuckled "see told you she knows what we're saying."
Big Mac rolled his eyes. "She's not even out of your womb yet she doesn't know what an apple is."
Cheerilee took a piece of apple pie and dipped it in applesauce moaned as she munched on it. "Oh, I bet she does! I've been craving apples all day!"
Big Mac blushed, "y...ya know my mom had cravings like that...Granny told me…"
Cheerilee turned around with a sad look on her face as she apologized, "oh...really? I..I know that subject is touchy...I'm so.."
Big Max Shook his head. "It's fine, trust me I'm happy to see you like this. Wonder if Sugar Belle would want to want to wear that suit.”
Cheerilee nudged his side. “Thinking of grand foals already are you?” She teased.
Big Mac waved a hoof. " N..No not yet...w...were breaking character…" He quickly went back to fixing up the nursery.
Cheerilee looked around and replied, "You know what I heard if you play classical music while your pregnant your foal will be ten times smarter."
Big Mac sighed "fine, I'll go get a record player."
Cheerilee was at the dining table with her belly twice as big than before. She had nothing but apples and peanut butter munching on them with a big smile on her face. Big Mac shook his head. "I never understood pregnancy cravings."
Cheerilee shrugged. "It's just something that happens while you're pregnant I'm eating for two after all. Be glad I'm not carrying twins or triplets or I'll be at your orchard devouring every last apple."
Big Mac shook his head. "Well, we have thousands of apples I'm sure we'll be fine."
Spike gestured sileTwilight Twilight “see.”
“Well Applejack does like apples, only natural her mother would.”
Cheerilee turned to Twilight. "Since I'm staying the night I have a favor to ask? Do you have a record with the ABC song? I want my foal getting a headstart on her education."
Twilight snickered, "Sure, I think I have one from my magic kindergarten years."
Big Mac chuckled "Now I'm imagining Apple Bloom helping little Applejack with her homework and then going out trying to have her find her cutie mark."
Cheerilee dawed, "that would be cute, I bet her cutie mark is going to be apple related but it can have something to do with school too?"
Big Mac shrugged, “Maybe she’ll be a painter, who knows. Apple Bloom can even babysit she already helped out the Cake twins a few times with Pinkie Pie."
Cheerilee gave her belly a rub and cooed, "you hear that your auntie Apple Bloom is going to take good care of you."

She kicks about as Cheerilee beamed more. “Oh, she sure is an active little filly too.”
Big Mac nodded "yeah an apple bucker for sure. How about we get the two of you to bed."
She nodded and the stallion escorted his wife to their room before playing the record player which had the ABC song Cheerilee had requested. "There now get some sleep."
The teacher yawned and slowly drifted off as Applejack heard the song she thought
Gots to learn my ABCs to make mommy proud!
“Okay, Cheerilee push!” Redheart called having the mare push on a spring plate to simulate the grunting sounds.
Cheerilee did too grunting as she pushed on the plate trying not to push back by the recoil. “Hmmm!” She blushed as Big Mac snickered
“Oh, I can see the hind hooves.”
Moments later, Applejack felt a rush sensation letting out a squeak as she landed on the mattress with the liquid splashing onto the floor. Nurse Redheart began to wrap her up in towels. She teared up and started to cry a little looking around shouting "mama! mama!"
Cheerilee quickly rushed over and nuzzled Applejack. “Oh there there, mommy here.” She cooed uses some the towel to wipe off the filly’s mane.
Applejack cried out in joy and wrapped her hooves around Cheerilee. "Mama! I wuv you so much! I learn my ABCs wike ya said A B C D E F!"
The farm mare continued for some time singing the entire alphabet as Twilight took notes watching. “Hmm, Applejack is reacting very different from Rainbow. But I’m sure that’s just because she really wanted to have a mother again.”
Cheerilee clapped her hooves after Z and cooed "oh what a smart little foal! You're only a few minutes old and know your entire alphabet!"
Applejack was jumping up and down. "Yay! I a smart foal! Can I wear pull-ups because I'm a big filly!"
Cheerilee took out a diaper bag and cooed "sorry but you're going to be in diapers now lay down." Applejack did as Cheeriled asked lifting her legs and having Cheerilee diaper her up.
Big Mac was confused. "Uh, Twilight is Applejack and Cheerilee supposed to act like this still?"
“Well, Fluttershy was just a motherly to Rainbow.” She remarked watching Applejack get put into the adult foal diapers she gotten. “Rainbow acted sort of like this too, but I'm sure it won’t last that long.”
“Applejack can’t run the farm if she actin like a foal.” Big Mac huffed.
Twilight cooed. "Oh it’ll last a few days tops I’m sure. Mothers know best after all.”
Big Mac watched how Applejack was so carefree. Was it was something she missed for a long time having somepony to care for her for once. " You know what, this will be good for her. Let her be a baby as long as she wants. She really missed our mother"
Twilight turned towards Spike beaming. “See, no harm done. Yuu such a silly dragon.” She ruffed his spines.
Cheerilee asked. "Twilight I hate to be a bother but I don't want ponies making fun of Applejack in her diapers would it be okay if we stayed at your castle for day or two?"
“Well if you need too, I have plenty of guest rooms,” Twilight said gladly.
Cheerilee came over to Redheart and gave her rump a pat making it crinkle and squish. "Oh, I thought I recognized that sound. Looks like this little one needs a change." She lifts up the back of the lab coat to reveal the diaper with little stethoscopes printed on the slightly yellow padding to everypony.
Redheart face turned a bright red. "that's not necessary...I...I can do it myself...I just wore one because..there comfortable."
Cheerilee shook her head. "Nonsense I can't have a foal change their own diapers. Now come along."
Nurse Redheart took Cheerilee's hoof and waddled along as Twilight watched in disbelief and gulped. "Ya...ya know this will pass it’s no big deal."
Spike raised an eyebrow. “It better, you been acting kind of funny since you put that suit on. I better not wake up tomorrow wearing a diaper."
Before he could say something else he felt a familiar build-up of flame before belching out a scroll.
“Oh, a message from Celestia? What’s it say?”
Spike gulped as he opened it and read.
Dear Spike,
After reviewing the notes we decided that this experiment does sound interesting. My sister and will "inspect" it to see if it has anything wrong before any more procedures can be done. If we can we wish to have Princess Cadence be our proxy mother if that's ok with Twilight
Cheerilee smiled as she held up her hooves happily playing patty cake with Applejack. The big filly giggled clapping her hooves together with a big smile on her face and babbled excitedly and kicking about in a thick diaper that was strapped around her rump. Spike watched from the doorway feeling a little less worried about the chamber seeing how happy Applejack looked, but still concerned about it. However, see how happy the farm mare did bring a smile to her face and knew she didn’t get to experience this with her mother.
Applejack’s bottom crinkles as she looked over with another giggle. “Wook Spikey, mama teaching me to play.” she cheered happily, glad to have a mommy.
“Yeah, I can see that.” Spike smiled walking in closer. “So uh how’s it going?”
Cheerilee hugged Applejack. “Oh, I'm having a great time with my foal.” She nuzzles nose to nose with her filly causing the foal to giggle too. “I never knew this could be so much fun.”
Applejack leaned into the hug sighing. “Mama, stay with me?”
Cheeerilee blushed idly petting Applejack’s mane having that maternal affection for this big baby and cooed. “Mommy will stay with you for now.”
Spike shifted his feet feeling a little guilty for jumping to conclusions about the machine being bad. Secretly, he wouldn’t have minded being babied by Twilight if she wanted to. He just hoped that the princesses wouldn't be affected too much.
About an hour later, Cadance arrived along with Shining armor heading up the castle with a smile. The letter from Celestia and Luna had piqued her interest. A womb simulator sounded rather cute. And boy, did she ever knew how carrying around a foal for months felt. If anypony knew how it was to be a mother, it definitely was her. Upon reaching the front doors she knocked and was happy to see Twilight answer the door. “Twilight good to see you!”
The two were quick to do their usual ladybug greeting shaking their rumps about at h the end. Twilight turned around and beamed. “Oh, I can’t wait to test the experiment with you. I mean you've already had a foal but still, you could give me helpful input.”
“I'm sure I'll be a great help, can I see it?” She asked, blinking when she saw Nurse Redheart waddling over promptly showing off her thickly padded bottom with cute little stethoscopes printed all over her padding. Cadence snickered behind a hoof. “Oh hello, Redheart.”
Redheart blushed her tail trying to cover her padding being quite nervous and then replied, “Hello Princess Cadance, I'll be helping with the experiment as well.”
“Oh, don’t be embarrassed you look cute in that diaper,” Cadance cooed unable to help it. The diaper just brought out her motherly side. She then asked, “I was told Applejack tried the womb too.”
Before anypony could say anything, they heard a fit of laughter as Applejack ran out in her padded bottom and she turns the corner giggling as Cheerille chased her scolding the farm mare. “Jackie no running in the house bad filly.” Cheerilee’s hooves slipped causing her to fall in her tummy and spin a bit as she came to stop near the group eyes spinning.
Applejack upon seeing Cheerilee fall gasped and stopped running hurrying over. “I’m sorry me sorry!” She hurried over-ears flat.
Cadance helped up the teacher. “Oh, are you okay?”
Cheerilee nodded. “Yes, I’m fine.” She turned to Applejack. “Bad filly, I told you not to go running around.”
The farm mare’s ears kept being flat as she scruffed the ground lip quivering. “Won’t run again promise.” She smiled a bit when Cheerilee hugged her patting the diaper softly like any mother.
Cadence turned to Twilight with a blush on her face. “So, since I'm going to be Celestia and Luna’s “mother” did you stock diapers for them?”
Twilight nodded and explained, “yeah just in case, I’m not sure how they're going to react to the simulation. This is going to be the first time I've had two ponies inside at once.”
Shining Armor then strode into the castle with a blush on his face. “So..Twily, your letter said something about being Celestia and Luna’s dad or something?”
Twilight nodded. “Oh yes, every foal needs a mommy and daddy. It should be easy since you had Flurry for a while.” He looked over at Applejack blinking at the sight of her padding and even the braided mane. “Huh, that unexpected.”
“Hello!” Applejack waved with another giggle.
“I’ll explain it all when the princesses get here.” Twilight blushed.
Celestia and Luna both were quite nervous as they arrived at Twilight’s castle. Luna blushed as she joked. “Hey, if this experiment works were going to be technically twins? That means I won’t be the younger sister anymore.”
Celestia snickered, “it’s just a simulation besides, we’ll have to see who gets birthed first? Then we’ll see if you're still the younger sister.”
They both laughed nervously as they were unsure of what’s going to happen and they slowly entered the castle and they found Twilight wearing her lab coat and Red Heart in her nurse uniform with her diaper sticking out the back to greet them. they both gaped upon seeing Red Heart’s diaper. Twilight came over and exclaimed, “Celestia, Luna! I’m so happy to see you two!”
She flew over and hugged them and they all embraced each other in a giant winged hug. Twilight then exclaimed, “So I think Spike should have explained everything about what’s going to happen?”
Celestia nodded and eyed the diaper around Red heart’s rump. “So...we understand that there could be some side effects? Spike seemed a bit concerned “of course they hadn’t seen Applejack just yet who was being changed.
Twilight coughed “Well...maybe just a few”
“It won’t make us dependent on diapers hope.” Luan blushed thinking of those thick nighttime diapers she once had worn for an advertisement
Celestia looked at the diaper with a blush secretly hoping that was the case. “Well, I think this is going to be an experience that we’ll never get again. I think it’ll be worth any side effects.”
Twilight waved a hoof. “Come on then let’s get you two all set up. Cadance is waiting.”
The princesses followed Twilight along to the test room spotting Cadance, Shining armor and Spike all standing there. The Princess of Love already inside the pregnant suit testing out a later stage mode.
Shining armor rubbed his hoof over Cadence’s fake baby bump. “Wow it feels so real, it's like she’s pregnant again.”
Cadence turned to the princesses as they entered and cooed, “well, I’ll experience being pregnant all over again and this time with twins!”
Shining squeaked thinking of having two Flurry Hearts flying around and causing chaos. “Good thing this is just a simulation.” a drop of sweat slid down his forehead.
Cadence smirked at her husband. “I said when we got married I want a big family so get ready for a lot more foals after Flurry.”
Celestia smiled warmly. “Oh, I'm sure daddy can handle us.” She jested with a wink as she stared at the large changeling pod.
Luna pokes Celestia's big cake flank. “Are you sure you’ll fit?” She teased. “Do we need to cast a shrinking spell.”
Celestia got a little flustered snapping back. “My flank isn’t that big!”
“I’m sure it will be even bigger when foal fat is involved.” Luna retorted sticking her tongue out.
Twilight came over and explained, “alright it’s time for you two to get into the pod everything is ready to go.”
The princesses both slowly walked into the changeling pod and snuggled into each other as the hole behind them close and the strange liquid started filling up. The alicorns hugged each other getting a bit scared but soon two tubes came out and attached themselves into their belly buttons. they were able to breathe in the odd liquid. They hugged each other curling up as the pod shrank around them and they then could hear a steady heartbeat echoing throughout the pod. It was calming and the princesses waited as they heard their “mother’s” voice for the first time. “Oh, I think that we might be having twins. Look how big my baby bump is.”
Celestia was the first to kick and heard Cadance wince. It made her smile as she did it again lighter. Luna joined in a bit with a few light thumps.
“Oh, they're getting active.”
Shining armor responded, “I hope one’s a colt this time.”
Cadence cooed, “could you imagine if we get twin baby alicorns? Flurry would be so happy being the big sister.”
“Oh wow, that be insane. Can you imagine the look on Celestia’s and Luna’s faces.”
Cadence laughed. “Think about poor Sunburst he has a hard time keeping Flurry happy.”
Celestia and Luna heard the cute conversation and both kicked about some more feeling quite excited.
Cadence giggled, “oh they must be hungry? actually...I’m craving cake right now for some reason? Hey, Twilight do you have any cake lying around?”
“I think I have some birthday cake leftover from one of Pinkie’s parties,” Seh remarked leading the group out to the kitchen.
Chenille met up with the group joined soon by Applejack as well as they stare at the big belly on Cadance. The mare waddled over rubbing a hoof on the tummy. “When you eat so much?” she giggled innocently.
Shining blinked watching Applejack with curiosity. “Is she okay?”
Twilight waved her hoof “oh just a little mental regression.“ She remarked finding this all cute.
Applejack looked over at her friend “Twliy why Cady eat so much?”
Cadence patted Applejack’s head. “No silly, I'm just having expecting a foal is all maybe two. ”
“You eat foaw?” Applejack tilted her head.
Shining chuckled, “no silly, she’s going to bring two little foals into the world.”
“Oh...okay.’
Chenille laughed too sitting the filly down at the table as she got out a bib and foal food. “I think she's just getting hungry too.”
Shining took out the birthday cake from the fridge. “Hey, Cadence I found that cake you were craving.”
Cadance used her magic to lift the cake and started munching on it without even cutting a slice off smearing frosting on her cheeks. “Mm pickles too and peanut butter!”
Celestia and Luna were loving what their mother was eating getting all these different flavors of food being pumped into their bellies. It was quite an interesting experience.
Time went by and it felt like a month for the princesses loving every second being in the comfort of the womb they then heard Red Heart talking as they felt an object hover over them. “Let’s see, oh there they are two little fillies huddled together. From the looks of it, they have horns and wings, they’re alicorns.”
Cadence squealed in delight “yes! Shining were having twins!”
Shining groaned, “oh no!”
Celestia giggled nuzzling her sister and spoke through telepathy “were twins! Told ya! We gonna be born at ta same time!”
Luna shook her head. “Nah uh, I’m gonna be born first.”
Celestia shook her head. “No, I wanna be born first!”
They kicked about some more making Cadnace hold her belly. “Oh dear, they’re already fighting on who’s going to be born first.”
Shining scratched his head. “How do you know that?”
Cadence blushed, “it’s a mother’s intuition. Trust me, it’s something I experience with Flurry.”
Shining nodded “yeah I remember you bought that snail plush “whammy” before she was even born. It was so odd she grew attached to that thing.”
Cadence slowly got up from the hospital bed and asked,” so, Shining, to celebrate with our twins I want to try something fun! I want to go get a spa and get one of those massages specifically for pregnant mares.”
Shining snickered, “you got addicted to those with Flurry but sure I don’t see why not?”
Not long after Celestia and Luna could hear the soft bubbling waters of a hot bath and they could feel the warmth through their mother’s belly. Cadance was humming as she rubbed soft creams on the fake pregnant belly and seemed to be relaxing in a spa set up in Twilight’s castle. It had only one hot bath. Shining himself was behind his wife giving her a massage helping ease the tension from her shoulders and back. “You’ve been really tense lately and not just from the pregnancy. I think we need a vacation away from the castle life.”
Cadence nodded, “We can take maternity leave.” she beamed leaning in to nuzzle him.
Celestia and Luna also felt relaxed loving this feeling and wanting to get out so badly! Shining asked, “how do you want to do the twins bedroom?”
Cadence paused as she cooed, “Hmm, maybe day and night. I don’t know why though. Or Maybe Sunsets and dawns.”
Shining nodded, “good idea, I even got a good deal on nighttime diapers the other day must be a sign.”
Cadence snickered rubbing her tummy some more sighing. “I think one of our fillies might be a bedwetter for a while. Wouldn’t mind keeping them in diapers for a bit.”
Shining scoffed,” that's just your maternal instincts kicking in, wait until their born then we’ll see how long they’ll stay in diapers.”
After the spa, Celestia and Luna both heard clanking and weird sounds coming from all over as shining and Cadence worked on their fake nursery. It was full of smiling suns and crescent moons with two big cribs, and a diaper changing table stocked filled with all kinds of diapers. They took photos just so they could show the princesses later.
Spike watched the pair do their work. “Yeah who knew there was an adult foal store in town for all this stuff.” He commented.
Shining turned to see a curious Applejack poke her head in and Cadence cooed,” Hello there, you wanna see the new nursery?”
“No apples?” Applejack asked peering around as she waddled on in.
Cadence being an experienced mother inspected Appelajc’s diaper. “Sorry little one, no apples. But I think somepony needs a change if that's ok?”
“Me no wet.” Applejack blushed trying to deny it despite the light yellow stain. “M-me big filly.”
Cadence hugged Applejack and nuzzled her. “Its okay even big fillies have accidents there’s no need to feel ashamed.”
“Okay,” Applejack hugged onto Cadance neck feeling the alicorn raise her onto the changing table thanks to the princess’s alicorn strength.
Shining smiled seeing how happy his wife was. “It just comes so naturally for you?”
She waved a hoof. “You're a good dad Shining, don't think I haven’t caught you enjoying changing Flurry’s diapers.”
“Well, when she, not a big stinker that is phew” Shining waves his hoof laughing too.
Twilight was taking notes seeing how maternal Cadacne was being. Cadence then turned out the window and cooed, “hmm, I think we need to raise the moon now?” Her horn lit up as the moon appeared in the sky as the sun was lowered. Twilight was astounded. “H...w...how did she do that! she‘s not actually pregnant with Celestia or Luna!?”
Cadence shrugged, “not sure, guess my hunch on making the nursery sun and moon designs were spot on.” she then finished taping Applejack in a nighttime diaper. “There now you have extra protection for the night.”
Spike looked around cautiously. “You sure Discord not secretly watching us right now?” he asked just as a puzzle about Cadance able to raise and lower the heavens.
Cadence took Applejack by the hoof to Cheerilee who dawed, “oh thanks for changing my baby’s diaper and those cute little stars and moons printed on the padding. Oh, what a cute night time diaper.”
Cadence waved a hoof. “It was no problem, she’s such a good little filly. Maybe my twins can play with her once they are born.”
Cheerilee beamed, “Oh that sounds like a lovely idea! By the way, how are you holding up? Did you have any crazy cravings?”
Cadence paused tapping her chin. “Oh, a few, mostly cake and oreo cookies. Can’t eat too much sugar, it will ruin my figure...I had this one odd craving of cake and peanut butter.”
Cheerilee snickered, “Oh your so cute! I remember wanting a lot of apples.”
Cadance asked, “talking about apples, now I'm craving apple pie.” She moaned rubbing her belly “thanks a lot Cheerilee now I'm craving apple pies.” She went back downstairs and opened the fridge taking out all kinds of food, cake, peanut butter, and a whole apple pie and started chowing down. Shining eventually had to come in and drag his wife away. “Alright, that’s enough come on let’s get you to bed.”
He leads the mare to her bed and helped her in soon snuggled together as they drifted off to sleep.
Twilight grinned happily as she looks at her notes. “Oh Spike, we are learning so much.”
“Yeah, I guess so. I”m glad Applejack is happy too.”
Twilight eyes sparkle as an idea came to her. “Oh, all the left is Rarity and Pinkie. Think we could talk them into this test too?”
“Um, I guess but why?” Spike asked trying to imagine either of the two in diapers.
“Well, it would only be fair, all the others got to try it.” Twilight’s smile widened. “And if it made Applejack happy just imagine what kit could do for the others. Fluttershy, after all, seem to just adore being a mother.”
“You think Rarity would make a good mother?” Spike asked blushing a tad.
“Why not l? She does a good job taking care of Sweetie Belle “
“Yeah and I guess Pinkie so foal like in a lot of ways.” The drake looks down the hall. “Hope the princesses can still remember how to do their duties once born. “
Twilight tapped her pen against her chin. “I’m sure it will be still instinctual to them. Although they will be attached to Cadance for sure.”
“I guess we’ll just have to see,” Spike said before heading off to check on everypony.
Celestia and Luna both were quite excited kicking about as they were ready to be born! They could feel the pod opening beneath them Luna pushing on Celestia to get in front smirking as she came out first. Celestia unable to stop it as the slid out.
Cadence came over to the two mares covered in the goo and wiped them off. The two squirmed and babbled incoherent gibberish. The princess of love was confused as she asked, “wait...can you say, mama?”
Celestia babbled excitedly as she raised her hooves and cried, “mama! I wuv ya awot!”
Luna whined as she crossed her hooves and pouted. “Nah uh, I wuv mama mowe! I was bown fiwst!”
Cadence dawed as she hugged the two and nuzzled them “oh just look at you all chubby and acting like foals. Now lay down mama needs to diaper you!” She contently laid the mares down and diapered them up in the very bulky adult diapers. Twilight was astonished seeing how chubby the princesses looked with their cheeks bulging and their bellies bulged outward. Cadence helped the two giant adult foals up and turned to Twilight. “You see, look how relaxed they are. This is going to be a great vacation for these two.”
Luna raised her hooves. “I was bown fiwst I ta big sissy!”
Celestia whined, “onwy by wike a second! Ya pushed me in ta womb!”
Twilight giggled, “well, it was a close call but Luna did come out first but that doesn’t mean you're any older. You’re both twins. Now go on with Cady and be good little fillies.”
They both chirped, “we will!” they bounced off shaking their big diapers as cadence escorted them off. She turned to face Twilight and whispered, “don’t worry, I'll make sure they are well taken care of.” Shining Armor followed behind and shaking his head. “What is going on here? Why are Celestia and Luna acting like this?”
Twilight shrugged, “I’m not sure? But I have a theory, it seems we all have this subconscious need to care for foals or be taken care of. This simulator connects them and even if they're not blood relatives it seems to create a temporary bond as such.”
Shining nodded and seemed to agree but was still concerned and he responded. “yeah, I just hope they turn back to normal soon…”
Twilight nodded. “Well, I’m sure they will be back to normal in about a week. Although I only have Applejack and Rainbow Dash to go off on so we’ll just have to see.”
“Alright, Twily I trust you.” Shining shook his head shrugging.
“Dat my plushie.” Applejack whined, having a min tug of war with Celestia over a plush sheep.
“No mine,” Celestia tugged back having a slight advantage with her size.
Cheerilee, of course, was quick to come over shaking her head. “Now you two, remember what mama said.”
Applejack’s ear dropped as she held the toy to the princess. “To share my toys.”
The teacher nodded. “That’s right, and Tia what do you say?”
“Uh...please?” Celestia tilted her head unsure.
Applejack was unsure as she placed the plush sheep into Celestia's hooves. “Thewe ya go, but ya owe me.”
Celestia took her pacifier and popped into Applejack’s mouth and watched her suckle.
Shining Armor moved over to Celestia after seeing her share., “hey Celestia that was nice of you but you shouldn’t share your pacifier it’s full of germs.”
He took Applejack’s pacifier out as she cried and started to throw a fuss. He squeaked at his mistake and quickly took out a clean pacifier and popped it into her mouth. “There there, here you go”
While they were playing, Luna waddled over and tugged on Cadance’s tail. “Mama, I pee-pee my diapee.”
The princess went about and checked her diaper cooing, “that diaper can hold a lot more, go on and play mama will change you later.”
“But it squishy!” Luna whined.
Cadance smirked a bit as picked up the Lunar princess taking a seat on one the chair nearby and bouncing her up and down with her magic squashing the padding on her leg. Luna squeaked and wiggle at each bounce blushing at the activity. After a few more the princess set her back down ad nuzzle her before looking toward Spike wh was idly watching the playdate.
The drake squeaked as a diaper started to magically tape around his bottom. Cadence turned with a smile, “only babies or caretakers are allowed here, Spike.”
“H-hey I don’t need this.” He tugged on it only for Cadance to turn and give his claw a light slap. “Oh!”
“No bad drake no playing with your diaper.” Cadance scolded.
Spike cheeks reddened looking around for Twilight to save him but didn’t see her at the moment. “But Cadance!” He whined as the princess just gave the padding a light harmless swat.
Shining Armor dawwed staring over with a snicker, “oh I haven’t seen Spike in diapers in such a long time.”
“H-hey help me out here,” Spike demanded feeling small.
Cadance picked him up and placed him in the playpen and pat his diaper. “Go on and play, Spikey I know you want to be treated like a hatchling.”
He blushed and scrunched his padding. “W..we...well...alright but only for a few hours. I’m not going to use my diaper either.”
Shining took him by the claw. “Alright then come on let’s play Candy Land with Celestia and Luna.”
“Do they even know their colours.” Spike asked trying to have fun as he was sat down next to the two with a soft crinkle.
Shining armor chuckled. “Probably not, but I bet we can still have fun.”
Luna giggled too watching her ‘daddy’ set up the board. “Candy,” she said passed her light blue pacifier.
Celestia snapped back. “Nah uh! It says, Bandy Wand! I know how ta wead!”
“But look lollipop!” Luna pointed to the images on the board. “Now I want candy”
Spike shook his head. “No candy till after the game.” he remarked.”
Celestia stuck her tongue out at him. “Nu-uh you ya baby too. Only Dada tells us what to do.”
“But I'm not a baby,” Spike's face kept getting redder.
“Babies wear diapee,” Luna pokes it giggling innocently.
Shining smirked hiding his smile behind a hoof. “Oh, she has point, Spike. Now let teach them how to play the game.” He hugged Spike as any father would.
“Yeah, okay.” Spike can’t help smiled at the attention as he set the pieces on the board. “See you just move to the colour on the card” he held up a red square. “See this is red.”
“Oh red like sunsets,” Celestia cooed clapping. pointing at the card.
“Yeah, just like that.” Spike nodded as he took his piece moving it to the first red square.
Twilight watched the sight sitting with the other parents at the large table. Sorting her notes she beamed proudly. “I’m so glad you all could help with this experiment. It’s a real eye-opener.”
“Oh it’s a great time Twilight,” Cadance said sipping her tea. “We can stay a day to watch over Celestia and Luna.”
“What about Flurry?” Twilight asked turning to watch Spike teach the tow princesses.
“Don’t worry, Sunburst can handle her for a bit.” The princess of love waved her hoof smiling. “So what’s next for your project.”
Twilight smiled as she poured Rarity and Pinkie Pie some fresh coffee along with having fresh pancakes courtesy of Spike. The other big foals were in a different room being cared for.
"Rarity thank you for doing this. I know this is probably something you would never consider doing."
The fashionista waves a hoof and scoff, "think nothing of it, darling. I'm happy yo try this pregnancy thing. in fact, I was thinking of a new line of maternity dresses so having the body of a pregnant mare will help me consider what I need to think about when making them."
Pinkie slurped up some maple syrup exclaimed "oh this is so exciting! I can't wait to be a baby like the others!"
Twilight blushed seeing that Pinkie Pie knew about the effects, "y...yeah… were still working on that."
“What do mean Twilight? Isn’t it ready to go?” Rarity tilted her head
“Well uh...there certain um side effects.” Twilight started looking down at her plate.
“Pfft, I’m sure whatever they are is fine. Otherwise, you’d never have asked us all to try it.”
“Oh-oh, so if Rarity is the mother, whos is going to be the daddy? Is it Spike?”
Rarity coughed a bit spitting up some of her coffee. “What, why would you suggest that?”
“Well, who else is available to do it?” Pinkie asked taking a bite out of her pancake.
Spike blushed with a light chuckle. “hey it just a game, like playing O&O.”
“Very well I suppose.” Rarity replied. “This should be interesting.
Pinkie Pie beamed as she finished her plate. "ok Twilight I'm ready!" She bounced off as Twilight shook her head.
"What did I get myself into? she might end up worse than the others."
“I’m sure you know what you’re doing Twilight, this not make mountains out of molehills.”
“You’re right Rarity, let’s just catch up to her.” They head out of the room looking for where Pinkie had gotten off too only to find the pink mare had already climbed inside the womb before she could give any instructions!
Nurse Redheart looked at Twilight. “I’ve never seen any pony move that fast before.”
Twilight flapped her wings in frustration as she roared. "Ugh Pinkie!" She turned to Rarity. "Alright, looks like we need to get you in the pregnancy suit."
Rarity took the suit examining it fein details reminding her of a catsuit as she went about putting it on.
Twilight fiddles with the remote before sighing. "Okay, it's all good to go. I really wish I'd had time to tell Pinke the details."
Rarity watched the belly swell up to the start of a cute baby bump rubbing her belly. She squeaked feeling some kicks. "My goodness sh- well...I guess I should be in character. I mean the foal is quite rambunctious."
Spike blushed as he put a claw to Rarity's belly and feeling kicks. "Wow, that foal really wants to come out soon huh hehe.”
Redheart came over as she explained, "well, it will be several months before he or she can. Now, how about we schedule your appointments?”
“Oh, why of course, then I can try on some of the clothes I've been working on.” Rarity nodded with glee. The thought of a party of sorts came to her mind too, but she put that aside for now as she followed the nurse to the mock-up office. “Oh, what a lovely office too. So much detail.”
Spike asked, " so...is there a chance the baby will be a dragon or a half pony half-dragon baby?"
Redheart shook her head. "No, I don't think your foal will come out as either a dragon or pony. Though a mix specious mating has never been seen in Equestria so who knows really?"
Rarity pats the drakes head. “Maybe our little one will breathe fire from their muzzle.” She played along quite amused by the thought and Spike's blushing face was cute.
Redheart then asked, "so Rarity how do you feel so far any issues with the baby?"
Rarity paused as she replied, "none that I know of, but I now have a sudden urge to eat sweets and cakes more so than ever." She then whipped a cupcake out of nowhere and began chewing on it. “Mmm vanilla.”
“Wow, did you see that,” Spike asked Twilight as Rarity hummed as she ate.
“Yeah, but I don't believe it..just how?”
Rarity turns side to side as she shows off the long blue dress to Spike as they stand in her shop. “It’s the perfect length to cover up the unsightly bump yet still gives a motherly figure don't you think?”
Spike scratched his head. "yeah...But did you notice you gotten bigger since we left the office? you sure your not carrying twins?"
Rarity smirked. "of course not darling, If I was carrying twins I would feel two pairs of hooves kicking my bell She patted her tummy smiling as she pulls another cookie from her mane. “At least I’m not very big. Mrs. Cake did look quite plump near the end didn't she?”
The two looked toward the door as they heard the bell jingle watching as Sweetie Belle skipped into the store beaming. “Hey Rarity, I found this really cool rock.” She then blinked noticing Rarity odd shape and Spike “Huh what’s going on. Why is Rarity so fat?”
“Sweetie Belle,” Rarity gasped appalled. “That was very rude darling, I thought I taught you better than to call a pregnant mare fat."
“Well, I'm just asking,” Sweetie Belle looked at Spike. “How did she get so big.”
“We're playing a sort of game. Twilight’s little experiment.”
“Oh is that why she looks like she pregnant?” Sweetie blinked moving over. “Can I touch it?”
Rarity giggled ‘Oh sure you can Sweetie Belle.” She pulls the dress back letting her sister come up to feel it.
“Wow, it feels so real too.” Sweetie rubbed the bump before watching her sister eat a cupcake from nowhere.
“Yes is a miracle of like darling, now run along I have things to do.”
After trying on dozens of maternity dresses Rarity decided to wear a velvet colored maternity dress and she even redid her mane tying it in a bun. Then afterward being quite hungry she had baked herself dozens of cupcakes. went about delicately gorging on sweets as spike watched in amazement. "How did you do all this!?"
Rarity shrugged as she munched on her food. "Not sure? I kept pulling random ingredients from my mane and went about baking. How strange."
Sweetie Belle came down smelling the sweets and asked, "Can I have some!"
“Oh yes, go right ahead. I’m prepping for the party.” Rarity sang her voice momentary cracked.
Spike and Sweetie Belle both sat down eating some of the cake. Spike blinked confused., "so a party? what kind of party?'
Rarity explained, "Once the gender of our foal is revealed I'm going to be hosting a baby shower. And all our friends are going to be there."
Sweetie Belle giggled, "aww, can I invite my friends!?"
Rarity blushed as she replied, "sorry but only Mothers and their foals will be invited."
Sweetie Belle pouted, "what! so unless I'm in diapers I can't come!?"
Spike blushed, "uh...well aren't you out of diapers?"
Rarity giggled. “Well if you really want to come, I guess I could dress you up like a newborn.” she teased hopping over to ruffle Sweetie’s mane.
Sweetie Belle blushed now not really being sure being dressed as foal would be worth it. "I...I'm not sure...can't I at least be in pull-ups?"
Spike smirked, "nope, I think you would look cute in diapers and a onesie. You can be our practice baby."
Rarity clapped her hooves. "Excellent idea Spike."
Sweetie eeped. “W-what no, I don’t want to be seen like that.” She squeaked more as Rarity took her sister hoof dragging her along. ‘Spike, help!”
Spike shrugged, "when Rarity gets like this I can't really do anything."
“Oh, Sweetie you look great.” Rarity cooed, pinching Sweetiei’s cheek.
Sweetie blushed as she stared in the mirror. Her new padding stuck out of the edges of the blue onesie she’d be dressed in. Her hooves were hugged inside adorable matching booties and a bonnet around her head. “B-but.” Her cheeks were on fire.
Spike snickered putting a claw to his face. “I think you look adorable. A perfect daughter for us.”
“Besides if you behave we’ll go out for ice cream later I promise.” Rarity reassured patting the diaper bottom. “Now let go we have an appointment with the nurse to go too.“ She clapped her hooves. “Oh need to make the invitations too.”
Spike blushed, "let's wait until after we learn about the foal's gender."
Sweetie leaned closer to Spike whispering. “Why does she sound like Pinkie Pie?”
He blushed, "I'm not sure...I think it's a new side effect from the experiment."
Rarity turned her attention to Sweetie Belle and tapped a hoof to her chin. "So...what shall we hide you I do rather not embarrass her...wait! I have an idea!"
The fashionista then pulled a foal buggy out of nowhere tucking her sister inside and pulled the giant blue hood overhead and cooed, "There that way nopony will see you."
Spike shrugged, "alright I guess that works." They then began to walk off through the town towards Twilight's castle with many ponies whispering and giggling seeing Rarity's pregnant belly and the foal buggy. Some ponies did ask questions but Rarity kept shrugging them off. "Oh well ya know I'm just foal sitting and my belly no...i'm not really pregnant it's just an experiment."
She ran to the castle with Spike and sighed "oh dear looks like ponies are going to be gossiping over all that.'
Spike nodded, "yeah let’s just get inside the castle before anyone else comes and asks more questions."
Upon entering the castle Sweetie Belle blushed being picked up from the foal buggy and being set down. Twilight dawwed, "Oh, she's so cute! did you adopt that precious filly!?"
Rarity snickered as Spike smiled. “Oh yes, she needed a home the poor orphan.” He teased.
Rarity rubbed her belly. "I thought a big sister be perfect for my little one."
Sweetie Belle was feeling embarrassed about this at first but she rathered like the attention and she knew none of the ponies here would tell her classmates or any other pony about this and decided to play along.
“Now Sweetie Belle, go off and play with the other foals while I’m at my appointment.” Rarity mothered.
“Others?” Sweetie asked just as Cadance peeked her head out from upstairs. She eeped upon hearing the princess squealed.
Cadence giggled seeing what was going on and played along. "oh just look at you walking all by yourself already. Come on, let's get you settled." Her magic picked Sweetie Belle up taking her back up the stairs smiling. “Tia and LuLu will love a new playmate.”
Rarity smiled some more as she patted Spike's head. “Come along dear, let not keep the good nurse waiting.”
Rarity laid on the hospital bed with Redheart rubbing the weird wand thing all over her belly. They could see on the monitor nearby the shape of Pinkie Pie. Redheart chuckled "looks like a little filly how cute."
Rarity beamed. “Oh yes, a baby sister. Sweetie Belle will love that.” She said pushing when she saw the display Pinkie wink somehow. She rubbed her eyes.
Spike then saw Pinkie Pie sneeze and Rarity sneezed out confetti making Red Heart squeak "Oh wow!? Looks like your filly is quite unique!? I wonder if she has draquinous in her."
Rarity cooed, " I'll love her no matter what species she comes out as." The mare with the help of Spike was taken off the hospital bed and then asked, "I have a question? can I go to the spa still while I'm pregnant?"
Red Heart nodded, "of course, in fact, I had Aloe and Lotus Blossom prep a special message for you.”
“Perfect darling, shall we go Spike?”
While Rarity was sitting in a giant bath filled with bubbles and getting massaged by both Lotus and Aloe Spike was unsure standing back. Rarity giggled, "come on and soak in with me this feels so amazing!"
Spike gulped slowly. “I’m good really.”
Rarity smiled. “Oh don’t be shy, it’s a lovely bath.”
Spike groaned climbing into it and aloe already got her hooves on him scrubbing his scales. "Ugh so...umm...about this party...Should I go?"
Rarity cooed, "of course you should, I think you're going to love it!"
Spike blushed "but you said before only mothers and their foals were allowed."
Rarity snickered, "oh sorry I should've said Fathers are allowed too now don't be embarrassed with all the mothers around.” she cooed leaning into the warm water without realizing it the water turned pink and started to bubble pink foam.
I love parties.
Aloe and Lotus both blinked in surprise as Rarity took out another cupcake and a strawberry milkshake from her mane and began to eat and slurp at the same time.
Spike chuckled, "I think we should name our filly Pinkie Cake."
"That sounds good but not quite right." Rarity paused as she scratched her mane and pulled out a pink frosted lemon meringue pie and giggled, "what about Pinkie Pie it has a better ring to it?"
Spike nodded "yeah it does, besides she's not related to the Cakes."
“Oh, but you never know..” Rarity set the pie down and claps her hooves. “This party is going to be great.”
Twilight smiled sitting with Cadance and Cheerilee. Watching Sweetie play with the other bg foals around. “Rarity even had time to make invitations somehow.” She shows off the little cards shaped as pink diapers.
“Acting just like PInkie well that certain an interesting side effect.” Cadence remarked.
“I know it’s Pinkie but still,” Twilight remarked just as Rarity returned.
Rarity's tummy was now much larger causing the fashionista to waddle. “I”m back dears. How’s Sweetie Belle doing?”
“She’s doing great with the others. She was a little shy at first but now she having fun.” Cadance said pointing as Luna was doing patty cake with Sweetie.
Twilight turned around and asked, "Hey uh...Rarity I have to ask...are you feeling ok? I mean you haven't been acting yourself since the pregnancy started."
Rarity shrugged, "No I've been feeling just fine. Been eating a lot of sugar though. In fact, I feel happier than I did before and I'm really excited about the Baby Shower!"
Twilight took some notes. "Interesting…"
"She sneezed confetti and I'm not one hundred percent sure but I think she farted out pink bubbles," Spike added.
Rarity giggled, "Oh stop that Spike I don't fart out pink bubbles that were just the spa they make different colored water all the ti-" She squealed as a few pink bubbles came from her backend.
Twilight gasped, "Pinkie Pie is definitely doing all this!? but how!?"
Spike blushed, "Don't go crazy like last time. Remember this is Pinkie Pie was talking about she's just as random as Discord."
“I’m still suspecting Discord is involved somehow,” Twilight remarked turning her head to watch Applejack playing with an apple plush.
Sweetie Belle waddled over and asked, "can I play with that."
“But ma appwle.” Applejack hugs her plush close. She kicks a green apple plush over. “You get da one.”
Sweetie Belle picked it up and hugs it as she waddled to Celestia and Luna. "Wook I gotta plushie apple for ya dollies."
Rarity dawwed, "she's making friends so fast."
Spike blushed a bit as he looked at Cadance before watching them play. “So uh can’t wait for the party huh. I didn’t really get anything.”
“OH don’t you worry Spikey, I got the gifts.” Rarity sang throwing streamers into the air.
“What, but we didn’t go shopping at all.” Spike titled his head.
“At least we can donate the items afterward.” Cadence remarked.
It was a day later when the party finally happened with, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash in a diaper, Cadence with Celestia and Luna, and Cheerilee along with Applejack.
“Oh goodie, all our friends are here yippee.’ Rarity said clapping her hooves.
They were in a room filled with pink streamers and confetti covering everything. There was a playpen in the middle of the room for the foals to play in which there were some comfortable couches around the edges. There was a buffet table filled with all kinds of sweets and there was another long table filled with presents wrapped in a pink and purple wrapping.
Fluttershy loved it looking around. "Wow, I wish I had a fake baby shower this is really nice."
Cadence giggled "reminds me of my baby shower for Flurry Heart I made a lot of friends in the Crystal Empire by doing that."
Shining Armour smiled. “Yeah, I wonder where Rarity got all the gifts.”
Rarity despite her big belly hopped over to Cadance hoofing over a wrapped box.“You’re first.”
Cadence slowly opened her package and gasped, "oh my gosh!" She saw two giant packages of diapers one with Celestia's cutie mark on one and Luna's on the other. "Oh wow thank you! these look so cute!"
Rarity then hoofed the next box to Cheerilee. “Oh one for the new mommy.” she sang as the teacher took the box.
Cheerilee blushed as she opens the box finding a nicely stitched blanket with various apple prints on it. “Oh perfect for swaddling.”
Big Mac nodded with approval. “Eeyup.”
He was then given a package as he opened his finding a cute giant fake apple tree with foam apples to stick on it. "Awww baby's first Apple tree so cute."
Up next was Shining Armour who opened his to find two onesies with his cutie mark on them. Rarity cooed, "there's one for Luna and Celestia!"
Shining blushed "oh thanks I guess…"
Soarin was next slowly opening bis package and finding a Wonderbolt style Diaper bag filled with all kinds of Wonderbolt designed foal items. He chuckled, "oh Rainbow Dash is going to love this."
Spike leaned to Twilight “Seriously where did she get all this stuff?” He then watched as Rarity hoofed Twilight a gift too.
“Wait for Rarity, I’m not a mother.” Twilight said confused.
“Of course you are silly, Remember Redheart? and don't try to deny your babying her darling. I could hear her crinkling diapers a mile away." Rarity beamed.
Twilight blushed knowing that Pinkie Pie's influence on Rarity was growing but she took the package and opened it, revealing an adorable foal's doctor's kit filled with a toy stethoscope, cute heart-shaped band-aids, an etch-a-sketch style clipboard and of course a package of diapers for dolls with a big red cross printed on them. "Oh, Redheart is going to love this!"
“Yep, a roonie.” Rarity beamed. “Oh, oh I’m next!” She bounced over the table. Picking up the box and shaking it “ooh, it from Spike.”
“Wait what?” Spike blinked watching Rarity peel open the box and sliding off the lid to reveal a small party cannon shaped can of foal powder.
“Oh just what I wanted! Thanks, Spike.” Rarity hurried over picking up to give him a big hug.
He blushed as he didn't even remember getting that present but he didn't want to ruin the moment.
Cheerilee took out a present wrapped in white and purple wrapping and cooed, "Now, I got this present for Sweetie Belle as she ll be a big sister soon."
She gave it to the filly who eagerly opened it only to squeak seeing it was a girly version or Mr.Smartypants except it had a pink frilly dress and a giant pink diaper. Cheerilee explained, "Big Mac and I thought it would be best you got first hoof experience using a doll."
Sweetie blushed taking it. "Uh...thanks I guess?"
Rarity groaned as her tummy rumbled and she felt more kicks. "Oh, I think the baby is coming!"
They gasped as Rarity was rushed off to the "Womb Chamber" and they found Pinkie Pie being pushed out of the Changeling pod covered in the viscous fluid. She was surprisingly already in a thick diaper, her mane and tail were pretty much gone. She was also even plumper than the other foals as she squealed. "mama wook! I bown!"
Rarity dawed. "Come to mama you big cutie!" she nuzzled PInkie and gave the padding a few gentle pats.
Twilight blinked. “W-what how…”
Spike blinked too. “I have no clue and is she bald?”
Pinkie giggled bouncing over and hugging Spike getting him sticky with pod goop. “Daddy!”
Rarity took her foal by the hoof and scolded her. "Now that was quite a rude darling. Let's get you cleaned up first and then you can hug ponies ok?"
Pinkie blushed and nodded. "Yes mama I be good." She followed Rarity to the spa room to get spruced up.
Spike blushed not even knowing how to respond as Twilight chuckled "So what’s it like to be a father?” she teases Spike shook off the goop.
"Actually...it's quite nice...I wouldn't mind roleplaying for a bit longer.". He replied.
Twilight asked, "you sure you want to stay playing a big pony? I could diaper you up too?"
Cadence giggled. “He looked adorable last time.”
Spike’s cheeks reddened as he thought it over.. "I guess but only for a little bit."
Twilight took out a bulky diaper and a container of foal powder. "Alright Spikey lay down and relax let mommy take care of you."
Applejack giggled watching Rarity wash off Pinkie goop. “Yay new foal.”
“Oh yes darling, you can play with her in a second.”
Pinkie Pie kicked about in the water and asked: "mama what is tis cawwed?"
Rarity giggled "its a bath, and it makes you smell like Cake and strawberry milkshakes. Now let's get you dried up and put in a cute diaper."
She went about powdering her thoroughly and diapering Pinkie's rump in a large diaper with Pinkie's cutie mark on it. Once done, she leads her foal back to the playroom area and set her in with the rest.
Rainbow giggled as she waddles over to her pink friend giving PInkie a light boop. “Hehe tag!” She cheered walking away quickly. Pinkie laughed happily and began to chase after her friend to running around in their thick diapers. Celestia and Luna both flew over. "Hey, we wanna play too!"
Pinkie squealed, "yay! ya, two can play watch out Rainbow's it!"
The two princesses also began running around the room all being chased by Rainbow Dash. Sweetie Belle and Applejack were busy playing with her new fake apple tree both turned their attention to the other foals playing tag. They soon both joined in as well.
The caretakers all watch with smiles as Twilight took her notes. “I guess we’ll just have to see how long they will stay in their foalish states. I’ve learned quite a lot .”
Spike waddling around in his pampers with a light smile. "Hey, Twilight? what if we had one day where we pretended to run a daycare? Like the "parents" would drop off their "foals" and you can watch them until they get picked up."
Twilight smirked, "are you sure this isn't an excuse so you can stay in diapers longer?"
He blushed to scrunch his diaper feeling a bit embarrassed as he exclaimed, "what? no! that's not it! it's for your research!"
Twilight pulls Spike into a hug nuzzling him. “Oh, Spike I can be your mommy whenever you want. No need to feel shy about it.”The other aww as the little drake blushed again yet don't pull away for the hug.”Too bad I can’t put in in a plush egg. I could try though.”
Twilight gave Spike's diapered bottom a light pat. "Go on and play cutie." He giggled waddling after the other foals and met up with Pinkie Pie who booped him on the nose. "Gotcha Spikey ya it!"
He smiled chasing the foals while raising his claws in the air. Twilight took out a camera and began snapping photos and whispered, "I wish we could do this longer."
Twilight smiled with pride looking at the room she recently converted into the big playroom for today’s activity. She was glad this would give her a chance to observe all her friends as they played and take some notes. Staring down at her paper she tapped her chin. “I wonder how long my friends will be in their regressed states.
Spike shrugged wearing his pink apron. “Who knows, hopefully, it will wear off by today.”
“Well we will just have to see, I hope the effects from the changeling pod didn’t alter their minds permanently.” Twilight gulped
“Yeah, that's why I was concerned about this in the first place!” Spike snapped back, crossing his claws. “I warned you many times.”
Twilight sighed, “I know Spike, I’m sorry I was just so caught up in my experiment.”
“The fact we affected the princesses is concerning too.”
“Oh they’ll be fine, Celestia and Luna are just so adorable in this state,” Cadence responded as she stopped by the door.
Celestia and Luna waddled along in their thick padding fighting over a plush teddy shouting. “it\s mine!”
“Stop that you two, you both have tons of plushies.” Cadance scolded as the two princesses turned to her and started to whine.
“But she started it!”
“I don’t care, Celestia, you’re the oldest so I expect you to be better behaved.” Celestia looked down grumbling as she hoof the plushie to Luna. “That’s better.”
Luna hugged it nad stuck her tongue out. “Moon better.”
“Nah uh, the sun is better!” Celestia whined.
“Oh don’t start that again,” Cadance scolded, shaking her head.
Twilight’s face was a bright red feeling quite embarrassed that her experiment made the princesses of Equestria into bickering toddlers. “Really hope this doesn’t have lasting effects. Probably should have asked Thorax about the pods.”
When the group got to the dining room, the big foals were already banging their hooves in the table each wearing cute bibs. Fluttershy was trying to get Rainbow Dash to hold still. “Dashie you can play after you eat.”
“But I wanna play now,” Rainbow whined worming around as any fussy foal would.
“No butts,” Fluttershy scolded, cutting up the pancake into small pieces.
Across the table, Rarity squeaked as Pinkie had managed to splash syrup onto Rarity’s coat. “Gah, PInkie!”
Pinkie giggled innocently. “Sticky!” She bounced up and down clapping her hooves.
Twilight can’t help but chuckle moving over to sit next to Applejack. She watched Cheerieel spoonfeed the foal. “Good morning Cheerilee.”
“Oh good morning Twilight, I hope you got enough data out of this experiment. I”m rather enjoying being a mother.”
Spike watched Applejack’s happy nomming rubbing her head against Cheerilee and smiled too. “I think she likes it too even if she regressed.”
“Well she does miss her mother,” Twilight remarked, eating some of her pancakes.
“Mama,” Applejack cooed in response with a dreamy look.
Cheerilee daw’ed and nuzzled the mare. “Yes, mama’s here.”
As breakfast continued, the big foals all seemed to enjoy goofing around PInkie especially much to Rarity’ dismay.
Taking a moment alone, Twilight made her way to the room with the womb chamber staring at it deep in thought. She eyed the pregnant suit and sighed, “Too bad we won’t be wearing this anymore it was really expensive.”
Red Heart came over with a smile on her face having arrived after finishing up something at the hospital. “Oh, why don't you just wear it? It can still work even if nopony is in the birthing pod.”
Twilight face turned a bright red. “I'm not sure... it was fun but…”
Before she could protest Red Heart was slipping it over the mare’s body and adjusted the settings. “How about we make it look like your having twins.”
“Eeep!” Twilight belly bloated out making her face turn a beat red. “Oh, this is so weird…” She rubbed her belly then turned to Red Heart hearing crinkling under her uniform. “Oh, you’re still wearing diapers?”
Red heart’s face blushed. “Th..they’re just comfortable.”
Twilight moved next to the nurse and lifted up the jacket pulling the diaper back as she checked it teasingly. “Still dry, good filly, do you want a sticker?” Her belly sways as she moved
Red Heart blushed as for some reason she replied, “yeah I went potty all by myself...I just like wearing diapers they so soft.”
Twilight took the headphones from the table and put them on Red Heart’s head. “There now you can hear my heartbeat too. My first foal after all.”
Red Heart sighed hearing Twilight’s deep heartbeat and it was quite rhythmic and soothing she really wanted to go back into that womb and feel safe and secure again. She giggled and rubbed a hoof over the mare’s belly. “Can’t wait to see if I have a sister or a brother.”
“You’ll see soon enough for now let's get some breakfast in you.” Twilight took Red Heart along to the dining room finding one the large highchair still free for use since the others were done eating.
Red Heart cheeks go as red as cherries but she had to admit hse was liking it.
The moment was interrupted by Rainbow as she was blushing trying to hide her diaper as she had an accident. Fluttershy cooed, “oh does dashie need a change?”
“Nuh-uh!” Rainbow Dash whimpered.
Twilight laughed,” aww, its okay your just a foal Dashie.”
“Nuh-uh, I two! Nah a baby!” Rainbow Dash snapped but was taken by Fluttershy and was lead off. “Come on, let's get you changed.”
Pinkie was also being lead along for a diaper change as Rarity sighed, “I hate this part with caring for foals. It is quite uncouth.”
Twilight turned around and checked Pinkie’s diaper. “Oh her diaper isn’t that bad, I can change her after I have feed Red Heart.”
“Why thank you Twilight, you’re such a dear,” Rarity sighed in relief.
Celestia and Luna were also being taken down from their highchairs for a diaper change by cadance who cooed, “looks like Twilight maternal instincts are kicking in. Can’t believe she’s having twins.”
Twilight snickered seeing that Cadance was roleplaying and decided to play along. “Oh yes, can’t believe I'm having twins hopefully it's not triplets. I can see you’re struggling to keep up with those two.” Seeing Celestia and Luna bickering again,
Shining was helping as best as he could Cadance glad to have him around too. “They sure are a hooffull that’s for sure.”
“Oh Shining, you are doing a great job,” Cadence encouraged moving Luna and Celestia hooves away from each other again.
Twilight turned back to her charge and gave Red Heart some pancakes all cut up into small pieces. She forked each piece up and fed her. The nurse chomped down tasting the syrup kicking about with a smile on her face.
It wasn’t long until they were all lead int the large playroom, the two princesses making a beeline for the blocks. Applejack on the other hoof didn’t want to leave Cheerilee’s side seeming almost shy.
Cheerilee giggled thinking of Apple Bloom caring for Applejack. “Oh go on and play Applejack, mommy will be right here.”
Pinkie came over giggling as she booped Applejac’s muzzle. “Boop!” she watched Applejack jumped a bit startled but then began to smile. Pinkie seemed happy about that and pointed to the small indoor slides. With a little encouragement, the two foals waddled off to go play.,
Celestia was smearing glue on paper and dumping pink glitter on it trying to make a sloppy pink heart as Luna was using hoof paint splattering all over a large sheet of paper. Shining smiled. “Aww, what are you making Luna?”
“Art,” Luna replied simply drooling slightly as she had fun.
Cadence snickered, “hehe, I’ll put them up on the fridge later make sure to write your name on it.”
Luna blushed “uh...I dun know how to write,”
“I’ll help you.” Twilight came over and took a crayon assisting Luna in writing her name.
Red Heart had a toy stethoscope and was playing “doctor” on some dolls and plushies as Rainbow watched with a curious look on her face. “What ya doing?”
“Playing doctor wanna checkup?”
Rainbow shook her head, “Nah I healthy and dun need to go to ta docotors.”
Nurse Redheart placed the stethoscope on Rainbow Dash’s chest. “Wow, ya gots a good heartbeat.”
Rainbow felt proud and asked, “oh yeah! Can ya check my wings tey ta best wight?”
Redheart looked over Rainbow’s wings. “Tey fine, but ya should wear ha helmet and some pads when ya fly so ya dun gets booboos.”
Rainbow shook her head “dun need tat silly stuff. Besides I still learning how to fly.”
The mare tried flapping her wings and could barely get herself off the ground. Red heart pointed to a foal bouncer:” ya should practice with tat instead.”
Rainbow climbed into it need a little help from Twilight to secure herself before starting to bounce up and down giggling as she flapped her wings. “See wook I fly all by myself!”
Then all of a sudden as Rainbow was “flying” her mind started to return back to normal. She looked around seeing she as stuck in the bouncer and wearing a thick diaper (that was slightly used making her shout, “what the buck is going on here!?”
Twilight smirked seeing Rainbow’s mind reverted back to normal. “Hey Dashie, good to see you’re back to normal. Do you remember anything from the experience?”
Rainbow kicked about blushing. “Uh some of it,” she then realized the state of the diaper an eeped going red as a tomato. “Gah, get me out of this thing! Why am I diapered!”
“I’ll explain everything but let's get you changed.” Fluttershy cooed patting the diaper making it squish. “My goodness, I just changed you.”
Rainbow bounced about trying to get free. “Stop touching it,” she whined. “This isn’t funny.”
“I don’t know it sort of it,” Twilight remarked, laughing a bit as her friend bobbed up and down. “Come on Dashie, what’s the magic word?”
“Let me out!” Rainbow flapped harder but the straps held her in. She was more embarrassed when the other still regressed friends looked her way and giggled too.
Pinkie laughed, “oh Dashie! You peed and pooped your diapers all week, you should be used to it by now.”
Rarity blinked realizing Pinkie Pie might of never actually been regressed and was just pretending to be a foal the whole time. “PInkie were you acting this whole time?”
“A little,” PInkie blushed and waddle over to Rainbow tickling the mare’s tummy.
“Haha,” Rainbow laughed being ticklish. “N-no stop it, just get me out of this thing!” Her laughter only making her go higher.
Rarity groaned but smiled too despite what she’d been through as Fluttershy undid the buckled and helped her friend out the bouncer. “Do you need mommy help?” Fluttershy teased.
“No way!” Rainbow blushed easily ripping the diaper off her bottom before stomping off to find a bathroom stopping to look at Twilight. “Ugh, this is so embarrassing.”
Twilight motherly pat Rainbow’s head. “Well, you were a good foal regardless, just glad your back to normal.”
“Wait...are you pregnant!” Rainbow shouted.
“What! No this is just the pregnant suit it's supposed to just simulate pregnancy. Remember I told you this when we started” Twilight squeaked,
Rainbow blushed. “R...right, yeah...guess I would be lying if I didn’t say being a foal was relaxing,,, next time can I at least be in potty training?”
Twilight smirked, “You want to do this again?” She laid Rainbow Dash down getting out the wipe to clean off the stell wet bottom.
“Ma..maybe I mean...I would if I could do it without the diapers.”
Twilight float over another. “Oh but this is daycare simulator, all foal got to wear them.”
“What about training pants? At least then I can use the bathroom.”
“Hmmm, well I suppose somepony got set an example fo the others,” she mothered swapping the diaper for a pair of pink trainers. She slips them onto Rainbow before letting her up. “Only ones left still regressed are Applejack and the princesses. On the bright side, this is giving me plenty of data to work with.
As the friends talked, Celestia and Luna were covered in paint and glitter showing their pictures to Cadance and arguing about who had made the better art.
“Mine had more glitter!” Celestia whined.
“Yeah, we’ll mine bluer.”
“MIne’s bigger!”
“Okay enough you two, they are both very nice. Why do you two argue so much?
Luna and Celestia shouted, “We wanna be ta best process!
Cadence hugged them both nuzzling them. “I think you two are the best princesses.”
The two closed their eyes for a moment swaying their heads sid to side as they became clear-headed. Luna a the first to open her eyes and saw her sister all diapered up not realizing she in the same boat. “Pfft, hahaha!”
Celestia scoffed,” you’re in diapers too and from the looks of it you peed.”
“Haha, well yours is bigger, must be all that cake.” Luan joked blushing when Cadance pressed a hoof into the padding.
Cadance sighed, “You two make Flurry Heart seem like a cakewalk.”
Celestia also was embarrassed by tried to stay more regal. “Well apologies for that, we are always quite the comparatives sisters.”
“Quite a sister, but I still say my art is better,” Luna replied, ignoring what she was wearing for now as she stuck out her tongue.
Celestia scoffed, “at least I’m more potty trained then you! My diaper is still dry!”
Cadance snickered checking both their diapers. “Alright, enough arguing I need to clean you up and change your diapers.”
Luna playfully pokes Celestia’s. “Oh yes, and make hers much bigger.”
“Oh yeah, you probably need the thick nighttime ones.” Celestia retorted.
Shining started to laugh. “Oh dear, they are still acting like children even when back to normal.”
“Are not!” The two royals retorted.
Cadence rolled her eyes. “Well do you two want fresh diapers, or are you done being foals?”
“Sorry, Cady.” Both princesses replied as they laid down on their backs for their change.
“Alright sweeties we can keep playing,” Cadence cooed finding it rather adorable on how they were acting. Maybe it was a side effect of the process but was still cute for however long it would last.
Applejack being the last one to still not be regressed waddled over to Twilight and hugged her before feeling the big pregnant belly. “You having a baby?”
Twilight nodded, “yeah, you were in Cheerilee’s tummy huh?”
Applejack nodded and smiled, “yeah and heartbeat nice and calming, me miss it”
“Oh well how about this,” She took the headphones that had been put aside and placed them upon Applejack’s head. “Listen to mine for a while.”
Applejack instantly relaxed leaning on Twilight some more as she sighed. Rarity and Pinkie came over watching the sight. Pinkie blinked. “Do you think she’s acting like I was,” she asked giggling getting a glare from Rarity.
Cheerilee approached as well. “I think that she might just want to stay like this for a little. I don’t mind playing her mom for a bit longer..”
“What about teaching at the school?” Twilight asked, petting Applejack’s head.
“Oh I’m sure you can babysit her, or maybe Granny Smith could. Depends ow long she stays like this.”
“Hopefully she isn’t stuck like that,” Spike added in. “Or she is intentionally fighting the change back to normal.”
Twilight sighed, “well to be fair, out of all of us she had the least time with her mother and most likely just wants to keep that for a little bit longer. “
“Mmmm,” Applejack cooed enjoying the heartbeats staring at her friends and waving.
“So can I keep playing Rarity, can I?” She asked bouncing up and down eagerly.
“Yes darling, go right ahead.” She then took a seat on the couch sighing with relief.
Rainbow Dash was happy as she strolled out of the bathroom in her pink pull-up shouting, “I went potty myself!” Twilight laughed clapping her hooves. “Good job ill be sure to give you a sticker.”
“Yay, best potty goer ever!” Rainbow Cheered back.
Spike blinked raising a claw. “She’s still acting young Twilight, you sure she’s okay?”
“Oh come on Spike, it’s adorable and she’s so proud of herself.” She patted his head. “Bet you want a potty chart too?”
Spike groaned, “that pregnant suit is making you like this stuff, you need to take it off.”
“No, I don't want too,” Twilight pouted. “Baby Red heart likes it.”
Red Heart blushed. “yeah, Spike this is really fun, why don’t we let Rainbow and Applejack stay like this for another week?”
He sighed, “here we go again.”
Twilight giggled hugging Spike close.”Don’t worry Spikey Wikey, you can train alongside Rainbow.” She teased nuzzling him. “If they want to stay over I’d be happy to watch them.”
“I swear that suit is making you like this, you’re not normally so...motherly.”
“But Spiiike, think of the research,” Twilight protested. “A test of toddler development”
Spike blushed, “so you’re going to treat me like a baby too?”
“Only if you want to Spike,” she kissed his forehead. “I bet h princesses can visit when they aren’t busy.” Twilight glanced over at Celestia and Luna. “What do you two think?”
“We will see if we can stop by if possible,” Celestia said wigging her rump. “Maybe these will become a fashion trend.”
“Not in a million years!” Rarity exclaimed.
“You never know, my opinions on things do carry lots of weight.” Celestia teased.
The group all laugh at the events as everyone settles down. Spike still red in the face hugged Twilight. “Okay, I’ll play along.” With that, he waddled over to Applejack and Rainbow Dash and sat down to play.
Twilight beamed with pride rubbing her tummy. “I know this experiment was worth it.”
