Luna invites Twilight to the castle garden to confess her feelings to Twilight. But unfortunately this does not happen as she expected.
Luna and Twilight take a stroll in the gardens of Canterlot Castle, until the two eyes of twilight are bruised and have to wear a medical band in the eyes. Luna knew what had happened, thinking it was her fault, she became very emotional and sad. Note: Twilight is a unicorn in this story.
Princess Luna waited patiently for Twilight Sparkle at the entrance to the garden of Canterlot Castle. Twilight Sparkle had helped her on Nightmare Night, Twilight Sparkle was determined to help her there even if no pony wanted. After Nightmare Night was over, her only thoughts were to spend more time with her. Her sister, Princess Celestia, had told her that she should read the letters that Twilight Sparkle regularly sent to pass the time if she was bored. Each letter she read, she felt very much like Twilight Sparkle, but the letter that Twilight Sparkle had sent after that Nightmare Night, she felt very much like Twilight Sparkle, because they were both learning about friendship. Her sister had even told Luna that Twilight Sparkle would stay up late into the night, sometimes to study, read, or else to stand on her balcony with a telescope watching the stars drawing the constellations in her notebook. After Celestia said that Twilight Sparkle stayed up late, she felt appreciated, because there was a pony, who at least stayed up in her nights. After Telling her that Twilight Sparkle was waking up during her night, she and Twilight, spent the night on the balcony of Oka's tree Library together: talking, watching the stars. well, she also had her royal duties which were to raise and lift the moon, and protect nightmare ponies. usually, now, as it was about dusk, Twilight Sparkle always saw Luna raise the moon on her balcony.
Then, she heard sounds of running hooves and a distant voice which was music to her ears, and this made a smile appear on her face.
“I’ve arrived princess", said Twilight Sparkle as she ran to Luna with a smile on her face. When she reached Luna, she bowed to her with her eyes closed.
“Thou does not have to be formal with us, I mean, with me, Twilight. And please, Just Luna", said Luna said with a smile on her face.
Twilight Sparkle opened her eyes, then got up and looked at Luna, “sorry", said Twilight Sparkle while a shy smile and a pink blush appeared on her cheeks.
“No need to apologize, Twilight”, said Luna with the smile on her face.
“So, let’s go?” asked Twilight Sparkle.
“Let’s go,” Luna answered still smiling , while they entered the gardens of Canterlot. Twilight stared at the garden with admiration as if it were her first time in her garden, which in her case, was true.
Luna and Twilight Sparkle were walking in the castle garden while they watched everything: The trees, the flowers, the animals that were in the garden. Twilight Sparkle was looking and admiring everything the garden had. Twilight Sparkle was feeling Flurtteshy herself in this garden. Flurttershy had told her about the gardens of Canterlot Castle when she spent the night in the garden at the great galloping gala, which unfortunately was a disaster.Flurtteshy had contacted her about her night at the galloping ball. She had told Twilight that the animals in the garden were running away from her, and that made her get in shape, more or less, yandere.Well, it was not really yandere, but it looked very much like a yandere. But Luna was more looking at Twilight Sparkle than at the garden itself. She had a smile on her face as she watched Twilight's happy expression on her face. One of the main reasons she had invited her was for her to confess what she felt for Twilight. She then decided to take advantage now to confess what she felt, since now there was just her and Twilight Sparkle in the garden and nopony else. Because she knew that if there were more ponies besides her and Twilight Sparkle, she wouldn't be able to do anything, but stutter and tremble her nerves.
“Twilight”, began Luna still looking in Twilight Sparkle.
“Yes, Luna?” asked Twilight Sparkle now looking at Luna as she and Luna kept walking in the garden.
A blush appeared on Luna as she continued, but she was looking at the floor now, shyly. She was nervous and shy at the same time. She was afraid of Twilight Sparkle to reject her and avoid her forever. After all, Twilight Sparkle was her only friend. “I ... I’d like to ...” But her speech was cut when Twilight Sparkle suddenly hit her face into a tree in the garden, which she hadn’t seen, then she screamed because of the impact and had fallen to the ground, screaming.

Luna was in shock, paralyzed. Seeing Twilight Sparkle hurt and in pain, it broke her heart. She shouldn't be just looking at her friend in pain, she must take action before Twilight Sparkle gets more hurt, and she knew full well what to do.

Luna was in the room where Twilight Sparkle was lying on the doctor’s bed with a medical band in her eyes because both eyes were injured. Luna was sitting on her hips, looking at the sleeping form of Twilight.
Luna couldn’t think of almost nothing, besides that it was all her fault. After all, she was distracted looking at the ground because she was shy and nervous and couldn’t tell Twilight from the tree. If she hadn’t looked down, she might have warned her.
“This is all my fault. I’m sorry, Twilight “, said Luna with her head lowered with tears starting to trickle down her cheeks.
Then she heard a door slam open, she got up and she turned her head to see who it was. It was her sister. Suddenly she tensed. What if her sister gets mad at her?
“Sister? I knew Twilight was hurt. Do you know who hurt Twilight’s eyes?” asked Celestia at her sister.
The only answer was more tears. Celestia noticed, and went to her, “sister? What happened? Why are you crying?” asked Celestia worriedly, approached her sister.
Luna didn’t want to tell her what had happened, but she knew that sooner or later her sister would beg her to tell her, “W-well, t-today I and Twilight went to take a w-walk in the C-Canterlot gardens, the main m-motive of me invites is for there was for me to confess my feelings, b-but I was s-so Shy and n-nervous to tell her, and i was staring at the floor and i didn’t see that Twilight Sparkle had hit in a tree, which a-as a result her eyes were injured, and now she’s wearing a m-medical band a-and it’s all my fault!!” Luna said some parts stammering, on account of still crying.
Celestia then tried to console her, “sister, it wasn’t your fault. You and Twilight Sparkle were distracted and hadn’t seen the tree”
But those words of consolation only made Luna cry even more.
“Yes it is, it’s all my fault”, She distracted herself by looking at me to know what I was going to say. It’s my fault that she distracted herself and that she hurt her eyes and now she is blind for a while, “ more tears came out of her eyes. " It was me who distracted her and because of that she got hurt! I should have gone blind, and not her!” with that statement, she sat on her haunches, crying. Then she grew taller, her fur changed from navy blue to black, her pupils turned into dragon slits, and her teeth became prey, her black crown became a light blue helmet, her princess perks turned a light blue armor.
Celestia was surprised and frightened to see this. Nightmare Moon returned, but there was something strange about it. Nightmare Moon was on the floor crying, as if she were still Luna, her sister. She needed to know if Luna was still there, but only with the appearance of Nightmare Moon or if Nightmare Moon had really come back, “Luna?”

“I’m here, Twilight”, said Celestia putting a hoof in Twilight’s mane.
“Princess, what happened to me? Why am I’m not seeing nothing?" asked Twilight Sparkle wanting to know what had happened to her.
“Luna sent you to the hospital at Ponyville, and the reason you’re not seeing anything is because you hit in a tree in Canterlot’s garden“, replied Celestia.
“Luna”, said Twilight Sparkle remembering that she and Luna had been in the garden before.
“Is she here?” asked Twilight Sparkle.
“Yes. Would you like to talk to her? "
“Yes”
Suddenly, Nightmare Moon tensed. But, like, very tense really. What if Twilight Sparkle listens to her voice and realizes she’s Nightmare Moon, and Twilight wants to use the elements of harmony in her, even if she says she was still Luna.

“Okay, I believe you”, said Twilight Sparkle decisively.
“Thank you, Twilight. I was afraid you wouldn’t believe me, “ said Nightmare Moon relieved and a smile on her face.
But her smile soon wavered, remembering why Twilight Sparkle was in that state.
“Twilight. I’m sorry you stayed like this. It’s all my fault, I understand if you hate me now, “ said Nightmare Moon with a sad expression as she looked at Twilight Sparkle , awaiting Twilight’s reaction and expression.
But Twilight Sparkle was looking at her with a knowing smile. Then she embraced her with her front hooves, while Nightmare Moon was still with a sad expression and a tear coming out of her eye.
“It’s okay, Luna. I know it was an accident and you didn’t want it to really happen”, said Twilight Sparkle soothingly and sweetly, knowing she was still Luna.
‘She’s being so nice to me, even after what I did to her ...’ thought Nightmare Moon with a sad expression on her face as another tear came out of her eye.
Twilight Sparkle took off the front hooves in Nightmare Moon, sat down and covered the side with the blanket.
“I think even with the help of Spike, I can’t t manage to be alone, like, he also has things to do, besides helping me”, said Twilight Sparkle a little insecure.

“Will Luna take care of me? I think it’s okay for me,“ said Twilight Sparkle timidly while a blush appeared on the cheeks as she tucked the blanket around her snout shyly.
Celestia also told her sister that Twilight Sparkle will see again from the day after tomorrow, and she said she would raise the moon for her today so she could take Twilight Sparkle home, knowing that the Twilight’s house was a little far away. After that, she handed over the medical supplies and put them in a backpack so her sister could clean the medical band when Twilight Sparkle woke up in the morning and before bed. Nightmare Moon put the backpack on her back.
Before Nightmare Moon left the hospital with Twilight Sparkle, she asked if Twilight Sparkle would like to stay at Canterlot Castle or stay at the Golden Oka’s Tree Library. Twilight Sparkle had said that she would stay at the Golden Oka’s Tree Library. So Spike wouldn’t t be concerned about why she didn’t t come back.
Nightmare Moon nodded and placed Twilight Sparkle on her back with her magic. Seeing that Twilight Sparkle was safe, she started walking slowly in the small town so Twilight Sparkle wouldn’t fall.
There were almost no ponies on the street because of the dusk. Some went to their homes to dinner and sleep after. But others to dinner and stay awake and doing other activities. She really hoped no ponies would see her that way and think she was kidnapping a pony to devour, as some ponies might have thought.
It took Twilight Sparkle a couple of minutes to realize that she was on Nightmare Moon’s back. And that made her blush, "i can walk, Luna”, said Twilight Sparkle shyly and meekly still blushing.
Nightmare Moon listened and slowly turned her head to look at Twilight Sparkle and respond, "but you can’t see"
Nightmare Moon had already arrived in the library, with Twilight Sparkle on her back. She opened the door and realized there was nopony else in the library besides her and Twilight Sparkle.
“Huh? Where’s Spike? I thought he’d be here“, said Nightmare Moon confusedly with a raised eyebrow.
“Ah! I forgot to tell you. Spike is in the Boutique Carrousel helping Rarity with her clothing creations. On account of receiving many requests, Spike will be there to help her this week, so he will return only this coming week", explained Twilight Sparkle.
“But if he will return only this coming week, you could stay at Canterlot Castle then", said Nightmare Moon.
“I know. But I’m afraid Spike might be here sooner. And I don’t want to worry him", explained Twilight Sparkle.
’You never change, Twilight ...’ thought Nightmare Moon with a small smile on her face.
“I’ll take you to your bed”, said Nightmare Moon.
In response, Twilight just nodded.
Nightmare Moon put her backpack near the door. Then she went up the steps, and saw that the stairs she had just climbed didn’t lead to the bedroom, but to another room she had at the Golden Oka’s Tree Library. She looked up and saw a bed, she only had one more floor to climb.
Nightmare Moon took a deep breath before starting to walk up the stairs to the other floor.
When she reached the room, she took Twilight Sparkle with her magic, took her from her back and put her to bed.
“Do you want something to eat, Twilight?” asked Nightmare Moon wanting to help with something.
Twilight Sparkle put her paw in the muzzle, in thought, before saying what she wanted to eat, “well, I guess just a sandwich is good for me"
Nightmare Moon nodded, and trotted to the floor where the kitchen was to prepare the sandwich.
When Nightmare Moon arrived in the kitchen, she opened some cabinets to try to find bread and make the sandwich. She found a plastic bag with breads in it in one of the cabinets. She pulled out of the closet with her magic and started looking for something to put along with the breads. She continued to look in the cupboards to see if she had anything to put on the bread. She was about to look in the refrigerator, until she found daisies in one of the cabinets.
She already knew which sandwich to make. Before she started, she picked up a mini box of toothpicks that stood beside her with her magic.
She looked to see the result of the sandwich that was on the plate. “It was good. I’m sure Twilight will like it",said Nightmare Moon satisfied with her work.
Nightmare Moon took the sandwich on the plate with her magic and went up the stairs to reach the Twilight Sparkle room to deliver the sandwich to Twilight Sparkle.
When she reached the room, she handed the plate with the sandwich on the bed.
“Here it is. I hope you enjoy it”
Twilight Sparkle used her magic to get the sandwich, and she did it, “I got the sandwich with my magic. For a moment, I thought it wouldn’t be possible to use magic while being blind“, said Twilight Sparkle relieved before taking a bite of her sandwich.
“Hmm. Daisy sandwhich. My favorite sandwich“, said Twilight Sparkle admiringly as her mouth filled.
“Twilight. Please, don’t talk with your mouth full", said Nightmare Moon gently to her.
Twilight Sparkle realized her mistake, swallowed what was in her mouth before apologizing, “I sorry. It’s been a while since I ate this sandwich and this is my favorite"
“No problem, Twilight”, said Nightmare Moon with a smile.
After having eaten, Twilight Sparkle began to become sleepy, she even yawn.
“Twilight, are you going to sleep now?” asked Nightmare Moon knowing she should take off the medical bands and clean them before Twilight Sparkle went to sleep and when Twilight Sparkle woke up.
“Yes. Why?" Twilight Sparkle wanted to know.
“It’s just that Nurse Heart said I should take your medical band off before you go to sleep and when you wake up", explained Nightmare Moon
Twilight Sparkle nodded, so she could get her medical band cleared for her.
Nightmare Moon used her magic by taking the medical band that was tied around the eyes of Twilight Sparkle and took out.
“I’ll be right back”, said Nightmare Moon before leaving the room again, but this time to clear the medical band.
After clearing the medical lane, she returned to the room to deliver to Twilight Sparkle.
When she reached the bedroom, she saw that Twilight Sparkle had fallen asleep.
’She’s so cute in her sleep’, Nightmare Moon thought with a smile before raising Twilight’s head with her magic, tying the medical band in Twilight Sparkle and putting Twilight’s head on the pillow and slap it.
With that, she stared at the sleeping form. Her smile then fell. Because she then remembered why Twilight Sparkle was in this state.
‘It’s my fault you’re blind now, Twilight', thought sadly Nightmare Moon as a tear from her eye threatened to leave her eye.
'At least the day after tomorrow, you’ll see again', thought Nightmare Moon as a small smile appeared on her face.
But her small smile soon fell. ’But when you see again, will you still like me?’ thought sadly Nightmare Moon.
Seeing that she had nothing more to do, she decided to enter the dream world to protect the ponies from nightmares. She really hoped no ponies had a nightmare today and the next day, because she didn’t want to scare any of her subjects because she was in this shape.
Nightmare Moon has returned from the world of dreams to the normal world of Equestria. And the luck is that there was no pony that had had nightmares.
She went to see if Twilight Sparkle was still in bed. She saw Twilight Sparkle still sleeping in her bed peacefully.
’I’m going to make your breakfast’, thought Nightmare Moon with an idea of what to do to help Twilight Sparkle.
She went downstairs to the kitchen, or at least it was the kitchen for her. She decided to look at some shelves she had to see if she had a recipe book. She found a cookbook and opened it with her magic to see if she had any recipe.
“Pancakes”, Nightmare Moon covered her mouth with a hoof, realizing she said it out loud unintentionally. She just hoped Twilight Sparkle hadn’t woken up to her voice.
She started reading the recipe and picked up the ingredients that were written in the book.
It took a few minutes to make the two pancakes, but she finally managed to finish. One for her and one for Twilight Sparkle. Now, she just hoped Twilight Sparkle would like what she did to her. She put the pancakes on the table and also some forks, if Twilight Sparkle wanted to use them to eat. Now it was just waiting for Twilight Sparkle to wake up.
Then she heard a yawn from upstairs.
’Twilight has woken up. I need to guide her here”, thought Nightmare Moon.
She climbed the steps to the Twilight Sparkle room. When she got there, she saw that Twilight Sparkle was already out of bed. She then remembered that she had to clean the medical band.
“Twilight, wait!” shouted Nightmare Moon almost desperately.
“I have to get your medical band cleaned up” replied Nightmare Moon.
“Oh. OK” said Twilight Sparkle.
Nightmare Moon took off the medical band with her magic.
“Twilight, I’ll be right back. Don’t go away, please”, say Nightmare Moon to Twilight Sparkle in fear that Twilight Sparkle would come downstairs and be more injured.
Twilight Sparkle nodded.
Nightmare Moon then walked down the steps to the floor where she left the medical supplies the last time.
After Nightmare Moon cleaned the medical band, she put it back in Twilight Sparkle and guided Twilight Sparkle into the kitchen to eat the pancakes she made herself.
“I did it myself while you slept. I put a fork to you because I don’t know if you eat with or without a fork. I hope you enjoy”, said Nightmare Moon.
“Well, normally, I don’t eat with a fork. But I think I can make an exception”
“Please, Twilight. Don’t do this just to please me”
“Ok then”, say Twilight Sparkle.
After they had eaten, Nightmare Moon washed the dishes as they used the fork she used. Twilight Sparkle was at her side.
“Luna, I’m sorry you have to do this”
Nightmare Moon stopped washing one of the dishes with still crumbs present to look at and speak to Twilight Sparkle, “Twilight, please. Don’t feel like this, it’s not your fault, it’s my fault that you’re in this state. It’s the least I can do to help you”
After clearing the dishes and fork, they spent most of the day talking inside the Oka’s Tree Library on the first floor on the floor sitting on their haunches talking.
As the sun was setting, Nightmare Moon rose from the floor to go to the balcony to raise the moon, “Twilight, I’ll be right back. I’m going to lower the moon”

Nightmare Moon went up to the Twilight Sparkle Room, and went to the balcony. She could see the sun setting on the horizon. She closed her eyes and spread her bat wings as she used her magic to lift the moon. The sky turned yellow along with the color red, then turned pink mixed with a purple and navy blue, before turning dark blue and the moon appearing and stars as well. She closed her wings and opened her eyes to see the result, and she nodded, meaning that a part of her work was already done.
She went down to the first floor, where she and Twilight Sparkle had been talking before. She saw Twilight Sparkle sitting on her haunches waiting for her to come back.
“Twilight, I came back. What do you want to eat?” asked Nightmare Moon as she walked down the steps.
Twilight Sparkle gave a small wrist, and looked to the side as the sound of the voice came.
“Oh, yes. But I don’t know what to eat ...” said Twilight Sparkle sadly with her ears down.
Nightmare Moon put a paw in her snout, in thought. What was she supposed to do for Twilight Sparkle?
’Think Luna. Think! Your friend needs your help right now! Think of something! Think!’
Then she had an idea!
“How about we eat a sandwich? But another type? " asked Nightmare Moon. So she realized what she just asked.
’Beautiful idea Luna! She had eaten it yesterday. Of course she will not want this! ‘
“Hmm. I think that’s a good idea, Luna”, said Twilight Sparkle agreeing with the idea.
“Would you like to eat the same as yesterday or eat a different sandwich?” asked Nightmare Moon wondering which one to prepare.
“A different sandwich, please”, said Twilight Sparkle gently, hoping Luna wouldn’t think she was taking advantage of her.
“Okay then, Twilight. I’ll be right back”
Nightmare Moon went up the stairs and was on the same floor where she made the sandwich yesterday and where she and Twilight had their breakfast that was pancake and had lunch, which was vegetable soup. She opened the drawers and found the bag with breads and some cheeses and vegetables. She already knew what sandwich to do. She took a plate, two slices of bread, a lettuce, cucumber and tomato. She took out a kitchen knife and cut the cucumber and tomato. She put a slice of bread on the plate, then lettuce; on top of the lettuce, the pieces of cucumber and on top of the cucumbers the cut pieces of the tomato.
“Ready. Now just give it to Twilight. Then I’ll make one for me too”, said Nightmare Moon as she used her magic to levitate the plate with the sandwich to deliver to Twilight Sparkle.
She walked down the steps to where Twilight Sparkle was before, and saw her in the same position she was standing before.
“Twilight, here’s your sandwich”, said Nightmare Moon as she set the plate with the sandwich on the floor for Twilight Sparkle to eat.
Twilight Sparkle used her magic to levitate the sandwich and start eating.
“I’ll make one for me too, and I’ll be right back, okay?” asked Nightmare Moon.
As Twilight’s mouth was full, in response she just nodded.
Seeing the response she received, she climbed back upstairs where she prepared the Twilight Sparkle sandwich so she could make the same sandwich she made for Twilight Sparkle right now.
After she and Twilight Sparkle finished eating, they were bored until Twilight Sparkle had an idea.
“Luna, I know what we can do!” said Twilight excitedly.
“What’s your idea?” asked Nightmare Moon wanting to know.
“Since I can’t t see anything, you could get a book here from the library and read it for me”
“Good idea, Twilight. Which book do you want me to read?”
“It could be from Daring Doo. And it can be any volume” replied Twilight Sparkle.
Nightmare Moon then searched the shelves for books that began with the letter ‘D’. And it was not as long as she thought. She took a book from daring Doo with her magic and landed on the ground and closed her wings, because the book was up there.
“I found the book. Can I start reading to you? " asked Nightmare Moon as she approached and lay with her abdomen to start reading.
“Yes you can. I’m listening”, Twilight Sparkle told Nightmare Moon to start reading to her.
After Nightmare Moon finished reading, she saw that Twilight Sparkle was lying down from the abdomen down to sleep.
She flew up to the shelf with the book in her magic to put it back.
That done, she returned to the ground and closed her wings and approached Twilight Sparkle.
She took the medical band with her magic to clear the medical band with the supplies.
After she finished cleaning up the medical bands, she put them back in Twilight’s eyes, picked her up with her magic, and climbed the stairs until she reached the Twilight Sparkle room and put her on the bed and slapped her with the blanket on the bed.
Before she went to the dream world, she took one last look at Twilight Sparkle, with a sad expression on her face.
’Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Twilight. Tomorrow will be your last day with these medical bands. Just please, when you come back see again, don’t avoid me and hate me forever, please! You are my first and only friend! I don’t want to be alone again! “ thought Nightmare Moon with tears coming out of her eyes and running down her cheeks.
She brushed the tears from her cheeks and eyes with one of her hooves.
’Better to go into the dream world to see if there are any ponies having nightmares’, thought Nightmare Moon with the sad expression still on her face.
She then used her magic to enter the dream world and begin to stop nightmares that might be present in the mind of the ponies.
Today was the last day. The last day that Twilight Sparkle would be using the medical bands, and then, the next day, Twilight Sparkle would no longer need the medical bands and would see again. Nightmare Moon was happy about it, but worried too.
‘Today is the last day, Twilight. The last day you will use. And then, tomorrow, you’re going to take those medical strips and you’ll see again. Just, please, remain my friend and do not hate me and do not avoid me forever, please’
Then she heard a yawn.
“Good morning, Twilight. Did you sleep well? " asked Nightmare Moon.
“Yes, Luna”, replied Twilight Sparkle.
“I’ll get your medical band cleaned up, okay?” warned Nightmare Moon.
“OK”, replied Twilight Sparkle.
Nightmare Moon took the medical band with her magic and went downstairs to clear the medical lane.
After clearing the medical tracks and putting the medical strips back around Twilight’s injured eyes, Nightmare Moon took Twilight Sparkle to the table and then went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for Twilight Sparkle and her, which was a hard-boiled egg. After having prepared the eggs and placed them on plates she placed them on the table to eat.
After they had eaten, they were on the first floor of the library, Nightmare Moon was reading a book for Twilight Sparkle because she had asked Nightmare Moon to read to her to pass the time.
Until they heard a snore.
“Hehe. It seems my stomach is snoring. Lunch time”, said Twilight Sparkle with a smile on her face.
Nightmare Moon had stopped reading, and listened to the snore and what Twilight Sparkle said, “what would you like to eat for lunch?” asked Nightmare Moon wondering what Twilight Sparkle would like to have lunch for her to prepare for Twilight and her.
“Hmm, spaghetti”, replied Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay Twilight. But first, I’ll take you to the table”, said Nightmare Moon.
Nightmare Moon put Twilight Sparkle on her back and climbed the steps to where the table was. After she had put it on the table she took the recipe book and looked in the book if it looked like she made spaghetti and she found it in the book. Then she got the ingredients needed to do it.
After she cooked the spaghetti for Twilight Sparkle and she, she put the spaghetti on the plates and placed it on the table, and put a fork for her and Twilight Sparkle to eat.
Twilight Sparkle smelled the luscious mass, “hmm, the smell is very good”, said Twilight Sparkle.
She picked up her fork from the table and put some of the spaghetti on the fork and put it in her mouth. After she had swallowed the spaghetti that was in her mouth, she said, “hmm, and the taste is also very good”
“I’m glad you enjoyed it”, said Nightmare Moon with a smile on her face.
Nightmare Moon decided to tell Twilight Sparkle that tomorrow she would see again, “Twilight, I’d like to tell you something”
Twilight Sparkle swallowed the spaghetti before speaking, “what would you like to tell me, Luna?” asked Twilight Sparkle.
“Tonight is going to be your last day that you will be wearing these medical bands and tomorrow you will see again, tomorrow I will take you to the hospital to get the medical strip”, replied Nightmare Moon.
“How nice! Honestly, I couldn’t stand being that way anymore. Why, after all, how can I read books and study while being blind? And worse, how am I going to watch your beautiful night sky and your beautiful night being like this? " said Twilight Sparkle in a happy tone and a smile on her face.
Nightmare Moon was surprised and with her mouth open and her slits were contracted and her magic holding her fork with a spaghetti disappeared with the last few sentences that Twilight Sparkle had said.
’Beautiful night sky ... and beautiful night ...?’ thought Nightmare Moon still amazed at the words she heard.
’Is there still a chance Twilight still likes me?’ thought Nightmare Moon with a small smile on her face. There was still hope for Twilight Sparkle to like her, and it made her happy and waiting.
’She still admires my night and my night sky ...’
Twilight Sparkle had noticed the silence and she thought there was somehow offended Nightmare Moon.
“Luna? Are you alright? You were suddenly so quiet. Did I offend you? " asked Twilight Sparkle worried with her ears down.
Nightmare Moon came out of her thoughts and recovered from her shock and her slits went back to the size of before, and she heard what Twilight Sparkle said, “yes I’m fine. And no, you didn’t offend me. It’s just that no pony ever admired my night and my night sky before”, Nightmare Moon replied with a calm and happy tone as she had a small smile.
“Oh. I’m glad I didn’t offend you”, said Twilight Sparkle relieved with a smile on her face.
They spent the whole afternoon talking till nightfall.
Nightmare Moon saw that it was dusk and the aimed at Twilight Sparkle as she went on the balcony to lift the moon and place the stars in the sky.
“Twilight, I’ll be right back. I will raise the moon and put the stars in the sky”
In response, Twilight Sparkle just nodded.
Nightmare Moon walked up the stairs to the Twilight Sparkle room and onto the balcony.
Nightmare Moon looked at the horizon and raised the moon as the sky changed color, when the sky turned dark blue, the moon appeared and the stars as well.
That done, she walked down to the floor where Twilight was.
“What would you like to do now, Twilight?” asked Nightmare Moon.
Twilight Sparkle stared at the side where the voice came from.
“Well, I’d really like to stand on the balcony looking at the night sky with my telescope. But since I’m blind at the moment, I know it will not be possible. So, I think I’m going to bed”, said Twilight Sparkle.
“Well, if you go to sleep now, allow me to clean your medical band before I take you to your bed”, said Nightmare Moon politely and gently to Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay, Luna” replied Twilight Sparkle.
After having cleared the medical band, placed back in Twilight Sparkle, placed her on the bed and covered with blanket she decided to warn her that she would do her other duty as princess of the night.
“Twilight, I’m going to the dream world to protect the ponies from nightmares. I’ll see you tomorrow morning, or in your dream, if you have any nightmares”
Nightmare Moon was about to enter the world of dreams when Twilight’s voice interrupted her.
“Wait!” said Twilight Sparkle in an almost desperate tone.
Nightmare Moon looked at Twilight Sparkle to see what Twilight Sparkle wanted.
“In case, if you finish your work in the dream world before dawn and want to sleep, you can sleep with me in my bed with me”, said Twilight Sparkle shyly as she blushed red and a blush appeared on her cheeks.
Nightmare Moon heard, and it made her blush, “a-are you sure? I tend to move while I sleep”, said Nightmare Moon a little unsure that she might end up touching Twilight Sparkle while sleeping.
“No problem, Luna. It’s normal for ponies to move in their sleep”, said Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay then, Twilight. If don’t have so many ponies having nightmares, I’ll sleep with you in your bed”, said Nightmare Moon still with a blush on her cheeks.
After having finished with the nightmares that ponies were having, most of the ponies were frightened to see her in the form of Nightmare Moon, but she explained that she was still Luna, and her subjects believed in her words.
She saw that there was a clock in the Twilight Sparkle room, and it was setting two hours.
She saw the sleeping form of Twilight Sparkle covered with the blanket, she wanted to sleep with her, but at the same time didn’t want to. Because she was afraid that she could end up playing in Twilight Sparkle while she slept, but the sentence that Twilight Sparkle had told her passed through her head.
’No problem, Luna. It is normal for ponies to move while they sleep’
She then made her decision. She approached the side where Twilight Sparkle was not occupying and pulled out a portion of the blanket before laying down on the bed the side where Twilight Sparkle was not occupying. The side she was lying on, could see the night sky on the balcony and the small town.
She was on her back, looking out of the corner of her eye at Twilight’s sleeping form as she waited for sleep to come to her.
It was about to dawn, and Nightmare Moon woke to lower the moon, but when she was very close to Twilight Sparkle with its front hooves around the abdomen,and Twilight Sparkle was blushing about it. Nightmare Moon noticed that she had her front hooves around Twilight Sparkle and quickly took off her hooves in Twilight Sparkle and got out of bed quickly.
“Sorry about that, Twilight. If you don’t mind I go on your balcony to lower the moon, then I’ll take you to the hospital to get your medical strip, I’ll be right back”, said Nightmare Moon quickly.
She then ran to the balcony. She looked at the horizon before she lowered the moon. After lowering the moon, she returned inside, and saw Twilight Sparkle still in bed, waiting for her. Nightmare Moon suddenly felt stupid to speak quickly and run away to lower the moon, it was as if she had done something that had offended Twilight Sparkle. Her ears dropped as she frowned.
’Nice work, Luna. You must show that you care for her, and not run away like a frightened filly’
Twilight had heard the footsteps and decided to thank Nightmare Moon for everything she did to make it better, “come on, Luna. You’ve done so much to me, that I don’t even know how to thank you for taking care of me. I love you, Luna”, said Twilight Sparkle with a hull touching the medical band.
Nightmare Moon’s ears suddenly brightened up with the words, but mostly the last words: “I love you Luna”
She looked surprised and began to wonder if what she said was really true.
’Did she really mean it? Well, she was thanking me, so it’s possible she feels the same way I feel about her. So that means she really meant it” She thought as her stunned expression slowly turned a happy expression.
Suddenly her height returned to the height he had been before, her hair changed from black to navy blue, her dragon slits turned pupils, her fangs became normal teeth, her light blue helmet turned a black crown and her light blue armor became a regalia of princess. She returned to be Princess Luna!
’She loves me too!’ thought Luna cheerfully as she had a toothy smile on her face.
Princess Celestia was in the hospital waiting for her sister to arrive with Twilight Sparkle. Then she heard the hospital’s front door open. Luna walked into the hospital with Twilight Sparkle on her back while holding the medical supplies she used to clean the medical lane. She was surprised and happy that her sister was now Luna again.
“Sister! You returned to your normal form”, said Celestia with a smile on her face.
“I know, Sister. It’s just that I’m so happy that Twilight loves me for taking care of her, and I want to tell her how much I love her”, said Luna still smiling.
“Well, if you love her, why didn’t you tell her when you took care of her?” asked Celestia.
Celestia knew her sister loved Twilight Sparkle. Luna always talked to her sister about how much Twilight meant to her. Luna had previously been afraid Celestia wouldn’t accept, because Twilight was her student. But Celestia accepted, and Luna was relieved.
Then the door leading to the office opened and Nurse Heart saw the two princesses and bowed to them before speaking, “princesses. I think you’re here to get us the medical band, right?”
“Yes, Nurse Heart. And Twilight is on my back” replied Luna to Nurse Heart as she pointed with a hull that Twilight Sparkle was with her.
Nurse Heart saw Twilight Sparkle and tried to take Twilight Sparkle from Luna’s back to take her to the doctor’s office to get the medical band. She managed to get her out and take her to the consulting room, leaving Celestia and Luna alone.
As the door closed, Celestia looked at her sister who was staring at the door, hoping that Twilight Sparkle would come back soon to say she loved her too.
“So, you’re going to tell her that you love her when she comes back?” asked Celestia.
Luna looked up from the door and looked at her sister to answer it: “Yes, sister. I was thinking of buying flowers to say that I love her too, but I have no doubt she’s already out of the doctor’s office when I get back.”
“Luna, if you want to buy flowers for her, you can”, Celestia told her sister.
“But what if she’s already here, when I come back and she asks where I am?” asked Luna even doubtfully whether or not she should do it.
“If she’s out of the office, I’ll tell her you’re coming back”, replied Celestia with a smile on her face.
Luna hugged Celestia before speaking: “Thank you, Celestia! You’re the best sister in the world!”
Celestia hugged back before answering: “Thank you Luna, you too”
Celestia sat in one of the chairs while reading a magazine in the waiting room. She then heard a door open, she took her eyes from the magazine to see who had opened the office door. Nurse Heart had opened the door and was surprised to find only Celestia now. She bowed before she spoke.
“Princess, Twilight is already without the medical bands, would you like me to call her to come here?”
“Yes, please” replied Celestia.
Nurse Heart then entered the office once more to warn Twilight Sparkle.
Suddenly, Celestia heard the hospital door opening. She looked at the door to see that she had entered. She saw Luna holding a bouquet of flowers with her magic.
“Will Twilight be released now?” asked Luna as she walked over to her sister.
“Yes. Nurse Heart went to warn Twilight”
Then the two princesses heard the door open to see Twilight Sparkle.
Luna quickly hid the bouquet behind her, hoping Twilight Sparkle had not seen the bouquet.
“Twilight, I’m glad you’ve seen it again”, said Luna with a smile as she looked at Twilight Sparkle.
Twilight Sparkle looked at Luna before answering, “thank you, Luna. I’m glad you came back to your normal form”, said Twilight Sparkle as she stared at the floor and a small blush appeared on her cheeks.
“Twilight, I have something to give you”, said Luna still smiling.
Twilight Sparkle took her eyes off the floor and looked at Luna with a smile.
“Really? Which is?” asked Twilight Sparkle.
Luna took the bouquet behind her and showed her to Twilight.
Twilight choked on the bouquet.
“I love you too, Twilight”, said Luna with a smile.
Twilight Sparkle then hugged Luna with her hooves around Luna’s neck. And Luna hugged her back smiling, knowing that Twilight Sparkle still loved and would always love her.
