After the events of Battle of Bands the Dazzlings are now enrolled in Canterlot High. But Aria is still struggling with the whole nice girl kind of thing. Till she helps Sunset Shimmer tour sound new guys to the school and there a bit crazy.
The Battle of the Bands is over and the Dazzling's are now enrolled in Canterlot High. Sunset Shimmer, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy are doing there best to help them with the flow of things, from making friends to being apart of activity's. But Aria still doesn't get the point. Until Sunset signs her Adagio and Sonata to help her tour new students. But to there surprise its not just one student but 5 new boy students. Only problem is there form of friendship is a lot different in behavior then the entire schools point of view.
Three months after the battle of the bands ended, The Rainbooms have begun preparing for the Friendship Games against Crystal Prep. Though a competition against a rival school would be a huge deal for the six friends Sunset Shimmer, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie. Sadly the Rainbooms personally had a bit more on there plate.
The Dazzling returned to Canterlot High though they we're powerless their return wasn't for reasons of domination or enslaving the school then world. More or less for filling their empty stomachs which now required food since feeding off negative energy was no longer a possibility since there pendants broke.
Now the Rainbooms are trying to help Adagio Dazzle, Aria Blaze, and Sonata Dusk fit in as best they can.
"Why can't you just be more energetic about trying to be friendly to others Aria?" Sunset Shimmer said with a groan while looking at the purple and neon haired girl.
The rest of the group including Adagio and Sonata looked up from there food starring at Aria.
Aria also looked up from her cafeteria meal which she still didn’t seem pleased with.
"Why can't people just stop bothering me about it" Aria mocked back.
She returned to moving her food around with her fork grumbling to herself.
Silence fell over the cafeteria table. Rarity was filing her nails while Pinkie Pie slowly blew up a purple balloon. Sunset broke the silence saying "Well after lunch I signed Aria, Adagio, and Sonata to help me with new student tours"
Aria choked on her food at the statement while Adagio smiled at her friends frustration and Sonata smiled with excitement. Aria calming her choking fit she slammed her fist on the table.
"I did not agree to this!” she yelled starring Sunset. The entire Cafeteria heard the commotion went silent briefly then the volume picked back up again. "I mean maybe being nice to you guys in good enough, why do I have to be all kind and stuff to people I don't know?" Aria explained as she continually rolled her eyes on every statement she made.
Fluttershy looked up from her food again "Well...I think its the right thing to do" she said and then lowered her self close to below the table waiting for a rush of anger and frustration from Aria. She looked at the cowering girl but Aria didn't bother to fuss over it.
Rainbow Dash now supporting her self with one arm and her hand against her cheek looked straight at Aria with a smile. " You never know maybe it's a cool girl who's super chill to hang with, or maybe more than one!" Rainbow said smiling widely look about the table for support on the though but there was none.
Then finally Applejack chimed in looking only slightly frustrated since she was trying to enjoy her meal. "Well sugar-cube you won't know until you find out it might be worth your while" She said with smile and the entire group nodded and agreed.
Sunset finally looked Aria in the eyes with serious face, "Well if you want to look like you're trying to change this is the way" She then proceeded to looked at the clock realizing there were almost no time left. Applejack went back to trying to enjoy her meal and Rainbow Dash began to balance two erasers on a standing pencil. Which she accomplished very quickly. Aria groaned as the end of the lunch period bell rang.
As the lunch room cleared Sunset and the Dazzling's went the opposite way of the rest of the group. Students began flowing into their classes while Sunset walked smiling excited to see who the new student or students where and would be like and she was eager to make a good impression. Sonata skipped through the crowd of students while Adagio walked next to Sunset, and Aria followed behind arms folded and grinding her teeth.
Sunset and the Dazzling's made they’re way to the school entrance where new students waited. Just before Sunset could explain how the process of the tour worked, she heard bickering back and forth from two voices around the corner to the entrance.
Sunset, Adagio, Sonata and even Aria grew curious of the loud bickering.
The four girls turned the corner when all of a sudden, "Damit Dahblunt, I freaken knew this was a bad idea!" A guy with short spiked orange and red haired yelled pointing a finger in a guy face next to him.
The guy he was yelling at had dark brown hair and a full but not to long beard, he looked up from his tablet pushing up his glasses.
"Skully education is important you said not a prep school so this was the final option" the guy said calmly but broke out into a grin. “Problems?” He chuckled softly then quickly returned to his tablet.
The spiky haired boy pinched his forehead with heated frustration letting out a sigh. "All of you need to calm down!" A deep voice bellowed from the back of the the two guys who were bickering. The deep voice belonged a guy who looked the like something from a old Mafia movie. He wore a white fancy vest with chain hanging from one of the pockets. Under the vest was a nice red collared shirt which the sleeves ended at the elbows. The Black pants looked like they were ironed perfectly and his belt buckle and on his vest had a golden skull with the letters J.O.F on it. He had jet black hair combed back and thin silver glasses.
Behind him stood two other guys one of them who was a bit shorter and the other who looked almost a foot taller than all of them. Their eyes wandered around the single room in awe as though they had never seen a school before. The tall one then almost looked like he was going to melt then sighed “Well gentlemen this officially blows” he said looking like it was the end of the world. He was tall but not to tall were it was awkward to be next to him.
He kept kicking the floor with his brown timberland boots and both his hands in his jean shorts pockets. His shirt a had a blue flaming skull smiling on it. The shorter one who was wearing almost all black. He had a chain on his pants and his belt buckle had a silver circle with a onyx "U" in the middle. On his shirt was the Pokemon Umbreon on it with a text bubble that said "Fite Meh".
“Just quit your whining Gnome we are stuck with this at least we're not doing this solo”, They boy with the Umbreon shirt said slapping the tall one on the back.
The taller guy looked at him along with the rest of the boys they groaned in agony at that the exact same time. All of the bickering stopped though when they noticed the group of girls heading there way.
"H-hi are you guys all here as new students?" Sunset said feeling the discomfort in the room and having to tour 5 boys who all seemed disgruntled.
She pulled out a small note pad from her pocket with a list of things she needed to bring up during the tour. Though she had done this before it become noticeable that she was nervous due to the fact she was sorta shaking slightly while flipping through the list
The one with the gold skull pin look Sunset as she was flipping through her pad with a extremely disappointed face before uttering a few words, "It seems we are". Even though he said it load and clear he raised a eyebrow and tilted his head a little realizing that she probably was to wrapped in the note pad to hear him.
Then finally Sunset cleared her throat, "Well my name is Sunset Shimmer welcome to Canterlot High I'll be touring you today along with-". Just before she could finish talking Adagio stepped in front of her. Her large blonde and golden curled hair blocking the view of Sunset and the view of everything Sunset had entirely.
"I'm Adagio Dazzle and this silly girl here is Sonata Dusk", Adagio pointed to Sonata. She giggled and waved hello frantically with a huge smile. Adagio then turned to Aria. Who seemed to be lost in though with a sour look on her face. "This little sweet heart here is Aria Blaze" Adagio said chuckling. Aria's grew red not from embarrassment but from anger. She folded her arms and lowered her head so that you could barely see her face.
The boy with the gold skull pin stepped forward little as though he was sounding off. "I'm Goldie, and these are my friends Skully, Dahblunt, Gnome, and Umbro" the boy said pointing to each of them. When each of them was called by name they either nodded or did a one finger quick salute noting they were paying attention.
Sunset smiled reaching her hand out "Well Goldie it's a pleasure to meet you". Goldie kindly gestured and shook her hand. Skully groaned loudly "Yeay introductions can I go home now?" Goldie looked back at Skully "Yeah Skully you can once the days over" Goldie looked at him with straight face which turned to a sarcastic smile. Within seconds Skully looked him straight in the face with no emotions and said simply "No you".
Sunset and the Dazzling's walk the halls of the school. Sunset begins pointing out different parts of the school sometimes walking while turning around and walking backwards facing the new students following behind her. Aria walked with the girls but not too close to the new boys.
Adagio walked next to Sunset and Sonata kept falling behind realizing she was walking in the middle of the group of boys then quickly speeding up.
As Sunset continued her tour Adagio was listening intently to the entire conversation behind her. Most of the boys didn’t seem to be paying much attention to Sunset’s tour of the school. Though at some points you could tell they were not pleased with the surroundings.
Umbro was discussing something with Gnome which Adagio didn't understand the subject. She also noticed Sonata was sort of listening as well since she kept on looking back at the group. Aria walked arms folded with and frustrated pout. Adagio knew she was listening too since she would perk up and listen when Umbro would bring up different metal and punk bands.
Skully walked next to Goldie trying to get his attention. Snapping his fingers waving his hand in his face. Finally he taps Goldie on the shoulder getting his attention. Goldie let out a sigh as he slowly looked at Skully preparing for what was going to be said.
Goldie was walking calmly with his hands in his pockets and for some reason that bothered Skully a lot. For a situation such as a change of school scenery would usually be a issue. What was bothersome was Goldie’s behavior on how he was handling this.
Skully was not the only one noticing Goldie's odd behavior. Umbro and Gnome kept glancing at him while they talked waiting for him to burst. At least to Skully’s point of view, Goldie would have been in a uproar of having to deal with this new school environment.
“Goldie I don’t mean to rain on your parade of keeping to yourself but this whole school transfer thing I’m not sure I’m enjoying the whole kind and nice atmosphere”, he whispered.
Skully continued whispering trying to not let Sunset and the other girls hear him. Goldie continued to walk as though he didn’t even know he was there. Goldie was looking at all the rooms they past as Sunset pointed them out. Sadly she didn't notice that out of all the boys only Goldie was paying attention.
Skully couldn't take it anymore,”Goldie I mean seriously why are we doing this?” he growled.
This immediately caught the attention of all the Dazzlings and Sunset. The tone of voice,the aggravation felt as though it could have swept through the halls like a angry wave. Everyone tried to do good by each other. It was like everything they had been through at canterlot high all over again with the disharmony.
Sunset cringed a bit thinking going up against more issues of that sort she was just starting understand friendship at its bases. She cringed and frowned even more at the thought that she still struggled with her own frustrations.
Adagio on the other hand smiled at this. Even though they could not feed off the negative energy anymore, she still found it fun to watch. Sonata though showed a bit of discomforted while around it. She drew away from that way of life entirely. She just wanted to feel accepted and she tried her best.
While Aria grinned a bit she didn’t seem to enthralled anymore about it. Mostly she may have been hoping for a fight. Maybe a couple fists thrown around might brighten her day.
Goldie looking Skully straight in eyes with a extremely serious face after that outburst, which slowly changed to what only could be described as a snide grin as he spoke.
“You heard Dahblunt, education comes first it's highly important” Goldie smirked.
He was now grinning in a way that made him look like he was holding back a burst of laughter. Skully took back a second to take in what he said then rolled his eyes dropping his arms as though he was dragging them along.
“You know I woke up this morning was going to get on my computer get some recording done for you and instead this” Skully putting his arms in the air signifying he meant the entire school.
Goldie raised a eyebrow to that statement, “You act like you have a set schedule of when you plan on putting effort into something”.
He then continued talking about how his day would have been perfect what he would have done and so on. At this point Goldie listened to him talk explaining a list of things that needed to be done.
Sonata who was now walked next to Skully, her arms behind her back. Was waiting for an eventual pause in Skully’s rant.
“Recording as in music?” She said with huge grin. “I love listening to music do you guys record music that would be super cool do you guys have a band?” Sonata said super fast as she tried prying Skully about the topic.
Somehow Skully was startled by her, most likely due to the fact he was too busy talking to notice she walked up to him. It also took him a bit to put together what she said and what she meant by music.
“Uh-no we do YouTube recordings and things of the sort” he said scratching his head. Sonata’s head tilted as she look at him in confusion.
“You know what YouTube is right?” he said jokingly, But Sonata shook her head super slowly. Skully sighed and proceeded to explain YouTube to Sonata which Goldie was laughing quietly while shaking his head.
He listened to Skully go on and on explaining the processes of video creation to Sonata till finally he snapped at him quickly “Skully shut up”.
This once again took the girls by surprise. It was a bicker fest in the school halls between the two boys. Almost like Aria and Sonata.
Skully spun around to face him while pointing, “Hey put a sock in it I’m trying to educate”.
“Yes dude your super certified” Goldie smiled rolling his eyes.
“Well maybe I am how would you know” Skully chuckled.
“I just know”, Goldie snapped quick.”Where's the certificate from?”
Skully put his hands in his pocket looking away, “You know dude, EBay”. Skully broke into a small smile.
Dahblunt chimed in chuckling, “Ha that’s funny”. He was writing things down in a notepad now.
“That's funny Dahblunt, what are you certified in” Skully chimed back.
Dahblunt stopping writing looked at Skully raising a eyebrow, “I’m S.T.A.Y Certified”
Goldie turned around now walking backwards looking at Dahblunt. “S.T.A.Y Certified” He said curiously.
Umbro spoke up from the back, “Oh burn...hey wait what?”
Goldie, Skully, and Dahblunt burst into laughter as Umbro covered his face shaking his head smiling on how silly he sounded.
All the while Adagio listened to the entire conversation. She was really enjoying the constant back and forth it was amusing. Though she realized something.
After feeding off negativity for so long she had never seen a group quarrel like them and just get over it like it was all some big joke.
Sonata looked at the group of boys the one of them was keeping quiet.
“So what do you guys do for fun?” Sonata spoke to the tall one smiling. Gnome off into a daze snapped back to reality. Blinking as though he just woke up.
Gnome had a blank expression at first as he looked at Sonata. Then it hit him, “Oh wait was that question for me” Gnome said scratching his cheek.
“Jeez someone get Gnome some crayons”, Skully piped up.
“WACK”
Goldie hit Skully upside the head,” Come on dude let's try to act normal for once”.
Sunset then spoke up to gather the attention of everyone.
“I'm pretty sure that ends our tour...from here we go to your first class”, Sunset pulled out a paper with class schedules.
It looks like P.E is the next class and you're all together in the same class as well”, she said smiling as she realized her friends were going to be there. The P.E class was being held outside to day hopefully it would calm some of the nerves being rattled around thought Sunset to herself. Being outside always made her feel better.
Skully starting humming to himself rolling his eyes while saying, "All together now..." . He then grumbled to himself.
The Dazzling did there best to steer clear of the bickering just in case till Adagio decided to walk closer to them. Walking at about the same pace she was at this point walking next to Goldie. She flicked her hair back as she spoke.
"So do your...friends, always act this rambunctious?" Adagio said in her smooth toned voice.
Goldie laughed a little then looked at adagio, "If I a had a dollar for every time someone asked what was wrong with my friends I wouldn't need to work ever".
Adagio grinned, "I absolutely understand. It can get very tiresome when you deal with knuckle brained people every day".
"We can hear you Adagio", Aria spoke up.
Goldie chuckled, "Or not get away with saying something about them without them beating down your door".
Adagio laughed as she nodded in agreement
As they continued their way down the hall Sunset saw the door to the outside field. "The next class is right out here", Sunset said smiling. She hoped that maybe if she introduced her friends to the new boys maybe they might calm down maybe they might just stop bickering with each other. Then she thought to herself what if they don't like them what if they are actually mean to them. This made Sunset worried, but she shook her head. She knew there would be only one way to find out.
Plenty of students were outside for the class though it almost looked like free gym but no teacher was supervising. It was very nice out that day, not to hot to feel uncomfortable but not too cold to the point you wanted a sweatshirt. Sunset was happy to be outside not because it was beautiful out, but she thought this would be good for the tense group behind her. Sunset looked for her friends around the field till she finally spotted them on bleachers.
She saw Pinkie blabbering up a storm to Rainbow Dash and Applejack, Rarity was filing her nails while Fluttershy's eyes wandered about the field till they connected with Sunsets. Seeing her and the Dazzlings at first she waved smiling, The smile disappeared though when she noticed the five boys within the group. She then turned to the rest of the girls notioning them to look over to Sunset’s and the group walking with her.
“Ready for introductions round two Goldie?” Gnome said rubbing his hands together smiling menacingly at Goldie.
Goldie just rolled his eyes as they made their way to the bleachers. Adagio flicked a part of her hair back as she walked towards the rest of the group. Though Adagio knew she no longer held any standing point at the school she still had to make herself look in charge. She picked out a spot near the edge of the bottom bleachers seat gently wiping whatever dirt was on it and sat down acting as though she was claiming the spot proudly as her personal. Sonata plopped herself right next to her and Aria walked over and sat down still arms crossed and still upset looking on the other side of Adagio on the edge.
Applejack looked at the group of guys who were with Sunset. Looking them up and down inspecting them.
“So Sunset who these fellers you with?” Applejack questioned as she adjusted her hat.
Sunset smiled at that since she was hoping they could help them warm up to the school and calm the nerves of some in the group. Hopefully they could all be friends since that's what Sunset wanted to have the most, lots of friends. So far the girls didn’t seem bothered by the new unfamiliar faces. Even Fluttershy wasn't hiding so this must be good news.
“Well maybe I should have them introduce themselves to you?” Sunset turned to Goldie and his friends smiling as she spoke.
This immediately snapped the attention of the boys and made them freeze. None of them spoke up. Out of the blue though Umbro stepped forward as though he was volunteering for a mission with possible no return. Clearing his throat he then smiled as he spoke.
“Hi I’m Umbro it’s nice to meet you all” he said cheerfully. The girls responded happily Applejack tipped her hat to him.
“Howdy Umbro, it’s nice to meet you too” Applejack said sincerely. Just before any of the other girls could speak Skully chuckled and said.
“Wow Umbro that sounded like you practiced that one”, Skully’s face was holding back the biggest smile, and Goldie was just shaking his head counting down from 5 as though a bomb was going to go off. In a sense though it was just like that. Umbro whipped around and turned to Skully, “Come on dude every time I just open my mouth you got something to say”.
Goldie shook his head even more and Umbro and Skully began their feud. He walked away from them to a spot on the bleachers near the Dazzlings. Umbro and Skully continued their rant towards each other while Gnome got between then jokingly singing “Why can't we be friend's" grabbing both their shoulders swinging back and forth with them.
“Mind if I sit here?”, Goldie said as he looked at the Dazzlings. Adagio looked at him, “Nobody's gonna stop you” she said with sigh. Goldie sat down leaving a gap between Sonata and himself.
Goldie looked at his friends who at this point no longer arguing and just trying to get away from Gnome. Dahblunt though just stood there looking at them to smiling while rolling his eyes.
“Y'all be freaking crazy”, Dahblunt said loudly but not loud enough to over voice Skully and Umbro’s freak out.
The six girls watched as the two continued to pry themselves from Gnome while he sang the entire song swaying like it was a kumbaya at a camp fire. Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy watched the two boys now yelling get off me to Gnome as he attempted to headlock them. Aria leaned forward to look at Goldie, he was watching them laughing a little here and there. She then spoke up and caught Goldie’s attention
“So do your friends usually act this”, Aria was surprisingly lost for words. Even from feeding off the negativity from pony’s and humans she had never seen this kind of behavior. The such quick bounce back between friends was unheard of to her. Then Rarity gently patted Aria on her shoulder and looked at Goldie as well.
“Aggravated darling is what shes trying to say, they're so angry with each other and being so mean to one another are you sure you are all friends?”, Rarity looked at them with concern till she noticed Goldie’s eyes widening at this statement as though insulted.
“Of course they’re my friends just also depends on the time of day, whether food is involved and how much I have to pay them”, he said completely with a serious face before slowly cracking a smile. Aria and Sonata and the six girls looked at each other in confusion not understanding, Adagio did though as she giggled at the statement.
“It was a joke I promise”, Goldie said waving his hand about as though clearing the air of the awkward looks surrounding him. Goldie then snapped his fingers twice very loudly. “Come on guys let’s not be rude lets introduce ourselves properly, think of it as another intro” he said smiling at his group.
Gnome immediately shot up, “Oh, I got this one hello everyone I’m Gnome from J.O.F Crew and today we are doing school simulator”. Gnome said with the biggest grin on his face.
Goldie covered his face with one hand laughing. Skully walked up to Gnome to smack him in the back of the head again but Gnome caught his hand while saying, “Once is enough”. Dahblunt quickly walked in front of them blocking them from view .
“Do not pay attention to them they know not what they speak, and it seems I’m the only one besides Goldie who is sane enough to get us back on track”, Dahblunt said nodding his head.
“That's an overstatement”, Umbro said as though speaking from off stage but Dahblunt ignored it.
“So we got me I’m Dahblunt, over there in the black jeans and Umbreon t-shirt is Umbro, Gnome is the big guy bear hugging Umbro in one arm and the other who is being strangled with the short spiked red and orange hair is Skully”, Dahblunt said as he pointed all of his friends out. Then they all turned to Goldie waiting for him. He looked at the group of girls patiently waiting for his introduction. He fixed his vest and turned to the girls, “I’m Goldie and I babysit these guys”, he said then turning back to this friends.
The girls began to giggle, sunset walked up the bleachers and sat next to Rainbow Dash. Sunset was happy that things seem to be going better than how it was before. She just hoped it would stay this way.
Goldie all of a sudden turned to Dahblunt with a sour face. “Hey you never apologized to me for the other night dude!”, Goldie sat with his arms crossed and looked quite upset.
Dahblunt stared at Goldie for a bit then he raised a eyebrow, “For what we we’re on ARMA DAYZ what could have I done wrong?”.
Goldie quickly responded raising a finger, “You know how I said while in the helicopter, dude drop me off here and fly away”.
Goldie looked really upset now
“Um yeah why?”, Dahblunt was still confused as his eyes wandered thinking of what could have gone wrong.
“Well first off as I was exiting the Little Bird you shot back up in the air maybe 20 feet, I broke my character's legs I then tell you to come back for me” Goldie looked like he was building up to a heartbreaking moment.
Skully headed towards the bleachers as well and sat down next to Goldie almost falling over he was laughing so hard. He knew what happened all too well and now he was trying to catch himself by putting his hand on Goldie’s shoulder for support as he choked on some of his laughter.
Dahblunt now knew what he was talking about and was laughing too.
“You then proceeded to drive the landing pads of the Little Bird into my spine knocking me out briefly but no that wasn't enough you came back one last time to sever the damn thing!”, Goldie screeched.
Gnome let go of Umbro who he still had in a headlock at this point and fell over laughing while Skully still supported himself on Goldie's shoulder. Umbro scratched his head with a frown.
“Don’t think I was there for that moment”, Umbro said looking at Goldie.
Goldie was laughing at how angry he sounded and looked at Umbro shaking his head in confirmation.
The girls looked at each other including the Dazzlings in confusion. Sunset sighed, “I feel this will be a long eventful week”.
Gym ended and all the students headed back inside. Everyone filed back into the building nice and quietly, except the back of the group of students were Goldie and his friends were they were still going at it. After everything cooled down, Skully and Umbro were now joking about something between themselves while Dahblunt discussed computer options to Gnome since he was in dire need of one.
The girls walked a tad bit ahead of the four but Goldie walked ahead of all of them. Most of the girls talked amongst each other but Adagio, Aria and Sonata kept quiet, making small talk was a work in progress for them especially to get someone to listen.
The group proceeded weaving through the school halls to the next set of classes, till the intercom blared.
“Will Goldie, Skully, Gnome, Umbro and Dahblunt please come to the principal Celestia's office please”, vice principal Luna's voice boomed through the intercom before it quickly shut off. Goldie looked up at the intercom and sighed. He then turned to his friends all with frowns on their faces.
“There's a sentence that I'm used too, come on guys let's go”, Goldie motioning his friends to follow.
“If it’s anything bad I’d say we all blame Skully this time, last time it was my turn to take the heat” Dahblunt looked at Goldie with this thumbs up grinning.
-One day later-
Adagio sat by herself at the front counter desk in the science class. She stared out the classroom window twirling a pencil between her fingers. Sonata and Aria were far behind her sitting next to one another.
Most of the others students were talking to each other as they waited for the teacher to arrive, and Adagio sat there miserable. Even Aria was willing to listen to Sonata nodding her head even saying a few words.
Finally the teacher walked into the room closing the door behind her. Everything quieted down as the teacher looked around them then her eyes making their way to connecting eyes with Adagio’s.
“Well once again I was hoping to have everyone of you pair up with a partner but as the teacher walked to her desk. “But we either have not enough students are some students just don’t want to pair up with someone”, the teacher said looking at Adagio straight in the face.
Adagio didn’t even bother to look around for a partner since she new that it wasn't her who didn’t want to pair up it everyone else who refused to have her as one. It might be due to the fact she was the leader of the three girls who tried to take over the school, town and world.
The teacher's made it to her desk. Adagio sat there blowing one of the large pieces of hair up in the air out of boredom. Sighing the teacher began to place several piles of papers with Dazzle in big red letters on it, “Well miss Dazzle since no one still seems to want to pair up with you I suppose you can do extra work by yourself”.
Before the teacher could even explain the piles of classwork papers on Adagio’s desk the classroom door swung open. A familiar face slid into the classroom with a sudden skidding stop as though he had apply breaks. It was Goldie, he paused a bit looking around the room not saying a word. He then realized that he had interrupted the class barging in the way he did.
Goldie then stood up straight fixing his clothes making sure he looked good. His attire was only a tad different than yesterday. He was wearing a another black vest but with a green short sleeve full button down shirt this time and with another skull with a gold lower jaw pin on his shirt under it in red letters J-O-F.
The teacher turned around to see Goldie who was now patting himself down looking for something. As the teacher walked over, Goldie rushed to pulled out a piece of paper out of his brown dress pants.
“I got held up on figuring out what class I had this morning so this is my late slip”, Goldie said nervously scratching his head.
“Very well sadly the only seats available is next to Adagio, we are pairing up but the only person available is Adagio”, she said this with a sadden frown as though it was a last resort or death.
Adagio looked at Goldie while slumped on her desk slightly waving acknowledging she exists. Goldie looked at her then everyone in the classroom. The only other faces she recognized were Sonata and Aria. Goldie heard some of the other students whispering, “He would be super dumb to pair up with her”.
Adagio face grew red not of anger, but of embarrassment. It wasn’t as though they were wrong though. Adagio was not a good person let alone student and after losing her powers getting anything done was a chore. Goldie ignored them and walked over to Adagio’s counter to sit down. Adagio watched him as he sat down waiting for him to say something rude. Goldie looked at Adagio who was now looking at him with confused face. Goldie looked back just as confused, “What is there something on my face?” raising a eyebrow.
“You sure you want to sit next to me?, Adagio stared at him thinking maybe he didn’t know what he was doing.
Everyone one in the school and town should have known about what happened between Adagio and her siren counterparts and the band the Rainbooms. Using their singing powers to draw the negative energy from the people in this world to the point of if the Rainbooms didn’t stop them they would spread their dark magic and taken over the world. So it came to huge surprise that he was so oddly comfortable sitting next to her.
Goldie frowned and looked around the class for a second and looked back at Adagio.
“I have no idea who anyone else is here in this class besides your friends in the back over there”, Goldie pointed to Sonata and Aria who had now stopped talking and were watching them.
“So the question is are you OK with me sitting with you?”, as Goldie said this Adagio’s jaw dropped. After Adagio and her companions did what they did they have received nothing but grief and insults from everyone except the Rainbooms and from them is was just reminders of what they did but not intentionally in a bad way. Adagio took a couple seconds to find the words as Goldie waited for her to respond. “Uh sure go ahead”, she said still confused.
The teacher walked by Goldie and Adagio’s counter placing a text book in front of Goldie.
Goldie looked at the book and rolled his eyes then looked at Adagio as she looked at him being dramatic. He held up the book cover it showing Adagio the book saying Rocks and Sediments.
“Out of all the things for first Science class my favorite study every” he said with groan. Adagio silently to herself giggled smiling.
As class ended both Adagio and Goldie walked out of the class. Goldie looked at his paper which was a test only he had to see what his knowledge base was. The score wasn't numbered instead is said only “maybe next time”, Goldie didn’t know whether to be happy or disappointed with that answer if it was a knowledge base test.
As Goldie walked Adagio kept up with him but swerving out of the way of oncoming students. That is until one girl out of nowhere hip checked her knocking Adagio to the floor and the random girl walked away casually. Adagio snarled at the girl walking away but her back was turned so there was no reason to get angry she didn’t want to get in trouble and make people think she was planning something.
Goldie realizing what happened turned around and helped Adagio up. She brushed herself off then looked at Goldie who was looking around as though trying to see who did that to her.
“What was that all about?”, Goldie said with a concerned tone. “Everyone seems to have a problem with you here, I mean you don’t seem like a bad person”, he said with serious face now.
Adagio sighed and started speaking now with her smooth, sweet and crisp voice as she looked Goldie straight in the face. “Listen Goldie do you know anything about this school and town and the incident they call it during battle of the band competition?”. Goldie shook his head making a confused face. She saw in his eyes he honestly had no idea about what happened.
“Well if you like to know I’ll tell you but it's about lunchtime and I know everyone and your friends will be there I’ll explain on the way”, she said with her hands on her hips as she strutted to the lunch room. “Alright”, Goldie said as he caught up to her.
Adagio explained the entire story to Goldie who to her surprise believed her the whole way through, but his reaction was once again not quite what she thought would happen.
With all the girls and Goldie’s friends at the table, the girls sat in shock and the boys sat there watching Goldie smirking at him. Adagio didn’t know what to say but Goldie was laughing like uncontrollably laughing. He was sitting across from Adagio but next to Skully and at some points Goldie head flopped on to his shoulder making him laugh too a little as he pushed him off. Goldie calmed his laughter as Adagio spoke.
“You really think taking over the world is funny Goldie”, Adagio was so confused right now this is why everyone hated her that wasn’t part of the Rainbooms or Sonata and Aria. Goldie finally calmed down and made a hand gesture as though swatting away what Adagio said. No not at all it brilliant getting people to go at it then swoop in for the kill, I’m impressed that’s some crafty tactics there”, Goldie said smiling.
Adagio smiled back at the comment but with a tab bit of a sinister hint to it. “I’m so glad you thought so I truly do my best to run my plans thoroughly”, Adagio words were as smooth and seductive in sense. Before Adagio and Goldie's talk could go any further Skully butted in quick and loud as a bolt of lightning. “Goldie please don’t use that tactic in any of our games we play with other people it never works”, Skully said pinching the bridge of his nose. Aria chimed in as well, “Adagio by thoroughly do you mean thoroughly into the ground?”
The cafeteria was loud as could be, except the table with the Rainbooms and the Dazzlings and Goldie's friends. Goldie looked at Skully frustrated, “What's that's supposed to mean?” Adagio was going to start with Aria but Skully cut her off.
“You know what I mean, all the ideas we have for videos you know all too well where I'm going with this” , Skully spoke with his arms crossed. From experience already these girls knew by now that the new boys had a different kind of friendship. One in which they would poked fun at each other or make little joking arguments. It just seemed in there nature it felt right to them.
This feeling of fuming anger though felt real, It was totally different from what they had seem between them before. Fluttershy slowly hid herself as she slipped under the table as though taking cover. Pinkie Pie was scarfing down cookies she brought from home but stopped as she began to notice this wasn't a joke and she began to frown. Rainbow Dash and Sunset looked at each other feeling the frustration boiling. Rarity was filing her nails but slowly stopped in a dramatic way as she noticed as well. Adagio watched as well and she thought to herself how terrible it must feel to actually be that frustrated as someone she was getting used to the joking and now this. Aria and Sonata looked at each other shrugging lost for words then turning to look at Adagio and then at Goldie and Skully.
Then finally Applejack broke the silence. “Look y'all best thing to do you two is when friends argue is to give ya selves some space to cool” Applejack spoke hoping her words would quell the argument. Rarity nodded in agreement then said, “Exactly darling then you can talk things out” she said smiling then returning to filing her nails. Though even with those words of advice they fell on deaf ears. Nothing had changed and it was only getting more heated at the table even without a exchange of words between them.
Goldie and Skully's friends were still watching and waiting as well. They knew how this worked and at this point the conversation was a bomb ready to detonate. They have had this moment before, and to them these moments it was best to just say nothing and leave it be. The entire table sat there quietly and watched as Goldie and Skully starred each other down.
Finally Goldie made a growling sound then stood up quickly looking at Skully, “Well I'm not in the mood to deal with you Skully I'm out here”. Skully looked Goldie dead in the face “Whatever Goldie”, he said with a grunt. Goldie proceeded out of the cafeteria with everyone watching and Adagio frowning at the fact. Skully gritted his teeth and looked even more frustrated than before.
“Hey Skully you OK dude?”, Gnome said concerned. His friends looked at him not because they were mad but purely out of being worried. Skully groaned and got up and began to walk out the cafeteria too, not saying a word. Gnome looked as he was about to say something to get his attention but decided to catch himself and stop. Dahblunt let out a long sigh and Umbro shook his head while covering his face with one hand. “Well that went well”, Umbro said with a groan. “Just give it some time they will bounce back as usual”, Dahblunt said looking as his food on his tray. He moved it around with his fork but didn't bother to eat anymore this argument was getting to him too.
As the Girls looked at the group of boys their behavior resembled as though the world was falling apart and today was the last day of existence. They sat there quietly till Sonata spoke up. “Is this a usual problem between them they looked really mad”, Sonata said tapping her finger on her chin.
“Well they butt heads a lot, I was just hoping it wouldn't happen here”, Gnome said to Sonata. “Ha butt that's funny”, Umbro said smiling looking at Gnome who rolled his eyes.
“Best thing we can do is go to class and hope they calm down, you know just as well Gnome they will bounce back from this it happens all the time”, Dahblunt he said as he looked at his friends. Gnome and Umbro nodded in agreement. They knew this was true it would take a lot more than a petty argument to crush their group.
Aria looked at Adagio with grin, “almost reminds me of you and me Adagio”. Adagio looked back at Aria with menacing grin in return, “Ah yes but I remember always winning the argument”. “Whatever Adagio”, Aria said rolling her eyes but smiling a little.
Sonata smiled too at the fact they were in a way getting along. Something she thought she would never see. She was going tell them how happy she was till she quickly noticed Gnome was tapping his head with his finger in a sort of frustrated manner. “You alright Gnome” Sonata said looking at him. Gnome looked up, “Yeah I just feel like I forgot to tell Goldie something”.
Gnome then looked at Sonata with a raised brow. He noticing that she was pointing at the brown rice on Gnomes tray he didn’t touch. She was looking him with a blank face but almost looked like she was going to breakout into a sweat. “You gonna finish that?”, Sonata said as she stared even harder.
Gnome looked at Aria and Adagio who were both covering their faces in embarrassment by Sonata’s question. He then looked back at Sonata who hadn't moved a inch and was still waiting for a answer. Gnome looked at his tray then back at Sonata, “Uh sure go ahead you can have it”, Gnome said confused wondering why this was a bid deal.
Sonata’s eyes widened and her smile grew huge, “Wait for realzies?”, she said excited. Gnome now looked at Umbro who just shrugged at him and at Dahblunt who shook his head smiling.
“Yeah go head”, Gnome said pushing his tray to Sonata. Sonata squeaked with excitement as she began to eat. All the girls laughed at this.
Only a few moments later lunch ended and everyone went to the respected classes to which they were scheduled. Sunset and Applejack were in math class together along with Dahblunt. They were doing a timed quiz and Sunset was trying to quicken her finishing time. She almost always finished first. When she finally finished she smiled and got up from her seat. She stopped in awe though when she realized that Dahblunt was already walking back from turning in his test. Sunset bit her lip frustrated even after all she had been through there was a part of her still wanted to over achieve over other students. She walked up to the teacher dropping off her test and walked back to her seat.
Dahblunt sat in his seat patiently waiting for others to finish. Sunset then tapped him on the shoulder. Dahblunt looked over to Sunset, “What's up?”. “Sorry was just surprised you finished so quickly”, Sunset said smiling.
Dahblunt looked at Sunset as he stretched out his back, “Like I tell everyone education is important, you can't say you know something unless you learned about it at some point”.
“Pretty much life is a educational experience”, Sunset smiled. Dahblunt gave Sunset the thumbs up, “That's exactly right”.
After classes ended Sunset proceeded to gather her belongings from her locker as she closed it she realized Adagio was standing next to her. Sunset was going to ask how her day went but she realized she looked troubled.
“You OK Adagio, something on your mind?”, Sunset asked. Adagio sighed before speaking, “It was about lunch today no one has seen Goldie or Skully since then”. Sunset smiled coyly, “I've been watching you Adagio I know exactly which one your more concerned about”.
Adagio's face went bright red and she looked mad but within seconds she's cooled down. “Look Sunset even though we're friends now doesn't mean you know what I look for in relationship”, Adagio flicked her some of her hair out of her face.
“Who said anything about relationships?”, Sunset said putting her things in her bag then throwing it over her shoulder. Adagio face turned bright red again. As this happened Aria and Sonata walked up to them with their bags as well. Adagio’s grew red again but she was speechless she didn’t know what to say. As this was going on Aria and Sonata walked up to them with their bags as well. Sonata was smiling so brightly it looked like she almost couldn't contain how happy she was. Aria looked at Adagio for a bit as though she was inspecting her till finally.
“Adagio why are you blushing it’s kinda weird”, Aria said with arms crossed and a raised eyebrow. Adagio faced Aria with finger in her face, “No body is blushing Aria just leave it”.
As she said this Sonata perked up. “Oh are we telling secrets I love secrets”, Sonata said almost bouncing up and down. Adagio covered her face and spoke through them muffled. “No one is telling secrets just stop”.
Sunset saw the rest of her friends, Umbro, Gnome and Dahblunt making there way down the hallway she waved her arms to get their attention. Umbro was discussing video recording with Dahblunt who was doing his best to explain the processes so Umbro would get it done properly with no errors. The rest of the girls walked next to them listening intently as they discussed what things Umbro needed. Gnome on the other hand was scrolling through his phone quickly.
“So I guess we are all here sleepover at my place again?”, Pinkie said happily as the girls smiled and began talking about what they wanted to do, but then Pinkie turned to the boys. “Sorry guys it’s girls thing can’t have you guys over”, Pinkie said smiling awkwardly thinking she might have offended them for some reason.
Umbro and Gnome stopped and looked at each other then laughed super loud almost to the point Gnome almost fell over knocking over Umbro. Dahblunt was doing his best not laugh he cleared his throat then said, “Yeah we would have figured that plus some of us got work to do”.
Gnome and Umbro finally pulled themselves together. “Anyone seen Goldie or Skully yet?”, Umbro asked looking amongst the group. Everyone shook their head no. “Well I’m sure everything's all right darling I'm quite sure they didn't just leave campus”.
Everyone began to head to the school entrance but Sunset grabbed Adagio then saying, “We will catch up with everyone in a second”. They group finally made it out the main doors and walked down the steps till Dahblunt stopped dead in his tracks and with his thumb he pointing in the direction of the Canterlot Hight School yard statue. Everyone let out a long sigh of relief as they saw standing next to the statue Goldie and Skully with their bags talking and laughing. Sunset and Adagio came through door entrance as well and saw them too. As they walked up to them Dahblunt turned his head to the group smiling.
“I told you just needed some time to let it blow over”, Dahblunt said walking up to Skully and Goldie. Both of them saw the group of guys and girls coming towards them. “Sup everyone”, Goldie said looking at his friends then the girls.
“Seems to me like ya’ll both got over your little quarrel pretty nicely”, Applejack said tipping her hat to them.
Everything was good now as it should be everyone was smiling and laughing. Sunset then walked up to Adagio to stand next to her and then elbowed her in the side. Adagio didn’t really think it hurt but she rubbed her side then looked at Sunset with a frown. Sunset jerked her head in Goldie’s direction secretly signaling Adagio. Adagio winced for a second then took and deep breath. She then proceeded up to where she could get Goldie’s attention.
“So Goldie I was wondering”, Adagio was twirling a piece her hair around with her finger. Goldie looked at Adagio only responding with, “Yeah?”.
Adagio was now trying to put on her tough girl act for some reason like when they first met Sunset. “You know if your or not to busy this weekend I was thinking maybe”, before Adagio could even finish like a gust of wind a kid they didn’t recognize came from behind the statue and with almost full force punched Goldie in the shoulder.
Goldie stumbled a little bit but caught himself before falling everyone watched as Goldie got up to swing back but stopped suddenly then out of no we’re broke into laughter. His friends began laughing to the girls though were rolling in confusion. They looked at the boy who hit Goldie he had very short black hair was wearing somewhat loose jeans with a chain.near the pocket. His short sleeve button down shirt was dark red with one white stripe in the middle. A logo was embroidered on his shirt of a Gas mask with a red “T” in the middle.
Goldie fist bumped the kid and patted him on the shoulder, “What the heck took you so long Tucker”. Gnome snapped his fingers, “That’s what I forgot to tell Goldie, Tucker was getting back today” he said smiling now sure of himself. Tucker looked at the group of girls who were now staring at him in confusion and awe before he finally said looking at Goldie, “So uh what did I miss”.
“I’m not sure if I'm going to get used to these sleep over things” Aria said flipping through one of Pinkie's magazines. The girls again spent another night at Pinkie Pies, but it was the weekend which gave them more free time.
Sonata looked over Aria’s shoulder to look on with her, “I think they're fun every time” Sonata said smiling at Aria.
Sunset and Adagio were playing a videogame with Applejack and Rainbow Dash. It was a simple fighting style arcade game with Sunset and Adagio on a team against Rainbow and Applejack. Sunset was trying her best she could teach Adagio how to play. Even though Adagio was trying to take in all the information in the end she was quickly getting a headache.
“I don't get it”, Adagio said with a droll in her voice. “And now my head hurts”. Adagio was rubbing her forehead as though that was soothing the pain.
“You need to press these buttons like this in this order”, Sunset showed Adagio on her controller. She just simply looked down at hers and back at Sunset and sighed.
Rarity and Fluttershy watched the four girls playing their video game. As she was watching Fluttershy was also writing in her note journal new songs that she hoped to play in the band once they were done. When she thought they need to be looked at she would then hand it to Rarity to look over which she did several times. Rarity though noticed Pinkie was on her laptop this whole time watching videos and laughing. She was giggling up a storm.
“Pinkie dear what is so funny that you're watching?”, Rarity crept closer toward Pinkie to see what she was doing. Pinkie then turned to Rarity still giggling a bit.
“Those guys we're friends with at school have that video channel they mentioned and I watched a couple of their videos their really funny”, she then turned back to her laptop skimming through the video list.
Rarity looked on with Pinkie smiling a little, then laughing a bit at some parts here and there. “Well the way they act doesn't changed from how they are at school”, Rarity continued watching with Pinkie.
All of this finally caught Adagio’s attention she turned to Pinkie ignoring the game she was playing. “What did you say?”, Adagio said as she dropped her controller. Couple moments later Sunset dropped her controller as she flung her arms up in the air in frustration at that moment since she lost to Rainbow and Applejack with no help from Adagio.
“Is that the YouTube thing that Skully guy was trying to explain to Sonata?”, Aria finally looked up from the magazine.
“The what tube thing?”, Sonata said with a confused look doing a couple double takes.
Aria rolled her eyes, “never mind I’m not even going to bother”.
Pinkie looked at Adagio smiling, “want to watch with me?”.
Adagio nodded, “sure why not ”.
The rest of the girls continued doing things together. Fluttershy was still writing in her journal while Aria and Sonata took turns being on Sunset Shimmer team on the game. Even though she didn’t admit it, Aria was enjoying the fighting videogame. Soon though everyone was beginning to notice Pinkie, Rarity and Adagio were all giggling together at what they we're watching. Before they even knew it everyone and the sleepover gathered around to watch the funny videos till they went to bed.
The everyone woke up next morning had their breakfast and then deciding what to do. The whole weekend was still ahead of them so they had plenty of time. Throwing ideas around Rarity thought the mall was a good idea. Everyone agreed and the girls got themselves ready and headed out to the mall. Once the they finally made to it the mall parking lot they began deciding on where to shop first.
“Aria needs more clothes anyways all she has is punkish clothes”, Sonata said as they approached the mall doors. Aria shot her a glare but Sonata continued smiling.
“Well I think it's a great idea for ya’ll to get new clothes lil change of style maybe?”, Applejack said giving Aria a smile. Aria brushed off the suggestion as they filed into the mall.
Everyone one had I idea of where to start and began pointing out which store to begin shopping at…..especially for Aria. As the girls walked glancing at different stores Adagio noticed a store that seemed familiar it her. She stopped to stare at the sign as she pondered why it’s name caught her attention. The rest of the group back tracked to Adagio to look at the sign as well.
“Oh oh oh this is ah ah…...umm?”, Sonata was blabbering nonsense jumping up and down and snapping her fingers trying to find the words. Aria stood next to Sonata smiling and put her hand on her shoulder as though pulling her back down to the floor before she flew away.
“It's video game store Sonata”, Aria said sarcastically patting her on the back, “But at least you tried that's what counts”.
Sonata stuck her tongue out jokingly at Aria. Pinkie looked at the sign for a bit then her eyes widened, “This is the one the guys go too” Pinkie said smiling. Adagio realized she was right then nodded “Ha!...That’s why it seemed so familiar!”, She said turning to Sunset who was giving her a smile as she said “I’m sure that's why it's so familiar”.
Rainbow Dash tilted her head giving a odd look to Pinkie. “The guys….what are you talking about?”, Rainbow said scratching the back of her head.
Before Pinkie, Adagio, Sonata or anyone could speak, a voice rang out from the store that got all the girls attention. As they walked into the game store they saw the cashier covering face as they saw games being tossed around the store. Then they heard the voice again.
“Oh nevermind…”, Rainbow Dash said as she saw where it was coming from.
“You know I honestly don't care….I mean….I’m super upset but I don't care”, they saw a very flustered Goldie walking from aisle to aisle picking up a game of the shelf looking at it for a second then tossing it in the air while a very tired and aggravated Skully followed close behind him catching the tossed games.
“Oh I couldn't tell Goldie that you didn't care”, Skully said with a groan catching another game Goldie briefly looked at then tossed.” It never occurred to me”.
Fluttershy saw the upset cashier and broke from the group of girls to talk to the cashier feeling bad for him. That didn’t last long when she saw the cute pet games and quickly got distracted.
Rarity looked at Sunset and Adagio folding her arms, “Well this looks like a quite the mess” Rarity said looking at Goldie shifting between the aisles. “I do wonder whats got him acting like this though”, Rarity said fixing her hair as she watched the two boys.
“Well Umbro moved outa town and he never told us he just booked it”, Tucker said standing next to Rarity.
Rarity let out small screech from not realizing Tucker was next to her the whole time. Rainbow Dash wandered around the action games section before turning to her friends and Tucker.
“So how long this blow up gonna last?”, Rainbow said before turning back to picking out a game she liked.
Tucker smiled then reached into his pocket pulling out a coin. He then lifted the coin in the air held between two of his fingers and faced Goldie before flicking it straight at him. The coin struck Goldie in the back of the head immediately stopping his rant. Walking out of the aisle, Goldie looked around for the person who hit him. His face went from flustered to pale though the minute he saw the girls from school.
Aria looked at Tucker smiling grimly, “Well that worked I should try that sometime”. Tucker laughed, “Yeah but sometimes it takes a bit more then that” Tucker remarked.
Skully then slowly followed behind Goldie wondering what was going on and where he was going. “Hey Goldie are you gonna pick a game or you gonna have your thumb….oh!”, Skully stopped as well when he saw the girls.
“Hey Skully, hey Goldie!”, Sunset said waving. “What you boys up too?”.
“Nothing besides listening to Goldie's whining”, Skully said jokingly when he knew Goldie was staring him down.
“By the way what were you gonna say Skully?”, Goldie said still staring him down.
“Eh...Nothing…”, Skully said rolling his eyes chuckling.
Goldie just ignored him since he knew what he was going to say. Goldie then looked and Sunset and her friends, “Anyways what are you girls up to then?”. Goldie said this while looking at his phone real quick then handing to Skully who took a glance at whatever was on his screen. Skully gave him a thumbs up.
Sunset smiled. “Well we were clothes shopping for Aria but we're gonna get cute clothes for Adagio now”,Adagio’s face was blushing pink as Sunset was saying this. Adagio knew why she was announcing and it only made her blush even more. She felt as though she wanted to hid her face.
“If you want Goldie you and your friends can walk with us”. Sunset looked at Adagio whose face went from a bit pink to now a tomato red.
Goldie was dumbstruck by this. He didn’t feel he had time to respond so he turned to Skully hoping for backup or some excuse like he's too busy. Only all Skully was giving him a evil like grin. “Yeah I’m sorta busy how about Goldie you just go hang with them me and Tucker will catch up”.
Goldie gave him a face of that clearly said “I am so disappointed in you”. Goldie sighed and looked at the girls then looked at Skully and Tucker. Goldie nodded then began walking with the group of girls out of the game store but he didn’t get far. A single arm swiftly wrapped around Goldies neck as he was quickly put into a headlock by Tucker.
The girls were a little scared by this thinking they were going to fight. Goldie just stood there calmly though as though it was no big deal.
“Bro I thought we were getting food though”, Tucker said looking at Goldie as he held him in the headlock like a football.
Everyone ended up in the food court the group of girls were sitting across from Goldie, Tucker and Skully. As everyone was eating no one said a word. It was all quiet at the table Adagio though she kept taking quick glances at Goldie. Sunset was giggling to herself as she noticed this.
Suddenly, “Slam!” Gnome dropped a large bag of different computer parts on the boys end of the table with Gnome slowly sliding into one of the chairs.
“Welcome back you got everything you need dude", Goldie said to Gnome. He slowly tilted his head slowly to face him nodding he looked extremely tired.
“We got everything he should be up and running with a gaming computer again soon”, Dahblunt said walking up to the table too with another bag.
The girls waved hello to Dahblunt and Gnome. “Wow you got a lot of things”. Pinkie said pulling a box out of one of the bags, “Graphics card….very nifty”. Pinkie said smiling then putting the box back after reading the contents.
“Hey...I know you guys!”, A voice said from a couple tables down. They voice came from guy who was walking to the table and waving. The guy was Flash Sentry and he was accompanied by two of his band members. “You guys are new to Canterlot High right?”, Flash said pointing to Goldie and his friends. The five boys nodded and introduced themselves.
Then one of Sentry’s band members looked at Adagio and the other two Dazzlings with a ugly look of disgust. “So why are you hanging with these three”, the guy said pointing at the Dazzlings. Those words fell hard and Adagio lowered her head in embarrassment while Aria was clearly upset as she hid her face with her hands. Sonata though was on the verge of tears.
“Dude that's not even cool let it go”, Sentry said to his friend putting an arm in front of him. “I'm just letting the new guys know these three evil girls tried taking over our school and the world with their magic”, Sentry's friend continued.
Sonata was now silently sobbing and Adagio was now tearing up too the entire battle of the bands was flashing through her head. Goldie looked at his friends as the guy explained everything. Goldie then looked at the Flash Sentry’s friend with a serious face.
“Look if I continued to let people tell me what I should think of people I probably be the biggest jerk in the world”, Goldie said giving the guy a dirty look.
“You already have that title Goldie...you need a new goal”, Skully said laughing. Goldie started laughing too before quickly looking at Adagio now also with a serious face. Adagio felt like her heart was trembling Goldie wasn't even joking anymore zero happiness on his face. The girls frowned as they knew what was going to happen next. Goldie and now his friends who have been so night too Adagio, Aria and Sonata were going to hate them to then end.
“Adagio…..I only have one thing to say”, Goldie said tapping his finger on the table. Adagio braced herself for mean and hateful comments.
“You taking applications for taking over the world sounds like a blast”. Every single one of the girls mouths dropped. Skully burst out laughing uncontrollably slamming his head on the table. Gnome and Dahblunt almost fell out of their chairs laughing as well. Tucker raised his hand with a completely straight face, “I call shotgun on being second in charge of world domination”.
