The Ninjas take a vacation and meet the Crystal Gems

After a great battle, the Ninjas Decide to take a vacation, so they go to Beach City, where the water is warm, the sun is hot, and The Crystal Gems live. But their vacation turns upside down when their old enemy Kraang Subprime returns with an mysterious ally from another dimension. Fortunatly the Crystal Gems have The Ninja's backs

Ninjas meet Gems

One Evening in New York city, the Rainbooms were in the lair with the Turtles, April, Casey, Karai, and Shini. Everyone was tired after a long day of fighting crimes through out the city.

"Whooo, am I worn out." said Rainbow Dash.

"Ah don't think I could take another punch." added Applejack.

"Yeah, even Casey Jones is tired." Casey Jones put in.

"Yes who would have guessed we would face a hoard of mutant gnomes and bananas led by a mutant turkey bent on taking over the city." Fugitoid concluded.

"Yeah, Hey when was the last time we took a vacation dudes?" Mikey asked.

Everyone looked at each other looking for an answer, but not had one.

"I for one agree with Mikey, we have been working a lot lately, we could use a little break." Leo said.

"I agree, and I know just where to go, I heard of a city that has the best beach ever, Infact the beach is so beautiful that is why the town is called Beach City." Sunset added.

"Then that's where were going, everybody pack your bags were headed for Beach City." Twilight Pronouced

"Sweet!" Rainbow Dash Exclaimed.

"WERE GOING ON VACATION!!!" Both Pinkie and Mikey shouted.

Soon enough everyone was packed and ready to go. They get all the luggage in the shellraiser and set out for Beach City.

Before they knew it, our heroes arrived at Beach City. There were so many sights to see and many things to do they did not know where to begin.

"So what do you guys want to do first?" Leo asked.

"Oooh, Can i go to the amusment part?" Pinkie Pie begged.

"I would like to see some of the sea animals." Fluttershy added.

"I would like to see the observitory." Donnie noted.

"Actually I heard stories from a group of people from here regarding a group of heroes who were said to have been on earth for over 5750 years." Twilight explained. "These warriors called themselves the Crystal Gems and have defended the Earth from powerful threats."

"That sounds AWSOME!!" Rainbow Dash Exclaimed

"CRYSTAL GEMS!! HAHAHAHA THERE ARE CRYSTAL GEMS!!" Rarity started but when she noticed everyone staring she soon she pulled herself together and added "Ahem, please continue"

"Um, yes. Anyway they have a couple of nights ago returned after making peace with the leaders of another planet." Twilight concluded. "It's a very interesting story and I want to see if it is true"

"Well I know I certanly want to meet them." Sunset stated "Let's put it to a vote." Sunset then turned to everyone and said. "All those in favor of meeting these Crystal Gems, say aye."

"AYE!!" Everyone shouted.

That night our heroes found a large mountain with a statue on the front. The statue has four pairs of arms with 4 arms spread out, and the other four converge on the statue's navel. Of the four spread-out arms, only the top-right arm with an intact hand and the broken-off remains of the other hands can be seen sticking out of the beach sands in front of the statue. The four arms that converged on the statues navel held a house with a stair case leading to the door.

"Is this where you say they live?" Karai asked.

"Yep this is the home of the Crystal Gems." Twilight confirmed.

"Um is it a good idea to come here at night?" Fugitoid asked, concerned. "I mean what if they think we're theives?"

"Not if we knock on the door silly" Pinkie reassured him.

"Pinkie, wait!" Twilight tried to stop her.

But it was too late. Pinkie was at the door ready to knock when the door opened revealing a tall woman. She had medium, maroon colored skin, and black hair styled into a cube-shaped afro with an orange visor in the shape of the top of a star. She wore a body suit with an unusual coloring. The upper torso is pink with a white, 4-pointed star on top with a light pink outline which also face sideways. The abdominal area is pinkish-red on the left side, and medium blue on the right. The legs are completely indigo and magenta at the toes. Her shoulder pads are also a brighter shade of pink than her skin, and she wore gloves and wedding rings.

"I knew that you would want to knock" The woman said, much to the shock of our heroes.

Intros & Flashbacks

The Rainbooms and the Turtles stared at this woman at the door, astonished that she knew that Pinkie Pie was going to knock on the door.

"What do you mean you knew that we would knock" Raph asked, confused.

"Well you see I have something that lets me see events to come." The Woman explained smiling. "I call it Future Vision."

"Whooooooaaaaa, that's totally rad dudette." Mikey said, with his mind blown.

Suddenly Twilight gasped "Your one of the Crystal Gems, aren't you." she said excited.

"Why, yes I am." the woman said before introducing herself "The name's Garnet."

"Awsome name." Rainbow Dash complimented.

"Thanks." Garnet said before adding "Hey would you like to meet the others."

"Yeah, That's why we came isn't it." Mikey said, excited.

"OK, Follow me." Garnet instructed.

They soon entered the house. it was like any other house with a kitchen, furniture, and a bathroom. but Sunset saw a picture of a beautiful woman. she had bright-peach skin, black eyes, very long, curly pink hair styled in thick, tube-like ringlets, and defined lips with a pale pink color. she also wore a strapless, floor-length, lilac and snow trimmed, tiered white and usually pink dress with multiple layers, resembling the petals of a rose. It had a star-shaped cutout in the navel area showing a gem. She wasn't sure but there was somthing familiar about her.

"Everyone else is in the arena." Garnet said. "Follow me."

"So how are we going to get there." Mikey asked.

"We'll use the warp pad." Garnet said.

"Warp pad huh, sounds fun." Shini said.

Well Shini spoke too soon, cause when everyone arrived to the arena everyone except Garnet was feeling sick to their stomachs.

"Don't worry you'll get use to it after a while." Garnet said. "Come on."

They soon go down to an arena where they see the rest of Crystal Gems sparing each other.

"Oh hey Garnet." said a little boy in the arena when everyone stopped for a breather. he was relatively short with a thick, stocky build. He has curly dark brown hair and full black irises, which Leo guessed can sometimes have stars as the pupils when he gets excited or optimistic. He wears a salmon-pink T-shirt with a gold star in the center of it. He also wears cuffed blue jeans and salmon-pink flip-flop sandals. He had a gemstone, a pink diamond, which is where his navel should be. "Are these the visitors you saw in your Future Vision."

"That's right Steven." Garnet awnsered.

"Cool, so you guys have names?" Steven asked.

"My names Leonardo." Leo started introdusing everyone "These are my brothers Donnetello, Michelangelo, and Raphael. And these are our friends, Twilight Sparkle, Sunset Shimmer, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, April O'Neil, Casey Jones, Fugitoid, Karai, and Shinigami."

Now it was Steven's turns to make introductions. "I'm Steven Universe. and these are my friends. You already know Garnet."

"How right you are Steven" Garnet stated.

He then turned to a young Indian-American girl of dark brown skin and slim figure, slightly taller than Steven. She has a prominent nose, black eyes with thick eyebrows, and dark brown puffy hair. She wears a white, button-down, collared tank top, gray button-up shorts, her pink glow bracelet, and peach sneakers with white bottoms, laces, and socks. "This is Connie,"

"Nice to meet you." Connie said with a smile

Next Steven introduced the other Crystal Gems. He started with a Gem about Steven's height. She wears a black tank top that it is torn open at the chest to reveal her gemstone, dark mauve shorts with black stars on each legs, and her boots are white. "Amethyst,"

"Yo" Amethyst said with a cool tone.

Steven then turned to slender gem with a thin build, ivory skin, sky-blue eyes, a pointed nose and thin lips. Her hair has a peach color and resembles a pixie-cut in the front, while in the back, her hair leads to a point. Pearl is without eyelashes or pupils, although they have been seen in some close-ups. Pearl's gemstone is located in the middle of her forehead and has no facets. She wears a poofy, cyan blazer with a yellow star on the back over a teal-blue top, indigo leggings, and slip-on light pink ballet flats. "Pearl"

"It's a pleasure." Pearl said with a bow

Next he turned to a gem with a slim figure and considerably tall, being about the same height as Pearl. Lapis has cyan skin, cobalt blue chin-length hair with long bangs and fringe that covers her entire forehead, which occasionally looks messier and round, royal blue eyes. Her gemstone is embedded in her back, which takes the form of a water droplet. she wears a backless, halter crop tank top that is blue on top and navy on the bottom resembling half a star. She also wears puffy dark-blue pants, which represent the second half of the star tied up by a bronze-gold ribbon, and matching sandals. "Lapis,"

"Hey there" Lapis said with a calm attatude

Then he turned to a gem with lime-green skin and pale chartreuse yellow hair styled into a tetrahedron shape. Her true eye color is unknown at this time but can be presumed to be some shade of brown-gold, due to being tinted as a color by the yellow color of her butterfly-shaped visor which exposes her forehead. Her mouth and tongue are bluish-gray, and she has a pointed upper lip. Her gemstone is located on her forehead and is shaped like an inverted triangle with flattened corners. Her body suit covers her entire chest and is green at the top with a pale chartreuse yellow star on the front, and her leggings are bright green with a dark green star on each knee. The area between her chest and leggings remain dark green. She also wears pale chartreuse yellow boots. "Peridot,"

"Hmmm I must say, the robotics in your body are quite impressive, Mr.Fugitoid." Peridot said to Fugitoid with interest

"Why thank you" Fugitoid said.

And finally Steven turned to a gem who has a large, bulky body type with broad shoulders and a strong, flat chest that is wider than her lower body. She is very tall for a non-fusion Gem, being slightly taller than Garnet. Her legs are noticeably shorter compared to her arms. Her head outlines the shape of the rest of her body, with a large jaw and noticeable cheeks similar to Steven. Her hair is styled in several dreadlocks in a mixture of several bright tones, all held back by a lilac headband. She has a periwinkle complexion, and she sports a single tattoo-like marking of a star pattern on her left shoulder in a smoky dark red. Her gemstone is located in the center of her chest and is noticeably concave. she has a backless and strapless black top that has a square cutout in the middle to reveal her gem. Beneath that is a long light red attachment with a light and dark red apron-like attachment under it, and both of these have a light red belt around them with a light-pink star that is tilted and cut off by the belt and black top. Her pants are a burgundy color, and she has dark brown boots. "And Bismuth."

"Hey there, If you want a those weapons of your's updated, It'd be a pleasure to do 'Bismuth' with you." Bismuth said with a pun and a smile.

Pinkie laugh "Do 'Bismuth' with you, that's funny."

Mikey laugh "Dude she does puns, how cool is that."

"So Garnet, i was wondering, when did you and the other gems come here." Twilight asked.

"Well, it's a long story." Garnet began. "You see it all began Over 6,000 Years Ago Pink Diamond had begged the other Diamonds for a colony of her own until she was finally allowed to have one. Pink chose Earth to be her colony, and like any other Diamond, she sent her Gems to the planet to begin building structures and Kintergardens. The Prime Kindergarten and other structures were successfully established, but Pink soon discovered the life that lived on Earth. She grew fascinated by humans and other lifeforms and knew that if the colony was completed, the Kindergartens would drain all of the life force from the Earth and destroy all life that lived there. Pink attempted to reason with the other Diamonds as to why they could not complete the colony, but when they did not listen, Pink created an alter-ego named Rose Quartz through shape-shifting. Rose Quartz would be used to start a rebellion in an attempt to save the Earth, and nobody would know that it was Pink Diamond behind it all. Pink Diamond (as Rose Quartz) and her Pearl rebelled, founding the Crystal Gems. 250 years later, Rose explained to Pearl that by joining her, they could never go home, and if they were caught, they would be killed, which Pearl accepted. Over time, Rose amassed an army and was able to connect with many Gems who shared her same ideals, such as Bismuth. At the Prime Kindergarten, Rose gave a speech to the other Quartzes, asking if them if what they wanted was to inject Gems and build structures. She also asks if they will destroy the life that's already on Earth or join it. Rose's message got around and resonated with many Gems. Pink Diamond's empathy towards the Earth and beliefs about the Kindergarten's injustice instigated her to defect from her fellow Gems; she truly cared for every form of life on the planet. Another reason that Pink formed the Crystal Gems was that she disagreed with how Homeworld's society ran; she believed that Gems shouldn't have to do what the Diamonds wanted them to do, but instead choose their own lives and fate. When the Crystal Gems began to make themselves known, Pink Diamond told Yellow and Blue at the Moon Base that the colony couldn't be completed because of them, but they still would not listen. Because of this, Pink Diamond decided to wage war against Homeworld in order to save the Earth. Soon, The Rebellion officially began against the Gem Homeworld. Little is known about the ensuing war. Many battles were fought and took place in different locations all over Earth, such as the Ancient Sky Arena, the Cloud Arena, and the Strawberry Battlefield. Rose was able to keep her army in contention with Homeworld's superior army because of her healing abilities. Once she and Garnet took on a battalion of Quartz soldiers together, and then she and Pearl stopped a drop ship when Pearl threw the Nephrite pilot out of the ship. Bismuth supplied the Crystal Gems with weapons that she created in her forge, and Rose kept most of them in her armory. Around this time, Rose and Bismuth had a fall out due to conflicting ideas, leading Rose to bubble Bismuth and tell the Crystal Gems that she was lost at the "Battle of the Ziggurat". Sometimes humans also fought alongside the Crystal Gems. 500 years later, Around this time, Pink Diamond no longer wanted anything to do with Homeworld or her duties as a Diamond. With Pearl, Pink Diamond crushed up dirt and turned it into pink shards. Pink ate the shards and then had Pearl shapeshift into Rose and pretend to shatter her in front of other Gems. From that point on, Pink Diamond was now able to live freely as Rose and Pearl belonged to nobody. At this point, Earth is no longer seen as a viable colony to Homeworld. With one final effort to wipe out the Crystal Gems, the Diamonds unleashed the Corrupting Light,corrupting any gems exposed to the blast. Rose was able to protect herself, Me, and Pearl from becoming corrupted with her shield. The remaining Crystal Gems used their abilities to defend Earth from countless threats. As Rose wished, the Crystal Gems contained the Corrupted Gems in bubbles. Rose made it the Crystal Gems' mission to one day figure out how to cure Corrupted Gems. The Crystal Gems also met and recruited Amethyst, who popped out of the Prime Kindergarten too late to fight in the Rebellion. Years later we came to beach city to settle down."

"Whoa, that is some crazy history." Casey said, astonished.

"You know, I think I met Rose once." Sunset said.

Garnet, Pearl, and Amethyst looked at each other, wondering.

"Sunset, where are you from?" Garnet said, curious.

"Well it's kinda hard to believe, but I come from a magical world of talking ponies called Equestria." Sunset began. "I came to Earth because I was mad at my teacher, Princess Celestia."

She then went on about how she returned to steal the crown of one who she would later call a friend, Princess Twilight Sparkle, how she stopped the Dazzlings, a group of sirens who reformed later on, went to New York, met the Turtles, and learned ninjistu, met Sci-Twilight at the Friendship Games, helped save the earth from the Triceratons, and defeat many villains, including their old nemesis, The Shredder.

"And that's my life all in a nutshell, crazy right." She said humorously, only to find Pearl and Garnet staring at her with shock.

"Do you think it's her Garnet." Pearl said.

"Maybe, there's only one way to find out." Garnet said to Pearl, then she turned to Sunset. "Sunset do you remember anything that happened before Princess Celestia took you in as your student."

"Well back when a was younger, I was an street urchin in the gutter, where I, along with others like me struggled to survive." Sunset began "Suddenly three teen dragons showed up and shook us down for money. I tried to fight them back but i was small and they were big. Then all of a sudden four unicorns showed up and fought them off, the leader had a large mane that when along her back like a swoth of roses. And after the dust settled she wanted to give me a gift. She kissed my horn and it felt like a great magic flowed into me. It was so powerful that the first thing i did was blast a large beam of magic out. I thought she would be mad at me, but instead she just laughed and said "don't worry, I have a feeling that you'll learn to use it well." and no sooner had she said that then Princess Celestia showed up before me and said, "It seems you were given a great gift, how would you like to learn how to use it." I smiled and said yes. We started to leave but when i turned around to thank the unicorn who gave me this gift, she was gone."

"No way." Amethyst said, her mind blown.

"Sunset, I believe we were the ponies that saved you all those years ago."Garnet said to Sunset

Sunset stared in amazment "Are you sure?" she asked, wondering if what she said is true.

"Was there anything about the other unicorns you remember." Garnet said.

"Well, one of them wore a cool pair of glasses, just like you." Sunset remembered. Then she had flashes of Garnet looking like one of those ponies. "No way. It is you, but you look so different. How is that possible?"

"Well it's complicated unless you think about it. Sometimes, if our bodies are badly damaged, we release our physical forms and retreat to our gems to regenerate." Garnet explained.

"Hmmm, yeah if you think about it, it does kinda make sense." Sunset said.

"I can't believe it!" Pearl said excited "it's been so long since we saw you. Rose couldn't stop talking about you. She would be so proud if she saw what you've become"

"Hehehe Yeah" Sunset said at first but then she asked "Wait, what do you mean 'if'.

"Hi, um acually, I'm Rose's son, she kinda turned into me." Steven started to explain and lifted his shirt revealing his Mom's gem "Well I have her gem, the rest is from my dad."

"Wow. That's just, wow" Sunset said with her mind blown.

"Well it's not easy to accept her choices, but we have to work with them." Bismuth said, speaking from experience.

There was silence for a moment, then Rainbow Dash asked. "So what were you guys doing before we got here?"

"Oh we were doing a sparing excercise to keep our skills sharp." Connie said and then she asked "Hey do you want to join us."

The Turtles and the Rainbooms looked at each other for a moment, then Leo said "Sure we'd love it."

Unaware to any them a cloaked spy drone was watching them and relaying what it saw to a dark room on a mysterious ship, where a Kraang droid was watching them.

"That which is known as Kraang Subprime, We have located those which are known as the Turtles and the Rainbooms." he reported to his boss "They are with those which are known as the Crystal Gems."

And there on a seat was what looked like an quartz soldier, but a compartment opens in the chest revealing Kraang Subprime himself.

"Excellent find there." He said with satisfaction "Get ready to face my wrath, miserable terrapins and teenagers. Mwahahahahahahahahaha!" He laughed like a maniac, knowing revenge will finally be his.

.Sunset's memories of meeting Rose Quartz is based on the opening of Mickey, Donald, and Goofy: The Three Musketeers.

.Bismuth said the same words that Pearl said to her in her debut of the show.

.I thought it creative for Kraang Subprime to have a body based on the body of a Quartz soldier to fit in with the theme. I won't tell you what he has planned you'll have to guess that

Introduction to Mutation & Fusion

Shortly after the sparring everyone was worn out and ready to call it a day so they all returned to the house to relax and eat. All the time Peridot was of what to say to the Turtles so they wouldn't be offended.

"So I was wondering, how did you four come into being like you are now?" She finally asked.

Leo knew what she was talking about and said "Well it's kinda a long story and it all started with our deceased father, Hamato Yoshi."

"Or as we like to call him, Master Splinter." Pinkie said to Garnet, who couldn't help but chuckle a bit.

"Many years ago he was once human, and he used to live in Japan. He was head of the Hamato ninja clan as it's ninja master. He lived a happy life with His lovely wife Tang Shen and His beautiful daughter Miwa, Who grew up to be Karai. But one day all that was taken from him. His old friend, Oroku Saki AKA The Shredder, who became Yoshi's rival due to his jealousy of Yoshi's love for Tang Shen laid siege on his home burning it to the ground and taking the life of his wife and stole his daughter in the process. Afterward Shedder took Miwa in and turned her in to Karai"

"Whoa that's deep." Amethyst said.

"Yeah my childhood was pretty messed up." Karai admitted.

Leo continued, "After that he left Japan in hopes of beginning a new life. he moved to New York. Though he was still alone he decided to fill that void in his heart by adopting four baby turtles he happened to find in a local pet shop."

"That was us." Mikey answered, as the Turtles and Rainbooms groaned and chided Mikey for spilling the beans.

Leo carried on, "After exiting the shop, he bumped a strange man on the street. Something felt off about him. Curiously, he decided to investigate. He followed the man into an alley to see he was meeting with three other men just like him while holding a canister containing a green ooze. He was eventually discovered by them when he accidentally stepped on a nearby rat. The men attacked, but he fought back and in the process caused the canister to shatter releasing it's substance upon himself and his turtles. The mutagen as it is known as affected his DNA and mutated him into the last thing he touched."

"A rat." Twilight added

"Yes. And the mutagen had mutated us turtles into human like. Because of his
mutation he fled to the sewers before taking us turtles with him. Over time our minds had begun developing a form of human intellect thanks to the ooze. He knew eventually we would desire to go up to the surface, but he knew we wouldn't last long. So he trained us in the art of ninjitsu so that when we were ready we would be able to defend themselves."

"And lived down in the sewers for years?" Connie asked, astonished.

"Over fifteen years to be accurate." Donnie answered.

"how do stand the smell?" Lapis wondered.

"It's not so bad once ya get used to it." Mikey answered.

"Did you ever find the men who carried the mutagen" Pearl asked

"More than I could've ever imagined." Raph said.

"What do ya mean?" Bismuth asked, confused.

"Well, have we got a story to tell you." Leo answered, as he and his bros started telling the gems their adventures in New York before meeting the rainbooms. About dealing with the aliens known as the Kraang, as well as their exploits of facing mutants that the mutagen created.

When they were finished, Steven, Connie, and the Crystal Gems were in total shock "This is so unbelievable." Pearl gasped

"So extraordinary." Garnet added.

"So awesome!" Amethyst beamed.

"You know, a couple of months ago, I did read a newspaper about an alien invasion and the aliens being defeated by some sort of ninjas, but i just thought it was a tabloid rumor." Connie said.

"Been there, done that" Sunset Shimmer said.

"Hey, whatever happened to the Kraang?" Steven asked.

"They're all back in Dimension X." Donnie answered.

"And hopefully they'll stay there this time." Raph added.

"But if they ever return or send a monster after us, we'll be ready for them." Mikey said

"Yeah but what are the odd of that happening soon?" Leo pointed out.

Then all of a sudden, as if on cue, there was a loud noise coming from outside. Everyone rushed to see what it was. when they got there they descovered a large monster rising out of the water. it was green and slimy and eminating a strange glow. It's ribs were completly visible and when it opened it's mouth, drops of goo were falling of it's lips.

"I am H-Man and I have come to destroy you." The monster anounced in a slobbery voice.

"You welcome to try, Creepy Mcevilstine." Casey quipped.

"Steven, you and the others make sure no civilians get harmed." Leo said. "We'll handle this guy."

As the Turtles and the Rainbooms went to fight H-Man, Steven and the others looked at each other for a minute, they knew it wasn't their fight but they knew they had to help

"Wait, Leo! we want to help out in any way we can, Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and i will help you fight that thing." Steven said.

"Yeah and Lapis, Bismuth, Peridot, and I can keep the civilians safe." Connie added.

Leo looked at the group, and knew right away the expirienced stuff like this before. "Ok lets do it.

So while half of the Crystal Gems went to evacuate the area, the other half went to join the Turtles and Rainbooms in the battle.

"Ok so what's the plan?" Donnie asked.

"What else, save the day." Rainbow Dash said.

Soon everyone was fighting H-Man with their weapons and skills. They landed some good hits. Everytime H-Man wasn't expecting it, one of them would hit him with an attack. Then Amethyst saw a fist headed towards Mikey while he was whacking at some of the monster with his Nunchucks

"Look out" Amethyst said to Mikey before grabbing him with her whip.

"Whoo, Thanks. I thought I was going to turn in my shell there." Mikey said.

"No problem, saving folks at the last second is kinda what I do." Amehtyst said with a smile.

As the fight raged on, Twilight was hitting H-Man hard with her kamayari sickle spear, when a mound of slime built up behind her long enough to get sliced down by Pearl's trident.

"Whoa, excellent timing there Pearl." Twilight complimented.

"Thank you, I try my best." Pearl said cheerfully.

Meanwhile, Raph was in the clutches of a slimy hand stabbing at it with it's sais to no avail, then it let go of him when Garnet hit it with her gauntlets.

"Phew, you know i don't say this a lot but thanks for the hand." Raph said "To be honest i sometimes let my anger get the better of me, but i am working on getting it under control."

"I'm sure you'll do just that." Garnet said with comfidence

Sunset Shimmer was fighting some of the monster with her kunai daggers, unaware that some slime hunched over her, when a shield knocked it away before returning to Steven.

"Nice job, you do your mother proud." Sunset said with pride, knowing he's the spiting image of her mother.

"Hehe, thanks, coming from you that's saying a lot." Steven said, blushing a little.

Soon they had H-Man down but not out. He grew to ten times his size and roared at them.

"Whoa, i don't think even we can handle that." Spike said, scared.

"Leave it to us." Garnet said before turning to Pearl and Amethyst. "Alright, it's time to put an end to this.

"Uhhhh, what are the doing?" Rainbow Dash asked confused.

"Just watch." Steven said.

The three started to dance and moved toward each other, then turned int a mass of light before turning into a is a massive fusion with bright magenta skin and six arms. Her eyes are covered by a dark-indigo visor. Instead of a third eye, like Garnet has, she has an alexandrite gemstone, representing the location of Pearl's gemstone, with three dark-indigo oval-shaped lenses surrounding it. Alexandrite's primary face has a structure similar to Pearl's and plump lips like Amethyst and Garnet. This face functions as a mask, covering a second monstrous mouth that has sharp teeth and a long tongue. Both mouths are capable of speech. Her thick, turquoise hair is a collision of all the Crystal Gems' hairstyles. Her attire was a combination of the Crystal Gems' clothing: The teal bodysuit with a four-pointed star cutout on each knee resemble Amethyst's, the flats and large, shoulder plates, which are dark indigo and white respectively, resemble Garnet's, with the collar having a slight tear on one end, and the dark pink belt resembles Pearl's. The gloves on each pair of arms were the skin tone of her three constituent Gems (Lilac for Amethyst, dark magenta for Garnet, and aqua for Pearl). She appears to have a diamond-like cutout on her chest resembling the pink diamond on Pearl's Space Suit. Her legging cutouts are a dark teal.

"Whoa, who is that?" Rainbow Dash asked, too stunned to say more.

"This is Alexandrite." Steven introduced. "She's the fusion of Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl."

"That is a very neat trick." H-man started "But it won't be enough to save you."

"We don't have to fight! You're outnumbered." Alexandrite said in a booming voice.

H-Man smile. "I maybe outnumbered, but your out of your league." He started "I'm going to enjoy tearing you apart."

Alexandrite roared before charging at H-Man. It was a clash of titans, A fusion of three gems vs a monster of pure hazardous materials. both sides tooks some good shots but H-Man was getting tired. Alexandrite knew it was time to end this and drew a bow and arrow out of air.

"You look like you need a time out" Alexandrite said before shooting a glowing arrow at him. When it hit, all the slime turned to water and went into the ocean. A body then fell onto the sands unconcience but alive. Alexandrite knew her job was done and unfused back to Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl. At this time the other Crystal Gems regrouped with the everyone.

"Ok, everyone safe." Connie said.

"Great, thanks" Leo said still astonished from what he saw.

"You guys saw the gems fuse, huh?" Bismuth asked, not too suprised

"Yeah, how did they do it?" Spike asked with bewilderment.

"Well it's quite simple" Garnet started to explain. "Fusions are formed when the participants are emotionally harmonious with each other. This state can be spontaneous, but it is usually achieved deliberately through a synchronized dance. First, you need a gem at the core of your being. Then you need a body that can turn into light. Then you need a partner who you trust with that light. That's how Fusion works."

"That. Is. AWSOME!" Rainbow Dash said with excitment.

"I agree. What other Fusions can you do?" Fugitoid asked

"All in good time. First we should check on him." Pearl said pointing at the unconscious body.

They examined the body and found no fatal wounds.

"How do you suppose this guy turned into H-Man." Lapis said, puzzled.

"There's only one species that could do that." Raph said looking at his teammate who knew what he was talking about.

"The Kraang." the all said simultaneously.

Meanwhile Kraang Subprime was having a tantrum, as usual.

"Can't any of my mutations do anything right. Sometimes I fell like i've surrounding myself with numbskulled imbeciles.

"Maybe I can help." a mysterious voice said. It came from a large dark figure wearing a mask and a suit of armor. he had bag with something inside and a sword in a scabbard.

"Who are you?" Kraang Subprime asked, suprised to see him. "How did you even get it here?"

"Your robots need upgrading." The mysterious figure said, pointing at the way he came in.

"Ah, yes, well, how can you help me?" Kraang Subprime asked.

"Well first off, call me Dusk Quartz." He started "And to answer your second question, ever heard of alternate universes.

Double Trouble Part 1 (The Arrival)

One day, while the others were searching for any signs of the Kraang, Garnet, Raphael, Fugitoid, and Sunset Shimmer were coming back from the grocery store in town.

"Say, Garnet, did Rose ever think about me ever since i was a foal?" Sunset Shimmer asked

"Everyday until Steven was born." Garnet said "She knew you would grow up to be a fine young woman, no matter where or what you were."

"Well, I was wondering, Twilight said you made peace with another planet some time ago." Fugitoid said

"Ah yes, The Gem Homeworld." Garnet said "You see we were trying to figure out how to cure the gems that where corrupted after our final battle with the homeworld gems. So we ravel to Homeworld to discuss the cure to corruption with White Diamond, The head of The Great Diamond Authority. When we got there, Steven learned that Pink threw massive parties for the other Diamonds' accomplishments that every gem from every court attended just for the chance to see all four Diamonds' radiance at once. Steven then announces his plan to throw a huge ball where everyone is invited."

"Man, she would love Pinkie Pie" Sunset said

"Yes she would have" Garnet replied. "And when The ball commences, and Steven is shown greeting the Gems that come up to him, even taking some extra time for Amethyst with her new limb enhancers." Garnet continued "Yellow and Blue Diamond show up as their Pearls introduce them. White Pearl appears and she is shown to be introducing White Diamond, but instead reports that White Diamond is busy with other matters and that she will observe the ball in her place. Steven starts to get bummed out that White didn't attend until Connie asks him to dance. They start dancing, much to the surprise of every Gem present, but fuse into Stevonnie, who you'll meet later, and only notice when Yellow Diamond points it out. Yellow Diamond and Blue Diamond are enraged, and Blue tells them to unfuse. But instead, Me, Pearl and Amethyst who fuse into Opal, who you'll also meet later, and fusion fo two Jades, who we never met before, stand with Stevonnie. Yellow Diamond angrily poofs Lemon Jade, Opal, and Me. Yellow grabs Stevonnie and throws them in a room to let them think about what they've done."

"Isn't that a little harsh?" Raph asked

"Well back then the diamonds were far into the perfections of the universe." Garnet explained. "Anyway, Stevonnie trying to break out of the Prison tower, but this fails, then she saw a window and get a look, and then she fell down when they defuse. Connie gives some snacks to Steven, but he says that they never should have come to Homeworld, as only bad things have come of them being there. Steven then realized what Connie said "call for help" that he might be able to reach Bismuth with his psychic powers, and he falls asleep and enters a psychic plane. Upon finding Earth, he is transported into the body of one of the Watermelon Stevens on Mask Island."

Fugitoid was confused. "Watermelon Stevens? Mask Island?"

"It's a long and pretty weird story" Garnet said, just a little embarressed "After that, Steven goes into their village, but leaves after seeing they are doing a ritual. He jumps off a cliff into the sea, but is washed up on the island and collects sticks to make a boat. The watermelon Stevens take him back to a village, but it appears to be a different tribe, as they worship a statue of Steven when he led them into fighting Malachite. The tribe that worships baby melon arrives and the two fight. Steven leaves and once again tries assembling a raft. The two sides stop fighting and help him build it so he can sail away. In the open ocean, Steven is attacked by a watermelon shark, losing a foot in the process, but he tames it and swims away by clinging to a piece of driftwood. Eventually, Lion finds him floating in the ocean and takes him to Greg, Steven's father. Greg takes him to Bismuth, who is busy fixing the Beach House. Steven tries acting out what has happened on Homeworld, then attempts to draw a picture, but his friends only understand him when he writes a message asking for help. As Steven goes back to sleep to leave his watermelon body behind, Greg gives him a thumbs-up, indicating that he, Bismuth, and Lion have received the message. Steven wakes up in his real body, hoping for the best."

"Well did it work?" Sunset asked, anxious for the awnser

"Yes but they were still fixing their means of getting there." Garnet said. "Soon after, Blue Diamond comes into the Prison Tower, upset that "Pink" won't, once again, act like a Diamond should. Steven noticed the pattern from his mother's memories in his dream. Connie tries to convince Blue that they didn't mean to harm, asked Steven to dance because he wasn't trying to cause trouble. Blue asked that what does Connie know about it and Connie asked her back that Blue thinks that Connie's never been grounded before. Steven tells her to get out because they're going to starve. Blue never heard of the word "grounded" and "starve". Blue started to thinks about another made up problem and trick to her cave and let them out, then she tells them that they're not leaving the Tower until they apologize for fusing at the Era 3 ball. But Steven refused that he's not sorry, Blue was shocked, and Connie angry at him. Blue started to cry when she launched her aura that they finally have him back and he's worse than ever. Steven tells her that he and Connie fuse all the time which it's totally normal and fine. Blue asked him what universe could that possibly be fine, and he answered "this universe". He tells her that we fuse all the time too and asked where we were. Blue tells him that his time on Earth has warped his "sense of right and wrong". Steven tells her that Pink thought that they were right to lock her in the Tower when she messed stuff up, but he knows what to have a loving family. Also he tells her that we understands that he's Steven, not Pink Diamond, and they support him and Connie and Yellow poofed them for sticking up for him because it isn't right, and Blue attacked Steven in anger. Then he calls her out on it, asking Blue how many times she did this to Pink and made her cry. In response, Blue Diamond has an epiphany and realizes her and Yellow Diamond's behavior towards Pink in the past had caused her to feel miserable and misunderstood, admitting that Pink was right to betray the Authority. Blue thought that Pink was failing this world, and since she understands of Pink's new plan if she was happier on Earth than on Homeworld, this world was failing her, and with her change of heart, Blue helps Steven and Connie find us."

"Well, did they find you." Raph said

"Yes, but before that, she took Steven and Connie to Pink's old room first when they eat snacks and changed their clothes back and Connie saying goodbye to the Pebbles and then she took them to Yellow Diamond's Bubble Chamber." Garnet said. "They confront Yellow Diamond and Blue tries to convince Yellow to let Steven and the rest of us go back to Earth. Yellow Diamond refuses to help and tells her to take them back to the Prison Tower, but Blue refused either and the two Diamonds begin fighting. Steven gets them to stop right before Blue Diamond is poofed and points out to Yellow that building an empire based on perfection just destroys everything she loved. Realizing that he's correct, Yellow collapses to her knees and becomes remorseful for her actions. The united Diamonds then make up before they head for Pink Diamond's Ship. When they arrive in front of the Pink Diamond's ship, Yellow tells Steven and Connie with us to get inside. But before the two kids get in the leg ship, White Pearl appears to corner them, stating that no one is leaving Homeworld. She takes control of White Diamond's Ship and docks it with Pink Diamond's Ship."

"So then what happened." Sunset said, scared.

"As the Diamond Mecha rises, Steven, Connie, and the Diamonds begin to panic about infuriating White Diamond. As the Mecha stands above them, two sparks of light glimmer in the sky. They are revealed to be Blue and Yellow's ships as they begin to fight the Mecha. Yellow's ship uppercuts the Mecha, sending it flying into an array of buildings. The ships land to reveal Bismuth, and a new Peridot, and Lapis in Crystal Gem uniforms. Together, they manage to connect Yellow and Blue's ships to White and Pink's ships. They then all get on the arms to try and talk to White Diamond. However, White instead shoots white light from the eyes of her mech, striking Blue and Yellow Diamond's gems. The two lose their own color and turn white and motionless - as they are now controlled by White Diamond. In the process, the mech's arms grow slack. Lapis and Peridot fly while carrying Bismuth and Connie. Steven slides and grabs Connie’s hand, accidentally dropping the four of us."

"Wait, four of you." Raph said confused.

"I'll explain later." Garnet said with a smile, as if she knew something they don't. "Anyway, Steven chases after them and fuses with Amethyst's gemstone, jump-starting her regeneration as they create a Smoky Quartz, a fusion you'll meet soon. Realizing that he can use fusion to wake them up, Steven fuses with Pearl's gem to create Rainbow Quartz 2.0, who you'll also meet in the near future. Eventually, all of the Gems land safely on the road of Homeworld's city. Steven fuses with Me, while the rest of the Crystal Gems looking onward in surprise. Suddenly, the Diamond mech stomped on the us.

"Ouch, that must hurt." Fugitoid said.

"Actually, it didn't." Garnet pointed out. "It is revealed that no one was injured and that the new fusion between Steven and me, Sunstone, who you will meet very soon, is holding the foot up. we were able to push it off before unfusing. With the four of us ready to fight, Steven states the only way to win is for all of us to fuse and form Obsidian."

"Obsidian, is she the giant statue we saw holding your house when we got here?" Sunset asked

"Yep and like out of the others, she is the one you definetly must see in action." Garnet said with excitement. "But back to the story, me, Pearl, Amethyst, and Steven all dance and form Obsidian, before starting to climb up the Diamond Mech. Bismuth, Connie, Lapis, and Peridot distract the Mech to keep it from subduing them. We unfuse when they reach the head of the ship to block White Diamond's point of view, causing her to slam into a wall. They make it safely inside through the eye, but White Diamond refuses to listen to Steven and mocks Yellow and Blue for being flawed. White sarcastically remarks that "Pink's" new friends are so funny and uses her light to take over Amethyst, Pearl, and my minds by surprise, arguing that she is making things perfect. Steven begs White that his friends don't need to be fixed as they're fine the way we are, flaws and all. White argues that "Pink" brings out the worst in everyone and surrounds herself with inferior Gems so she can be "the best of the worst", and Steven thinks that she's still talking about his mother but not talking about him, but White laughs it off and mockingly saying "Your mom?". Connie makes it into the mech and is forced to fight Pearl. Ultimately, Connie is restrained by the controlled gems. White further argues that "Pink" isn't gone, that "Steven" is a new form just like "Rose", and that Pink Diamond merely got so good at lying, she managed to lie to herself."

"Whoa if i didn't know better, i'd say she was right." Raph said, his mind blown.

"Yes, but what happens next is even more hard to believe." Garnet mentioned. "White then theorizes that Steven couldn't have any of Pink's memories if he wasn't Pink; Steven felt surprised that White questioned him on things about Pink that he couldn't possibly know. Then he remembers about his mother being a connection with Pink, and that his powers help him connect with others. Steven tells White that he's not Pink but just feeling her feelings. However, White believes Pink is in there and says "stop cowering inside your Gem. You can hide from yourself, but you can't hide from me, Pink." Connie tells Steven to not listen to White because she's trying to mess with him, but White picks up Steven and proceeds to pull out his Gem, Connie shouts "NOOOOO!" as his gemstone is completely pulled out of his body."

"Oh my." Fugitoid said, terrified.

"Don't worry, things turn out alright." Garnet reassured Fugitoid, who sighed of relief. "Steven regains consciousness as he hears Connie call out for him, he wakes up and looks down at his bellybutton to see that his gemstone has been ripped out of his body, leaving him human. Above White Diamond's hand, Steven's gemstone floats into the air. The gemstone radiates pink light which shapes itself into Pink Diamond and Rose Quartz, pauses, then forms a Pink Steven. Human Steven takes a couple of steps towards Pink Steven, but then he falls because he is extremely pale, weak, and in pain. Shocked by his appearance, White Diamond asks the Pink Steven where Pink Diamond is, then Pink Steven answers quietly that Pink's gone, then White demands him to answer louder, prompting him to furiously scream "She's GONE!" with such force it blasts a crater into the floor and cracks the platform and nearly blows White Diamond off of her feet. Pink Steven, his face devoid of any emotion, begins walking towards the incapacitated and possibly dying Human Steven to rejoin his other half. Connie picks up Human Steven and begins walking towards Pink Steven. White tries to interfere by blasting Pink Steven with her mind control ray, but Pink Steven uses a shield - which is faceted and without the rose and thorn design that Steven's usually has - to block it. White Diamond attempts multiple times to control Pink Steven but each attempt fails. Even when White uses all the gems under her control to also blast the Pink Steven with her Light, he merely shields itself, then 'pops' the shield, throwing everyone off balance and causing Human Steven to beg him to stop. Connie and Pink Steven continue walking and Connie gives Human Steven to his Gem half. The two begin to laugh and dance before recombining and fusing into normal Steven."

"So, Steven really is a fusion." Sunset said.

"I thought the same thing when he was a baby, but in a very embarassing way." Garnet said, blushing a little. "But White Diamond didn't see it that way. Furious, she yells in anger, pounding her fists on the floor and accuses "Pink" of acting like a child. Steven claims he is a child and asks White Diamond what her excuse is. This causes White to blush in shock and embarrassment along with all of the other mind-controlled Gems and even her ship, and her mind control on us, Blue and Yellow Diamond, and White Pearl is lost as White realizes she's showing a flaw. Steven reunites with the rest of the us (with a sudden appearance from Lapis, Peridot, and Bismuth coming in as backup), and comforts the now Pink Pearl, who is confused about where she is. White Diamond goes through an existential crisis, wondering why beings with flaws should even exist. She turns to Yellow and Blue Diamond in desperation, who recoil from her in fear and disgust, calling White "off-color" due to her pink blush. Steven comforts White as well, telling her she can still fix things and live a better, happier life - if she would "leave her own head".

"So, how long has she been in her own head." Raph said confused.

"No one knows for sure." Garnet said preparing to finish her story. "With the fighting between the Crystal Gems and the Diamonds stopped, they set out to find a cure to Corruption. So Steven, Yellow and Blue Diamond takes White to the old Dropship where the corrupted Nephrites were. When White peeks to the door, Nephrite and her crew are surprised that White has arrived, and when Nephrite came out, White was surprised and didn't know that the Gems on Earth were corrupted."

"You mean she didn't know what happened to them" Fugitoid asked astonished.

"Well she wasn't aware of many things going on, don't forget she spent that time in her head." Garnet pointed out. "And shortly afterwards Steven and the Diamonds watch the water of Rose's Fountain flows. Steven went to the Temple and he and his gang went inside the Burning Room to get the bubbled Corrupted Gems to prepare for undo the corruption. They brought the bubbled Corrupted Gems to the Fountain and thrown when Steven jumped into the water and then the Diamonds joined him when they sit in the water. The powers provided by all four Diamonds restores the Gems' forms and minds. The newly healed Gems begin to converse and play, all showing some remnant of their corrupted forms, but otherwise unharmed. one of the gems, Jasper attempts to attack Steven before realizing that the Diamonds are present and watching. Amethyst swims over, comforts her and explains what is going on, causing Jasper to sullenly sink into the water."

"Why would she do that?" Sunset asked, confused

'I'll explain later." Garnet said, before finishing her story "Afterwards, The other Diamonds bid farewell to us before the top half of the Diamond Mech separates and warps back to Homeworld. Steven sits on the beach playing a song on his ukulele when the other Crystal Gems ask if they can join him. We take a seat next to him and enjoy each other's company as a shooting star streaks overhead in the night sky."

Soon they returned to the house to hear a strange noise coming from the TV. they found that a transmission was coming somewhere else. Soon they found a stranger broadcasting a message from the tv. She looks kinda like an Quartz Soldier but her body was coming apart

"Attention, if you are watching this, then we have lost." the figure said. "Dusk Quartz has left our universe in shambles and has entered yours, and will lay waste to it. He will target you first, and prepare this world for his empire." The tv then turned off leaving everyone scared.

"We'll need to be ready for him, who ever he is." Garnet said with determination

Suddenly a loud noise came from outside and the four of them rushed outside to see what is was. They descovered that it was a giant hand with cracks on the fingers. The hand lowered down and a bubble came up revealing three figures. The one on the left is Kraang Subprime in his Quartz suit. the one on the right is the mysterious Dusk Quartz. And in his hand was a bubble contaning two gems.

"Well well well, if it isn't the some of the miserable terrapins and and teenagers, and I see you made friends with the Crystal Gems." Kraang Subprime said with a crooked smile. "You must be the warrior Garnet."

"And you must be Kraang Sudprime" Garnet replied. "Greatest Kraang spy in all of Dimension X"

"YES! Finally, thank you, almost makes me want to spare your life." Kraang Subprime said with elation.

"Oh you want to spare us?" Raph said with a smirk "how about you spare us the chit chat? Alright let's do this."

"I'm going to finally get my revenge on you, then destroy everyone in--" Kraang Subprime started but was interupted by Raphael.

"Uh Chit chat." Raph said, much to everyone else's laughter.

"In--" Subprime tried to say

"Chitty Chitty chat chat, chat chat chat." Raph continues.

"In the--" Kraang Subprime tried to say again, very agrily this time

"Chit chat" Raph finished.

Kraang Subprime was going to attack when he was blasted from behind. Everyone looked to see a beautiful woman, with dark skin, black hair and a serrated sword in her hand.

"So you followed me here, huh old friend?" Dusk Quartz asked.

"Wasn't hard, since you left a trail to follow." the woman said.

Soon she lept up and joined the others in the fight.

"Who are you?" Sunset Shimmer said, feeling like she saw this woman before.

"Fight first, ask questions later." The stranger said, completely focused on the enemy.

"Anytime you want to release that secret weapon of yours, 'Partner'." Kraang Subprime said sarcastically.

"I need to see if they're as good as in my world." Dusk Quartz said.

"Ok then Kraang drones, ATTACK!!!" Kraang Subprime commanded.

Soon hundreds of Kraang robots engaged our heroes. They fought with courage and prowess. They soon took the enemy down no problem.

"Is that all you got?" Garnet asked Dusk Quartz with pride.

"Not yet." Dusk Quartz said before throwing the bubble he was holding. It popped before taking form. the gems fused together forming an colossal monster with a tale. it was a dual sided monster split down the middle into two colors. One side was red with smoke forming from the foot, it's head having only a mouth and a bandana under the hair line. The other side was blue with chunks of ice building up from around the foot, with only a large thing of hair and a giant eyeball in the middle. Everyone was shocked and scared to see it upclose and personal.

"Say hello to our rather INCREDIBLY LARGE friend!" Kraang Subprime said with a fiendish smille.

Garnet felt something familliar about this monster but knew she needed to fight it. So Garnet charged at the monster, ready to take it down, but the monster just grabbed her and pulled her by her arms. Raphael, Fugitoid, and especially Sunset Shimmer watched in horror as Garnet was pulled to her limit, and eventually poofed with the monster bubbling her gems. Dusk Quartz then activated a device on his arm and speed up in front of Sunset Shimmer before grabbing her and lifting her up.

"So you see, in all it's might, the dangers that dwell in alternate universes." Dusk Quartz said to her face.

"PUT HER DOWN, YA UGLY FREAK!!!" Raph said as he, the stranger and Fugitoid were charging him only to br frozen in time.

"Do you really think your unique?" Dusk Quartz asked. "My universe has the likes of you too, and your lives will end as their's did with pain and suffering." He finished before releasing a gas that put her to sleep.

Double Trouble Part 2 (Prison Riot)

"Ah-ah-ah-ah-ahhh, ah-ahh, ah-ah-ahhh…"

Sunset Shimmer woke up to the sound of soft singing with a headache, only to find herself in a cell. She just got up, then remembered what happened. Kraang Subprime and that Dusk Quartz creep attacked her and her friends, then a monster formed up and fought Garnet until it poofed her. She knew she had to find them, but she was trapped behind a force field.

"Ok, now how am I going to get through this?" She asked herself, only to see her geode glow. "Hmm, I wonder if..." She held her geode and touched the forcefield, which seemed to move aside for her long enough for her to get out. "Alright, now to find the others."

She went down the hall a bit only to find a cell with what looks like a Gem all huddled up. She had bright scarlet skin, burgundy irises, and dark burgundy, square-shaped hair. She is slightly taller than Steven and has a thick build. She wore a maroon and brown tank top and a shiny golden-bronze headband tied around her hair. Her ensemble also included long brown pants, and short, pointed maroon boots similar to Amethyst's. Her gemstone is located in the palm of her left hand and has a square facet.

"Hey, are you ok?" Sunset asked, much to the gems suprise. This little gem seemed to know her, cause she was more then happy to see her.

"It's you, and you're out, how did you get past the field?" the gem asked.

"Well my geode kinda moved it, let me show you." Sunset said before showing.

"That's amazing." The gem said, astonished. Suddenly they heard singing again.

"Ah-ah-ah-ah-ahhh, ah-ah-ahhh…"

"Someone's singing?" Sunset asked, confused.

Then the gem in the cell knew what to do. "Listen, I know who's singing, her name is Sapphire, and we have to find her." She said with determination.

Sunset did not know this gem, but something told her that she can be trusted. So she held her geode and moved the field out of the way for the gem to escape. "So what's your name?" she asked.

"My name is Ruby." The gem said with a smile. "Come on, let's find Sapphire." They went out to look for her. They stopped to decide which way to go, then Sunset looked out the window and saw that they were in outer space, and she knew getting down would not be easy. Afterward, they ran a ways down one hall then when round the corner to see the mysterious woman who joined them in the battle before being captured by Dusk Quartz and Kraang Subprime. She saw them in suprise.

"How did you get out of your cells?" She asked in bewilderment.

"Like this." Sunset said before letting the mystery woman out of her cell. "So, who are you"

"Call me, Lady Achuta." the woman said "

"Listen the others are locked up some where else." Ruby explained "We need to find them"

"Right, we can cover more ground if you split up." Lady Diamond said.

"Ok, Ruby you go that way." Sunset said to Ruby, pointing left. She then pointed at Lady Achuta pointing to the right. "Lady Achuta you go that way. And I'll go this way." They all nodded and split up. Sunset went down the hall and stopped when she heard voices coming her way so she hid in the shadows while Kraang Subprime and Dusk Quartz just passed her.

"I think we did a pretty good job today." Kraang Subprime said as the stopped near a cell. "So when can we expect the rest of your monsters to show up?" He asked Dusk Quartz, who punched the wall near the cell.

"BE SILENT!!" He shouted before turning to Kraang Subprime, who was a little scared. "The rest of my monsters will be revealed when I feel like it. Report to the bridge and chart a course to our secret base." He ordered Kraang Subprime, who was very urked.

"Sheesh, I just asked a simple question." Kraang Subprime said to himself, passing Sunset Shimmer who was still hiding in the shadows. She came out of hiding when the coast was clear, to see another Gem in the cell the bad guys were talking. She was a slender Gem and slightly taller than Ruby. She has blue skin, prominent lips, a large eye with blue iris and pupil upon her forehead, and pale blue; wavy hair with bangs that cover the top half of her face. Her gemstone is in the palm of her right hand. Sapphire wore a floor-length gown with white, pointer, puffy sleeves, as well as a white top with a long, light blue vest with navy trimmings. She also wore white elbow-length evening gloves. Her feet are usually hidden by her dress, on which she wore blue shoes. She started singing as soon as the villains left.

"Ah-ah-ah-ah-ahhh, ah-ah-ah-ah-ahhh…"

"Hey, are you Sapphire." She asked the Gem, who was suprised to see her. "Your friend is looking for you."

"How did you escape?" The gem asked Sunset, who only needed to demonstrate. "Of course, your geode must cancel out the fields energy." Sunset moved the field the same way as the others.

"Come on, let's get you out of here." Sunset said with a smile.

"Thank you, Sunset." Sapphire said with a returning smile.

"No problem, but you know, i feel like i've seen you--" Sunset started but then they heard Ruby call out. "SAPPHIRE!!"

"No time to explain, come on!" Sapphire said before grabbing Sunset's hand and started running, pulling Sunset along. By the time they stopped Sunset was feeling dizzy and in a atrium another hall, Ruby and Lady Achuta stopped at the same time.

Ruby let out a loud gasp, her eyes wide as she noticed the blue Gem, the very one she had been searching for all this time, standing afar, but in plain sight at last. "Sapphire!" she shouted, a huge smile of relief spreading across her features as she ran forward into the large atrium ahead.

"Ruby!" Sapphire exclaimed, just as allayed as she hurried to meet her, finally allowing the kids a clear view of each other.

"Ugh, it still feels scary, being split up," Ruby whined, absently running her hand through Sapphire's hair. "It's like a part of me is lost in space"

"Ruby…" the blue Gem chuckled softly, giving her partner a small kiss on the cheek. "We were only apart for a few hours."

"I know, but every second I'm away from you still feels like years to me…" the red Gem sighed contentedly under her lover's feather-light touch.

Sunset knew right away that those two were in love, for she saw the same thing in Leo and Twilight. Then she saw Lady Achuta, who was sad is if she was missing someone she loved two.

Ruby and Sapphire remained close as their hug finally broke apart, but they didn't dare break physical contact with each other, out of fear that if they did, they'd be separated once again. "Did they hurt you?" Ruby asked intently, gently caressing the blue Gem's cheek.

"No, no, I'm ok," she assured, placing her hand overtop her lover's. "Did they hurt you?"

"Who cares?!" Ruby laughed mirthfully, her eyes filling up with joyful tears.

"I do!" Sapphire exclaimed with a bright smile, leaning forward to playfully kiss the red Gem's tears away. These peppered kisses soon turned into a full-on one, as Ruby pulled her lips to Sapphire's, catching the blue Gem off guard. Still, she happily accepted it as they drew their arms around each other once more as their kiss grew even deeper and more affectionate. It didn't last for too long, however, before Ruby surprised Sapphire once again, breaking the kiss off as she easily hoisted the blue Gem up, both of them laughing brightly as she began to spin her around.

Their loose, ecstatic, love-fueled dance continued, their warm, united laughter continuing as they spun in wide, uncalculated circles, paying no mind to the two girls still watching them curiously. In fact, they paid nothing but each other any mind, even as their gems began to glow in bright harmony and as their forms began to merge together. The emerging fusion continued laughing as the two halves meshed with each other, their laughter starting to become singular as they rose higher and higher into the air before the immensely intrigued pair. And, as the light from the fusion abruptly cleared and the couple's affectionate giggles turned into the triumphant laughter of one, the pair was met with an unquestionably familiar figure. It was Garnet.

"Garnet!" Sunset gasped, her eyes wide as if her mind blew up. "Y-you're a fusion!?"

Garnet nodded with a small, somewhat awkward chuckle. "Aw, sorry! We didn't want you meeting us here like this.

"Well did i make a good first impression." Sunset asked, hoping for a good awnser

"Oh, Sunset…" Garnet said with a warm, affectionate smile as she placed a hand against the side of her young ward's face. "We already love you.

Ironically enough, however, this tender moment was cut all too short as a gruff, outraged shout echoed through the nearby halls. "Where is she?!"

"It's Dusk Quartz," Garnet reported, her manner turning as serious as it usually was as she turned back to the kids. "Sunset, you and Lady Achuta find the others and get to the control bridge."

"But we don't know where they are," Sunset shook his head. Garnet was quick to rectify this however, by leaning forward and giving the kunoichi a quick, gentle kiss on the forehead, seemingly out of nowhere. Though initially confused by this, Steven let out a sharp gasp as a quick image flashed through his mind, guiding her down the halls of the hand ship and to the pair of cells that Raph and Fugitoid were being contained in. "W-whoa!" Sunset exclaimed as her thoughts returned to the present. "I-I just saw where they are! How did you do that?"

"Future vision," Garnet winked slyly, knowing there would be more time to explain later.

"So you're really gonna stay and fight Dusk Quartz?" Lady Achuta asked, somewhat worried. "Even though he has that monster that broke you guys up last time?"

"Yes," the Gem leader nodded, resolved as she rose to her full height.

"Are you sure you'll be able to beat them on your own?" Sunset asked, still rather uncertain of her odds in such an arduous fight.

"It's ok, Sunset." Garnet assured with a strong, confident smile. "I'm never alone."

Sunset knew that Garnet was right, she was the power of two Gems that love each other, so Garnet can handle Dusk Quartz. So she and Lady Achuta when off and, as if on cue, Dusk Quartz came into the room, with Corrupted Garnet close behind.

"So you've come back together eh?" He began in a menacing manor. "Well your not the first Garnet I faced, you know." He said pointing to the Corrupted fusion. "You can sense it, can't you? the cold bitter truth that this monster is you from another universe, MY universe. we faces each other on this very spot before in my world and I took her down just like I'll take you down, because I've learned every punch you can throw at me." He finished menacingly.

Garnet simply chuckled at this, knowing from experience and beyond a shadow of a doubt that everything Dusk Quartz had said was a lie. "No, you haven't."

And then, the Gem leader did something that the dark figure had not been expecting. She began to sing.

Dusk Quartz scowled, clearly not amused by this boast as he and Garnet began to circle each other, both of them clearly ready to fight. the Gem leader continued, taking up a defensive stance as Dusk Quartz pulled out his sword. Dusk Quartz and his monster brazenly rushed forward at this challenge, all while Garnet smirked, flicking her fingers over her eyes as her iconic visor materialized once more.

Garnet sang properly now, her melody swift and bold as she easily jumped out of the path of Dusk Quartz's first punch. She gracefully flipped out of the path of each of the villain's swipes, staying clear of the all the while. As Corrupt Garnet kept throwing wild, angry, uncalculated punches, Garnet continued to avoid them, all while keeping in the succinct, catchy beat of her song.

Garnet got low as Corrupt Garnet swung for her again, surprising her by kicking the Sword cleanly out of the vlllain's hand and inter her own. "We are gonna stay like this forever." With a triumphant smirk, the Gem leader snapped the weapon that had defeated her before cleanly in half, easily leveling the playing field, much to Dusk Quartz's fury. Garnet smoothly slid her hands over her body, proud of her form and everything it represented as she summoned her gauntlets, paying Dusk Quartz no mind as he grabbed his sword in response.

The two Gems lunged for each other, ready to attack each other with everything they had as Garnet continued her daring, heroic song all the while.

Fugitoid and Raph sat, their backs against the walls of the walls of their adjacent cells, both of them dejected and resigned to their no doubt bleak fates. However, amidst all the ways they had anticipated their captivity ending, the last one they could have expected was Sunset and Lady Achuta suddenly arriving out of nowhere to rescue them. Sunset's odd ability to clip through the energy field made easy work of the jail break.

Then the collective group followed what Garnet had ordered, rushing for the bridge and knowing that taking control of it was the only way they would ever be able to get back to Earth. Of course, upon arriving there, they were quick to discover that it was anything but abandoned, as Kraang Subprime sat in the control seat, intent on guiding her ship back to who knows where. The alien let out an appalled gasp as the unexpected intruders arrived, but even despite his surprise, she was quick to grab the closest blaster he could find, ready to put an end to this nuisance.

But as usual, our heroes subdue Kraang Subprime and tie him up with Fugitoid's glue gun.

At the same time, the brawl between Garnet and Dusk Quartz continued, both of them throwing blows back and forth at an incredible speed. Amidst singing her chorus, the Gem leader outmaneuvered the villains most of the time, her smaller size and higher speed proving themselves to be an advantage over Dusk Quartz's ferocity and muscle. She even managed to get a few sings in herself, including a particularly nasty uppercut to Corrupted Garnet's jaws, one that she retaliated against by catching Garnet's wrist as she readied another punch. Enraged, the monster threw her opponent down hard, creating a sizable dent in the floor of the atrium, but even so, Garnet only stayed down for mere seconds, her melody continuing as she picked herself up to face the charging Corrupt Garnet once more.

"Don't touch that!" Kraang Subprime ordered hotly, struggling to wriggle free from the glue that was restraining him. She scowled up at Fugitoid, who had already hurried for the ship's control panel, outraged with both her enemies as well as herself for being defeated by them so easily. "You don't know what you're doing!"

"Oh, we know exactly what we're doing," Lady Achuta said with a triumphant smirk as her and the others stood over the downed villain. "We're beating you!"

"Grr! You'll pay for this, you… you filthy freaks!" Kraang Subprime threatened, even if he was really in no position to make good on such a threat.

"Yeah, yeah, keep on yelling about getting your revenge or whatever," Raph rolled her eyes before turning to the professer. "You got this, Fuge!"

"Okay, first to send a message to the others" Fugitoid took in a deep breath as he took a seat, not quite familiar with such advanced technology, though he was more than willing to send a message home. "now to turn this ship around!" The robot thrust his hands into the panel, shivering somewhat as lines of data and code flashed through her eyes. At the same time, Sunset gasped as she noticed a nearby monitor showing a live feed of the ship's atrium, one that he was quick to point the twins towards as they watched Garnet's duel against Dusk Quartz and Corrupted Garnet continue to unfold.

The Gem leader had given her song a momentary break as she struggled to hold the villains back, the pushing her across the floor using her battle helmet. Garnet broke this tension by delivering a heavy punch to Corrupted Garnet's stomach, sending her flying upward into the glass dome of the atrium. Dusk Quartz miss a beat, however, as his body instantly charged with electrifying energy, curling up into a rapidly spinning ball for a moment before she threw herself down at Garnet hard. While the Gem leader blocked the blunt of this attack with her gauntlets, the immense force of it was more than enough to send them both crashing in through the floor of the atrium. They fell, hard and heavy, through several layers of the ship's infrastructure, before finally plowing into the large engine room towards the base of the vessel, sending them both flying to opposite ends of it amidst the resulting rain of wreckage. And, as damaged and battered as she was from that last attack, Garnet was clearly not beaten yet as she picked herself up, her confident ballad continuing as the smoke cleared.

She continued to sing, ignoring Dusk Quartz's cruel smirk as he hardened his resolve once more. "And if you think you can stop me, then you need to think again." She rose to stand, both of her halves brimming with bravery, determination, and love that filled every harmonious word of her song. Her gauntlets formed over her hands once again as she prepared to finish this fight, once and for all.

the chorus began again as Garnet beat back Dusk Quartz's thrusts, only to get caught with a brutal left hook that sent her flying to the ground. The Gem leader jumped to her feet, sending a fast kick Corrupt Garnet's way that she only barely dodged. Garnet saw her opportunity and took it, jumping in and bashing both of her fists against the sides of Corrupted's head, and then poofing her before bubbling the gems and warping them away easily. She leapt back, amused by Dusk Quartz's blatant fury as he recovered from the assault and madly charged at her with another spin dash.

Garnet jumped out of Dusk Quartz's path, steering clear of the resulting explosion as he collided with the wall before throwing himself at her again. The Gem leader paused as she watched Dusk Quartz zip around the room wildly, giving both of her halves an idea about how to claim victory against the villain. She paused, just for a second as she caught Dusk Quartz squarely by the helmet, stopping his assault right in its tracks.

She threw the villain hard over her head, flinging him right into the central core of the ship.

The resulting explosion was immense, painfully zapping Dusk Quartz and even sending Garnet flying as a massive Bhole tore itself through the hull of the hand ship. This eruption was easily felt throughout the rest of the ship, even up to the bridge, where it roughly knocked the rest of our heroes forward, releasing Kraang Subprime from the glue.

Garnet sang victoriously as she dashed away from the blast, leaving Dusk Quartz behind as she hurried to rejoin her team.

No longer trapped by the glue, Kraang Subprime rushed forward, still recovered from the glue and the hits. A strange green orb formed around him, one that sunk into the floor before Raph could leap onto it and stop it. The rapidly descending hand ship curled up at this, the green ship's escape pod launching out of it and jettisoning back towards Earth, letting Kraang Subprime get a rather haphazard getaway, but a getaway all the same.

Still, there would be time to worry about Kraang Subprime later. Instead, our heroes all gathered around the front window, watching in fearful dismay as the Earth grew larger and larger by the second as the ship they were on hurtled towards it. With the vessel as damaged as it was, there would be no slowing its descent, meaning that a crash, and a likely deadly one, was inevitable.

The entire group gasped as the bridge doors flew open, revealing the Gem leader, looking worse for wear after her intense fight, but still standing strong and in once piece. "Garnet!" they all gasped in surprised relief, though she allowed them no time to celebrate.

"This ship is going down!" she announced, confirming what they were all afraid of.

"Everyone, brace for crash landing!" Fugitoid warns

The ship plowed down through the dawn skies over Beach City, the entire town still completely dark and abandoned as the hand ship appeared again. Only this time, its time in the sky was incredibly short lived as inevitably crashed into the base of the cliff near the beach, its hull sliding off and into the water upon impact.

And then, mere seconds after it landed, the entire ship exploded.

The rest of the group return to see the ship crash and knew they have to find them. They soon find them in a bubble, slightly damaged but alive just the same.

"Are you guys ok?" Twilght asked with consern "we got your message and came back as fast as we could."

Yeah, we're ok" Raph said with confidence

"Say who's your new friend here?" Casey asked, noticing Lady Achuta.

"My name is Lady Achuta, and come look at me like that again and i will skewer you where you stand." She threatened.

"So, Garnet, I always knew you could fight like two Gems, but I didn't know it would be literally." Sunset said, blushing a little.

"Uh, Raph, did Sunset hit her head?" Donnie said, confused. "Cause it sounded like she said Garnet is a fusion."

"Wow! you really are the smart one aren't you." Raph said sarcasticlly

"Wait, you guys met Ruby and Sapphire?" Amethyst interjected, surprised.

"Yeah and they really are a cute couple." Sunset said with a smile.

"Thank you," Garnet remarked with an amused, gracious nod.

"So when were you going to introduce them?" Pinkie asked, looking like she already knew.

"We were going to introduce you when you arrived, but then that monster attcked." Garnet shrugged, not too upset over her plan being accidentally ruined.

"That's ok, but i am curious as to how you two met." Sunset said with interest.

Garnet blushed and giggled as she began her story, remembering the whole thing as if it were a flashback.

"The Earth, 5,750 years ago; it was a promising site of a new Gem colony, but progress was being thwarted by a small, persistent group of rebels. A team of diplomatic Gems were sent from Homeworld to investigate. Among those Gems was Sapphire, a rare aristocratic Homeworld Gem, with the power to see into the future. Assigned to her were three Rubies, common soldiers, with a mission to protect her.

"Hey! Can't wait for those rebels to get here!" One of the Ruby guards said.

"Haha, yeah! When I see those rebels, I'm gonna punch them right in their faces!" the othet guard said.

"What are you sayin'? I'm gonna punch them all over their bodies, and then it'll be over." Ruby Guard 1 said.

"What if, I just punch you!" Ruby Guard 2 said before punching Ruby Guard 1 in the back of her shoulder as she yelps out in pain, and sticks her tongue out. Then the Ruby we know tried to break the two apart.

"Oh, come on. We'll punch 'em together when we fuse. That's why they sent, uh, three of us?" She said with concern. Just then Ruby Guard 1 attempts to punch Ruby, but Ruby blocks the attack. Ruby is knocked backwards, causing her to back into Sapphire.

"Oh, I, um, I'm so sorry, I, let me, uh..." She said only for Sapphire to interrupt.

"I'm fine." she said calmly.

"What?"

"It's okay. It was bound to happen."

"I, uh... okay."

Then Sapphire gave the Rubied an order. "Now please wait here. I must attend to my duties." the Rubies responded with authority

"Right."

"Mmm."

"Yes."

Then Sapphire walks to Blue Diamond's Palanquin, where Blue Diamond's Pearl is standing next to Blue Diamond's throne, all the while the Rubies standing at attention.

"Sapphire had been called to Earth by Blue Diamond, specifically to share her vision of the future." Garnet continued.

Sapphire enters the palanquin "My diamond, I've arrived."

"Sapphire, tell me what will happen here." Blue Diamond said.

"I foresee the rebels attacking the Cloud Arena. Before they are cornered, they will destroy the physical forms of seven gems, including two of my Ruby guards, and myself. Immediately after my form is destroyed, the rebels will be captured. The rebellion ends here." Sapphire said.

"Thank you, Sapphire." Blue Diamond said, relieved. "That's all I needed to know."

"I look forward to speaking with you again once I reform back on Homeworld." Sapphire said, giving a curtsy to Blue Diamond before returning to her Ruby guards. Sapphire knew she would be a casualty, but it did not faze her. She saw her whole life laid out before her, and she had already accepted all of it.

"What a beautiful place to build a colony. I wish I could have seen more of this planet." She said to Ruby

"Uh... there's still time." Ruby pointed out.

"That is a nice thought, but... no." Sapphire said with regret. Ruby felt bad, Sapphire just came here and now she has to give up her physical form for the colony. Suddenly they heard a voice call out.

"Blue Diamond, leave this planet! This colony will not be completed!" the voice said.

"It's the rebels!" Ruby Guard 2 shouted.

Various Gems mutter among themselves. One Gem can be heard shouting, "Who are you!? Show yourselves!" Just then, Pearl, wielding two swords, and Rose Quartz appear.

"We are the Crystal Gems!" They pronouced

"The attack was right on schedule." Garnet said with concern.

The Palanquin carrying Blue Diamond and her Pearl closes, sprouts mechanical legs, and walks off. Pearl uses her swords to defeat four other Gems before Ruby and her fellow guards intervene and fuse into a much bigger Ruby . The Ruby fusion charges after Rose Quartz, but she counter-attacks, instantly defusing the Ruby fusion. Pearl then jumps in and destroys the forms of the two other Ruby Guards, leaving just Ruby. Pearl then prepares to strike Sapphire.

"Thank you, Ruby. You did your best." Sapphire said, ready to meet her end.

"Ruby suddenly realized what Sapphire meant." Garnet continued "She had known that Ruby would fail. Sapphire had accepted it. But Ruby... Ruby could not."

You bet she could not a she got up running. "NO!!" She shouted, charging at Sapphire, pushing her out of the way of Pearl's attack. As the two of them spin in the air, they fuse into Garnet for the first time. Garnet has curly hair that is mostly light blue with the left side being mostly hot pink instead and purple-maroon skin. Their bodysuit is split diagonally. The right side resembles Ruby's bodysuit but colored light pink with medium length sleeves. The collar and sleeve on the right side have a dark indigo cuff/collar. The left side resembles Sapphire's dress, but colored indigo, with a slightly puffy pale blue sleeve. She also has a black glove on her left arm starting from her elbow and covering her entire hand. Her indigo half-dress stops a little below her hips, where it extends out a bit. Her leggings are hot pink on her right leg and dark indigo on her left. She has a tall dark indigo boot on her right foot and no left boot, and she also does not have a visor like her later regenerations.

"Wha..." She said as she examined her newly formed body, and the two gems on her palms. "What... !?" Unaware to her, Onlooking Gems gasp, horrified. They mutter among themselves. "What...what is this?"

Pearl, amazed, looks on, but shakes it off and prepares to strike. She is stopped by Rose Quartz.

"Wait! This is... hm?" She said as the other Gems notice her and begin to approach, ignoring Garnet "Let's go."

"Uh... bye!" Pearl said before the two of them jump away.

"The furious crowd closed in around Ruby and Sapphire." Garnet said, with concern "They'd never seen fusion of two different types of gems."

"Unbelievable!"

"Disgusting!"

"This is unheard of!"

"Blue Diamond's voice cut through the crowd." Garnet said, her voice suddenly getting serious.

"The rebels have fled." Blue Diamond said. "Sapphire, this was not the scenario you described!"

"This is... not what I saw!" Sapphire said, getting nervous. "I don't know what happened, I..." But Ruby intervene.

"No!" She said "It was me!"

"Clearly." Said Blue Diamond, Who was irked. "How dare you fuse with a member of my court?"

"Forgive me, I... !" Ruby said in desperation.

"You will be broken for this!" Blue Diamond declared.

The crowd of Gems begins to close in on them, but Sapphire grabs Ruby's hand and dashes off with her.

"Waaaiiit!! What are you dooiing!? Noo!" Ruby shouted as she and Sapphire jumped off the arena. The two of them disappear into the clouds. Then, Ruby and Sapphire land at the base of a mountain, where it is raining heavily. "Ugh, why'd you do that!? I have to get you back up there!" She said hysterical.

"They were gonna break you!" Sapphire said with concern for Ruby.

"Who cares!?" Ruby said with even more concern then Sapphire "There's tons of me!" She then looks up at the rain, and the area around the mountain. She groans in panic. "Gahh! What do we do now!?" She asked with fury.

"Sapphire had known every moment of her life." Garnet explained "How it would happen, and when. But because of Ruby's impulsive gesture, she suddenly jumped the track of fate, and everything from that instant on was wrong, and new. She couldn't see, she couldn't move. She was... frozen."

Ruby notice ice begins forming around Sapphire's feet. "Ah! We have to get you... out of here!" She said as she stood behind Sapphire, grabbed her, and pulls her out of the ice. Ruby, carrying her, looks back for a moment. "Come on." Ruby carries Sapphire away from the mountain and into a nearby cave. Ruby sets her down there and examines the area. "Alright, this should be good for now."

Sapphire sits down, and uncovers her eye."Thank you..." She said. Ruby looks at her, stunned speechless. Fire starts forming around her feet. Ruby steps out of the flames, startled. They make a fire, and the two warm up beside it, but Ruby keeps pacing, still panicked.

"What kind of Ruby am I supposed to be?" Ruby said, terrified "Look at this! It's my fault you're stranded here. How am I gonna save you?"

"You already did." Sapphire said to Ruby with content.

"What!?"

"You already saved me."

Ruby sniffles and sits down next to the fire, still perturbed. The two remain silent for a moment, thinking about the fusion they performed. Ruby stares at her gem and Sapphire's gem for a while.

"I... I've seen gems fuse before, but I had no idea that's what it felt like." Sapphire said with curiosity "I always thought... I never realized that fusion... that'd you'd disappear like that."

"It's never like that!" Ruby explained "Whenever I've fused, it's always just been me, but bigger, I... I've never had a third eye before."

"I've never had more than one! It was nice." Sapphire said with a smile.

"Ha... yeah..." Ruby said, blushing. Ruby and Sapphire later leave the cave, as the sun is coming up and it is no longer raining.

Ruby and Sapphire explored the wildlife of the Earth, including butterflies and frogs.

In another instance, Ruby and Sapphire are looking at the moon together.

they finished dancing by fusing into Garnet once more. Not used to this form, Garnet stumbles about.

"I was back; I was someone and I didn't know who." Garnet said with a smile. "But I felt I was getting the hang of my strange new form. ... And then I fell."

Garnet trips and rolls down a hill. "... Ouch." She said. Suddenly, a sword is pointed at Past Garnet's face. Past Garnet recoils back towards the hill. "Ah! Don't hurt her! Don't hurt... me?" She looked up, revealing Pearl as the sword bearer.

"It's you! The fusion..." Pearl said, surprised.

"We didn't mean to fuse!" Garnet said, scared. "Well... well, we did this time. We'll unfuse! We, we'll..."

She calmed down when Rose Quartz approached.

"No, no, please..." She said in a kind voice. "I'm glad to see you again."

"And there they were." Garnet said with a warm heart. "Rose Quartz, the leader of the rebellion, and her terrifying renegade Pearl."

"I don't upset you?" She said confused.

"Who cares about how I feel?" Rose said with a smile "How you feel is bound to be much more interesting."

"How I feel?" Garnet said, unsure. She never thought of how she felt about it. "I feel... uh, lost... and scared... and happy. W-why am I so sure that I'd rather be this than everything I was supposed to be, and that I'd rather do this than anything I was supposed to do?"

Rose laughed "Welcome to Earth!" The said with a smile.

"C-can you tell me!?" Garnet asked, wanting an awnser. "How was Ruby able to alter fate? Or, why was Sapphire willing to give up everything? W-what am I!?"

"No more questions." Rose said, suddenly serious as she held. Garnet's hands. "Don't ever question this. You already are the answer"

"So... ? What was it?" Sunset asked Garnet, who raised her eyebrow. "The anwser"

"Love, Sunset." Garnet whispered "The anwser was love."

"Wow, I knew it." Sunset said with a smile.

"So did i" Garnet added with a grin as the group went home. Unaware to all of them was after they left, Kraang Subprime showed up and salvaged from the ships parts until Dusk Quartz's hand popped out of the wreckage.

"So now what do we do now?" He asked douting his partners plan.

"Don't worry about it." Dusk Quartz said as he opened his bag revealing two more bubbled gems. "We have plenty of time to test the other warriors and get the plan ready." The two of them then left the area, knowing all to well that the battle as just begun.

Birds of a Feather

The next day, Pearl, April, and Rarity were in the house fixing lunch for the others, who were cleaning the beach after Dusk Quartz's ship crashed last night.

"So this Dusk Quartz is from another dimension." April said, concerned about who he is, and what he has planned next.

"Looks like it." Pearl added, sharing her concern.

"How did they bring Corrupted Garnet here anyway?" Rarity asked with more concern than both of them.

"Well Lady Achuta said she and Dusk Quartz were from another universe." Pearl said. "So it is safe to assume Corrupted Garnet is from that same universe." Pearl explained.

The three of them were worried and did not know what to do. This was their first real dangerous foe in a while. Then curiousity over came Rarity's concern.

"Um, Pearl darling, Garnet said that you posed as Rose Quartz to Fake Pink Diamond's shattering, but did she know about all the time?" She asked "And how did Pink Diamond even start beind Rose Quartz?"

"Well that's a long story." Pearl began. "You see, I was given to Pink Diamond a few thousand years before she was given the Earth. I was supposed to make her happy, I just never could..."

The scene shifts to the Moon. In a base on the moon, Pearl was standing next to a tall woman. She had pink skin, magenta eyes with diamond-shaped pupils, and shoulder-length yet large, fluffy pale pink hair. She also appeared to wear lipstick. Her physical form's projection was smaller than the other Diamonds, but she still towered over lower-ranking Gems. Her gemstone was located on her navel and displayed in a large pentagon-shaped opening, being an inverted-side view of a round-cut diamond. This was, infact, Pink Diamond, the gem Rose Quartz was before the rebellion, and she was looking kind of sad. A hologram lights up, going through various locations on Earth.

"Could you imagine that running a colony would be this dull?" Pink asked, trying to cheer her self up.

"I could imagine it, if you would like me to, my Diamond." Pearl awnsered, much to Pink's dismay.

"Show me the status of the Prime Kindergarten." Pink ordered Pearl.

"Yes, my Diamond." She replied before showing a hologram of the Earth. "The first Quartz soldiers are due to emerge soon." She said. That perked Pink right up.

"Finally, something exciting!" She said, excited. she jumped down into a room with a orb, with Pearl taking the stairs. "Hurry, we've got to see this! Quickly, turn it on." She said with enthusiasm.

"Yes, my Diamond." Pearl replied. The orb lights up, projecting the Prime Kindergarten in the room. It showed a canyon with many holes on the sides. This is the Prime Kindergarden, where they started to build the colony.

"Look at this, Pearl!" Pink said in awe "We're creating life from nothing!" she then turned her attention to a light on the wall of the canyon as an Amethyst emerge. "Welcome to Earth!" She proclaimed, but she is reminded that it's all a hologram as the Amethyst walks over to some other Amethysts and starts talking to them. "I wish I could just be there..." She said, feeling sad again.

"I'll have us warped in the Kindergarten at once, my Diamond." Pearl said, wanting to cheer her up.

"W-What? N-No, no, if I went down to the Kindergarten I would never hear the end of it from Yellow and Blue." Pink said thinking about how mad they would get" Oh, but could you imagine? Me, down there, laughing and playing with the Amethysts?" She said thinking of the fun she'd have with them.

"Of course I can, my Diamond." Pearl said before projecting a hologram of Pink Diamond laughing with several Amethysts. "You look so happy."

"I won't be so happy when Blue and Yellow find out." Pink said more concerned.

"They won't find out." Pearl said, hoping to calm her diamond's nerves

"How's that?" Pink asked, confused.

"Because... you look just like a Quartz." Pearl began as The hologram Pink turns into a Rose Quartz. "You changed your shape for a day!"

"That's brilliant, Pearl!" Pink said, realizing it could work.

"I'm glad I was able to help my Dia-" Pearl started only to see that Pink Diamond shapeshifts into Rose Quartz.

"Hehe, down here." Rose said, grinning. She and Pearl warp to the Prime Kindergarten. "Pearl, look! This is...incredible!" She said in awe "We have to go down there and check it out." She added before grabbing Pearl by the hand and jumping up. as they went down, more Amithyst Guards jumped from the higher holes. "Pearl, this is so-" she started but was interrupted when an Amethyst passed by.

"Outta my way!" She said as she knocked Rose down.

"Oh no!" Pearl said helping Rose up "I'm so sorry, these Amethyst guards can be so rude..."

"But Pearl, don't you see what's happening?" Rose said smiling

"Huh?" Pearl asked, not sure of what she means.

"We're actually here and I fitting right in!" Rose explained with enthusiasm "None of that dumb salute- Thank you so much for talking me into this. I couldn't have done this on my own." Rose said with gratitude

"Uh...you're welcome, my Diamond-" Pearl started but Rose stopped her.

"Shhh, Pearl, you're gonna get us in trouble." Rose said with a mischievous grin.

"Sorry, my...Quartz." Pearl said, causing Rose to giggle and lead Pearl off to a group of Amethysts standing by the canyon wall.

"Hey fellow Amethyst guards, what are we all up to?" Rose said, blending in quite well.

"There's two more from our unit that haven't emerged yet, so we're gonna wait for them." One of the Amethyst Guards explained. Then, An Amethyst bursts from the wall and lands on the ground. "Here comes one of them." Rose walks up to her.

"Oh, woah, look at you. Welcome to Earth!" Rose said with a warm embrace.

"That is the first and nicest thing anyone has ever said to me." The new Amethyst Guard said. Then, the squadron leader approached

"What's going on here?" She asked, demanding an explination. "Our orders were to move out as you emerged!"

"But 8XM hasn't emerged yet." An Amethyst soldier explained.

"She can catch up with us later." The squadron leader said "Go, go, go!" The Amethysts leave. Rose starts to follow them, but Pearl stopped her.

"My Diamond? Please? Let's not draw any more attention to ourselves than we already have." She said with concern.

"You're right." Rose said with dissapointment. "But things were getting really fun."

Pearl thought for a moment then got an idea. "What if we took some time to explore some of Earth's other features?" Pearl said, with Rose smiling at the idea.

"Pearl! You're so smart." She complimented.

"Wait a minute, Who's 8XM?" April asked, completely confused.

"That was Amethyst's codename." Pearl explained. "Quartz soldiers use codes to tell each other apart."

Suddenly, the warp pad was turned on much to the suprise of all three of them. All they found was a note from Dusk Quartz telling them to come to the Prime Kindergarden. They knew it could be a trap but they had to stop him. So they went on the warp pad and went to meet him. When they arrive, the place seems quiet, a little too quiet. Rarity was thinking of the last thing Pearl said.

"So it was all just so she could get out and have some fun?" Rarity asked with curiousity.

"Well, that's how it started." Pearl said, knowing just what she was talking about.

The scene shifts back to Rose and Pearl on Earth. "So, this is Earth." Rose said in awe.

"And this is just a small portion of the resources available for making Gems on this planet." Pearl added.

"I have to see it all." Rose said in a mix of love and excitement.

Pearl and Rose explore the Earth. They walk through a field of flowers and Rose tossed some into the air before grabbing Pearl by the hand and went off they didn't go far when they saw a butterfly standing on a leaf. Rose tried to grab it but it flew around her and then went up in the air, while Rose hugged Pearl tightly. And then they came to a river they saw some fish swimming in it, and then saw the strangest creatures they had ever seen, Humans. They seemed happy as they left the river. This made Rose a bit sad, and became even more sad when she and Pearl returned.

"Is everything alright, my Diamond?" Pearl asked, wondering what's wrong. "You seem troubled."

"All this life that's been growing wild here on Earth...none of it will survive my invasion." Rose said as she learned the truth of what is happening. "We're not creating life from nothing. We're taking life, and leaving nothing behind." just then lightning flashed and thunder roared.

"Forgive me, my Diamond. I shouldn't have brought you to such a place." Pearl said, feeling it's her fault.

"No. I needed to see this." Rose said as it started to rain, knowing what she needed to do next.

"So she did want to protect Earth. She didn't realize what the colony was doing to the planet." Rarity said, feeling sorry for her. Suddenly they heard a very sinister voice, from what Garnet and Sunset described all to well.

"Aww, a very heartwarming story" Dusk Quartz said sarcastically, as if he knew the story.

"Dusk Quartz, I assume." April said as she, Pearl and Rarity prepared for battle.

"You assumed correctly, and if your friends told you about me you know what comes next." He said holding a bubble with a gem inside. "Alright Kraangdroids, GET THEM!!" He commanded, which resulted on Kraangdroids attacking.

The three girls fought with grace and style. Pearl used her trident to slice through Kraangdroids, while April chopped them with her Tessen Fan & Tanto Katana Blade, and Rarity cut them down with her 2 Kama Sickles. They took them down with ease, but they knew the worst was yet to come.

"Impressive, your just as eager to fight as your friend, the Fusion." Dusk Quartz complimented, before throwing the bubble he was holding. "But let's see if you can fight this." the bubble popped leaving the gem to emerge, looking just like Pearl but taking the form of a large bird with no eyes, a bow around it's neck, and spears for feet.
"Girls, ready to fight?" Pearl asked.

"Yes." April and Rarity answered.

"Good answer." Pearl said, just before the tree of them charged at Corrupted Pearl, who fought with as much grace as our heroes. The bird like gem swong her spear like feet at them, only to miss by a few inches. The girls eventually poofed the bird like gem, then put it in a bubble. Dusk Quartz was slightly irritated, but shrugged it off

"Well done, you proved yourself a graceful fighter Pearl." He said before warping, much to the girls suprise.

"He warped, without a warp pad!" Pearl said in shock.

"And he got away." April said in irritation. but Rarity was still thinking of when Rose started caring about Earth.

"So, Pearl, when did Rose stop the colonization if she realized it was destroying the Earth." She asked.

"She didn't but she tried." She said recalling when she was pleading with Blue and Yellow Diamond only to be shut down. "When she told the other Diamonds she didn't want to go through with the colony, they told her to finish what she started. When she told the other Diamonds she wanted to preserve life on Earth, they created the zoo and threw a handful of humans in. She did everything she could as Pink Diamond. But her status meant nothing to Blue and Yellow." She finally turns into Rose Quartz in anger. "So she decided to make a stand, as someone they couldn't ignore. She was going to scare every Gem off the planet. But everything changed when she saw Garnet's fusion." Rose and Pearl saw this for only a moment, then escaped.

"I still can't believe it." Rose in amazement "Only on Earth, don't you think? Only on Earth where anything can happen. A fusion of two completely different Gems! Can all Gems do that? How have I never heard of this? I've only ever heard that it's unheard of. Can you imagine what that must feel li-" She was interuppted when Pearl suddenly picks up her by the feet.

"Fusion...activate!" Pearl said, holding her with all her strength, only for her and Rose collapse on the ground. "Oh- I thought- if a Ruby and a Sapphire- but you're a Diamond- forgive me! What am I doing? I...I need to be replaced immediately!" Pearl said embarrased

"No!" Rose said, wanting her to do that again.

"But I've been imagining things." Pearl said blushing madly "Even when you haven't asked me to, I imagine that I ran away and met you here on Earth, a Rose Quartz. And I'm not yours, but I make you so happy anyway! Isn't that ridiculous? Tell me to stop!" She finished only for Rose to grab her.

"Please don't ever stop!" Rose pleaded, all the while blushing madly herself. She and Pearl suddenly fuse into Rainbow Quartz, but she immediately breaks apart, and Rose and Pearl collapse on the ground.

"This is very not allowed." Pearl said, only to Rose to gasp in realization.

"That fusion!" She said in horror. "We never should've left her there with Blue, who knows what sort of horrible punishment-" They suddenly heard a crash. Pearl searches through the bushes and finds Garnet, having fallen down a hill.

"Ow." Garnet said just befor looking up "Ah!" Rose walked towards them through the bushes as Garnet was trying to explain herself. "We didn't mean to fuse! Well- well we did this time. We'll unfuse, we'll..." She tried to finish, only to stop at the sight of Rose.

"No, no, please. I'm glad to see you again." she said in awe.

"Before Garnet, Rose was only fighting for Earth. Pearl said as she finished her story "But Garnet changed everything. Rose wanted to fight for her, she wanted to fight for Gems! And maybe she was foolish, and maybe even...selfish, but she was-"

"Following Garnet." Rarity said, puzzling Pearl.

"What?" she asked.

"This whole time, Garnet thought they were following Rose, but Rose was following Garnet." Rarity explained. "How could she not after you swept her off her feet?"

"W-What?" Pearl said blushing "Me?"

"Are you kidding?" April said, agreeing with Rarity "You took her on this whirlwind tour of Earth and then she wanted to live here with you forever!" Another thought came to mind. "But wait, what happened after the learned this?" She asked.

"Well, Ruby and Sapphire needed some time apart to comprehend this." Pearl explained "But when they got back together, Ruby asked Sapphire to marry her, Sapphire accepted, and they were married shortly after." Rarity soon realized something.

"That's why she as the rings on both hands." She said.

"Yes, they are a true sign of Garnet's love." Pearl answered.

"Come on, lets go home and finish lunch for everyone." April said as she, Rarity, and Pearl get on the warp pad and go home.

Party Central Station

The next day, Mikey, Pinkie, and Amethyst were playing in the Arcade. Soon, they got hungry and went to get pizza. All the while, they were talking about the Turtle's story when they met.

"Soooo, this Shredder guy, he was a really bad guy, huh?" Amethyst asked.

"Yup, and he was pretty strong." Mikey answered.

"But every time we beat him no problem." Pinkie added.

"Still, he must have really taken a lot out of you." Amethyst noted.

"Yeah, you could say that." Mikey said. "Especially when we finally ended him, remember Pinkie?"

"Yeah, it was pretty crazy." Pinkie said, remembering that night as she started telling Amethyst about it. "There we were at his hidden lair, with the help of our friends Princess Twilight & the Dazzlings, we had just defeated Tiger Claw, one of Shredder's goons. Suddenly they looked up and saw standing on the roof was Super Shredder holding something fiery in his hand, "Shredder." Leo growled.

"Whoa nelly." Applejack gasped seeing his mutated from up close.

Shredder dropped a makeshift Molotov Cocktail on the ledge they were on setting in on fire. April and Casey fell from the ledge, but safely landed on the ground via April's psychic powers. Casey saw Shredder dropped another one on the ground surrounding the mansion making it impossible for them to get back up there, "Oh, no!" Casey cried, as the fire spread.

The turtles, Rainbooms, and Dazzlings knew it was up to them, "Let's finish this once and for all!" Raph called, as they used their grappling hooks to reach the roof top.

They started the Super Shredder down, as he had his back turned to them, "Your time is up Shredder!" Leo declared.

"Yeah, the jig is up, Shred-head!" Rainbow added.

Super Shredder answered, "I was wrong. I thought after the death of your master that you would flee from the city as you did before. Afraid to face me. Afraid to embrace your fate."

"Don't flatter yourself, Freak-Nut." Raph replied.

"Yeah! You're not so tough, Cheese Grater! We got you." Mikey mocked.

"Tonight, it ends." Donnie put in.

Sunset spoke, "Your evil madness will finally be dealt with!"

Super Shredder threw off his tattered cape and answered, "Then come and face your doom!" he beckoned them.

The three teams attacked Super Shredder head on without holding back. The super mutant was in shock to see how much stronger they were in their abilities due to the death of their father fueling their desire to see him fall at their hands. When the Dazzlings fought the Super shredder, Adagio spoke, "It was our mistake to think working for you could get us what we wanted." she struck him with her kusunagi.

"When all it did was almost cost us the life of friend." Aria added, as she slammed him with her tribaton. Sonata was the last blocking his strikes with her tonfa, until the three knocked him into a wall.

"I'll make sure you three are put down for good!" Super Shredder attacked, only for Applejack to slide in and swipe at his blades with her hand claws.

"You ain't touching them, ya varmint!" she declared, as Super Shredder decided to fight A.J.

The two met in a grapple, with A.J using her magic strength to match Super Shredder's, "I can see you have gained a new form of power, girl." Super Shredder said.

"A lot's happened to me and my friends, Shredder. Let us, show ya!" she threw him into a wall leaving behind a body print.

Super Shredder peeled himself off, only for me to throw both sprinkle shakers at him, "Time for some fireworks!" the two shakers exploded in Shredder's face blinding him.

He stumbled around, allowing Rainbow Dash to dash forward and elbowed Super Shredder in the stomach making him lose balance. Rarity launched some diamond disks from behind making the mutant fall forward onto his face. Twilight levitated him up and slammed him constantly all around the roof top hoping to wear him down. She eventually got tired from over using her magic and ceased using it.

Super Shredder got up looking at the Rainbooms, "Impossible, you are not this strong!"

"Shredder, haven't you learned anything from our last encounter?" Princess Twilight asked, "You can fill up on all the mutagen in all of Dimension X, but you'll never be able to defeat the power of our Friendship!" The girls and Turtles attacked again, with me and Mikey using their weapons to lasso him up and pin him to the ground.

"Donnie, now!" Mikey called, as Donnie jumped above and came down preparing to stab Super Shredder, only for the super mutant to catch the blade with his hands. That distraction allowed Donnie to grab his last bomb of retro mutagen and threw it onto Super Shredder's chest, only to see it wasn't working.

"The Retro-Mutagen's not working!" Donnie gasped.

"Oh, no!" Fluttershy cried.

Super Shredder broke free of his restraints and had about enough of his enemies. He started attacking them and throwing them off the building with April using her power to keep them from hitting the ground hard.

"We got to get back up there!" Donnie said.

"Our friends need us." Rarity added.

"That fire's spreading out of control, and I don't have enough power to get us up there." April replied. All they could do was watch and hope for the best.

Back on the roof, Super Shredder continued plowing through the girls and turtles with no problem, while mocking their performances, "Pathetic! Redundant! You are all beneath me!"

"I've had it with you, metal mouth!" Raph shouted, as he Rainbow, and Applejack took the fight to him striking with all they had. Unfortunately they were tossed off the roof like all the others.

Soon the only ones left up top were Leo, Sunset, Princess Twilight, and Twilight Sparkle. Super Shredder attacked Leo, as he used his twin swords to keep him at bay, while shouting at him, "You killed him."

"He was your brother, and you killed him!" Sunset called him out.

Princess Twilight had her own things to say, "He was your brother, Saki! Your best friend! How could you do that?"

Super Shredder answered, as he fought, "Splinter was cursed to become a loathsome rat! It was his fate, his destiny!" he grabbed Leo and Princess Twilight holding them above them by the throats.

"Leo!" Twilight cried.

"Twilight!" Sunset called.

"You're a monster! A demon!" Leo screamed to him.

"Is that your destiny, Saki?" Princess Twilight shouted.

Super Shredder was stirred by what the Princess of Friendship asked him, and for a brief moment had questioned himself, "No. I, I'm..." Leo taking advantage of the Super Shredder's weak moment, struck him allowing the two to get free. Super Shredder however grappled with Leo at the edge of the roof and sprained Leo's arm making him scream.

"Leo!" Sunset and Princess Twilight shouted.

Twilight frowned, "No! I WON'T LET YOU HURT MY FRIEND!" her magic reactivated in response to her feelings and used her telekinesis to slam Shredder on the roof harder than ever this time making sure he wouldn't be able to walk away. But eventually her magic died down, and Super Shredder got up, and attacked the four knocking them to the ground.

"And now, you four die!" Shredder declared.

The four felt this was the end of them, until they could see and hear Splinter calling out to them, "Leonardo. Sunset Shimmer. Princess Twilight. Twilight Sparkle. Fear nothing!"

Hearing their sensei's words, the four regained their strength and mercilessly attacked Super Shredder with all they had. The three girls had distracted Super Shredder while Leo grabbed his blade. Twilight spoke to the mutant monster, "Sunset and I let power turn us into monsters, just as you allowed yourself to become one. We can only pity you, because in the end you chose to be this way."

"Goodbye, Shredder." Sunset finished. Leo jumped at Super Shredder delivering the final blow.

As the whole building was caught up in flames, the gang had retreated to the beach, with Applejack and Rainbow Dash carrying the still unconscious Baxter Stockman over their shoulders. They looked up at the burning building, as Casey spoke in disbelief, "I can't believe it."

"Leo!" April called.

"Sunset Shimmer!" Rarity cried.

"Twilight!" the Spike's cried out.

"They're gone?" Raph asked in disbelief.

"No!" Fluttershy cried.

"They can't be!" Mikey said sadly.

Suddenly they could see four figures standing atop the edge of the cliff to see Leo, and the girls, "Leo!" Mikey called.

"Bro!" Raph cried out.

"Twilight! Sunset!" the Rainbooms cheered.

Leo held above his head the mutated version of Shredder's helmet, "Shredder is finished!" he dropped it onto the ground. The four came down and rejoined their friends who were embracing them.

"We were so worried!" Dog Spike barked happily.

"We didn't think you'd make it." Mikey added.

"You can't keep us down." Sunset answered.

"Come on, ninjas. Let's go home." Leo said, as the group took their leave.

"And that the whole story" Pinkie finished

"Whoa, that's quite a story, but wait until you hear the one i have about the time i went to the Beta Kindergarten." Amethyst said, about to begin, just then they spy a paper airplane flying, by it had just landed near their table. Amethyst opened it, read it, then turned to Mikey and Pinkie. "Looks like were going to the Beta Kindergarten.

They warped into the Beta Kindergarten, a canyon as vast and the Prime Kindergarten. The heroes were seeing the place with amazment.

"Hey Amethyst, did you say you came here before?" Mikey asked.

"Yep, me, Steven and Peridot." Amethyst answered. "We were looking for a gem named Jasper, who was made here."

"Here we are, Jasper's origin. The Beta Kindergarten." Peridot said.

"Am I underwhelmed?" Steven asked "It's pretty bright out here."

"It's red." Amethyst said

"No kidding." Peridot said "Heh. Red sandstone! Hah! This is what I'm talking about! We're lucky this place hasn't blown away. Beta, am I right?"

"That's a math joke, right?" Steven asked.

"Heh, c'mon, it gets worse." Amethyst said.

"I mean, this place has got the right growing conditions in a pinch. I guess..." Peridot said before she picked picks up a rock from the ground and licks it before tossing it aside. "But it's too small! It was obviously a total rush job."

"Uh, rush job?" Steven asked.

"Halfway through the rebellion, Homeworld scrambled to generate extra soldiers on the ground." Peridot said while gesturing toward an exit hole. "Look at this, the holes don't even line up! Hehe, it's like they just threw injectors down wherever!" Then she pointed to another hole "Oh, and that one? This Carnelian came out sideways! How could she not, the walls are curved! Hehe, what a joke."

"Man, I-I had no idea." Amethyst said with concern

"I tell you, it really makes you appreciate the Prime Kindergarten, Amethyst." Peridot noted "Your Kindergarten was so thought through! Sure, you might have spent extra time in the ground, but everything else is stacked in your favor! Great location, great holes, even spacing, consistent depth, a real kindergartener gets it right."

Steven stops walking to look at a broken injector, which is missing its four legs. "What happened to this injector?" He asked rather quietly.

"What you want to see is a vertical alignment; no angle in the exit; a clean, strong silhouette." Peridot noted "None of these holes come close!"

"What about that one?" Amethyst asked, pointing at an exit that is much larger than any other hole, with the arms in an upward pose instead of at the sides.

"Jasper..." Peridot said in horror.

"This is Jasper's hole?" Steven asked in shock.

"It's huge." Amethyst said in bewilderment.

"Oh, come on, we already know she's tall. Let's take a closer look. "Peridot said sarcasticlly before approaching the hole and tries to climb her way up into it. "A kindergartener can tell a lot about a Gem's makeup and flaws by their exit marks." She tried to jump up but can't so she looked toward Steven. "Steven..?"

"Oh." Steven said before running over and tossing Peridot up in the air, grunting as she catches the ledge to the hole on the fall down.

"Thanks!" Peridot said in exhaustion before runs to random parts of the hole, gesturing to them. "You see, the problem here - wait, oh, wait, oh, no, um. Now this part... hm. There's this thing where if you count the steps to the back I can..." Eventually, she defeatedly walks out and climbs down from the hole, walking over to Amethyst and Steven.

"What is it?" Amethyst asked with concern.

"She's even got frictional rock melt." Peridot said, a tad bit nervous "It's glass all the way to the back. Actually, I uh, I've never seen an exit hole this perfect."

"Ugh, so it is true." Amethyst said, disapointed.

"Amethyst, that doesn't matter." Steven said in a hope to cheer her up "Who you are isn't about where you came from! It's who you wanna be! It's what you worked hard for. It's what you care about! That's what really matters."

"Yeah!" Amethyst said. "Yeah, you're right!"

"Yeah!" Peridot and Steven shouted.

"It's about who I wanna be!" Amethyst added.

"Yeah!" Peridot and Steven shouted.

"And I wanna be the Gem that beats Jasper into the dirt!" Amethyst finished.

"Huh?" Steven asked

"Yeah!" Peridot shouted, then realizing the problem with that suddenly shifted to saying "Wait, no! Don't fight her! Are you not seeing this? She's the ultimate Quartz!"

"I'm doing it." Amethyst said with confidence while pointing at random holes. "Yeah, and not just for me, for all the weird holes out there! Like this guy! And Skinny up there! And, and, and this mess!"

"Amethyst, that's..." Peridot started but Amethyst interrupted her.

"Yeah, ha! I bet she was great." Amethyst said.

"No, no no no, hold on." Peridot said running over to the hole Amethyst is standing near. "Something's really wrong here. These marks are new. This hole's been dug out. Recently."

"Maybe it was a prairie dog?" Steven asked. "A uh, really big one..?"

"Hm." Peridot said walking further down the path with the others following. "There's more!" She said looking at dozens of holes, barred by metal poles.

"Woah." Amethyst said in horror

"These aren't exit holes anymore." Peridot said, sharing her fear.

"Then what are they?" Steven asked as he approached one and reaches for one of the bars, as a Corrupted Gem Monster reaches for him, pressing against the bars.

"Steven!" Peridot and Amethyst shouted as yhey both quickly grab Steven and pull him away, and they soon see all of the holes being lit up solely by the light from the eyes of monsters.

"Corrupted Gems?" Steven asked in horror. "In cages?"

"Why?" Peridot asked in confusion "Who would do this?""

"That's who." Amethyst said when she saw a lone figure behind a cloud of dust. She had tangerine skin with reddish-orange markings on her face and arms. She has amber eyes and plump lips. Her gemstone is located where a normal nose would be. She has thick, beige-white-colored flowing hair. Physique-wise, she is the archetype Quartz Gem soldier; she has a muscular body and stands both taller and wider than Garnet, an indication of her immense strength and durability. She wore a sleeveless bodysuit, similar to Peridot's, with a dark mahogany V-neck collar and a yellow diamond in the center. The torso of the bodysuit is maroon, and the legs are dark mahogany. She wore red boots with dark red toe caps. This is Jasper, the gem who emerged form that perfect exit hole.

"Jasper." Steven said before watching Amethyst angrily summon her whip.

"Hey Sunset did say that Garnet mentioned a gem named Jasper, and she said that you guys beat her as Smoky Quartz." Pinkie said.

"Yeah but something happened after that." Amethyst said

"And i'm sure that is very touching." a voice suddenly said. Amethyst, Mikey, and Pinkie turned around to see Dusk Quartz at the very spot she saw Jasper. "but first you'll have to prove that you can fight superior commander. Kraangdroids, attack!" Kraangdroids charged from the holes. Amethyst obliterated them with her whips, Mikey smashed them with his nunchucks and Pinkie cut them down with her Bakuhatsugama Sickle with Weight Chain.

"Is that all you got." Amethyst said, ready for more.

"Not quite yet." Dusk Quartz said tossing a bubble with a gem inside it. The bubble popped and the gem started to take form. The Gem was dog-like with horns, lots of hair, but no eyes.

the three fun-loving warriors fought the monster, though it was fast, they managed to poof it and put it in a bubble. "Well done, Amethyst." Dusk Quartz said. "You've past your test with as much prowess as the others."

"Test?" Amethyst asked, confused. "What test?"

"All will be revealed in time, But for now, I leave you with a riddle." Dusk Quartz said before asking his riddle. "Who am I behind the mask?" Then he disappeared behind a cloud of smoke. Everyone was silent

"So Amethyst, what happened after Smoky Quartz beat Jasper?" Pinkie asked.

Amethyst was silent for a moment. "It was shortly after Jasper was defeated." She stated her left forearm is slightly altered and she growls at Smoky Quartz. When they see this, they instantly stop doing their victory dance and look at her, scared. Then, her arm gets even worse as it grows teal spikes.

"Eww, that's disgusting!" Peridot said, disgusted

"It's... corruption.." Smoky Quartz said before unfusing back into Steven and Amethyst.

"Steven, be careful." Amethyst said, knowing how dangerous she is.

"But this just happened. Maybe I can do something!" Steven said moving closer to Jasper. "Jasper, it's okay. I'm here."

"Rose..." Jasper groaned

"I'm not Rose, I'm Steven, I just wanna try and heal you." Steven said before licking his palm and moves his hand towards Jasper, who claws him

"Steven!" Amethyst yelled. Of course he was ok with just a tear in his shirt Peridot, Shocked, attempts to move the metal rod again. Groans and gives up, running up behind the others. And Amethyst charges up closer to Steven and Jasper, but gets blocked by Steven when they to Jasper who chuckled

"I see how you do it now Rose." She said with Steven and Amethyst looking confused "you want Gems after they're worthless, you wait until after they've lost, because when you're at the bottom, you'll follow anyone. That makes you feel like less of a failure." That's when Peridot ran over "Hah! Just look at this one! You've stripped her of everything! Her limb enhancers, her status, her dignity."

"I still have one of those things." Peridot said, talking about her dignity.

"How can you side with Rose Quartz?!" Jasper asked rage. "Why? Why protect this useless shell of a planet?"

"It's not a shell." Peridot said with honesty "there's so much life. Living here, that's what I'm doing! I'm living here! I've been learning new things about myself all the time! Like how I can make metal do my bidding!" at that moment, the metal rod she has been trying to move falls behind her. "The point being Earth can set you free." She said, with a smile.

"Earth is a prison." Jasper said as her corruption spread. "I got out because I'm better than this place."

"It's getting worse.." Steven said with concern.

"I only came back to finish you off.." Jasper finished as her corruption worsens, now spikes are visible throughout her body.

"Try not to move!" Steven said, wanting to help.

"You can't manipulate me, Rose Quartz!" Jasper said in rage and hatred.

"I-I'm not manipulating, I'm trying to help!" Steven said. At that momen she snapped

"Help...? Help?! I've been fighting from the second I broke free of the Earth's crust, because of what YOU did to my colony! Because of what YOU did to my planet! Because of what YOU did to my Diamond!" She said with hatred in her eyes.

"I... Yellow Diamond?" Steven said confused.

"Wha... My Diamond!" Jasper screamed as her corruption worsens even more, making Jasper barely recognizable. "Your Diamond! Pink Diamond!" Soon she transforms completely into a Snow Monster and lunges at them. Peridot use her ferrokinesis and thrusts the metal rod right through Jasper's chest, causing her to poof.

"You're...welcome!" Peridot said with a grin. Amethyst went over to the gem and sighed.

"Come here, sis." she said as she bubbled Jasper's gemstone and sends it away. Steven walks up to Amethyst and she leans against him.

"Man that's deep" Mikey said.

"So when Jasper was cured, did you tell her everything she missed" Pinkie said

"Yeah, and she felt more than a little embarressed." Amethyst said. "But we talked it out and everythings ok now."

The three soon went home to relax for the rest of the day anaware that Dusk Quartz and Kraang Subprime are watching them.

"So what now?" Subprime asked with irritation. "All three of our monsters are poofed."

"Like i said, I'm testing them to see if they are as good at fighting as the ones on my world." Dusk Quartz said with a smile behind his mask "And that leaves one for, the leader. And after that, The Gem Homeworld will be a new addition to Dimention X, as we agreed." He finished with a smile.

V.H.S. (Virtual Realization System)

The next day, Leo, Twilight, and Steven were thinking of the riddle that Mikey, Pinkie and Amethyst got from Dusk Quartz.

"'Who am i behind the mask?' That was riddle." Leo said.

"Anyone have any ideas?" Steven asked, confused.

"Maybe we could ask Lady Achuta if she knows." Twilight said.

"Great idea." Leo said. "Know where we can find her?" He then asked.

"She set up shop at the Prime Kindergarten, and she said to meet us there." Twilight said, then she remembered something. "Oh and Steven, she said we should bring a tape that has your name on it. Do you know what she is talking about?" she asked

"Yeah i do." Steven said before going to the tv to get it. It's a VHS tape with cursive writing on it that reads "For Steven". "Ok i got it, lets go."

Soon they reached the Prime Kindergarten. They find that Lady Achuta had built a base here with weapons, gadgets, and the strangest thing of all, a TV and VHS set.

"Ah good your here and you brought the tape." Lady Achuta said when she saw them.

"Yeah, um what's all this about?" Steven asked.

"I will tell you later, but first, can you tell us how Rose Quartz met your father?" She asked.

"Well my dad was doing one of his concerts back in the day and my mom was the only one who saw it." Steven began.

She was just standing there clapping when my dad finished.

"Thanks for coming everybody, I'm Mr. Universe. If you like what you just heard go check out our merch table!" Greg said, pointing to merch table "My manager Marty can hook you up with CDs, and t-shirts - Oh, wait, he's not there... I guess I'm going over there now..." He then went there and sat down.

Rose walks over to the merchandise table and picks up a CD. "Space Train to the Cosmos..." She said, reading the cover of the CD.

"Yeah!" Gred said before singing "One way ticket and I'm ready to ri~ide!"

Rose was laughing before she asked "How will you get back?"

"Back?" Greg asked

"Back to Earth?" Rose said, answering his question with another question.

Greg sits back as he answers with a cool tone "I'm NEVER coming back."

"Oh! That's awful!" Rose said with a few giggles "This is your home." She then picked up Greg's CD in her hand.

"Uhh... you want that?" Greg asked "You can have it..."

"Hm?" Rose said.

"Oh, and it comes with a free t-shirt!" Greg added as he pulls out a small t-shirt. "You'll probably need a bigger one... I've got an extra extra large in my van! Stay right there!"

"So my dad got a t-shirt for my mom but when she turnd around she was gone so he walked down the boardwalk looking for her, approaching a gate at the beach with a sign that says 'KEEP OFF BEACH'. Below is a sign that reads 'Please' in neat cursive. Greg looks past the gate." Steven said.

"Maybe she's over there?" Greg asked. Just then an owl hooted at the top of the gate. "Ah, - just some giant mysterious lady with enormous pink hair." He jokingly said. "You haven't seen anyone like that around, have ya?"

That owl turns out to be Amethyst as she answered Greg's question. "Sure have, pal!" She said.

Surprised, Greg gulps and asked. "W-where...?"

Amethyst chuckles and turns around "Well, uh... If I told you any more I'd have to KILL YOU!" she then flies towards Crystal Temple hooting "Hoo, hoo, hoahahaha!"

"Hey! WAIT!" Greg said as he tries to catch up and climbs the fence "Hold on a sec-Whoa, oomph!" Greg falls over the top of the fence, landing on the other side. He runs after Amethyst, up towards the temple entrance where Pearl is standing with Amethyst perched on her arm.

"This long-haired human was talking to me over by the fence!" Amethyst said.

"It spoke to you?" Pearl asked.

"He was asking about Rose." Amethyst added before she turned her head 180 degrees. "Look, there he is!"

"Yo~" Greg said. Amethyst flies off towards Greg, hitting Pearl's face.

"Ugh, Amethyst, wait!" Pearl said.

Amethyst shape-shifts back into herself and scares Greg. Her appearance here is very reminiscent of a toddler's. "It's YOU!" She said as she crawls around Greg and lifts up his shirt. "I've never seen this one around here before... Aww... I really like your hair!"

"Amethyst! Leave him be! You don't know where he's been!" Pearl said picking Amethyst up, who struggles to touch him. Pearl then turned to Greg "I'm very sorry about this... umm... you." Just then the warp pad was activated. Garnet warps in, bubbling away two gems before seeing Greg.

"Pearl, Amethyst, you're with a human." She said approaching him.

"He followed me over the fence!" Amethyst said happily.

"What should we do?" Pearl asked.

Garnet's shades reflect Greg's face "State your purpose." She ordered.

"Uhh... I was kinda looking for the mysterious pink lady. Kinda really tall... lots of big curly hair?" Greg explained nervously

"See, he's talking about Ro— mmphhh" Amethyst started but Pearl puts her hand over Amethyst's mouth to muffle her.

"I don't know how to make him go away." Pearl said to Garnet

"I'll just throw him back over the fence." Garnet said

"Huh?" Greg asked, and before he knew it Garnet picks him up in attempt to throw him over the fence. Greg moans in protest as he's carried off.

"Excellent idea!" Pearl said "Humans should stay on the other side of the fence like the sign says."

"PLEASE!" Greg pleaded "No Throwing!"

"Wait!" Rose cried, hurrying out of the temple. "Mr. Universe?"

"It's you - Whoa!-" Greg said as Garnet drops Greg and blushes."Ow!"

Rose jumps and lands gracefully in front of Greg, reaching out a hand to help him up. "Are you alright?" She asked.

Greg takes her hand; the two of them look at each other for a moment until Pearl comes into the frame. "You know this human?" She asked

"He was playing a concert on the beach, and I couldn't help myself." Rose explained, blushing slightly

"No one can ignore the Universe." Greg said, whipping his hair "Oh! I brought you this." Greg held out the t-shirt "It's the free t-shirt that came with the free CD!"

Rose takes the shirt "Why, thank you!" She said as the other Gems crowd around Rose to look. "His gimmick is space!" She whispers. Pearl chuckles a little bit.

"Hey, play something, music man!" Amethyst said smiling

Better make it good. Garnet said before summoning a gauntlet

"Ah, man, I'm working on this awesome new set, it's gonna kill at my next show." Greg said before realizing how late it is. "Next show! Aw jeez, what time is it?"

"N... ight... time?" Pearl said.

"Yeah, Marty's probably looking for me." Greg said "We're supposed to hit the road... Big show in a big city... and I didn't drop out of community college for nothing!"

"What?" Pearl said

"Well, you better hurry." Rose said with a smile "You don't wanna miss your space train to the cosmos."

"Okay! I'll see you later" Greg as he begins to run off, then stops, turns back for a second to call back "Uh, I hope the stars will align for us to meet again!"

"I'm sure they will!" Rose said

"Bye~ music man!" Amethyst said as she waved. Greg waves back then exits while Rose looks at the shirt.

"I can sing!" Pearl said sounding somewhat jealous. Rose smiles; Garnet begins to laugh as Amethyst joins her. "What?" Pearl said as she puts hands on hips while blushing.

"But soon after my dad realized that my mom was everything he had ever wanted so he left his manager Marty and went back to be with her." Steven finished.

"Why did you ask that, Lady Achuta?" Twilight asked

"Well you see-" Lady Achuta began but just then an explosion came through the front door, and then Kraang Subprime and Dusk Quartz entered the scene.

"How, How did you find me?" Lady Achuta asked, shocked to see him.

"Do you really thing that this world is unique?" Dusk Quartz asked back. "You built a base in the Prime Kindergarden in our world too. And while you escaped your end in our world, you will meet your end here, with pain and suffering." He finished his sentence with a punch to Lady Achuta's face sending her flying near the tv.

"I don't know who you are, breaking into someones based, not a cool move." Leo said.

"Who cares if you care, aslong as you die!" Kraang Subprime said laughing.

"Acually, I think you all should care who i am." Dusk Quartz said, to Kraang Subprime's confusion. "See, every version of the spawn of Rose Quartz is a hero, saving the earth many times, except one." and before he finished, he removed his mask revealing a grown up version of Steven's face with a scar over the eye. "ME!!!"

Everyone was so shocked to see this, that before they could say anything, Dusk Quartz, or Evil Steven continued his story.

"In my dimension, the earth was nearly destroyed, humanity was on it's last legs, and when the Gem Homeworld invaded, mankind were more than ready to defend themselves. But Pink Diamond made peace with the humans and promised not to destroy their planet." He began while fighting Leo, Twilight, and Steven, who had recovered from their shock and tried to take him down, but to no avail. "When the other diamonds learned of this, they deemed Pink Diamond a traitor and pronounced her death sentence, but by then, it was too late. She had wed a warrior king and had a son, me. I grew up in the a war with the Diamonds armies, who were unable to destroy us. But then, the diamonds blasted us with beam that destroyed all the gems and humans of earth, including my father, all but I, Lady Achuta, and three of Pink's followers survived, a pearl who served Pink Diamond, an Amethyst smaller then the others, and a Ruby and a Sapphire who fused in to something new, all three transformed in to the monsters your friends faced." At this time, our heroes had been subdued. He had turned to Kraang Subprime, who had trapped them with his goo gun. "OK 'partner' you know what to do." he said

"Sure thing." Kraang Subprime answered and pushed a button on a remote. Unfortunately at this time a huge boulder started to fall right toward him. It was only when it was too late did he see it "AWW KRAANG!!!!" And with that the boulder landed on top of Kraang Subprime, crushing him in the prosses.

"Do you think that he's-" Steven started but Leo stopped him

"Nope, he'll be back, he always comes back." Leo said

"It's true." Twilight added.

"Besides, he did his job, and half of my revenge is complete." Dusk Quartz said smiling.

"What do you mean, um Steven?" Steven asked.

"It's Dusk Quartz to you, and to answer your question, when the Kraang invaded the Gem Homeworld in my reality, I thought that all my years of planning my revenge on the Diamonds was for nothing." Dusk Quartz said, a bit sad only for a moment. "Then when i learned that there was a reality where Homeworld still stood, I knew it was destiny calling me to this universe. I planned it so that i could get revenge on the Diamonds for destroying my home, and Kraang Subprime for robbing me of my revenge on the Diamonds for destroying my home."

"And you think that will bring your people back?" Leo asked.

"No, but they will be avenged." Dusk Quartz answered. "That button that Kraang Subprime pressed initiated the charging sequence for 5 signal towers. it may take a while, but when they are fully charged, they will emit a signal that opens a portal to Dimension X right over Homeworld, leaving it for the Kraang Armada to do with as they wish."

"You can't do this to them, our Homeworld accepts that Earth is great just the way it is Steven." Twilight said, only to be answered by a growl by Dusk Quartz.

"I TOLD YOU, IT'S DUSK QUARTZ!!!!" He shouted, and continued as angrily "And my mother use to hope that MY Homeworld would do that, but her hope was in vain." He then released Steven for Kraang Subprimes goo before he continued. "So now we will see which son of Pink Diamond is better." He drew his stood ready to fight.

"That's not fair, Steven's just a boy and your a fully grown man." Twilight said, but Steven reassured her.

"It's OK Twilight." Steven said, ready for a fight. "I can take him."

"ENOUGH TALK!!!" Dusk Quartz shouted. "Come boy, show me why your earth was protected while mine was fated to be destroyed." He then picked up a battle ax. "SHOW ME WHY YOU ARE THE BETTER SON OF ROSE QUARTZ".

And with the who started fighting with ferocity to the sound of a radio playing a song that Steven might sing later. The two circled each other before Dusk Quarts swung first. Given Steven's short stature, He dodged many of Dusk Quartz's blows. But Dusk Quartz had the advantage in speed and power, so he could catch Steven off guard be for he could react. Soon the two drew swords and fought with them, and while Steven gave it his all, But Dusk Quartz was too much for him. When Lady Achuta woke up and saw this she knew she had to act fast. So she checked on the tape to see if it was damaged, when she saw it wasn't she knew what to do with it. By the time she put it in, Dusk Quartz has the ax aimed at Steven's head.

"And now with your death, no one will stop me from avenging my planet." Dusk Quartz pronounced. But before he could land a blow, he heard the TV running he saw the beach with A younger Greg dances across the screen, with Rose Quartz holding the camera and chuckling.

'What are you doing?" Rose asked with a smile.

"Steven, that voice." Twilight said astonished.

"Is that her?" Leo asked sharing Twilight's astonishment.

"Yep." Steven answered before slipping out of range of Dusk Quartz's ax before it dropped.

the shot changes to Greg napping on the beach, snoring with a seagull on his stomach.

"Greg made a friend." Rose said as she chuckles some more. The seagull squawks and flies off, waking Greg up.

"What?! Ah!" Greg screamed before panting, while Rose laughs some more.

"What are you doing, Lady Achuta?" Dusk Quartz asked, feeling something he had never felt before. "Stop it!"

"Look at it Steven." Lady Achuta said. "Look at what you're suppose to be."

Another shot changes with Greg looking nervous "Go on..." Rose said with antisipation.

"Sorry, I'm getting stage fright here." Greg said rubbing his neck.

"Tell us about yourself." Rose said, acting curious.

"Well, let's see here... My name is Greg. No, no, no! This is all wrong!" Greg said before the shot changed again. "Okay, go! They call me..." He paused to strum his guitar before continuing "Mr. Universe! Get ready baby, you're gonna have the coolest dad this side of the cosmos!" He then mimics guitar riff before turning to Rose "Press the button, Rose!"

"Oh, right!" Rose pushed a button, and a colorful stream washes over the screen "Was that the right one?"

"Uh... maybe?" Greg said, unsure himself.

"Oh, what does this one do?" Rose pushed another button which cued a star iris over the screen.

"No! No! Turn it off!" Dusk Quartz pleaded before falling on his knees, with tears in his eyes as he continued to watch it change to a shot where Greg is seen on the beach playing the guitar.

"Isn't it remarkable, Steven?" Rose asked "This world is full of so many possibilities. Each living thing has an entirely unique experience. The sights they see, the sounds they hear. The lives they live are so complicated... a-and so simple. I can't wait for you to join them."

"Mother..." Dusk Quartz said with his voice breaking as Rose turns the video camera around at her

"Steven, we can't both exist." Rose explained "I'm going to become half of you. And I need you to know that every moment you love being yourself, that's me, loving you and loving being you. Because you're going to be something extraordinary. You're going to be a human being."

"Hey, Rose!" Greg called

"Take care of them, Steven." Rose said before one final Shot change shows Greg and Rose standing together as they lean in for a kiss.

"I get it now." Dusk Quartz said to Steven, who turned to him while he was freeing Leo and Twilight from Kraang Subprime's goo. "I get why you where the better out of the two of us. It's because you have her heart and compassion, because you care about those you love over everything else, even your life." He then turned to Lady Achuta. "Connie my old friend, I have been so foolish."

"Wait, SHE'S CONNIE IN YOUR WORLD!!!" Twilight shouted after being freed from the goo, then she regained herself when she notice everyone stare at her. "Sorry, this is all a lot to take in."

"Anyway, I know you don't want to be with me right now, but--" He was inturrupted by Lady Achuta when she kissed him which made Steven think about his future with Connie.

"I wanted to be with since we were children." Lady Achuta said with tears in her eyes "I just didn't realize it until we lost our home."

"But it's too late, i've done everything wrong, in 5 days the signal towers will pull Homeworld into Dimension X, and only an attack on the power core can stop it." Dusk Quartz said before looking at his gem "I blew it! Everything was different, and I didn't believe it."

"Everything is different!" Steven said "We had a fight, so we can make up, right?"

"If the power core it the only thing that can stop it, then let's use it to our advantage." Leo added.

"Huh?" Dusk Quartz asked.

"Yeah, there's 5 of them, it takes 5 days for them to charge, so we can fix this before any real damage is done." Twilight said.

"Hm. Spoken like leaders." Dusk Quartz said.

"No. Spoken like friends." Steven corrected.

Just then, Twilight noticed a drone with a small camera just over the door, on the side it has the turtle shell on it. "Everythings ok here Donnie." Twilight said, knowing Donnie sent it to check on them. "Will meet you back at the house." And with that the drone left for home.

Suddenly the boulder started to crack and fall apart, revealing a chest with the mark on Sunset's Geode on it. All five of them look at the mysterious chest.

"What's in it?" Twilight asked, confused "And why is it for Sunset."

"'You will need 8 pieces to assemble the key to this chest. Master Eon' That is what it says." Leo said.

"I do not know where these pieces are, but i feel that we will find them as we search for the towers." Dusk Quartz said.

Soon they all warp back to the house with the chest. The rest of our heroes are gathered on the couch, hoping that they will be back soon.

"Hey everyone." Dusk Quartz said, nervous of what will happen. He decided to add a joke "Did you guys...'Bis-miss-th' me?"

"Ha! I told you they'd be fine." Peridot said before changing the subject "Also, less importantly, what's with the chest?"

"It's for Sunset Shimmer." Leo said walking to her.

"For me?" Sunset asked, confused as to who would send this to her. Soon she put the chest down and went to Dusk Quartz

"Listen, uh i just want to say-" He stopped when Sunset hugged him like a child hugs her mother. "Hey, what are you-" Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy joined in with tears in their eyes, knocking Dusk Quartz to the ground. to the floor. Garnet knew that Ruby and Sapphire would like to share their condolences

"We couldn't believe what you've been through." Sapphire said as Ruby joined in the hugginh "I'm so sorry! We should've-"

"It's ok, in all my years alone, i forgot why Pink Diamond decided to protect earth." Dusk Quartz said "I guess Steven just reminded me of that."

"So what is in this chest." Rainboom said, curious.

"I guess we'll just have to find the key pieces and see." Sunset said, feeling that it may answer some questions.

"Oh! Ruby, Sapphire, I have something for you. My worlds Garnet use to wear these." Dusk Quartz opens her hand to reveal two necklaces, each having half of a heart, one red with the letter R on it and the other blue with the letter S.

Ruby and Sapphire gasp. "I was supposed to give them to you earlier, but that was when we were enemies." Dusk Quartz said.

"WE LOVE THEM!!" Ruby and Sapphire yelled after putting them on, hugging Dusk Quartz tighter.

The next morning Rainbow Dash, AppleJack, and Bismuth were waiting for Dusk Quartz to learn any information as to the whereabouts of the hidden towers, for Kraang Subprime hid them so well that not even the best of the army could find them. Rainbow Dash looks at Dusk Quartz with some leftover surprise

"Anyone else still weirded out by the fact that our former enemy is a grown-up version of Steven?" She asked Applejack and Bismuth.

"Not me." Bismuth said. "Ever since I learned that Rose Quartz and Pink Diamond were the same people, nothing surprises me."

"So how's it goin' over there, partner?" Applejack asked.

"So far, I've found no sign of them. Kraang Subprime hid the towers himself, so even I don't know where they are without some further searching." Dusk Quartz said

Bismuth laughs as she wraps both her arms around Applejack and Rainbow Dash "What else is new?" She asked before turning to Garnet, who was helping Lady Achuta rewiring the warp pad to work with Dusk Quartz's computer "Garnet, remember when you, Sunset, Raph, and Fugitoid brought down Kraang Subprime's two hundred ton spaceship? You walked out with our stones shining brighter than when we walked in."

"As I recall, it was three hundred tons," Garnet said smiling.

"And, Pearl, remember when You, Rarity, and April stopped all those Kraang Droids?" She asked Pearl, who was making breakfast with Mikey and Pinkie "I still of how you described the look on their faces when you pulled them out of the Exo suits!"

"I know." Pearl said laughing "How embarrassing for them."

"Ha-ha!" Bismuth laughed before talking to Dusk Quartz. "So hows about I take Applejack and Rainbow Dash on a little trip while you look for those towers?"

"Hmm, I guess it wouldn't hurt." Dusk Quartz said.

"Great and I know just where to go. To the forge!" Bismuth exclaimed.

"Yo, what's a forge?" Rainbow Dash asked.

Scene changes to a volcanic like land.

"This brings back memories." Bismuth said.

"So how big is this forge?" Applejack asked.

"A better question to ask is 'How hot is it?'." Bismuth said.

"What do you mean by that?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"You'll see." Bismuth said as they arrived at the entrance of the forge. Her fist turned into a hammer that she used to slam the wall which opened the door. "Ta-da!"

"Wow." Rainbow Dash said with her mind blown "Now, that's an entrance."

The three enter the Forge. Soon, Applejack starts sweating. "Phew, this place is hotter than a bonfire in a fireworks factory." She said.

"You two think it's hot now?" Bismuth asked.

"Yeah, like an oven." Rainbow Dash added. this caused Bismuth to laugh

"Well, it's about to get way hotter!" She said before pounding her fist, which transformed into a hammer, on an anvil that turned on a lava fall right over Bismuth.

"Ah, cool!" Rainbow Dash said before correcting herself. "Oops, I mean HOT! Hehe."

Bismuth soon emerged from the lava with a sigh of relief. "Nothing like a hot lava bath to get into a working mood." She said. As she went to work Rainbow Dash had a question at the back of her mind.

"Uh, what, exactly, do you do here?" She finally asked Bismuth.

"Homeworld used us Bismuths to erect spires and temples for the Gem elites to enjoy." Bismuth said before hammering a hot bar of metal. "But Rose taught me that my life was my own, that I could choose to do whatever I wanted." She then but the metal thing in some water and blew to cool it off. "So I chose this."

"Bismuth, you make... weapons?!" Rainbow Dash asked in awe

"That's right!" She answered "I outfitted the entire Rebellion. Every material weapon used by the Crystal Gems was made right here in this forge. And thanks to this robot assistant that Peridot made, weapons are done in half the time."

"Your appreciation is greatly noted, madam." The robot said in a British voice.

"Wait, is it done yet?" Bismuth asked

"It's in there, madam." The robot said, pointing to a box

"Aha! Yes!" Bismuth said before going to Rainbow Dash and Applejack "Hey you mind if I borrow your weapons." Applejack handed her Shuko Hand Claws and Rainbow Dash handed her Naginata Spear "Great, I'll give them back in just a second." Bismuth walks away and returns momentarily with their weapons. "Here. With these upgrades, you can do some serious damage. To activate them just push the button" Applejack when first, and her hand claws started glowing with a laser field around each claw, which sliced through a training dummy when she tested them, which made Applejack very pleased. Rainbow Dash wanted to try hers out next, so she pushed a button and two more blades popped out of the sides, making her spear look more like a trident, which she liked when she cut through three more dummies.

"Aww yeah, this is AWESOME!!!" Rainbow Dash said with excitement.

"It's no big deal." Bismuth said being modest "Garnet told me to work on them since before... Well, may as well give them to you now."

"It was worth the wait." Applejack said with a smile

"Hey, it's a pleasure doing 'Bismuth' with you." Bismuth said with a wink. Just then, Dusk Quartz called on their communicators.

"Hey, I just found one of the towers, and you'll never guess where it is." He said

Soon the three were standing right in front of the tower which is three miles from the forge. It is tall, reaching up over the clouds.

"WHOA!" Rainbow Dash said in awe "It's big."

"And it has defenses." Applejack said, pointing at some Kraang Droids came out of the base of the tower. "Must have been left by Kraang Subprime to guard towers."

"Then let's see what they got!" Bismuth said turning her hands into fists. Then the Kraang Droids charged at our heroes who were ready for them. Bismuth smashed them with her hammers, and Applejack and Rainbow Dash sliced them up with her upgraded weapons. Soon enough, they took him out and approached the tower's main door, only to find that it's locked.

"Dusk Quartz, you and the others better get here." Bismuth said in her communicator "I think we may have a proplem."

Soon the rest of the group arrive at their location and Dusk Quartz inspects the control panel and growls " Bad news, Kraang Subpime programmed this door to lock out us out of the power core room, which is on the other side of the door." He said before wondering what to do now. "If anyone have any ideas, I'm open to them."

Garnet goes over to the control panel and inspects it, then smiles knowing just what to do. "The doors maybe locked to all of us..." She said before turning to Amethyst, Pearl and Steven. "But the four of us know some people who can help." everyone knew right away just what she was talking about - Fusion. the fusions of Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and Steven might just get in and destroy the powercore.

"So how do we make this work?" Garner asked.

"Perhaps two fusions per tower should do the trick." Pearl said.

"Right, Pearl and Garnet you fuse" Steven instructed "And I'll fuse with Amethyst."

"Awww Yeah, this is gonna be good." Amethyst said.

"Now all we need are some boomboxes." Garnet said.

"I got a couple of them." Pinkie said pulling two boom boxes out of her hair. Everyone was confused as to how they got in their but knew there was no time to get confused. Connie pulled two cassets out of her bag, one with the word 'Enticement' on it and the other with the word 'Consolation' on it.

"We'll go first." Garnet said as she and Pearl stood across from each other.

"Ok here we go." Connie said playing Enticment. Garnet and Pearl began to dance as "Enticement" plays in the background. Garnet throws Pearl into the air, and she spins mid-air before spread eagle falling back down into Garnet's arms and they fuse into a tall woman as a flash of orange light begins to emanate from Garnet's prior position. Her hands are as long from wrist to fingertips as Steven is tall. She has vermilion skin and pale apricot-colored hair, styled into a tetrahedron with very rounded corners. Her torso and legs greatly resemble Garnet's but have less mass. As a fusion, she has four arms and inherits the same locations of her gemstones as her fused cooperators. She wears a black, tailcoat tuxedo-leotard with a tangerine bow tie and a small, black star on her chest. This tailcoat comes from Pearl's sash ribbon. The underside of the tail of her tailcoat is the same shade of tangerine as her bow tie. She wears two-toned, mauve-gray leggings under crimson tips surrounding the top part of her feet. On her first set of arms, she wears white gloves, exposing her hands except a white covering on her middle fingers like Garnet's. On her second set of arms, located on her abdomen, she wears white gloves that closely resemble Sapphire's gloves that extend to her elbows. She wears round shades that resemble those of Alexandrite, but are slightly transparent and tinted with a dark reddish-ginger color, which reveals that Sardonyx has four eyes, two on the bottom which are large and round, and two on the top which are thin, small, and narrow. Her top pair of eyes are magenta, while the bottom pair are crimson-colored. Sardonyx appears to have a small gap between her front teeth and plump lips. Her face is rather triangular, and her feet have small, bright pink diamonds on them. This was Sardonyx, the fusion of Garnet and Pearl, ready for the show.

"Gooooood evening, everybody!" Sardonyx said as she slashes the pillar of light, which turns into a falling curtain and small lightning dragonflies. struts over to everyone and does a twirl "This is the lovely Sardonyx! Coming to you live from the soon-to-be-former Kraang Tower! How are y'all doin' tonight?"

"Great, thanks for asking." Pinkie Pie said, catching Sardonyx's attention

"Oh my stars!" Sardonyx said as she brings two hands down in front of the Turtles and the Rainbooms, who then jumps into her hands as she lifts him up to her face. "If it isn't the heroes of New York! We finally meet. So, what do you think?" She then spins her torso a full 360 degrees with her other pair of hands touching her hair. "Was I worth the wait?" She asked with a look of confusion, followed by one that's ecstatic "What am I saying? Of course I was!" She then laughs as the Ninjas stands up in her hands.

"Wow, you're so articulated!" Mikey saidn

"Well, aren't you the sweetest little charmer!" Sardonyx said as she brings other pair of hands to Mikey and starts squeezing him lightly "I could literally squish you right now! It would not be hard."

Mikey starts aughing as he's being squished "No..." he laughs "ha-ha!"

Sardonyx brings him closer to her face "Sorry, I'm just so excited to be here." She said "You see, I haven't exactly been myself lately." She then starts laughing as she puts Mikey further away from her face.

Mikey starts laughing with her, then looks down to the others and points to Sardonyx. "Fusion joke!" He said, which causes the others to laugh to.

Sardonyx then puts the ninjas down. "And jokes aren't the only thing I got." She said before summoning Pearl's spear, and taps her shoulder, pretending to be distracted. "Hm?" She then throws the spear into the air "Oh!" Next, she summons Garnet's gauntlets, and inwardly dual-punches the spear just as it's falling to form a war hammer. She finishes of by catching it.

"Whoa, that's REALLY DOPE YO!" Casey Jones said.

"Ok, Steven, Amethyst, Your next." Sardonyx said as Connie plays Consolation. Steven and Amethyst start their dance, which finishes with the two going into a hug, causing them to fuse and cause an explosion of smoke and light. Clouds blow away to reveal a woman who has three arms; one right arm and one left arm with two fore-arms stemming from the elbow, a dark mauve complexion, dark bushy eyebrows, and peach freckles on her cheeks and shoulders. Her hair reaches to their shoulders and is styled similarly to Amethyst’s, and its dark brown color and slight curliness comes from Steven. Their hair often obscures their left eye. She is slightly taller than Dusk Quartz and have a large, wide build which stems from both Steven and Amethyst's chubby body structure. She has plump lips, a small nose, and a round face. She wears Amethyst's black top with torn holes on the chest over a strapless top resembling Steven's shirt, her boots are white, and she wears ripped shorts. This is Smoky Quartz, the fusion of Steven and Amethyst.

"What a beau-tiful day!" Smoky Quartz said.

"hoo wee, what do you call this one." Applejack asked.

"Oh yeah, introductions are in order. Well you see Applejack, Rose Quartz, and an Amethyst make a..." Smoky Quartz said while generates Steven's shield, throwing into the air and summoning Amethyst's whip, using it to catch the shield and combines them to make a yo-yo before finishing. "Smoky Quartz."

"SUPER AWSOME!!!" Rainbow Dash said.

"Ok you two the power core is inside, all you have to do is smash it up. Will be watching from Donnie's spybot" Dusk Quartz said before Sardonyx and Smoky Quartz when in followed by the spybot.

"You know 'smash' is the word that one would use to describe what... someone else might do." Sardonyx said to Smoky Quartz, who blushed a little

"Yeah, she is a bit of a wild card." Smoky Quartz said

"Now..." Sardonyx said as she and Smoky Quartz jump up and get ready for a hit. "The proper words used to describe you and yours truly are..." As she speaks, they both hit parts of the powercore "Specific!" They swing again and hits more parts "Intelligent! Accurate! Faultless!" Soon they jump to the top of the core. "Elegant." More pieces are knocked away as she continues listing. "Controlled! Surgical! Graceful!" Sardonyx jumps up and prepares final hit at top of the power core :Aaandd... Powerful!" She stops just before hitting "But yes, occasionally, we are known... to smash." lightly taps top of core with her hammer shuting the core down. this results in the whole tower falling apart while Sardonyx and Smoky Quartz emerge undamaged with the spybot flying close behind. Now, just remember everybody. If you ever have need of the lovely Sardonyx, let Pearl and Garnet know, I'll be there in a flash, Literally.

"Yeah and if you ever need me again just let Steven and Amethyst know, and i'll help out how ever i can.

The two then unfuse back into our four heroes who start laughing as everyone gathers around them.

"Pretty neat huh?" Busmuth asked Applejack and Rainbow Dash, who were in awe of everything.

"Neat? I call it SUPER MEGA AWESOME!!!" Rainbow Dash said.

Now as everyone else was talking about what happened, Sunset Shimmer found a couple of things glowing nearby, one was a small flame burn when she first touched it but cooled off and turned into a red key piece shortly after. The other was a small puddle of water that she used to cool her burn and after the burn dissapeard, the puddle solidified into a blue key piece.

"Hey ninjas, how about coming with me to the forge and seeing what upgrades i got for weapons." Bismuth said.

"Spoiler alert, THEY'RE AWESOME!!!" Rainbow Dash said as they went to the forge laughing.

The next day at a barn Donnie, Casey Jones, And Peridot were working on a machine that, according to Dusk Quartz, will help them find the remaining 4 towers, while they were talking about Peridot's history of redemption.

"So you called Yellow Diamond a clod... right to her face!" Casey said

"Well it was during my 'Crystal Gem in training' Days." Peridot said, blushing a little.

"There, it's finished." Donnie said before turning on the machine. The machine started humming and whirling. Donnie then turned on his communicator. "You guys getting anything yet."

"Not yet Donnie." Leo said as the house. "But we'll let you know if we have something."

Just then Casey saw a tape recorder on the table. "What's this for?" He asked Peridot

"Oh, I forgot about that, used that when we started working on a drill." Peridot said.

"Oh you mean the one you and Steven used to get to the cluster." Donnie said

"Yep." Peridot said. "We were originally going to destroy it, but Steven decided to bubble it."

"HOW ON EARTH DID HE BUBBLE THAT WHOLE THING???" Donnie asked astounded.

"He had a little help." Peridot said. "You know, you can listen to some of the recordings in it if you want."

"Ok, here goes." Casey said before pressing play on it.

"Log date 7 15 2..." The recorder said calmly before switch to a hysterical voice "I can't believe I just did that! I disobeyed my orders and went against Yellow Diamond's wishes! I'm a traitorous clod! I never want to think about what I've done again!"

"Hehehehe, it seems that i was a little bit too over dramatic hearing that again after all this time." Peridot said, blushing more than before.

"A little?" Donnie asked.

"Well remember this was back when I was new to the whole, protecting earth thing." Peridot said.

"What else is did you record in here." Casey said

"Well there is something that you need to hear, to see how much I have grown to respect the Crystal Gems as a whole." Peridot said, but just as she was recording it, Dusk Quartz called

"Hey guys, i think we found another tower, we're sending you the coordinates." He said.

"We'll listen to it later, right now let's get going." Peridot said before packing her recorder in a bag.

Soon everyone arrived at the coordinates, the saw the tower was just as tall as the first one, but with with much harder plating. Soon Kraang Drones pop out and charge our heroes, who take them down with ease. They soon stand before the controls and see that Sardonyx and Smoky Quartz are added to the list of people that are locked out.

"Well so much for using them again." Donnie said.

"Don't worry we have some more Fusions to do the job." Garnet said. "Pearl, you with Steven. Amethyst, your with me." This made Pearl concerned

"Are you sure about that." Pearl said.

"Don't worry, we've been working with her, and now she's manageable." Amethyst said with a grin.

"Ok, Pinkie, the stereo players please." Pearl said to Pinkie.

"Here you are." Pinkie said pulling out the stereo players out of her hair.

"Ok, let's do it." Connie said as she pulled out two cassettes from her bag, one was called 'Synchronize' and the other was called '2.0'. She played the one called 'Synchronize' and Garnet and Amethyst fusion dance continues, fusing together and forming a colossal and menacing looking fusion with a stocky, bulky build and four arms (each pair seeming to share a shoulder joint). She features four, medium-lilac eyes located under a strong brow and a fifth one above it. Her mouth is twisted into a grin and filled with sharp, pointed teeth. She has a giant plume of spiky, dark purple-black hair kept in an untamed style similar to Amethyst's, but messier. Her skin color is lavender, like Amethyst's. In close-ups of her, she appears to have purple fingernails painted to appear as gemstones themselves. Her gemstones are located on her chest, and on the palms of the hands of her upper arms. Sugilite's palm gemstones have been relocated. Her top is split into two colors: violet and a darker purple. Her leggings are also ripped, but feature star-shaped patches, much like Amethyst's current leggings, with the left one colored black and the right one colored dark-violet. Her hair became longer, gaining an even darker shade of purplish-black, and her skin takes on a more lavender/violet hue, although this could be due to the lighting. Ruby and Sapphire's gemstones are located on her lower pair of arms with the spiral gloves, which is due to Amethyst's outfit palette essentially being reversed in her latest regeneration. This is Sugilite, the fusion of Garnet and Amethyst.

"Hahahahaha!" Sugilite laughs and cracks knuckles "I forgot how GREAT it feels to be me!"

"That's Sugilite." Steven said.

"You got it, baby." Sugilite said before turning to Casey. "Hey, Casey. Wanna see something cool?"

"Yeah!" Casey said, excited.

Sugilite fuses Garnet's gauntlets and Amethyst's whip, forming her flail.

"That is super DOPE, YO!" Casey said.

"Ok, Steven, Pearl, it's turn." Connie said as she plays the cassette entitled '2.0'. Pearl and Steven start dancing, and soon fuse into a man with light pink skin color, his hair is significantly shorter and smaller, instead resembling a thicker, waiver version of Pearl’s hair, and is deep mauve in color along with blue and pink streaks. They wear a long-sleeved teal vaguely similar to Pearl's over a midriff version of Steven's pink t-shirt with a yellow star in the middle, Steven's jeans as knee-length shorts, and Pearl's pink ballet slippers. Unlike most other fusions seen so far, Rainbow Quartz 2.0 does not gain additional height from fusion but is instead about the same height as Pearl. They also share a thin build with Pearl, but have strong, wider calves and feet, which stem from Steven. The gem of Pearl uses a shade of pink, which very closely resembles the shade of their skin color, and Steven's gem uses shades of pink, purple, and yellow. This is Rainbow Quartz the fusion of Pearl and Steven

"Well hello everyone, it's Rainbow Quartz 2.0, at your service." He said with a smile, "Now this is a fine mess we're in."

"I like this one." Pinkie said with a smile. "He funny."

"So what can you do?" Raph asked.

"Watch, and learn." Rainbow Quartz said as he make a silly face and blow a raspberry he pulled out Pearls trident and spins it while he pulls out Steven's shield and put it on top of Pearls trident, turning them into a parasol, which he then use like a broomstick, the end of the parasol begins to glow before rapidly propelling Rainbow Quartz downward, leaving a rainbow trail in its wake. Rainbow Quartz swiftly does a loop de loop to everyone's awe, then reaching the ground, still sitting on their parasol. "I hope that answered your question." He said with a grin. As he spoke, they hop off of the parasol and spin it around before tossing it against his shoulder.

"More than i thought." Raph said, completely shocked.

"Ok you two, get in there and break everything in sight." Dusk Quartz said.

"Break is what I do best Dusky baby." Sugilite said with a grin as she and Rainbow Quartz when inside.

"Don't worry, I'll keep her in line." Rainbow Quartz said as he followed Sugilite.

"Dusky baby?" Dusk Quartz asked himself, with confusion.

Inside Sugilite and Rainbow Quartz approach the core ready to get the job done. Sugilite used her flail to smash the core while Rainbow Quartz blasts it with his parasol. they soon make short work of the core and walk out slowly before the tower exploded. The unfused back into our four heroes to the cheers of their friends. Sunset pulls away from the rest of the group and finds two shiny objects glowing. One of them was a gear made of solid gold that turned into a key piece. The other piece glowed like magic, turning into another key piece in a flash. Peridot pulled Donnie and Casey away from the group and pulled out the tape recorder.

"Hey guys here's the recording i told you about, The one that made me see the Crystal Gems through different eyes." She said before playing the tape recorder.

"Okay, go!" The Peridot on the tape recorder said.

"Log date seven fourteen two." The Garnet on the tape recorder said, causing Donnie and Casey to gasp.

"No, you say it seven one four two." The Peridot on the tape recorder said in an annoyed. "Ugh! Log date 7 14 2. "I have attempted a fusion with the fusion Garnet. I had hoped to gain a better understanding of fusion. Instead, I got a better understanding of Garnet."

"Wait, keep it on a moment." The Garnet on the tape recorder said. "Steven, you probably shouldn't have listened to Peridot's logs, but I know your curiosity comes from a place of caring. You should give the recorder back to her now. She's going to want to keep it."

"Wait, what?" The Peridot on the tape recorder said confused.

"Whoa, that's deep." Casey said amazed.

"Yeah, it was pretty amazing." Peridot said.

Donnie and Casey give a thumbs up. Peridot follows suit while blushing, star shape iris closes on her and stars pop out.

Self Reflection

Early the next morning, Shini, Fluttershy, and Lapis were relaxing on the beach watching the sun begin to rise, and all the while they were reflecting on the events of the last few days.

"I hope we find the next tower soon." Fluttershy said, thinking of what will happen to all the lives on homeworld.

"I'm sure we will." Shini said with hope in her heart.

"Me too." Lapis said before she thought of telling them of all that happened to her. "Hey girls there's something you should know about me. I wasn't always a part of the team."

"What do you mean?" Shini asked.

Lapis recalls memories that begin on Earth about thousands of years ago in a beautiful green-filled savanna "It was thousands of years ago. I was only meant to visit for a short time, but I got caught in the middle of the war. It was awful! I tried to run, but... I was attacked from behind dissipating her physical form in the process. I was picked up by a Homeworld soldier and confused for a Crystal Gem and used as a tool. my gemstone is placed on the back of the Mirror. They'd asked me, 'Show us your base!', 'Where is your leader?' I didn't know. I couldn't say I'm not one of them. It soon became clear that there was no hope in stopping the rebellion. All of the Homeworld Gems fled They begin to flee through the Galaxy Warp and flying saucers, and all the panic of escaping Earth The mirror was dropped and her gemstone is stepped on in the retreating stampede, cracking it in the process, I was left behind. A bright flash of light appears in the sky And there I stayed. Freedom in my sight, but out of reach for ages, until I was found. A younger Pearl appears to be scanning the Galaxy Warp and picks up my mirror"

"That must have been awful." Fluttershy said, feeling sorry for her.

"It was, but some time later I was found by Steven and let out of the mirror, but my gem was still cracked so I couldn't go home, so Steven fixed it with his healing powers. I soon repaid his kindness by saving him and his friends by fusing with Jasper to become Malachite." Lapis explained.

"How long were you two together?" Shini asked.

"Hard to say, time stops for you when you're fused you know." Lapis said. "Shortly after that he let me stay on earth with him and the others."

"That's nice." Fluttershy said, happy things worked out for Lapis. Just then, Dusk Quartz called them on their communicators.

"We found another tower, head to these coordinates." He said on the communicator.

Shortly after they arrived at the tower and knew the drill. Kraang Drones charged at our heroes, who took them down without breaking a sweat. Soon they approached the control panel and saw that two more fusions were added to the security.

"Kraang Subprime must have given the towers a self learning program, adding new threats to the system." Dusk Quartz said in irritation.

"Then we're about to add two more threats to the system." Garnet said before turning to the others. "Steven this time your with me, and Amethyst and Pearl, you two fuse next."

"OK." Steven said before turning to Pinkie "Pinkie, the stereo players."

"Right here, Steven." Pinkie said as she pulled the stereo players out. Connie pulled out two more cassette tapes entitled 'Amalgam' and 'Sunstone' put 'Sunstone' into one of the stereo players.

"Ok, let's get started." Connie said as the tape started playing Steven and Garnet danced and came together to fuse into a woman who has a fire-shaped head, bright orange skin with normal orange patches, and two sets of arms: one bulky and muscular with the other slender. The smaller pair can often be seen displaying peace signs or shakas, demonstrating their laid-back nature. They wear a pair of dark red shades, covering their eyes, Steven's t-shirt with the sleeves rolled up, Garnet's gloves at the lower arms, Steven's pants as shorts with a red pocket on the left leg and a blue pocket on the right leg, and sandals. This is Sunstone the fusion of Steven and Garnet.

"What up my dudes." She said with a smile on her face "Your rockin' pal Sunstone is holdin' it down."

"Unbelievable!" Fugitoid said in amazement.

"Oh, you better believe it." Sunstone said as she bends down and points at Fugitoid with a wide grin.

"Okay!" Fugitoid said in agreement

"Ok, Pearl, Amethyst, your next." Connie said as she played 'Amalgam'. Pearl and Amethyst danced and came together to form a giant woman who has a lean, toned body with two pairs of slender arms. She is very tall, being at least twice as tall as Garnet. Her height is partly due to her constantly on the tip of her toes. Opal has periwinkle skin, a thin, rounded face with a pointed nose and plump lips (traits inherited from Pearl and Amethyst, respectively), baby blue eyes, and thick, wavy, off-white hair. Her hair extends slightly past her calves, tied back into a rowdy ponytail by a pale salmon band. Extending from off the ponytail's sides are chin-length bangs resembling Pearl's and two small pigtails in the front tied by pale yellow ties. Her two gemstones are in the same places where Amethyst and Pearl's gemstones are. Opal's outfit consists of fuchsia, knee-length leggings with pale-violet cuffs rolled up, and yellow flat boots. Opal had a strapless pastel teal top with a drape in the front and back that went down to her shins, featuring an accented star at the base. She wore these drapes in a similar fashion to Amethyst and portraits a star-shaped pattern on her waist. This is Opal, the fusion of Pearl and Amethyst.

"Ok, Sunstone, you ready." Opal said

"Yeah I'm ready." Sunset said before looking at the audience "But remember kids, were trained professionals, so don't try any of this at home."

"Nice fourth wall break there." Pinkie said to Sunstone, who fist bumped her before heading inside with Opal followed by Donnie's spy bot. They enter the power core room and come up with a plan to destroy it. Sunstone summons her suction cups and uses them to pull out parts of the core, then when the center is exposed, Opal summons her bow and shoots an arrow at the core. They soon exit the tower just as it explodes. They unfuse just as everyone gathers around them, congratulating them for a job well done. Sunset soon saw a small cloud pass by and touched it, causing it to turn into a key piece. she then saw a rock, shinier than all the others, and when she touched it, it turned into a key piece.

"So Lapis, what are you and the others going to do now?" Shini asked as everyone was heading home.

"Remember the gems that were corrupted, until the Diamonds cured them?" Lapis asked "Well, Bismuth, Peridot, and I are thinking of building a little place for them called Little Homeworld."

"That's awfully nice of you." Fluttershy said with a smile.

"Well after everything they've been through, they deserve it." Lapis said with a returning smile as they followed the others home.

The next day Karai, Spike, and Connie in the arena. Connie and Karai were working on their swordsmanship while Spike was watching from the distance. Soon they were finished with the practice and sat down with Spike to relax.

"So Connie, you and Steven seem to work great together." Spike said.

"Yeah you could say that." Connie said blushing a little.

"One could even say you two are more then partners." Karai said with a grin.

"Uh yeah, Steven and I have kinda been hanging out since we were kids." Connie said.

"So you two are sort of a couple?" Spike asked.

"Hehe, you could say that." Connie said.

"Have you two ever went on a date yet?" Karai asked.

"Um, well I wouldn't exactly call it a date, more like a mission of sorts." Connie said scratching her head, as if to tell them something. Just then Dusk Quartz called them on their communicator.

"Everyone, another tower was found. Sending you the coordinates." He said.

"Come on, i'll tell you all about it when we get there." Connie said.

Soon they arrive at the tower and knew what to do first. The Kraang Droids didn't stand a chance against our heroes. Soon our heroes were standing in front of the tower. Dusk Qwartz is upset to learn that two more fusions were added to the security list. Garnet reassures him with a smile.

"Don't trouble yourself, we still have three more fusions to call." Garnet said before turning to Pinkie Pie. "Pinkie, the stereo players please."

"Okie Dokie Lokie." Pinkie Pie said pulling out the stereo players. Connie Pulls out two more cassettes, one entitled 'Collaboration', and the other entitled 'Alone Together' makes her blush a little.

"Alright you two, you know what to do." Garnet said to Steven and Connie. Everyone was confused, and Sunset was the most confused of all.

"Uh, Connie, what's Garnet talking about?" She asked Connie.

"You'll see." Connie said as she and Steven begin to dance. Steven twirls Connie. Steven laughs gently and does a little jig. Connie has her own dance solo as well. Steven and Connie run around, carefree. They bump into each other; Steven starts to fall, but Connie catches him. They both pause for a beat, blushing. Steven smiles. Connie giggles and rests her forehead on his, they both blush and lean closer. Steven's gem begins to glow and to the surprise of everyone, the two fuse into a woman who is taller than Amethyst and Pearl but are a few inches shorter than Garnet. They have an average/athletic build consisting of Connie Maheswaran's slim figure with Steven Universe's chubby and stocky features, curly black hair that reaches to their thighs and a complexion slightly darker than Steven's. This is Stevonnie the fusion of Steven and Connie. Everyone stare at Stevonnie with surprised looks on their faces, while Stevonnie smiles confidently.

"Pretty cool, right?" Stevonnie asked with a smile.

"He fused? With his friend Connie?" Rarity asked in bewilderment.

"It surprised us at the time too." Pearl said.

"They really make a good team." Garnet said.

"Ok were next." Amethyst as Stevonnie plays 'Collaboration'. Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl dance and fuse, forming Alexandrite, who recieved a new design of her own. Her visor is now tri-pronged and golden, reseblming Garnet's half-star visor from her current form. The three lenses around Pearl's gem also turned golden. They were also shuffled around a bit, with the lense below Pearl's gem moving to be above it. Alexandrite also bears teal line across her chest that dips down into a "V" in the middle, once again referencing Garnet's tri-color chest design from her current form. The top part of her chest and shoulder pads switched from a light teal to a dark fuchsia-purple. The bottom part of her chest stayed the same dark teal color, and the bottom of her shoulder pads switched to match. Her shoulder pads also have a bit of fabric - of the same color as the bottom of the shoulder pads - wrapped around her upper set of arms, resembleing Pearl's jacket from her current form. Her mid-section was split into a dual color, like Garnet's, with the same dark fuchsia-purple as the upper chest on the left half, and a slightly darker shade of purple in the right half. Her legging remained the same color as before, however, they now only reach just below her knees, and no longer have the star cutouts. She also now bears proper footwear, now with boots - similar in color to the gloves on her third set of arms - that don't quite reach the edge of her leggings. Her skin, hair, and gloves remained the same color. She also bears Garnet's wedding rings.

"Hey Alexandrite, hows the weather up there?" Mikey asked. Alexandrite answered with a thumbs up and a smile. The two fusions soon enter the tower ready to destroy the tower.

They enter the main power core room and right away Alexandrite rips open a hole in the hull so that Stevonnie and slice the power core. The two make it out just as the entire place blows up. they unfuse to the cheers of the rest of our heroes. Sunset soon sees a leaf land on her hand, before it turned into a key pieces. She then sees a bone come up from the ground before jumping to her other hand and turn in to the very last key piece. "That's the last key pieces, but i will wait until later to unlock it, the Gems need me now." She said to her self.

"So you and Steven and fuse?" Spike asked Connie.

"Yeah, it surprised us to at the time." Connie said with a smile.

"Well there's on only one tower left." Dusk Quartz said, "So we'll need to work hard to find it."

"OK, but for now lets have lunch at The Crab Shack first to celebrate." Garnet said with a smile, this made Dusk Quartz feel that he should relax for a bit. So he agreed and they all went off to have lunch.

The next day everyone was working hard on the control panel to find the last tower. So far no one had no luck, but they felt it was close. Meanwhile, Sunset was thinking about this chest that she spent so much time to find the key pieces for.

"Uh Sunset, are you ok?" Steven asked, concern of his friend.

"Huh, oh yeah, it's just the name Eon feels familiar, like something from my past." Sunset said.

"You think it has something to do with your childhood?" Steven asked.

"Maybe, while have to ask someone who know him." Sunset said. "But for now lets focus on finding the last tower."

"Heads up people." Dusk Quartz said "We found the last tower."

"And it's not too far." Lady Achuta added

"Come on, lets go." Garnet said as our heroes head of to the very last tower, knowing they only have a short amount of time before the tower activates and all of Homeworld is sent to Dimension X

They soon arrive at the last tower, which was 5 times then all the other towers, but it still had the same defense, an army of Kraang Droids, which they dealt with the same as always, with swiftness and awesomeness. They get to the control panel and see that the last two fusions were added to the security list. All at one, Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and Steven knew what to do.

"We need to be bigger." Garnet said, suddenly serious

"Then let's fuse. All four of us." Steven said to the friend who had been with him since he was a baby "It's the only way we're gonna take it down."

"I'm in!" Amethyst said with determination in her eyes.

"I'm in, too." Pearl added in agreement.

"Then it's decided." Garnet said, her voice filled with confidence. "It's time to form Obsidian." All back away to give some space for Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and Steven to perform their fusion dance. The four land in the shape of a pyramid shape and a planking Pearl on Garnet's hands. All five gems spiral in a pentagon shape before taking form. The result is a massive fusion with eight arms, glowing orange eyes, gray skin, and slightly curly charcoal-black hair that reaches their knees. The skin and hair have bright orange markings, which appear to be lava. They have plump lips, and their knee caps are diamond shaped. Steven's clothes can be seen on one of Obsidian's hands, a reference to where Steven's laundry is hanged in the Crystal Temple. They also flaunt a mask (that features a nose similar to that of Pearl and plump lips similar to Garnet and Amethyst's), which opens up to a third mouth. The third mouth is filled with lava that Obsidian uses to forge their sword. This is the massive, molten fusion Obsidian, The fusion of Steven, Pearl, Garnet, and Amethyst, debuting with a guttural cry for battle.

"They're HU-U-U-U-UGE!!!" Fugitoid said in amazement.

"That's what I said when I first saw this." Peridot said.

"And just wait until you see the weapon they use." Connie added.

Just as she says this, Obsidian summons the weapons of the fusion's individual Gems and combines them into a handle. This handle is inserted into the magma of Obsidian's upper mouth, forging a fiery greatsword for Obsidian to wield. This blew Rainbow Dash's mind.

"AAAAAAAAAWESOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!" She said, too in awe to add anything else. Obsidian soon enters the power core room and swings their greatsword against the power core exterior, slicing it apart. Obsidian plunges her greatsword into the interior and causes it come apart. Obsidian gets out just as it explodes and the four component gems unfuse, as everyone cheers for their fine work in destroying the building. But soon Steven, Leo, Twilight, Sunset, and Lady Achuta realizes that Dusk Quartz is not here, and can think of only one place he can be. They soon find him in The Burning Room looking at the bubbles containing the Amethyst, Pearl and Garnet of his world.

"Are you ok." Steven asked Dusk Quartz.

"Oh, uh, yes, I'm fine." Dusk Quartz said.

"Then what are you doing here?" Sunset asked.

"I've done some terrible things to my friends." Dusk Quartz said before turning to Steven, Leo, Twilight, Sunset, and Lady Achuta. "Friendship isn't going to be easy for me. I'm gonna have to work at it. You make me wanna try, but... [sigh] I've already messed up bad with them. I wish there was a way to change them back."

"Dusk Quartz, I --" Steven started before getting a call from Donnie.

"Guys, you better see this." He said through the communicator. The 6 of them soon went out to see something big approach, casting a shadow over our heroes.

"By the stars." Dusk Quartz said nervously. The large thing was a starship that looked like a massive white head-and-torso-shaped ship with a yellow right arm and blue left arm. This starship belonged to the Diamonds White, Blue, and Yellow.

"Knock, knock, Steven." Blue Diamond said.

"It's us." Yellow Diamond added.

"The Diamonds? Are we interrupting something?" White Diamond asked.

"Uh... No!" Steven said to the starship, while Dusk Quartz stood tall ready for whatever punishment they think up for him. The three Diamonds descend from the ship. "Yellow, Blue, White, what are y'all doing here?"

"Well, Steven, we received a -- " Yellow Diamond started but she stopped when she smelled something "I'm sorry, but what is that smell?"

"I think that's me, maam." Mikey said before explaining. "You see came here from the sewers of New York." Yellow was a little grossed out

"Ugh, you must live there." She said while holding her nose, before Blue Diamond spoke.

"Anyway, Garnet sent us a message --" She said before White Diamond interrupted.

"This is taking too long!" She said before turning to Dusk Quartz "Mr. Dusk Quartz! We've come to Earth to help little old you-u-u!"

"You mean with my friends, I don't know how to thank you." Dusk Quartz said, surprised at what he has heard.

"No thanks necessary, we just like to help out since Steven taught us to be whoever we are." White Diamond said with a warm smile. "Now then, shall we get started?"

Soon our heroes get the three bubbles that hold Dusk Quartz's friends inside. The group is then seen at Rose's Fountain, where the Diamonds reluctantly step in with Steven and finally heal the corrupted gems. The three bubbles taken from The Burning Room pop and the gems, mostly uncorrupted, reform in the water. They looks almost like her dimensional counterparts, except that the formally corrupted Pearl still had the bow around her neck and her feet ar the same color of her spear, the formally corrupted Amethyst has two purple horns on her head and stripes on her body, and the formally corrupted Garnet has Sapphire's hair style and Ruby's bandana and her fingers look just like the claws she used to have. They all look at Dusk Quarts who had just one thing to say.

"Pearl, Amethyst, Garnet, forgive a foolish old man." He said with sorrow. His Pearl and Amethyst responded by hugging him. Garnet wiped the tears from her eyes and rubbed Dusk Quartz's head, which caused him to laugh, with his four friends laughing with him. After the 5 friends had a long talk about how much the three formally corrupted gems missed, they 5 sat down and fell silent. "I really am sorry, for everything I did to all of you." Dusk Quarts said with a heavy heart.

"We all did what we had to during the war." Uncorrupted Garnet said. "Everything's different now."

"Perhaps, but it's still no excuse for not helping when I should've." Dusk Quartz said. There was a silence only for a moment.

"So, what do we do now?" Uncorrupted Amethyst asked.

"The 5 of you are welcome to stay here with us, if you want." Pearl said with a kind smile.

"Why thank you, this a most generous thing your doing." Uncorrupted Pearl said in a returning smile, while feeling a little weird that she's talking to an alternate version of herself. Steven soon noticed that Sunset was missing.

"Hey has anyone seen Sunset?" Steven asked. Everyone soon found her walking out of the house at the house with chest, and the 8 key pieces that she gathered, put together to form a key. "Hey Sunset what are you doing?" Steven asked her.

"Oh, I was just about to unlock this chest when you came in." Sunset said with a grin. "But I don't know what's inside, or who left it for me. But I know that it was connected to my past."

"Then let's find out." Twilight to Sunset, who then nodded before she used the key to unlock the chest.

The contents turned out to be some sort of pedestal.

Along with it is 8 toy sized statues. The first is a statue of blue giant popping out of a cloud, with a beard and full head of hair, holding a lightning bolt ready to throw it.

The second is a statue of an anthropomorphic shark standing on rocks as if he is ready for a fight, with black skin and a white underbelly starting from his face and downward. His eyes are white with black pupils. The spots on his back also seem to be glowing reddish orange.

The third is a statue of a skeleton warrior with blue standing on a skull, metal armor. He wears a blue breastplate with golden trimming that matches his gloves and boots. His head appears to be modeled after a human skull with a pair of yellow, featureless eyes that match the spot on his forehead and his mouth, and a gold trimmed crest on top. He wields a steel sword and shield

The fourth is a statue of an elf dressed like a ninja standing on a pile of leaves, who's outfit consists of a brown, cropped tank top that reveals her bare green skin, matching gloves with two gold buckles on each wrist, mask, tights, skirt, and boots with the same buckles. Her blue hair is styled into a braid with bangs covering her forehead.

The fifth is a statue of a lava monster standing on a roaring flame, with a big smile, and a face that looks like he's a hot head with a strong dislike for anything evil, so whenever something bad threatens his world, he quickly erupts... quite literally.

The sixth is a statue of an anthropomorphic fish standing in a pool of water, while holding a harpoon gun and a face that looks brave and courageous, as if he is a loyal companion to have at your side.

the seventh is a statue of a small gremlin standing on gears with red fur around the body and white fur on the face and in the ears, and a face that looks like his solution to every problem is being, well, trigger-happy.

The eighth and last is a statue of a purple dragon standing on what looks like a series of magic triangled gathered to make a dome, with orange under the wings, under the belly, and on the end of the tale, as well as orange horns and fins, and the look of a born hero dedicated to defending his world from all things evil.

Sunset soon found one more thing in the chest. Along with all pedestal and the statues, there is an envelope wax sealed and addressed to Sunset. Unsure at first, she soon knew what to do and opened it and began to read it. The letter goes like this.

“Dear Sunset Shimmer,

I wrote this letter and had my assistant, Hugo put it, the portal, and these 8 Skylanders that we were able to find in this chest, in the event that you should find it and the 8 pieces of the key that unlocks it. You, my daughter, are a gift from the stars, brought to me and your mother when you were born. Sadly due to the rising threat of Kaos here in Skylands, I must send you to a place you can not be found. Incase we don’t see you again your mother and I have prepared some words of wisdom for you to remember. as she read this the memories of her life came flooding back to her, how she had made the best friends she could find since leaving Equestria to come to Canterlot High School, how she stood her ground against many bad people, how she gained her magic in Camp Everfree, and how she and her friends had used their ninjitsu skilled to defend many people since she learned it so long ago, in the sewers of New York. She soon had tears in her eyes, much to everyone's worry.

"Sunset, are you alright?" Twilight asked. Sunset wiped the tears away and regained her self.

"Yeah, I'm fine, but i just learned who my father is." Sunset said. Everyone was surprised by what she said.

"Well, who is he?" Connie asked Sunset.

"He is a portal master from a place called The Skylands." Sunset said before telling everyone the name of his long lost father. "His name is Master Eon." The three Diamonds react with stunned surprise. White gasps audibly and holds hands to her face.

"Pink's elderly teacher?" Yellow asked in amazement.

"One of Pink's oldest friends." Blue said in shock.

"Wait, Pink Diamond knew him?" Sunset asked the Diamonds.

"Of course, the two started being friends a few thousand years before she was given the earth." Yellow Diamond began, as the changed to Pink Diamond's chambers, where a portal opens up long enough for an old man to come through. He had a mustache and a beard, and wore a helmet with 6 horns, three on each side, brass bracelets, a light blue rode, and a sash with many colorful symbols on it.

Master Eon would visit Pink Diamond and teach her these strange lessons, and sometimes his wife would come along to bring wonderful gifts for the pebbles. Some time later, he started bringing a little baby, a little girl with red and yellow hair with him, she would often play with the pebbles, who would make her many toys to play with. Then one day Eon visited Pink Diamond with his child sleeping, and he told her to follow him. When Pink returned, she told us that something bad was going on and Eon needed her to take his child somewhere.

"Are you sure that this is what you want to do?" Pink Diamond asked with concern

"Yes." Eon said, confident of what needs to be done. "I am most certain, that Kaos won't find her where this portal leads."

"I am honored with is responsibility, old friend." Pink Diamond said, knowing that she may never see him again.

"Just promise me that she will be safe." Eon pleaded

"I will." Pink Diamond promised, before being given the baby as the two parted ways, Eon went back the way they came, and Pink Diamond went through the portal, and ended up in a place called Equestria, where she put her in the nearest orphanage and left with but kiss on the baby's head goodbye.

"And imagine my surprise to find that you were that very baby from all those years ago, all grown up into a fine young woman." Yellow Diamond said, causing Sunset to blush

"Wait, how do you know all this?" Sunset asked the Diamonds.

"Cause Pink would bring the three of us to see you." White said.

"You were adorable and so much like Pink." Blue added.

"Thanks Blue Diamond." Sunset said with a small smile, before Garnet put her hand and Sunset's shoulder.

"And thank you, all of you, for all you have done for us." Garnet said with a smile. "You've done so much for us, I would like to make you honorary Crystal Gems." The Ninjas were surprised by this, but the Crystal Gems were all in agreement at the idea.

"We are honored by your decision." Leo said.

"I'm so happy, I feel like singing a song about it!!!" Pinkie Pie said excitedly.

"Your right Pinkie, In fact we should do a concert here before we go home." Rainbow Dash said.

"Well, we have an idea for a song for you guys to sing tonight." Steven said.

That night the whole group arranged a concert for the Rainbooms to sing a song called 'We Are The Crystal Gems'. Everyone in Beach City, human and gem, was there with the Ninja Turtles and the Crystal Gems up front. Twilight started by playing the ukulele.

Everyone cheered as the song ended. The next day the Rainbooms and the Ninjas were getting ready to head home, and the Crystal Gems came to see them off.

"Well thanks for everything guys, this was a great vacation." Sunset said as everyone was packing up.

"And thank you for all you've done for us, and our new friends." Garnet said before putting her hand on Sunset's shoulder and adding something important. "And I hope you find what you're looking for."

"Me too." Sunset said before entering the van and left with the others, with the Crystal Gems seeing them off with a smile.

Shortly after their return from Beach City, Sunset was trying to figure out how these 'Skylanders' work. Fugitoid came in wondering if something is wrong.

"Sunset are you ok?" Fugitoid asked with concern for his friend.

"Yeah I'm fine, i'm just trying to figure out how these things work." Sunset said before she had to ask an important question. "Professor, do you think Eon would be proud of me if he were here today."

"I know he would be very proud of you." Fugitoid said to his old friend. then as if on cue, they both saw a ghostly old man emerged from a beam of light. This was the ghost of Master Eon, Sunset's father and the man who left that chest for her to find.

"Now before either of you scream...." Eon began.

As if on cue, Fugitoid to scream like a girl, causing both Sunset and Eon to cover their ears. Ofcourse, Sunset was also a bit flusters about this too.

"DAD?!?!" Sunset asked shocked to see him here "But you- where did- how are-" Before she could finish, Eon explained himself.

"It's a long story consisting of a great battle with Kaos and his armies then something big blasted The Core Of Light, though i'm not sure what it was." He said rather quickly. Sunset didn't care what happened.

"I'm just glad to finally meet you." She said before rushing to hug her, but only to phase right through him and land on the couch.

"Yes, I was just as surprised as you are about the whole 'lack of a corporeal form' thing." Eon said before explaining the benefits of being a spirit. "But this form has allowed me to travel through barriers that I never thought possible, see things that I've never seen before, like how those machines that set up bowling pins actually work."

"Whoa, Donnie's been figuring that out for months." Sunset said.

"But more importantly Sunset it's aloud me to watch over you for quite some time now." Eon said with a smile.

"Has it really?" Sunset asked astonished.

"And I have never been more proud of anyone than I am of you." Eon said with love in his eyes.

"Thanks Master-" Sunset started but stopped mid sentence "I mean dad." she them hugged Master Eon and this time she didn't phase through.

"But know I must ask a favor of you and your friends." Eon said with certainty.

"What's that?" Sunset asked.

"I want you to work hard on activating your portal and awakening these Skylanders." Eon said pointing toward the portal and Skylanders. "So that when it's activated, you and your friends can travel to Skylands for a very important mission. I know this is a very difficult, life changing decision, which is why I'm going to three seconds to decide."

"Thanks." Sunset said, a bit unamused. She thought about this for a moment, and realised that this is her chance to see where she was born, and if it is in trouble, she has to help. "Ok dad, I'll work as hard as I can."

"Good, that's all I can ask, and I hope to see you again soon." Eon said before disappeared right before both Sunset and Fugitoid's eyes.

"See you soon, dad." Sunset said before turning to Fugitoid. "OK Professor, let's get to work."

"I'm right with you Sunset." Fugitoid said with enthusiasm.
