The beginning of the tale (Re-Write and Redux)

In what looks like to be an opulent room, A lone Alicorn named Faust watches her children with great interest. Her beautiful countenance as well as her beautiful wings are the biggest things that provide the most light. A pure white Alicorn as bright of a coat as the Sun. Her mane flows quite easily as if it is in the wind. Her mane has Rainbow and star accents. Faust has 4 wings. On one side, She has 2 blue/black wings, on the other she has 2 white wings. Being the mother of all Ponies and Alicorns isn't easy, managing the Universe and the Cosmos never was. She had powerful Magic, and She longed to see her children, but due to her duties, She could never do so. Faust preserved the natural order of the planets and the Universe. When certain events occurred, She was responsible to provide balance.

So day after day, night after night, She worked. She hummed a beautiful tune. She made Magic. She provided the unique abilities that all of Ponykind had. Like an artist painting on a canvas, She weaves the most beautiful of artwork and of course the events of the times. She remembers Starswirl the Bearded fondly. They used to be great friends, till they were separated. She let out a sigh. Something then came to her mind, as she remembered a promise that was made. She gasped in shock. She realized that it was time.

After receiving her epiphany. she began to send a letter to Her Daughters. After she did it she infused it with her Magic. This Magic would be twofold. One, it would provide memories to be returned to Them. And Two, help them with the Magic needed to open the portal to Earth. Thus ensuring the Promise made to her Son. After sending it to them, She breathed a sigh of relief. "It is done, I have finally fulfilled my Promise I made. Good luck to you Max."

With that, She laid down and watched the TV screen in front of her. "Well, let's see how this all plays out." she said. The TV screen shows a view of Canterlot Castle, most specifically the Throne Room. She smiled warmly at her Daughters and wished them the best of Luck.

Canterlot Castle

It is a beautiful day in Canterlot, as the sun is shining in the beautiful city located high above the mountains, many birds chirping and singing. However Princess Celestia and Luna seem to be thinking about something else on their mind. Normally, they would be pleasantly cheerful, but after seeing a note that appeared before them they began to have some doubts and a few small tears on their faces not to mention a little trepidation as well.

"Tia? are you OK?, you seem to be out of sorts. Is it about the note we received?" said Luna. "Hmm? Oh yes, I can definitely understand why you would think that Luna." Celestia replied and then sighed. "I find it strange, but don't you find it odd that this note just managed to appear out of nowhere, and even more interesting is it's from our mother, Faust?" She chuckled. "She always seems to make things interesting don't you think?" She laughed. The Princesses knew that their Mother was a very special Alicorn, But they hardly ever heard from her due to her duties.

"Yes, I agree my dear sister." Luna chuckled in amusement. "Still we must follow the instructions and follow through or else we will never hear the end of it, i don't suppose you know how long it has been since we seen Him?"

"It's been ages, Luna, the problem is I doubt He will remember us at all, after all from what I understand, we didn't even know of his existence before. I never did understand much about memory spells." Her brow furrowed. "Do you think He will be angry at us for what happened?" said Tia to her sister.

Luna sighed. "To be completely honest I am not sure, after all, He has no memories of what happened during His time here, after all our mother saw to that." Luna seemed a tad bit sad and angry at the same time. Luna remembered about the farewell that was made for Him, and what it had cost.

Celestia then replied, "While we can't completely make up for the stuff that happened, We can at least make sure the He has a bright future ahead of Him." She smiled at that thought. "Well my dear sister perhaps we should bring Twilight and her friends along for this journey, after all we may need their help to assist us to return back to Equestria. Plus it wouldn't hurt to have them find out more about Humans in general." said Tia.

"An excellent idea my dear sister, however we seem to be forgetting someone else that needs to come along, after all he is quite familiar with the world and current events. And his powers just might be of some use to us." Said Luna. "Ah, your right, how could I have forgotten Discord." said Tia.

"Speak of the man and he shall appear, my dear Princesses." said Discord, as he appeared suddenly, bowing down low to them. Celestia had to giggle. After all, Discord was reformed and he sounded more like a gentleman. Celestia loved Discord's amusing ways, especially now that he wasn't harming ponies and terrorizing them. He was glad the Element of Kindness, Fluttershy managed to get him to dance to a different tune now. She also remembered the Galloping Gala event when Discord had come as a guest. He made things quite entertaining to say the least.

Speaking of tunes, Discord began to do some Tap dancing just for comedic effect, thus also eliciting a chuckle from Luna. Celestia then spoke to Discord and said, "Discord you are so funny, I appreciate the humor and such. We however need you for an important task and would like you to get Twilight and her friends to come here to Canterlot right away as there is much to be done. Discord's eyebrows went up at the suggestion. "Could you also tell Twilight that she will be very interested in what is going on. Tell her that she is about to meet a new race and species. if that doesn't make her get things going nothing will." said Celestia. This also piqued Discord's curiosity.

"Why of Course, it is my honor to serve you mademoiselle." said Discord as he changed his appearance to himself in a tuxedo suit. Celestia and Luna giggled at this."That's quite a fancy outfit you have there, Discord." said Luna. Celestia turned to Discord and said, "Well then Discord, it is good to know you have things well in hand." Discord seemed a bit surprised at the comment, but shrugged it off. "Go on Discord, there isn't a lot of time and we must be off quickly. There is so much to do and prepare for."

Discord then snapped his fingers and then he was gone, once again leaving the Sisters to themselves once again to think of the upcoming events to come.

Ponyville, Fluttershy's House

As Twilight and the rest of the Mane 6 sat and was laughing at a funny tale that Applejack was telling them about something that happened with Apple Bloom and the CMC. However, before Applejack could finish the tale, Discord appeared in front of them, unfortunately at a very inopportune time.

"What the heck, Discord! Why did you interrupt mah tale? Normally, I wouldn't mind you dropping in, but I was busy telling mah tale." said Applejack. Discord laughed at the comment. Applejack was a tad bit angry. Discord apologized to Everypony, then turned to Applejack and said, "Well Applejack normally, I wouldn't impose, but I happen to have urgent news from the Princesses. So forgive me for my rudeness."

"What's going on Discord?" Said Twilight.

"Yes Discord what is it?" Said Fluttershy.

Discord turned to Twilight and said, "The Princesses require your immediate presence in the Throne room immediately. Celestia informed me that today you will be learning something incredibly interesting about a new species Twilight. Everyone here will be required. Also the Elements will be necessary for your trip."

"Ohmygosh!" said Twilight. "We had better go then immediately. Come on Girls." She then turned to Discord and asked, "Care to assist Discord?" Discord smiled. "Gladly, Twilight." he said. Discord snapped his fingers once more and everyone appeared back at Canterlot Castle.

"Princess Celestia! We came as soon as we heard. This is so exciting! We are going to see a new species! I can't wait to do some studying!" said Twilight rather fast. Discord smirked at the idea. "New species eh? I doubt it, very much so." thought Discord. Celestia smiled at her former student's enthusiasm.

Twilight's friend's where not quite so enthusiastic, especially since They felt they were a tad bit rushed, but They decided to ignore it, since they were in presence of the Princesses. They bowed humbly before them, and greeted them accordingly.

Princess Celestia and Luna both rose from their thrones and smiled at them all. "It is wonderful to see you all again, everypony. I realize this may be sudden, but We feel that this will be educational and also quite important. Also, think of this as a little vacation and a major opportunity to go somewhere you haven't been before." said Celestia, who was smiling broadly at her former student.

"Where exactly we going Princesses?" said Applejack.

"Is there going to be some awesome treats?" said Pinkie Pie enthusiastically.

"Well I hope that whatever we do it better be awesome!" said Rainbow Dash.

"Maybe I will be able to get some inspiration for more dresses where we are going..hmm?" said Rarity.

"I hope it isn't....too dangerous.."said Fluttershy.

Celestia and Luna smiled at their questions and said, "Not to worry, my little ones, Besides you will be with Me, Luna and Discord while we visit this world. So let me start off by letting you know where we are going too. Is anyone familiar with a planet called Earth?" said Celestia. Luna also said, "I believe this will be the first time for you seeing another world, well besides the one from the mirror that is."

"Oh wait, I think I have heard of it before, in my mythology studies." said Twilight. "Wait are we going to be meeting Humans?!!!" Twilight's eyes were wide open and her jaw dropped. Discord chuckled at her look.

"What the hoo haw hey is a Human?" "They sound a tad bit weird." said Applejack.

"Oooh, sounds like they like parties!" "I can't wait to see them!" said Pinkie Pie with a squeal.

"These Humans sound like they might be interesting...Do they fly?" "Are they cool as me, somehow I doubt it." said Rainbow Dash.

"I hope they know a lot about fashion, after all I can't stand it if they have droll outfits." "After all I am quite the Fashionista!" said Rarity.

"I hope they arent too scary." "Hopefully they won't be monsters and such." said Fluttershy.

"Settle down everypony, I know you have a lot of questions, but I assure all will be revealed to you in time." Said Luna. Discord chuckled. Discord realized exactly what was going on, after all He had been there many years during his imprisonment in stone and always enjoyed Earth, Since it technically was quite Chaotic. And He was the master of Chaos after all...

Celestia then spoke to them all and said, "Humans, First of all, are bipedal creatures, they unfortunately do not have magic, but they make up for it with their creativity and resourcefulness. I don't have too much info as I have been behind the times." She then turned to Discord and smiled at him. "Discord will have much more information on this, but due to the fact that we are somewhat on a tight schedule, these questions will have to wait." She then turned to her sister, Luna then spoke to Discord, "Discord will you be so kind as to help us with this trip? After all, we need your guidance and advice. Also if things might go sour, which I doubt they will, It would be most helpful."

Discord chuckled and felt just a tad bit more confident. He was glad that the Princesses asked for his help. Discord looked at everyone and said, "Very well, I shall endeavor to guide everyone safely to Earth and keep everypony safe from harm." He then turned to the Princesses and said, "Perhaps we should head out now Princesses?" They then smiled and nodded. The Princesses then gathered everyone around them and then teleported all of them to Everfree Forest.

Everfree Forest/Castle of the Two Sisters

Upon arriving at their destination, the group began to make their way to the ruins they had once been to several times before, The Castle of the Two Sisters. To prepare themselves, the Princesses had retrieved the Elements of Harmony from the Vault and gave them to their respected owners. The Mane 6 smiled warmly at the group in front of them.

They had soon managed to make their way to the ruined castle. Luckily, there had been no incidents as they went there. Since the Princesses were easily able to defend them from any dangers. Soon, they managed to find the ruins quite easily and headed into them. Finally, they arrived at a particular chamber. Luna and Celestia nodded solemnly as they entered the chamber. The chamber was very ornamental. though it was in disrepair, there was a powerful magic still in the air, as there was once something that used to be there.

Celestia turned to the group and spoke to everyone and said, "Before we go through the portal to Earth, let me explain what will happen. We shall be invisible to everyone on Earth, nobody will be able to see us due to Discord's unique magic as well as our own. Magic in general will be weak when we arrive, however since you all have the Elements of Harmony, We will have a much better control over our Magic there."

She continued, "This means less problems for all. When we get there as well please remember to behave yourselves as we are not part of their world." "We must be diligent and not go anywhere without all of us together. It can be quite overwhelming for anypony." She then turned to Twilight. Celestia then spoke to her. "Twilight, I know you will be very eager to study Humans but don't get to crazy alright, show some patience and I assure you things will go well." Twilight nodded and of course promised She wouldn't go overboard.

Luna then spoke, "Just because we are invisible, does not mean we are infallible. So do not try to bump into many things. We can still affect other things and such. So everyone be very careful." She turned to Discord and said, "Anything else to add Discord?" Discord waved Luna off dismissively. Luna nodded.

It was then Celestia spoke directly to Discord through his mind and said, "Discord, there is an important reason for us going to Earth, Normally, I wouldn't divulge, but it is very important." She sounded leery as She said, "We are looking for a very specific Human, And since I trust you, I will be needing your help to find Him." This piqued His interest greatly.

Discord spoke back with his mind, "So who is this very special Human? I Don't mind helping but I could use some clues as to whom you are referring too." Celestia replied, "His name is Maximilian." "I don't suppose you have heard of him?" Discord chuckled inwardly. "I know the exact human your talking about, and rest assured I will help you find Him." Discord let the link go and chuckled inwardly. "Oh this trip is going to be quite an amusing one." He thought.

After this conversation Discord turned to the group and then said, "If things get too hairy, remember that I can fix things. Also, I am pretty sure you will love seeing Earth." The girls smiled wide as Celestia, Luna and Discord focused their magical energies and created the portal to Earth.

The portal burst open in a beautiful cone of light. Everyone had a small glimpse of Earth in orbit, before everyone in a single file line stepped through the portal. The journey had just begun.

Unknown Location/House

A lone Human sat by his computer thinking about his day and the things that occurred. He was tall, with somewhat messy black hair. He is 6'0" and might I add kind of chubby. Not exactly the most athletic type. So he had a gut that was a bit unwanted. He was also 35 years old. But what was mostly his most redeeming trait was the fact that he was 35 and yet looked maybe like an 18 year old. He knew He was fortunate to not look like his age, but never really questioned it much. Also despite his age he had a fair amount of grey hair on his head. That was due to large amounts of stress, not wisdom as some others would believe. Though of course, He had gained some wisdom. but not as much as He would like.

He had just gotten back from The Teahouse which served all sorts of beverages, but by far his favorite from there was Frozen Mocha coffee. As he was enjoying his Frozen Mocha coffee, He wondered how his day would have been had it not been for the extra caffeine that helped him get a small boost in energy. Also, He absolutely loved Chocolate. Coffee plus chocolate equals yum! Unfortunately, due to his laziness, his room wasn't the most tidiest of places. But he always did clean up when time allowed it. When he didn't feel like being lazy, that is.

Most of his days consisted of Working as a Security Guard for a hotel. Due to this nature he ended up usually having to stay up for long periods of the night. His shift usually was seven hours long, but today just so happened to be an off day for him. He yawned a tad bit, being on the computer was one of his favorite things to do. Though of course, He mainly used it for entertainment purposes. After all, it had quite a few major uses besides just TV and such.

Games and Live Streaming, watching Netflix, Catching up on episodes of one of his favorite TV shows, were just a few examples. He had a lot of entertainment all in one package, yet Maximilian didn't seem to actually be interested in those types of activities today. He had lots of different games on his computer such as Path of Exile, Dungeon fighter Online, Archeage, Just to name a few.

But lately, those seemed to bore Him. Nope, His form of entertainment of the day was doing some reading. Mainly of course his favorite type of reading material in the form of My Little Pony fan-fiction.

Yes, you heard right My Little Pony. Ever since Max was younger he had always had a fascination with the show. He always figured that even though it was a tad bit girly, he had to admit the values that the show brought always hit home for him. He never really considered himself a Brony, the amusing name for all male fans of the show, yet it seemed to fit. He didn't necessarily realize it and kept it to himself. So He was a closet Brony. Everyday while he was at work he wondered whether or not the place existed and if it was true about most of the adventures they had had not been some childish fantasy.

He always spoke to himself a lot during his job and imagined what it would truly be like for him in Equestria, Since he had nothing else to do as the job usually just meant he walked around and look pretty. After all his job mainly was to 'observe and report'. A simple enough task, yet for some reason it made him even more bored, and He came up with all sorts of interesting ideas for Fan Fiction.

He always had a reasonably vivid imagination for someone of his age. He was an adult but that didn't mean He didn't think like a kid sometimes. But for someone of his age He still was mature. Well most of the time. You see, Max suffered a great deal in His childhood. Not exactly the most perfect of childhoods, But He still remembered all of it. the good and the bad, and sometimes the ugly.

It all started in the year 1981, A popular time for music and such. One of the golden ages for music. Ah the 80's. Makes you feel a tad bit nostalgic, when you think of it. It was during Thanksgiving day when Max was brought into this world. His mother Alicia, was very happy to welcome her "Turkey Day Surprise." (yeah, you can laugh about that one. it is a tad bit amusing)

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, He grew up with his Mother and Father who was nicknamed 'Smiley' When for some reason or another, His father decided to abandon him and his mother at the tender age of 3. Thus leaving with no choice his mother decided to re-marry to a man named David Smith.

This man named David was one of 7 brothers, who lived in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. His profession happened to be a maintenance man. He was an alcoholic, had a very short temper fuse and was bitter for having to take care of a son who wasn't his and a father who abandoned them to their fate. Oh, also he is bipolar. (though He didn't know it at the time.)

His mother Alicia was from Oklahoma City, OK and she was 43 years old (yeah more on that later.)

So during his younger years, Max faced a great amount of pain and suffering due to his alcoholic stepdad. Also, sometimes his mother also dealt with 'family abuse'. Due to these issues, Max ended up having to deal with not only the pain of dealing with his father, but also the added stress of going to school and dealing with bullies who was constantly messing with him.

Max suffered from a serious case of ED (emotionally disturbed) and was placed in the wings of the Special Education department. Thus Max had to be further tormented due to his lack of dealing with others. For the world, Max pretty much couldn't cope with a lot of pressure with the stress of bullies and what was going on at home.

His father always told Him, He would never amount to anything and He was worthless. Not exactly a great role model to rely on. Due to Max's smartalic attitude, he usually ended up suffering with several bruises and such on his arms and face. It wouldn't take long for teachers to soon notice this.

So after this particular round of problems they sought out the CPS (child protection services) to resolve this issue and see about getting Max into a better place of residency and life. (yeah, right. That didn't work out too well. Thank you Murphy's Law!)

After interviewing young Max, Max told a little white lie. (what can possibly go wrong! Murphy's Law for the win!) He said that His father hit him with a belt. While it was true that his father had hit him, he had not used his actual belt to do harm. just his fists. Needless to say the group wasn't too pleased and immediately set off to take care of this setback.

It was during this time, Max had a brother and sister, Rita and Edward. Edward was still a baby when she was taken, and Rita was 3 years old. Max also had been taking into custody and was separated from his brother and sister. Max lived in a foster home, not knowing where his family was and having to deal with a family that wasn't so very kind of him. After all Max still had emotional issues.

After a certain time, Max was reunited with his mother for a time, but then Dad got out of jail, in lieu of the fact he had agreed to 'counseling' to make up for his past issues. Let's just say it didn't last too long.

Before long there was at least one happy moment in Max's life. He had a little brother named Justin. He was so happy to be able to take care of his little brother. He loved him dearly. That year was April 17, 1990.

Despite all that happened Max continued to deal with the issues most adolescents had to deal with.. Puberty. Fast forward to his time in high school. Max was about 14 years old at the time. Max had a crush on a certain girl, and wanted to obviously make it known to her. (I never remembered that girls name, ah well) So he did the most best thing He could think of, sing his heart out to the girl and even had a minor dance routine to match. (yep, boy was I dumb back then.)

Needless to say, nothing really happened between Max and the girl further but it at least meant Max had experience in love, somewhat.

Around the age of 16, Max began to notice his mother's health wasn't too good when she came to this school to help him with his future in education. He hoped Mom would feel well. But it was also that year when tragedy stuck. His grandmother passed away, due to bone cancer. The only good thing that came out of it was she had died in her sleep peacefully. This was the first time that Max truly felt that life was cruel. Who could blame him though, Max had never experienced death before. His grandmother was very important in his life and was taken away.

It also put a damper on the rest of his family who he hadn't gotten to know over the years. After the funeral they all split up and was never heard or seen from again.

You have heard of the saying "Fate is a cruel mistress? or Death is a cruel joke?" Well here's an interesting punchline, Death has a cruel sense of humor!

At the age of 17, Max's mother died at the age of 43 years old. Death by a massive coronary Heart Attack. Stress was most likely the main culprit. A cruel joke by death as it was one year apart from Max's grandmother's death. Needless to say, He was pissed! A bundled rage of hate and emotion overwhelmed him. To say He was angry was an overstatement.

After 14 years of unwanted cruelty and abuse, the one person who had brought him at least some sanity and maybe a tad bit of hope, was gone in an instant. Max heard the news, His brother had been home in the time. the age of 9 years old, luckily Justin had been smart enough to call 911. A bit of Irony as well as his apartment number was 911. (ah, talk about a tragedy)

He remembered it all. He was with his dad at his workplace helping his father out, so he could earn a spare bit of cash. When suddenly, his dad's beeper went off. it had the number of our home phone and the number 911 afterwards. Max asked,"What's wrong Dad?"

Dad replied, "I am not sure, But I think it might have something to do with Mom." I remembered those words as I felt cold all over. We rushed home and there it was...

Mom sprawled out dead on the kitchen floor, ironically making my dad's lunch for the day. My heart I could have sworn stopped a bit. Seeing this was all too much for me.

Dad of course was devastated. I didn't blame him for that. I blamed him for all the cruel things he put me and my Mom through. My Mom wasn't in the best of health, She actually was a tad bit chubby. (I hate calling her that to be honest) Still, there was planning to do.

My Mom's will was discovered and she wanted to be buried where her family was, and if anyone deserved it it was her. however due to what I felt was the cheapskate option, she was cremated. And her funeral was at a nature park, the idea was to scatter her ashes into the wind, but it didn't work as well as I had hoped. Another reason why I was so pissed.

Then the event that basically changed my whole life happened when my Dad sat me down and told me one thing. "You need to grow up son, and grow up quickly." Needless to say, I wasn't pleased at all. (got that right) How dare he? How dare he dictate my life, after making it one of the worst possible ways to grow up, he ruined my childhood, he ruined my life and thanks to him my Mom was dead.

Needless to say. I exploded. Insult after insult, rage beyond rage. I wanted to hurt him, I wanted to teach him a lesson he wouldn't forget. instead I told him what I truly thought of him.

I made a choice that day, I wanted to be free from my father's influence, I wanted my independence, needless to say curse my Smartelic attitude! I thought I knew everything. (yeah, That was definitely like almost everyone back then.) Boy was I wrong.

After leaving my Dad and my brother behind (which i regret still by the way, I did love Justin) I moved into a friends house where I tried to fix all the broken pieces of my life and put them together. I had a fierce determination not only to prove my Dad wrong, but also to prove to myself I didn't need him. I chose to be independent. But sometimes life always throws you a curveball.

Life is tough, you always make stupid decisions and burning bridges. Which unfortunately I did a lot of. I used my friends and basically dug my own grave. I was now officially homeless. (yeah, I aint kidding) Back then I realized I wasn't so smart. Yeah I learned the hard way. Luckily there had been some silver lining, I found Hope.

I found a place to go and do something better with my life. I found God. (Now, I am not sure if you believe in a higher power or not, but I did and still do, today) Thanks to God, I was now doing better and learning more and finally becoming a tad bit wiser and more patient. (wasn't exactly my forte back then, hehe) I suffered from a lack of patience and other skills that would make me a better person to get along with. But I was getting better and received blessings and more.

Soon I was blessed with a decent job, a place of my own, and a higher purpose. But stupid me goofed up again and found myself once more out in the streets. *facepalm* (geez, I had a lousy track record)

Thanks to an old friend I met while i was working at a local Denny's as a server, He had a place for me and I gladly accepted. I had a roommate now and I was appreciative of it. His name was Bruce Peterson. He was a retired Veteran. And he taught me several life lessons, of which I am eternally thankful. However, due to issues that I had no idea, I came home one evening after my new job as security and found him dead.

(I swear what is it with Death, it like it follows me wherever I go. *sigh*)

Due to the fact that he was in a retirement community and I had been his 'caregiver' I ended up having to find a new place pronto. Luckily, I found a place and moved in where I am currently.

And it was on this day of days, that a certain group of ponies where here, and they were looking for me.

Mysterious Location/Time: 3:00 PM CST

The Mane 6 step out of the portal with Princess Celestia, Luna and Discord in tow. They find themselves high in the sky and they look as they are just a tad bit chameleon like. (blending in with surroundings)

Celestia looks around at the surroundings and notices tall infrastructures as well as man made signs, and many Humans down below. Discord chuckles as Celestia is watching...

Discord then speaks to the group and says. "Welcome everyone to Earth, there is a huge population here and of course all sorts of amazing things to see, do, eat and of course play with." "I have some of my fondest memories here and it is quite amusing! Ah the tales I could tell with the amount of chaos I caused here, but I digress." Discord then turned to Twilight who obviously was so excited she was fit to burst.

"Well Twilight what do you think of this place?" said Discord who looked quite amused at Twilight's wonder. Twilight then said, "Ohmygosh! This place is everything I imagined it would be! I heard so many stories but never expected it to be so vibrant!"

Applejack let out a low whistle. "Hoo-we! now this is something else, Nevah expected to see something like this before."

Rainbow Dash said "I'll say! These buildings look pretty awesome! Though they don't compare to Cloudsdale."

Fluttershy said, "I wonder where all the animals are?" To this Discord replied, "Many of the animals are at a place called the Zoo. And we can go there soon." Fluttershy smiled at the prospect.

Pinkie Pie said, "OOOOO, imagine the parties I could make here and they would make me even more awesome friends!" Pinkie smiled. Discord smiled also at the thought of the pink party pony, making several parties for the Humans here.

Rarity looked at the people below and was surprised at some of the fashions that were there. She couldn't wait to wow them with her Artistry. "I have so many things I can come up with here, I will wow them all with my amazing skills!" said Rarity.

Celestia then spoke up, "Well everypony, I am pleased that you all are excited to explore this new world with all of us, perhaps we can find somewhere interesting to go? She then turned to Luna.."What do you think of this place my dear sister?" She asked.

Luna then spoke up and voiced her personal opinion. "It is indeed a fine wonder, and I am most certain am eager to see more." "Perhaps Discord can lead us somewhere interesting?" She looked at Discord with curiosity.

"Very well!" said Discord. "Let us head to a good place to study Humans in their natural habitat, The Mall!" Discord chuckled.

Everyone's eyes lit up at that one. Discord snapped his fingers and they found themselves at The Galleria Mall. To make everyone a bit more comfortable, he decided a change of wardrobe as well as a change of form was required, So he transformed all of them into Humans. Needless to say this was a little confusing to say the least, but they weren't complaining. This also meant they could move around freely without being invisible.

"Thanks to your new forms you can all blend in with the others and enjoy the sights and such. This mall has anything you want to shop for and could even learn about Humans in general. It's a one stop shop for Humans." He then turned to Celestia and Luna and said "Where we are now is the food court, here is where we should all meet up at an appropriate time." He then showed everyone the appropriate currency and then explained it to them.

"These are the currency here in America. This is known as the U.S. Dollar. Each bill has different Denominations, and each of these bills has a former U.S. president." Twilight spoke up and asked, "So who are these Presidents and what did they do, Also, what is the U.S.?" Discord laughed at the question. Celestia also smiled at her former student's questions. Luna also smiled warmly but also seemed curious about it.

"There is a lot to say about these president's but as much as I would love to answer all the questions you have Twilight I fear we will be here forever and a day to satisfy your curiosity. But I can at least give you some answers. The U.S. stands for the United States of America. It is similar to how many places in Equestria are like their own city-states. Keep in mind.." As he turned to Celestia and Luna. and then spoke to them.

"Here on Earth there is a President, it is not a hierarchy such as the one we have in Equestria, my Dear Princesses. They are governed by a unique way of living, As the Government here is different. The Humans here have a different way of running things I'm afraid." said Discord.

Luna and Celestia seemed a tad bit saddened and a tiny bit angry too. They preferred their way of rule as it was more fair then what was on Earth.

Twilight and the others remained quiet as Discord had went through his explanation. However that didn't last too long as Discord then spoke to the group. "Well everypony, I can imagine I am boring you with all sorts of details. So how about We all have some fun!"

"Now we're talking!" said Rainbow Dash.

Discord spoke again to the group. "As you have most likely noticed by now all of you have watches on your arms. This will help you know what time it is here. Similar of course to our clocks in Equestria they work the same way except they are on your 'wrists' as Humans call them. We shall meet here in 3 hours. Which is more then plenty of time for you to sight see. Also, please do not leave the mall, even though it might be tempting too. This way we can keep track of you all. My magic bounds you to this world but also you must be aware of your surroundings."

He then proceeded to give them $50. "This is your Allowance girls, this should be something to at least get something interesting here. However dont use it all at once or you won't be able to do anything else. Keep in mind prices can be a tad steep here then what you all are accustomed too. Ponyville is much more cheaper." "You will also need these!" Maps of the mall appeared in his hand.

"These maps are for seeing all of the mall. they will be a good guideline for you. Don't do anything I would do.." Discord chuckled. Everyone laughed at that. After that speech, Everyone left eager to see what this place had to offer.

Max's House/Time: 3:30 pm CST

I was reading some more fanfic's on the computer when I happened to notice something rather peculiar, an image of Discord had somehow appeared on my computer screen. Normally, I would have just ignored it but for some reason the image gave me a wink.. No sooner had i registered this strange appearance when a bright flash happened.

Discord was now standing by me. I turned around in my chair to see what made the bright flash and that's when I saw Discord. "What the heck? Discord? No freaking way!" I said.

Discord looked upon me with amusement. "Oh come now, Max you should already know I am all too real, and Also Equestria is too. I mean just look at me, I am quite a marvel don't you agree? Hmm?" said Discord.

I stood there dumbfounded. Well can you blame me? Here was Discord showing up in my bedroom, Talking to me and of course I had to think this could have been a figment of my imagination, but nope, I pinched myself. "Ow!" Geez, that hurt. "Figures!", I grumbled. Discord chuckled at me again with amusement.

Come to think of it, why was Discord here?, I wondered. It seemed a tad odd for this guy to just show up out of the blue, He was the God of Chaos after all. He technically could do whatever he pleased. But this wasn't exactly standard, at least I didn't think it was. Still I was a tad bit leery. Discord may be reformed but that didn't make him dangerous.

"OK, Since I do realize this isn't a figment of my imagination, I have to admit you piqued my curiosity." I said. "So why exactly, are you here anyways?"

Discord smiled. "Why, I have come to give you what you have always wanted Max, A chance to go to Equestria. That is if you want too." He mused. "Of course, This particular trip won't be so easy. It might be a tad hard since Twilight and her friends are here on Earth, As well as the Princesses too."

I swear if this was a cartoon my jaw would have dropped all the way down. "Wait, Wait you are saying that Princess Luna, and Princess Celestia are here as well as the Elements of Harmony? But why??" I said in wonder.

Discord responded and said "They have come here seeking information on Earth, and the Princesses thought it would be a good idea to bring Twilight and her friends along for the ride. Besides who am I deny a request from the Princesses." Discord however, knew why he was here, and that was to find me and bring me to them. But Max had no idea about that.

"Huh, That is quite interesting and I am very excited that they decided to come here. Even if it is for educational purposes. They can definitely learn a lot about us Humans." I said thoughtfully.

Discord felt he needed to get the ball rolling so to speak. Speaking of, He was rolling on a ball in front of me which I had to stop and laugh. Discord's antics never failed to amuse me. Discord chuckled at my delight. "Well then, who better to educate the actual ponies then you Max?" " You are a credit to your species, which is no small feat. After all your quite a person." He said.

It felt odd to be praised by Discord, yet in the light of certain events, He had to admit what he had said did resonate within him. Max smiled and said, "Well it's nice to hear a compliment Discord, still are you sure they are ready for me? The last thing I want to do is upset them or the Princesses after all." I shuffled my feet a bit.

It was then Discord came up with an idea that would work for me and even possibly put me in good graces with the Princesses and the Mane 6. He spoke to me and said, "Well, Max it's no coincidence that you strike me as one who would be so formal. You must be nervous then." He chuckled. "However, I believe I can assist you in this endeavor." He pulled out a snow globe and said, "This is a way to keep track of what the Princesses and the Girls are up too. I brought them to the Galleria mall. I thought they deserved a fun trip, So I allowed them to observe humans in a gathering place. Also the Girls happen to be looking for interesting tidbits or gifts."

I was suddenly wide eyed when I realized what Discord suggested. To be honest, I could have hugged him right there. I suddenly had several ideas to do for them. Thanks to the snow globe I realized what each of them where looking at. All out of their price range. I had money saved up for an occasion and this was a perfect opportunity.

"Discord I don't suppose you could get me to that mall could you? I mean it would take me a few hours to get there." I said. Discord laughed and said "Of course Max, all you had to do was ask!" He snapped his fingers and I appeared instantly at the mall. He also appeared next to me and said, "I will keep the girls busy while you shop." "Also, Max we are to meet at the food court at exactly 6:00 pm CST." "So be prepared before then." said Discord.

I nodded. Then I noticed something unusual, I had new clothes on that I had never seen."Odd, I never had these clothes before, ah well, no complaints here." I shrugged. "Once more! Into the Breach!" I shouted.

Discord chuckled inwardly, his plan worked quite well and it seemed that Max would have a good time finding interesting things for the Girls. Discord had already changed into a Human disguise..He looked like Q from Star Trek: The Next Generation. "Perfect!" thought Discord, As he prepared to look around the mall and find some unsuspecting Humans to play a trick on..

Well, he was a God of chaos after all!

Galleria Mall/Time: 4:00pm CST

I made my way to Barnes and Nobles, I knew this mall like the back of my hand. I frequented it a lot especially while I was homeless. (don't judge) Humans have always been a fascinating subject and yet i knew that Twilight would be very interested in books about humans in general. Well why not a book on human anatomy. (I know what your thinking, perverts..lol) That wasn't all though. Since I knew she was into Astrology, I decided to get her a book on constellations.

That technically wasn't the only thing I would get for her, but I would kill 2 birds with one stone at a jewelry shop. Princess Luna and Celestia I respected just as much as Twilight, so I took the opportunity to get them beautiful necklaces of the sun and moon respectfully. Then I made my way to the Disney store.

Fluttershy was someone who I knew loved animals of all kinds, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to buy a few plush toys for her. (Tigger and friends) Then made my way to Build-A-Bear and got her a stuffed teddy bear which i made personally with love. After this I chose to go to Victoria's Secret (hey, don't judge me like that it's for Rarity...sheesh)

Rarity was a very hard mare to please in my opinion but I knew she would love one of the latest fashions to admire and possibly make a new dress for. I had seen in the snow globe what she had been eyeing. The price tag was a tad pricey, but I didn't mind, totally worth it to see how happy she would be.

Rainbow Dash was also a tiny bit difficult but I had figured it out after walking inside the collectible shop. all sorts of cards and sports memorabilia was here to see and behold, all for the right price. I immediately saw what Dash was looking at. I couldn't help but grin. It turns out she was looking at a Babe Ruth Poster with signatures from the whole team. I thought to myself I wonder if they had a famous Baseball team in Equestria. I shrugged a bit letting the feeling pass. It wasn't that expensive and I knew Dash would love it.

Off to find Pinkie Pie something interesting. She was a party animal and I knew her parties where the stuff of legends! The problem is what to get someone like her? Well, Turns out there was a lot of party supplies here as well and everybody needs those for a party, I chuckled. I remembered of course one TV episode where Pinkie got some Confetti from her sister Maud, talk about a thoughtful gift. So I got her some party supplies, and even of course a special balloon which said Party time! It was then I noticed a joke shop and I was grinning like a maniac. Heh heh, crazy Pinkie would love some of these things. So I bought them too for her. Hope I am not spoiling her too much.

Applejack was a down to earth Country pony, and it made sense she would want something decent for the farm and something that would remind her of home. Welp, they had a lot of western wear here. To be honest I kinda felt fond of the hat that she always wore. So I bought me one,(I placed it a separate bag) and a couple of amazing knick knacks and a lasso for her.

Though I had bought some necklaces for Celestia and Luna I wanted to do something more special. The thing is the two sisters had a wonderful bond and to me it felt like the bond needed something more to make it feel even more special. So I purchased a painting that signified both the sun and moon sisters persona's together. It filled me with such a thrill that I had really thought so fondly of them that way.

I realized that Cadence and Shining Armor wasn't here, but I wanted to see if I could find something interesting for them anyways. So glad I possessed some of the properties of friendship, I thought. I saw some beautiful crystals and it immediately made me think of their wonderful home. So I bought those for each of them.

To be honest, I never really counted Discord as a friend, But I thought the guy deserved something nice for what he had done for me. I know it was hard to come up with something, but i found a Figure of him as someone would have created him, so I bought it. With that my shopping spree had ended. And my pockets were lighter, but my heart was fuller.

Food Court, Galleria Mall Time: 5:45pm CST

I got to the food court early, ladened with a lot of gifts. I was glad I came early, since I knew those girls where most likely going to be hungry. Especially the Princesses. I knew for the most part that the girls ate vegetables a lot, but to be honest, their technically wasn't a place that just served veggies. I then realized that I could get them some veggie pizza! It had all sorts of veggies and cheese. And I wouldn't mind partaking of some. It's Universally delicious lol!

I had made a table setup for everyone to sit down in. This meeting was going to be a bit nerve wracking but I hoped that I could get through it and be a proper Human diplomat. Funny, never really thought of me as one though.

I had bought 2 extra large veggie pizzas to the table. They were quite good looking and knew would be perfect for them. The gifts were next to me, but I felt a bit inadequate. I also amused myself by buying some cake for them all. I knew Celestia had a love for cake. Nothing too big of course, just a small one, just so they could enjoy some of our sweets. Though to be honest, I doubt this cake tasted better then the ones on Equestria.

Now I didn't know what the girls might like to drink. I knew soda was different so I bought them all lemonade. Chik-Fil-A had the best lemonade in my opinion. I made it light lemonade so they wouldn't have too much sugar. We didn't Pinkie to be super hyper. I mean she loved all sorts of cupcakes and such, but I knew she didn't need too much sugar, It would be a disaster there if that happened. She was already a pretty hyperactive pony. She was Pinkie Pie, after all.

Discord had easily noticed me at the table, and He smiled at the small spread I had. It was like it would a nice get together and not a party. (Sorry Pinkie) I noticed Discord's disguise and I couldn't help but be shocked. But I guess it made sense, since after all The actor who voiced Q, Was Discord's voice, so it made sense.

Finally, The girls had arrived in view. It was exactly as I imagined them to be in Human forms. Just like Equestria Girls. Same as well for Celestia and Luna. But just a tad different.

Celestia seemed surprised by Discord's suggestion on where to sit, after all they would be sharing a table with a Human after all. It wasn't until Discord politely nodded at Celestia then She grinned and gestured everyone to sit down. I was stationed at Luna's left.

This encounter, This whole Affair, would either make or break me.

Discord then spoke up. "Before we begin this wonderful meal, I feel that I should introduce to all of you a new friend. His name is Maximilian, and I have taken the liberty of arranging this meeting so you all can meet Him." Max waved nervously.

"Max, I think it's about time, we go ahead and introduce ourselves." Discord then introduced all of the ponies and of course the Princesses in turn. The other Ponies seemed to be surprised that Discord had given away their secret. They were about to interject, when I politely raised my hand in a small gesture of silence. They noticed this and then they quieted down.

Silence did fall, as I spoke to them in the kindest voice I could. "I am already familiar with all of you, Discord came to me earlier that day and suggested I come to speak to all of you. I realize that you are mad, but please don't take offense at me or Him, He did this for everyone's benefit, I did not wish to bug you all, but I thought it might be good for us to meet. And to be honest, I feel I can be of some assistance to all of you." "The only thing I want from you all is your time and of course, hopefully your friendship."

The Mane 6 then mumbled an apology, and then proceeded to thank me for taking out the time to spend with them. The Princesses smiled at the scene. "Now why don't we enjoy this tasty meal first, then we can chat OK?" I said.

Rainbow Dash said, "I like this guy already!" as she started to scarf down some of the food.

I smiled appreciatively after that comment. After a short while, everyone was patting their bellies appreciatively. They thanked me kindly for the awesome meal. I waved them off about it. Besides, I couldn't just let them starve, Though I was pretty sure Discord would have taken care of them.

I decided now would be a good time to give my gifts. "Everyone, I know we all just met and such, but being this is a special occasion I thought maybe I would make this meeting much more pleasant for you all. I definitely wish to give you a memento of this occasion also in light of our new friendship and time together." I said. I then proceeded to hand out gifts to everyone at the table. Their eyes grew wide as I gave them their gifts.

I then said, "Applejack, would you be so kind as to open yours first?" So Applejack, opened her gift bag and was amazed at the things she saw. I definitely guessed right, she loved it. "Max, this is amazing! How very thoughtful of ya!" She said.

Fluttershy was next. She squealed with delight as she saw the beautiful stuffed animals I had bought for her. Everyone awwed at the cute teddy bear I got for her. "Thank you so so much Max!" she then hugged me. I thanked her for the hug.

Next up, Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie absolutely loved my gifts, She winked slyly at me when she saw the joke stuff. I chuckled about it. I knew she would have a lot of fun with it. "Thanks a lot Max, I was running out of supplies at home!" She giggled.

Next was our favorite Fashionista, Rarity. I was a tad bit apprehensive when she was about to open my gift. As I mentioned earlier, she is a very hard Mare to please. Her eyes grew wide at the dress she saw. I had been correct this dress was what she was looking forward too. "Darling! Oh Heavens me, I can't believe you thought so highly of me when you bought me this! Oh this is perfect! Thank you!" She then leaned over to give me a kiss. I allowed the brief contact. But I was a tad bit embarrassed. Rainbow Dash snickered.

After that, I technically would have loved to snatch away the gift from Rainbow Dash but I allowed the small sleight to pass and gestured to Rainbow. Rainbow then opened her gift and see that She was amazed. "Ohmygosh, Ohmygosh Ohmygosh! You got me this Max! Wow, I wasn't expecting something so awesome!" I high hoofed her. (you know what i meant) Everyone was all smiles at the table.

I then told Twilight. "Your gifts next, Twilight. Your gifts are twofold." She seemed confused at that. She opened one bag and she saw books, and she squealed with delight. "Books on Human anatomy and Astrology! How did you know I liked Astrology Max?" I chuckled. "Now, if I gave away my trade secret, then how would I attain such a mysterious wonder?" I said. Everyone laughed as I pretended to place a cape over my face for effect. (Courtesy of Discord). "Go ahead and open the second one." Twilight opened the case, and found the beautiful ornamental necklace. She was mystified at it's wonder and beauty.

Everyone at the table was very surprised at the necklace I gave her. After all, why did I give her such a piece of jewelry? I then spoke up. "Twilight, This piece of jewelry reminded me of something in your world. Something I thought might be of use to you and hold symbolic meaning. I hope you enjoy the beautiful piece." Twilight smiled then gave me a big hug. "How incredibly kind of you to give me something like this. You certainly have a knack for finding things of Beauty. You should give Rarity a few lessons." She said jokingly.

Rarity said, "Really? I know much about Beauty Twilight, and I admit it does have some Beauty to it, I doubt Max has an eye for fashion though." Then everyone laughed, including myself. I was quite in mirth at that time. But I told Rarity then, "Undoubtedly, I know very little of Fashion Rarity, But I am certain that if you teach me this, I think I could learn a lot." This made everyone smile.

Finally, I turned around and handed The Princesses their gifts. I deliberately waited till last for them since I wanted them to enjoy everyone's reactions. Also, I did this out of respect as well. "Don't think I haven't forgotten you all as well Princess Celestia and Luna." They seemed surprised. "I took the time to come up with thoughtful gifts for you all. You should not go without something to remember this occasion by." I said.

I handed them their gifts, except for the one gift I would give them afterwards. They opened the bags and found just like Twilight I had bought them jewelry. Their jewelry was the sun and moon respectfully. These necklaces shone quite beautifully around the princesses necks. They had smiled very warmly at this. The others at the table where amazed and smiled warmly at the thoughtful gift I gave them. Rainbow was a tad bit pouty. I had noticed this however, and I spoke up.

"Rainbow Dash, are you jealous that I got them jewelry and not you? Don't feel slighted, I wanted to get you the coolest gift, not the girliest. Besides I know how athletic you are, So I knew sports was your favorite." I said. Rainbow Dash chuckled. "Sorry. I just noticed the necklaces where a tad bit much for me." She said. I thanked her for opening up and letting go of the petty jealousy.

I had also pulled out a gift that nobody knew about. I then spoke to them all and said "While I do realize that I have gifts for all of you, I wanted to also have something for Princess Cadence and her Family." I then pulled out the crystals that I had bought and they all had admitted they were quite beautiful to look at and knew I had put a lot of thought in the gift.

Everyone at the table was pleased Rainbow Dash had gotten over the situation. I then gave the Princesses one more gift. "This is part 2 of your gift Princesses. I wished to honor your sisterly bonds and came up with something that I hope you both shall appreciate." I said. I then pulled out the Painting.

The painting showed both the sun and moon directly across from each other and in the middle was a line separating both faces. One was the sun and the other the moon. Both sides had beautiful stars all around them, to signify the love for each other. The Princesses and the girls were very solemn and beheld it's amazing beauty.

I then spoke and said. (Rather emotionally, I might add) "This reminds me of the harmony of you and your sister share. Also, how much love you have for your subjects and kingdom. I hope that it is a friendly and beautiful reminder for all that you do." Now, I hardly ever wept, to be honest, But I couldn't help but cry at the situation.

The Girls were surprised at how much emotion went through me at the time. It was as if they felt that I had been lonely for a long time. They realized how much I meant to them. The Princesses smiled at my heartwarming surge of emotion. They knew how I felt and what I did for them, was not an easy task to accomplish.

The princesses then gave me a hug and thanked me warmly for the gifts i had bestowed.

Soon, the moment was over. Everyone was preparing to go. Princess Celestia then spoke and said.. "This has been a wonderful occasion. However, We must make our leave now." The girls awwww'd. "It would be a shame though, if we had to leave without a proper sendoff to our guest." She then turned to Luna and said, "So, my dear sister, what do you think we should do in this situation?"

Luna smiled warmly at her sister. She then spoke and said "Well, I don't see why we can't keep this moment forever." "Aha! I know, perhaps we should allow Maximilian to accompany us? What do you think my Dear sister?" The girls were cheering for me. I was amazed. Celestia then spoke up and said, "A fine idea my dear sister, Max would you care to come with us?" she smiled.

Pinkie Pie spoke up excitedly! "Please say yes! We can have an awesome party, I can introduce to you all sorts of friends and we can be besties!" She squealed.

Applejack also spoke, "I know you would love Equestria, Max and I feel that it would do you some good. Plus you could meet mah Family, and I know they would love ya."

Fluttershy spoke. "I can introduce you to all my animal friends and you would love to visit my quaint home."

Rarity then said. "I speak for all of us when I say, It would be in quite bad manners to not thank you for all you have done for the day, And I know Sweetie Belle would absolutely adore you!"

Rainbow Dash said, "I know you would love seeing my place up in the clouds, Max. Also, we have the most awesome place called Cloudsdale, where all the Pegasi live! And you can even meet the Wonderbolts!"

Twilight smiled warmly at her friends and said to me, "There is so much we can learn from one another and I know for a fact that you have a certain curiosity around you. I really hope you say yes." They were all on tenterhooks waiting for my answer.

I was overcome with emotion right now, each of them looked at me warmly. I was incredibly blessed right now to see the love they had on their faces. I was more happier then I had ever been in my life. I then spoke to them with a slight tear in my eye and said. "I am thankful for all your kind words and the fact that you would even consider me to be a friend and someone who treats me with much respect. I would be honored to join you all on this journey."

If anyone had managed to hear us, it would have been a huge amount of cheering and shouting. Not to mention, very rude and distracting. But Discord prepared for this situation and made us all invisible and also put a spell of silence around us to make sure we had not been interrupted, or heard.

Discord smiled at the whole scene. He was glad to been of help to the Princesses and the girls found a very special someone to spend time with. He spoke to them all. "While, I am glad things have worked out, I believe Max has some packing to do. I hope you all don't mind that I bring Him to his home for a moment." Twilight wanted of course to come and see what my place looked like, But I felt a tad bit sheepish, I apologized to Twilight but I needed to do this by myself at the moment. After all, My place wasn't unfortunately up to snuff for anyone to see.

Twilight was a tad bit disappointed at this. The girls were a bit as well. They were curious what my place looked like. It was then I told them their wouldn't be enough room for them all to come, and I was also worried what my 'roommates' would think. Even though we could turn invisible there just wasn't enough room in my room. Not to mention, I would be horrified if they saw the state of mess it was in. I resolved to myself that I would make sure I didn't make such messes and such, especially since I knew Rarity would kill me, if she saw how my room was.

Afterwards, I was given an hour to make sure I had enough time to prepare. Discord came along with me to my house and used his Magic to clean up my room and such. Heck, He even washed all my clothes for me! I was a tad surprised at his thoughtfulness. I found my old dufflebag and began to pack. But Discord beat me to that as well. He chuckled. He then spoke to me. "Think nothing of it, Max. I am glad to help a friend in need. Also, I am pleased that you are allowed to come to Equestria. But I might as well warn you. You most likely will never leave it."

I thought about his words. Though it was somewhat of a chilly thought, I didn't worry about it. I knew that I was in good hands..er hoofs. Twilight and the others would be incredibly happy to help me get adjusted and of course welcomed in Equestria. I then asked, "Do you think my cell phone would work in Equestria? I don't need it to make calls, but I figure I could at least use the internet on it." "I wanted to be able to listen to my music and such."

Discord thought about my request. He then spoke to me and said "To be honest, Max, I am not certain it would be a wise idea. Besides there is much to do and see in Equestria so I doubt you will be too bored. I know you like to listen to music but I think you will find many similarities between music here, and music in Equestria. So I am afraid the answer is no..Sorry Max." He looked at me with a twinge of sadness.

I was a bit afraid of that, But I understood. Also, I doubted it would work properly over there since there was most likely a high concentrated amount of Magic on Equestria. Still I sighed, it's good to dream. Discord told me though. "You can still bring it if you want. But don't count on it working and such. I am sure Twilight would love taking it apart and putting it back together again." Discord mused.

I laughed at that. "I can imagine. Twilight would go gaga over all this technology. Still..." I looked my computer. Nah, I thought. I knew it couldn't come with me. Besides I would hate it if Twilight took that thing apart. I mean I did love my computer, but I knew there was limits. I then brightened up since I had a few things i wanted to take that might make a certain Dragon happy and excited a bit.

I wasn't sure there would be room for most of my stuff I had but Discord chuckled and then told me, "I can make a small pocket dimension for your things Max. After all, I am the God of Chaos after all. I can do pretty much anything!" He then created a small dimensional hole in my room. I was shocked to see it, it was crazy looking but I tore my eyes away from it. With only less then 30 minutes to go, I needed to hurry. It wouldn't be good to keep them all waiting. I smiled again at the thought.

Finally, I took a small shower. Discord had already had a fresh deal of clothes for me ready. They weren't as fancy as the ones I had, but they were very functional. (I may not no fashion, but I know what I like.)

Once more being transported by Discord I found the Girls and the Princesses waiting for me on top of a roof. I realized it was the tallest building in Houston and had a Helipad. The girls and the Princesses had returned to their Equine forms once more. And they greeted me warmly when I had arrived. Rarity noticed I had a different outfit then before. She noted to herself that it probably made me feel a bit more comfortable.

Rarity thought, When I get back to Equestria one of the first things I am going to do is make sure Max has proper Equestrian fashion, I know what would be perfect for him! With this thought gone, Celestia then spoke. "Well my little ponies, and human," she added in a forethought. "It is finally time to return. This world does indeed have many wonders and while I am sad to leave this place, I am afraid there isn't much I can do about it." I had shifted a bit nervously at the thought. "However," she smiled warmly at me then continued, "We happen to have the best this world can offer, and I certainly can say that without a doubt, Maximilian has much He can offer from this world. I am glad that He can come with us." The others smiled at this speech.

She then turned to us again and said, "When we arrive we shall be at the Royal Palace. Due to the fact that it is night there, I feel that everyone should stay for a few days. So of course be prepared to be comfortable everyone." She smiled. Twilight grinned on that, she knew this was also directed at me, So she couldn't help but grin at the actual true meaning. Her and Her friends came up with an idea for that night.

With that being said, She turned to others and Everyone focused the Elements of Harmony in front of them. The Princesses lent their power as well and the portal appeared. I had managed to catch a glimpse of the Royal Castle, but not before I was pushed playfully in by Rainbow Dash. "Get a move on, Max!" She chuckled.

We arrived inside the Royal Throne Room and the guards had noticed our sudden arrival. However when the guards saw me they immediately started to glare in my direction and proceeded to surround me. The Princesses then spoke to the guards in the Royal Canterlot Voice and said "Stand Down! This young man is named Maximilian and He is our honored guest. He shall not be harmed or treated unkindly in any shape or form. Please treat Him as a friend and family." The guards listened and apologized to me and the Princesses as well As The Mane 6 for their actions.

My ears had been ringing a bit for them using their Royal voice but I was fine. Then the Princesses smiled warmly at me. Celestia then spoke to one of her guards and requested them to take me and the others to the guest rooms. She then whispered to the Guard and said "Make sure Max is close to all of them." "It shall be done Princess!" said the Guard discreetly.

Afterwards, All 7 of us had been directed to the guest quarters of the castle. Each of the rooms were well lit and furnished appropriately. I had been separated from the others and brought to the room in the middle of them all. The bed I noticed had the same color sheets as Celestia's and Luna's colors and was definitely designed with someone of my size in mind. The Bed was huge! More then enough for several ponies to sleep quite comfortably next to each other if they wanted.

The Guard then left me to my own devices. I looked around at the room and admired it's detail and beauty. I checked out the Restroom/Washroom (whichever you wish to say it) The bathtub was also quite big as well. Perfect for a long soak and of course for relaxing in. The room was well stocked with hygiene products and of course towels and such. Exactly what you would come to expect in a Bathroom.

I was actually quite exhausted from the days activities. I took a nice shower and then after making sure I was properly groomed. I soon got into the bed. Now, let me tell you my sleeping habits. I mainly wear shorts and no shirt when sleeping. After all, I don't like to be perfectly nude. Now if I had pajamas, I would most likely wear them. But that didn't matter to me in the least. So after of course changing into my night clothes, I immediately got into the bed.

Oh my God! I thought. This bed is so soft and so cozy! I never ever slept in anything like this before. Needless to say it didn't take me long to fall asleep at all. Little did I know that no sooner had I done so Twilight snuck into my room as well as everyone else. They kept very quiet and got into the bed next to me. They all smiled at how comfortable I was, and they piled themselves gently next to me in a small pony pile around me. Then they feel asleep in wonder and happiness.

Needless to say, I could honestly say after all that happened in this one day. This made it the most amazing thing in the world. I truly felt as if I was Home.

Canterlot Castle

I was sleeping so peacefully and was so relaxed. I had never before had a great night's sleep like the one's I used to have while on Earth. I found myself dreaming. In this dream however, I noticed what seemed to be my 5 year old self. What was so odd about this, was as if I was viewing this from the view of a window of sorts. Everything around me seemed all white. I pondered to myself, why was I seeing this? The other strange thing about this, was I also saw next to me a pony.

This pony was quite interesting. He was young and also might I add cute to look at. He had a golden fur coat and around his neck was an odd marking. The marking looked strangely like the symbol for Hope. His wings were white, and His cutie mark had a Sun with a beam shining down and a cloud hovering over the sun like a trail blazing across the sky. The young pony, was incredibly happy to see the young Human.

"I am so excited to see you Max! We will have a lot of fun, just you and I!" "You won't have to worry about anything, anymore." The young alicorn grinned. Young Max smiled at his new friend and gave Him a huge hug. Then the two began to play. It was a touching scene, I thought. Both pony and Human playing with each other. The scene then disappeared suddenly. I found myself deep in thought and this strange dream. What did it mean though?

Eventually, As the Sun rose in the sky over Canterlot, I felt the gentle warmth of the sun's rays and began to stir. I began to yawn and attempted to stretch a bit. As my vision became a tad bit clearer, I noticed that Twilight and her friends had made a nice ring of ponies surrounding me with their warmth. I was filled with emotion and happiness seeing this heart warming scene. I had to make sure however, not to wake the Girls.

Very carefully, I got up and quietly made my way to the restroom. I sighed. "Nothing worse then a full bladder." I thought. I had been quite comfortable next to the ponies. I knew they must have sneaked in here during the night to keep me company, and to make me more comfortable. There is nothing like waking up to happy ponies next to you. Especially when They have very comfortable fur coats. I smiled warmly at that.

After making sure, I had cleaned up after relieving myself. I snuck back into the bed. However, I accidentally woke up one of the ponies. Twilight had woken up and saw me, She beamed. I put a finger to my lips, and got back into place. Twilight then gave me a gentle nuzzle. I held her gently next to me, as I gently stroked her mane. She loved the gentle touch. I was glad she didn't mind me doing this. I wondered how the others might react to me doing so. Hopefully, they wouldn't get jealous. Eventually, she laid her muzzle on my chest and fell back asleep.

I smiled. So far, this was the best day ever. I was here in Equestria, hanging out with my new pony pals and I had the best night's sleep ever. I swear it was almost if I had channeled Rainbow Dash for a sec. I was so excited to see what else might happen. Still, I slept onward. Eventually, everyone else had begun to stir finally. They smiled at the sight of me. They were so happy they had met me and I came to Equestria. Each of them had grand plans for me. It was then Fluttershy decided to wake me up. "Max, you should get up now." She said.

I began to stir, I had heard Fluttershy's wonderful voice, It was so tender to listen to. It was almost enchanting. It didn't take long for me to get up then. Twilight had also woken up. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. "Good morning everypony." I said. They all smiled at me. "Man, I haven't slept like that in a while. These beds are wonderful." Twilight chuckled. "Well, the beds are made out of the best materials, Max. And trust me when you sleep on Canterlot beds, of course you get good rest." She said.

Afterwards, they moved out of the way as I got out of the bed. "Thank you again for the company last night Girls. I appreciate your presence." They beamed at the compliment. "Well Girl's I hate to ask this of you but I need to go get cleaned up a bit, so could you kindly leave the room for a little while?" They began to leave then. I could tell Twilight was really curious about my cleaning habits. After all of them left the room, I locked the door and then proceeded to take a good shower. The bathroom door was locked as well. No offense, But I didn't feel to comfortable with the idea of them watching me as I bathed.

It took me an hour to make myself a tad more presentable. I even brushed my hair, and my teeth. I had some dress clothes, So I wore those. I had a polo shirt, and brown khakis. After making sure i was presentable, I exited my bedroom. Twilight had decided to wait for me. "What's on the agenda for today Twilight?" I asked. "First of all, breakfast. The Princesses are waiting for us to arrive. Then afterwards, I will give you a personal tour of Canterlot. After all, i have lived here most of my life." She said. "Sound's great. What about the others though?" "I mean are they coming along for the tour, or are they going to be doing something else?" I responded.

"The Girls will be doing stuff on their own. Rarity has to visit her shop here in Canterlot anyways. She is planning on making you some new clothes. So she most likely will start measuring you when we visit her shop later." said Twilight. "Ah." I responded. To be perfectly honest, I was a tad nervous about getting my measurements taken. Most likely I knew she would probably ask for me to strip for her. I was a tad bit shy about showing off my body to the Girls. Could you blame me? I mean they practically walked around naked. It was perfectly normal for them.

Twilight must have noticed my concern on my face, and she giggled. "Max, there is nothing to worry about, Rarity is smart enough to make sure you have privacy. She takes care of all sorts of clientele. So She knows how to be discreet." I nodded. Still, I was nervous but I relaxed slightly. Soon we arrived at the private dining area, that was reserved for the Princesses and her guests. Celestia and Luna greeted both of us warmly, as we sat down on the seats provided to us. Soon The wait staff had brought out the food. And boy did it look good and smelled awesome.

Needless to say, I was hungry was an understatement. I still had good manners as I ate the delicious biscuits and gravy. Also, there was Hay bacon and Pancakes. The pancakes had blueberries in them. The syrup was wonderful. Everything was great. The hay bacon, tasted like you would expect it to taste like. But I had to admit it was a pretty tasty substitute to the real thing. Celestia and Luna noticed of course my reaction to the Hay bacon. Celestia said,"I see you have come to enjoy the taste I take it Max?" She chuckled. Her Sister laughed as well. The others just smiled. "Princess, I have never eaten Hay in my entire life, but I will say this is amazing." I said.

"Well then Max, maybe later you will try Hay casserole. It could be quite tasty as well." Said Luna. "I am willing to try it, though please don't take offense if I don't like everything Hay related. But I will definitely be willing to try things once." I replied. They smiled at this. Finally, Breakfast was over. Everyone was satisfied and pretty full. Twilight spoke up and said, "Well Princesses, I want to take Max on a tour of Canterlot, since He will be here for a few days. I hope that's agreeable with you." "Of course it is my former student." Celestia smiled. "There is much Max can learn about our wonderful City, and several ponies would be very interested in meeting with Him." Celestia said.

Soon, after I was introduced to the populace by way of mouth and of ear. Several Ponies were more then eager to make my acquaintance. Especially Fancy Pants. I remembered this Pony, He was a VIP after all, (very important pony) and was more then eager to see me and even hang out with me. But since Twilight was showing me around on a tour of Canterlot, the meet and greet would have to wait. Twilight decided to show me all sorts of different spots She used to frequent in her time here in Canterlot.

Observatory

One of the first places she showed me was of her old observatory/home away from home. It had been fixed up quite nicely by Twilight's old friends and of course I was introduced to her old friends as well. They of course were very fascinated about me since they had never seen a Human before. Twilight smiled at her friend's curiosity and wonder. After the meeting and knowledge that I had gathered, We trotted past the School for Gifted Unicorns. Needless to say, I had a lot of questions about the place. After all, there was certain things I had always wanted to know. Twilight was more than happy to answer. I made sure to pay special attention to details.

"Oh! I just realized Max, I haven't seen my parents in a while, Why don't we go visit them?" said Twilight. "Sounds good to me, Twilight. I hope your parents aren't going to hate me or anything." I said. "Nonsense Max, I am sure they will like meeting with you." She said. So we made our way over to her parent's home. When we arrived, it turned out her parents weren't there. However no sooner as we were about to leave then they had arrived to their home and saw us. "Twilight! we weren't expecting you to make a visit dear." said Night Light. "Indeed, but it is of course a welcome surprise!" Said Twilight Velvet.

Twilight's House, Canterlot

"Mom, Dad!" Twilight smiled, and ran to them and gave them a great big hug. I stood there watching and waiting politely. It was a pleasant moment and I certainly didn't wish to ruin it. Velvet looked at me and asked, "Twilight, who is this? I have never seen anyone like it before." Twilight spoke up and introduced me to here parent's.

"Mom, Dad, this is Maximilian. He is a Human and He has come here to live in Equestria. The Princesses of course invited Him to come and live here and He accepted. He is a very nice person and gentlepony. er...Man." I chuckled at that statement. "My dear Twilight, I wouldn't mind if you called me a pony, For all purposes, I technically am one, even if I am not the same species." I said. Twilight and her parents grinned at the statement.

"Well then," said Night Light. "Perhaps you should come inside, our home is your home as well Maximilian." I thanked him and his wife for their kindness and hospitality. We soon entered and I was brought to the living room, While Twilight and her family caught up with recent events and such. I wasn't exactly shy, but I definitely kept quiet for a while. While I knew I wasn't intruding on them it still made me think.

Personally, I never knew much about Twilight's childhood. Even in the show, there hadn't been too much info on her family. I knew that Shining armor was Twilight's brother. I had seen of course what Twilight's family looked like, but as far as life for her growing up. That was a mystery to me.

Soon, Velvet spoke to me and asked. "So Max, How long are you planning to stay in Canterlot?" "To be honest Mrs. Velvet, I am not quite certain yet. The only thing I know is that Celestia mentioned a few days. That could be 2 or more." I replied. Twilight then said to her parents, "Actually, He will be here a week. Me and my friends will be preparing for his arrival at Ponyville. Also, it will give a chance to Max to be accustomed to our way of living."

I was surprised at the statement. After all, I had no idea that was how long I would be here in Canterlot, so it was news to me. "You surprised me Twilight, I had no clue about my stay here in Canterlot. I am surprised Princess Celestia didn't say anything to me." I told her.

Twilight looked at me and smiled. "Well to be honest, It was kind of meant to be a surprise. But I guess I had to ruin it, so surprise?" she said. I laughed. "Well, count me surprised. Still I am glad. I hope I can learn a lot here in Canterlot." I said. Night Light spoke up and said "Well Max, If you are ever looking for something to do or of course just need someone else to talk to, our doors are always open to you. Isn't that right Dear?" Velvet nodded and smiled.

"Of course, you are more then welcome here." she said. Twilight beamed at me. "Well as much as I would love to stay here and chat, I need to bring Max over to Rarity's shop." said Twilight. So we exited out of their wonderful home.

Twilight noticed of course my happiness. "Max, I am glad you could meet my parents. I told you they would like you." She stuck out her tongue at me. I laughed and said, "Well Twilight, I guess I can officially say that you are more than justified in saying I told you so." Twilight did just that too. She smiled again. Soon we found ourselves at Rarity's boutique here in Canterlot.

I whistled. "Wow, really fancy, and also might I had a great amount of charm here too. Rarity knows how to pick them." Twilight giggled. Rarity then spoke up and said, "I am glad to hear you like my shop Max." I turned around suddenly. Rarity was behind us. I thought "How on earth did she do that? Did she sneak up on us when I wasn't looking?" Rarity beamed at me. "Well Max, get inside, you mustn't keep a lady waiting!" So I was brought into the shop by Rarity's horn.

Rarity's Boutique, Canterlot

When I entered the shop, I almost wished I had more eyes to see everything. As I said earlier, I may not know Fashion, but I know what I like. And boy were these dresses fabulous to look at. Rarity then had me follow her to the back. She had a huge smile on her face. She had obviously seen how much I appreciated her work. She then told Twilight to wait patiently for the both of us to finish in the back. Soon after arriving in the back area, She told her manager to not disturb us except in case of a major emergency.

"Well Max, Nopony else will bother us while we do our work. So you know what I am about to ask you now right?" said Rarity. I nodded. I went behind the privacy screen and stripped down to my underpants. I hated to feel exposed to her, but She needed exact measurements and that meant dealing with a little awkwardness.

Rarity looked at me of course and smiled. She knew that i was a tad but uncomfortable but She took pride in the fact that I was willing to do this even if it made me feel awkward. Soon, She used her various tools to start making me fabulous clothes. I took great pride in the fact of her professionalism.

Soon Rarity began to share with me some gossip and such. I felt even more relaxed. After her measurements, she said, "Well Max, I must say that was quite invigorating. However, I feel we can do much more then that. I think a nice haircut would do you wonders." "That would be very appreciative Rarity." I said.

After getting dressed again, I had been directed to the Front of the shop and was then getting my 'Mane' styled. By the time, Rarity was done, I looked and felt like a new person. Twilight had been watching the whole time. she smiled. My hair was cut short, It was quite handsome looking and I felt even more better. Some of the other mares had been watching me and smiled appreciatively. Soon Rarity then had to deal with other customers. So I took the liberty to admire more of Rarity's work.

Not too long afterwards, The rest of the Mane 6 arrived at Rarity's Boutique. They of course greeted me and Twilight warmly. Rainbow Dash came over to me and said. "I thought you might appreciate this." She then handed me a signed Wonderbolt poster. I was amazed at the amazing detail of the Autographed photo. "Heh, i knew you would like it. Isn't it awesome!" She said. "Thanks a ton, Rainbow Dash, you didn't have to get it for me but I really appreciate it." I said. "No sweat Max, after all, Your an awesome friend." She replied. Everypony else grinned. Twilight said, "How about we go eat at Pony Joe's. My treat." Everyone agreed to that.

Pony Joe's

We all had sat down and was enjoying our delicious food. Twilight hadn't been exaggerating. the food here was excellent. I decided to try some Hay fries and a nice garden salad. I used a little bit of ketchup for the fries. Also, I had a chocolate shake. The meal was quite tasty. Applejack chuckled. "Still trying hay related things, Max?" She said. "Well, As I did say earlier, i don't mind trying new things. I mean I have to get used to the Equine diet here. I know you all eat lots of veggies and fruits. And of course, Hay. So I am not complaining." I said.

Twilight then asked, "Aren't you a carnivore Max? I noticed your molars." Fluttershy looked at me a little scared. I sighed. "One, I am an omnivore, I eat meat and plants. Two, I don't eat ponies in case your wondering Fluttershy. Three, although I like the taste of meat, I don't mind eating vegetables and fruits, since in the long run it will be a healthier alternative." I responded.

The Mane 6 were much more relaxed, and smiled. Especially Fluttershy. She looked the most relieved. I felt bad though. I didn't want to scare anypony at all. Soon we had paid for the meal. I gave a compliment to the serving pony. The pony was pleased. Soon, We had decided to head back to the castle.

Meanwhile at the castle, Celestia decided it would be a nice idea to get Cadence and her husband here. Soon it wasn't long before they had arrived along with their baby Heart Flurry ."It's good to see you Auntie Celestia, You as well Luna." said Cadence. "How are you doing your majesties?" asked Shining Armor. "We are both well and quite happy you two." replied Celestia.

"You will be happy to know that Twilight and her friends are staying here for a few days. We also have a very special guest we would like you to meet." She said. Cadence smiled at her Auntie's words. The baby was cooing. Shining Armor seemed a tad wary. "What special guest? I heard nothing about it. Twil'y is safe right?" Shining asked.

"No need to worry, my dear." said Cadence to her husband soothingly. "Auntie Celestia and Luna would never bring us harm or even Twilight and her friends. This special guest is most likely very friendly and kind." She replied. "Your right Cadence, Forgive me for being a worry wart. I am still Captain of the guard and I need to make sure that everything goes smoothly." Shining replied. Celestia and Luna smiled. "Let us head into the living area. Twilight and the others will be here soon. Also, i feel Maximilian would love to meet you both." said Celestia.

Canterlot Castle, Royal Living Room

We had soon arrived at the castle, when a guard informed us all that the Princesses were waiting for us all in the Royal Living Room. so we headed there. When we arrived, Twilight squealed to see her brother and her foalsitter Cadence sitting there. Cadence did the traditional greeting they always did when seeing each other. Shining greeted her sister warmly.

Everyone else except for Me had also made their greetings known. To be honest, seeing them there was a dream come true to me. But at the same time, I was a tad bit nervous. Especially around Shining Armor. Don't get me wrong, Shining wasn't a bad pony, it was just He could be a tad bit intimidating. Celestia noticed my apprehension.

"Now, Max there is no need for you to worry, We are all family here. You shouldn't be afraid of Shining Armor, He won't bite." She said. Shining got to take a good look at me finally. Twilight knew i was worried. Shining then spoke up and He said. "So your Maximilian. I have never seen a Human before. Your quite tall." He laughed. "To be honest, I am a tad bit intimidated by you." I seemed surprised at that. "Shining Armor, rest assured, I mean no harm to you or Anypony here. You are the Captain of the Guard and I do respect you, but You can come off as a tad bit intimidating." I said. Armor sighed.

"Max, Come here a sec." I came up to him and then He gave me a big hug. He then sat me down next to Him. "Relax, as Celestia said, we are all Family here. Admittingly enough, I was a tad bit curious about you. Celestia mentioned your name but not what you were." Twilight smiled, So did Cadence.

The evening was wonderful. We all shared stories of embarrassing moments and of course heartwarming memories. At one point, Cadence decided to let me hold Heart Flurry. She was so sweet and rather cuddly I might add. She seemed so much more relaxed in my arms. Cadence could definitely feel my love for her and everyone else around her. Soon Heart fell asleep. Cadence smiled at me and said, "You know Max, You would make a good father someday. You seem to have a gift with children."

I was surprised at the statement, but everypony else agreed at that. "Perhaps you will find a very special somepony." She said. I kinda blushed a bit at that one. Everyone laughed. I knew Cadence was serious though. She looked at me warmly and thoughtfully. I knew Cadence was the Alicorn of Love. She knew more about the affairs of Love then anyone.

Perhaps that was another reason why I felt a tad but awkward around her. Love wasn't an easy thing and it was a particular subject that unfortunately I didn't like to talk about. And for good reason. It was a touchy subject for me. Not that I didn't love everyone around me, but the subject of True Love between a person and another person or even between a human and a pony, well that was another story.

I had no doubt that it was possible that the Mane 6 might have a certain attraction towards me. After all, I was reasonably handsome. Even though I didn't necessarily think I was. Cadence looked at me fondly. She knew how I felt. And I knew it too.

I turned away from her for a few brief moments. To be honest, I did not feel like getting a lecture or of course a lesson in Love at that moment. I decided to politely excuse myself. I pretended to need to use the bathroom. I tried to remain neutral as i did so, But I knew Cadence had seen me. She sighed. She then turned to her husband and said to him. "Dear will you go check up on Max. I have a feeling somehow I offended him." Shining seemed surprised. "Of course Dear, I will go find him." He replied.

He kissed his wife and then headed out. Celestia and Luna of course knew what was bothering me. It was made painfully obvious. Twilight was a tad bit ignorant of the situation but she did seemed concerned.

I looked outside over the balcony. I tried to clear my head of the situation, but It wasn't easy. The night was beautiful though. Luna knew that many of the other ponies would be appreciative of it. I tried to wrestle with my feelings. Cadence had been right about everything. Though I loathed to admit it. The problem I faced was a difficult one. It wasn't something I normally talked about. Most likely the Ponies would want to have Sex.

This was a problem for me. One I was a Virgin, so I never had Sex with anyone. Also, I was adamant about my belief that I would not have Sex before marriage. Being that their race probably didn't believe in that ideology, It would be awkward to mention or talk about. And I wasn't sure if I felt right about doing it with a pony for that matter.

Also, I read the Fan fictions.Trust me, it ain't pretty. Also, another thing that bothered me was 'training'. I was pretty sure I knew what that meant. I was no show pony. Also, I didn't feel right about it. Since my beliefs were different then the ones over here in Equestria, I believed in Equality. But due to the matriarchal society, Mares/Women were the ones in complete control. While I understood that, I wasn't super happy about the prospect.

I always considered those in a relationship should be equals. Not one dominating the other. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I sighed. Too much to think about.

"So much for using the bathroom, Eh Max?" Shining spoke. I turned around. Shining looked at me in amusement. "Guess you had to get away from the Girls eh? Needed a break?" He chuckled. "Cute, Shining real cute." I growled. "Whoa, Max I didn't mean it that way. Don't take offense." He said. I sighed, then I spoke to him. "Look, Shining there is a lot on my mind right now. And your wife just brought up a can of worms that I don't exactly want to discuss."

"What do you mean by Can of worms Max?" he said. "It's a Human expression of speech, Shining, it basically brings up a very uncomfortable subject that I don't like to discuss."

"What you mean Love Max? And why do you not want to talk about it, I mean I thought a stallion like you would be interested in the subject. Not to mention Cadence means well. She cares a lot about you Max. Your telling me that you can't speak about it to her or in front of others? Or you won't!" He said passionately.

I closed my eyes, trying to remain calm yet I was getting rather upset. I counted to 10 in order to clear myself of my anger and then spoke calmly to him and said, "Shining your wife is an amazing mare. You are an awesome stallion. The problem I face is something I don't talk about cause it is touchy. I am feeling rather awkward right now." "Please help me understand, Max. I want to help you and so does Cadence. If you don't tell us what's wrong then how can we help?" Shining said.

I gathered my thoughts then spoke carefully. "Shining I am a virgin. I have never laid with a woman or a mare. I have no experience in the ways of Sex. Also, I am not comfortable with the subject. I had a very bad experience when I was younger. There was a very awkward and tense situation that I had to deal with. You don't know much about my past so I will tell you."

"A long time ago when I was like in my 20's I met this girl on a bus. (don't ask) My stepfather you see he is an alcoholic and has a short temper fuse. I saw this girl and was just having a pleasant conversation with her. My dad noticed and tried to get the ball rolling so to speak." "He took us to a bar and got the girl drunk. This girl loved to drink and smoke, I hated it. Eventually the girl kissed me on the lips and wanted me to accompany her home. Wanting to get the situation over with, I took her to her house and my Dad went with me."

I continued, "The girl wanted me to come to her room with her. But I refused. I had a pretty bad feeling what she wanted to do and I wanted nothing to do with it. I managed to walk my Dad back home. After that I made sure to avoid her like the plague. She reminded me of my stepfather, and I hated her habits. So needless to say, I didn't think twice about losing her."

"Also when I was younger I accidentally saw my Mom and Dad doing it, and it turned me off the subject of Sex really quick." Shining facehoofed. "So now you know how I feel about the subject. "I know for a fact that it's going to come up as a subject of importance. So, I rather not deal with it. It's natural for them to want it. But I don't, And I don't want to be forced to do something I dont want to do." I said.

Shining then spoke up. "Your seriously thinking that you should avoid all contact? You do realize that it won't be long before your secret will be found out and then you will have to deal with it right?" "Let me guess you heard about 'training' haven't you.." I nodded. He snorted. "Max, 'training' is the best thing you can have happen. I should know. It allows me and Cadence to be even more closer. As for your 'Sex' issue. well, you just have to toughen up and deal with it. Trust me, it's going to happen sooner to later. And it's even more possible it will be sooner."

I looked dumbfounded. "After all I told you, you still expect me to go through with something like this? Do you realize that I am not ready to do this. I..." I hadn't realized that Celestia was behind me. Shining smirked. "Well Max, looks like your secret is out." "See ya!" he ran off. "Shining!!!!!!" I yelled.

Celestia smiled mischievously. "Well Max, it seems that it falls to me to 'educate' you on this subject." she said. I was horrified. I knew if I ran it would be worse for me. She smiled, Next thing I knew we were in Celestia's bedroom. "You realize it's useless to attempt to escape right Max? After all, I have made sure that you can't leave until tomorrow morning. There is a special ward on the door that prevents you from going anywhere. I have also cast a spell of silence so nobody will be able to hear you or us. It's just you and me. I will enjoy teaching you this 'lesson'." I gulped. The lights went out. She smiled at me.

But it wasn't creepy or mischievous, she helped me relax. "Max I assure you, I do not wish to hurt you. I want to help. I will make this pleasant for both of us. So please get comfortable." I had noticed that I was completely and utterly naked. Not exactly something that would make me comfortable.

She gently put me on the bed with her magic. She then began to teach me. I won't go into full detail on what happened. But I will say that the situation while it had been tense, had not been an unpleasant one for me or her. She also assured me she couldn't become pregnant at all.

I had awoken with Princess Celestia holding me gently close to her. She was warm and gentle. She liked to cuddle apparently. I guess I should be thankful that I was about her size. After our session, we got cleaned up together. I smiled at the situation. While I had been quite scared about the situation I was thankful that she had helped me. I now wouldn't feel so awkward. The thing was the future felt so uncertain. I had no clue whether or not I would have a relationship with anypony or not.

Eventually, Celestia woke up and smiled. She was glad She had helped me get over my fear. She had given me a few tip's and tricks which would help me when dealing with other Equines. After nuzzling me, I woke up. She asked if I could help her with her preening. So I did. She had also explained that doing Preening was a partially intimate act and could be good for bonding. Turns out hands are way better then hooves when dealing with this activity.

We took a nice shower together and she had some new clothes for me which she made with her magic. Through unspoken consent, We were to never speak about this session ever. The last thing I needed was someone talking and gossiping about the situation. I would never live it down. Though I had a sneaking suspicion a certain cyan pegasus might say something. I certainly hoped not. I didn't need any issues. And I really didn't want to deal with it.

Royal Dining room, The Next Day

When I arrived at the Dining area, I could definitely see a big smirk on Shining Armor's face. Cadence smiled at me warmly though. But, I knew that the grins on everyone else's faces confirmed the fact that everyone knew what had just happened. I decided to ignore them though. I knew it was a matter of time though before someone mentioned the thing. Celestia was beaming to be honest. She had enjoyed the session and Luna was talking politely with her sister in their minds. The food had arrived, and of course everyone began to eat.

Rainbow Dash spoke up,"So, Max. How was your little make out session!" She smirked. "Quite pleasant actually, Why did you want some?" I smirked. Rainbow Dash blushed all over. "No way, I can't believe you said that!" She said. Everyone else roared in laughter. I chuckled appreciatively.

"Rainbow, You seriously need to stay out of other people's or Ponies business." "Though, I am actually thankful that Shining actually did that to be honest. I mean How else was I supposed to get though that phase." I said. "I could think of a few ideas, Max." Said Cadence. I blushed big time at that. Shining was laughing so hard.

Canterlot Station

Admittingly enough though, nopony else had bothered to say anything else. Rainbow Dash learned her lesson, and everyone dropped the subject. Which I was glad for. Soon however it was time for everyone to go. Twilight and the others would be taking the Friendship Express to Ponyville. Cadence, Shining and of course Heart Flurry would be leaving on a separate train as well. I wished all of them well. There had been many hugs, and of course a small kiss from Cadence.

Soon both Trains left. I was a tad bit saddened though. I would miss Twilight and her friends. Cadence and her family as well. I knew I still had 6 days to go before I would head to Ponyville. But I was determined to make the most of it. I wanted to do research about Equestria as a whole. It also meant I should make a few notes as well. I know Twilight would be appreciative of that, I thought.

Canterlot Castle/Throne Room

I returned to the castle and headed to the Throne Room. The Princesses wanted to speak to me at length about something. So I entered the Throne Room and bowed politely to both of them. Luna and Celestia had a smile on their faces. Celestia then spoke to me, "Max, there is something we need to speak about, And it is of course a private matter. However there is plenty of time for us to talk about it later. First of all, I wish to apologize in advance. You see, the subject which we are going to speak to you about requires us to make sincere apologies." Luna looked at me and said. "Maximilian, I am afraid we have deceived you. We came to Earth to find you because of something that our Mother did in the past. And when you find out what all this is about, We hope you will forgive us for our misdeeds."

I was surprised. Normally, I would be upset at the situation, But I kept an open mind. I knew that they would never harm me intentionally or do something bad to me. "Princesses I would love to hear about this situation. I will do my best to listen thoroughly, But I can honestly say without a doubt That I do forgive you for any issues that may have arisen." The Princesses were quite happy to hear this. Celestia said then,

"Max, let us go to my room. We shall be more comfortable there. Sister, please join us." Luna nodded. We all teleported to Celestia's bedroom.

Celestia's Bedroom

After making ourselves comfortable, Celestia then spoke. "Max, this story begins when we were filly's. And you are part of this tale as well." I was shocked.

Needless to say, I was in for a very interesting day.

Celestia's Bedroom

The story begins in our past, when we were but foals Max. Our old castle was were We used to live, until we moved to Canterlot. It was there that is where this takes place at. Once upon a time, Our family lived in relative peace and ease, though there were some hard times. However, we were blessed with a new addition to our Family. In due time our Mother, Faust was pregnant with child.

Faust and our father King Nocturne was quite happy and pleased when She found out. Needless to say, We were happy as well cause we would soon be Big Sisters. Finally, the long awaited day arrived. Mother soon gave birth to our little brother. His name was to be Soaring Hope. We were excited to say the least, and We helped raise our Brother right. However, Due to complications, Our Father passed away sadly.

Of course, Soaring didn't know why or how it happened. All of us were just as shocked at his Death. But Soaring Hope also gave us Hope and solace during that time. Our Brother was incredibly gifted in the ways of Magic as well as his talents. He also brought Hope when their wasn't any and could never fail to bring a smile to our faces.

Soaring as We said, was incredibly gifted, He also had the ability to see things that others could not. He was gifted with a unique ability which would allow Him to open portals to other worlds. He also could see the best in Ponies and others. One day, Soaring was alone in His room, and He had an interesting thought. Though at the time, Nobody could have predicted what would have happened next.

This is where you come in Max. Soaring through reasons unknown, decided to open a pathway for you to come to Equestria. You were only 5 years old at the time, and so was Soaring. Nopony knew about your existence, for Soaring decided to keep you a secret from Everypony else, especially Mother. Needless to say, Soaring was incredibly happy to see a new friend and wanted to make sure You were happy.

Now, us Sisters realized that Soaring was spending far too much time in His room, Mother also began to notice this and decided to investigate. Using her unique Magical skills, She started to spy on her Son. What She saw surprised Her. She saw a young Human playing happily with Her Son. Also, Soaring decided to teach you about Equestria and also about the arts of Magic. He shared some of His Magic with you, so you could learn it. Mother didn't like the idea.

At first, Faust was angry. After all, She heard things about Humans before and was sorely tempted to send you back, Max. Faust confronted her Son and you. Soaring had never seen her Mother angry before and also was shocked that He had been found out. But what was worse, was the scared look on your face. Needless to say, You began to cry heavily. Faust suddenly realized that Her anger had made you incredibly scared and hurt badly.

Mother decided to calm down and tried to comfort you. Soaring had glared at her Mother for scaring you. Eventually you had calmed down but was still leery. Faust took the time to take Soaring to her room to talk. This left you in Soaring's room alone. Soaring then told her Mother everything about you. When Faust heard about your life, She understood now why Soaring had done what He did. Mother came to a decision and decided to allow you to stay, but for one month only.

Soaring was understandably upset about the situation, after all He cared a lot about your well being and concern. Mother explained that You didn't belong here, but decided to allow you to stay. Soaring was saddened, but He was glad that you could stay a bit. Knowing what Soaring had said about your life and How your life would effect you down the road, Mother decided to make a promise to her Son. That promise was that you would eventually return to Equestria again. Soaring was incredibly happy. Mother always kept her promises.

Soaring returned to his room happy again. You were glad to see He wasn't hurt or in trouble. Mother decided it wouldn't be good for you to be cooped up in Soaring's room, so She allowed you to see the Castle and introduce you to Us. Needless to say, We were surprised. At first We were incredibly guarded with you, due to the fact that we had heard about Humans in general. The stories weren't pretty. We even called you a freak.

Yet despite what We called you and how We avoided you, you tried to make good friends of us. You were quite a gentlecolt. In fact, when you met us, you used your magic to create a gentle bouquet of flowers for us. You cared a great deal for us, even if We didn't care about you much. Heck, there was one time when We had issues falling asleep you came and comforted us. You told us a story and you tucked us in. Despite what happened, you felt We were worth your time and effort. We should have been more kinder. (Celestia and Luna cried at this point)

(They calmed down after a short time and continued the story.) Mother even attempted to try to develop a bond with you, She was determined to at the very least apologize for her actions towards you. You cared for our Mother greatly despite what happened. The staff at the castle, though a tad bit leery of you, warmed up to you and was happy to meet you and help you around. The whole Castle seemed a bit more cheerful due to your arrival.

However, it was not to last as the final day came. Soaring was saddened greatly cause He knew what would happen next. You would forget all the time you spent here and would go back to a life of hardship and pain. Mother was saddened as well. As for us, We were indifferent to the situation. We still had trouble coming to grips with the situation. We still wasn't sure what to think about you.

You looked confused at the situation, But from what you had been told, it was more like a small vacation. Soon, Mother cast a very powerful spell, A memory spell that would make everyone including yourself forget Who you were. Me, Luna, Soaring and Mother as well as all the staff forgot you. You were sent back to Earth to live out your life.

I looked at the two Princesses. It was hard to imagine that I had ever been to Equestria before, yet it had seemed like it was yesterday that I had that strange dream. Suddenly, things began to make sense, It was if somehow a flood of memories came back to me. What Celestia had said suddenly all came at once. The memories, the things me and Soaring had done together. I wept freely, I didn't care. I loved Soaring, He was the big brother that I never knew I had.

Celestia and Luna comforted me. Finally, I spoke up. "What happened to Him?" "Where is He now?" "Is he dead?" Celestia was shocked for me to ask these questions, But She knew I wouldn't be satisfied until I heard the answers. Celestia then spoke and told me what else happened after that.

Canterlot Castle 4,000 BNM (before Nightmare Moon)

During those times, We and our Brother grew up together, We remained inseparable. Whenever we felt down, Soaring was there to pick us up again. However, our Mother mysteriously disappeared one day with no explanation. Soaring took it upon Himself to help raise us right. He became the Father of sorts. Despite the issues, We grew in power and knowledge. We found out that Humans weren't all bad, just misunderstood. We made several alliances with other nations. It was a golden time for all.

Yet Tragedy struck us all. While we were on a diplomatic mission of peace. A band of creatures attacked. We were completely caught unawares. When We attempted to use our Magic against the enemies, it failed us. We were overrun. Soaring remained calm in this moment. Using the last of his Magic, He managed to teleport us to safety. When We managed to arrive back to Him, We found his body intact but He had died. We wept for days. Despite what happened, We continued on our mission and managed to complete it and preserved peace, but it was at a cost, our Brother died.

It was not long afterwards, We found out after reading his will, That he knew of the attack and knew the cost of what it would take to bring peace, He left us instructions on how to move on and how to rule after He was gone. We knew how important it was to not lose Hope. It was then a strange thing happened. His symbol on his neck had disappeared, and there was a strange light in the sky that night after we had did what was asked of us. We wondered about the strange light and what it meant. No sooner that We had looked upon it then it disappeared.

For years afterward, We never discussed about the strange phenomenon. We continued of course to rule as We should. Though secretly we hoped that one day our Brother would come back to us. We knew there was no way to bring back the dead. But We still had Hope. And Max that is what happened.

"But you know, it is very much possible that our Brother lives on in you. You actually possess some of our Brother's Magic." Celestia said. I was surprised to hear that. "What? I know Magic? But how?" I sputtered. Celestia spoke again and said, "You never lost the magic our brother gave you, Max. it's just it has been lying dormant. Now that you are here in Equestria again, the Magic should be awakened."

Luna then scanned me with her Magic from her horn. Sure enough, Luna smiled. "It is definitely there, Max. Our Brother's gift to you is there." She said. I was shocked and dumbfounded. Another bombshell had pretty much just been put on me. The fact that I had Magic was an amazing feeling, but it still was inadequate with the loss of my brother Soaring.

"There is more to tell you Max, but I do not believe you are ready to know just quite yet." said Celestia. Finally one question remained.

"What happens now?" I asked to the Princesses.

Guest Bedroom (Max's)

The next few days were a busy one for me. Soon, my week in Canterlot would be up. 4 more days left till I head to Ponyville and I still had so much left to do and prepare for. So let's recap shall we? First of all, it turns out I have been in Equestria before. I was 5 years old at the time. To make things more interesting it turns out that I had a brother I didn't even know I had. Oh yeah, I also somehow still have the Magic he gave me too. Oh, and to top it all off, I never knew any of this cause of a powerful Memory spell. Talk about a total meltdown. I feel like I am on a Roller Coaster of emotions right now. But I can't help but be happy and positive.

The princesses and I did some bonding over the last few days, and trust me those two are hilarious to hang around with. I even helped Luna and Celestia play pranks on one another. Needless to say, Discord showed up and made things even more chaotic and fun. I had a blast, That was until Discord had mentioned I had been playing both sides. Let's just say the results were interesting to say the least. I ended up having pink hair and ended up wearing a dress. I looked absolutely ridiculous. The girls and Discord couldn't stop laughing. Even the staff was filled with mirth. Heck, even though I was embarrassed I couldn't help but laugh.

Later on though, I was changed back to normal. The Princesses had a lot of fun with me. Heck I even made fun of myself by courtseying. At least I went along with the gag. Normally, I would be pretty peeved off about this whole scenario, but I found myself being more open and accepting of the things that were happening.

Not everything was all fun and games though, Celestia decided to let Luna teach me about Magic in general. Luna was thorough. In the end, I managed to memorize the entire beginner's spell book. My Magic however, was weak and feeble. It turned out as far as magical power goes, I was just as weak as the youngest unicorn. Though I had more Magical energy then most. It was alicorn Magic, yet I still wasn't able to fully fathom my powers. When manifesting my magic, the Aura that I cast was gold. I remembered the feeling well, when I cast the spell. I definitely felt very tingly. When Luna saw my Aura, she smiled warmly.

After that, Magic became somewhat easier with me. Still, some part of me really needed to practice. So, on the third day, I found myself in the Royal Library, preparing to do some studying of my own. While Luna and Celestia dealt with their respective duties, I decided to do some research. Most of my research however, consisted of me learning the History of Equestria, as well as it's respective races and beliefs. Since I knew it would be important to deal with all sorts of races here besides Equines, I took to the task like a bee to honey.

Royal Library

Of course, I also took the time to research spells. I found a few interesting ones, which I noted for later. More specifically, a spell for a Magical Construct. Now, if your thinking a Magical Construct is like a golem, think again. Magical Constructs can be any type of object or thing. True, it has a sentient mind and will obey your commands, just like a golem. But I soon found out that you could even make weapons using this technique of Magic. I found that to be interesting.

(Of course your thinking, Oh let's make a powerful weapon that destroys Equines and anything that I can come across. I mean after all that would be OP right? Oh ye of little faith. Let's just say that the weapon I want to create would be for protection, and to help others, should the need arise. I am no monster. I wouldn't want to hurt anypony or any living creature. However, that doesn't mean I am not capable of doing harm. I do have morals.)

I had finished taking notes on the different Races and such, and to be honest, I was pretty darn proud of myself. I don't usually toot my own horn as much as I would like. I do my best to stay humble, or attempt too. I wondered if Twilight would like the research I was doing. I shrugged. Twilight held a high standard, and I hoped I could make a good impression later. Soon, it was time for dinner. I headed of course to the Royal Dining Room.

Dinner was prepared, there was some delicious fare here. Mainly the vegetarian and hay variety. Of course, I was determined to at least try something hay related. Though, I hoped it wouldn't bug my stomach. Hay casserole was on the table, I noticed. Celestia smiled knowingly. "I thought you would like to try this out, Max." She said. I ate some of the hay casserole. I thought, "Not too bad, though it isn't exactly what I expected it to be." Celestia and Luna chuckled. I had some soup and salad as well. Soon the meal was completed, and dessert soon followed.

After all of us were well fed and watered, We retired to the Living area. There we discussed our day and of course I presented my notes to Luna and Celestia. Both princesses were impressed of my dedication to the research topic. Celestia said, "Max this is very good work. I know Twilight would be proud. I know me and my Sister are as well." "Perhaps I can come up with another subject for you tomorrow." I spoke up and then said, "Sounds like a good idea, I don't want to get too bored. And If it helps me get used to Equestria, I am all for it."

Soon, we all retired to our Bedrooms. Thanks of course to both Luna's and Celestia's efforts, they had provided me new clothing as well as new nightwear. The Sun and the Moon pajamas respectfully. Tonight I wore the Moon pajamas. I looked outside and noticed the beautiful sky over Canterlot. Stars as far as you could see, and of course the Moon shining brightly. Of course I was amazed. Luna always did beautiful work.

Journey to the Heart/Soul Sanctuary

Settling in for the night, I counted to myself. 3 more days after this, then I can spend time with my friends. That night however, turned out to be something I would never forget. My consciousness had somehow been transported somewhere. I found myself in a somewhat furnished room. On one side of the room showed a window. I checked it out only to see what looked like the Solar System. "Odd, Why is that in a window I wonder?" I thought.

However, that was nothing compared to what was sitting on the couch. It was Me. Yet for some reason it felt as if it were different, like I was viewing an illusion. "About time you showed up here, Max. I was beginning to think you had forgotten about me. Do you seriously think I would let you forget about your Big Brother?" He said. I was dumbfounded. There was no way it was possible, was it? "Search your feelings young one, for you know it's true." He said. "OK, that was corny even for me, Soaring Hope." I said jokingly.

He smiled a big grin and then He had transformed into his pony form. He looked a little taller and probably what you would expect for an Alicorn, yet the youth on his muzzle told a different story. "Max, you have no idea how long I have been wanting to see you, to tell you I never left you or abandoned you. To be with you once more." said Soaring. I ran over and gave him a hug. "I am so glad to know you are around, Soaring. I thought you had been taking away forever." I said happily.

"Funny thing, isn't it. You know when I died I had no clue that I would be here. But I guess my bond with you made it so. Looks like you can't get rid of me that easily." He said, as He pushed me playfully. "Well, I guess we are insperable. But anyways, I am still a tad confused as to why you are here, and come to think of it, where is Here anyways?" I asked.

"Welcome to your Heart or in this case Soul Sanctuary. This is where I have been for quite a while. Let me tell you something, Max you seriously need to get out more. I mean look at you, not only are you chubby, but you haven't got laid yet." "Oh wait, you did get laid, to my Sister no less, How was that by the way? " He smirked.

"Whoa, Not cool Bro. Since when were you such a big tease?" I asked. "Oh, I have always been like that Max, you just never knew because you hadn't spent that much time with me. Shame too, We could have had a lot of fun, and you would have maybe even got married and such. Besides I am you, more specifically the fun side." said Soaring. "Huh, How does that work? I mean no offense Bro, but your a pony, not a human. I thought I was in control here." I said.

"Oh you are in control, I don't take over unless it's absolutely necessary. You could say I complete you, in certain ways. Not to mention you technically have full reign over my Magic. So, you are still you. Though I will guide you if you ever need advice." He said. Then he continued, "I will never leave you. I am always here if you need help and advice. Also, I know my Sisters don't wish to tell you this yet, But I think you need to see something." He transported us.

We were transported somewhere strange and unique. There were swirling colors all around us. In the middle of this strange jumble of colors was something I recognized. If I was seeing, what I thought I was seeing, then I would have felt my mind would have blown up. "Wait, wait, wait!" I said. "Is this what I think it is?" He nodded, "Yes, Max it is the Crest of Hope." "It's the 7th Element and it resides over all the other 6 Elements. You could say it is a dominant Element." Soaring said, then continued.

"It's your Element Max, and trust me It explains a lot. It takes a lot of Hope to deal with what you have dealt with, the Element used to belong to me till I lost it's power after I passed away, However, it's power rests within you. I no longer have it's power." "It's no coincidence, it went to you after my departure. You possessed many of my traits as well as my Magic." He sighed. "However, you have a long way to go before you can utilize it's power." Soaring said.

"There is some good news though, Since you share it's trait's it's power will manifest in different ways. I won't tell you How, or Why or When. But know that it's there." We were transported back to the Soul Sanctuary. "Max, I wish we could spend more time with each other, but it's not possible right now. Plus, there are things I need to do." "Another thing, that window you saw?, well it's Faust's Domain. Eventually, She will want to see you, so keep that in mind." He smiled warmly. We embraced each other.

After that, I woke up again in my body. It was about 3 AM EST (Equestrian Standard Time) according to the clock next to my bedside table. I then got up and got some water. Then, went back to bed. At first, I thought I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep after that little Revelation. But sleep overtook me once more. Though my head may have been buzzing about these events. Holy Crap! That's all I can say. This chapter is a little long, But I felt that more story was necessary. As for Characters. You now know Who Soaring Hope is.

The Element of hope, Crest of Hope. Before you say anything, Once again this is not and I repeat not! a digimon crossover. Keep in mind that the Element bearers have crowns as a physical embodiment of their elements.

Max does not have a physical embodiment of his Element yet. Anybody got an idea of what that might be? Heck, if your ideas are good, I might just add it to the story. And I will make sure to credit you as well. So don't be shy folks, Give me ideas, and who knows you might just see your ideas come to life.

Dining Area, Canterlot Castle

After a good night's rest, as well as some interesting revelations, I had gotten up and got ready in my new clothes. Rarity really outdone herself when making my new clothes. I definitely felt like I belonged. Having breakfast with Luna and Celestia certainly was enjoyable. Finally, Celestia spoke up. "Today Max, I have your new project. Also, I am planning on making you an ambassador for Earth." "Wow, that is very kind of you Both," I had said. They grinned.

Celestia smiled and said, "Your very welcome Max, This project will be quite interesting, Since we must integrate you into Pony society, as soon as possible, I believe that this project just might be up your alley." I looked at her curiously. Luna had a mischievous look on her face. "I have decided that your new project is to deal with Pony anatomy." Celestia had said with a mischievous grin as well. I was shocked and dumbfounded. Why on earth would she wish for me to study that particular subject?

"The sooner you know this, the better off you will be for the future Max, and I expect it to be thorough." "After all, you represent your race well, and it will no doubt come up in the future," Celestia had said. "Very well, I take it you wish for me to study in the Royal Library?" I said. She replied, "No, Max. You are to use the Canterlot Public Library for your research." She continued, "Now that you are a full fledged citizen starting today, you will need to be out more amongst the populace. This way you can get to know more Ponies better."

Luna knew obviously I was feeling incredible awkward about the subject. Luna didn't feel much sympathy for my plight because this subject had been agreed upon by Her and Her Sister. Finally, I got up and said. "Very well, I will endeavor to do this project, but know that I really don't feel comfortable about this." I said. Celestia smiled and said, "You know full well this is necessary. After all, eventually you will find some special pony and you need to understand about this." I then left to go complete my project. After making sure that I was well enough away from the Princesses I told my self. "This project is most likely a death sentence."

Canterlot Public Library

I arrived at the Library. I had noticed all sorts of Ponies of all age groups. Though sometimes it's really hard to tell ages for Ponies since they always look young. The only exception is for Granny Smith. She's the only one that looked old to me. But Age is just a number. I approached the front desk area. There was a Unicorn librarian. She had a quill and parchment as her Cutie Mark. She smiled as I approached her. "Hello Maximilian, I am Quick Quill. Can I assist you with something today?" I was a tad bit surprised at her knowing me already, but come to think of it, news most likely travels pretty fast here.

I smiled warmly at Quick Quill and said, "I am here to find a specific book, the problem is I don't know what to look for, and the contents are a tad bit private." She looked at me curiously. "Well, tell me what it is your looking for, I am pretty sure I can help you find it." She said happily. I then whispered in her ear and said, "The subject is on Pony Anatomy, and I really need somewhere private to research the topic." She blushed, then chuckled. "Special Project for the Princesses I take it? No worries, we have a wing partially devoted for some privacy, Though I doubt it will be private for long." she said with a laugh.

She led me to the section that contained the book. It turned out in was in the Romance section. I was a bit surprised at that one. I wasn't expecting a book like that to be here. She floated the book down to me and said. "About 2 doors down, there is a place where you can study that in relative peace. But keep in mind, that certain Gifted Unicorns are allowed to use the chamber as well." I thanked her for her time and then headed to the chamber She had mentioned.

Gifted Unicorn Study Wing

"Well, i had better get this over with." I thought. After making sure I was quite alone, I opened the book entitled Pony Anatomy for the Lover in You I sighed. "You have got to be kidding me, This is meant to be more of a romance novel?" However, after reading it it turned out to be not a romance novel at all. It certainly explained a ton about Pony anatomy all right. Mares have a unique gland on their cheeks, it releases a lot of pheromones occasionally.

Pegasi, Whenever they feel a huge attraction for someone, their wings get stiff. (ha! a wing boner)(don't judge me) Pegasi actually have the strongest sex drive then most Ponies for some reason. "Reminder to self: Do not get any Pegasi, especially Rainbow Dash aroused."

Unicorns are unique, as they have many ways to pleasure their partner due to their magical skills. The horn of a unicorn is very sensitive just as much as their cutie mark. I swear to Celestia, this was making me a little too embarrassed. This was a project that I thought incredibly stupid, yet.. I couldn't help but be intrigued.

Earth Ponies, since they have such a deep connection with nature, are also decent partners. They have more stamina then most Ponies and know A lot about sexual stuff. As such they can last longer intervals during Sex, and they are just as capable in the bedroom. I swear I could have just facepalmed right then and there. I wasn't sure exactly how much more of this I could take. I mean this was way to private and personal.

I swear Celestia and Luna where punishing me somehow. That's what I felt like. Can this get any worse? (Ah, Murphy's Law, How I forgotten thee) Behind me were two Ponies I recognized. Lyra Heartstrings and Bon Bon. (Ugg, of course those two.) Lyra started to chuckle. Bon Bon was giggling just as much as Lyra. I sighed. Turning around, I faced the two Ponies who had decided to sneak up from behind me. "Hmm, I wasn't expecting company girls, What are you two doing here?" I asked.

"We could ask you the same question Max! You realize this room is meant for Gifted Unicorns only, right?" said Lyra. "Well, Quick Quill did mention I could use this area for privacy, as I am sure you no doubt see I am working on a project for Celestia and Luna." I said. Lyra and Bon Bon chuckled. "Oh Max, we don't mind you being in here, We're just giving you a hard time." said Lyra. "Coincidentally, that book of yours is quite interesting isn't it?" said Lyra with a mischievous grin.

"Buh.." I said. Lyra got closer to me and said in my ear softly, "If you wanted to learn more about our Anatomy Max, you could always have some personal experience with us." She then batted her eyelid's seductively. I looked at her alarmingly. "What makes you think that Lyra?" I said while sweating bullets. Next thing I knew, Bon Bon came over and sat down next to me. The worst part was I could smell those pheromones Bon Bon and Lyra was sending out. Alarm bells were going off in my head. I felt I had to get out of here before something happened.

No sooner, then I started to get up Lyra sat me down again using her Magic. "Your not going anywhere, Max. Besides, we're not done yet. Plus, thanks to my Magic, Nopony can come in here. It's just us three." said Lyra. Bon Bon smiled and then said, "Sorry Max, looks like there is no way out except through us." The room swam in front of me, The Pheromones they were giving off were way too intoxicating. I suddenly felt dizzy. I went out like a light. Lyra and Bon Bon chuckled. "That was easy Bon Bon." said Lyra. "I know, We really owe Quick Quill for that one!" said Bon Bon excitedly.

Canterlot, Unknown Location

When I woke up from my strange circumstance, I was in a bed. I noticed both Lyra and Bon Bon next to me. They were sleeping quite nicely. They seemed more happier then I had ever seen them before. I also noticed I was completely naked. The one thing I immediately realized, it was very possible that they just had Sex without my permission. Needless to say I began to panic. Got to get out of here!, I thought. But where exactly was I anyways?

I was wondering where my clothes were. But come to think of it, I was quite clean and the room smelled fresh. Looks like I wasn't in immediate danger. Then I settled down. I came to the realization that maybe I hadn't had Sex with them, or maybe I did. It was hard to tell, They looked so cute sleeping next to me. I couldn't help but grin. I would have laid down next to them, but I chose not too.

I very carefully got up from the bed. At least I wasn't being held prisoner, which was a plus. I put on my clothing, which also was freshly laundered. However just as I was about to open the door. Lyra yawned and then smiled at me. Hoo boy, I am busted. Lyra got up and came to the door and opened it for me. She then said, "Max you have given us Mares something to look forward too. Shame you were out cold the whole time." She grinned mischievously. I realized what happened.

"That's right, Max we had Sex with you and boy was it quite pleasant." said Lyra mischievously. Lyra then showed me the Front door and said, "When you get to Ponyville, come by and see us at our shop." "Your always welcome with us." She waved me off and then I found myself on the other side of Canterlot.

"Buck it!" I told myself. It was then I had noticed that I was wearing a saddlebag. Inside was the notes that I had left at the Library. The notes had been filled in for me. When I read them, my face became quite red. They were very detailed. Inside also was a note from Lyra which read as follows..

Dear Max,

I deeply apologize for the way we startled you. We definitely wanted to show you a good time, and to make things a bit more interesting for you here in Canterlot. So we planned this out with Quick Quill. She told us about your arrival in the Gifted Unicorns chamber and what subject matter you were studying. Needless to say we took advantage of the situation and made it worth her while.

While I know, you are most likely upset for the way we treated you and for being a big tease, We meant no harm and just wanted to show you how much us Ponies care. Love is a very important thing for Me and Bon Bon. Since we are Mares we can't pleasure one another since we are opposite sexes. We found out about you that day when you came to Canterlot, and I was super excited to learn more about you.

The opportunity was too good to pass up, So we took advantage of it. Max your quite the Gentle Stallion. Though you had no say in the process, it was pleasant for all of us. Also, in case your wondering, when we were done we made sure the room and yourself and things were cleaned, as not to upset you. Please don't be mad at us.

Max thank you for being caring and understanding. As a small thank you for what happened we took the liberty of completing your 'project' for you. Also, when you head to Ponyville, know that if you ever need anything or want to just talk and hang out, we will be there for you.

True I had been mad, but to be honest I understood why they did what they did. The most important thing was I hoped I wouldn't get those two pregnant. Hopefully, that would not happen. Then I would really be screwed. I then made my way back to the Castle. Hopefully I wouldn't get any more horny Mares to be messing with me. I wasn't sure if I could take any more Awkward scenarios like that again.

"Speak for yourself, Max. That was pretty amazing!." said a Voice.

"Soaring let me remind you, I am supposed to be in control of my actions. And having two crazy mares wanting to have Sex, is not in my agenda." I said back.

"Bah, Your no fun, Max. Live a little. Who cares what happens? I mean variety is the spice of life, you know that?" Said Soaring.

I facepalmed. So Soaring is talking to me now more often. Welp, can't say this day hasn't been interesting. Three Days left!

Discoveries and Discords

After my awkward moment, I had headed back to the Canterlot Castle. It turned out that in order to spend more time with me, the Princesses felt it would be a nice and pleasant idea to have me sleep overnight with them. So I switched back and forth with Princess Celestia and Luna. Both of them loved to snuggle up with me. To be honest, I kinda liked the idea. They were quite soft and of course quite lovable in my personal opinion.

With 2 days to go on the horizon, I had decided to start doing some of my own Magical studies and explorations. The thing is I didn't want to deal with the Princesses watching me while I did my work. Luckily there was a beautiful hillside just a tiny bit outside of Canterlot. The area wasn't populated and nopony would bother me there.

"What are you going to do Max?" said Soaring.

"To be perfectly Honest with you Big Bro, This is my first time testing my abilities. I am curious as to see if what I want to do might be possible." I said.

"Oh, Well just be careful, you don't want to overexert yourself. Your mana channels are just barely operating on high frequency." Soaring said.

"Well for what I am going to do, I doubt I will need Magical power. This power is a little bit different. Personally, I am not even sure if this is going to even work, but if it does... Well let's just say, that things might be a bit interesting." I said.

I remember watching multiple videos on the game Undertale. The game was an interesting one. But more then anything I remembered the most OP attack that Sans used in his fights against Chara/Frisk in the Genocide route. It filled me with a tiny bit of terror. Sans was incredibly powerful, yet nobody would have ever suspected it. Of course, me knowing how to use this attack, didn't mean I wanted to go the Genocide route and start hurting anyone willy nilly.

Ever since I found out I had the Element of Hope within me, I knew I needed to be able to inspire as well as help as much as I could. This also meant being a protector. I knew I most likely had a destiny tied to that Element. Yet things were not clear. The only thing I knew was I needed to learn a power I could use to protect everyone. I would only use these powers on certain conditions. After all, these attacks were powerful and deadly.

I hoped Sans would understand why I wanted and needed this power. I respected Sans and of course his brother Papyrus. So I hoped that I would not disappoint Sans and also respect the power. With that being said, I remembered when Sans taught his brother Papyrus how to use this attack. The one attack known as the Gaster Blaster. I shuddered at the name. I remembered also that you never thought about Gaster, after all it's rude to talk about someone who is watching...

Anyways, according to what Sans had said, the way to use the attack was based on SOUL power. Monsters had an innate ability to use magic and use their soul as a conduit. Now, I was no monster but I felt that if I searched deep down I could possibly do it. So I focused. I felt the SOUL power within. It took me several tries but I had finally managed to form and shoot the Gaster Blaster.

I was amazed at it's strength and power. No wonder why it was a powerful attack. I had definitely felt it. I felt partially elated. But I also felt a tad bit weak afterwards. Turns out SOUL power is just as potent as your Magical energy. I sighed.

"So you managed to learn my attack I see." said a voice next to me. I turned around and noticed that Sans was next to me."Careful Kid, you need to be a lot more careful. You could really hurt yourself there and then you would be in serious danger." He said. I plopped on the ground and tried to relax. To be perfectly Honest, I wasn't expecting Sans to show up, let alone even be talking to me. He certainly was no figment of my imagination.

Then again, Sans wasn't a 'normal' monster. He had the knack to find shortcuts. This also meant he could in theory go to different worlds and timelines. I turned to Sans and said, "Personally, I didn't think I could do this. Then again I thought it wouldn't hurt to try."

"Well you got guts kid, I will give you credit for that one, then again you could have been Boned." He said jokingly.

That got me laughing. This was another reason why I liked Sans. He could crack a good skeleton related joke, and I always thought his puns were pretty clever. It was a shame his brother Papyrus didn't appreciate them more. This is also why I couldn't help but respect Sans more. He made a situation into a funny one. He may be lazy sometimes but when it counts Sans always comes through in a pinch.

"Yeah maybe I could have put a little more Backbone into it." I ribbed back.

"Heh, Heh, Heh. I like you kid! You got real potential, So I think I will give you a little extra help." Sans said. He then showed me a technique which would help me at least be able to do 2 Gaster Blasters at once without tiring me out. "Max, listen up. This is really important, so pay close attention." He said.

"I know you and I know what you want. I am going to help you, but you need to be extra careful. My power is pretty strong, it's also incredibly dangerous. Unless, you have some serious DETERMINATION, Don't attempt to use my strength at it's peak. It could do more harm then it could do good." I understood him completely. That type of power that Sans had used was something that was very dangerous. I would not use it unless I absolutely had too.

Eventually Sans left me to deal with what I had to do. I was glad to have met him, though I felt that might not be the last time I saw him again. Soaring then spoke to me and said, "Umm what just happened there Max? I mean I lost contact with you for a little while for some reason!"

"Let's just say I met with a friend and someone who just helped me improve a technique." I said. "Hmmph, so I get shut out so I don't see this guy or this attack you were coming up with?" said Soaring incredulously.

"Look Soaring, I appreciate the concern but there most likely is a good explanation for this, I will get back to you on that one." I said.

"You had better, or I will make sure you never have a moment's peace again!" he said. I sighed at that.

However, a certain Dragonequus watched in amusement at my conversation. "Time for a little fun!" Discord said.

Canterlot Grounds

After talking with Soaring about the incident that happened, I was excited about the fact that I was able to obtain and use a power which i never would have ever expected to have. "Easy there, Max. Let's not get too excited. That power is great, but it also dangerous if you use it improperly."

"Yeah I know Soaring, but do you have to be a killjoy? I mean after all it's meant to be used for defending others, I don't plan on using it against anyone unless I absolutely have too." "Having these powers are amazing!" I said. Soaring chuckled. "Alright, I get it. And those Gaster Blasters are pretty cool, just be careful."

As I got nearer to the castle I happened to see Discord grinning at me. Something told me that He was up to something, though I couldn't exactly understand what. Discord then spoke and said to me, "Ah, Max I was wondering when you would show up! I have been quite eager to share something with you. Do you like games?" I turned to him and said, "Yeah I do Discord but what type of game?" "Why a battle of wits, Max. It's simple enough. Also this game has a very interesting prize for it. Sound good?" He said.

To be honest, I knew He was up to some mischief, but I also knew Discord would never try to hurt me or anypony for that matter. Soaring shared the same opinion as me. "It wouldn't hurt to play a game with you Discord, but I do hope that this doesn't involve me getting hurt or something." Discord replied, "You wound me, Max. You know I am reformed and such. Besides, why would I hurt someone who is similar to me in a way?"

"Very well, let's see what game you have in mind Discord." I said. Discord smiled mischievously and thought.. "This is going to be quite fun!" As he snapped his fingers, Reality shifted for a second, and then we were gone in a flash.

Unknown Location/Dimension

(This scene I need to describe a bit, since it may be a tad bit confusing. So if I ramble on, sorry about that-Max)

As my eyes readjusted to the awkward teleportation spell, I found myself in a large ornate chamber. The difference here however, Was the very surroundings that We were in was surrounded with black shimmering particles. (similar to the emptiness of space) There was also something else interesting as well. It turned out that Soaring was right next to me, which was odd since me and Him couldn't be separated.

"What the?" I turned to Soaring. "How the heck are you out of my body?" Discord chuckled. "It's all part of the Dimension Max, It seems I finally get to meet you Soaring..." said Discord as He turned to face Soaring. Soaring looked at Discord with annoyance. Discord chuckled and then snapped his fingers. A cage appeared and Soaring was trapped inside. "What's the meaning of this Discord!" I said angrily. Discord frowned at me and said, "Max, this game is only meant for you. Soaring can't help you here. Also, consider this also a small punishment and incentive. You see the game we are about to play has some interesting consequences. It effects both of you equally."

"Consequences?, What Consequences?" I said worryingly. Discord then replied, "Nothing dangerous in case you were wondering. It's something I came up with. That reminds me, We need the game board." Discord snapped his fingers again and next thing I knew a Giant Chess Board came down with huge game pieces. My eyes grew wide. He chuckled at my reaction.

Discord then said, "As you can see, this is an ordinary chess board, However, this game is very different. The rules of the game are simple enough. It is just like an ordinary game of chess. There are a few rules of my design that come into play. Before I mention them, perhaps I should tell you what the prize is hmm?"

He produced a piece of paper and then said, "For each piece of mine that you manage to remove from the game, you will receive a random power that will be determined after the game is done. The game ends when i either get 6 of your pieces or capture your king. Or if you manage to get my king you win. No matter what though you still will gain the powers even if you lose." I looked at Him and said, "So if I manage to get any pieces I still get a random power?" "That is correct, Max. After all, there should be incentive to keep playing."

"However, remember what i said about consequences? Those Consequences will happen everytime I get one of your pieces. The game ends when I get 6 pieces or your king." "You still haven't mentioned what they are." I said. "True, but that's the fun of this game. You never know what I will do next. Such is the beauty of Chaos." "Speaking of, this game is called Swindler's chess." said Discord.

"In case you don't know the rules of the game, it's just like regular chess however, You may cheat. You can make an illegal move as long as it doesn't win you the game right away. So for example a rook can go diagonally instead of front and back, just as an example." Discord continued, "Also, you only can cheat up to 3 times in the game. No matter what, I can't stop you, nor can you stop me from doing so. if you wish to use your cheat, press the button in front of you." The button in front of me said Cheat Code. "Are you familiar with the rules Max?" asked Discord.

To be honest, I wasn't sure if I could beat Discord at this game. The odds didn't completely stack in my favor. Yet, I had no choice. Discord watched me closely and chuckled inwardly. "He knows I got him cornered and there is nothing He can do. I can't wait to see what happens to Him." I then said, "Ok, I am ready as I will ever be." "Good! Let's begin!" said Discord as a curtain appeared over the cage that Soaring was in.

The game began as Discord made his first move. I knew chess, but I was no expert by any means, and it would be hard to read and understand what his plan was. However, for a while I had managed to get 2 pieces. I still had all my cheats left. However, Discord pressed his button, and I was distracted by a loud clap behind me. I jumped in the air for a second. He then used his bishop to capture my rook.

After that happened I felt very strange all of a sudden. it was as if the room around me had gotten a bit taller. The feeling passed briefly. I then refocused on the game. I had managed to capture another piece but not before he had managed to use a second cheat to capture 2 pieces at once. I had been distracted by a loud clap of thunder this time. Again I had felt the feeling that the room was getting taller. I suddenly realized that somehow I was shrinking. The room wasn't getting taller, I was getting smaller!

"Discord, What the Buck!" I said in outrage and confusion. Discord chuckled and said, "Temper, Temper Max. Besides you have a lot to think about. No time for distractions." Discord was right of course, but this began to make me play sloppily and play right into his claws. I had managed to get one more piece making a total of 4 I had captured, but He easily managed to get the 6 pieces he needed. The game then ended.

"It seems I have beaten you easily, Max. You tried and gave it your all, but I am after all the winner." He gloated. "On the bright side however, you gained 4 powers. They are random, but I will tell you what they are in a sec." He then snapped his fingers, and the curtain was removed from the cage. It seems that I wasn't the only one shrunk. Soaring looked way younger then He had originally been. Discord smiled at me and then produced a mirror.

I stared at myself in disbelief. Somehow I had been shrunk to the size I had been when I was 16. Apparently it wasn't a shrinking spell. It was an Age spell. Discord then said, "Well Max, you look quite handsome as a 16 year old. Also, this change is permanent. There is no way that Anypony or anything can change you back to normal. Consider this a gift and a curse." Discord then released Soaring and handed me a piece of paper. "Here Max, read this at your leisure. These are the powers granted to you."

With that done, I was brought back to the Castle Grounds. However, I realized one interesting detail. How was Soaring not back in me? Soaring seemed to be confused as well. But He smiled and tackled me to the ground playfully. I happily hugged him and then we both made our way to the Castle. Perhaps Celestia would be happy to see him...

Family Reunion

As me and Soaring headed over to the castle, I decided to peek at the supposed piece of paper I received from Discord. "Let me see here, According to the note I got, I received 4 powers. The first is Whistle Master. (seriously?) The second is Bubble Blower. (yeah that blows alright) The third is Observation +1. (well that's surprising) and Flight." "Wait! Flight? That is an actual power! Yes!" Soaring looked at me funny. "I dont get it, why are you excited about that? I mean after all, Flying comes naturally to me." I looked at Soaring and said, "Do you realize how many humans would want an awesome super power like that? I mean most Super heroes usually can fly."

Soaring chuckled. "Figures you want to be like a Super Hero. I mean you can already do magic, and now you can fly. I would say that definitely qualifies as Super Hero status then." I smiled at that. Soon afterwards me and Soaring managed to get to the front gate of the castle. However, the Guards seemed to look at us quite oddly, and to be honest they looked like they weren't going to let us in.

Luckily, or fortunately for us, one of the staff members managed to recognize me right away, even though I had shrunk, they could tell I still looked the same, just younger. After the staff informed the guards, they apologized for the mistake and let us both through. When we managed to get inside after thanking the staff member. I happened to notice Soaring seemed really nervous all of a sudden. "Hey, Don't sweat it Soaring." I said in a whisper. "Besides, I know Luna and Celestia are going to be ecstatic to see you."

Soaring looked downcast though. I could tell he was going through some regret. After all that happened in the past, He felt that he didn't deserve their love since He had disappeared for most of their life. I gave Soaring a big hug and assured Him that things would be well. Afterwards, We headed over to the throne room.

Throne Room

The guards had been informed that we wished to see Celestia if she wasn't too busy. It wasn't long before we were allowed entry into the Throne Room. When Celestia saw me she gasped. "What happened to you Max?" "I swear if this is a joke of Luna's I will not tolerate it." I chuckled. "Believe me, if this had been a joke of Luna's I certainly would have found it interesting and funny. But no, Discord would be the one to claim credit on this prank, if it was one." Celestia seemed confused and also a tad bit upset. She then noticed the pony in the room next to me who was acting quite shy. "Hello, My Little Pony, I did not mean to ignore you or scare you. Please approach me." Soaring did approach. Celestia then looked very carefully at the Pony in question, and gasped. "As I live and breathe, is that you Soaring?"

I smiled then said proudly, "Presenting Prince Soaring, Brother of Celestia and Luna. Also, my long lost brother who has been found!" Celestia smiled then pounced on Soaring and started nuzzling Him very affectionately. She then contacted Luna by telepathy and told her to come quickly. Sure enough a moment later, Luna came and happily nuzzled her long lost brother. After a while, though Soaring had been embarrassed, He smiled happily at seeing his Sisters. Finally, after all of that, Celestia turned to me and asked me what had happened.

After a few tense moments, I explained what had happened to me and Soaring. They sat there wide eyed the whole time, but They had to admit it was a blessing as well for me and for them. Finally, Celestia said, "We must celebrate our wonderful reunion, with a celebration!" Luna happily agreed. Soon, the staff had been informed and there was a wonderful party, where some ponies had been invited. I happily celebrated the joyful return. Soon Soaring was given his official title back, and many ponies cheered.

As for me, I took a small break from the festivities, to test my flight capabilities. It reminded me a lot of how the characters in Dragon Ball Z flew. It was a pleasant feeling. Luckily I hadn't been noticed by anypony. Afterwards, It became nightfall. Soon, Soaring became quite exhausted from the day's activities. Celestia and Luna nuzzled both of us affectionately. We walked over to where Soaring would be staying. It was the room in which I had been staying. It surprised me, considering that I was living there. Celestia smiled at me knowingly.

Needless to say, I found myself once more in Celestia's room. She enjoyed bathing me and giving me a lot of affection. Later on, Luna came to join us for a Nightcap. I soon found myself being happily wrapped up in both Sister's hooves. I was super comfortable. Celestia spoke to me and said. "Remember Max, you are family to both of us. We will never forget you, nor will we forsake you in your times of need." She nuzzled me. Soon, we had all fell asleep. These words continued to echo through me, giving me peace of mind and a great happiness spread through me.

My adventures in Canterlot had ended, soon I would be with Twilight and her friends in Ponyville. Who knows how my life would change even more then. Also, what about the Element of Hope, How would it effect me and my Friends and Family. That dear Readers, will have to wait until the next time.

Canterlot Castle

Max had just woken up from his enjoyable night's sleep. Celestia and Luna were already up and was very happy. After making sure I was properly groomed and ready for the day, We had breakfast. Soaring was also up and had a pretty goofy grin on his face. He was super happy that they were a family again.

Afterwards, Celestia and Luna presented Me with a few gifts to commemorate the occasion and to give a small head start at Ponyville. I received a new saddle bag that was filled to the brim with many things. A small care package with lots of different hygiene products as well as new clothes. Celestia then presented me with a Golden Ticket for the train. She explained to me that the ticket was special and would give me first class access and even a private car/space for myself. Also I had priority seating.

It had been a great time in Canterlot and I was definitely going to miss the place. Especially Soaring. But, A new life awaited me and I for one was excited at the prospect. I arrived at the train station and was surprised to see Lyra and Bon Bon there. Our last encounter gave me a little bit of pause. Hopefully I didn't have to worry too much. Cause last time I ended up having some awkwardness.

Lyra and Bon Bon had seen me and they had happy smiles on their faces. To be honest, I wasn't too mad about their little "fun time" they had with me. Just it was incredibly awkward that's all. I happily smiled back at them. "Hi Lyra! Hey Bon Bon!" I said. They waved at me and got on the train. Soon I boarded and headed over to my compartment. Many ponies who hadn't seen me stared a bit, but it wasn't that bad. They smiled as I waved at them as I passed.

Train Compartment (First Class)

The Compartment I was in was quite cozy for someone my size and height. As well as lots of lovely padded cushions and such. I started to look out the window as the train left the station. It was a 3 hour trip to Ponyville even though it was the Express train. So I definitely would have lots to see. I was excited! After all, my friends would be there and I heard Ponyville was a great place to live. I noticed however that the compartment door opened. It was Lyra and Bon Bon. They decided to come and see me.

"Had a feeling you two would probably come in here. The other compartments a bit cramped?" Lyra replied, "Nope! Just wanted to hang out with you. It's a long ride and us mares get lonely." Bon Bon giggled. "Go ahead and get comfy then. I certainly don't mind." I said. They were really happy. Both of them got pretty comfy. With some gentle prodding from Bon Bon, Lyra decided she wanted to sit in my lap.

I noticed her there and I couldn't help but smile. Soon I began to gently pet her. It was pretty relaxing for me. Soon Bon Bon got even more closer and we had shared a pleasant session of petting and contentedness. They knew I had gotten over the awkwardness from their last encounter and was glad that things were going smoothly. They hadn't wanted me to shy away from them.

I was pretty cozy and kinda fell asleep. The 2 mares watched me and kept a silent vigil. "He is so handsome and so nice, Bon Bon. I hope we continue to be good friends and possibly more." Lyra had said. Bon Bon smiled and said, "Yeah Max is definitely something. And He looks even more cuter now then he did last time." "Wonder what happened to him."
"Beats me, but he is the perfect size for snuggling and also much more accessible now." said Lyra.

"10 minutes to Ponyville!" the conductor said. They got startled due to the magical voice that had been amplified. I began to stir. It had been a pleasant nap, but i missed a lot of the scenery to it. Soon We had arrived at the station. "Welp Max, for now we say goodbye but if you ever want too your more then welcome to come visit us at our house here in Ponyville." said Lyra.

The two mares happily got off the train onto the platform and then ran off. As for me, I stepped onto the platform and noticed the town not too far off with Twilight's castle in the distance as well as the School of Friendship nearby there as well. I let out a sigh of contentment. I felt like I was truly home.

Twilight's Castle

Twilight was getting ready for my arrival, although She had been a tad bit concerned when she had read Celestia's latest letter. According to the letter, She found out that Max had undergone some physical changes. She also heard about something else that had happened that wasn't related to Max, but nonetheless had some interesting thoughts. The castle had been cleaned and polished. She smiled happily though at Spike's antics and Starlight's interesting conversations.

Starlight for the most part was kinda excited to know that there would be another friend she could meet with and possibly even study for personal reasons. Spike found out about me and though he had been a little nervous about the idea of a human staying He had no major issues. Maybe I would be a good fit for his monthly O&O sessions. Twilight had soon also found out more about my diet and some habits. Turns out Discord had decided to be a help to Twilight in that regard, As she had little to no knowledge of the Human and his habits.

She found out that protein was of importance to me. Though she couldn't stand the thought of meat being eaten she had decided to plan accordingly by finding other alternatives. Luckily in some vegetables and dairy there was plenty of protein so it was a no brainer to make sure those items were well stocked. Also, oddly enough She had no clue that I was allergic to Strawberry's. So she had some alternatives. Also, she found out that Humans couldn't digest hay, grass or flowers well if any. Which was sort of amusing considering the fact that I had some hay related things.

Twilight knew I was most likely willing to try new things and experiences, and if that was the case she had a few plans in her mind. Spike brought her out of her daydreams and shouted! "Hey Twilight!" The mare jumped. "What is it Spike?" "Just wanted to remind you that Max should be here very soon. We really should go and meet him at the train station." Spike said. "Your right, Thanks Spike! yes, let's go." Twilight said.

Ponyville Station

Meanwhile, After getting my bearings around and looking at a current map of Ponyville thanks to a handy map station. I happened to notice a few familiar faces on the station platform. Twilight and her friends arrived and many of them were gaping at me. Of course all of them wondered what the heck happened. Twilight came up to me and smiled but then asked, "Ok, I want explanations. Why have you shrunk? Not that you don't look nice but I am a bit concerned." "Well, the thing is I had an interesting scenario play out, and this was the consequence of the scenario. Not complaining though, I feel and look better, Also I am a little more appropriate size for everypony and not that scary now." I said to Twilight.

The others did overhear the conversation. In their hearts they absolutely adored me. It was quite convenient to them and others may perceive me as less of a threat and more of a friend so it was a win-win. Though Rarity was a tad bit disappointed because she had to remeasure me again. Though a stray thought did pass her mind about something. Spike and Starlight came over to introduce themselves to me. I was more then happy to meet their acquaintance. Soon we headed into the town proper.

Ponyville Square

The Town was most certainly a buzz of activity, and many of the ponies looked at the group rather curiously. Previously when Twilight and her friends had returned they spoke to the community at large and had informed them about the new arrival and the fact that their would be a Human living amongst them. This made them somewhat panic, but after a few encouraging words and some promises made, they chose to listen and do their best to be welcoming. So All of the community had been pretty surprised to see me for the first time. I was far less intimidating and very friendly and outgoing. This made everyone feel at ease.

Mayor Mare came out and was very happy to meet me for the first time. Me and her got along very easily and she found out I certainly had a knack for dealing with others. She had been a tad bit surprised at my old job I had which in turn helped me to easily deal with the situation. Even Twilight was impressed. The others had no clue as to what I had done for a living. So naturally it had come as a small shock. After a small get together of some of the community and a small speech from the Mayor I received quite a welcome.

We had finally headed over to Twilight's castle for a small get together and we all had talked about a few things. Again the subject came up about my change. This was an awkward scenario since I had tried my best to avoid talking about the subject. The last thing I wanted to do was get Discord in trouble. I could definitely see some of the concern on their faces. I then spoke. "Girls, I know how much this situation kind of bothers you. But it was for a good cause. Though to be honest their is no way to revert me back to normal." The girls were shocked. Twilight said, "Max I dont understand even any magic can be reversed even with enough time and effort. Are you sure you dont want to return back to normal?" "No, I don't to be honest. I find this to be a more better solution and it certainly makes everypony at ease." I said.

Applejack spoke up. "Max, I know this may seem better for you, but for those of us who met you originally, We all had seen you bigger. Though I feel like your physical change didn't change you on the inside, We are all a little concerned. What happens when you grow up? Then ponies may still find you scary and such." "Well, you all wont have to worry about that. I wont be 'growing up' at all. This is a permanent change. I will remain to be the same size. At least this was what I was told." I said.

"By Whom, Max?" said Twilight. "Whoever it is, I definitely want to have a word or two with them about trying to change someone's physiology! She said angrily. I let out a sigh. Applejack looked at me curiously. She realized I was in a painful dilemma. "Max, I really feel like you should say who did it. I know it cant be easy, but it's the right thing to do." said Applejack. "Fine, but I have a feeling that it's going to come back to haunt me for it. It was Discord. But! (The girls seemed angry) I don't believe that He was doing it to hurt me or upset anypony. I feel that He did it for the right reasons."

Discord had appeared and while He seemed a tad bit disappointed, He wasn't upset at me. "Girls, I know how you feel, especially you Twilight. But Max does have a point. I did this because it was Harmony's will. Not mine." This surprised everyone including myself. While I hadn't complained about the situation, it certainly piqued my curiosity. Twilight then spoke up and said, "Discord, I find it a tad bit farfetched that this wasn't your doing. I know you have a bad habit of doing chaotic things after all!" "Well, while that is my MO Twilight, That doesn't mean that I didn't do it without special permissions."

Fluttershy spoke up and said, "I think Discord is telling the truth. He has been very careful of doing things that would upset anypony and he does try to think of everypony involved." Twilight sighed and the apologized to Discord. "Apology excepted." He then continued, "Harmony, is someone who is very keen to the idea that a Human is here in Equestria. And sees the value that Max can bring to the table. You all have seen Max's personality and understand his Heart better then others. He is less chaotic then other Humans and that's an understatement." said Discord.

It was indeed true, What Discord said about me. Still Harmony had some plans though I had no clue as to what they were I trusted Harmony and that was good enough for me. After a while, I was shown around the castle by Spike and Twilight. Her friends had some other things that needed to be taken care of and would eventually meet up with me later. Spike had went to his room and so did Starlight. That left me and Twilight together.

The tour finished up with me in front of a bedroom. Twilight smiled and said, "Go on in Max." So I had entered a room which seemed kinda familiar to me. Turned out I was in Twilight's bedroom. I was confused to be honest. Twilight spoke up and said, "I want you to stay with me. You will be pretty comfortable and frankly I could use the extra company." She blushed. I was kinda blushing too but at the same time to me it made the most sense. The main reason was due to the fact I found I had better sleep when somepony was next to me. I didn't feel so lonely. So I nodded and she Squeed happily.

We end up happily relaxing next to each other on the bed. With Twilight happily resting her torso on my chest. I began to pet her some. We ended up taking a nap together. It was then I knew my new life had started. And anyone who messed with my new pony friends had better watch out. I would make sure they would be protected, because to me, they were family and family is important.

Twilight's Castle

I woke up from the nice nap that I had with Twilight. I knew that me and here would most likely get along with everypony and especially develop more closer feelings. A few hours later, Twilight and I headed to Sugarcube Corner for a bite to eat and in actual reality to go to a party meant to be in my honor. Needless to say I hadn't expected it since Twilight kept me rather busy asking more about my life and other habits. (She was a Scientist/Researcher after all)

I was certainly very surprised when the Cakes had brought me over to a room that was meant to be a setup for Pinkie's parties. So everyone sure surprised me when of course I heard "Surprise!" I certainly jumped at that, but recovered quickly. Pinkie was beaming and excited to see how well her planning had gone off. The mane 6 were there and happy to see me and also to my surprise where several other creatures as well. Most of the Town came cause they were invited and also curious to see and learn more about me.

Turns out the creatures that were there were known as The Young 6. Ocellus, Silverstream, Gallus, Sandbar, Yona, and Smolder. They were pretty interested in me since they had never seen anyone like me before. Of course Ocellus was a bit shy and reserved but that was understandable. As for the others, They of course asked questions and such. I absolutely loved the charm of Silverstream. She was a bubbly personality and we got along reasonably well. Smolder liked me and when she found out that I was interested in her species, She was real chatty and also teased and play punched me sometimes, but all in all I came off with more information and a sense of comradery.

Of course, like I mentioned before a lot of the Town were here, including of course Bon Bon and Lyra. They of course Winked and such at me and continued on their merry way by getting some delicious punch made by Punch Berry. Of Course, I knew that the Punch was Alcoholic and many ponies flocked to have some. I avoided the drink like the Plague for good reason. Now that I was 16 again, I most certainly wasn't of age, and I knew Alcohol was not my friend.

Luckily there was Apple juice and other refreshments ready for the taking. I went and mingled with a lot of different ponies. Of course, i also met the Cutie Mark Crusaders. At first, they were a little shy but after some introductions from their sisters, that changed their tunes a lot. Turns out that a lot of the colts and fillies were genuinely interested in me. I made sure I treated them with the utmost care and respect. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon was most certainly interested too, but due to the nature of Diamond, She was more snooty around me. Still I respected her and her family as I respected all ponies and creatures.

Music was provided by Octavia and Vinyl. The 2 mares were certainly amazing at their musical talents and i was genuinely curious about the music that they performed. Needless to say their musical performances were great to listen to and I hoped to talk to them in the future. Mayor Mare was there also enjoying the Festivities and I was curious as to see what she had been up to as of late. After striking up a conversation with her, I had learned a great deal more about the town and what had been going on as of late.

Sometimes a party can get too rowdy and lots of issues can go down depending on the scenario. Needless to say a lot of Ponies were getting rather drunk despite their being Colts and Fillies there. The Adults were certainly not acting appropriately in front of the kids. As for me, Rainbow Dash kept trying to get me to drink some Punch. "Come on Max, just a little bit aint gonna hurt ya!" *Hic!* "No thanks, Rainbow besides I am not the right age. Also, Alcohol isn't for me." Rainbow countered saying, "You were a lot bigger before, and not to mention this stuff is awesome! I dare you to try some or are you chicken?!"

To be frank, that really hurt me and got me real angry. "AS I Said, Not interested, and as far as I am concerned I dont want to drink so leave me alone!" Rainbow replied, "Your a Chicken! Bok Bok Bok!" I stormed out of the Establishment. Needing to cool off before I got even more angry and upset. The last thing I wanted was to cause trouble. Rainbow attempted to follow, but AJ stopped her. She had a feeling she needed to step in before things got more out of control. Of course, a lot of ponies had noticed I had left and was starting to worry a bit.

After a few moments, I was a bit calmer but still angry and hurt. Applejack came outside to check up on me. "Hey Max, You OK? I was worried and many of the others are worried about you storming off. What's the matter?"

I looked at her with a nervous look. I felt bad about raising my voice and such. "Sorry Applejack, It's just Rainbow really triggered me. I know she's drunk but I would figure she would have more tact then that. Also, I kind of have a thing against Alcohol for a specific reason." Applejack seemed genuinely surprised at that. "What Reason is that, if I might ask?"

"It's Complicated.. But I will try to explain." (This is long and kind of hard to talk about, so bear with me. You can read a little more about Max's backstory in Chapter 2, the Bio-Max) Needless to say, it mostly stems up with my childhood being quite painful to deal with. I grew up with a Stepfather who unfortunately was abusive and aggressive. He had a huge Addiction to Alcohol and it effected me very greatly. He had a pretty messed up childhood himself which I hadn't found out about until he was much older and he told me, but mainly my Dad was pretty angry about my real father abandoning me and my Mom when I was 3. Later on in life, I struggled with dealing with my past issues against My stepfather and hated him for every negative thing He had said and did to me as a result of his Alcoholism and pent up issues.

It all ended in a Crescendo when I lost my only protection after my Mom passed when i was 17. My Grandmother died when I was 16. Needless to say it was all too much for someone like myself. I told myself I would never drink any Alcohol because of how it effected my Dad's life.

Applejack was shocked to hear about all this, She had no clue as to what I had gone through before. She definitely needed to tell her Friends about it. Especially going forward. "Max, obviously this is a serious matter. You need to tell all of us about it. Something tells me you are gonna need counseling and other things when this is all through. But to the Situation at Hoof/Hand. I will be speaking to Rainbow about her behavior, But I feel like you should enjoy the party while it lasts. Don't you fret none about the situation. We'll handle it." She then gave me a warm hug. "Now go on and git!"

So I resolved to finish up the party and have myself a good time. Rainbow didn't bother me again afterwards. She was pretty drunk and passed out. Speaking of Drunk ponies though. Twilight looked like she was a bit too drunk and i realized she may need some help. Within due time the party ended. Some of my Friends were sober and started helping to clean the place along with Pinkie Pie. I would have stayed and helped to clean up but they already had told me to go home.

After Draping Twilight on my back and give her a piggyback ride (or is it a ponyback ride?) We managed to get back to the castle. Twilight was most certainly quite exhausted and needed a cleanup. I ended up getting myself and her cleaned up nicely and laid her down to rest. To be honest, after the day's events I most certainly needed to get some rest too. Twilight happily snuggled up with me. It was rather sweet. Despite the day's events, it had went reasonably well. I knew however that today's events were certainly going to interest my Friends and I knew the situation wasn't completely over.

Until Tomorrow then, I guess. We shall see what the day's events will unfold. I fell into Blissful slumber.

Welp, I know its been a very long while, but here's another chapter for you. I mainly struggle to put up chapters due to the fact that I am trying to get a general idea where I want the story to go. I got a beginning and ending but the middle is where I am struggling. Trying to come up with the chapters leading to the end has been kind of a struggle for me. I dont want to put too much filler but also, I feel like I need to develop myself a bit more.

Don't want to spoil too much for you all. There is a lot coming up. There is a reason why I put those unique tags up. Also, I know I haven't mentioned the Young 6 in my tags but there is a limited amount of tags I can post.

Anyways, I mentioned of course the explanation for Max's hatred of Alcohol here in this chapter, but I really wanted to let you know that's why the Bio is there. Let's just say that for the future of this story, it's going to be important for you to understand Me as a whole.
