“Hello sister, you've got that look again.” Luna said ti Celestia.

“What look?” Celestia asked with a grin.

“You have an Idea, and it's a juicy one. They always are.” Luna replied.

“You're not going to hear it, it's my own Idea.” Celestia said.

“Oh come on Tia, you never let me in on them.” Luna pouted.

“Oh hush.” Celestia said with a smile as she levitated parchment and a quill.

“What're you doing?” Luna asked.

“Inviting the Elements over. Even if I wasn't planning something, we never get to see them and they are as much friends as subjects.” Celestia said.

“Oh...um...all of them?” Luna asked shyly.

“Yes, they are your friends too.” Celestia said as she sent the letter.

“Yeah...I guess you're right...will you at least give me a hint?” Luna said, switching the topic mid sentence.

“Oh fine. I've gotten bored, and Hearts and Hooves day is near and none of them have anypony special.” Celestia said and left the room.
---
the next day, the six friends and Luna were enjoying a party Pinkie had somehow setup without Celestia' knowledge.

'Now...the fun begins! Let the love games begin!' Celestia thought to herself as she studied the six friends. Last night she had gone through all of the friendship reports to get more than just a basic feel for the ponies' preferences.

'Now...let's start with Applejack. She's strong, honest and a hard worker. Good matches would be either Rainbow Dash or Rarity. Both work exceedingly hard, though the scales tip towards Rarity because Applejack is always annoyed at Rainbow Dash's boasting and egotistical behavior. This is flawed, however, by the fact that Rarity and Applejack are quite different, but as of now they are the best pairing.' Celestia thought as she examined the three ponies in question closely.

'Next is Rarity. She's a hard worker and exceedingly generous, though is a bit too immersed into her line of work. Possible matches include Applejack and Fluttershy, though from Twilight's reports she thinks of Fluttershy as a sister now so that leaves the best possible pairing as Applejack.' She continued in her head.

'Then there's Rainbow Dash. Possible pairings could be any of the others except Rarity. Thinking about it, Twilight wouldn't be a good match either. Dash can't sit still for a second. This leaves Pinkie and Applejack. Going on to the next Pony, Pinkie, I can conclude that Dash and Pinkie are best suited towards each other. Both are full of energy, they can keep up with each other and they can easily put up with each other.' she thought, looking over the laughing pink pony hanging from the chandelier.

'Now, that leaves Fluttershy and Twilight. They seem like a good match, but I just don't see it happening. We'll start with Fluttershy. She's kind, very caring, extremely shy and sometimes not up to speed on current events. She worries too much about fitting in with her friends...hey that sounds a lot like...' she thought, looking at Luna as she shyly chatted with the group.

'Oh my Luna, Fluttershy seems a perfect match for you....you could never offend her due to ignorance and she will always care for you...that one will be tricky.' she thought with a smile.

'Now all that leaves is Twilight...I just don't see any of the others with her...let's see...she's smart- exceedingly so- and she cares about all of her friends, no matter how insignificant they think they are. She's a magical genius and wields enough power to vanquish the villains of our time...twice. Hmm...this is a tough one...she would make an excellent leader, it must be why the others look up to her as such.' she continued thinking.

'in their hooves, I would definitely follow her to the ends of Equestria...and in that case' she started in her mind, not able to control her own thoughts. 'I'd be hoping to get paired with her in this sort of Love game.' she finished her thought.

She shook her head at the thought, but her face gained a small tint of red as she thought more of it.

'I...it makes sense...Well Tia, looks like you and Twilight fit together as perfect as any of the others...now the question is, do you want it to fit?' she asked herself.
---
“What's wrong Twi'?” Applejack asked.

“Oh...um...you notice the Princess looks really deep in thought...she also looks...I dunno...Flustered?” Twilight explained. Applejack looked at the Princess for a good thirty seconds before she turned back to Twilight.

“Ah don' know what yer talkin' about. She does seem a bit Distracted, but I don't see any Deep thought processes 'er whatever...and she sure as hay aint Flustered...” Applejack said.

“Really? Look...she's got her jaw a bit slanted and she's not looking directly at anything. And her Mane is flowing faster than normal, that's the equivalent to a blush for her.” Twilight explained.

“How in the Hay can yuh notice all that? And how does that mean all of that stuff?” Applejack asked, surprised.

“Well, when she's deep in thought her eyes become unfocused but still looks like she's paying attention...her jaw is slanted too, that's when she's REALLY deep in thought...and normally her mane looks like it's in a tiny breeze, but it looks like a windy day now.” Twilight said.

“But exactly how could yuh notice all that? You been starin' at her or somethin'?” Applejack asked. Twilights face went red and she stammered.

“N-no of course not! I just noticed it...I dunno, I guess I just learned to notice these things... can you keep a secret?” Twilight asked.

“Sure Sugar.” Applejack replied.

“Well...I've known for a long, Long time that I've loved Princess Celestia...but it was just like the love of a friend or the love of a mother or something like that.” Twilight said.

“Ah get that. Wait, are yuh sayin' it's startin' to turn into a Different love?” Applejack asked.

“I'm not saying it's starting...it's already happened and I don't know what to do about it...” Twilight said, her ears drooping.

“Well yuh Might wanna keep that to yerself fer the moment, she's comin' over here.” Applejack said and pointed to where Celestia was approaching.

“Excuse me Applejack, if you weren't in the middle of something I'd like to borrow Twilight for a moment?” the Princess asked.

“GO ahead, we just finished what we wus talkin' about.” Applejack said and joined the others.
---
“What is it princess?” Twilight asked when Celestia took her to where she was sitting earlier.

“I'm going to let you in on a little secret. I got bored just now and decided to play a little mental Matchmaker game with all of you.” Celestia said with a grin.

“Oh really? I do that sometimes too...” Twilight replied.

“Great, out of those six, who do you think goes together the best?” Celestia asked.

“You can't figure it out?” Twilight asked.

“Oh I did already, I just want a little bit of solidity in my assumptions.” Celestia explained.

“Ok then...hm...I'm assuming you already know all of their traits and stuff * nod * so I'll just get right to it...I can see Dash and Pinkie- almost too easily-...AJ and Rarity...hm...Fluttershy...that would leave me and her, but I don't see it...wait a minute, she seems to get along really well with your sister...” Twilight said, thinking for a moment.

“I had come to the same conclusions.” Celestia said.

“Then that would leave me...did you think of a good match for me?” Twilight asked curiously.

“Perhaps...” Celestia said a bit hesitantly.

“I'll figure it out myself then...hm...you wouldn't know anypony from Ponyville besides us six on such a personal level...so that means they're in Canterlot...I was never particularly close to any of my class mates...and I was isolated from your other students...” Twilight began listing off.

“That means...hm...this is a tough one...can you give me a hint?” Twilight lied, she thought of Celestia right away, but didn't know how the Princess would react.

“She's in this room.” Celestia said.

“Really?...but I don't see...anypony...else...wait...” Twilight said. She couldn't believe it, was the Princess saying she had matched her to Celestia as well?

“It seems that you and I are a perfect Fit.” Celestia said with an awkward smile.

“A-apparently...this is all...just a game...right?” Twilight asked.

“It was...I got so into it though I decided I wanted to make it all happen...” Celestia replied, finishing softly.

“Wait...are you saying...you and I?” Twilight started.

“I don't know...perhaps?...no that's not a good answer...I don't even know what to think about this...” Celestia said, rubbing the bridge of her nose.

“Well. um...why don't we try it? I mean it can't hurt. I-if feelings start to grow then they start to grow..if not, it would be a learning experience right?” Twilight suggested.

“That's my Twilight...always trying to make things educational...Alright, but let's start with one of the others while I think of what to do with you.” Celestia said mischievously. 'Oh this will be fun!' she thought as Twilight kind of awkwardly laughed.

“Um...I've read a lot of books about ponies doing stuff like this...we have to uh...create situations where they would think of each other romantically...” Twilight said.

“I was just thinking of a rather devious way to do that...Care to hear?” Celestia said. Twilight nodded.

“I was originally going to make this an overnight, I never get to see any of you, and give you all rooms. But I can say we're a bit short on space and say we only have two rooms presentable.” Celestia said.

“So it'd be three to a room?” Twilight asked, confused.

“No silly, Lu and I are involved in this too. Fluttershy would share with Luna, My sister is too kind to refuse, and you would share my bed. That last part I had already intended, I missed when you were little and did that. But now it's a bit Different.” Celestia said with a grin.

“This seems kinda unfair that you're telling me all of this...If you want to do this leave me outa the planning...” Twilight said after a few moments. In all honesty she wanted to get her friends together, but she couldn't stand to hear everything Celestia had 'planned for her'.

“Fair enough...I'll make the announcement now.” she said and got the others' attention.

“Sorry to interrupt, but it's getting exceedingly late and I invite you all to stay here for the night. Unfortuanately there are only two rooms able to be slept in, so everypony will need to share. I'll be sharing my own bed tonight, Luna you should too...the rooms are a bit cramped.” Celestia said.

“Well...Ah'm sorry Pinkie but Ahm mighty tired, and yuh'd just keep me up...” Applejack said.

“That's ok! I wanna share with Dashie anyways! She's the only one that will stay up with me!” Pinkie exclaimed.

“Well Applejack, I guess that leaves the two of us...I'd rather go straight to sleep as well.” Rarity said.

“Um...What about me?” Fluttershy asked.

“Hm...Well darling, I suppose you could room with Applejack and I.” Rarity said.

“Ah don' mind.” Applejack agreed.

“Don't be silly, Tia said we should share my quarters and we won't let you be overcrowded. You can sleep with us, it is no trouble at all.” Luna said.

“Us?” Fluttershy asked.

“Oh, W-...I apologize...I sometimes slip into the old speak.” Luna said.

“Oh...um...ok.” Fluttershy said shyly.

“Goodnight my little ponies, have pleasant dreams.” Celestia said.
---
Celestia arose from her bed, not disturbing the Lavender Unicorn next to her. She used a stealth teleport to enter the room of Pinkie and Dash. She was going to think of some way to put them in an embarrassing position, but they were already tangled up with each other on the floor.

“It appears they fell asleep while playing like little foals...hm...” Celestia said to herself. She used her magic to move them onto the bed, and with a grin, pushed their muzzles together ever so slightly.

Now she was in the room where Applejack and Rarity slept. Unlike the two before, they were both on the bed with their backs to each other. Celestia smiled as she thought of how to position these two.

After a moment of thought she levitated Rarity a bit and turned Applejack around, then set Rarity so that her head was on Applejack's chest, right under her chin. She then wrapped Applejack's forelegs around Rarity.

Now she was in her sister's room. She noticed that Fluttershy was hardly on the bed at all. She must have needed a lot of coaxing to get onto it. She grinned deviously, this one would me amusing.

She lightly picked Fluttershy up and placed her right in front of Luna. Then she positioned Luna in a way so that she was curled around the ball of Fluttershy and wrapper their forelegs around each other. She grinned and suppressed a giggle at the thought of them waking up. She placed a spell in each of the rooms so that they would implant a memory of each of their wakings in her mind.

She suppressed a yawn as she returned to her room. She noticed Twilight was still sleeping. She thought a moment and decided she wasn't exempt from her own game. She curled up with Twilight as she snuggled into her covers. She looked down at the dozing Unicorn, who had a joy filed small smile on her face. Celestia couldn't help it, she kissed the Unicorn on the cheek before settling down and falling asleep. She awoke with a grin as her spying spells activated one after another.
---
Dash and Pinkie woke up at the same time. Dash's eyes widened as she realized she was practically Kissing Pinkie.

“Whoa, did we fall asleep like this?” Pinkie asked when they reared their heads back.

“Eh I guess so.” Dash said as she looked down to see they were holding each other.

“Hm...this is kinda nice! I don't wanna get up yet, it's still like five in the morning and I'm not normally up until ten on a weekend like this!” Pinkie said.

“Same here.” Dash said.

“Well then nighty nite!” Pinkie said and snuggled into Rainbow's chest.

“Heh...uh...sure.” Dash said unsurely. “Eh what the hay.” she said to herself and let herself fall asleep with Pinkie.
---
Rarity woke up extremely comfortable. It was warm, and her pillow was moving. She opened her eyes slowly and noticed her pillow was orange-brown.

“Mornin' Sugar cube. Enjoy yer sleep?” Applejack asked in a joking matter.

“A-Applejack?!” Rarity exclaimed, nearly falling off of the bed.

“Well gee if yuh didn't think ah was comfortable yuh could just say.” Applejack said with a smirk.

Rarity was confused, how was Applejack not embarrassed they had woken up in such a...suggestive...pose?

“Before yuh ask, Ah had a feelin' somethin' like this would happen. Yuh seem like thuh kinda Mare that cuddles in her sleep.” Applejack said with a yawn and a stretch. “So Ah wasn't too surprised.” she continued.

“How in Equestria did you come up with that?” Rarity asked.

“Well yer always goin' on and complainin' an unfamiliar bed would be uncomfortable. Plus Sweetie Belle told me yuh used to have a stuffed animal friend.” Applejack stated.

“...Whatever...” Rarity said. “Why didn't you wake me?” she continued.

“Well, first of all Ah'm not gonna be rude an' wake a friend up jus' cuz uh that...and uh...you looked so...uh...cute...” Applejack said, the last word coming out so low Rarity didn't hear it.

“Come again?” Rarity asked.

“...Eh...Yuh looked pretty Darn cute, Ah won't lie.” Applejack said with a sigh.

“...oh...” Rarity replied, not sure of what to think of this new development.
---
Luna awoke when she heard what sounded like a squeak. She remembered that Fluttershy was sharing her bed, so she shook her head and looked for the shy pegasus. She found her wrapped in her forelegs.

“Fluttershy? What's wrong did I hurt you?” Luna asked.

“N-n-no...um...i-i just g-got a little scared.” Fluttershy replied.

“Whatever for?” Luna asked. At this point, she realized just why Fluttershy may have been scared. They were extremely close, she was wrapped around the Mare. It was rather...intimate. Her cheeks went red as Fluttershy spoke.

“U-um...well...I was afraid i-if you woke up with me c-cuddled up to you...you w-would be mad at m-me...” Fluttershy said so softly Luna strained to hear her.

“Is that it? Fluttershy, I believe I could safely call you my best friend...you have been so kind to me, I don't think you could anger me so easily...besides, it was kind of...nice.” Luna said, finishing softly with a blush.

Fluttershy's face went red as well.

“U-um...I g-guess it kind of is...” Fluttershy said.

“You don't have to be so shy around me Fluttershy, I want you to think of me as good a friend as the others.” Luna said, hugging the shy pegasus closer. Both of their faces lit up after a moment and they got up from the bed.
---
Twilight woke up very comfortably. She wasn't surprised when she woke up right next to Celestia, that was where she had fallen asleep, but she was surprised that the Princess was wrapped around her.

“Good morning Twilight.” Celestia said into her ear.

“Good morning Princess...” Twilight said awkwardly, looking up at the smirked face of the Princess.

“Comfy?” Celestia asked.

“Yes I am.” Twilight said, cuddling up to Celestia's chest with a giggle.

“You're taking this rather well.” Celestia said with a giggle of her own.

“What? I see it as an excuse to finally spend some time with you, among other reasons.” Twilight said.

“I'd say that's a good excuse. Wanna see how the others did?” Celestia asked.

“Huh?”

“Oh I went around and made some...preparations.” Celestia said deviously.

“Sure.” Twilight replied. Celestia put her horn on Twilight's, linking their minds long enough to pass the memories of last night and the spying spells. They both shuddered at the contact, and both of their faces lit up at the sensation.

Twilight giggled at the memories. She eyes Celestia when she saw what happened to her last night, but decided not to speak of it. Through the memory, she felt the emotions and sensations of the Princess and was startled to find the Princess was enjoying her part of the game.

“You can sleep longer if you wish, Everypony else, besides Pinkie and Rainbow Dash, are rising and I'd be a bad host if I left them alone.” Celestia said, rising. Twilight felt the sudden urge of deviousness the Princess had felt, and before she could stop herself she said something.

“Well you'd be a bad Lover if you left me alone.” she said slyly, and instantly clapped a hoof to her mouth. Celestia looked at her funny, and then they both broke out into laughter.

“Oh this is going to be fun!” Celestia stated.

“Maybe it is.” Twilight replied. Celestia chuckled and left the room and decided she could use a few more minutes of sleep.

“Oh! Princess Celestia!” Rarity said, startled by the sudden appearance of the princess in the dining room she and Applejack were sitting at.

“Hello my little ponies, sleep well?” Celestia asked as a pony brought her coffee.

“Yes we did, thank yuh very much.” Applejack replied swiftly.

“Good. So what were you doing to pass the time?” Celestia asked.

“Oh we were just chatting about rudimentary things.” Rarity replied. Celestia caught the slight blush on her white cheeks, but pretended not to.

“Well nothing is rudimentary when it comes to friends, my duties do not officially start for an hour or so so I have time.” Celestia said with a smile.

“Um...I don't know...I guess it wasn't really that unimportant...” Rarity said softly.

“She might be able tuh help...” Applejack suggested.

“...Fine. Princess, Applejack and I were discussing a more...personal matter. We think we might have feelings for each other that far exceed friendship.” Rarity explained. Celestia smiled and tried her hardest not to let it become a grin.

“Oh that is wonderful! You two make such a perfect pair! I don't think I understand the problem. If you think you have these feelings then experiment with them. And by the way, Love isn't that far off from true friendship. The only difference is that love is a tad higher on a personal level.” Celestia explained.

“Really? Yuh think we'd work out?” Applejack asked.

“Of course. You two are some of the best friends I've seen, rivaled only by the others. Some times your best friend can be an even better lover. Be bold, enjoy your lives. Hearts and hooves day is nearing.” Celestia said, her smile breaking into a grin.

“You make an excellent point...I guess we can at least try.” Rarity said.

“That's the spirit.” Celestia said with a giggle.

“Well Yer Majesty, we already ate so Yuh can enjoy yer meal. We have some things tuh work out.” Applejack said as Celestia's usual breakfast was brought out. Celestia nodded and the two left.

Halfway through her breakfast, Celestia was surprised by somepony taking a seat next to her. Her surprise turned to happiness as said somepony wrapped her forelegs around her in a hug.

“Hello Twilight, enjoy your extra sleep?” Celestia asked.

“I did...and I had a strange dream.” the Lavender unicorn replied as she stole an apple slice from Celestia's fruit salad.

“Oh? Strange as in strange strange? Or strange as in relevant to last night strange.” Celestia asked.

“Strange as in super relevant to last night...” Twilight replied.

“Oh pray tell!” Celestia exclaimed, lightly clapping her fore hooves together.

“Well...it wasn't anything exciting...or bad...or anything for that matter...we were just sitting in the observation tower watching the sunset...but it was closer than that...I don't really know how to explain it...” Twilight tried to explain.

“I think I might understand.” Celestia said with a smile. Twilight looked up to her expectantly, but received a very unexpected answer. A kiss, full on the mouth. “You're falling in love.” She whispered.

Twilight shivered at the whispered voice and the unexpected kiss. Her mind had gone blank. Well, mostly.

“Y-you...I...Does this mean?” she stammered.

“I don't know, what could it mean?” Celestia asked with feigned confusion.

“...does this mean...you love me?...like...in that way?” Twilight whispered. Celestia grinned and nodded.

“...well then you're wrong...” Twilight said.

“Huh? About what?” Celestia asked, this time genuinely confused.

“you said I'm falling in love...to be perfectly honest...that time has passed and gone long ago...” Twilight said, leaning into Celestia. “The dream just made me more sure of it.” she continued. Celestia looked down at her, and this time she met the Alicorn halfway with the kiss.

Literally the second they resumed eating, Fluttershy and Luna appeared.

“Good morning Luna, you're up early.” Celestia said.

“Oh, I guess so.” Luna replied.

“Oh..um...I didn't wake you up early did I?” Fluttershy asked, worried she was harming the princess.

“Oh don't worry Fluttershy, you did nothing wrong.” Luna assured the shy mare.

“Well I have acquired a bit of a vacation until after Hearts and Hooves day, courtesy of my assistant.” Celestia said as she rose from her seat.

“What do you mean?” Twilight asked.

“Oh, Shining Sun somehow arranged things so that I wouldn't be needed for a few days...No idea how she did it, I've been trying to get a vacation for years...” Celestia replied.

“Well enjoy it. I don't know how tiring all of your duties are, but just the way you're always exhausted tells me a vacation is much needed.” Luna said.

“Wait you don't have any royal duties?” Twilight asked Luna.

“No not really. I have taken back my duty to Raise the moon again, and I occasionally help Tia with some of her duties but the system has yet to even try to give me an important role in the politics. Frankly I don't think I want it, I still only barely understand any of it.” Luna explained.

“That would be my doing. I make it clear I am capable of continuing the duties I have had alone and tell them that you'll do it when you're ready, but it won't be for a bit.” Celestia said.

“Well then I'd have to thank you...but enough wasting your valuable free time here bantering, go enjoy your vacation.” Luna said and quite literally pushed Celestia out of the dining hall.
---
“That was...odd.” Twilight commented as she followed Celestia.

“Maybe a little bit. But let's take her advice.” Celestia said.

“What should we do?” Twilight asked.

“Well last time I had free time, and I wasn't in Ponyville visiting you, I went to a few shows.” Celestia said, putting a hoof to her chin in thought.

“On our way over we heard one of the drivers talking about a really popular music performance at the Sun and Moon theater today. I think he said it was at noon” Twilight suggested.

“That sounds wonderful, we have a few hours until Noon though, let's go see if we can get tickets and then think of something we can do to pass the time.” Celestia said.

“I think they'd let you in even if you came without warning.” Twilight said with a laugh.

“Hm...you're right...I'd rather not exploit my role, nor would I want special treatment or unnecessary attention. Oh! I know!” Celestia said and her horn glowed gold and she changed. Celestia had shrunk down to just a bit taller than Twilight, her cutie mark was different than what it normally was and her mane and tail no longer flowed. In fact, they were a soft pink instead of their normal rainbow coloring. Most pronounced though, was the lack of wings. She looked a lot like a Mare she remembered was named Fluer de lis, but much less fancy.

“Wow...” Twilight said.

“Well, how do I look?” Celestia asked with a smile, even her voice was a bit different. It went up a pitch or two.

“Amazing...I wouldn't believe you were really princess Celestia if I didn't know you so well and you just walked up to me on the street...” Twilight said.

“Good. Shall we?” Celestia asked.

“We shall.” Twilight replied with a smile. Celestia giggled and they walked side by side. Once they left the palace and were in the city of Canterlot, Celestia was genuinely happy she could walk around without ponies gawking or bowing left and right. They quickly found themselves in front of the theater.

“Can I help you?” the Mare in the booth asked.

“Yes, is the Noon show filled?” Twilight asked.

“Uhm, the Opposites Attract duet?” the Mare asked.

“That's the one.” Twilight replied.

“Let me see...” she said and flipped through a booklet. “Yeah, there's some spots left. So that's the Noon showing for two?” she asked.

“Yes please.” Twilight replied and took out a bag of bits. She paid for the tickets and put them in her saddlebag.

“Hey you're Twilight Sparkle aren't you?” the Mare asked, a twinkle in her eyes.

“Um yeah, do I know you?” Twilight asked with a smile.

“No no, I just had to ask. It's so nice to meet you! Everypony is always talking about the amazing feats you and the elements of harmony have done!” the Mare exclaimed.

“Really? I wouldn't really call them 'amazing feats'...” Twilight said, backing away slightly shyly.

“I hear you got rid of an Ursa Minor all by yourself and faced down a Hyrda just help a friend. If that's not amazing I don't know what is” The mare said.

“Oh...um thank you, but really...I just do what I can.” Twilight responded.

“Sometimes, just doing what can be done deserves the most praise.” Celestia said with a smile.

“Oh I like that!” the Mare said.

“Well, we should probably get going...bye!” Twilight said and quickly snatched Celestia up and practically bolted straight away.

“What?” Twilight asked. They had slowed down to a leisurely walk, but Celestia had been laughing her flank off ever since they had left the Theater.

“You are the most adorable little Mare I know! You reminded me of how you said Fluttershy was when she was a model...” Celestia said. Twilight blushed at that, but shook her head.

“I don't like publicity. Praise is fine, but just a 'good job Twilight!' or 'Thanks for the help!' is fine...” Twilight said.

“I know the feeling...but I've grown used to it, putting up with it daily is something I need to be able to do...so, what do you want to do for the next two hours?” Celestia asked, the time currently being Ten in the morning.

“Well we just ate breakfast not too long ago...I don't really know what to do...I guess we can just walk around and talk until noon or until we think of something.” Twilight suggested.

“That sounds just fine.” Celestia responded. And so they wondered the streets until it came close to noon, they returned to the Theater ten minutes before it started. The Mare in the ticket booth waved, they waved back, and they entered.

“So you know who's preforming?” Celestia asked as they took seats.

“Um sorta. I know one of them, but not much more than a name and a “Oh hey there long time no see” when you see each other down the street thing.” Twilight replied. Celestia giggled at the explanation.

“Oh, looks like it's starting. I thought by one of them, you meant there were two or three ponies performing.” Celestia said as a gray earth pony walked out with a large Cello.

“I don't know, maybe Vinyl couldn't make it? We'll see.” Twilight said with a shrug.

The Mare introduced herself as Octavia and began to play. She played a nice classical tone that you'd expect at a fancy ball or something. She started to trail off in the middle of the song as a low rumbling signified the large speakers off to the side were slowly pounding out bass rumbles.

With a flash, Vinyl Scratch teleported behind the mix table and started one of her less wild songs, but it was still a perfect opposite to what Octavia was playing. After a track of that, Octavia started playing again. The two musicians clashed their music for what seemed like hours until slowly, but surely, the contrasting sounds melted together into one harmonic piece. When they finished, Octavia set her Cello down as Vinyl hopped down from the mix tables and they stood next to each other and bowed.

“Oh that was amazing! I just want to royally thank them, but I can't in front of all these ponies...” Celestia said giddily, looking around.

“Well then let's just walk up and 'royally thank them'.” Twilight said, pointing at the two as they began clearing up for the next show. It was relatively short, but it was still fifteen minutes long. Celestia facehooved for not thinking that.

“Hey Octy, couple of fans.” Vinyl said with a grin as the two approached.

“Oh, Hello.” Octavia said, turning around from where she was kneeling as Vinyl used her magic to sling the Cello onto her back.

“Hello, I must say I have never experienced music like that. It was amazing.” Celestia said with a smile.

“Thanks, it's a new thing we were testing out. Looks like it's a hit if we have fans coming up to us after the show.” Vinyl said.

“Terribly sorry, but we've got plans. Is there anything you wanted?” Octavia asked politely.

“Oh, well...to tell the truth, I wanted to officially thank you for such an enjoyable evening. I'm enjoying a day or two of vacation time with Twilight. I'm really Princess Celestia in disguise.” Celestia said.

Octavia clearly looked like she was about to laugh, but Vinyl looked at Celestia and then Twilight.

“Oh Hey Twilight...thought I recognized you. Long time no see eh?” Vinyl asked.

“I guess so.” Twilight replied with a giggle.

“Wait so...you're really...and you loved our?” Octavia stammered.

“Oh it's fine you don't have to worry about offending me. That's the point of a disguise, to not be recognized.” Celestia said with a giggle. Octavia sighed in relief.

Suddenly, what would have been said was interrupted as all four of their stomachs growled.

“Oh! That gave me an idea! You guys wanna come to lunch with us?” Vinyl asked.

“You're alright with that?” Twilight asked.

“It's a bit sudden but sure. We never have any company after a show. It'd be nice.” Octavia replied.

“Then we'd love to.” Celestia said with a smile.
---
“What's wrong? Just pretend I'm not Celestia, just a friend.” Celestia said when they ordered their meals and Vinyl and Octavia looked like they were in an awkward situation.

“Well...normally we wouldn't care...but uh, with Royalty here we don't want to cause offense...” Octavia said.

“What are you talking about? How can you cause offense, you invited us to lunch.” Celestia said, confused.

“Um...we're kinda dating.” Vinyl said. Celestia sighed.

“Then be together, I hate prejudice against any of my little ponies...Trust me when I say I will never take offense at anypony's romantic decisions.” Celestia said, winking at Twilight.

“Oh thank you.” Octavia said with relief and instantly scootched closer to Vinyl in the booth at the restaurant they were at. Vinyl, however, was watching the two carefully. She caught that wink, and she noticed how they were right up against each other just as she and Octavia were.

“Oh! I get it now!” Vinyl exclaimed right after their food came.

“Huh?” the other three said.

“You said your vacation is to spend time with Twilight! I thought it was because you're like her favorite student but I figured it out! You two are dating aren't you?!” Vinyl exclaimed, thankfully softly enough so that none of the other diners heard.

“Vinyl! How could you assume something like that of the princess out of the blue like that!” Octavia said to Vinyl.

“Well it all fits! They're as close as we are, I've been seeing little signs and everything.” Vinyl said, propping her head up with a hoof while shrugging.

“Don't worry Octavia, it's not offensive in the least. In fact, it's rather accurate.” Celestia said.

Octavia just blinked while Vinyl, on the other hand, did a hoof pump in victory.

“I had not planned on anypony but our closest friends to know, we're just trying it out and seeing where it goes...we didn't want to let it be known until we were absolutely sure.” Celestia said.

“That's how Octy and I started out a year or so back. We were like total opposites, we didn't get along...hell we still don't sometimes...but we just clicked I guess. After the first date we decided it was a serious emotion...after the first party...well...that's not something we should discuss in public, especially not with Royalty.” Vinyl explained, giggling at the end. Octavia glared at her for that.

Twilight, who was already silent due to embarrassment, would have shrank into the seat if it wasn't solid as her entire face was red as the apple in her salad thinking of what that implied- and could imply- for her relationship with Celestia. Celestia laughed a bit, which broke into a full bout of laughter at seeing Twilight.

“I have to thank you both. It has been far too long since anypony has dared be so casual with me, let alone give me a good laugh.” Celestia said.

“Sure thing.” Vinyl said, saluting.

“What's wrong with you Twilight?” Octavia asked. The Lavender mare was practically hiding under the table now.

“That last one must have embarrassed her more than we thought.” Celestia said with a chuckle. Thier food was eaten, or gone cold by now, as they chatted for almost an hour about their days or some amazing story.

“Well see you later, it was very cool to meet you Celestia, and very cool seeing you again Twilight. We should do this again sometime, but we won't be in Canterlot for a few weeks.” Vinyl said.

“It was very nice meeting you too, both of you. This has to be the best Lunch I've had in years.” Celestia said.

“Even though the conversation was rather...intimate, I enjoyed it.” Octavia said.

“I-I second that.” Twilight said, she was still pretty embarrassed.

“Well so long!” Vinyl said as they parted ways.

“Should we?” Twilight asked uncertainly. They had gone around town doing random things, sometimes just sitting on a park bench. They were standing in front of a night club now, the doors were vibrating slightly.

“Of course! Is there no better way to end a wonderful date than a nice drink?” Celestia asked with a grin.

“...I can think of a few...” Twilight said lowly, her cheeks gaining a tint of red. Celestia burst out into laughter.

“Oh, that makes it final! We need some drinks right away!” Celestia exclaimed with a laugh and dragged Twilight into the club.

Ten minutes later they were in the middle of the dance floor with alcoholic beverages floating near their heads, dancing. Luckily, Twilight had learned to dance much better, in fact she was dancing circles around Celestia. Literally.

“Where did you learn to dance like that? Last I heard you had four left hooves.” Celestia called over the music.

“Luna taught me, I had to beg her after that one night!” Twilight replied with a giggle.

“Well I am afraid I am embarrassing myself compared to you, shall we go sit in a less noisy section?” Celestia called.

“Sure!” Twilight called back. They found a booth as far away from the speakers pumping out the music as possible and ordered another round.

“I must say I never thought a day of such random fun would be so...fun.” Celestia said, leaning on Twilight ever so slightly.

“I know...I didn't expect it to end like this...” Twilight said, leaning into Celestia in return. They didn't worry about seeming overly intimate, there were couples of different genders all over the place in various stages of intimacy. They sat and chatted about whatever crossed their minds, until it started getting awkward.

“Man...I think I've had a few too many...” Celestia said with a slur, shaking her head.

“Wha makes yuh say that?” Twilight asked, her voice slurring a bit more than Celestia.

“Well...let's just say my body knows you're my Marefriend...” Celestia said. It took a few seconds or Twilight to process what that meant, and her face lit up. But her mind was so fogged, she didn't know what to do about it.

“Maybe we should go then...a little rest would help a lot...” Twilight said, slightly sobering up at the shock.

“Right...” Celestia replied. They leaned on each other as they walked back to the palace, constantly stumbling and breaking into laughter and the occasional kiss. When they finally reached the palace, Twilight realized that feeling Celestia had described was mutual. Her withers were aching for attention, and they would only be satisfied by Celestia's touch.

“I don't have the patience nor the focus to arrange a room for you...so same as last night?” Celestia asked, stumbling on the steps. The guards looked at her with confusion, but the captain of Celestia's guard startled them into their post.

“You went to a bar didn't you?” the Captain asked.

“Night club.” Celestia corrected.

“Whatever, Make sure she gets some sleep Twilight.” the Captain said.

“Don't worry, way ahead of ya.” Twilight said.

“Take care, this isn't the first time she's returned inebriated...she gets a bit...intimate when she's really drunk.” the Captain cautioned.

“I'm not THAT drunk captain, I can still understand you...” Celestia said semi-threateningly.

“Just warning her...” the Captain said and walked off.
---
“He was right you know...Alcohol does inflame some of my more lustful feelings...” Celestia mumbled as they entered her chambers and dropped the disguise and removed the Regalia that was still on her.

“...Eheh...me too...” Twilight replied.

“is that so?...interesting...I'm not drunk enough to force myself upon you're not either...” Celestia started.

“Wasn't planning on forcing...” Twilight said slyly.

“Ss shall we ge-...huh?” Celestia said, her jaw hanging open slightly.

“I'm drunk, you're drunk...I'm aroused, you're aroused...I know I love you, and you know you love me...maybe it's just the drunk part, but I'd say I'm ready to do something about it...” Twilight said barely above a whisper as she stepped up to Celestia, albeit with a slight hesitation. Though that was because she had no idea how Celestia would react to it.

Celestia just kind of looked at Twilight for a few moments, almost dumbly, but then suddenly rushed forward and caught Twilight in a kiss. But it wasn't just a kiss, it was full of passion and love...but most pronounced, lust. Twilight moaned and allowed Celestia to push her onto the bed. Once they were on the bed though, Twilight took charge. Her inebriation seemed to give her a much more confident and brave outlook, and it was well received as Celestia quivered at the trail of kisses and nibbles going down her body. Thinking quickly, she put a sound block on the room to stop any noises from getting through while she still had that little bit of focus left.

“o-oh-oh.” Celestia moaned when Twilight reached her Marehood and gently ran her tongue over it. After a few moments, Celestia realized that Twilight was teasing her, so she pulled back a bit, ending the contact. Twilight looked at her with confusion and she didn't both explaining. She pulled Twilight down so that she could get at he Marehood, and vice versa. Twilight instantly understood and grinned.

“Can't leave you out in the cold, that would be unfair.” Celestia said seductively. Twilight responded by licking harder, making Celestia moan into her withers, which in turn gained a moan from Twilight.

After a minute or two they reached their peak an released. They lied there, panting, for a few moments before Twilight crawled off of Celestia. With a burst of magic, the mess was cleaned up and the sound barrier removed.

“I don't even know what to think about that...except for how wonderful it was...” Celestia said softly, full of exhaustion.

“Let's just leave it at that then...” Twilight replied, equally as tired.

“I'll do that then.” she started with a chuckle. “There are only two things that I can clearly think of right now...” she continued.

“Yeah, what's that?” Twilight asked.

“How tired I am, and...” Celestia started, then caught Twilight in a passionate kiss. “How much I love you right now...” she finished, earning a giggle from twilight.

“Maybe we should get drunk more often...” Twilight said.

“Maybe.” Celestia replied with a laugh.

“Mmm...good night...Cel...tia...” Twilight said, trailing off to sleep mid sentence.

“Good night my love.” Celestia said, kissed Twilight on the forehead and then followed suit.
---
Twilight bolted upright as soon as she awoke. She remembered last night clear as crystal, but she didn't know whether it was a dream or not. She unconsciously hoped it wasn't, but it was confirmed when she found Celestia gone. She assumed she had been given another room and was content to just fall asleep again, but she heard the sound of a horribly hidden yawn and a light hum.

She looked up to see Celestia humming as she used her magic to open a wooden sliding door.

“Are you going to join me or do you want more sleep?” Celestia asked over her shoulder.

“Join you in what?” Twilight asked, strangely relieved that last night in fact was NOT a dream. Her question was answered when the sound of running water was heard.

“For a bath of course.” Celestia replied.

“Uh...I guess.” Twilight said. She got up and shook her bed head away, and then walked into the bathroom. It was more like a bathhouse, it was as big as the main room.

“Berry or Lavender?” Celestia asked, holding up two different bath scents.

“Why not both?” Twilight replied. Celestia grinned and poured some of each into the running bath. It was large enough to house her, Celestia and all of her friends combined.

“By the way...even though we were drunk, though for some reason I don't have a hangover, Last night was amazing in more ways than one.” Celestia said, hugging the Lavender Unicorn.

“Mmm, I kinda cast a spell before we fell asleep to block the hangovers...and same here.” Twilight said. Celestia laughed at that. They sat there and bathed each other and reveled in the feeling of spending the morning with one you love.

“Dear Fluttershy, what is the matter?” Luna asked. They had decided to sit in the gardens after eating breakfast with Celestia and Twilight, Fluttershy was red and looked flustered.

“U-u-um...n-nothing...” the shy pegasus stuttered.

“It's alright, you can tell me Fluttershy. If you are worried you would offend me with something like words you need worry not.” Luna said, smiling reassuringly. Fluttershy nodded.

“U-um...well...um...t-this morning when we had b-breakfast...um...before w-we got there I um...I saw the Princess and Twilight...um...they...” she started, but couldn't finish as her face went red with embarrassment. “Kissed...” she finished.

“Oh about time...” Luna commented. She expected Fluttershy to relax now that she said it, but she seemed even more flustered.

“is there more?” Luna asked. Fluttershy nodded.

“um...well...it got me thinking...um...how we woke up...” she started, her voice nearly disappearing. Suddenly it clicked in her mind, and she smiled.

“You wonder if the same could happen for you and I...” Luna said. Fluttershy eeped, but slowly nodded. Luna grinned and embraced the shy Mare and snuggled into her soft mane.

“if it were up to me it would have happened, but it is up to you now dear Fluttershy.” Luna said softly into her ear, making her shudder.

“S-s-so...um...y-you...are ok with it?” Fluttershy asked. Luna nodded and smiled at her, their muzzles inches apart. Fluttershy couldn't help herself ant longer. In a rare burst of assertiveness she quite literally tackled the princess in a kiss. Luna was glad she dismissed the guards in the garden as she happily returned the affection.

When they finally broke the contact both of their faces gave big Macintosh a run for his bits in the terms of red coloration.

“T-that was...Marvelous...” Luna said.

“I-i'm sorry for b-being so assertive...but um...I couldn't stop myself.” Fluttershy said shyly. Luna giggled and nuzzled the mare.

“Don't apologize for your feelings dear Fluttershy...besides, it was quite enjoyable.” Luna said. They sat next to each other for a while, just enjoying each others' company. When their stomachs growled again they giggled.

“I've got an idea. Let's go out for lunch, like as a date- as Tia calls it.” Luna suggested.

“That would be lovely...but won't you bring a lot of attention?” Fluttershy asked.

“That's the idea.” Luna said. In a small flash of magic Luna was smaller and without a horn. Her mane no longer looked like the night sky, but was instead a lovely blue. Fluttershy flushed up a bit, but quickly smiled.

“How do I look?” Luna asked.

“Um...like a pegasus...and um...beautiful.” Fluttershy said.

“Thank you dear, and perfect.” she said. “Shall we?” Luna asked, fanning a wing out as if to 'hold hooves' with it. Fluttershy giggled and fanned her own out and took Luna's wing as if she was being escorted.

“We shall.” she replied.
---
“Please stop looking so paranoid dear...it may be contagious...what's the matter?” Luna asked as they wonder Canterlot.

“Um...I thought ponies would be um...staring at us...” Fluttershy said shyly, their wings still entwined.

“Why? I don't look like a Princess do I?” Luna asked, looking herself over.

“No no...um...I thought they'd be...um...a bit weirded out by two mares doing this...” Fluttershy explianed.

“Oh is that all? While it's not common I've seen many same gender couples...Prejudice just doesn't work anymore so most ponies ignore it if they don't like it. I hear from Tia this place is extraordinary.” Luna said, changing the subject as they stood in front of what looked like a nice restaurant.

“R-really?...it l-looks so expensive...” Fluttershy said, checking her bit purse.

“Worry not dear Fluttershy, I'm the one treating you and nothing is too expensive for me. I was not ignorant, I brought my own money.” Luna said. “o-ok...” Fluttershy conceded.
---
“Hello, and what will we be having?” the Waiter asked. He looked too important to be just the waiter though, but Fluttershy didn't comment.

“Um...we don't know yet...two minutes?” Fluttershy asked shyly.

“Of course Miss Fluttershy.” he said and backed away.

“H-how did h-he know m-my name?” Fluttershy asked with a worried tone.

“We'll ask him when he returns...for now let us decide on what to eat.” Luna said. Fluttershy nodded and looked at the menu.

“Have you decided yet?” the same 'waiter' asked two minutes later they nodded and told them what they wanted, but Luna stopped him before he could retreat.

“Please sir, would you mind telling us how you know Fluttershy's name?” she asked him politely, but a bit threateningly.

“Oh, I apologize but every pony in Canterlot that can call themselves fashion fanatics know the name Fluttershy. Even though her career was very short lived she was, and still is, the best model Canterlot has seen. There is a Gallery showing dedicated to you this evening actually at Photo Finish's Gallery.” he said.

“R-really?” Fluttershy asked.

“Yes, now I will be back soon with your orders.” he said.
---
“I can't believe you talked me into this...” Fluttershy mumbled as they walked towards the large gallery.

“Oh come now Dear Fluttershy, I am anxious to see if his comments are true. And I'd give anything to see you all 'modelled up'” Luna replied with a giggle. Fluttershy just sighed.

“Welcome Welcome!” an accented voice called as they entered.

“Today we have showings of an ex-model from Ponyville who- Oh Fluttershy so good to see you again!” the eccentric photographer exclaimed. Fluttershy shrank a bit. Everypony in the room was looking at her and were immediately swarming around her with questions.

“That's enough!” Luna exclaimed, nearly slipping into the royal canterlot voice. They all went silent.

“And who are you?” somepony asked with a rather snobbish voice.

“None of your concern. Leave the poor thing be, she's shy enough as it is...let her enjoy the past without being swarmed with unwanted attention.” Luna said with annoyance in her voice.

“And why should we listen to you?” another asked. Thinking quickly, Luna grinned.

“because I have links with the princesses. I can get any of you thrown into the dungeon for anything I want.” Luna said threateningly. Half of the ponies looked at her disbelievingly, but he other half shied away. Not wanting to risk it, the rest of them left her alone.

“T-thank you...” Flutershy squeaked.

“Of course. Come now Dear Fluttershy, let us- as I said- enjoy the past.” Luna said. Fluttershy nodded. They walked around a bit, Luna and Fluttershy occasionally letting the ponies ask a question or two. One pony asked something that left them both flustered.

“So, if it is not too personal, are you two engaged Romantically?” the Mare asked.

“U-um...s-sort of...w-we're not sure yet...” Fluttershy answered so softly it was almost unheard.

“So what are these connections to the princesses you spoke of?” one of the cocky ponies asked, her eyebrows arched.

“I'm afraid you wouldn't believe me if I told you and to prove it would defeat the purpose of me coming here.” she simply said.

“What's that supposed to mean?” the mare asked.

“Lord I hate the media...I'd rather not cause a big fuss.” she said. The mare snorted.

“It's not like you're the princess in disguise or anything...right?” she asked half joking.

“Like I said, you wouldn't believe me.” Luna said and turned to look at one of the commercial ads Fluttershy modeled for, it was some sort of animal feed.

“Fluttershy and Princess Luna are together?!” the group exclaimed.

“I swear if I find any of this in the media I will burn every last copy and throw you in the dungeons for the rest of MY life.” Luna threatened. They all backed away from where Fluttershy was shaking on the ground hiding behind Luna.

“Y-yes princess!” they all exclaimed.

“Out! All of you! Ruffians!” Photo said, shooing them all away. “I am terribly sorry, some ponies just don't know when to shut up and leave! I am afraid I ruined your evening.” she continued.

“N-no...not...you...” Fluttershy squeaked.

“Come on dear Fluttershy, let us return to the palace.” Luna said softly.

“N-no...I'm ok now...let's just...go to the park...or something...” Fluttershy said, standing up.

“Alright...if you insist.” Luna said.
---
“Well howdy there sugar cubes.” they heard as they relaxed on a bench in the park.

“Rarity? Applejack?” Fluttershy said as the two ponies took seats next to them.

“Hello Darlings. How was your day?” Rarity asked.

“Eventful...yours?” Luna replied. They looked at each other, looked back and smiled.

“'Bout the same.” Applejack said. Luna caught the look and blushed a bit.

“Um...Rarity, Applejack...are you um...together now?” Fluttershy asked.

“Ah'd say that's a nice big yes.” Applejack replied.

“We talked it over and spent some time together. We just fit I guess.” Rarity said.

“That's goo to hear...um...Luna and I are thinking about that too..” Fluttershy said, barely audible.

“Really?” the two asked.

“Yes we are. We were just about to discuss dinner plans when you arrived.” Luna said.

“Well that's marvelous, and why don't we join you then?” Rarity replied.

“I'd like that...” Fluttershy said. Luna agreed.

“Now, where to go. Surprisingly I've had enough of the fancy food here, proportions are too damn small...” Rarity said, earning a giggle from the others.

“I know exactly what you mean, we had to give the chefs at the palace a minimum amount of food they have to prepare for a meal...” Luna said.

“What did they do before that?” Rarity asked.

“You know how some pones get the notion the more rare and small portioned the food is, the much more fancy it was? * nod * Well me being a princess they think I deserve the Fanciest...I swear I would have starved if I wasn't able to leave the palace...luckily Tia gave me a few addresses to some food places until I had her pass that particular decree...” Luna explained. Fluttershy giggled.

“Well, I know the perfect place. It is a tasteful establishment but they really know what dinner is.” Rarity said.

“Very well then, lead the way.” Luna said.
---
“Ah miss Rarity! Good to see you again! So dinner for four?” the Manager asked when the group entered.

“Yes please, good to see you as well.” Rarity replied.

“Right this way madams.” he said and showed them a table.

“We'll be about five minutes, thank you.” Rarity said when they received menus. Rarity didn't bother looking at hers but the other three did.

“So you know the manager?” Luna asked.

“Who do you think made those uniforms Darling?” Rarity asked rhetorically with a smile.

“I thought I recognized the stitching...” Fluttershy mumbled.

“Oh I see, so they are customers. I assume you befriend your customers correct?” Luna asked.

“Oh of course Darling, I treat my customers with just as much respect and friendliness as any of my other friends, as long as they deserve it, and in turn they tend to lean towards my business. It's good for business and social situations, never know where a good customer will pop up.” Rarity explained.

“And what will we be having tonight?” the Manager asked when he returned.

“I'll have the usual” Rarity said.

“Um...the daisy salad looks nice...” Fluttershy said.

“Ah'd like the fruit salad with a bit of extra apple slices please.” Applejack said.

“I'll have what Miss Rarity has.” Luna said.

“Alright, drinks?” he asked.

“Light white wine thank you.” Rarity said.

“Bit low fer this kinda place but if'n yuh got any applejack daniels Ah'll take that.” Applejack said with a sheepish smile.

“Oh if we're going that way then I must ask if you have anything on the rare side.” Luna said hopefully to the manager.

“We have a nice bottle of two century old moonshine, but we were hoping to serve a princess with htat particular brew...” he started.

“Oh, well then...not sure if you'd believe me but this is in fact princess Luna, just under some minor appearance changing spells.” Rarity said.

“I'm not one to believe that sort of stuff, but coming form you...is it true?” he asked.

“Yes, is there a way I could prove it without revealing the spell?” Luna asked.

“That won't be necessary your highness, what would you like to drink then?” he asked, not forgetting about Fluttershy.

“Oh...um...I'll just take a light red wine please...not too strong.” Fluttershy answered. He nodded and left to take care of the orders.

He returned swiftly with a minature bottle of red and white wine, two wine glasses, a bottle of applejack daniels and a very old looking bottle of midnight blue liquid. Fluttershy daintily sipped at her cup, Rarity a little more indulging. Applejack took a few gulps right off the bat from her bottle. Luna cautiously poured herself a glass of the old liquor. It fizzled ever so slightly and she took a sip. Her nose flared and her eyes fluttered a moment, but she grinned wide when it went down.

“This is amazing, I must know where you acquired it.” Luna asked the Manager as he gave them their food.

“A Mare out in the country that supplies are liquor had it, I could get miss Rarity the address and have it passed to you, enjoy your meals.” he said and waited to other customers.

After a while they were all a bit tipsy and experimental as Luna offered them a cup of the Moonshine. They accepted eagerly, Fluttershy less than the others, and down the shots. Instantly they felt a tingly burn throughout their entire body. Their minds clouded and their balance slipped, but not too much to the point of total inebriation.

“Whoa...” the three mumbled.

“It is a bit strong...I'm really starting to feel it now...” Luna said, shaking her head a bit. They all looked down at their finished meals and wordlessly agreed now would be a good time to leave. They each paid for their own meals, and the small bottles of liquor to take home, and said farewell to the manager. They all stumbled towards the palace, the guards hiding grins as they entered, and into their respective rooms.
---
“That was the most fun I've had in a long time dear Fluttershy. I thank you.” Luna said with an immense slur.

“Oh it was my pleasure Luna!” Fluttershy said, the inebriation making her bold as she kissed the Princess. Luna grinned and returned it while pushing Fluttershy onto the bed. They looked at each other and saw fire in their eyes.

The two Mares crashed into each other, their drunken stupor only intensifying the passion and lust in them. Luna was pleasantly surprised as Fluttershy took charge, she didn't know whether it was the Moonshine she drank or if she was really this bold when she worked up the courage, but she liked it either way.

“Hnn...Dear Fluttershy, you must know I am a rather lustful drunk.” Luna warned seductively.

“You're not the only one...” Fluttershy replied as she flipped the two around so she was on top of the Lunar Mare. Her face lit up as their marehoods met, but neither wanted it to stop. Their mouths clumsily crashed into each other as a thoughtless sound barrier went up around the room as Luna dropped most of the spell, but never broke either contact.

After a few minutes they both felt their release coming and sped up the motion. They both moaned in ecstasy as their release came. Literally.

They lie there panting for a few moment, but then started the kiss up for a moment. Deciding it was her turn to take charge, Luna snaked her way down Fluttershy's body, running her tongue over the butterflies on her flank, eliciting a moan of pleasure from the shy mare. Luna grinned and chose to tease a bit and decided to reverse her direction and bake her way back up to the Mare's chest. She was surprised once more when Fluttershy acted. She licked the tip of her horn and the Princess almost lost it. She shuddered in pleasure with a moan.

Grinning, Fluttershy began licking the appendage lightly, and then upping the speed.

“O-oh..h-h-heavens...” Luna spluttered out as Fluttershy's hoof found it's way to the royal lower lips. That, combined with the pleasure of her horn now being sucked, made her completely lose her composure as she moaned. Not wanting to leave her new lover out the now sober princess followed the Pegasus' lead and applied hoof to flesh. Fluttershy faltered for a moment, but increased her speed.

Soon Luna's horn couldn't take it and raw magical energy was expended from the horn. Fluttershy realized it had a taste, and it wasn't unpleasant. If you were to condense the night into a taste, this would probably be it. She slowly extracted the appendage from her mouth as their marehoods throbbed with the attention they were receiving.

“I...didn't...know that...could happen...” Luna said between light gasps.

“T-twilight...said...that the horn...is...very sensitive.” Fluttershy gasped.

“Oh great heavenly Mares!” Luna yelled as they released. They lie there once more, panting, as they wondered if they were finished or not. They weren't.

“W-what are y-...oh...” Fluttershy eeped when Luna stood up and turned around, presenting herself to the shy mare. Both of their faces were red as they dived into each other.
---
“Ugh...” Luna mumbled as there was a slight banging on the door. It sounded like there was a voice being muffled an the sun itself was trying to get in. Luna bolted upright, Celestia was at the door and the sound block was still up. Luna dropped it and got up- but realized she seriously needed a shower and the room a cleaning.

“Sister are you up?!” Celestia's voice called.

“I am now, what do you want?” Luna called in an annoyed tone.

“I'd like to know why there was a sound barrier all night...” Celestia said. Luna's face went red as she looked back at the sleeping Fluttershy.

“Well...um...remember when you said the other elements didn't have anypony...special...for hearts and hooves day?” Luna asked.

“myeeees.” Celestia replied, Luna could practically see the grin.

“Well...you...um...don't need to worry about Fluttershy anymore.” Luna said quickly and returned the barrier, because of that she didn't hear Celestia's laughter.

“W-what was that?” Fluttershy asked sleepily.

“Tia being nosey...no offense but we both really need to bathe.” Luna replied.

“Oh...um...I guess you're right...” Fluttershy said and got up from the bed. As Luna opened the door to her private she used her magic to expunge and disintegrate any evidence of last night from the room. She giggled at the frozen pegasus in front of her private bathroom. There was a WATERFALL instead of a SHOWER.

“Impressed?” Luna asked. Fluttershy nodded. “I had this put in...never got used to showers.” she continued.

“I've never uh...bathed in a waterfall...” Fluttershy said shyly.

“It is very relaxing dear, come now.” Luna said with a smile. She was back to her normal gait again so she towered over Fluttershy a bit as they entered the large pool. It was deep enough at one end for even Luna to become completely submerged, but they stayed neared the shallow area under the waterfall. Luna couldn't help but catch the now soaked through pegasus in a kiss as she washed her mane.

The kiss unexpectantly deepened into Fluttershy sitting on top of Luna under the waterfall. Luna knew the mare was beautiful before, but the authentic waterfall and rock pool around them just added to it as the smooth water cascaded around their bodies like silk.

“I love you Fluttershy.” Luna said softly.

“I love you too Luna.” Fluttershy replied and started the kiss back up.

“We're supposed to be getting clean here...but I can't help but want to get dirty all over again...” Luna purred. Fluttershy giggled and complied by sinking slightly deeper into the water.
---
“Are we going too fast?” Fluttershy asked after they dried off after a -proper- bathing.

“Dear, unless you don't want to go this fast I am perfectly fine with it.” Luna reassured the pegasus.

“Um...I don't mind it...but...it's just...it only happened because we were drunk...I was just afraid you were obliging me...” Fluttershy admitted.

“Dear, if I didn't want to do everything we did since then...well...I wanted it all to happen, that's all that matters.” Luna said. Fluttershy smiled and nuzzled her lover affectionately.

“So...um...earlier...you said Celestia was being...nosey?” Fluttershy asked as brushes went through their manes.

“Yes...to tell the truth I believe she had at least some part in us getting together...” Luna said lowly.

“Why do you say that?” Fluttershy asked.

“Well...she thinks herself quite the matchmaker...she actually is though...she calls almost every single marriage that happens in the nobility before the two even know each other...she admitted she had plans involving hearts and hooves day before inviting you all here...and besides, I aksed around and there have been plenty of rooms available.” Luna explained.

“She...tried to get us together?” Fluttershy asked.

“Maybe...I don't know...now that I think of it, it kind of irks me we didn't have as much say in it as we thought...but I am going to have to thank her.” Luna said.

“Oh...um...me too...” Fluttershy said with a smile.

“ow that I think of it we did find rarity and applejack together...perhaps she had a hoof in that as well. Perhaps pinkie pie and Dash too?” Luna wondered.

“Um...maybe...but um...Pinkie and Dashie were already going out before we came here...they were just starting.” Fluttershy admitted.

“Oh really? Interesting. But now I'm wondering what she thought of for your friend Twilight Sparkle...she wouldn't keep her most faithful student out of this little love game...” Luna wondered.

“She said she never even knew anypony before coming to ponyville...” Fluttershy pondered.

“She does try to make everything fair...if...if she involved me...then...” Luna started. They looked at each other.

“No way...” they said in unison.

“It makes sense...they've always been really close. When I first saw the two together after returning I swear they were going to kiss...” Luna said. They looked at each other again.

“I wonder if she really did do anything...and if she and Twilight are...dating...and...if...they...” Fluttershy started but couldn't finish. Luna knew what she was saying though. Her own face reddened as well. Had those two gone as fast as they had? It was very probable...they had known each other for many years and had some sort of love going on.

“Well, hearts and hooves day is tomorrow. There's a big party and everything so I supposed we'll know by then.” Luna said.

“Right...um...breakfast?” Fluttershy asked as their stomachs growled.

“Definitely.” Luna replied.
