Twilight Sparkle is sick in her castle, she's laying down in her bed. Her brain was hurting, her belly was aching, and her hind-hooves were shaking with goosebumps. Seven friends came into her room, Spike, Starlight Glimmer, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, and Fluttershy. "Hey, gang.", Twilight said.
"You need tasty treats to make you feel better, Twilight.", Pinkie Pie said.
"Stay strong, Sugar cube.", Applejack said.
"Poor Dear, you look dreadful.", Rarity said.
"I know you've been sick for the past few days, but, we can't stay here to make you feel better.", Fluttershy said.
"What do you mean, Fluttershy?", Twilight asked.
"We got nurses.", Fluttershy said.
"What?", Twilight asked.
"Come on in, Girls.", Applejack said.
Six little fillies walked in the room, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, and Babs Seed. "Hey, Twilight.", Apple Bloom said.
"Did somepony called a nurse?", Sweetie Belle asked.
"Howdy do.", Scootaloo said.
"Hey, Miss Sick Pony.", Diamond Tiara said.
"Need a soup?", Silver Spoon said.
"Got some treats here.", Babs said.
Twilight dropped her jaw. "YOU GUYS BROUGHT THEM HERE?!", she said.
"Of course we did.", Spike said. "Like I said, we can't be here all day."
The fillies hopped on Twilight. "Here, Twilight, I got you some pepto-bismol.", Apple Bloom said.
"No! I'm not drinking that.", Twilight said.
"Come on, they can't be here all day, they have to do other things.", Sweetie Belle said.
"Hmm. Fine.", Twilight grumbled as she took the cup of pepto-bismol and drank it.
"How can you drink it like that?", Rainbow Dash said.
"Alright, now that you're finished with that, it's nap time.", Scootaloo said grabbing the covers and pulling them over Twilight's head. The fillies hopped off the bed and walked out the room.
"You see, Darling, they're going to take care of you.", Rarity said.
"I'm not staying in this castle with a group of fillies.", Twilight said angrily.
"Twilight, we're sorry, we're truely are.", Applejack said. "We can't be here all day."
"I see them in the library looking for something.", Spike said.
The fillies were in the library looking for a cure book. "Holy crap.", Silver Spoon said. "How many books does she keep?"
"Can you please get them out the castle?", Twilight asked with a grumpy look.
The library was across the hallway and fillies can easily hear her. Then, the fillies walked back in the bedroom. "What did you say?", Diamond Tiara asked.
Twilight pulled the covers over her head.
"You want us in the castle?", Babs asked.
"You're not feeling any better?", Scootaloo asked.
The fillies hopped on the bed again. Apple Bloom tried to pull the covers off Twilight's head. "Come on, uncover your head.", Apple Bloom said.
"Help me, girls!", Twilight said.
"We're trying to help you out, Princess.", Sweetie Belle said.
"Help!", Twilight says again.
"Can you calm yourself?", Diamond Tiara asks calmly.
"Spike paid us to help you.", Scootaloo said.
"Spike, you paid them?!", Twilight asked in a shocked way.
"Yes.", Spike said. "And I told you a million times already, we can't be here all day."
"You need a belly pumping?", Babs asked. "I ain't doing that."
"Yeah, pump my belly.", Twilight said. "Do it."
"Heck no!", Silver Spoon said.
"Pump it!", Twilight said.
"I ain't pumping anypony's stomach.", Apple Bloom said.
"Pump my belly! Pump my belly!", Twilight said again.
"Nope.", Sweetie Belle said. "You couldn't pay us enough to pump her belly."
Meanwhile, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Babs Seed, Diamond Tiara, and Silver Spoon were looking for books with special medicine recipes. Apple Bloom is reading the checklist of things to help Twilight feel better.
"Alright, Apple Bloom, so what have we got?", Scootaloo asked.
"Well, she hasn't got any sleep, she drinks too much pepto, and she needs a belly pumping, but, we ain't doing that.", Apple Bloom said.
"Hey, girls, check it out.", Babs said as she grabbed a book. "I found a cook book that shows us how to make tomato soup. We need water, tomatoes, and hot sauce."
"You know, girls, my sister, is a great cook.", Apple Bloom said. "I could ask her to make--"
"Actually, Apple Bloom, if it could help, I'll make it.", Sweetie Belle said.
"You know, I agree with her, she should make it.", Diamond Tiara said. "Apple Bloom, can we just give a chance with the cooking?"
"OK, if you say so.", Apple Bloom said.
The six little fillies walked back into Twilight's room. "Oh, Twily, we made you soup.", Apple Bloom said.
"You made me what?", Twilight asked.
"Soup.", Sweetie Belle said. "This should help you feel better."
"No, I'm not eating that.", Twilight said.
Sweetie Belle used her magic to pick up a spoon, scooped a sip of soup and hovered it in front of Twilight's mouth.
"Hey, get that trash away from me!", Twilight yelled.
"C'mon, we're trying to be nice for Celestia sake.", Scootaloo said.
"That's right.", Babs said. "Open wide, this is good for you."
Twilight opened her mouth and the soup was placed in her mouth. She made a disgusted face and spit it out.
"Look at that crap there.", Silver Spoon said. "How the hell are you going to get better spitting soup out?"
"Oh my good lord, we need to try this again.", Diamond Tiara said.
"No, I'm not eating that again!", Twilight yelled.
Sweetie Belle scooped another chunk of soup and hovered it into Twilight's mouth. "C'mon, open wide.", Sweetie Belle said.
"I said NO!", Twilight yelled.
Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Babs, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon took in some air and yelled, "OPEN WIDE AND EAT THE SOUP!"
"I'll make you--", Twilight said before finishing her sentence.
Sweetie Belle shoved the spoon of soup. "You're going to eat this, gosh darn it.", Apple Bloom said.
Twilight turned to her right and spit it out again.
They placed the soup next to Twilight. "How would you like it when I dump it on you?", Twilight asked with a threat. She used her magic to pick it up and threw it on Sweetie Belle.
"SWEETIE BELLE!", Rarity screamed.
Sweetie Belle started to cry as she ran out the room.
Scootaloo glared at Twilight. "You need a chill pill, that's what you need.", she said.
"I'll tell you what you need.", Twilight said.
Babs took action with her amber orange Pegasus friend. "WHY YOU!", she said.
Twilight screamed as the two fillies tried to get her. Babs and Scootaloo yells at Twilight, "LAY DOWN!"
The fillies ran out of the room.
"Twilight, look what you've done to my sister!", Rarity said.
"That's what your sister gets for putting soup in my mouth.", Twilight said with anger. "IT WAS DIRTY!"
"They were trying to help you, you can't just ignore the help and throw something at them.", Applejack said.
"That little brat deserves what she gets.", Twilight said.
"Don't call her that!", Rarity yelled. "I better go help her wash that soup off her."
Rarity walked out the room and saw Sweetie Belle's friends trying to comfort her. "Sweetie Belle, are you ok?", she asked.
"No.", Sweetie Belle said as tears fell down her face. "Look at me, I'm covered in soup."
"What is up her?", Diamond Tiara asked. "She's never acted like that before."
"She's just grumpy, that's all.", Rarity said. "C'mon, Sweetie, I'm going to help you wash the soup of you."
Meanwhile in Twilight's room, she was wiping the soup off her mouth. Her friends were very crossed after what she did to poor Sweetie Belle.
"What's wrong with you?", Starlight asked.
"What?", Twilight asked.
"Why are you so grumpy?", Fluttershy asked.
"Because, you go and get them, and you made them torture me to death.", Twilight said. "Look at my room!"
Apple Bloom, Babs, Scootaloo, Diamond Tiara, and Silver Spoon were in the library thinking of other ideas. "I can't believe she just did that to Sweetie Belle, she's usually like that.", Apple Bloom said.
"I know.", Diamond Tiara said. "Instead of soup making her better, we got think of something else, something she really likes."
Sweetie Belle walked into the library with a towel on.
"How are you feeling, Sweetie Belle?", Scootaloo asked.
"Fine, thought of any other ideas?", Sweetie Belle asked.
"I'm writing a book right now, since the princess likes books so much, I'm writing one for her right now.", Silver Spoon said. "And now I'm finished."
"What's the title of the book?", Babs asked.
"Counting With The Fillies.", Silver Spoon said. "This should help her."
"Let's hope she doesn't get mad.", Apple Bloom said.
The fillies walked back into the room.
"Twily, we got a book for you.", Silver Spoon said.
"No, I don't want a story.", Twilight wined.
"Counting With The Fillies, this will help you.", Diamond Tiara said.
"Oh my god!", Twilight said.
"There were two fillies. There were three. There were two fillies and one mouse.", Silver Spoon said reading the story. "Can you say mouse."
"MOUSE! MOUSE!", Twilight yelled.
Apple Bloom squeaked.
"That's right, Apple Bloom, squeak.", Silver Spoon said. "Now, there were four. There were two fillies, one mouse and one bear."
"If I send a bear in here, it will definately kill you!", Twilight said with a threat.
"Hey, listen!", Scootaloo said.
"No, you listen!", Twilight said.
"Do you hear us, you're supposed to be sick.", Sweetie Belle said.
"Yeah, I'm sick of you six.", Twilight said. "GET OUT OF THE CASTLE!"
"Twi.", Apple Bloom said.
"GET OUT OF HERE!", Twilight said.
"Twi.", Sweetie Belle said.
Twilight yelled for the last time, but, it was cut off, "I SAID GET OUT OF THE FU--"
Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Babs, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon screamed at the top of their voices, "LAY DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWN!"
Twilight threw her head back screaming.
"You ain't going to keep screaming at your nurses.", Babs said.
"God duuuuuuuuh.", Twilight said.
"Lay down!", Silver Spoon yelled.
"For god sake, if you listen to the story, you would go night night.", Diamond Tiara said.
"Now, go to sleep.", Apple Bloom said.
Twilight screamed at the top of lungs. Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Babs, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon yelled back, "GO TO SLEEEEEEEEEEEEP!"
"GET OUT OF THE CASTLE!", Twilight yelled again.
"Listen.", Silver Spoon said with command. "There were six fillies, one mouse."
"I'M GOING CRAZY!", Twilight yelled.
"Do an elephant sound - toot toot..", Scootaloo said.
"Do a mouse sound - squeak..", Sweetie Belle said.
"DO A BABY SOUND - WHAA WHAA!", Twilight screamed.
"Do a filly sound.", Babs said. "You do that really well."
Twilight looked back at the fillies with a glare. "Do it.", Babs said.
"Night night, Twily.", Apple Bloom said.
Twilight growled, "Get out of the castle."
"Ah, sleepy Princess Twily, night night.", Diamond Tiara said softly.
Twilight growled again, "Get out of the castle."
"Do we--", Babs pauses and spoke in a deep voice. "Do we need to-- di--do we need to?"
Then, Twilight growled for the last time, "Get out of the castle."
Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Babs, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon scowled back at Twilight, "WE AIN'T GOING NOWHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERE!"
"Now read this book.", Silver Spoon said as she put the down next to Twilight.
Twilight used her magic to pick up the book, crumble it up and threw it against the wall. "No light, sleep time.", Apple Bloom said. "Don't make us come back in here." The fillies walked out of the room.
A few minutes later, Twilight started to have a headache. "Now, will you all excuse me, I'm going to take a shower.", she said.
"I guess a shower could make you feel better.", Pinkie Pie said.
"Yeah.", Twilight mumbled. "Can somepony help me get there. My hooves are all floppy." She left her bedroom and went into the bathroom. After she started the shower, the fillies walked in.
"Whatcha doin' in here?", Apple Bloom asked. She and Babs grabbed both of Twilight's arms. Sweetie Belle used her magic to grab two brushes and started brushing the bottom of the purple alicorn's back-hooves. Twilight started laughing historically.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH STOP IT!", Twilight screamed.
"Keep her still, girls.", Sweetie Belle said.
"We are.", Apple Bloom said.
"Keeeeeeeep her steady.", Sweetie Belle said.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA IT TICKLES HAHAHAHAHAHA!", Twilight screamed.
"Scrub your hooves.", Sweetie Belle sang teasingly.
"NOT MY HOOVES HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!", Twilight screamed.
"Scruuuuuuub your hooves.", Sweetie Belle sang again.
Sweetie Belle stopped the scrubbing and the six fillies left the bathroom.
"Oh my god!", Twilight yelled. "You six, get the hell out of here!" She screamed with anger.
"What did they do?", Spike asked.
"They came in here, trying to scrub my hooves now they feel weird.", Twilight said.
