At sugarcube corner Pinkie Pie is planning Princess Celestia's b-day party.
"I can’t believe the princess picked me to plan her party. Me!!" Pinkie exclaimed as she almost hit the roof.
"Well you are the premier party pony in equestria, and are the element of laughter. Why wouldn’t she?" Fluttershy asked.
"And she knows you’re the best for the job." twilight added, looking at all the banners.
"Yeah I guess you’re right."
As pinkie hung the last banner, there was a loud crash. It sounded like something hit the side of the building, and when they looked that direction the saw rarity walking in the door.
"Darling you mustn’t do tricks near buildings. You'll absolutely destroy your mane."
"I know, but if I do an amazing trick, and it's in the middle of nowhere, then no pony will be able to see." said rainbow dash walking in, picking paint chips out of her mane
"Hey dashie, Hey rarity, Glad you guys could make it!" said pinkie excitedly.
"We wouldn’t miss it for the world darling." rarity said hugging pinkie
"Plus twilight told me you were making you famous cupcakes, and I’m not about to miss out on those!" rainbow said looking for the cupcakes
"Ya neither would I." said spike, practically drooling over the cupcakes in the table.
The ponies talked for what felt like hours, just waiting for the princess to show up. It was almost time for the party to be over, so they went ahead and had the party without the mare of honor. The next day, twilight went to see why celestia didn't show up for her own party. She got to thinking, maybe she got caught up in royal business, maybe Luna or pipsqueak needed her for something. Or simply she was just too tired to get there and it would've been a waste.
When she arrived at canterlot castle, she was greeted by the guards and was let in. Then, out of nowhere, a small colt gave her the biggest hug ever.
"Twilight, you're here! Do you want to play pirates with me? Luna said that there is something going on and she is in her room and doesn't want to play with me."
"No sorry pip, I can’t, I have to go talk to celestia. I wanted to know why she didn't show up last night." Twilight said trying to catch her breath from the gigantic hug.
"Well, she isn't here. She left last night and I haven’t seen her since." Said pip shrugging.
Twilight knew that meant trouble. She said byi to pip and ran up to Luna’s room hoping to find an answer about all of this.
"Knock knock anybody here?" There was no answer for a while. Then the dark purple princess walked into the room.
"Ah, Twilight Sparkle, what a pleasant surprise. What bring you to canterlot? Although, I have a feeling that I know why your here." Luna looked scared.
"Well, pinkie was throwing your sister a party and she was supposed to show up for her party, but she never showed. Do you know where she is?"
"I was afraid you were asking about my sister. Well, last night, she went to the garden to walk off dinner. Then I heard a loud bang and a crash. I thought it was the training hall for the guards. But when I went out there this morning, discord's statue was gone and I found one of celesta’s hair’s next to all the rubble."
"WHAT! Does that mean somepony took her and released discord?!" Again, twilight looked scared.
"I'm afraid so. But there was no sign that somepony was in the garden, and this brings me to my request for you. I need the elements of harmony to go and save celestia. Discord's castle is in the Everfree forest. Come back tomorrow and I will fill you in."
"Yes princess."
"I have faith in you. If you can beat discord once, I know you can do it again."
And on that note twilight went back to ponyville to talk to bring her friends up to speed about the news of the tragic uprising.
Now back in ponyville, twilight calls all of the elements to get them up to speed in the story.
"Where is fluttershy? Has anyone seen her?" Twilight asked.
"Na, I reckon she's out with my brother." Applejack informed.
"What! Doesn't she know what's goin on? This could be the end of equestria as we know it." Said twilight pacing angrily.
"Twilight, no one knows what goin on. You haven't told us anything except that equestria could end as we know it." Said rainbow.
"hey twilight, I think you should stop before you leave ruts in the floor." Spike giggled with pinkie at the joke.
"Ha ha very funny, but she should be here so we could begin becaues This is very im-..........."
She was interrupted by fluttershy walking in.
"Sorry I'm late. Big Mac and I were having lunch in the park and I just lost track of time and...OH!!!!!! Twilight, I'm sorry, I interrupted you. You can continue.”
"No its okay fluttershy, I'm just glad you’re here so we can start. Okay everypony listen up, last night princess celestia didn't show up for the party because somepony snuck in to the garden and released discord. But the worst part is that they stole Princess Celestia."
"What! isn't celestia like the strongest alicorn in all of equestria? Can't she beat anypony?" Asked Rainbow dash
"She can't really beat discord without the elements of harmony." Said Pinkie Pie.
"And her fashion is amazing!!!!" Rarity added
"Rarity, I don't think this is anytime to be talking about fashion. The princess is missin’!"
"Yes applejack, you're right. I'm sorry. Twilight, if you would, please continue."
"Okay. Now, Princess Luna asked us to go to canterlot tomorrow so we could get informed. I don’t know why tomorrow."
"Maybe she wants us to party more?!" Pinkie squealed.
"No pinkie, I think it’s she wants us to rest." Twilight said making the pinkie pony frown a little.
"Well, I need to go and pack for this trip. I can’t be seen in canterlot looking like this. Rainbow, would you be a dear and come help me pack?"
Sorry Rarity, I can't. I have to finish practicing this move."
“Guys! This is serious we need to make a game plan so we can save the princess!" Twilight yelled over the bickering ponies.
"Twilight's right y'all. We need to figure out how we can beat discord." Applejack added, flashing a quick smile at twilight.
The ponies started off to get supplies and make a game plan for the adventure ahead of them. Pinkie was left there standing and only had one thing to ask.
"Soooooo....Does this mean no party?"

Now in canterlot, we find our ponies talking in the carriage to the castle.
"Ahh, Canterlot. Land of the fashion, Land of the rich and high society. Land of a....."
"Land of a stolen princess, Now c'mon rarity, we need to go talk to Luna 'bout all this."
"Yes, Right"
The six ponies walked in to the castle, expecting to see Luna. But she wasn't there for a while, until a dark purple pony appeared from around the corner.
"Ahhh, Thank goodness your here. I thought you all might have been scared off by my ask of help."
"Not at all princess. We would never back down from a challenge." Twilight said proudly
Well thank you all for showing up. Now, let’s get down to business."
They all walked up to Luna’s room. And on the way there, spike saw fluttershy acting a little happier than normal.
"Um, if anypony cares, I’ve got good news."
Spike was the only one to hear her.
"What’s the good news Fluttershy?"
"Well, the reason I was later to the meeting yesterday, was because me and big mac were talking. And then he proposed! I was so happy!" Fluttershy couldn't stop smiling.
"Fluttershy, that's great!!!" Spike exclaimed giving the shy pony a hug.
"Yea, I thought that we would tell everyone after we find celestia. Do you think they will be happy for me?"
"I know they will. They're you friends. Why wouldn't they be?
"I don’t know, just thinkin'"
"Well congratulations. I hope you two are happy."
"Thanks spike"
They share a hug and went back to their friend's conversation.
Well, thanks princess. It was really helpful." Twilight said shaking her hoof.
"I hope so. I hope you can find her."
"You have nothing to worry about. As long as I'm here, princess celestia will return safely.
Everypony, even the princess, glared at rainbowdash.
"Ah ha I'm just joking. Aren't I funny? Ha ha."
After a quick goodbye our heroes set off on the journey of their lives.
"Hey do you think we'll need some travel music?" Ask pinkie.
"NO!!!!!!!!" Everypony unanimously screamed.
The pinkie pony’s hair bobbed a little but rebounded when she pulled out a batch of cupcakes.
The ponies grabbed a cupcake and ate. Then they set off on their journey
As usual, no pony was paying attention to fluttershy. So spike thought he would make some polite conversation about the news of the proposal.
"So fluttershy, how long have you and big mac been dating? I know it’s been a while."
"Oh well, we've been dating for a year and a half. I didn't expect him to be so straight forward and come out and ask. And I don’t want to rush into anything, but now I think we've dated long enough to get married. Do you think that were ready?"
"Well fluttershy, it's not up to me, but I think that you guys are perfect for each other. But when do you think you'll tell applejack? She might want to be like your bride’s mare or something."
"Well, I was actually going to ask her to be. But I think that she might not want to be. But I hope she does."
"I know she'll want to be. How do you think she's going to react?"
"Well, I was kind of hoping to ask her in a better mood. You know, with the whole missing princess thing."
Yea, now wouldn't be the best time for you to ask, anyway, congratulations. I'm really happy for you." He gave the kind mare a big hug.
"Thanks spike." She returned the hug.
They continued on their journey, trying to jump into the conversation of the other mares. Then a loud roar was let out that shook the entire Everfree forest. "What in tarnation' was that?" Exclaimed applejack.
"I don’t know, and I do not want to find out." Twilight said.
"I do. I haven’t had a good fight in a long time." Said rainbow, getting ready to fight.
"Uh, r-rainbow, i-i don’t think that that would be such a good idea. I'm gonna ask you not to fight." Fluttershy said, trying to get the cyan mare's attention
"Yes darling, you mustn’t fight. It will absolutely destroy you ma...."
“Look out rarity!!!!!!" Screamed twilight as she dove at rarity to dodge the swinging Manticore.
"Doesn't that Manticore look a little...Discorded to anypony?" asked pinkie
"Yea, it does. Pinkie how’d you remember that?" Questioned applejack.
"How could I forget? It was a really sad time and I hate sad times so I remembered that so that if it happened again, I could help and so I could save whatever was in trouble and..." she was interrupted by applejacks hoof covering up pinkie's mouth.
"Thanks sugar cube, I got it."
Now back in the fight, twilight was using her magic to hold of the Manticore, but with discord's chaos magic on it, she couldn’t beat it.
"Fluttershy, we need your help!" exclaimed Rarity.
"Oh, um I don’t think that I’d be much help. I don't want to hurt this nice creature."
"Fluttershy darling, I don't really care. I don’t want to die before we can save the princess. Please?" Rarity begged
"I got em'! For celestia sake, why can discord make them so strong?"
"Phew...God workout, huh Twi?" Said rainbow, flashing a tired smile at her.
"I guess." said twilight trying to catch her breath.
Fluttershy slowly walked over to the unconscious beast, all tied up. She was sad, wondering how someone could do this to a defenseless creature like that. As she turned around to go talk to her friends, the Manticore opened its eye and cut the rope restraining its paws. As she was about to speak the Manticore swung its gigantic paw and it hit fluttershy, right into a tree.
Everypony stood there speechless because of the hit fluttershy took. No pony knew if she was alive or dead, until twilight saw her breathing. But no one knew what to do or what to say. Everypony understood why it did it, and because of it, pinkie broke the silence.
"Hey, you meanie!!!!!! Fluttershy is the nicest pony EVER and you just hit her. Say you sorry or I’ll...."
She was cut off by fluttershy speaking.
"Pinkie, its ok. Can we just go." she said as her head was held low, crying.
"Yea, now I know that this rope will hold em', Thanks to twilight's magic spell."
"No problem applejack." smiled Twilight.
"You guys walk a head. I'm gonna go talk to fluttershy." "Hey fluttershy, I’m so glad I found you. What’s wrong, are you okay?"
"Oh, it's nothing dashie. I'll be fine. Sorry I made you hit that creature. I didn't want you to hurt him." Fluttershy said, as if understanding its pain.
"Comon' flutters, that thing wanted to kill you!" argued rainbow.
"But it didn't. That means that it didn't want to." Screamed fluttershy, now annoyed with the other Pegasus.
"Maybe it just missed."
Fluttershy scowled her for making that remark.
"Even if it did, I still wouldn't be mad at it, because I know it was all discord's fault."
"Jeez, come on shy, it was a rabid beast and it wanted a dead pony. Whether it is you or one of us. You need to stop not trying to blame animals and put blame were blame is due." Rainbow said with a bit of hostility in her voice.
Fluttershy begins to cry and falls to her knees wondering why she is like this.
"I know, but it's so hard to blame animals for me."
As fluttershy kneels there in front of her, rainbow can't help but feel sorry for the little yellow mare. As she tries to think of something to say, fluttershy talks first.
"Why can't I give blame? Why can I only see the good I people?" She said wiping away the tears.
"Oh fluttershy, that's a good thing. Sometimes, that’s the best thing you could have." She said, starting to laugh.
"Really? I thought that you guys didn't like that about me?"
"Are you kidding, we love that about you. All of us. And Listen, you need to look at danger and think it's gonna be a trap so you can prepare." said rainbow trying to help.
"Really. Thanxs, that means a lot, and I will."
The Pegasus shared a hug before setting off to find their friends. Luckily, they found a familiar looking purple dragon. Spike said that twilight was making dinner. They went to the camp site and found the unicorn to making food for everypony there. They ate and went to sleep for the night. According to Luna's advice, discord's castle was over the mountains. Plus, they still didn't know who freed discord. They awoke to rain, but it wasn't normal rain, but chocolate rain. That meant discord knew they were coming, as well as that meaning they'd have to hurry to save the princess. As they continued through the Everfree forest they came along a giant castle that belonged to discord.
"Is everypony ready fer this?" Questioned applejack.
"Yes darling let's hurry."
"I'm ready, if that's okay with you guys." Squeaked fluttershy.
"I’m almost, just need to finish this big cupcake."
She downed the gigantic cupcake in 5 seconds flat.
"I’m ready if y'all are." Applejack said not questioning the pink pony.
"Then let's go. We got us a princess to save." Twilight said running towards the castle.
When they got to the gate it opened by itself. There were no guards and no defense and everypony but pinkie was confused.
"You guys think this is a trap? Because discord seems smarter than this." Pondered twilight.
"Of course it is!" Exclaimed pinkie pie hopping into the castle.
And on that note everypony followed the pink mare into the domain of the dragon-like creature.
Everypony was proceeding with caution as to not disturb anypony or anything. They proceeded through until they came upon a fork in the maze-like hallway. No pony knew what to do until twilight spoke up.
"I think we should go right. Since neither way makes sense might as well guess." said twilight motioning towards the right hallway.
"Well I think we should go left. It looks a lot cleaner then the right hallway." Said rarity sounding snobbish.
"Well, since neither way makes sense, why don't we split up and holler if we find anything?" applejack said making sense to everypony.
"Sounds splendid, I’ll take applejack and rainbow and twilight can take fluttershy and pinkie pie, sound good to everypony?"
"Sounds fine ta' me" said applejack
"Fine by me." said rainbow barely caring to hear what they were talking about.
"Okey dokey loki." said pinkie hopping over behind twilight.
"Oh well sounds fun." said fluttershy quietly.
"Well alright we'll see you guys later, Byi!" hollered twilight.
The Three ponies continued on through the maze-like castle not finding anything until rarity, applejack, and rainbow came upon a door with a big "D" on it. Either discord was in there or pinkie hid doughnuts.
"I think we've found Discord!" exclaimed rarity hopping with giddiness almost as much as pinkie does.
"Don't go and start celebratin' just yet rarity, 'member. We are down three ponies and we can’t beat him unless we have the elements of harmony." said applejack bring down the white mare's mood.
"You guys don't have to worry. I'll beat discord by myself if I have to." said rainbow stretching to fight.
"Oh really, is that right. This coming from rainbow dash, a Pegasus that wouldn't even hurt a fly. You couldn't beat me." the voice rang out through the halls.
"I-I'm not afraid of you! Show yourself you coward!" hollered rainbow at nothing.
Suddenly rainbow could tell there was someone behind her.
Unaware of the new discoveries twilight, fluttershy, pinkie pie, and spike all walk through the hallways looking for something to help them find discord. They continued until they ran into a pink pony. But it wasn't a normal pony; she had swirly eyes and was hovering because of a hat with a propeller on her head. Even pinkie thought that it looked weird.
"Hiya, I'm pinkie pie....And you are?" she said giving the pink pony a smile.
The pony just stood there continuing to stare back at pinkie.
"Can you talk? HELLO!?!?! Twilight, what’s wrong with her?" asked pinkie.
"Good question pinkie. I have never seen a pony like this in my life. Maybe she's one of discord's creatures?" said twilight trying to make sense of this strange mare.
As twilight finished what she was saying the pink mare spoke.
"DISCORD!!!!!!!!" she hollered as it echoed throughout the halls. She started to clap her hooves.
"HEY! You pathetic waste of a pony, come over here and give me back my cape!" Yelled a random pony.
Twilight knew that voice, but who's was? Just then a blue mare in a purple hat ran around the corner.
"Hey! What in all of equestria are you thin...” She stopped in mid-sentence.
It was now obvious how the mare yelling was. It was the great and powerful Trixie. But what was she doing here. She began to speak with some satisfaction in her voice.
"Ah…Twilight sparkle and friends. What a pleasant surprise...For me!" she exclaimed.
With a big flash of light the 3 ponies on the ground where bound to the wall. She was using celestia's magic now and twilight became a little worried. Trixie now moved her eyes onto the hovering pink pony.
"Screwball, why would you take my cape? I told you not to touch this because it's special." she said taking the cape back and placing it on her back.
"Hey! Your screwball. Thee Screwball! Oh my gosh!" Twilight seemed giddy for a random reason.
"Uhhh, twi, are you okay? Do you know who this pony is, because she looks kind of fun." Pinkie asked still staring at the hovering mare.
"Yes Pinkie, I do believe I know who she is." said twilight feeling smart.
"Oh good, can you tell me 'cause I’m kind of lost." said pinkie scratching her head.
'Long ago, before anypony we knew was alive, discord ran throughout equestria causing mischief and mayhem. But when Celesta and Luna tried to fight him and, he knew he was going to lose, he hid and created screwball so that he could still cause mischief without being found out by the princesses. And when they did find him they banished screwball and with celesta out of the way she can now come back and help discord take over equestria." Said twilight.
"Wow, you really know your stuff." said Trixie rolling her eyes.
"Well, celestia told me that she might come back to free discord and wanted me to be ready." twilight retorted flashing Trixie a smirk.
"Well, you might think your special, but just you wait til' you find out about your precious princess." Trixie said sounding triumphant.
"What did you do to celestia!?! Tell me or I’ll banish you myself!" exclaimed the purple unicorn sounding irritated.
"Well, it wasn't anything special except that I stole her magic!"
Twilight was mortified at the thought of her mentor being drained of her magic. She only had one thing and that was to help celestia and destroy Trixie.
"What! How is that even possible!" twilight exclaimed at the blue mare.
"Well it was simple really. All it took was a little of chaos magic and unicorn magic and we freed discord. Then came luring celestia into the garden to have discord drain her of her magic. The hard part was trying to put her magical powers into me to use, but once you learn how to control them it was easy." Said Trixie sounding confident that she had won.
Pinkie spoke up remembering something.
"Hey, how do you know that Princess Luna won’t come and help her?" questioned pinkie.
"Well, I already thought of that. We sent her a message that if she tries anything funny that she will end up in the same fate as her sister. And to make sure we got the point across easy we included a couple of strands of hair. And to top it all off, I sent screwball to the castle to make sure she doesn’t leave." said Trixie starting to giggle.
"No you didn't!" Exclaimed pinkie," She's hovering right there!"
"No that’s impossible. That’s a recreation discord made using chaos magic."
Trixie thought for a second trying to decide what to do with the restrained mares. Then she looked back to see pinkie poking at the decoy screwball.
"Wow Trixie, good job, It looks realistic." said pinkie smiling at Trixie.
"How did you escape my magic spell trap!?!" Hollered Trixie.
"Easy actually, you just used rope and I united it, See." replied pinkie showing her the untied rope.
"Pinkie! Untie Me!" Hollered twilight still surprised at pinkie's abilities. She hovered pinkie into the air towards her.
"No Stop!" yelled Trixie launching a magic rope at pinkie.
Now the two unicorns were in a tug-of-war with the hovering mare, neither showing an ounce of holding up. Then, twilight thought of something. If she let pinkie go then she would go flying at Trixie. She didn't have any other choice, so she let her magic up and pinkie let out a loud scream as she flew through the air towards Trixie, just as planned.
"OW! Twilight that hurt." said pinkie rubbing her head.
"Sorry pinkie.' said twilight starting to untie herself.
"Oh, now you'll pay you useless welp!" said Trixie launching a blast of magi at twilight.
"Crap!" Said twilight jumping out of the way of the blast and launched her own.
"Ah ha ha ha, puny Pegasus! You nearly jumped out of your skin!" laughed discord.
"Hey, now you listen here. Y'all don’t go 'round scarin somepony just cause it's fun." scolded applejack.
"And why should I stop. I'm discord, and not just some random dragon you know."
"Ya, and I’m applejack and I just don't care 'bout anythin' you have to say. Now you stop scrain' ma friends or I’ll..."
"Or you'll what. You couldn't harm me unless you have your friends here to use the elements of harmony."
"Give me ma friends back before I buck you like it's apple buckin' season!" exclaimed applejack.
“Oh you really scary. But I think you'll like to know that as we speak you friend twilight is getting destroyed by the mare who helped freed Me." laughed discord.
"What! This is just dreadful." cried rarity.
"Rarity, you’re a unicorn. Why don't we just teleport to where they are?" Rainbow shouted.
Rainbow dash had a point that got rarity thinking. She could do that but she didn't like to teleport. She found it to be exhausting and couldn't bring herself to faking a reason for doing it.
"Well, well look at rainbow dash use her brain for once instead of her power. I guess there is a first time for everything." smirked discord.
"Hey! I use my brain a lot. Name one time I didn't use my mind!?" retorted rainbow.
"Uh…Rainbow? I wouldn't bet anythin' on that." said applejack sounding a bit scared.
"And why not applejack?" screeched rainbow.
"Because I’m the element of honesty and I can't think of one time besides the time you had to raise the water up to Cloudsdale. And then you were only thinking about winning." she said sounding like she was trying not to hut her feelings.
Rainbow dash didn't feel mad or sad, just a bit let down that her friends would do that to her as she's trying to help them. Now she felt betrayed and could only think about getting away from here before she started yelling.
"Whatever, you guys should be on my side. I'm out of here!" hollered rainbow storming off.
She tried to leave but as she got to the door she heard fluttershy's voice say something. She didn't know how but it was so clear that she almost talked back at it.
"Rainbow we need you. And you’re the element of loyalty, why leave us now. No matter what we say, it's only because were you friends and we care."
She knew that she was right and no matter how mean of rude-sounding they were, they were all friends. And friends never leave friends. Even if this was discord's doings. Discord was still laughing when she turned around and started to fly. She shot there the air trying to hit him.
"Hey Discord! Take this!" hollered rainbow as she was about to break the sound barrier
Just as she was getting closer to the large lizard rarity figured out what she was planning and grabbed applejack. She then teleported right to her other friends. As they hit the ground they could hear the glass breaking as rainbow dash performed a sonic Rainboom.
"Thank fer savin' ma Backside Rarity." said applejack hugging rarity.
"No Problem at all darling, now let’s go help twilight."
"NO! We have to go save the princess!" hollered pinkie hopping towards them.
"What in tarnation are you talkin' 'bout pinkie?"
"Well...Trixie helped unleash discord with chaos magic that they got from screwball, discord's created pony, and her magic and when he was free they stole Celestia's magic and now Trixie has it and is fighting twilight with it. And Screwball is off to Canterlot to make sure that Princess Luna doesn't leave and if she does they'll harm her or something." pinkie was now out of breath and panting on the floor.
"Wow, Discord really makes you miss a lot of news, huh rarity?" asked Applejack.
"Oh absolutely, I wish I was here for all that instead of discord." replied rarity sounding sad about missing some news on the fight.
"Oh I don’t think you foals are going any ware."
Just then a big flash of light shot down in the middle of the room and Discord was left standing there holding Rainbow Dash in a cage.
"Let me go you over-grown lizard!" hollered rainbow from inside the cage banging on the rails.
Her hoof got through the cage and hit discord in the back of the head.
"Oh for that you'll pay dearly." discord assured.
He threw the cage into the air and shot a blast of light at the cage. When the light faded the cage was gone.
"Where did you put rainbow dash you meanie!" exclaimed pinkie.
"Well, I Don't think you'll care much when you've seen what's next in store for you." laughed discord.
As he started to laugh the made-up screwball came into the room pushing a large box with a tarp over it. Fluttershy worried about what under the tarp, but she didn't know why.
"And now, I give to you, my newest minion!" exclaimed discord as Screwball took off the tarp.
Fluttershy's worries were confirmed and she couldn't believe it. Under the tarp was a Stallion she once loved, but she knew it wasn’t him. She knew that discord had taken him and made him like this, in the cage was a discorded Big Mac.
"What in tarnation are ya doin' with ma brother!" exclaimed applejack.
"Oh, so I take it your good friend fluttershy hasn't told you the good news. And that he's not just your brother anymore." laughed Discord smiling at the orange mare.
By now fluttershy was steaming with rage. Not just from this, but from turning her most favorite thing in the world against her. But applejack didn't care for anything that discord had to say, so she didn't fall for his plan. Applejack retorts angrily at discord.
"Now you listen here, I don’t care to hear anythin' you have to say 'bout anythin' so give me ma brother back and leave or I swear I’ll give you a wippin' you lil' minion will feel!" Hollered applejack almost as loud as Luna used to.
"I don’t think you’re in any position to be making demands or threats, I still have your brother." laughed discord.
"Yes, and remember, we beat you last time." laughed rarity.
"Ah yes, but don't look now, your missing two members of the elements of harmony." assured discord.
"Hey discord! Make that One." said twilight as she finished tying up Trixie.
"Wow Trixie, you said that you were stringer and I even gave you celestia's magic. And by the looks of it, you failed." said discord sounding irritated.
"Well, she's stronger Celestia's magic...” said Trixie trying to escape.
"Obviously." laughed discord. "Or maybe she could beat you."
"Hey, I just did what I was told. This wasn't my idea anyways." said Trixie sounding pissed.
"Obviously" said discord as he turned away from the tied up blue mare.
Just then everypony realized just what Trixie had said before twilight gagged her. It rang in everypony’s ears, “It wasn't even my plan anyway." And that meant there was an even harder villain waiting. As Normal, Pinkie was the first to speak.
"Wait! If it wasn't your idea, and it wasn't Trixie’s idea, then who made this cockamamie plan Anyhoof." hollered pinkie waving her hoofs in the air.
"I guess that's for me to know and you foals to find out soon enough." said discord smiling evilly.
Just then, discord shot his magic at the ground and he vanished. Then Trixie got the gag out of her mouth and hollered at nothing.
"I don't believe this! That over-grown lizard left the great and powerful Trixie here with you imbosiels!" she exclaimed rolling around on the floor.
"That's good news for us Trixie, now tell us who made this plan to destroy the elements of harmony." said twilight stopping her from rolling.
"And why should I tell you dumb mares. All you'll do is try to beat her and fail miserably, like you did last time." laughed Trixie.
"Well, I think that we can beat whoever is trying to take over equestira." retorted twilight.
"Ha! You wish! And do you want to know something else?" asked Trixie.
Twilight seemed not to care but then she knew what she was going to say.
"You forgot to block my magic you dumb filly!" hollered Trixie as she used her magic to teleport out of the room.
"Oh for celestia's sake, how could I forget to block her magic!? I'm such a dumb mare." she said hiding her face in her hoofs.
"Oh twilight, don't beat yerself up over this. It was an honest mistake that any of us might have made. We'll get her back for this, I promise." reassured Applejack.
"Yes and it’s not like anything else went wrong." Offered rarity as reassurance.
Just then, a green aurora appeared around big mac. The cage door flung open and he kept out, yet even with his black, soulless eyes, fluttershy and applejack both knew that he wanted to destroy somepony. But they both knew that it was discord that was controlling him.
"Look out rarity!!" Exclaimed twilight as she leaped towards the white mare, knocking her out of the way.
"Wow there big mac, I don't wanna put a hurtin' on you." Said applejack sounding scared to fight her older brother.
Fluttershy was torn about what to do. On one hoof, she beats up her fiancé, but on the other hoof, her friends might get hurt.
"You wouldn’t want to hurt your soon to be husband, now would you Fluttershy?"
She knew that voice, and when she turned around, all that was there was a green aurora-like hand lea dinging off into the hallway behind her. It wasn't a normal thing to happen in her normal day, but she was curious about where the hand would lead her. Fluttershy followed the green hand for what felt like forever, til' she came onto a great door. She slowly approached and then suddenly heard a voice calling out to her.
"Fluttershy...Wont you come here? You know you want to." said the mysterious voice.
She was scared out of her mind, but then she thought of all of her friends. How they all act tough, even rarity in her own way. She knew that if she was going to beat the villain without her friends here she would have to be as strong as her friends would and did. She thought about what Rainbow had said to her after they beat the manticore, “You need to look at danger and think it's going to be a trap", and right now, that was probably some of the smartest advice rainbow ever gave her. She went in feeling that something bad was about to happen, so feeling as tough as she could be, she opened the gigantic door. Just as she stepped light filled the dark hallway behind her. She was blind for the bright light, and when her eyes finally adjusted, she saw the evil villain, sitting on her thrown, drinking what appeared to be a wine of some sort.
"Ah, my darling Fluttershy, so good to see you again."
Fluttershy knew that voice and when she had move the cup from her face, she had revealed herself. It was the evil changling Queen Chrysalis.
"Why do you want me to go near you? Didn't you want to take over Equestria and beat the elements of harmony" fluttershy questioned.
"Because my little pony, you can help me take over equestria! You can help me get rid of the princesses and rule it with an iron hoof. Can't you see it know, because it looks marvelous to me" laughed Chrysalis.
"How exactly can I help you? I'm just a weak little Pegasus, I think you might want twilight or rainbow dash to help you, I'll go and get them for you" she said turning around and starting to walk away.
"Oh no, on the contrary fluttershy. You have the most potential and the most power out of all of the elements of harmony. You could be the strongest mare alive, stronger even than Celestia herself" said Chrysalis flying and landing next to fluttershy.
Fluttershy didn't know whether to stay and listen or to high-tail it out of there, but before she could speak chrysalis had one arm around her. She started to speak, hoping to get fluttershy onto her side.
"You have so many abilities, and with my magic, you could become my right hoof mare as I take over equestria" chrysalis said starting to laugh.
"But I don't want to turn on my friends. You know cause there kind of my friends in all, but if they weren't I would join you side" said fluttershy trying to slip away from chrysalis's arm, but to no avail.
"Oh Fluttershy, you’re as blind as screwball sometimes. Can't you see that they aren't even you friends? They're just using you to have power and nothing else."
Just as she finished the rest of the Mane 6 walked in. They scolded fluttershy from the entrance way. They looked mad, but not at something, but at somepony, Specifically Fluttershy. As normal Twilight was the first to speak. He tone towards her was rude and made fluttershy feel scared.
"Wow fluttershy, just abandoning us like that when we needed you. And especially when it's applejack's brother?! Smooth move fluttershy" said twilight sounding irritated at her.
"Yeah Flutter-Crash, nice work" laughed rainbow hovering above the rest of them.
Fluttershy didn't know why rainbow, her longest friend, would be so mean to her after all that they have been through. She was sad and scared, but she still didn't show it.
"And if ya think yer good enough fer ma brother, well then you got another thing comin' " applejack hissed pushing her way to the front. Fluttershy couldn't believe that she would say that. She hoped that maybe discord got to them, but they still had their full and bright color. Meaning that they were doing this by themselves.
"Yes darling, he'd much rather have a real mare like me" Rarity said starting to hug big mac as he walked in next to her.
Flutters was wondering what was going on, but more importantly, why she was practically groping big mac and he didn't stop her.
"Um Rarity, can you please please get off of him. He's already my fiancé` and I don’t think that that's right." she said trying to tell rarity to get off.
"Wow, even with another mare hugging you stallion you can't manage to build up enough courage to tell her to get off like a real mare would. Darling you MUST grow a back-bone and stand up for yourself once in a while." she said laughing at fluttershy and then heading back to kissing big mac.
Fluttershy was confused and scared, and she had one thing on her mind, getting her stallion back. But how was the big question on her mind. Just then discord appeared in the middle of the throne room. He looked around and ponders what is going on here, then he knows and he is mad at chrysalis, now back sitting in her thrown.
"Hello?!? I thought that you were going to tell me when you start messing with the ponies. And come on, making changelings into her friends to make her mad enough to turn against them and join you? That is one of the oldest tricks in the book" he said laughing at the plan.
"It would work if you would shut your big mouth. I almost had her and then you have to go and open your big mouth. You’re just lucky she didn't hear you or I’d have had to kill you." chrysalis said trying to not hit discord.
"Not with a plan like this" he said flashing a smirk at chrysalis.
Fluttershy over-heard him and was mad now. She couldn't believe that she fell for such a stupid and visible plan. She thought about how she could get back at them and get her real friends back. Just then, she thought up a diabolical plan that she didn't even think she could pull off, but it was worth a shot.
"Enough! Chrysalis, I’m ready to get back at my friends and boy they'll pay for treating me like this" she said smiling evilly
Chrysalis turned to discord and said," Just be glad she didn't hear you." Fluttershy was surprised she had fooled her so easily. Maybe she was a better actor than even she thought she was, but that was beside the point, now she had to beat Chrysalis and Discord all by herself. Chrysalis turned back to her and started to speak.
"Alright, now fluttershy, I need you to prove to me that you really have changed to my side. And in order to do that, you need to destroy somepony" she said pointing to a wall.
"Okay" she said trying to look evil and angry.
Just as she was getting ready, the wall spun around and a mare was tied up to it. She was a familiar mare, but she was confused. Why would chrysalis want her destroyed?
"Um...Miss chrysalis, why do you want me to destroy Trixie? I thought she was your minion" Fluttershy questioned.
"Now that I have you, I have no need for such lower life forms such as her" chrysalis said laughing.
Trixie tried to use her magic to throw something at chrysalis, but she couldn't hit her, and Fluttershy was scared. She couldn't really destroy Trixie, even if she had tried to destroy her first. She was in quite a bind as she thought of anyways for her to fake kill Trixie, and Just then, Big Mac came flying through the wall.
"Everypony, we need to stop him before he destroys us all" shouted twilight launching a purple blast of magic at big mac, sending him flying across the room.
"Oh oh my...” said fluttershy think of a plan to fool chrysalis. She makes her way over to Trixie to tell her something.
"Hey, I need you to levitate big mac in front of you, but make it look like he jumped, and put a shield over you so it looks like you got hit by the blast of magic, Okay?" asked fluttershy.
Trixie nodded in agreement. She started to lift big mac off the ground and made it look like he jumped. Twilight shot a blast of magic at big mac. It whizzed right by him and, as expected, hit Trixie dead on.
"Yes" whispered fluttershy.
Chrysalis looked over at Trixie hanging on the wall, pretending to be dead. Fluttershy made it look like she hit her in the skull, and that pleased chrysalis. Now happy, chrysalis tells discord to capture the others trying to help twilight wrangle up Big Mac. The ponies try to escape from the magic of discord, but to no avail. Chrysalis stood over them and started to speak with a little chuckle in her voice.
"You’re too late to save your friend; she is on my side now. And with her I will take over equestria! And there's nothing you could do about it you puny ponies."
Everypony that was tied up by discord was staring at chrysalis, hanging on the last statement she said. No pony could even think to believe that she was telling the truth, but once they looked at her, they knew she was telling the truth. Spike, with a single tear rolling down his cheek, was the first to speak to Fluttershy.
"How...How could you...How could you do this to us! I thought that you were our friend Fluttershy! And after all we did to save Celestia AND Equestria! How could you...." he trailed off leaning towards rarity to shun Fluttershy
"Well you better believe it spike. I'm on her side now." she said trying to say something to somepony, and only twilight could see she was trying to say something. Twilight now understood what she was saying, and nodded in agreement. Chrysalis started to laugh at the tiny dragon as he wept to rarity.
"You’re not even a real dragon, are you? No dragon would cry like that, especially over a pony! You’re a disgrace to dragons." chrysalis said laughing with discord at spike.
"Hey, you do NOT laugh at my friend spike! You’re just lucky that I’m tied up or I’d..."
"You'd what!? Whine at us until we stop? That’s what they make earplugs for" Discord said laughing at the prissy unicorn.
Fluttershy felt bad for spike and Rarity, but she knew she couldn't help them without blowing her chance to save them. She just continued to watch.
"You had to have a unicorn protect you!? We should just feed you to the changelings" laughed discord as he picked up spike. Chrysalis opened the door, and about 5 changelings walked in. They looked hungry, and fluttershy knew what they wanted. Chrysalis starts to levitate spike over them and they start jumping trying to take a bite out of him.
Fluttershy jumps up out of the seat she was sitting in and screams, “Now!" Just then twilight shot a magic blast at fluttershy, and if chrysalis was right in what she said about her being strong, then she could use this magic to beat Chrysalis, Discord, and free everypony. The Blast connected and fluttershy was engulfed in the blast.
Chrysalis stood there in confusion, pondering what just went down. Fluttershy lay there limp on the ground and barely breathing. Twilight thought she might have over done it a little bit on the magic blast, and maybe have killed her. She and everypony looked scared as Fluttershy lay there, their last chance to save Celestia, killed by her own plan. Chrysalis started to laugh at Twilight staring at the almost dead Fluttershy.
"You thought that you could kill her and you might be able to beat me. Even without Fluttershy I can still take over Equestria" she said sounding irritated.
Just then Rainbow Dash flew into the room, swooping by Chrysalis's head. Chrysalis let out an annoyed grown as she looked at the cyan Pegasus.
"How did you escape my magic rope" exclaimed chrysalis shooting a magic blast at Rainbow.
"It was simple all I had to do was cut the rope and I was free, but the hard part was breaking the magic spell you put on it."
"How did you break the spell Rainbow" questioned pinkie.
"Well I’m trying to cut it when I heard a pony outside. It turned out to be Lyra, and I don’t know why, but she said she looking for humans or something, it was weird" said rainbow thinking about it.
"Well, no matter, you can’t beat me! For I am Queen Chrysalis and I will not be beat by the likes of some rag-tag group of ponies like you” she said launching a blast at rainbow. The blast missed rainbow, but cut off a piece of her mane. Rainbow dash saw the hair fall to the ground and began to get angry.
"No one touches the mane without permission you pest" rainbow exclaimed, flying right by Chrysalis's head again.
"Rainbow! Come untie us so we can help you" said twilight trying to cut the rope. Discord's spells must be stronger than Chrysalis’s because if Lyra could break it, then surely Twilight could.
Rainbow didn’t listen to Twilight's plea and kept trying to attack Chrysalis. Suddenly, there was a blood-curdling cry from spike as he started to fall towards the Changelings. Twilight tried to save him, but her magic got blocked by discord. Rainbow heard the cry and turned into the direction of the cry. She saw spike falling and started to fly in the direction of him. But then, a flash of light knocked everypony back to the wall, even chrysalis. When they looked in the direction, they saw Fluttershy floating in midair. She turned to Chrysalis and started to speak, but no sound came out.
"What is going on!? What’s happening" discord shouted.
Fluttershy's voice finally was able to be heard. She spoke as she normally would, but they all knew that it wasn't her.
"Discord...You have acted in selfish way, and for that you must be punished" her voice rang throughout the halls. Then she shot a blast of yellow magic at discord and it was a direct hit.
"What...What did you do to me!" he exclaimed, demanding to know.
"I took away your Chaos magic' said Fluttershy showing him his powers.
"No, you can’t do this to me! I'm Discord, ruler of all things Chaos and disharmony" he pleaded.
"And know, your nothing but a statue to stand in the royal garden for all etrnite" She said shooting a blast of magic at him.
"Noooooo..." he managed to get out before be trapped in the stone he had been in for a long time. She turned her head to Chrysalis. The queen of the changelings was still staring at Discord, wondering if that was the fate that would befall her as well.
"What...what are you going to do to me know?" asked chrysalis sounding scared.
"I will use my powers to send you were no pony can get out of.....The Tomb Of Terra, The third princess! "
"But Fluttershy, Terra was just a myth made up about a millennium ago...How'd you know about that?" Questioned Twilight know free of discord's magic rope.
"When you hit me with you magic blast I learned a lot of new things that you might not know and Terra herself told me them. And Know Chrysalis....I banish you to spend all eternity in Terra's Tomb, far below Equestria!" With her last statement ringing throughout the halls, she shot a blast of Magic at Chrysalis engulfing her and her changelings in it.
"Noooooooo..." chrysalis yelled as she was sucked into the flames of magic and into the earth, never to be seen again.
Everypony cheered as Fluttershy’s returned to normal. They shared hugs and thanked Fluttershy for her job in beating Chrysalis and Discord. Then, a flash of light appeared in the middle of the room. When the light faded, it revealed Princess Celestia.
"Princess, Thank goodness you're okay" said twilight hugging the princess.
"I know, and thanks are in order to our hero Fluttershy. Thank you for freeing me from the prison she had me in."
"It was my honor princess" said Fluttershy giving the princess a hug.
"Common Everypony, we still need to save the princess from screwball” said pinkie running towards the door.
Everypony followed her out the door and ran off towards Canterlot to save Princess Luna.
All of the ponies rush back to Canterlot to save Luna from the chaos pony Screwball. No pony knew what she might have done to Luna or anypony else for that matter. All Celestia knew was that she had to get there in time to save her sister. She loved Luna and didn't want to lose another sister. When they arrived at the Canterlot Castle they were greeted by guards on duty and quickly let in. They rushed through the halls, pondering all that Screwball could've done to luna in the time they weren't there. They reached Luna's chambers and when they did they heard laughter. And not only Celestia but everypony, even spike and big mac not paying attention, were confused and surprised. Then Luna screamed, "No don't take that! Thats my jewelry" and then more laughter. Pinkie was the first to speak as normal.
"Don't worry Princess! Were comin' to save You" She hollered as she ran face first into the gigantic door, knocking it down and causing a loud crash, startling everypony around.
The large door scared Luna, Screwball, and Pipsqueak. to everyponies surprise luna is tied up behind screwball, but screwball was dressed like a pirate. Pipsqueak just stares at the pink pony still lying ok the busted door, then he realizes that thegirls got princess celestia back, safe and sound.
”Princess Celestia! your back!” pip said diving at the royal alicorn's neck to give her biggest hug the little unicorn could possibily give. ”princess, I made a new friend. I found her sneaking around in the garden. She said she was playing ninjas and I asked if she wanted to play with me and she did.” pip pointed in the ditection of screwball. she looked confused for a second and then waved to everypony. Pinkie was the first pony to speak again. She sounded baffled.
”wait just a second.......your not really bad, are you? You just want to past and have fun, like everypony else.” pinkie said smiling and the now hovering mare.
”no, I'm not bad, I just like to cause chaos and have fun. I like to play with kids and make them laugh.” she said sounding sad.
All the ponies stood there in even more confusion. Pinkie gasped a she has thought of something.
”Hey, I have a great idea...why don't you help me plan,a party for Celestia. She still hadn't had a party.” sounding excited at the chance to make more friends.
Screwball thought for a moment about her offer. she couldn't decide wether our not to take the offer, or do what discord made her for. she wanted to cause chaos still, but she thought that she might be able to pull pranks.
”alright I'll do it” she said as she stated to hug pinkie.
Twilight was standing there, pondering still,that had gone on today: from chocolate rain, to fighting trixie, to shooting fluttershy, to this....her mind could not get more blown.
”oh princess, I almost forgot.” pip said walking over to the tied up Luna.
”thank you young pipsqueak. we must appreciate it.” she said hugging pip.
”anytime princess.....as long as you want to play pirates with me, that is.” he said returning the hug.
Everypony was happy as could be.....except applejack that is...

Don't you care to tell your lil sister?” She said looking at big mac sadly.
”well, I didn't want to be such a big deal, but sense we're all her...” Big mac faded his speech as he went to his saddle bag. He pulled out a big black box, which by rarity's huge gasp, everyone knew what was in it. He walked up to fluttershy and knelt down infront of her,”fluttershy, with all of our closest friends her, I ask you, will you marry me?”
There was a unanimous gasp and then silents. No pony wanted to break the moment of romance, yet everypony was waiting for fluttershy to say something. Big mac stared at her, waiting for her to respond, yet as she looked liked she was gonna speak, all she could do is give into big mac's legs, crying.
”So, can I take that as a yeas?”
”Of course I'll marry you big macintosh!” She said threw tears.
”AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW” everypony again unanimously said. They all congratulated big macintosh and fluttershy on the new plans, but fluttershy still had something to say......

Applejack looked confused at what she had just said, but she wouldn't say no to her, ”sure sugarcube, watcha' need?”
”Well I was just wondering, if you want to, I mean if its okay, that I just was wondering if you would be my brides mare?”
Applejack's eyes grew wider than pinkie's eyes in bon bon's candy store. She was now crying as she was judging fluttershy in one of the biggest hugs she had ever given.
”Oh, thank you kindly fluttershy. It would be my honor.”

AUTHOR'S NOTES This was my first and favorite so far. I enjoyed writing this to the fullest extent of my power. I know at some times it feels rush and I apologize for that. There are alot if errors grammatical and in language, but there is nothing I can do about this, considering I am typing this on my mom's tablet. It is how I write and I know it sucks. My brother keeps telling me to write differently, and its hard, but in my new story, I write in alot more detail and it just send better. This will always be my favorite story of mine, just cause it was my first, and so far, my best stat wise. I hope ask of you put there readin' this will wait to see what i have in store for you.
