The second installment to the Fractured Fairy Tails series. Rainbow Dash brings some friends with her to a place far from Equestria. Neverland. (Since I'm narrating may I grab a lunch?) Anyways, Rainbow brings a story to Equestria and wherever you are viewing this to your mind when it sleeps. Be careful of pirates, lost ponies, and more. Keep an eye out for hidden surprises.
Ever wondered what would happen if the mane six could travel into different stories, and that they were not exactly like the stories you know? Part 2 - Peter Dash
Shining Star was flying high in the sky making shapes in clouds and having fun. His red tail acted like a flag moving fluently in the wind. He felt as though he could fly for hours until somepony called out for him. "Shine! Look out!" He quickly dodged an incoming Rainboom, emitted by Rainbow Dash's flying. Rainbow quickly stopped flying real fast and checked to see if Shining Star was alright. "Are you okay Shine?"
"I'm fine Dash," he replied. "I gotta be careful around you."
"Be glad it wasn't an atomic raindive." He was lucky that it was not and that Rainbow Dash didn't accidentally fly into him. He looked around for a moment. "Where have you been Rainbow Dash?"
"I had some things to take care of before I could teach you and Twilight Sparkle some more flying tricks." That should be reasonable for him, she thought. "Oh ok," Shining Star said quickly. Twilight Sparkle soon flew up to the two hoping this doesn't take long. But knowing Rainbow Dash, it would be a long time to make a flying tactic work.
Shining Star started getting an odd feeling. Maybe Rainbow Dash was out of Equestria and in a whole different world... It could've been possible but he had no time to answer himself because before he knew it, he was flying again from Rainbow Dash's backhooves.
"Shine, do a barrel roll!" He did and got back into flying position but accidentally done another one through a long cloud. When he stopped rolling he quickly stopped himself. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR!?" he shouted far from Rainbow Dash.
"SORRY! GOT A BIT CARRIED AWAY!" Rainbow Dash replied in the distance. She and Twilight quickly flew over to him. He was covered in cloud dust. "Remind me the next time you do that..." He brushed off the cloud dust and sighed in relief. "Rainbow, have you been out of Equestria lately?"
"Why do you ask, Shine?"
"Maybe we can talk about it tonight." Twilight Sparkle then thought, What could he be talking about?
That night, Shining Star slept on Twilight Sparkle's roof waiting for Rainbow Dash. When he awoke, he saw her right in front of his vision. "Hey Rainbow."
"So you wanted to talk?"
"Oh yes. Have you been going somewhere while everypony was worried?"
"Hate to tell you, but I have. It's a place where ponies never age. Neverland." Shining Star looked real shocked. Twilight Sparkle opened a window to hear what was going on. "You see, the reason I was missing for three straight days was because Pinkie Hook got a hold on my Element of Harmony and called it treasure. Luckily, I got it back today. I was thinking about bringing you and Twilight to that place. There is still a lot of good there."
"Good idea. I always wanted to know what it looked like." Twilight Sparkle flew over to them. "If Shine's going, I'm following."
"Then that settles it. Two of the Mane Six plus One will leave tonight and return by the morning."
"Will it be a long journey?" Shining Star asked.
"Hmmm... Nah!" Rainbow Dash flew ahead as the other two followed. "It's a short journey if you know where to go, you know?" Shining Star looked down at Equestria and started thinking of a song for that moment.
"I can feel the wind blow across the land bring my wings across the sand. Giving time to make way for I must go for just one day.
Give me time, give me rest, get me my vest I must go and set the best. Just give me one more way I'll be off for, just this day!"
Twilight could see Applejack working late at her farm down below. Applejack saw the three and waved to them. Rainbow Dash waved back. "Okay, if we keep heading to the star on the right, we should be teleported to that land." Shining Star gulped. He was not a big fan of the TELEPORTING effect. "Isn't there an easier way?"
"No."
"Oh Celestia this will not end well..."
"What makes you say that?"
"I'm not a big fan of teleportation." The three flew for a few more minutes until they were close enough to the star to get to Neverland. "Wait, wasn't there a song called Enter Sandman that showed this as a scary place?" Rainbow Dash facehoofed as they went to a cloud to find a safe place to see the entire island. "Stay behind me, who knows what Pinkie Hook would be planning."
On Buccaneer Bay, a pirate ship was staying in place, loaded with pirate ponies. They were laughing, joking around, playing pirate games, and drinking cider. However four were listening to A Celtic Tale. Applejack suddenly walked to the center of the crowd. "First Mate Jack is on deck," said a pirate. "There is a problem Jack, we are not the pirates we once were."
"Of course not. We've been here for five days and lost a valuable treasure to Peter Dash. Cap'n Hook is trying to find a way to get rid of her and get the treasure back."
"I say we fire everywhere!" Everypony just stared at the pirate who said that. Applejack just went up to where the Captain was.
"Blasted Peter Dash," Pinkie Pie said out loud. "Once I find her hiding place, I'll trap her and steal her treasure. Where could she be?" She looked at a map. "We searched Merpony Lagoon yesterday. Maybe Cold Rock Cove? No... Maybe here! No, silly Pinkie Hook. That's indian territory! Or maybe I can take their princess to get them to talk. They won't know what would hit them! I wonder..."
Applejack walked over to her. "Are you thinking about taking Tiger Luna Captain? I don't think she talks much here." Pinkie Pie just waved a hoof at her. "Hello First Mate, you know what I mean by that. Everything will be Okeydokeylokey!"
"Oh for pete's sake cap'n, we may have lost a valuable treasure, but we still have each other. It's like we're a family."
"You have a good point. But we have things to get done." Pinkie Pie looked through a telescope and saw Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, and Shining Star. "PIPE UP THE CREW!"
"All hands on deck!" Applejack blew on a whistle and the crew got into battle position. "Enemy Starboard! Range 42, Elevation 65, and 3 Degrees West."
"We've gotcha Peter," Pinkie Pie gloated. "STEADY, PONIES! STEADY!"
Meanwhile with our three winged friends, Twilight Sparkle was looking at the island from the cloud. "Wow, so many places here mashed into one! This is certainly the place for a real adventurer!" Shining Star nodded in agreement. "Oh look a pirate ship!"
"That's the Jolly Roger," Rainbow Dash replied. "FIRE!" Pinkie Pie cried out and a cannon fired a bowling ball at them. Her tail twitched. Twilight and Shining Star flew off the cloud as Rainbow Dash catches it. "She goes for it!" She throws the ball back at them and it knocked one pony out and off the ship. "STRIKE! You two go on ahead, I'll distract Hook." Twilight and Shine headed for Hangpony's Tree. "HOOK! HOOK YOU RANDOM PONY, HERE!" All of a sudden a bunch of random items are thrown at Rainbow Dash. She dodged every single one. "Easy-peasy." Twilight and Shining Star flew into a forest like area. "This looks like Everfree Forest..." Shine managed to say. Indeed, it was similar, but really different.
Twilight and Shining Star looked around to see if anypony was with them. They could hear ten ponies talking to each other. "Who are those two? Lost ponies? No. I think that one is a Twilight Sparkle! The Twilight? Yes. So cool! Should we greet them! Let's surprise them. I think they can hear you nine. Yeah, you're right..." Twilight Sparkle finally said, "Anypony there?" The ten lost ponies said in unison, "Yes."
"Why don't you come out?"
"We are not sure about your visitors." Suddenly, Apple Bloom walked over to them in a cat outfit. "Lost Pony Bloom at your service Twilight Sparkle!" The other nine suddenly appear as different animals. A lion, tiger, bear (oh my), fox, rabbit, deer, wolf, pigeon, and a hedgehog. In the same order, they were Fluttershy, Derpy Hooves, Lyra, Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, young Celestia, Sunset Shimmer, Vinyl Scratch, and Coco Pommel. "We are the Lost Ponies of Neverland," Sunset Shimmer said. "Who's the other pony?"
"Name's Shining Star."
"You look like a brave knight," Vinyl said. Shine blushed because he was just an apprentice at the moment. He always had dreams of being Twilight's royal guard. "If you need any help, just..."
"ATTENTION!" The ten lost ponies saluted as Rainbow Dash flew to them. "As you were." The lost ponies stopped. "I see you met Twilight Sparkle and Shining Star."
"You lead an army of ten?" Twilight asked. "How else was I supposed to get my Element of Harmony back?" Rainbow replied. "There is so much to be done everypony. We should be 20% faster with this if we speed up."
"Why don't we go hunting for Rhinos?" Scootaloo suggested. "No, maybe griffons," Derpy and Lyra said together.
"Okay. I'll show Twilight Merpony Lagoon. Shining Star, you'll be a temporary First Mate until I find Lost Pony Armor."
"Okay Rainbow Dash."
"FORWARD MARCH!" Young Celestia commanded as she led the lost ponies into the savannah of Neverland.
Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash flew off together. Shining Star walked next to Vinyl Scratch. "So where are we going?"
"Ever since we were formed, Redpony fought a fun battle with us. Sometimes he wins, sometimes we win. We are certain he'll be in the Savannah."
"Is that why we are marching double file while Derpy is playing the snare drum?"
"Yes it is." Shining Star sighed and then said, "So, should I wait on the outskirts?"
"It would be safe for you since you are not used to 11 pony wars."
"Yeah. It would be best for that." I think Twilight wouldn't let me fight against anypony unless it is an emergency...
They made it to the Savannah before they knew it. Shining Star flew into a tree to be safe. The other ten marched on. Once they saw a feather fall onto the ground, Young Celestia said, "CHARGE!" The ten raced to where the indians were. A huge battle was fought with a lot of magic, wind slices, and back leg kicks. Shining Star couldn't help but watch the entire fight. Once everypony was captured except Young Celestia and the other leader, who looked like Gilda, Shine went over to them and said, "What in Equestria is going on!?"
Gilda then said, "The Leader of the Indians would like Princess Tiger Luna. WHERE IS SHE!?"
"I don't know," Celestia said, worried.
"Alright then, we'll make a deal. If she's back before the time you lower the sun, we will all eat steak. If not, your friends will meet a bad fate." Shining Star quickly flew off to Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle. Celestia growled at Gilda. "How dare you put the blame on me. This isn't over." Celestia walked off. She thought of a plan to keep day alive until Luna is returned. She chuckled under her breath as the other nine lost ponies eagerly await Luna's return.
Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle finally got to Merpony Lagoon, not knowing what is happening with the Lost Ponies. "Stay close Twilight." Rainbow Dash suddenly flew to the Merponies. "Hey look, it's Peter Dash!" one finally said. "Yes, it is me girls. Do you still remember yesterday? It was a really amazing day. I finally made the Lost Ponies and got my Element of Harmony back."
"I heard she's looking for revenge."
"Good thing I brought backup. Twilight!" Twilight Sparkle went over to the merponies.
"TWILIGHT!?" they all said in unison. "I must be seeing things," one then said alone. "Are you ponies saying we met before?"
"The day you first defeated Tirek and saved Applejack. You were one of the ORIGINAL Harmonic Elements!"
"What do you mean by that?" A pony that looked like Rarity swam over to her. "You've never noticed your first stories!?"
Rainbow Dash facehoofed herself. "Girls! Please!" Rainbow Dash saw Shining Star diving. "Look out! My wings have minds of their own right now!"
SPLASH! Shining Star surfaced himself. "Rainbow, the Lost Ponies are in trouble. A group of ponies said Princess Tiger Luna has been captured. If we don't do something, day will last forever!"
"Hook," Rainbow Dash muttered. Soon enough they saw Pinkie Pie and Applejack rowing a boat to Skull Rock. Rarity and the merponies swam to safety. Rainbow Dash, Twilight, and Shine noticed they captured Princess Luna. "They got her. Shine, go reason with them while I save her."
"Yes Dash." Shine flew off to Young Celestia. "Any news?" she asked. "Pinkie Hook is behind this," Shine replied as he kept flying to the Savannah. When he reached it, he said to Gilda. "They aren't behind it!"
"What's your proof, ALICORN?"
"I saw Pinkie Hook row, row, row a boat with Princess Luna captured to Skull Rock." As he said that Young Celestia ran off to find a way to save her.
It was a long agonizing five minutes before Pinkie Pie reached Skull Rock. She pinned Luna to a wall and said, "Alright Luna, START TALKING. Tell me where Peter Dash hides and I'll set you free from this agony." Applejack then replied, "That's the wrong way to put it Cap'n Hook."
"Well I am a pony of my word." Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle hid behind a rock listening. "How dare you captain..."
"You better talk fast or it'll be high tide before you know it and we'll all be doomed." Luna remained silent but had sorrow in her eyes. Rainbow Dash quickly went to the exit of Skull Rock. "Remember, you DID PINKIE PROMISE!!" Rainbow Dash acted fast and said, "The spirit of the great sea is onto you... BEWARE CAPTAIN HOOK. BEWARE!" Pinkie Pie looked around curiously. "Don't let Luna get away while I look around."
Twilight Sparkle signaled Rainbow Dash to come back. "Okay, I'll imitate Pinkie Pie while you prepare a surprise Rainbow Dash." She flew to a high ledge and cleared her throat. She started speaking like Pinkie Pie, "First Mate Jack, there has been a change of plans. Bring the princess back to her ponies."
"Er, right away Cap'n." Luna sighed in relief. Applejack got on a boat and Luna got on it as well. She rowed for a few seconds before getting caught by Pinkie Pie. "And just where do you think YOU are going? Put her back before I have you walk the plank!"
No! Not the plank! Anything but that! Applejack quickly went back and pinned Luna back on the wall. "Sorry, but I wanna keep my position. I'm afraid you'll be stuck here."
"I feel sorry for you Jack," Luna replied.
Twilight once again started speaking like Pinkie Pie again. "First Mate Jack, what are you doing?"
"Keeping guard like you said."
"I said nothing of the sort." Pinkie Pie thought it was Rainbow Dash doing it and caught her working with a small sword.
"But Cap'n, didn't you--?"
"For the last time... Bring her back to her people. UNDERSTAND!!!!????" Her voice shattered the back of the wall. "Now. GO!" Luna broke free but landed in the water. She surfaced. "Luna, you okay?"
Rainbow Dash suddenly backhoofs Pinkie Pie into a wall. "Ouch..." Pinkie Pie got up. "Wanna play rough Rainbow? It is on!" Pinkie Pie suddenly drew out a pirate sword while Rainbow Dash kept hanging onto hers. They soon started blocking each others blows. "I'm not going easier on you this time Captain. Twilight Sparkle then said, "Hey Applejack, think you can beat Dash?"
"No."
"Try your luck!" She dropped a cannonball at her.
"TWITCHY TAIL!" Applejack ran off and swam for the hills. "I SURRENDER!"
Pinkie Pie growled. "This is for Jack!" She swung her sword and missed. Rainbow Dash threw her into the water. She surfaced. "Curse you... Peter Dash. Just you wait until I find your hideout... Just you... wait." She then sneezed. Then she swam off to the ship.
"SOMEPONY HELP!" Luna called out. Young Celestia flew over to her and got her out. "Thanks sister." She smiled. Rainbow Dash then made a rooster call for the sun. "Next stop, Redpony's hideaway!"
The lost ponies, Gilda, and the three winged heroes had a long 13 minute journey to Redpony's Hideaway. Celestia lowered the sun as Luna raised the moon. "Redpony," Rainbow Dash said, "your princess has returned."
"Thanks a million. We are in your debt. Leader." It was Shining Armor the whole time. "I think it is time to go over the history of Neverland."
Shining Star looked around. The lost ponies and Redpony's army were gathered in a circle playing a complex african drum rhythm. "Good thing I brought my gray cowboy hat." He put it on and went over to Rainbow Dash. She was playing a Celtic Flute. The two smiled at each other. Shining Star then started singing as other instruments joined in.
"Take my hand into a world Where you can't age and cannot fall. We live in harmony in this place and no ruler rules all.
Take me to a place with no beginning Take me to a place with no ending The Story of Neverland is just between and nothing can separate us with words on a wing.
Be my hero, be my foe The first place here is Buccaneer Bay The first pirate told the tale The Second one just went to play."
A long bass drum solo played as Twilight Sparkle watched closely, taking notes on what was going on.
"Take my hand into a world Where you can't age and cannot fall. We live in harmony in this place and no ruler rules at all.
Then a band of pirates went in search for the first one's gold. Instead a necklace with a red ruby bolt. One hero formed a band of heroes, and made the enemy fall harder than a colt."
Rainbow Dash played a riff on her flute and repeated it once.
"As we sing this song tonight, our history just started many moons. Where the story ends, we don't know, but all I know is that this song ends soon." "Sorry, couldn't think of a word that rhymes."
Twilight Sparkle went over to Shining Star. "Your singing voice is getting better. I love it!" Shining Star blushed. "Thank you Princess Twilight Sparkle." He always wanted to impress her by a talent other than magic.
Rainbow Dash then said, "We're not going to Hangpony's tree tonight my friends. I have a feeling Pinkie Hook is up to something." Young Celestia and Luna nodded in agreement. "She's after somepony's treasure. A HARMONIC ELEMENT." Twilight Sparkle and Shining Star decided it was time to help. "How can we help?"
"We take action tomorrow morning." Shining Star and Twilight Sparkle nodded and then brohoofed.
Pinkie Pie and Applejack circled around each other thinking about where Rainbow Dash's hiding spot could be. They searched everywhere but two places. Cold Rock Cove and Hangpony's Tree. They can't seem to figure out how-to actually get there.
"They should be holding a treasure there, but how do we steal it?" Applejack asked.
"We can do a 200 pace run to Hangpony's tree, and set a surprise trap for our, LITTLE, ponies," Pinkie Pie replied and laughed as she took a drink of Apple Cider. "But how can we steal it?"
"Maybe we can catch Rainbow Dash and take her treasure before we awake," Applejack replied.
"Great idea! We trek now!" The entire Jolly Roger crew then left for the treasure - Rainbow Dash's Element of Harmony.
Twilight Sparkle couldn't sleep that night. She was too busy writing in a journal for all the strange things that happened in the past hours. Celestia walked over to her. "Twilight?"
"Sorry for being up late, but everypony I know seems to be here and in Equestria except for me, Shine, and Dash."
"I know the feeling Twilight. I have the same feelings as the other me. I know it all..."
Rainbow Dash snapped awake. "Lost ponies! Foward Run!" She, the lost ponies, Twilight, and Shine started running to Hangpony's tree. "I left my Element of Harmony there! If they get to it first I don't know what'll happen!"
"Gee Rainbow, we didn't know this was going to be the big flaw of today."
"Shine, please! I already had enough trouble already!"
They made it to the tree. Rainbow Dash got her Element back in a flash and they ran off before Hook could find them. "We are so busted!" Rainbow Dash said.
"We most certainly are," Derpy and Lyra replied. Twilight Sparkle suddenly saw a big fog ahead of them. "Oh no!" The fourteen suddenly get trapped in it. Rainbow Dash knew it was a trap. She stayed low to see what was going on. She could see the lost ponies looking for each other and Twilight Sparkle and Shining Star were stuck in the middle looking for a way to get out of the fog.
"We must capture Rainbow Dash and take her treasure," they heard a pirate command. Then they saw a pony in the form of Applejack rushing towards the two. Shining Star started getting an odd feeling. He used his magic to clear the fog. Rainbow Dash growled at Applejack. Applejack gulped as the fourteen ponies surrounded her.
Applejack only had two options... join or fall. "I give up, you fourteen are just too strong for me..." Rainbow Dash smiled and said, "Welcome aboard, Lost Pony Jack!" Then she came to a sudden realization. Somepony was caught.
"Well we can't just stay here and let them take Twilight," Shining Star exclaimed.
"I agree, but we need a gameplan 20% cooler than last time," Rainbow Dash replied. The lost ponies thought for a moment.
Young Celestia was muttering under her breath. "Maybe I can raise the sun during the night and confuse the pirates." Everypony loved that idea, but didn't decide on it. "Um... maybe we can get a bear and scare them...?" Fluttershy asked.
"I know! We can unleash a... no, that won't work. Maybe we can... nope..." Shining Star started losing patience. "I'm tired of waiting! We're all just standing around like sitting ducks!" He put his Element of Harmony (Caring, if you ask.) around his neck, unfolded his wings, and stood up like a human. "HENSHIN!" He then tapped the side of his Element and he turned into a light blue pelt with a long fire-like tail. "What do you say we go fight them off?"
Rainbow Dash was very scared by what Shining Star did. She never thought the Elements of Harmony could actually do such a thing. "L-let's go..."
Twilight Sparkle woke up in the morning noticing she's trapped in a glass case. "Will there be a time when I'm not the damsel in distress this month?" She sighed. She then heard Pinkie Pie coming to her. "Rise and Shine Peter..." They looked at each other in the eye. "You're not Peter Dash!"
"Correct. I'm Twilight Sparkle."
"Where's the treasure!?"
"The Element of Loyalty?"
Pinkie Pie thought for a moment. "You give me a new idea. Destroying the Element of Loyalty for good!"
"Don't you know its power remains in the pony's body?"
"That's why I am going to END Peter Dash and the rebellion!" Twilight gasped. "Now walk the plank!" Pinkie Pie got Twilight out of the case and brought her to a plank on one end of the ship. Twilight knew there was no choice but to walk it. She did, fell like normal... but there was no sound...
The pirates stirred. "No, splash! Not a single ripple! What did that pony do? We must be bewitched!" Pinkie Pie then walked over to a pirate. "Want a splash! Here!" She smiled as she threw one overboard. "WHO'S NEXT!?"
"You're next, Pinkie Hook!" Shining Star said from the top of a sail holding Twilight Sparkle with Rainbow Dash right behind him. "And this time YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR!"
"Get down here and fight Lost Pony Shine!" Pinkie Pie yelled out.
Shining Star suddenly drops down onto the ship and lets Twilight run to a safe spot. Pinkie Pie withdrew her sword. Shining Star used his magic to get out a knight's sword and shield. The two suddenly started trading sword blows. Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash started running around the ship being chased by pirates for her Element. She whistled and the Lost Ponies started fighting them off.
Shining Star suddenly kicked Pinkie Pie in the stomach getting her head stuck in a party cannon. "PARTY IN THE HOLE!" Fluttershy fired Pinkie Pie where Twilight was. Applejack came behind Fluttershy with a smile. "Pony overboard!" she said. Fluttershy knocked Applejack overboard right after she said that. "Ready the cannon Lost Pony Jack...!"
"Make way!" Rainbow Dash said headbutting a pirate away. "Oops! My bad!" Shining Armor suddenly took another pirate's sword and threw it off the ship. "You won't need that."
Pinkie Pie suddenly gets up ready to attack Shining Star, but then turns to Twilight. "Magic." She suddenly pins Twilight to the ground. "Get, off, of, me," Twilight said firing a ray of light at Pinkie Pie. She suddenly gets launched at Shining Star. Shining Star then shield bashes Pinkie Pie out of the way. "Try to keep up," he taunted.
Twilight Sparkle coughed twice. "You're beginning to be a true night, Shine."
"Thank you Twily."
"You're Welcome!" She smiled and blushed.
Applejack rose to the surface really weak. She took off her pirate outfit. "Sorry Cap'n Hook, but you're not the one to control the Jolly Roger. I'm done with this." She suddenly fired a cannon at the ship and it broke a window. "I AM A LOST PONY NOW." Pinkie Pie got up and then cut the cannonball in half. "Traitor!" She suddenly turned to Shining Star and they started trading blows again. Twilight Sparkle kept watching but felt as though he was doing something correct. Protecting her.
Rainbow Dash and the lost ponies started dealing with the pirates easily, thanks to Applejack being on her side. "I know why Captain Hook is corrupted. Please! You've gotta listen to me!"
"We were forced to join our lives since we had no friends in Neverland!" one pirate spoke up as he knocked Apple Bloom away.
"That's... the problem! Of course! Forced bonds!" She suddenly flew into the sky and dived back down performing a Sonic Rainboom knocking all the remaining pirates away. "We can stop fighting and become great buddies."
Shining Star suddenly flew up to the top of the ship. "Yeah, that's right, fly away you coward!" Pinkie Pie taunted.
"Coward!? Me!?" Pinkie Pie laughed. "You wouldn't fight me Pony to Pony, letting your friends be forced to join me as you cowardly fly off!!"
"Nopony calls me a coward and shines," Shine retorted. "I'll fight you pony to pony with my wings locked in place."
"You mean... YOU WON'T FLY!?" Twilight gasped as Shining Star came down. "Shine! It's a trap!"
"Pinkie Promise!" Pinkie Pie grinned. "Let's end this, shall we?"
Shining Star folded his wings back up and made his shield disappear. "No shields either." He suddenly dashed at Pinkie Pie and got back hoofed into a wall. He shook off the pain and started parrying every attack Pinkie Pie made. "Ha! I've gotcha now Captain!" Twilight Sparkle covered her eyes thinking, Oh, this will not end real well.
"If you keep blocking like that you'll get tired!"
"That would be dangerous!" He quickly dodged and slashed his sword at Pinkie Pie's hat. "Now that's dangerous!" He threw the hat off. "That cost me 500 gold!" Pinkie Pie yelled suddenly attacking straight at the Element of Harmony. Shining Star had to act fast before he turned normal again. He then came up with a good idea. "Gotta fly, Pinkie Pie." He grabbed onto a rope and swang on it.
Rainbow Dash gasped from what she was seeing. Pinkie Pie then cut the rope and knocked Shining Star's sword away. "Now, you Harmony carrier, Prepare to FALL!" Twilight uncovered her eyes and said, "Use your magic, Shining Star!"
"No way Twilight, I have a better idea." Pinkie Pie was about to destroy his Element of Harmony when he ducked and then tripped Pinkie Pie. "Now you're mine!" He ran over to Twilight and said, "Now!" Shining Star and Twilight Sparkle ran for the white flag. Pinkie Pie caught Shining Star just in time. "Only in movies." Shining Star had one more option left. "I'm not falling this early!" he yelled. He turned his Element upside down. "Full Charge!" A powerful lightning bolt struck him causing Pinkie Pie to let go of him.
He got shocked real bad that he lost focus of everything going on. Pinkie Pie tried to take the Element of Harmony off of him, but, Shining Star was able to dodge quicker than his usual speed.
"Impossible. How can this be?" He asked himself. Twilight Sparkle watched amazed at Shining Star's speed. "This is possibly the strangest moment in my life!" she said.
"Celestia, when I get back we are having a long talk." Pinkie Pie then scratched his back. "I'll show you that you don't need an element to have friends!" Shining Star fell to all four feeling critically damaged from the scratch. "N-no! I refuse to believe it! NEVER!" He then back hoofed the sword out of Pinkie Pie's hoof and the two then had a hoof fight trading blows real fast. Shining Star was too fast for Pinkie Pie that he knocked her into a wall. "Now to end your forced bonds so you can learn..."
"... that Friendship is Magic!" Twilight finished for him as she went over to where he was. Orbs suddenly appeared from their horns. Pinkie Pie got up shakily. "Not... yet... this isn't over... I still... have a chance!" She then ran to them. "HARMONIC DOUBLER!" They suddenly fired a Rainbow Blast from their horns similar to the one when the Mane Six beat Nightmare Moon. It was too hard for Pinkie Pie to get away from it, so she ducked away from it.
When the blast ended, her mane and tail looked deflated. "Don't hurt me any more. I learned my lesson." Shining Star turned normal. "Please you ponies, I'll go away forever, I'll do anything you say!"
Shining Star thought for a moment. "Well. What do you think we should do?" Twilight got an idea. "We'll leave you and your pirates on Neverland, until your ship returns." Rainbow Dash loved the idea. "Okay. I agree."
The pirates, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie got off the ship along with the lost ponies. Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, and Shining Star then flew off back to Equestria as the Jolly Roger sailed off into the distance. "Now what, we lost the ship," one pony asked.
Pinkie Pie then fired a party cannon as a Lost Pony acted like a strobe light. "PARTY!"
Dear Princess Celestia, While I was gone, I learned a few things from different ponies outside our world. But what I learned more importantly is that it is better to get to know ponies than to force them to join your group of friends. Once you find out after a few weeks of being with them after being forced, you suddenly realize you're being used for somepony's dirty work. That's not cool. I'll try and find out more about these problems and send you another letter later. From, Rainbow Dash
Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and Shining Star landed back at Equestria near Applejack's farm. They were all weak from the battle with Captain Hook that they stopped flying at that point. Applejack suddenly ran over to them. "Is everypony here alright?"
"Most of us," Shining Star said exhausted.
"Oh my. Did you suffer a big battle?"
"I sure did. I had help from my fine winged friends." Rainbow Dash nodded in agreement.
"You should get some rest as quick as you can," Applejack quickly said, worried. Shine yawned. "Yeah. I better. It took too much out of me." He walked to Twilight's home. "So tell me Rainbow, where have you been for three days?"
"I've been chasing after my Element of Harmony, why?" she asked. Applejack gulped. "Well, when you were gone there was an all-out street battle in Ponyville. Luckily Celestia, Luna, and Twilight took care of it." Pinkie Pie then showed herself walking out of the barn. "It was so scary! Yet I still felt it had something to do with the Element going missing!"
Twilight and Rainbow Dash gasped. "Really!?"
"Maybe there is something that is causing other ponies to get strange when the Elements move into different worlds." Twilight Sparkle thought for a moment. "That could mean something strange could be happening in Equestria." Applejack nodded. "It must have something to do with one of our enemies."
"Maybe there is a way to stop this. But how?"
Shining Star started looking through one of Twilight's magic books. Henshin Magic, that must be what I used back in Neverland. Then what about that lightning making me real fast? Could that be Luna helping me survive that one battle? All of a sudden he heard an evil male pony laugh. Shine went to the window to see what was going on.
"So he was stronger than I thought. That Shining Star. Just wait mane six. Just you wait to see that I am the one behind the Element steal. Once you do, you'll find out that I am not your ordinary pony." He flew off with an evil laugh to the sky. "I better warn Twilight about this..." Shining Star said to himself, scared.
