Nude at the Gala
Rarity had been having a good time at the Gala until The Smooze attacked her, covering herself in gunk. After managing to get inside the ballroom, she tried to get it off without resorting to removing her dress. That is, of course, until Discord had to go and use the vacuum to suck up the gunk, and her dress. She had, unfortunately enough, decided to go commando for this event, and thus round up completely naked, except for her shoes. Quickly covering herself, one arm over her breasts with the other on her groin, she tried to move away without uncovering herself. That was, however, proving to be difficult.
She had to make a choice: Keep shuffling away and possibly get caught, or make a break for cover by uncovering herself. The longer she thought, the easier she'd be spotted, so she decided to just make a break for cover, dashing to the nearest room. Unfortunately, she was spotted by AJ and Rainbow, who quickly covered their sisters' eyes.
"Where's she streakin' off to? And why is she streakin'?" AJ asked Dash curiously as Apple Bloom struggled with AJ's hand.
Dash shrugged. "Who knows? Maybe she had too much to drink? I mean, that's something she'd do." She answered as Scootaloo was similarly struggling.
Meanwhile, Rarity had found cover in an adjacent room and now needed to find her spare dress. She knew that if anypony caught her, she'd be in big trouble. Yet the prospect was getting her wet, not that she noticed. Dashing from pillar to pillar, she barely evaded the eyes of the guard as she went to where the spare dresses were kept. Seeing the room in front of her, she made a dash for it, but her hopes were crumbled when she was caught in a magic field of one Shining Armor, who looked miffed.
"Rarity? Why are you streaking through the halls? Where's your dress?" He asked, averting his eyes.
Rarity, caught in the magic field, couldn't cover herself as she blushed. "Discord stole it when he tried to clean me up after his date covered me in gunk. I needed to get to my spare dress, but it was kept here." She answered, tears coming to her eyes as she felt like she was being humiliated.
Shining sighed. "Come on, then. We need to get you dressed before the royal guard come. I can explain to Cadance why I'm taking so long." He cancelled the magic and helped her into the room, closing it behind her and standing guard.
Back at the Gala, AJ and Dash had let their sisters go and were talking amongst themselves. "You think Discord was behind this?" AJ asked.
"Well, who else who be brazen enough to strip a girl of her dress. He doesn't do it to Fluttershy because he values their friendship, or something." Dash frowned as she spoke. "Still, if it was him, we need to let Fluttershy know. She can keep him in line."
AJ nods in agreement. "True, but we shouldn't tell her without proof. That'll only get her mad at us. And we don't want that."
"Yeah. Her Stare is nasty." Dash agreed and went off to find proof of Discord's involvement.
Rarity, meanwhile had found her spare dress and put it on, now back at the ballroom to mingle once again. She sees Dash looking around and approaches her. "Rainbow Dash, what are you looking for?" She asks.
Rainbow looks up and smiled at seeing Rarity in a dress. "I'm trying to find evidence that Discord stripped you so AJ and I can tell Fluttershy. She'll set him straight." She answered.
Rarity blushes. "Oh, really? You, uh, saw me?" She asked.
"Yeah. Streaking down the ballroom like that. You're lucky no one else did." Rainbow said. "A stunt like that could get you banned."
Rarity chuckled nervously. "Yes, well, could my word on the event be enough?" Rarity questioned, wanting Discord to get disciplined.
Dash thinks for a bit. "It should be. Let's go see Fluttershy." Dash pulls Rarity along as she ran to Fluttershy's table as she spoke to Tree Hugger and spent most of the night trying to get Fluttershy's attention. It was only after The Smooze flooded the ballroom that she was alerted that anything was wrong. After Tree Hugger calmed The Smooze down and was almost sent to another dimension, she disciplined Discord for his actions at the Gala. The rest of the night was calm after Rarity explained what Discord did to her, leading to him apologizing and producing a now clean dress. The rest of the night went off without a hitch. and after, the group retired to their rooms to sleep.
The next day, the guests were all packing up to head to their homes. Rarity was trying to forget her experience as she was dressed in a normal blouse, skirt and high heels. She was meeting the others at the train station and was the last one to get ready as she finished making the bed. After that, she grabbed her things and made her way to the train station, where the others were waiting.
Dash glared as she saw her. "Finally! We were waiting for hours!"
Twilight shushed Dash and looked at Rarity. "I'm sorry for not stopping Discord myself. But Celestia enjoyed it. She just didn't want to speak up and embarrass you further. Plus, that would alert the others."
Rarity paled at first before calming down. "Princess Celestia didn't mind?"
Twilight shook her head. "Though she did have to stop Luna from emulating you. Enough about that, though. We should get our tickets and get on board. Otherwise, the train could leave without us." The others nod and they all buy tickets, the CMC getting child tickets, and they board the train for Ponyville.
